2Paristhitiyō̃ kō pār karnē kā sādhan - svasthiti
1The means to overcome adverse situations is your original stage.
3Vyakt mē̃ rahtē avyakt sthiti mē̃ rahnē kā abhyās abhī sahaj hō gayā hai .
2Has the practice of being in the avyakt stage whilst being in the corporeal become easy?
4Jab jahā̃ apnī buddhi kō lagānā chāhē̃ tō lagā sakē̃ - isī abhyās kō baṛhānē kē liē apnē ghar mē̃ athavā bhaṭṭhīmē̃ ātē hō .
3You have come to your home, to this bhatthi to increase the practice of being able to stabilise your intellect whenever you wish.
5Tō yahā̃ K|kē thōṛē samay kā anubhav sadākāl banānē kā prayatna karnā hai .
4So now you have to try to make the practice of a short time here permanent.
6Jaisē yahā̃bhaṭṭhīvā madhuban mē̃ chaltē-phirtē apnē kō avyaktaphariśtā samajhtē hō , vaisē karmakṣhētra vāsarvis-bhūmi par bhī yah abhyās apnē sāth hī rakhnā hai .
5Just as you consider yourselves to be avyakt angels whilst walking and moving around when you come to the bhatthi or in Madhuban, in the same way, you should keep this practice with you on the field of action or whilst at your service station.
7Ēk bār kā kiyā huā anubhav kahā̃ bhī yād kar saktē haĩ .
6Wherever you happen to be, you can remember an experience you have had once anywhere.
8Tō yahā̃ kā anubhav vahā̃ bhī yād rakhnē sē vā yahā̃ key|kī sthiti mē̃ vahā̃ bhī sthit rahnē sē buddhi kō ādat paṛ jāyēgī .
7So by remembering the experiences you have had here, and by stabilising yourself in the same stage you have had here, the intellect will develop that habit.
9Jaisē laukik jīvan mē̃ na chāhtē huē bhī ādat apnī taraph khīñch lētī hai , vaisē hī avyakt sthiti mē̃ sthit hōnē key|kī ādat ban jānē kē bād yah ādat svataḥ hī apnī taraph khīñchēgī .
8Just as in lokik life also, a habit pulls you towards itself against your conscious wish, in the same way, after you have developed the habit of stabilising yourself in the avyakt stage, this habit will automatically pull you towards itself.
10Itnā purūṣhārth kartē huē kaī aisī ātmāyē̃ haĩ jō ab bhī yahī kahtī haĩ ki mērī ādat hai .
9There are some souls, who even whilst making such effort say: This is my habit. 10Why do you have this weakness?
11Kamjōrī kyō̃ hai ,
11Why did you become angry?
12Krōdh kyō̃ kiyā , kōmal kyō̃ banē ?
12Why did you become so sensitive?
13Kahē̃gē - mērī ādat hai .
13They will say: It is my habit.
14Aisē javāb abhī bhī dētē haĩ .
14Even now, some children give this reply.
15Tō aisē hī yah sthiti vā is abhyās key|kī bhī ādat ban jāyē ; tō phir na chāhtē huē bhī yah avyaktasthiti key|kī ādat apnī taraphaākarṣitakarēgī .
15So in the same way, if you create this stage or develop the habit of this practice, then the habit of this avyakt stage will pull you towards itself against your conscious wish.
16Yah ādat āpkō adālat mē̃ jānē sē bacāyēgī . 17Samjhā ?
16This habit will save you from going to court.
18Jab burī-burī ādatē̃ apnā saktē hō tō kyā yah ādat nahī̃ ḍāl saktē hō ?
17Do you understand? 18Since you are able to adopt bad habits, are you not able to instil this habit?
19Dō-chār bārī bhī kōī bāt practical mē̃ lāī jātī hai tō practical mē̃ lānē sē practice hō jātī hai .
19When you have done something in a practical way two to four times, by putting that into a practical form, you develop that practice.
20Yahā̃ is bhaṭṭhī mē̃ athavā madhuban mē̃ is abhyās kō practical mē̃ lātē hō nā .
20You put this practice into a practical form in this bhatthi in Madhuban, do you not?
21Jab yahā̃ practical mē̃ lātē hō aur practice hō jātī hai tō vah practice key|kī huī chīj kyā ban jānī chāhiē ?
21Since you put it into a practical form here, and you develop that practice, then what should something that you have practised become?
22Nēcūral aur nature ban jānī chāhiē . 23Samjhā ?
22It should become natural and part of your nature.
24Jaisē kahtē haĩ nā - yah mērī nature hai .
23Do you understand? 24You say: This is my nature.
25Tō yah abhyās practice sē nēcūral aur nature ban jānā chāhiē .
25So the more you practise it, the more this practice should become natural and part of your nature.
26Yah sthiti jab nature ban jāyēgī phir kyā hōgā ?
26What will happen when this stage becomes your nature?
27Nēcūral kēlēmiṭīz hō jāyēgī .
27Natural calamities will come.
28Āpkī nature na bannē K|kē kāraṇ yah nēcūral kēlēmiṭīz rūkī huī haĩ .
28This has not yet become your nature, and this is why the natural calamities are waiting.
29Kyōṅki agar sāmnā karnē vālē apnē sva-sthiti sē un paristhitiyō̃ kō pār nahī̃ kar sakē̃gē tō phir vah paristhitiyā̃ āyēṅgī kaisē .
29Because, if those who are opposing are not able to overcome those situations with their own stage, then how will those situations come about?
30Sāmnā karnē vālē abhī taiyār nahī̃ haĩ , isliē yah pardā khulnē mē̃ dērī paṛ rahī hai .
30Those who are to oppose are not yet ready, and this is why it is taking long for the curtain to be opened.
31Abhī tak in purānī ādatō̃ sē , purānē saṅskārō̃ sē , purānī bātō̃ sē , purānī duniyỗ sē , purānī dēh K|kē sambandhiyō̃ sē vairāgya nahī̃ huā hai .
31Even now, you have not yet developed disinterest in the old habits, the old sanskars, the old things, the old world, the old bodily relations.
32Kahā̃ bhī jānā hōtā hai tō jin chījō̃ kō chhōṛnā hōtā hai unsē pīṭh karnī hōtī hai .
32Whenever you have to go somewhere, you have to turn your back on the things that you have to leave behind.
33Tō abhī pīṭh karnā nahī̃ ātā hai .
33Do you not know how to turn your back on something?
34Ēk tō pīṭh nahī̃ kartē hō , dūsrā jō sādhan miltā hai uskī pīṭh nahī̃ kartē hō .
34Firstly, you do not turn your back on anything, and secondly, you do not follow up any instruments you receive.
35Sītā aur rāvaṇ kā khilaunā dēkhā hai nā .
35You have seen the toy of Sita and Rama, have you not?
36Rāvaṇ K|kē taraph sītā kyā kartī hai ? 37Pīṭh kartī hai nā .
36What does Sita do to Ravan? 37She turns her back on him, does she not?
38Agar pīṭh kar diyā tō sahaj hī unkē ākarṣhaṇ sē bach jāyēṅgē .
38If you turn your back on him, you will easily be saved from being attracted by him.
39Lēkin pīṭh nahī̃ kartē hō .
39But you do not turn your back on him.
40Jaisē śmaśān mē̃ jab nazdīk pahuñchtē haĩ tō pair is taraph aur mũh us taraph kartē haĩ nā .
40When you come close to the cemetery, the face of the corpse is turned towards the cemetery and the feet in the opposite direction.
41Tō yah bhī pīṭh karnā nahī̃ ātā hai .
41So you do not know how to turn your back on something either.
42Phir mũh us taraph kar lētē haĩ , isliē ākarṣhaṇ mē̃ kahā̃ phans jātē haĩ .
42You then turn your face in that direction, and this is why you become trapped by one attraction or another.
43Tō dōnō̃ hī prakār key|kī pīṭh karnē nahī̃ ātī hai .
43So you do not know how to turn your back on something or to follow up something.
44Māyā bahut ākarṣhaṇ karnē K|kē rūp rachtī hai . 45Isliē na chāhtē huē bhī pīṭh karnē K|kē bajāy ākarṣhaṇ mē̃ ā jātē haĩ .
44Maya creates many forms in order to attract you, and so, instead of turning your back on her, you become attracted by her.
46Usī ākarṣhaṇ mē̃ purūṣhārth kō bhūl , āgē baṛhnē kō bhūl rūk bhī jātē haĩ ; tō kyā hōgā ?
45When you become attracted, you forget your effort, you forget to move forward and you come to a standstill. 46So what will happen?
47Mañjil par pahuñchnē mē̃ dērī hō jāyēgī .
47You will take a long time to reach your destination.
48Kumār key|kī bhaṭṭhīhai nā .
48This is the bhatthi of the kumars, is it not?
49Tō kumār kō yah khilaunā sāmnē rakhnā chāhiē .
49So kumars should keep this toy in front of them.
50Māyā key|kī taraph mũh kar lētē haĩ .
50You turn your face towards Maya.
51Māyā key|kī taraph mũh karnē sē jō parīkṣhāyē̃ māyā key|kī taraph sē ātī haĩ , unkā sāmnā nahī̃ kar saktē haĩ .
51When you turn your face towards Maya, you are not able to face the situations that come to you from Maya.
52Agar us taraph mũh na karō tō māyā key|kī paristhitiyō̃ kō mũh dē sakō arthāt sāmnā kar sakō . 53Samjhā ?
52If you do not turn your face towards her, you will be able to face the situations created by Maya.
54Kumār kā sadā pure aur satōguṇī rahnē kā yādgār kaunsā hai , mālūm hai ?
53Do you understand? 54Do you know what is the memorial of the kumars remaining pure and satoguni?
55Sanantakumār . 56Unhō̃ key|kī viśhēṣhtā kyā dikhātē haĩ ?
55Sant Kumar (the kumar who always remained young).
57Unhō̃ kō sadaiv chhōṭā kumār rūp hī dikhātē haĩ .
56What is their speciality? 57They are always shown as young kumars.
58Kahtē haĩ - unhō̃ key|kī sadaiv 5 varṣh key|kī āyu rahtī hai .
58It is said that they always have an age of five years.
59Yah purity kā gāyan hai . 60Jaisē 5 varṣh kā chhōṭā bachchā bilkul pure rahtā hai nā .
59This is the praise of purity, just as five year old children remain completely pure.
61Sambandhō̃ K|kē ākarṣhaṇ sē dūr rahtā hai .
60They stay away from the attractions of relationships.
62Bhal kitnā bhī laukik parivār hō lēkin sthiti aisī hō jaisē chhōṭā bachchā pure hōtā hai .
61No matter how big their lokik family may be, their stage is always that of a small pure child.
63Vaisē hī purity kā yah yādgār hai .
62In the same way, this is the memorial of purity.
64Kumār arthāt pavitra avasthā .
63A kumar means a pure stage.
65Usmē̃ bhī sirph ēk nahī̃ , saṅgaṭhan dikhlāyā hai .
64In that too, a gathering has been portrayed, not just one.
66Dr̥iṣhṭānt mē̃ tō thōṛē hī dikhāyē jātē haĩ .
65As an example, only a few would be shown.
67Tō yah āp lōgō̃ kā saṅgaṭhan pyōrīṭī kā yādgār hai .
66So this gathering of yours is a memorial of purity.
68Aisī purity hōtī hai jismē̃ apavitratā kā saṅkalp vā anubhav hī nahī̃ hō .
67There should be such purity where there is no thought or experience of impurity.
69Aisī sthiti yādgār samān banākar jānī hai . 70Bhaṭṭhī mē̃ isīliē āyē hō nā .
68Before you go, you have to create your stage as is shown in your memorial.
71Bilkul is duniyā key|kī bātō̃ sē , sambandh sē nyārē banē̃gē tab daivī parivār K|kē , bāpdādā K|kē aur sārī duniyā K|kē pyārē banē̃gē .
69When you become detached from the things of this world and the relations of this world, you will be loved by the divine family, BapDada and the entire world.
72Vaisē bhī kōī sambandhiyō̃ sē jab nyārē hō jātē haĩ , laukik rīti bhī alag hō jātē haĩ tō nyārē hōnē kē bād jyādā pyārē hōtē haĩ .
70Generally, when you become separated from your relatives, or if you become separated in a lokik way also, then by being separated, you are loved more.
73Aur agar unhō̃ kē sāth rahtē haĩ vā unhō̃ K|kē sambandh K|kē lagāv mē̃ hōtē haĩ tō itnē pyārē nahī̃ hōtē haĩ .
71If you stay with them, or if you have attachment in that relationship, then you are not loved that much.
74Vah huā laukik . 75Lēkin yahā̃ nyārā bannā hai gyān sahit .
72That is a lokik situation, but here, you have to be detached with knowledge.
76Sirph bāhar sē nyārā nahī̃ bannā hai . 77Man kā lagāv na hō .
73You must not simply be detached externally.
78Jitnā-jitnā nyārā banē̃gē utnā - utnā pyārā avaśhya banē̃gē .
74There should be no attachment of the mind either.
79Jab apnī dēh sē bhī nyārē hō jātē hō tō vah nyārēpan key|kī avasthā apnē āp kō bhī pyārī lagtī hai - aisā anubhav kab kiyā hai ? 80Jab apnī nyārēpan key|kī avasthā apnē kō bhī pyārī lagtī hai , tō lagāv sē nyārī avasthā pyārī nahī̃ lagēgī ?
75The more detached you become, you will definitely be that much loved. 76At the moment, you become detached from your body, and this stage of being detached is loved by the self also. 77Have you ever had this experience?
81Jis din dēh mē̃ lagāv hōtā hai , nyārāpan nahī̃ hōtā hai tō apnē āp kō bhī pyārē nahī̃ lagtē hō , parēśhān hōtē hō .
78When you have attachment to your body, when you cannot become detached, you do not love yourself and you yourself feel distressed.
82Aisē hī bāhar K|kē lagāv sē agar nyārē nahī̃ hōtē haĩ tō pyārē bannē K|kē bajāy parēśhān hōtē haĩ .
79In the same way, if you do not become detached from external attachment, then instead of being loved, you become distressed.
83Yah anubhav tō sabhī kō hōgā .
80All of you must have had this experience.
84Sirph aisē-aisē anubhav sadākāl nahī̃ banā saktē hō .
81It is just that you are not able to have such experiences all the time.
85Aisā kōī hai jisnē is nyārē aur pyārēpan kā anubhav nahī̃ kiyā hō ?
82Is there anyone here who has not experienced this loving and detached stage?
86Apnē kō yōgī kahlātē hō .
83You call yourselves yogis, do you not?
87Jab apnē kō sahaj rājyōgī kahlātē hō tō yah anubhav nahī̃ kiyā hō , yah hō nahī̃ saktā .
84Since you call yourselves easy Raja Yogis, it is not possible that you have not had this experience.
88Nahī̃ tō yah title apnē kō dē nahī̃ saktē hō .
85Otherwise, you cannot give yourselves this title.
89Yōgī arthāt yah yōgyatā hai tab yōgī haĩ .
86A yogi means one who has these qualities, and this is why he is a yogi.
90Nahī̃ tō phir apnē parichay mē̃ yah śhabda nahī̃ kah saktē hō ki ham sahaj rājyōg key|kī paṛhāī K|kē student haĩ .
87Otherwise, you 88cannot say in your introduction that you are students of easy Raja Yoga.
91Student tō hō nā .
89You are students, are you not?
92Student kō paṛhāī kā anubhav na hō , yah hō nahī̃ saktā .
90It is not possible that students would not have the experience of their study.
93Hā̃ , yah jarūr hai ki is anubhav kō kahā̃ tak sadākāl banā saktē hō vā alpkāl kā anubhav kartē hō . 94Yah phark hō saktā hai .
91Yes, it is certain that there can be the difference in the extent to which you are able to make this experience permanent or temporary.
95Lēkan jō purānē sṭūḍēnṭas haĩ unhō̃ kā anubhav alpkāl nahī̃ hōnā chāhiē .
92However, those who are old students should not only have a temporary experience of this even now.
96Agar ab tak alpkāl kā hī anubhav hai tō phir kyā hōgā ?
93If even now, you have this experience temporarily, what will happen?
97Saṅgamyug kā varsā aur bhaviṣhya kā varsā - dōnō̃ hī alp samay prāpt hōgā .
94You will only receive the inheritance of the confluence age and the future inheritance for a temporary period.
98Samjhā ?
95Do you understand?
99Jō pūrā samay varsā prāpt karnē kā hai vah nahī̃ kar sakē̃gē , alp samay karē̃gē .
96You will not be able to claim the full inheritance that you should. 97You will only claim it for a temporary period.
100Tō isī mē̃ hī santuṣhṭ hō kyā ?
98So are you content with just this much?
101Āj kumār kībhaṭṭhīkā ārambh hai nā .
99Today is the beginning of the bhatthi of the kumars.
102Bhaṭṭhīkā ārambh arthāt paknē kā ārambh .
100The beginning of the bhatthi means the beginning of becoming strong.
103Kōī svāhā hōgā , kōī bhaṭṭhī mē̃ pakēgā , kōī purity kā saṅkalp dr̥iṛh karēgā .
101Some will sacrifice themselves, others will become strong and others will have a determined thought for purity.
104Yahā̃ tō karnē liē hī āyē hō nā .
102This is why you have come here, is it not?
105Ab dēkhnā hai ki jō kahā vah kiyā ?
103Now see that you do what you say.
106Yah jō group hai vah pūrā māyā sē innocent aur gyān sē saint bankar jānā .
104This group has to become innocent of Maya and become saints with knowledge.
107Jaisē satyugī ātmāyē̃ jab yahā̃ ātī haĩ tō vikārō̃ key|kī bātō̃ key|kī nôlējasē innocent hōtī haĩ . 108Dēkhā hai nā .
105When the golden-aged souls come here, they are innocent of the knowledge of vice. 106Do you remember what you souls were when you were in satyug?
109Apnā yād ātā hai ki jab ham ātmāyē̃ satyug mē̃ thī̃ tō kyā thī̃ ?
107You were innocent of the knowledge of Maya. 108Do you remember that?
110Māyā key|kī nôlējasē innocent thī̃ - yād ātā hai ? 111Apnē vah saṅskār smr̥iti mē̃ ātē haĩ vā sunā huā hai isliē samajhtē hō ?
109Are you able to make those sanskars emerge into your consciousness, or are you just able to understand about it because you have heard about it?
112Jaisē apnē is janm mē̃ bachpan key|kī bātē̃ spaṣhṭ smr̥iti mē̃ ātī haĩ , vaisē hī jō kal K|kē āpkē saṅskār thē vah kal K|kē saṅskār āj K|kē jīvan mē̃ saṅskārō̃ K|kē samān spaṣhṭ smr̥iti mē̃ ātē haĩ vā smr̥iti mē̃ lānā paṛtā hai ?
110Just as the things you have done in your childhood of this birth are clearly in your consciousness, in the same way, are your sanskars of yesterday clearly in your consciousness in the form of sanskars in your life today. 111Or, do you have to bring them into your consciousness?
113Jō samajhtē haĩ ki hamārē satyugī saṅskār aisē hī mujhē spaṣhṭ smr̥iti mē̃ ātē haĩ jaisē is jīvan K|kē bachpan K|kē saṅskār spaṣhṭ smr̥iti mē̃ ātē haĩ , vah hāth uṭhāō .
112Those who think that their golden-aged sanskars are clearly in their consciousness, just as the sanskars of the childhood of this life are clearly in their consciousness, raise your hand!
114Yah spaṣhṭ smr̥iti mē̃ ānā chāhiē .
113They should be clearly in your consciousness.
115Sākār rūp mē̃ ( brahmā bāp mē̃ ) spaṣhṭ smr̥iti mē̃ thē nā .
114They were clearly in the consciousness of the sakar form.
116Yah smr̥iti tab hōgī jab apnē ātmik-svarūp key|kī smr̥iti spaṣhṭ aur sadākāl rahēgī . 117Tō phir yah smr̥iti bhī spaṣhṭ aur sadākāl rahēgī .
115You will only be able to have this consciousness when you have the consciousness of the form of the soul clearly and all the time.
118Abhī ātmik-sthiti key|kī smr̥iti kab-kab dēh K|kē pardē K|kē andar chhip jātī hai .
116At present, the consciousness of the form of the soul is sometimes hidden behind the curtain of the body.
119Isliē yah smr̥iti bhī pardē K|kē andar dikhāī dētī hai , spaṣhṭ nahī̃ dikhāī dētī hai .
117This is why this consciousness is also visible from behind the curtain, but it is not clear.
120Ātmik-smr̥ti spaṣhṭ aur bahut samay rahnē sē apnā bhaviṣhya varsā athavā apnē bhaviṣhya K|kē saṅskār svarūp mē̃ sāmnē āyēṅgē .
118When you have the consciousness of the soul clearly and for a long time, you will be able to see your future inheritance, that is, your future sanskars will emerge in front of you.
121Āpnē chitra mē̃ kyā dikhāyā hai ?
119What have you shown in your pictures?
122Ēk taraph vikār bhāgtē , dūsrī taraph buddhi key|kī smr̥iti bāp aur bhaviṣhya prāpti key|kī taraph . 123Yah lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kā chitra dikhāyā hai nā .
120On the one side, you have shown the vices running away, and on the other side, the consciousness of the intellect running towards Baba and the future attainment.
124Yah chitra kiskē liē banāyā hai ?
121The picture of Lakshmi and Narayan has been shown.
125Dūsrō̃ kē liē yā apnī sthiti kē liē ?
122Have you created this picture for others, or for your own stage?
126Tō bhaviṣhya saṅskārō̃ kō spaṣhṭ smr̥iti mē̃ lānē kē liē ātmik-svarūp key|kī smr̥iti sadākāl aur spaṣhṭ rahē .
123So in order to bring your future sanskars into your consciousness clearly, you must constantly and clearly have the consciousness of the form of your soul.
127Jaisē yah dēh spaṣhṭ dikhāī dētī hai , vaisē apnī ātmā kā svarūp spaṣhṭ dikhāī dē arthāt anubhav mē̃ āyē .
124Just as you are clearly able to see your body, in the same way, you should clearly be able to see the form of your soul, that is, you should be able to experience it.
128Tō ab kumār kō kyā karnā hai ?
125What do the kumars now have to do?
129Saint bhī bannā hai , innocent bhī bannā hai .
126You must become a saint and also be innocent.
130Sahaj paṛhāī hai nā .
127This is an easy study, is it not?
131Dō śhabda mē̃ āpkā pūrā course hō jāyēgā .
128Your course will be completed in two words.
132Yah chhāp lagākar jānā .
129You must apply this stamp before you go.
133Kamzōrī , parēśhānī ādi - - in bātō̃ sē bilkul innocent .
130You must be completely innocent of weaknesses and disturbances.
134Kamjōrī śhabda bhī samāpt hōnā hai .
