3Aur kyā hōkar baiṭhē hō  ?

1The Practice of being a Point

4Bāp tō tum bachchō̃ kō bindī rūp banānē āyē haĩ . 5Maĩ ātmā bindu rūp hū̃ .

2Whom are the sweet, sweet children sitting in front of, and in what awareness are they sitting?

6Bindī kitnī chhōṭī hōtī hai aur bāp bhī kitnā chhōṭā hai .

3Baba has come to make you children the form of a point.

7Itnī chhōṭī see|sī|C bāt bhī tum bachchō̃ key|kī buddhi mē̃ nahī̃ ātī hai  ?

4I, the soul, am in the form of a point. 5The point is so tiny and the Father is also so tiny!

8Bāp tō bachchō̃ K|kē sāmnē hī hai . 9Dūr nahī̃ .

6Does such a small matter not enter the intellects of you children?

10Dūr huī chīj kō bhūl jātē hō .

7The Father is now in front of you children, not far away.

11Jō chīj sāmnē hī rahtī hai us chīj kō bhūlnā yah tum bachchō̃ kō tō śhōbhā nahī̃ dētā hai .

8You can forget something that is far away. 9It doesn't seem right that you children forget that which is in front of you.

12Agar bachchē bindī kō hī bhūl jāyēṅgē tō bōlō kis ādhār par chalē̃gē  ?

10If children forget even the form of the point, with which support will you continue to move along?

13Ātmā K|kē hī tō ādhār sē śharīr bhī chaltā hai .

11It is with the support of the soul that the body functions.

14Maĩ ātmā hū̃ yah naśhā hōnā chāhiyē ki maĩ bindu-bindu key|kī hī santān hū̃ .

12I am a soul. 13You should have the intoxication that I, the point of light, am a child of the Point of Light.

15Santān kahnē sē hī snēh mē̃ ā jātē haĩ .

14Love emerges as soon as you say that you are a child.

16Tō āj tum bachchō̃ kō bindu rūp mē̃ sthit hōnē key|kī practice karāyē̃  ?

15So today, you are being made to practise being stable in the form of a point.

17Maĩ ātmā hū̃ , ismē̃ tō bhūlnē key|kī hī āvaśhyaktā nahī̃ rahtī hai .

16I am a soul. 17There is no need to forget this.

18Jaisē mujh bāp kō bhūlnē key|kī jarūrat paṛtī hai  ?

18In the same way, do I the Father ever forget?

19Hā̃ parichay dēnē K|kē liyē tō jarur bōlnā paṛtā hai ki mērā nām rūp , guṇ , kartavya kyā hai . 20Aur maĩ phir kab ātā hū̃  ? 21Kis tan mē̃ ātā hū̃  ?

19Yes, at the time of giving an introduction, I definitely have to say what My name, form, virtues and tasks are and also when I come, as well as whose body I enter.

22Tum bachchō̃ kō hī apnā parichay dētā hū̃ .

20I simply give My introduction to you children.

23Tō kyā bāp apnē parichay kō bhūl jātē haĩ  ?

21So, does the Father forget His own introduction?

24Bachchē us sthiti mē̃ ēk second bhī nahī̃ rah saktē haĩ  ?

22The children cannot remain stable in that stage for even one second.

25Tō kyā apnē nām rūp dēśh kō bhī bhūl jātē haĩ  ?

23So do you know your name, form and land?

26Yah pahlī-pahlī bāt hai jō ki tum sabhī kō batātē hō ki maĩ ātmā hū̃ nā ki śharīr .

24This is the first thing that you explain to others: I am a soul and not a body.

27Jab ātmā hōkar biṭhātē hō tabhī unkō phir śharīr bhī bhūltā hai .

25When you make them sit and consider themselves as a soul, the body is forgotten.

28Agar ātmā hōkar nahī̃ biṭhātē hō tō kyā phir dēh sahit dēh K|kē sabhī sambandh bhūl jātē .

26If you do not make them sit in the awareness of a soul, do they forget their body and bodily relations?

29Jab unkō bhulātē hō tō kyā apnē śharīr sē nyārā hōkar , jō nyārā bāp hai , unkī yād mē̃ nahī̃ baiṭh saktē hō  ?

27Since you have to make them forget that, can you not become detached from your body, and sit in the remembrance of the Father who is detached?

30Ab sab bachchē apnē kō ātmā samajh kar baiṭhō , sāmnē kiskō dēkhē̃  ?

28Now, all of you children must sit considering yourselves to be souls. 29Whom do you see in front of you?

31Ātmāō̃ K|kē bāp kō .

30The Father of the souls.

32Is sthiti mē̃ rahnē sē vyakt sē nyārē hōkar avyakt sthiti mē̃ rah sakē̃gē .

31By remaining in this stage, you will be able to become detached from the corporeal and stabilise yourself in the avyakt.

33Maĩ ātmā bindu rūp hū̃ , kyā yah yād nahī̃ ātā hai  ?

32Can you not remember: I the soul am a point? 33Do you not know how to sit as a point?

34Bindī rūp hōkar baiṭhnā nahī̃ ātā  ? 35Aisē hī abhyās kō baṛhātē jāōgē tō ēk second tō kyā kitnē hī ghaṇṭō̃ isī avasthā mē̃ sthit hōkar is avasthā kā ras lē saktē hō .

34If you continue to increase your practice in this way, you will be able to stabilise yourself in that stage not for just a second, but for many hours and you can then experience the sweetness of that stage.

36Isī avasthā mē̃ sthit rahnē sē phir bōlnē key|kī jarūrat hī nahī̃ rahēgī .

35There will be no need to speak anything when you are stable in that stage.

37Bindu hōkar baiṭhnā kōī jaṛ avasthā nahī̃ hai .

36To sit as a point is not a non-living stage.

38Jaisē bīj mē̃ sārā pēṛ samāyā huā hai vaisē hī mujh ātmā mē̃ bāp kī yād samāī huī hai  ?

37Just as a whole tree is merged in the seed, in the same way, Baba's remembrance is merged in me the soul.

39Aisē hōkar baiṭhnē sē sab rasnāyē̃ āyēṅgī .

38When you sit in that stage, you will experience all sweetness.

40Aur sāth hī yah bhī naśhā hōgā ki ham kiskē sāmnē baiṭhē haĩ  !

39And together with that, you will have the intoxication of the One in front of whom you are sitting.

41Bāp hamkō bhī apnē sāth kahā̃ lē jā rahē haĩ  !

40Baba is also taking you back there with Him.

42Bāp tum bachchō̃ kō akēlā nahī̃ chhōṛtā hai .

41Baba does not leave you children alone.

43Jō bāp kā aur tum bachchō̃ kā ghar hai , vahā̃ par sāth mē̃ hī lēkar jāyēṅgē .

42Baba's home is also the home of you children, and He will take you there with Him.

44Sab ikaṭṭhā chalnē hī hai .

43All of you have to go together.

45Ātmā samajhkar phir śharīr mē̃ ākar karma bhī karnā hai .

44Considering yourself to be a soul, you also have to come into a body and perform actions.

46Parantu karma kartē huyē bhī nyārā aur pyārā hōkar rahnā hai .

45However, whilst performing actions, you have to be loving and detached.

47Bāp bhī tum bachchō̃ kō dēkhtē haĩ .

46Baba is observing you children.

48Dēkhtē huē bhī tō bāp nyārā aur pyārā hai nā .

47Even whilst observing you, Baba is loving and detached, is He not? 48Achcha.

49Achchhā  !
