2Svamān mē̃ sthit hōnā hī sarv khajānē̃ aur khuśhī key|kī chābī hai

1To stabilise in your selfrespect is the key to happiness and all treasures.

3Sarv ātmāō̃ K|kē śhubh-chintak , avināśhī gyān , śhakti aur khuśhī K|kē khazānē dēnē vālē vidēhī śhiv bābā bōlē - 4Āj key|kī sabhā svamān mē̃ sthit rahnē vālī , sarv kō sv-bhāvanā sē dēkhnē va her|har ātmā kē prati śhubh kāmnā rakhnē vālī hai . 5Yah tīnō̃ hī bātē̃ svayã kē prati svamān , aurō̃ kē prati sva key|kī bhāvnā aur sadā śhubh kāmnā aisī sthiti sadā sahaj rahtī hai  ?

2Today's gathering is of those who stabilise themselves in their selfrespect, of those who look at all others witheternal feelings and of those who have good wishes for everyone. 3Do you constantly and easily have these threestages: of selfrespect for your own self, of eternal feelings for others and of constant good wishes for others?

6Sahaj usmē̃ sthit rahnā aur mēhnat sē us sthiti mē̃ sthit hōnā iskā phark tō jāntē hī hō .

4Youalready know the difference between being able to stabilise yourself easily in this stage and doing it with effort, doyou not?

7Vartamān samay yah sthiti sadā sahaj aur svataḥ hōnī chāhiē .

5At present, you should have this stage constantly, easily and naturally.

8Apnē kō check karē ki sadā aur svataḥ hī vah sthiti kyō̃ nahī̃ hō pātī  ?

6Check yourself as to why you arenot constantly and naturally able to have this stage.

9Iskā mūl kāraṇ hai ki svamān mē̃ sthit nahī̃ rahtē . 10Svamān ēk śhabda practical jīvan mē̃ dhāraṇ hō jāy tō sahaj hī sampūrṇtā kō pā saktē haĩ .

7The main reason is that you do not remain stable in selfrespect. If you inculcate the word 'respect' into your practical life, you can easily attain perfection.

11Svamān mē̃ sthit hōnē sē svataḥ hī sarv prati sva key|kī bhāvnā va śhubh kāmnā hō jāyēgī .

8By stabilising in your selfrespect, you will be able to have eternal feelings and good wishes for everyone.

12Yah svamān mē̃ sthit hōnā pahlā pāṭh hai .

9To stabilise in your selfrespect is the first lesson.

13’ ’ svamān mē̃ sthit hōnā hī jīvan key|kī pahēlī kō hal karnē kā sādhan hai .

10To stabilise in one's selfrespect is the means to solve the puzzle of life.

14Ādi sē lēkar abhī tak is pahēlī kō hal karnē mē̃ hī lagē huē hō ki ‘ ‘ maĩ kaun hū̃  ?

11From the beginning up to now, you havebeen engaged in solving the puzzle of who am I?

15’ ’ śhurū mē̃ jab sthāpanā kā kārya ārambh huā thā tō sabkō kyā sunātē thē-vhāṭ aim|M|am I|āī|eye arthāt maĩ kaun hū̃  ?

12In the beginning when the task of establishment began, what didyou tell everyone? 13Who am I?

16Yah bāt itnī pakkī smr̥iti mē̃ thī ki sab lōg jāntē thē ki in sabkā ēk hī pāṭh hai ki what aim|M|am I|āī|eye  ? 17Vahī ēk pāṭh ab tak chal rahā hai .

14You had this so firmly in your awareness that everyone was aware that all of you hadjust this one lesson very firm; and that was: Who am I?

18Isliē iskō pahēlī kahā jātā hai .

15That same lesson is still continuing today.

19Is itanī-sī chhōṭī pahēlī nē ūñcē-sē-ūñcē brāhmaṇō̃ kō bhī parājit kar diyā hai .

16This is why it iscalled a puzzle. 17Such a small puzzle has defeated the highestonhigh Brahmins.

20Pajal arthāt vyākul , bhramit kar diyā hai . 21Arthāt sampūrṇ rīti sē hal nahī̃ kar pāyē haĩ .

18It has them puzzled, that is, theyhaven't been able to solve it fully.

22Svamān K|kē bajāy dēh-abhimān va anya ātmāō̃ kē prati abhimān key|kī dr̥iṣhṭi hō jātī hai tō kyā kahē  ?

19If, instead of selfrespect, you have a vision of body consciousness or of arrogancetowards others, what would you call this?

23Kyā yah pahēlī hal kar lī hai athavā abhī tak bhī hal kar hī rahē haĩ .

20Have you solved this puzzle, or are you still in the process of solving it?

24‘ ‘ maĩ kaun hū̃ ’ ’ is ēk śhabda K|kē uttar mē̃ sārā gyān samāyā huā hai . 25Yah ēk śhabda hī khuśhī K|kē khazānē sarv , śhaktiyō̃ K|kē khazānē , gyān dhan K|kē khazānē , śhvāṅs aur samay K|kē khazānē key|kī chābī hai .

21The entire knowledge is merged in the answer to the question 'Who am I?' This one term is the key to all thetreasures of happiness, the treasures of all powers, the treasures of the wealth of knowledge and the treasures of breathand time.

26Chābī tō mil gaī hai na  ?

22You have received the key, have you not?

27Jis din āpkā janm huā tō sarv brāhmaṇō̃ kō birth day par gift miltī hai nā  ?

23The day that you Brahmins are born, all of you receive abirthday gift, do you not?

28Tō yah birth day key|kī gift jō bāp nē dī hai , uskō sadā use ( kām mē̃ lānā ) kartē rahō . 29Tō sarv khazānō̃ sē sampann sadā K|kē liyē ban saktē hō .

24So constantly continue to use the birthday gift that you have received from the Father, andyou will be able to become complete with all treasures for all time.

30Aisē sarv khazānō̃ sē sampann ātmā K|kē dil K|kē khuśhī key|kī umaṅgō̃ mē̃ her|har samay kaun-sā āvāj nikaltā hai  ?

25What is the sound of happiness that constantlyemerges from the heart of a soul who is complete with all treasures?

31Mukh kā āvāj nahī̃ , lēkin dil kā āvāj kyā nikaltā hai  ?

26What is the sound that emerges, not from thelips, but from the heart?

32Jō śhurū mē̃ brahmā bāp K|kē dil kā āvāj thā - kaun-sā  ?

27It was also the sound that emerged from Brahma Baba in the beginning. 28What is that?

33‘ vāh rē maĩ  !

29It isthe wonder of 1?

34’ jaisē aurō̃ key|kī vāh-vāh kī jātī hai nā - vaisē vāh rē maĩ  !

30(Wah re me!) 31Just as you sing songs of the wonder of others, in the same way, you sing about yourown wonder.

35Yah svamān K|kē śhabda haĩ , na ki dēh-abhimān K|kē .

32These are words of selfrespect, not words of body consciousness.

36Tō maĩ kaun hū̃ key|kī chābī kō yā tō lagānā nahī̃ ātā yā phir rakhnā nahī̃ ātā ( raṭnā tō ātā hai ) rakhnā nahī̃ ātā . 37Isliyē samay par yād nahī̃ ātā .

33You either don't know how to use the key of 'Who am I?' or you don't know how to look after it, and you aretherefore not able to remember it at the time of need.

38Is chābī kō churānē kē liē māyā bhī chārō̃ ōr ghūmtī hai ki kahī̃ yah ēk second bhī albēlēpan K|kē jhuṭkē mē̃ āyē̃ tō yah chābī chōrī kar lē̃ . 39Jaisē ājkal K|kē ḍākū bēhōśh kar dētē haĩ vaisē hī māyā bhī svamān kā hōśh arthāt smr̥iti kō gāyab kar bēhōśh banā dētī hai . 40Isliē sadā svamān K|kē hōśh mē̃ rahō . 41Amr̥itvēlē svayã kō hī svayã yah pāṭh pakkā karāō arthāt revise karāō ki - maĩ kaun hū̃  ?

34In order to steal this key, Maya is constantly hovering aroundyou.

42Amr̥it vēlē sē hī is chābī kō apnē kārya mē̃ lagāō . 43Aur anēk prakār K|kē khazānē jō sunāyē haĩ unkō bār-bār dēkhō ki kyā-kyā khazānā milā hai aur samay pramāṇ in sab khazānō̃ kō apnē jīvan mē̃ use karō .

35She is waiting for you to doze off in carelessness for even one second so that she can steal the key from you.Just as nowadays robbers make someone unconscious, in the same way, Maya also makes you unconscious bymaking you leave your awareness of selfrespect.

44Jaisē kal sunāyā ki sirph bank balance nahī̃ banāō lēkin usē kām mē̃ lagāō .

36Therefore, constantly stay in the awareness of your selfrespect. 37Atamrit vela, revise this lesson of 'Who am I?' by yourself.

45Tō sahaj hī jaisī smr̥iti vaisī sthiti hō jāyēgī . 46Jaisē kalp pahlē K|kē yādgār śhāstra mē̃ likhā huā hai - bāp K|kē liyē kahtē haĩ ki maĩ kaun hū̃ tō sarv mē̃ śhrēṣhṭh kā varṇan kiyā hai .

38Use this key from amrit vela. 39Do not just create a bankbalance, but also put it to use and then your stage will automatically become according to your awareness. 40In the memorials of the previous kalpa, the response to 'Who am I?' for the Father is written as the most elevated ofall.

47Aisē hī jaisē bāp kā ūñcēsē - ūñchē bhagvān kā gāyan hai , tō bhagvān bāp kyā gāyan kartē haĩ - ūñcē-sē - ūñchē bachchē .

41As is the praise of the Father, the highestonhigh God, so too, what praise does God the Father sing? 42That thechildren are the highest on high.

48Aisē apnē ūñch arthāt śhrēṣhṭh svamān kō sadā yād rakhō ki ūñchē bāp K|kē bhī ‘ bālak sō mālik ’ haĩ . 49Svayã bāp ham śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ key|kī mālā sumiraṇ kartē haĩ .

43Constantly remember your elevated selfrespect of being the children and the masters of the highestonhigh Father. The Father Himself turns the beads of the rosary of you elevated souls.

50Bāp key|kī mahimā ātmāyē̃ kartī haĩ , lēkin āp śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ key|kī mahimā svayã bāp kartē haĩ .

44Other souls sing praise of the Father, but theFather Himself sings praise of you elevated souls.

51Sarv śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ K|kē sahyōg K|kē binā tō bāp bhī kuchh nahī̃ kar saktā .

45Even the Father cannot do anything without the cooperation of themost elevated souls.

52Tō āp aisē śhrēṣhṭh svamān vālē hō .

46You are souls with such elevated selfrespect.

53Bāp kō sarv-sambandhō̃ sē prakhyāt karnē vālē va bāp kā parichay dēnē vālī āp śhrēṣhṭh ātmāē̃ hō .

47You are the elevated souls who will reveal theFather through all relationships and who also give the Father's introduction to others.

54Her|har kalp mē̃ ūñchē sē ūñchē bāp kē sāth uñcē sē ūñchē part bajānē vālī hō .

48You are the ones who play thehighestonhigh part with the highestonhigh Father every kalpa.

55Sabsē baṛē svamān key|kī bāt tō yah hai ki jō saṅgam yug par bāp kō bhī apnē snēh aur sambandh key|kī ḍōr mē̃ bāndhnē vālē hō .

49The greatest selfrespect is that, at the confluenceage, you souls tie the Father with the string of your love and relationships.

56Bāp kō bhī sākār mē̃ āp samān banānē vālē hō .

50You are the ones who make the Fatherbecome corporeal the same as yourself.

57Bāp nirākār rūp mē̃ āp samān banātē haĩ aur āp nirākār kō sākār mē̃ ānē mē̃ usē āp samān banātē hō aur āp svayã bāp key|kī sarv mahimā K|kē samān bantē hō .

51The Father makes you the same as He is in the incorporeal form, whereasyou make the Incorporeal the same as you in the corporeal form, and you become the same as the Father in all Hispraise.

58Isliyē bāp bhī kahtē haĩ - master hō .

52This is why, even the Father says: You are masters.

59Tō ab samjhā ki maĩ kaun hū̃  ?

53So now, do you understand who you are?

60- jō hū̃ , jaisā hū̃ , vaisā hī apnē kō jānnē sē sadā svamān mē̃ rahēgē aur dēh-abhimān sē svataḥ hī parē rahēgē .

54"Whatever Iam, however, I am"; by knowing yourself according to that, you will constantly be able to maintain your selfrespectand automatically go beyond body consciousness.

61Svamān kē āgē dēh-abhimān ā hī nahī̃ saktā .

55Body consciousness cannot come where there is selfrespect.

62Tō apnē birth day key|kī gift kō sadā apnē pās|pass sambhāl kar rakhō .

56So constantly keep your birthday gift with you and lookafter it very well.

63Albēlēpan mē̃ bhūl na jāō .

57Do not forget it due to carelessness.

64Issē hī svataḥ sahaj aur sadā sarv prati sva key|kī bhāvnā aur śhubh-kāmnā rahēgī .

58Through this, you will naturally, easily and constantly haveeternal feelings and good wishes for everyone.

65Samjhā  ?

59Do you understand?

66Pahēlī tō sahaj hai nā  ?

60It is an easy puzzle, is it not?

67Samajhdār K|kē liyē sahaj hai aur albēlī ātmāō̃ K|kē liyē guhya hai .

61It is easy for thosewho are sensible and very deep for those who are careless.

68Āp sab tō bēhad K|kē samajhdār bachchē hō nā  ?

62All of you are children who are sensible in an unlimitedway, are you not?

69Sirph samajhdār nahī̃ lēkin bēhad K|kē samajhdār bachchē hō .

63Not just those who are sensible, but those who are sensible in an unlimited way.

70Achchhā .

64Achcha.

71Aisē viśhāl buddhi sarv mē̃ bēhad buddhi kō dhāraṇ karnē vālē , sarv ātmāō̃ kō anēk prakār K|kē hadō̃ sē nikālnē vālē aisē bēhad K|kē buddhimān , bēhad samajhdār , bēhad key|kī vairāgya vr̥itti vālē , sadā bēhad key|kī sthiti aur sthān mē̃ rahnē vālē aisī sarvaśhrēṣhṭha ātmāō̃ kō bēhad K|kē bāp kā yād-pyār aur namastē . 72Is murlī K|kē viśhēṣh tatva

65To such souls who have a broad and unlimited intellect in every aspect; to those who have an unlimited intellectwhich enables all others to come out of all limitations; to those who are sensible in an unlimited way and have anattitude of unlimited disinterest; to the most elevated souls who constantly have an elevated stage and are always inthe unlimited, love, remembrance and namaste from the unlimited Father.
