0> > Avyakt BapDada 16th October 1975 1While constantly stable in the incorporeal stage - the same as the Father - and taking support of the body to perform every action, do you perform actions as a karma yogi on the field of action? 2Since your name is karma yogi, it proves that you are a yogiः that is, that you perform every action while stable in the incorporeal stage. 3You cannot remain without performing action for even a secondः to take support of the physical senses means to be constantly performing actions.

116-10-75 ōm śhānti avyakt bāpadādāmadhuban

4Just as you cannot remain without performing actions, in the same way, you cannot remain without having remembrance, that is, you cannot remain without having yoga for even a second. 5This is why the word “yogi” is added to karma. 6Just as your physical organs have the natural practice of constantly performing actions, similarly, the intellect should have the natural practice of having remembrance. 7All the physical organs have their own eternal and original tasks to performः you don’t have to labour to move your hands or feet.

2Saṅkalp śhakti kō control kar siddhi-svarūp bannē key|kī yuktiyā̃ 3Gyānvān aur yōgī vatsō̃ kō saṅgaṭhan rūp sē ēk saṅkalp aur ēk vichār vālā bannē key|kī vidhi batānē vālē bāpdādā bōlē -

8In the same way, the intellect’s eternal task - the task from birth - in this Brahmin life, and the life of the Confluence Age, is to have remembrance. 9Whatever the original and eternal task is in one’s life, it is natural and easy.

4Sadā bāp-samān nirākārī sthiti mē̃ sthit hōtē huē is sākār śharīr kā ādhār lēkar is karm-kṣhētra par karmayōgī bankar her|har karma kartē hō  ?

10So, do you experience yourself to be an easy karma yogi in this way? 11Or, do you find it difficult? 12You can never find your own task to be difficult. 13Others would find it difficult.

5Jabki nām hī hai ‘ karmayōgī ’ .

14This is your task every cycle, so if you are still finding it difficult - that is, if you are not constantly experiencing the karma yogi stage - then what is the reason for it? 15If you are not able to have yoga, you are then definitely still engaged in enjoying something that would give you temporary happiness through the senses, and that would deprive you of permanent attainment. 16This is why you forget your original task. 17Just as, when today’s wealthy people and iron-aged kings are so engrossed in enjoying sensual pleasure and material things, that they forget their own original task of ruling - they forget their own right - in the same way, because the soul is engrossed in enjoying temporary material things, he forgets to have yogaः that is, he forgets his own right.

6Yah nām hī siddh kartā hai ki yōgī haĩ arthāt nirākārī ātmik svarūp mē̃ sthit hōkar karma karnē vālē haĩ .

18While there is the intoxication of temporary enjoyment of material things - where there is enjoyment of physical things - there cannot be yoga. 19This is why you find it difficult.

7Karma K|kē binā tō ēk second bhī rah nahī̃ saktē .

20At present, Maya first attacks the intellects of the Brahmin childrenः she first breaks the connection of the intellect, just as, before an attack the enemy first cuts all the telephone and radio connections. 21Connections with electricity and water are broken, and then the attack takes place. 22In the same way, Maya first cuts the connection of the intellect, through which light, might, powers, and the company of knowledge are automatically stoppedः that is, Maya makes you unconscious. 23She deprives you of the awareness of your own form, and makes you unconscious.

8Karm-indriyō̃ kā ādhār lēnē kā arth|earth hī hai-nirantar karma karnā .

24In order to protect yourself from this, you need to pay constant attention to the intellect. 25Only then will you easily become a constant karma yogi.

9Tō jaisē karma K|kē binā rah nahī̃ saktē , vaisē hī yād arthāt yōg K|kē binā bhī ēk second rah nahī̃ saktē .

26Practise this to such an extent that you are able to stabilise your intellect wherever you want, so that you are stable in that stage as soon as you create the thought.

10Isliē karma kē sāth yōgī nām bhī sāth-sāth hī hai .

27Constantly continue to perform this spiritual drill of the intellect.

11Jaisē karma svataḥ hī chaltē rahtē haĩ , karmēndriyō̃ kō natural abhyās hai . 12Aisē hī buddhi kō yād kā natural abhyās hōnā chāhiē .

28One moment be a resident of the Supreme abode, the next moment be an angel of the subtle region, and the next become a karma yogi by taking support of the physical organs.

13In karmēndriyō̃ kā ādi-anādi apnā-apnā kārya hai .

29This is known as having control over the power of thought. 30Thoughts are the creation, and you are their creator.

14Hāth kō hilānē va pāṅw kō chalānē mē̃ kōī mēhnat nahī̃ karnī paṛtī , usī pramāṇ brāhmaṇ jīvan kā tathā is saṅgamyugī jīvan mē̃ buddhi kā nijī kārya va janm kā kārya yād hai .

31You should only have thoughts for as long as they are necessaryः your intellect should only be engaged where it should be. 32This is known as having a right. 33You lack this practice. 34Therefore practise this by making a programme for yourself, and check yourselfः Were you able to stabilise yourself in that stage for as long as you had fixed for yourself?

15Jō jīvan kā nijī kārya hōtā hai vah natural aur sahaj hī hōtā hai .

35A hatha yogi fixes a time to keep his organs - either his leg or his arm - stable for a fixed time.

16Tō kyā aisē apnē kō sahaj karmayōgī anubhav kartē hō yā yah muśhkil lagtā hai  ?

36He would keep his leg or arm either up or down for a certain length of time. 37He would keep his head raised or lowered for a certain length of time.

17Apnā kārya kabhī bhī muśhkil nahī̃ lagtā hai , dūsrē kā muśhkil lagtā hai .

38However, that is a wrong way of copying. 39The Father taught you to sit by having one thought in your intellect.

18Yah tō kalp-kalp kā apnā kārya hai .

40Copying this incorrectly, they stand on one leg.

19Phir bhī yadi muśhkil lagtā hai arthāt nirantar karmayōgī sthiti anubhav nahī̃ hōtī hai tō iskā kāraṇ kyā hai  ?

41The Father asks you to stabilise yourself in one thought, and they keep themselves stable on one leg. 42The Father saysः Constantly remain in front of the Sun of Knowledge, and don’t turn yourself away from Him.

20Agar yōg nahī̃ lagtā tō avaśhya hī indriyō̃ dvārā alpkāl K|kē sukh prāpt karānē vālē aur sadākāl key|kī prāpti sē vañchit karānē vālē , kōī-na-kōī bhōg bhōgnē mē̃ lagē huē haĩ .

43They then sit with their faces in front of the physical sun. 44So, this is copying incorrectly, is it not? 45You are now learning the accurate practice of the yoga of the intellect. 46They do it by force whereas you do it with a right.

21Isliē apnē nijī kārya kō bhūlē huē haĩ .

47This is why that is difficult and this is easy.

22Jaisē ājkal K|kē sampatti vālē vā kaliyugī rājā jab bhōg-vilās mē̃ vyast hō jātē haĩ tō apnā nijī kārya , rājya karnā va apnā adhikār bhūl jātē haĩ , aisē hī ātmā bhī bhōg bhōgnē mē̃ vyast hōnē K|kē kāraṇ yōg bhūl jātī hai arthāt apnā adhikār bhūl jātī hai , jab tak alpkāl K|kē bhōg bhōgnē mē̃ mast haĩ .

48Now, continue to increase this practice so that everyone can become united in one direction in one second. 49When everyone in the gathering has one thought, one awareness, and one form, the name of this gathering will be glorified, and there will be victory. 50Just as you unite people’s ideas for a physical task, or for service - because only when everyone becomes united and has the same opinion does a task become successful - so, too, everyone in the gathering should have one thought. 51Whether you want the awareness of the Seed or the seed stage, everyone should become stable in that seed stage.

23Tō jahā̃ bhōg hai vahā̃ yōg nahī̃ . 24Isī kāraṇ muśhkil lagtā hai . 25Vartamān samay māyā brāhmaṇ bachchō̃ key|kī buddhi par hī pahlā war|vār kartī hai .

52When all of you are embodiments of the same awareness, you will experience the results of success in every thoughtः that is, you will become embodiments of success. 53Whatever you think, and whatever you say, you will see that in a practical form.

26Pahlē buddhi kā connection tōṛ dētī hai .

54This is known as being an embodiment of success. 55This is a sign of glorification.

27Jaisē jab kōī duśhman war|vār kartā hai tō pahlē telephone , radio ādi K|kē connection tōṛ dētē haĩ .

56The memorial of this is the iron-aged mountainः everyone has to give their finger at the same time. 57This thought is the finger. 58So now create such programmes.

28Light aur pānī kā connection tōṛ dētē haĩ phir war|vār kartē haĩ , aisē hī māyā bhī pahlē buddhi kā connection tōṛ dētī hai jissē light , might , śhaktiyā̃ aur gyān kā saṅg automatically band hō jātā hai .

59If everyone in a gathering has the same awareness, the atmosphere becomes very powerful. 60You would then experience the bhatthi of the fire of love, and these vibrations would spread in all directions, just as when an atom bomb is exploded somewhere its particles spread in all directions. 61That is an atom bomb, and this is the atmic(spiritual) bomb.

29Arthāt mūrchhit banā dētī hai .

62The impact of this would attract many souls, and there would easily be expansion of the subjects. 63Just as an atom bomb leaves its effect on the earth for a long period of time, so too, unlimited disinterest would leave an impact on the ground of their practical livesः therefore, subjects would easily be created. 64Achcha. 65To those who practise spiritual drill… to those who constantly have a total right and are world benefactors.. to the souls who put every thought into practice and thereby become embodiments of success.. to those who make matter subservient to them and make it work under their control, similar to the Father, to such completely powerful souls, BapDada’s love, remembrance and good morning.

30Arthāt svayã K|kē svarūp key|kī smr̥iti sē vañchit kar dētī hai va bēhōśh kar dētī hai .

66(personal meetings) 67What chart should the maharathi children be keeping at present? 68At present, it is the season for the maharathi children to become embodiments of success.

31Uskē liē sadaiv buddhi par attention kā pahrā chāhiē . 32Tab hī nirantar karmayōgī sahaj ban pāyēṅgē .

69Their every word and thought should take a practical form. 70According to the drama, that can only happen when their every thought and word are powerful, and filled with truth.

33Aisā abhyās karō jō jahā̃ buddhi kō lagānā chāhē vahā̃ sthit hō jāyē̃ . 34Saṅkalp kiyā aur sthit huā .

71Therefore, maharathis should now keep this chartः “Whatever thoughts I have during the day, whatever words emerge from my lips, how many of them take a practical form?”

35Yah rūhānī drill sadaiv buddhi dvārā kartē rahō .

72Thought is the seed. 73Powerful seeds will give good fruit.

36Abhī-abhī param - dhām nivāsī , abhī-abhī sūkṣhma avyakt phariśhtā ban jāyē̃ aur abhī-abhī sākār karmēndriyō̃ kā ādhār lēkar karmayōgī ban jāyē̃ .

74This is known as thoughts taking a practical form. 75So, throughout the day, how many thoughts and words take a practical form? 76Whatever you say, according to the drama, it should only be that which is going to happen practically.

37Iskō kahā jātā hai - saṅkalp śhakti kō control karnā .

77For this, you have to pay attention to making your every thought and word powerful.

38Saṅkalp kō rachnā kahē̃gē aur āp uskē rachayitā hō .

78This should be the chart of the maharathis at present.

39Jitnā samay jō saṅkalp chāhiē utnā hī samay vah chalē .

79On the path of devotion, it is saidः “This person is one who has total success”.

40Jahā̃ buddhi lagānā chāhē , vahā̃ hī lagē . 41Iskō kahā jātā hai - adhikārī .

80So, here, too, those whose thoughts and words take a practical form are well known, because of that success.

42Yah practice abhī cum|kam hai .

81Someone who does not have that success cannot be known.

43Isliyē yah abhyās karō , apnē āp hī apnā programme banāō aur apnē kō check karō ki jitnā samay niśhchit kiyā , kyā utnā hī samay vah stage rahī  ?

82In devotion, many gods and goddesses are very well known, whereas others are notः they are known as gods and goddesses, but they are not as well known. 83The basis of becoming well known is to make your thoughts and words take a practical form.

44Haṭhyōgī apnī kisī karmēndriy kō , kōī ṭāṅg kō yā bā̃h kō ēkāgr karnē kē liē kōī time niśhchit kartē haĩ ki itnā samay ēk ṭāṅg va ēk hāth nīchē karē̃gē va ūpar karē̃gē , sir nīchē karē̃gē athavā ūpar karē̃gē .

84Through this, you will automatically become an avyakt angel, and your time will be saved. 85You will automatically stop speaking, because you have to go to the silent home. 86This is why those sanskars of silence, and of being an angel, will automatically pull you to themselves. 87Service will also expand so much that you will not have any chance of doing service through words.

45Lēkin yah wrong kāpī kī hai . 46Bāp nē sikhāyā hai buddhi mē̃ ēk saṅkalp dhāraṇ karkē baiṭhō .

88You will then definitely do service through your eyes, through your smiling face, and the sparkling jewel on your forehead. 89This transformation will take place, will it not?

47Uskī ulṭī copy kar ēk ṭāṅg ūpar kar lētē haĩ .

90You will be able to increase this practice when you keep your chart. 91This is the chart of maharathis.

48Bāp kahtē haĩ ki ēk saṅkalp mē̃ sthit hō jāō , vah phir ēk ṭāṅg par sthit hō jātē haĩ .

92Maharathis should no longer keep the chart of whether they caused sorrow for anyone, or whether they were influenced by any vice. 93That is the chart of the cavalry.

49Bāp kahtē haĩ ki sadā gyān-sūrya K|kē sammukh rahō , vimukh na banō .

94The chart of maharathis has to be something great. 95Now, make plans among yourselves for deep effort.

50Vah phir sthūl sūrya key|kī taraph mukh kar baiṭhtē haĩ .

96This is why you are given time every now and then. 97You don’t have time during melas.

51Tō ulṭī copy kar lī nā  ?

98In the melas, you become engaged in a different type of service.

52Yathārth buddhi-yōg kā abhyās abhī tum sīkh rahē hō .

99A mela is the time to give to others, and after the mela it is the time to fill yourself.

53Vah haṭh sē kartē , āp adhikār sē kartē hō .

100During melas your days and nights are spent in giving, are they not?

54Isliyē vah muśhkil hai , yah sahaj hai . 55Abhī uskē abhyās kō baṛhātē jāō .

101BapDada knows that since you become instruments to give to so many souls, you definitely will have thoughts and plans of giving.

56Ēk second mē̃ sab ēk mat hō jāyē̃ .

102Only then will you automatically be able to receive a certificate of contentment.

57Jab saṅgaṭhan kā ēk saṅkalp , ēk smr̥iti hōgī , aur sabkā ēk svarūp hōgā tab is saṅgaṭhan key|kī jay-jayakār kā nām bālā hōgā .

103Making everyone content helps you to take a high jump in your efforts. 104All of this has to be done, but it has to come later. 105You are noting everything down, so sit and revise it later.

58Jaisē sthūl kārya va sēvā mē̃ vichārō̃ kā male|mail|mēl kartē hō arthāt sab ēk vichār vālē hō jātē hō tab hī kārya saphal hōtā hai , aisē hī saṅgaṭhan rūp mē̃ sab ēk saṅkalp svarūp hō jāyē .

106Whatever you are receiving now, you are accumulating that in your intellects; but when you sit and revise it, go into its depth and subtlety, and you will be able to take others into the depth. 107Whatever is happening now - whatever is taking place now - BapDada is happy and content with it.

59Bīj-rūp smr̥iti chāhē va sthiti chāhē tō sab bīj-rūp mē̃ sthit hō jāyē̃ .

108Achcha. 109(personal meeting with teachers) 110Do you consider yourselves to be instruments at every moment?

60Aisē jab ēk smr̥iti-svarūp hō jāyēṅgē .

111Those who consider themselves to be instruments at every moment will have the main speciality of havinggreatness and also humility. They will have a balance of the two. 112Only then can you become an embodiment of success in the task for which you have become instruments. 113When either one is greater than the other, you cannot become an embodiment of success. 114In order to become an embodiment of success, there has to be a balance of the two.

61Tab her|har saṅkalp key|kī siddhi anubhav karē̃gē va siddhi-svarūp hō jāyēṅgē .

115A teacher is one who constantly moves along while considering herself to be a world servant, the same as the Father. 116Only a world servant can carry out the task of world benefit.

62Jō sōchē̃gē , aur jō bōlē̃gē vahī practical mē̃ dēkhē̃gē .

117Teachers should always be aware that a teacher should never consider the self to be a teacher.

63Iskō kahtē haĩ - siddhi-svarūp .

118If you have the intoxication of being a teacher, then you cannot have spiritual intoxication.

64Yahī jayjaykār key|kī niśhānī hai .

119That intoxication is also based on body consciousness.

65Isī kā hī yādgār hai - kaliyugī parvat , usē ēk sāth mē̃ hī aṅgulī dēnā .

120Therefore, always have the spiritual intoxication that you are a co-operative world benefactor soul who belongs to the World Benefactor Father.

66Yah saṅkalp hī aṅgulī hai .

121You can only bring benefit to others when you yourself are full.

67Tō abhī aisē programmes banāō .

122Unless you yourself are full, you cannot bring benefit to the world.

68Saṅgaṭhan rūp mē̃ ēk smr̥iti-svarūp hōnē sē vāyumaṇḍal powerful hō jāyēgā .

123Your vision should be constantly unlimited. 124When you have the unlimited intoxication of unlimited service, you will be able to claim the unlimited kingdom.

69Lagan key|kī agni key|kī bhaṭṭhī anubhav hōgī jiskē vāibrēśansa chārō̃ ōr phailē̃gē .

125A successful teacher is one who remains constantly cheerful, and makes others happy. 126Do you understand the signs of being an embodiment of success?

70Jaisē atom bam ēk sthān par chhōṛnē sē chārō̃ ōr uskē aṅśh phail jātē haĩ - vah atom bam hai , aur yah ātmik bam hai .

127A teacher has to become an embodiment of success. 128You should not have anything other than the Father and service in your awareness. 129Teachers who have such awareness will always remain powerfulः they cannot be weak.

71Iskā prabhāv anēk ātmāō̃ kō ākarṣhit karēgā aur sahaj hī prajā key|kī vr̥iddhi hō jāyēgī .

130Are you such teachers? 131Do you consider yourself to be so powerful? 132A powerful teacher is an embodiment of success.

72Jaisē us atom bam kā bahut kāl K|kē liyē dharnī par prabhāv paṛ jātā hai , vaisē hī chaitanya jīvan key|kī dharaniyō̃ par bahut karkē bēhad K|kē vairāgya kā prabhāv paṛēgā .

133You are like this, are you not? 134It doesn’t seem right for a teacher to speak words of weakness. 135You are not under the influence of your sanskars, are you? 136Are you ones who have your sanskars under control?

73Isliyē sahaj prajā ban jāyēgī . 74Achchhā .

137You are not a teacher who complains, are you?

75Aisē rūhānī drill K|kē abhyāsī , sadā adhikārī , viśv-kalyāṇī , her|har saṅkalp kō siddh kar siddhi-svarūp ātmāō̃ , aisē bāp-samān prakr̥iti kō adhīn kar chalānē vālē aur aisē sarv samarth bachchō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yād-pyār aur goodmorning .

138A teacher is one who finishes the complaints of others, and so you should not have your own complaints. 139Teachers have many chances. 140When all complaints are finished, you become complete. 141What else do you then need?

76Achchhā .
