2Will power aur controlling power
1Will power and controlling power
3Apnē andar vil-pāvar aur controlling power - - dōnō̃ hī powers kā anubhav kartē hō ?
2Do you experience both will power and controlling power in yourself?
4Kyōṅki apnē purūṣhārth kē liē vā anya ātmāō̃ key|kī unnati kē liē yah dōnō̃ hī powers ati āvaśhyak haĩ .
3Because both these powers are extremely necessary for your own effort and for the progress of all other souls.
5Agar apnē mē̃ hī controlling power aur vil-pāvar nahī̃ hai tō aurō̃ kō bhī will karānē key|kī śhakti nahī̃ ā saktī .
4If you do not have controlling power and will power in your own self, then you do not have the power to make others will something.
6Aurō̃ key|kī jō vyarth saṅkalp vā vyarth chalan abhī tak chaltī rahtī hai , vō control nahī̃ karā saktē haĩ .
5You are then not able to make others control their wasteful thoughts or their wasteful behaviour.
7Vil-pāvar nahī̃ rahtī .
6You do not have any will power.
8Will - power arthāt jō bhī kuchh kiyā saṅkalp , vāṇī dvārā vā karma dvārā , vah sabhī bāp kē āgē will arthāt arpaṇ kar dē̃ .
7Will power means that whatever you do, either through your thoughts, words or actions, it should always be willed to the Father, that is, it should be offered to the Father.
9Jaisē bhakti-mārg mē̃ jō bhī kuchh kartē haĩ , khātē haĩ , chaltē haĩ - - tō kahnē mātra kahtē haĩ īśhvar arpaṇ .
8On the path of bhakti, whatever they do, whether they are eating or walking, they say for the sake of saying it, that it is offered to God.
10Lēkin yahā̃ abhī samajhtē haĩ ki jō bhī kiyā , vah kalyāṇkārī bāp K|kē kalyāṇ K|kē karttavya prati will kiyā .
9However, here, you understand that whatever you did, you willed it for the task of benefit of the Benefactor Father.
11Tō jitnā-jitnā jō kuchh hai vah arpaṇ kartē jāyēṅgē tō arpaṇmay darpaṇ ban jātā hai .
10If you continue to offer whatever you have, you will become a mirror of someone who is worthy of an offering.
12Jiskō arpaṇ kiyā , jiskē prati arpaṇ kiyā vah sākṣhātkār aisē arpaṇ sē svataḥ hī sabhī kō hōtā hai .
11The vision of the One to whom you offered something, the one for whom you offered it, is automatically received by everyone through such an offering.
13Tō arpaṇ karkē darpaṇ bannē kā purūṣhārth yah huā ki vil-pāvar chāhiē aur dūsrā controlling power chāhiē .
12So the effort needed in order to offer something and to become a mirror is that you need will power and secondly, you need controlling power.
14Jahā̃ chāhē̃ vahā̃ apnē āpkō arthāt apnī sthiti kō sthit kar sakē̃ .
13You should be able to stabilise yourself, that is, your stage wherever you wish.
15Aisē nahī̃ ki baiṭhē apnī sthiti kō sthit karnē kē liē bāp kī yād mē̃ aur uskē bajāy vyarth saṅkalp vā ḍagmag sthiti ban jāyē , yah controlling power nahī̃ hai .
14It should not be that you sit to stabilise your stage in Baba's remembrance, but instead, you have wasteful thoughts or your stage fluctuates, or that you do not have any controlling power.
16Ēk second sē bhī cum|kam samay mē̃ apnē saṅkalp kō jahā̃ chāhē̃ vahā̃ ṭikā sakē̃ .
15In less than one second, you should be able to stabilise your thoughts wherever you wish.
17Agar svayã key|kī sthiti kō nahī̃ ṭikā sakē̃gē tō aurō̃ kō ātmik-sthiti mē̃ kaisē ṭikā sakē̃gē .
16If you are not able to stabilise your own stage, how will you make others stabilise in the stage of soul consciousness?
18Isliē apnī stage aur status - - dōnō̃ key|kī smr̥iti sadā rahē tab hī lakṣyakī siddhi pā sakē̃gē .
17This is why you must constantly keep the awareness of your stage and status; only then will you be able to attain success in your qualifications.
19Tō will - power aur controlling power - - dōnō̃ kē liē mukhya kyā yād rakhē̃ , jissē dōnō̃ powers āyē̃ ?
18So what will you keep as the main thing for will power and controlling power, so that you imbibe both the powers?
20In dōnō̃ powers K|kē purūṣhārth kā ēk-ēk śhabda mē̃ hī sādhan hai .
19The method of making effort for both these powers is included in just one word for each.
21Controlling power kē liē sadaiv mahān antar sāmnē rahē tō āṭōmēṭi - kalī jō śhrēṣhṭh hōgā us taraph buddhi jāyēgī aur jō vyarth mahsūs hōgā us taraph buddhi automatically nahī̃ jāyēgī .
20For controlling power, constantly keep the great contrast (mahan antar) in front of you, and your intellect will automatically go towards that which is elevated; your intellect will not go towards that which is felt to be wasteful.
22Jō bhī karma kartē hō tō mahān antar-śuddha aur aśhuddh , satya aur asatya , smr̥iti aur vismr̥iti mē̃ kyā antar hai , vyarth aur samarth saṅkalp mē̃ kyā antar hai , sab bāt mē̃ agar mahān antar kartē jāō tō dūsrē taraph buddhi automatically control hō jāyēgī .
21Whatever actions you perform, if you continue to see the great contrast between pure and impure, truth and falsehood, the difference between awareness and forgetfullness, the difference between the wasteful and the powerful, then your intellect is automatically controlled.
23Aur vil-pāvar kē liē hai mahāmantr-agar mahān antar aur mahāmantra yah dōnō̃ hī yād rahē̃ tō kabhī buddhi kō control karnē vō liē mēhnat nahī̃ karnī paṛēgī .
22And for will power, there is the great mantra (mahan mantra). 23If you remember both the great contrast and the great mantra, then you never have to make effort to control your intellect.
24Yah sahaj hai .
24This is easy.
25Pahlē check karō arthāt antar sōchō , phir karma karō .
25First of all, check, that is, think of the contrast and then perform the action.
26Antar nahī̃ dēkhtē , albēlē chaltē rahtē , isliē controlling power jō ānī chāhiē vah nahī̃ ātī .
26When you do not see the contrast but continue to move carelessly, you do not have the controlling power that you should have.
27Aur mahāmantra sē vil-pāvar automatically ā jāyēgī .
27And with the great mantra, you will automatically have will power.
28Kyōṅki mahāmantra hai hī bāp kī yād arthāt bāp kē sāth , bāp K|kē karttavya kē sāth , bāp K|kē guṇō̃ kē sāth sadaiv apnī buddhi kō sthit karnā .
28Because the great mantra is Baba's remembrance, that is, to constantly stabilise your intellect on Baba, on Baba's activities and Baba's virtues.
29Tō mahāmantra buddhi mē̃ rahnē sē arthāt buddhi kā connection pāvar-hāus sē hōnē K|kē kāraṇ vil-pāvar ā jātī hai .
29So by having the great mantra in the intellect, that is, by having the connection of the intellect with the Power House, you will have will power.
30Tō mahāmantra aur mahān antar-yah dōnō̃ hī yād rahē tō dōnō̃ pāvaras sahaj ā saktī haĩ .
30So you should remember both the great contrast and the great mantra and you will easily be able to imbibe both the powers.
31Mahāmantra aur mahān antar - dōnō̃ smr̥iti mē̃ rakh phir gyān kā nētra chalānē sē dēkhō saphaltā kitnī hōtī hai .
31Keep the great contrast and the great mantra in your awareness, then use the eye of knowledge, and see how much success you have.
32Jaisē sunāyā thā nā-hãs kā karttavya kyā hōtā hai .
32You were told what the activity of a swan is.
33Vah sadaiv kaṅkaṛ aur ratnō̃ kā mahān antar kartā hai .
33It constantly picks out the great contrast between stones and jewels.
34Tō aisē hī buddhi mē̃ sadaiv mahān antar yād rahē tō mahāmantra bhī sahaj yād ā jāyēgā .
34In the same way, if you constantly remember the great contrast, then you automatically remember the great mantra.
35Jab kōī śhrēṣhṭh chīz kō jān jātē haĩ tō nīchē key|kī chīz sē svataḥ hī kinārā hō jātā hai .
35When people come to know about something elevated, they automatically step away from the things that are of less value.
36Lēkin antar yād na hōnē sē mantra bhī bhūl jātā hai aur gyān K|kē yantra jō milē haĩ vah pūrṇ rīti saphal nahī̃ hō pātē .
36But by not remembering the contrast, you even forget the mantra, and you are not fully able to use the weapons of knowledge successfully.
37Tō ab kyā karē̃gē ?
37So what will you do now?
38Sirph dō śhabda yād rakhnā hai .
38Simply remember two words.
39Hans bankar antar kartē jāō .
39Be swans and continue to do that.
40Samjhā ?
40Do you understand?
41Jaisē bāpdādā K|kē tīn rūp mukhya haĩ . 42Haĩ tō sarv sambandh , phir bhī tīn sambandh mukhya haĩ nā . 43Aisē hī sārē din K|kē andar āpkē bhī mukhya tīn rūp āpkō yād rahnē chāhiē .
41Just as you have three special relationships with BapDada; although you have all relationships, there are three main ones; in the same way, throughout the whole day, you should remember your own three main forms.
44Jaisē bāl avasthā , yuvā avasthā aur vr̥iddha avasthā hōtī hai , phir mr̥ityu hōtī hai .
42Just as there is childhood, young age, old age and then death, so this cycle continues all the time.
45Yah chakra chaltā hai nā . 46Tō sārē din mē̃ tīn rūp kaunsē yād rahē̃ jissē smr̥iti bhī sahaj rahē aur saphaltā bhī jyādā hō ?
43And so throughout the entire day, which three forms should you remember so that you are easily able to have remembrance and have greater success?
47Jaisē bāp K|kē yah tīn rūp varṇan kartē hō , vaisē hī āpkē tīn rūp kaunsē haĩ ?
44Just as you speak of the three forms of the Father, in the same way, what are your three forms?
48Savērē-savērē amr̥itvēlē jab uṭhtē hō aur yād kī yātrā mē̃ rahtē hō vā rūh-rūhān kartē hō tō us samay kā rūp kaunsā hōtā hai ?
45When you wake up in the early morning hours of nectar, and stay on the pilgrimage of remembrance or have a heart-to- heart conversation, what is your form at that time?
49Bālak sō mālik .
46That of a child and a master.
50Jab rūh-rūhān kartē hō tō bālak rūp yād rahtā hai nā . 51Aur jab yād kī yātrā kā anubhav-rūp ban jātē hō tō mālikpan kā rūp hōtā hai .
47When you have a heart-to-heart conversation, you remember the form of a child, and when you become the embodiment of experience of the pilgrimage of remembrance, you have the form of being a master.
52Tō amr̥itvēlē hōtā hai bālak sō mālikpan kā rūp .
48So at amrit vela, you have the form of a child and master.
53Phir kaunsā rūp hōtā hai ?
49Then, what form do you have?
54Godly student life .
50That of a Godly student life.
55Phir tīsrā rūp hai sēvādhārī kā .
51And then the third form is that of a server.
56Yah tīnō̃ rūp sārē din mē̃ dhāraṇ kartē karttavya kartē chaltē hō ?
52Do you continue to perform your activities whilst adopting all these three forms throughout the day?
57Rūp yah tīn hōtē haĩ . 58Aur rāt kō phir kaunsā rūp hōtā hai ?
53You have these three forms, and then what form do you have at night?
59Ant mē̃ rāt kō sōtē samay sthiti hōtī hai apnē kō check karnē key|kī aur sāth-sāth apnē kō vāṇī sē parē lē jānē vālī sthiti bhī hōtī hai .
54At the end of the day, at the time of going to sleep, your stage is that of checking yourself and as well as that, you have the stage of going beyond sound.
60Us sthiti mē̃ sthit hō ēk din kō samāpt kartē hō , phir dūsrā din śhurū hōtā hai .
55Whilst stabilising yourself in that stage, you finish one day and begin the next day.
61Tō vah sthiti aisī hōnī chāhiē jaisē nīnd mē̃ is duniyā key|kī kōī bhī bāt , kōī bhīāvāz , kōī bhī ākarṣhaṇ nahī̃ hōtā hai , jab achchhī nīnd mē̃ hōtē hō , svapn key|kī dūsrī bāt hai .
56So that stage should be as when you are asleep because at that time, you are not disturbed by any noise or any thing. 57When you are in a very good sleep and you have dreams, that is a different matter.
62Is rīti sē sōnē sē pahlē aisī sthiti banākar phir sōnā chāhiē .
58You should make your stage like this before going to sleep.
63Jaisē ant mē̃ ātmāē̃ jō saṅskār lē jātī haĩ vahī merge hōtē haĩ , phir vahī saṅskār emerge hōṅgē . 64Is rīti sē yah bhī din kō jab samāpt kartē hō tō saṅskār nyārē aur pyārēpan K|kē hō gaē nā .
59Just as at the end, the sanskars that the souls take at the end become merged and then those sanskars emerge, in the same way, when you finish the day in this way, your sanskars become loving and detached.
65Isī saṅskār sē sō jānē sē phir dūsrē din bhī in saṅskārō̃ key|kī madad miltī hai . 66Isliē rāt K|kē samay jab din kō samāpt kartē hō tō yād-agni sē vā smr̥iti key|kī śhakti sē purānē khātē kō samāpt athavā khatm kar dēnā chāhiē . 67Hisāb chuktū kar dēnā chāhiē .
60By going to sleep with these sanskars, you receive help from these sanskars the next day, and therefore, at night, when you finish the day, you should finish the old accounts with the fire of remembrance. 61That is, with the power of remembrance, you should settle all your accounts.
68Jaisē bizanēsamain bhī agar hisāb-kitāb chuktū na rakhtē tō khātā baṛh jātā aur karzdār hō jātē haĩ . 69Karz kō marzakahatē haĩ . 70Isī rīti sē agar sārē din K|kē kiyē huē karmō̃ kā khātā aur saṅkalpō̃ kā khātā bhī kuchh huā , uskō chuktū kar dō .
62Just as if businessmen do not settle their accounts, they increase their debt; a debt is called a sickness; in this way, if there are any accounts of your karma or your thoughts of the whole day, you should settle them.
71Dūsrē din kē liē kuchh karzakī rīti na rakhō .
63Do not keep anything as a debt for the next day.
72Nahī̃ tō vahī marz K|kē rūp mē̃ buddhi kō kamzōr kar dētā hai .
64Otherwise, it takes the form of a sickness and makes the intellect weak.
73Rōz apnā hisāb chuktū kar nayā din , naī smr̥iti rahē .
65Settle your accounts daily and begin a new day with a new awareness.
74Aisē jab apnē karmō̃ aur saṅkalpō̃ kā khātā clear rakhē̃gē tab sampūrṇ vā saphaltāmūrt ban jāyēṅgē .
66When you keep the accounts of your actions and thoughts clear in this way, you will become perfect and the image of success.
75Agar apnā hī hisāb chuktū nahī̃ kar saktē tō dūsrō̃ K|kē karmbandhan vā dūsrō̃ K|kē hisāb-kitāb kō kaisē chuktū karā sakē̃gē .
67If you are not able to settle your own accounts, how will you enable others to settle their accounts and karmic bondages?
76Isliē rāz rāt kō apnā register sāph hōnā chāhiē .
68Therefore, your register should be cleared every night.
77Jō huā vah yōg key|kī agni mē̃ bhasma karō . 78Jaisē kāṇṭō̃ kō bhasma kar nām-niśhān gum kar dētē hō nā .
69Whatever has happened, burn it away with the fire of yoga, just as people burn away thorns and make the name and trace of them disappear.
79Is rīti apanēnôlējakī śhakti aur yād kī śhakti , vil-pāvar aur controlling power sē apnē register kō rōz sāph rakhnā chāhiē . 80Jamā na hō .
70In the same way, with the power of knowledge and the power of remembrance, that is, with will power and controlling power, you should keep your register clean every day.
81Ēk din K|kē kiyē huē vyarth saṅkalp vā vyarth karma key|kī dūsrē din bhī lakīr na rahē arthāt karzā nahī̃ rahnā chāhiē .
71Nothing should accumulate. 72The wasteful thoughts and actions of one day should not leak into the next day, that is, there should not be a debt.
82Bītī sō bītī , full stop .
73Past is past, full stop!
83Aisē register sāph rakhnē vālē vā hisāb kō chuktū karnē vālē saphaltāmūrt sahaj ban saktē haĩ .
74Those who keep their register clean in this way, that is, those who clear their accounts are easily able to become the embodiment of success.
84Samjhā ?
75Do you understand?
85Sārē din kā checker bannā .
76Become a checker for the whole day.
86Svadarśhan chakra K|kē andar phir yah ēk din kā chakra .
77In the cycle of self-realisation, there is this cycle of the day.
87Śhurū mē̃ drill kartē thē tō chakra K|kē andar chakra mē̃ jātē thē , phir nikaltē thē nā .
78In the beginning, when you used to have drill, you used go from one circle into another and then come out of it.
88Tō yah bēhad kā 5000 varṣh kā chakra hai . 89Usmē̃ phir chhōṭē-chhōṭē chakra haĩ .
79So this is an unlimited cycle of five thousand years, and within that, there are little cycles.
90Tō apnā vah dincharyā kā chakra sadaiv clear rahē , mūnjhē nahī̃ . 91Tab chakravartī rājā banē̃gē .
80So your cycle of the day should always remain clear. 81There should not be any confusion in that, only then will you become the rulers of the globe.
92Register sāph karnā ātā hai nā .
82You know how to clear your register, do you not?
93Ājkal science nē bhī aisī invention kī hai , jō likhā huā sabhī miṭ jāyē jō mālūm hī na paṛē .
83Nowadays, science has also created such inventions that whatever is written can all be erased so that you are not even aware of what was written.
94Tō kyā silence key|kī śhakti sē apnē register kō rāz sāf nahī̃ kar saktē hō ?
84So with the power of silence, are you not able to clear your register every day?
95Isliē kahā huā hai ki bāp K|kē priya vā prabhu priya vā daivī lōk dōnō̃ K|kē priya kaun ban saktē ?
85This is why it is said: Who can be loved by the Father, by God and who can be loved by the deities?
96Sachchāī aur saphāī vālē prabhu-priy bhī haĩ aur lōk-priy bhī aur apnē āpkō bhī priya lagtē haĩ .
86Those who have honesty and cleanliness are loved by God and are also loved by the people. 87And they even love their own selves.
97Saccāī-saphāī kō sabhī pasand kartē haĩ .
88Everyone likes honesty and cleanliness.
98Register sāph rakhanā-yah bhī saphāī huī nā .
89To keep your register clean is also cleanliness.
99Aur sachchī dil par sāhēb rājī hō jātā hai arthāt himmat aur yād sē madad mil jātī hai .
90And the Lord is pleased with an honest heart. 91That is, when you have courage and remembrance, you receive help. 92Achcha.
100Achchhā .
