Peacock throne; Tausi Takht (Takht-e-Taous i.e. Peacock Throne) is the famous throne which was built after the death of Mughal emperor Jahangir by his second son Prince Khurram. This is the most expensive throne in the world. It is said that its price was more than the Taj Mahal and the world famous Kohinoor diamond. It was made in the shape of a dancing peacock.
