2Svayã K|kē jānnē sē saṅyam aur samay key|kī pahchān 3Jaisēbāp kē liē kahā huā hai ki vah jō hai , jaisā hai , vaisā hī unkō jānnē vālā sarv prāptiyā̃ kar saktā hai .

1It is said of the Father that those who know him as he is, and what he is, can attain all attainments. 2In the same way, do you knowyourselfas you are, and what you are?

4Vaisē hī svayã kō jānnē kē liē bhī jō hū̃ , jaisā hū̃ , aisā hī jān kar aur mān kar sārā din chaltē-phirtē hō  ?

3Do you know and accept yourself in this way, and conduct yourself accordingly throughout the whole day?

5Kyōṅki jaisē bāp kō sarv svarūpō̃ sē vā sarv sambandhō̃ sē jānnā āvaśhyak hai , aisē hī bāp dvārā svayã kō bhī aisā jānnā āvaśhyak hai .

4Just as it is necessary to know the Father in all his forms and in all relationships, it is also necessary to know theselfin the same way, through the Father.

6Jānnā arthāt mānnā .

5To know means to accept.

7Maĩ jō hū̃ , jaisā hū̃ - aisē mānkar chalē̃gē tō kyā sthiti hōgī  ?

6What will your stage become if you continue to move along accepting yourself as you are?

8Dēh mē̃ vidēhī , vyakt mē̃ hōtē avyakt , chaltē-phirtē phariśhtā vā karma kartē huē karmātīt . 9Kyōṅki jab svayã kō achchhī tarah sē jān aur mān lētē haĩ  ; tō jō svayã kō jāntā hai us dvārā kōī bhī saṅyam arthāt niyam nīchē-ūpar nahī̃ hō saktā .

7You will become bodiless whilst in the body, avyakt whilst in the vyakt form, an angel whilst walking and moving around, and karmateet whilst performing karma. 8When you very clearly know and accept yourselves, then such souls can never fluctuate in following the disciplines.

10Saṅyam kō jānnā arthātsãyam mē̃ chalnā .

9To know the disciplines means to follow the disciplines.

11Svayã kō mānkar K|kē chalnē vālē sē svataḥ hī saṅyam sāth-sāth rahtā hai .

10The disciplines automatically remain with those who accept and follow all the disciplines.

12Unkō sōchnā nahī̃ paṛtā ki yah saṅyam hai vā nahī̃ , lēkin svayã key|kī sthiti mē̃ sthit hōnē vālā jō karma kartā hai , jō bōl bōltā hai , jō saṅkalp kartā hai vahī saṅyam ban jātā hai .

11They do not have to think whether something is a discipline or not. 12For those who stabilise themselves in the stage of the self, whatever actions they perform, whatever words they speak, and whatever thoughts they think, become a discipline.

13Jaisē sākār mē̃ svayã key|kī smr̥iti mē̃ rahnē sē jō karma kiyā vahī brāhmaṇ parivār kā saṅyam hō gayā nā .

13You saw that, whatever the sakar form performed while remaining in self awareness, they became the disciplines for the Brahmin family.

14Yah saṅyam kaisē banē  ?

14How were those disciplines created?

15Brahmā dvārā jō kuchh chalā vahī brāhmaṇ parivār kē liē saṅyam banā .

15Whatever happened through Brahma Baba became the disciplines for the Brahmin family.

16Tō svayã key|kī smr̥iti mē̃ rahnē sē her|har karma saṅyam ban hī jātā hai aur sāth-sāth samay key|kī pahchān bhī unkē sāmnē sadaiv spaṣhṭ rahtī hai .

16By staying in the awareness of the self, all actions become a discipline, and recognition of the time constantly remains very clear in front of them.

17Jaisē baṛē officers K|kē sāmnē sārā plan hōtā hai , jiskō dēkhtē huē vah apnī-apnī kārōbār chalātē haĩ .

17Senior officers know the whole plan, and they keep it in front of them while conducting their activities.

18Jaisē aeroplane vā steamer chalānē vālō̃ kē pās apnē-apnē plans hōtē haĩ jissē vah rāstē kō spaṣhṭ samajh jātē haĩ .

18In the same way, pilots and ships’ captains have their own plans through which they can know the path clearly.

19Isī prakār jō svayã kō jāntā hai ussē saṅyam automatically chaltē rahtē haĩ aur samay key|kī pahchān bhī aisē spaṣhṭ hōtī hai .

19Similarly, those who know themselves automatically follow the disciplines, and recognise the time very clearly.

20Sārā din svayã jō hai , jaisā hai vaisī smr̥iti rahtī hai .

20Throughout the day they are aware of what they are, as they are.

21Isliē gāyā huā bhī hai - jō karma maĩ karūṅgā mujhē dēkh sabhī karē̃gē .

21It is remembered: “whatever actions I perform, others who see me will do the same”.

22Tō aisē svayã kō jānnē vālā jō karma karēgā vahī saṅyam ban jāyēgā . 23Unkō dēkh sabhī follow karē̃gē . 24Aisī smr̥iti sadā rahē .

22So, whatever actions are performed by those who know themselves, those actions will become disciplines: everyone who sees them will follow them.

25Pahlī stage jō hōtī hai usmē̃ purūṣhārth karnā paṛtā hai , her|har kadam mē̃ sōchnā paṛtā hai ki yah right hai vā rôṅg hai , yah hamārā saṅyam hai vā nahī̃  ?

23You should have such a stage constantly. 24In the first stage, you have to make effort: you have to think, at every step, whether something is right or wrong.

26Jab svayã key|kī smr̥iti mē̃ sadā rahtē haĩ tō natural hō jātā hai . 27Phir yah sōchnē key|kī āvaśhyaktā nahī̃ rahtī . 28Kab bhī kōī karma binā saṅyam K|kē hō nahī̃ saktā .

25But, when you stay constantly in the awareness of the self, then it becomes natural, and there is no need to think about it, as you could never perform any action without the disciplines.

29Jaisē sākār mē̃ svayã K|kē naśhē mē̃ rahnē K|kē kāraṇ athôriṭīsē kah saktē thē ki agar sākār dvārā ulaṭā bhī kōī karma hō gayā tō uskō bhī sulaṭā kar dēgē .

26In the sakar form, because of being in the intoxication of the self, he could say with authority that, even if he performed a wrong action, that would also be put right.

30Yah authority hai nā .

27He had that authority.

31Utnī authority kaisē rahī  ?

28How did he have such authority?

32Svayã K|kē naśhē sē . 33Svayã K|kē svarūp key|kī smr̥iti mē̃ rahnē sē yah naśhā rahtā hai ki kōi bhī karma ulaṭā hō hī nahī̃ saktā .

29With the intoxication of the self: by staying in the awareness of the form of the self, you have the intoxication that none of your actions can be wrong.

34Aisā naśhā nambaravār sabhī mē̃ rahnā chāhiē .

30Everyone should have such intoxication, number-wise.

35Jab follow father hai tō follow karnē vālō̃ key|kī yah stage nahī̃ āyēgī  ?

31Can those who followed the Father not create this stage?

36Iskō bhī follow karē̃gē nā .

32You willfollow this one, will you not?

37Sākār rūp phir bhī pahlī ātmā hai nā .

33He is the first soul, in the sakar form.

38Jō first ātmā nē nimit bankar K|kē dikhāyā , tō unkō second , third jō nambaravār ātmāē̃ haĩ vah sabhī bāt mē̃ follow kar saktī haĩ .

34Whatever was demonstrated by the first soul as an instrument, the second and third souls can follow him number-wise in all aspects.

39Nirākār svarūp key|kī bāt alag hai .

35The question of the incorporeal form is a different matter.

40Sākār mē̃ nimit bankar K|kē jō kuchh karkē dikhāyā vah sabhī follow kar saktē haĩ nambaravār purūṣhārth anusār .

36Whatever Baba demonstrated, as an instrument, in the corporeal form, can be followed by everyone, number-wise, according to effort.

41Isī kō kahā jātā hai apnē mē̃ sampūrṇ niśhchay-buddhi .

37This is known as “having full faith in the intellect for the self”.

42Jaisē bāp mē̃ 100 % niśhchaybuddhi bantē haĩ , tō bāp K|kē sāth-sāth svayã mē̃ bhī itnā niścayabuddhizarūr banē̃ .

38Just as your intellect has 100% faith in the Father, together with that faith in theFather, you also need to have that much faith in theself.

43Svayã key|kī smr̥iti kā naśhā kitnā rahtā hai  ?

39How much intoxication do you have for the stage of the self?

44Jaisē sākār rūp mē̃ nimit ban her|har karma saṅyam K|kē rūp mē̃ karkē dikhāyā , aisē practical mē̃ āp lōgō̃ kō follow karnā hai .

40Just as Baba became an instrument in the sakar form, and demonstrated every action as a discipline, so you children have tofollowthe father, in the same way, in a practical form.

45Aisī stage hai  ?

41Do you have such a stage?

46Jaisē gāṛī agar ṭhīk paṭṭē par chaltī hai tō niśhchay rahtā hai - accident hō nahī̃ saktā . 47Bēphikr hō chalātē rahē̃gē .

42If the train is running accurately along the track, there is faith that there will not be an accident, and you continue to drive it free of care.

48Vaisē hī agar svayã key|kī smr̥iti kā naśhā hai , foundation ṭhīk hai tō karma aur vachan saṅyam K|kē binā hō nahī̃ saktā .

43In the same way, if you have the intoxication of the awareness of the self, then you cannot perform actions, or have thoughts, that are not within the disciplines.

49Aisī stage samīp ā rahī hai .

44Such a perfect stage is coming close now.

50Iskō hī kahā jātā hai sampūrṇ stage K|kē samīp .

45By stabilising yourself in this stage of self-respect, there cannot be any arrogance.

51Is svamān mē̃ sthit hōnē sē abhimān nahī̃ ātā . 52Jitnā svamān utnī nirmāntā .

46The more you maintain your stage of self- respect, the more humility there will be.

53Isliē unkō abhimān nahī̃ rahēgā .

47This is why such souls will not have any arrogance.

54Jaisē niśhchay kī vijay avaśhya hai , isī prakār aisē niśhchaybuddhi K|kē her|har karma mē̃ vijay hai  ; arthāt her|har karma saṅyam K|kē pramāṇ hai tō vijay hai hī hai .

48Victory is guaranteed when you have faith: victory will be merged in your every action. 49That is, if your every action is like a discipline, then victory is guaranteed.

55Aisē apnē kō check karō - kahā̃ tak is stage K|kē najdīk haĩ  ?

50Check yourself, to see how close you are to this stage.

56Jab āp lōg najdīk āyēṅgē tab phir dūsrō̃ K|kē bhī number najdīk āyēṅgē .

51When you come close, a number of others can also come close.

57Din-pratidin aisē parivartan kā anubhav tō hōtā hōgā .

52Day by day you must be experiencing such transformation.

58Verify karānā , ēk dō kō regard dēnā vah dūsrī bāt hai lēkin apnē mē̃ niśhchay rakh kōī sē pūchhnā vah dūsrī bāt hai .

53To have something verified, and to give regard, is one thing. 54But, to have faith in theself, and to ask others, is a different matter.

59Vah jō karma karēgā niśhchaybuddhi hōgā .

55Whatever actions such souls perform, they will have faith.

60Bāp bhī bachchō̃ kō regard dēkar K|kē rāy-salāh dētē haĩ nā .

56The Father also gives regard to the children, and advises them.

61Aisī stage kō dēkhnā hai kitnā najdīk āyē haĩ  ?

57Check to see how close you have come to such a stage.

62Phir yah saṅkalp nahī̃ āyēgā - patā nahī̃ yah right hai vā rôṅg hai  ; yah saṅkalp miṭ jāyēgā kyōṅki master knowledgeful hō .

58Then you will not have the thought: “I don’t know whether this is right or wrong”. 59That thought will finish, because you are master knowledge-full.

63Svayã K|kē naśhē mē̃ kamī nahī̃ hōnī chāhiē .

60You must never lack intoxication of the self.

64Kārōbār K|kē saṅyam K|kē pramāṇ ēk dō kō regard dēnā - yah bhī ēk saṅyam hai . 65Aisī stage hai , jaisē ēk sample rūp mē̃ dēkhā nā  !

61According to the disciplines, whilst interacting with others you should give regard to them: you saw such a stage in the sample.

66Tō sākār dvārā dēkhī huī bātō̃ kō follow karnā tō sahaj hai nā .

62To follow the things you have seen in the sakar form is easy, is it not?

67Tō aisī stage samāntā kī ā rahī hai nā .

63So, you are coming close to the stage of being equal, are you not?

68Abhī aisē mahān aur guhyagati vālā purūṣhārth chalnā hai . 69Sādhāraṇ purūṣhārth nahī̃ .

64So now you have to make elevated and deep effort, not ordinary effort.

70Sādhāraṇ purūṣhārth tō bachpan kā huā . 71Lēkin ab viśhēṣh ātmāō̃ kē liē viśhēṣh hī hai . 72Achchhā  !

65Ordinary effort is that of childhood, but now, for special souls, it has to be special effort. 66> > * * * O M S H A N T I * * *
