0> > 19/08/96Om Shanti Avyakt BapDada Madhuban 18/01/76 1The day of remembrance in the form of the day of power.

1Samarthī divas K|kē rūp mē̃ smr̥iti-divas sarv ātmāō̃ K|kē param snēhī parampitā śhiv bōlē  :

2Today, BapDada, seeing all His children merged in love, gave the response of love: May you constantly be abestower of fortune and a bestower of blessings, the same as the Father.

2Āj bāp-dādā apnē sarv lavlīn bachchō̃ kō dēkh bachchō̃ K|kē snēh kā response dē rahē haĩ .

3May you constantly be a world benefactorand one who has a right to the kingdom of the world. 4May you constantly be victorious over Maya, the elements andall situations.

3Sadā bāp-samān vidhātā aur vardātā bhav  ! 4Sadā viśhva-kalyāṇakārī , viśhva K|kē rājya-adhikārī bhav  !

5Today, BapDada was seeing a sparkling tilak of victory on the forehead of all the victorious children. He was seeing the flag of victory in the hands of all the children.

5Sadā māyā , prakr̥iti aur sarv paristhitiyō̃ K|kē vijayī bhav  !

6Baba was hearing everyone's heart echoing:Victory is our birthright.

6Āj bāp-dādā sarv vijayī bachchō̃ K|kē mastak K|kē bīch vijay kā tilak chamaktā huā dēkh rahē haĩ . 7Sarv bachchō̃ K|kē hastō̃ mē̃ yahī vijay kā jhaṇḍā dēkh rahē haĩ .

7Today, at amrit vela, Baba was listening to the invoking sounds of love of all the children.Gopikas completely lost in love, who had become distant physically and were far away, were merging into the Oceanof Love like a driedup river.

8Har-ēk K|kē dil key|kī āvāj ‘ vijay hamārā janma-siddh adhikār hai ’ - yah nārā gūñjtā huā sun rahē haĩ .

8BapDada also became merged in the love of the children. 9The sweet pearls fromeveryone became the garland around Baba's neck and merged in His heart.

9Āj amr̥itvēlē sarv bachchō̃ K|kē snēh aur āhvān K|kē mīṭhē-mīṭhē ālāp sun rahē thē .

10Various thoughts from everyone's mindwere being heard like sweet music. 11Children from all around were garlanding BapDada with rosaries of remembrance.

10Dūr-dūr bichhuṛī huī , taṛaptī huī gōpikāyē̃ nadī K|kē samān sāgar mē̃ samā rahī thī̃ . 11Bāpdādā bhī bachchō̃ K|kē snēh K|kē svarūp mē̃ samā gayē .

12As well as the day of remembrance, as a memorial of today, today is called the day of power. 13In the beginning,BapDada placed the urn of knowledge on the children, and through sakar Baba, willed the body, mind and wealth tothe Shaktis.

12Har-ēk K|kē mīṭhē-mīṭhē mōtī hday kā hār ban bāp-dādā K|kē galē mē̃ samā gayē .

14In the same way, He also willed willpower. 15He himself became a resident of the subtle region and madethe children the corporeal instruments.

13Har-ēk K|kē bhinn-bhinn saṅkalp , variety , madhur sājō̃ K|kē rūp mē̃ sunāī dē rahē thē .

16This is why this is also known as the day of power. 17Today, Baba was merging the love of the children within Himself beyond sound.

14Abhī-abhī chārō̃ ōr bāp-dādā kō yād kī mālāyē̃ anēk bachchē ḍāl rahē haĩ .

18At this time, the sound of complaintand invocation from everyone's mind is coming from all directions.

15Āj K|kē din kō ‘ smr̥iti divas ’ K|kē sāth-sāth ‘ samarthī-divas ’ bhī kahtē haĩ .

19Can all of you hear it? 20BapDada is especiallygiving the return of remembrance to the new children.

16Āj K|kē is yādgār divas par bāp-dādā nē jaisē ādi mē̃ bachchō̃ K|kē sir par jñān-kalaś rakhā , sākār dvārā śhaktiyō̃ kō tan , man , dhan will ( W i l l ) kiyā , vaisē hī sākār tan dvārā sākār part K|kē antim samay śhakti sēnā kō viśhva-kalyāṇ K|kē will-power key|kī will key|kī .

21Just as the older children received the lift of a double engine,in the same way, BapDada is giving the new children the gift of a special lift of incognito help; the experience ofattainment and the treasure of happiness. 22Through their service and experience of constant company, BapDada istransforming their complaints into zeal and enthusiasm. 23Just as new children have special attachment to the Fatherand service, so too, BapDada has His special co operative vision on the new children.

17Svayã sūkṣhmavatan nivāsī ban sākār mē̃ bachchō̃ kō nimitt banāyā .

24Baba is also singing praise ofthe wonder of the new children. 25Achcha.

18Isīliyē yah samarthī-divas hai .

26To the loving children who constantly remain absorbed in love for the one Father, those who reveal the one Father; tothe victorious souls who are instruments to become part of the rosary of victory by all souls; to those who are equal tothe Father and who reveal all the Father's virtues in a practical form; to those who use all their powers for service; tosuch worldbenefactor children who have a right to BapDada's heartthrone, love, remembrance and namaste fromBapDada. 27Speaking to Didiji and others:What is the special form of the children today? 28Together with love, they also give complaints. 29Baba is the Ocean ofLove, and so what is the speciality of an ocean?

19Āj bāp sarv bachchō̃ K|kē snēh mē̃ , āvāj sē parē svayã mē̃ samānē jā rahā hai .

30To the extent that there are waves, to the same extent there isstillness; it has both specialities at the same time.

20Is samay chārō̃ ōr sabkā phul-phōrsa sē ulāhanē aur āhvān K|kē man kā āvāz ā rahā hai . 21Sab svayã mē̃ samānē jā rahē haĩ .

31In the same way, the speciality of those who become equal to theFather is that, externally, they are an embodiment of remembrance and, internally, they are an embodiment of power. To the extent that they are an embodiment of remembrance in the corporeal form, to the same extent they are the formof power.

22Āp sabkō sunāī dē rahā hai  ?

32There should be the balance of the two simultaneously.

23Nayē-nayē bachchō̃ kō viśhēṣh rūp sē bāp-dādā yād kā return dē rahē haĩ .

33Do you have such a balance? 34According to thetime and whatever day it is, you automatically take that form.

24Jaisē purānē bachchō̃ kō double engine key|kī lift milī , vaisē nayē bachchō̃ kō gupta madad key|kī prāpti K|kē anubhav key|kī , khuśhī K|kē khajānē key|kī viśhēṣh lift , ( L i f t ) bāp-dādā gift ( G i f t ) mē̃ dē rahē haĩ .

35However, there is spirituality when both forms areclearly visible at the same time. 36You are playing your part and, at the same time, you also have the stage of being adetached observer. 37By having the stage of a detached observer, you will play your part accurately. 38However, you will not become the form of your part, that is, you will not be influenced by the part.

25Unkē anēk ulāhnō̃ kō sēvā aur sadā sāth K|kē anubhav dvārā ulāhanē umaṅg-utsāh K|kē rūp mē̃ parivartan kar rahē haĩ .

39You will havewillpower. 40When you are able to adopt the form you want whenever you want, that is called willpower. 41The form of powershould also be merged within the form of love. 42To simply merge yourself in love is being physical.

26Jaisē nayē bachchō̃ kā viśhēṣh lagāv bāp aur sēvā sē haĩ , vaisē bāpdādā key|kī bhī viśhēṣh sahyōg key|kī najar nayē bachchō̃ par hai .

43Spirituality iswhen you remain an embodiment of power as well as an embodiment of love. 44This is why the final scene of the formof love is that of being a conqueror of attachment and an embodiment of remembrance.

27Bāp bhī aisē bachchō̃ key|kī kamāl K|kē guṇ gā rahē haĩ .

45To the extent that there isgreat love, to the same extent, there should be detachment.

28Achchhā  !

46So what was the final paper you saw?

29Sarv snēhī , sadā ēk bāp K|kē lav|love mē̃ līn rahnē vālē , bāp-dādā kō prakhyāt karnē vālē , sarv ātmāō̃ dvārā jay-jayakār key|kī vijay mālāyē̃ dhāraṇ karnē kē nimitt banē huē , aisē vijayī , bāp-samān sarv guṇō̃ kō sākār rūp mē̃ pratyakṣha karnē vālē , sarv siddhiyō̃ kō sēvā prati lagānē vālē , aisē viśhva-kalyāṇakārī bāp-dādā K|kē bhī diltakhta adhikārī bachchō̃ kō bāp-dādā kā yād-pyār aur namastē .

47Whilst havinglove, Baba was the conqueror of attachment and the embodiment of remembrance. 48This final paper has beenremembered as a memorial; this was Baba's practical demonstration. 49Whilst having corporeal relationships, he hadthe power to accommodate as well as the power to tolerate; you saw the form of these two powers. 50On the one hand,to merge the love and on the other hand, to finish the final remaining karmic accounts with the power to tolerate.

30Dīdī jī tathā vatsō̃ kō sāmnē dēkh bāp-dādā bōlē –

51Yousaw the power to accommodate and the power to tolerate in the practical form.

31‘ ‘ āj bachchō̃ kā viśhēṣh svarūp kaun-sā rahā  ?

52Does a father not have love for hischildren?

32Snēh K|kē svarūp K|kē sāth-sāth ulāhanē bhī diyē .

53Even whilst being an ocean of love, he was completely still.

33Jaisē bāp gyān kā sāgar hai , tō sāgar key|kī viśhēṣhtā kyā hōtī hai  ?

54He was completely beyond the consciousnessof his body; this was the final stage.

34Jitnī laharē̃ , utnā hī śhānt .

55Baba demonstrated this practically.

35Lēkin ēk hī samay dōnō̃ viśhēṣhatāyē̃ haĩ .

56It was at just around this time (at night).

36Vaisē hī bāp K|kē samān bannē vālō̃ key|kī bhī yah viśhēṣhtā hai ki bāhar sē smr̥iti-svarūp aur andar sē samarthī-svarūp .

57Inthe final paper, he claimed the first number in a practical way. 58To put something into a practical form is easy, but tomerge it, you need willpower.

37Jitnā hī sākār svarūp mē̃ smr̥iti-svarūp utnā hī andar samarthī sva rūp hō .

59You saw the entire part of how to merge. 60To merge the suffering of karma and also tomerge love. 61This is willpower.

38Dōnō̃ kā sāth-sāth balance hō . 39Aisā balance rahā  ?

62This is the willpower that Baba willed to the children at the end.

40Jaisā samay va jaisā din vaisā svarūp tō hōtā hī hai . 41Lēkin alaukiktā yah hai ki dōnō̃ K|kē balance kā svarūp spaṣhṭ dikhāī dē .

63Blessing: May you be one who is sixteen celestial degress complete who, at the confluence age, performs every actionas an art.The confluence age is the special age to reveal your talents in action.

42Part bhī bajā rahē haĩ , lēkin sāth-sāth sākṣhīpan key|kī stage bhī hō .

64There is praise of every action and virtue ofthose who perform every action as an art.

43‘ sākṣhīpan ’ key|kī stage hōnē sē part bhī accurate ( A c c u r a t e ) bajāyēṅgē .

65To be sixteen celestial degrees complete means every activity should bevisible in the form of a perfect talent.

44Lēkin part kā svarūp nahī̃ ban jāyēṅgē arthāt part K|kē vaśh nahī̃ hōṅgē .

66This is the sign of the stage of perfection. 67You saw speciality in everythingBaba did; his way of speaking, his way of walking etc. was all an art.

45Will-power hōgī . 46Jō chāhē̃ , jis ghaṛī chāhē̃ , vaisā apnā svarūp dhāraṇ kar saktē hō . 47Iskō kahtē haĩ will-power .

68His way of sitting, standing, observing, walking etc. were all totally unique and special. 69So follow the father in the same way and become sixteen celestialdegrees complete.

48Prēm-svarūp mē̃ bhī śaktiśālī-svarūp sāth-sāth samāyā huā hō .

70Slogan: Instead of looking at one another, look at your own self and transform yourself.

49Sirph prēm-svarūp ban jānā - yah laukiktā hō gaī .

71Report of workshop conducted in Madhuban How to become free from attachment

50Alaukiktā yah hai ki jō prēm-svarūp K|kē sāth-sāth śhaktiśhālī svarūp bhī rahē . 51Isliē śhaktiśhālī svarūp kā antim dr̥iśhya ‘ naṣṭōmōhaḥ smr̥iti-svarūp ’ kā dikhāyā hai . 52Jitnā hī ati snēh , utnā hī ati naṣṭōmōhaḥ .

72 1. What are the different forms of attachments? There is attachment for the body, relations, physical objects, service, one's own specialities, one's own place, one'sown professional field, facilities, old sanskars, one's life, specialities of others, to one's creation or talents, physicalsenses and habits. 73

53Tō last paper kyā dēkhā  ? 54Snēh hōtē huē bhī naṣṭōmōhaḥ smr̥iti-svarūp .

74 75 2. What are the signs of attachment for other beings?Whomsoever you have attachment for, you will keep on remembering them again and again.

55Yahī last paper yādgār mē̃ bhī gāyan rūp mē̃ hai , yahī practical karma karkē dikhāyā . 56Sākār sambandh sammukh hōtē huē samānē key|kī bhī śhakti aur sahan karnē key|kī bhī śhakti . 57Yahī dōnō̃ śhaktiyō̃ kā svarūp dēkhā .

76You will be restlesswithout them; you will continually sing their praise; your yoga will be linked with them; you will make effort tosatisfy them and you will not notice their weaknesses. 77Due to attachment, you lose the power to realise, the power todiscriminate and the power to decide.

58Ēk taraph snēh kō samānā , dūsrē taraph rahā huā last kā hisāb-kitāb sahan śhakti sē samāpt karnā .

78Those who have attachment will be dependent on and subservient towhomsoever they are attached to. 79They will not have any rights over them.

59Samānā bhī aur sahan bhī karanā-dōnō̃ kā svarūp karma mē̃ dēkhā .

80They have a weak heart. 81Theycontinually dream of whomsoever they are attached to.

60Kyā bāp kā bachchō̃ mē̃ snēh nahī̃ hōtā  ?

82Those who have attachment continually disobedient. 83Theyare not bestowers, but beggars.

61Snēh kā sāgar hōtē huyē bhī śhānt  !

84They do not have a soul conscious vision or attitude.

62Apnē śharīr sē bhī uparām  ! 63Yahī last stage hai .

85Those who have attachment will one moment be dancing in happiness and be upset and unhappy the next.

64Yah practical mē̃ karma karkē dikhlāyā .

86Theirintellect will cause mischief and will not remain stable.

65Yahī ( rātri kā ) samay thā nā . 66Last paper kō first number mē̃ practical mē̃ kiyā .

87 88 89 3. What are the signs of attachment for phsical objects? You will have the consciousness of collecting these things.

67Svarūp mē̃ lānā sahaj hōtā hai , lēkin samānā , ismē̃ will-power chāhiyē .

90The soul, because of being influenced by the sanskar ofattachment, continually makes effort to attain that particular object.

68Sārā part samānē kā dēkhā .

91There will be something lacking in relationshipswith others.

69Karmabhōg kō bhī samānā aur snēh kō bhī samānā . 70Yahī will-power hai .

92Because of this sanskar of wanting something, people in the world even kill their wife, son, brother, sister, mother or father.

71Yahī will-power ant mē̃ bachchō̃ kō ‘ will ’ key|kī . 72Achchhā  ! 73Vāṇī kā sār

93It is as though that particular object is everything for them. 94Such souls are filled with greed, discontentment, jealousy and fear etc.

741 . bābā bōlē - yah divas kēval smr̥iti-divas nahī̃ , ‘ samarthī divas ’ bhī hai kyōṅki svayã sūkṣhmavatan nivāsī ban bābā nē sākār mē̃ bachchō̃ kō nimitt banāyā .

95They will use their time, words, thoughts and everything in order to attain that. 96They are ready to do anything to attain it. 97They engage themselves in dirty politics, they are constantly distressed bytension, they are unhappy, upset and disheartened.

752 . bābā kahtē haĩ ki jaisē purānē bachchō̃ kō double engine key|kī lift milī , vaisē nayē bachchō̃ kō gupta madad , prāpti K|kē anubhav key|kī khuśhī K|kē khazānē key|kī viśhēṣh lift bāpdādā gift mē̃ dētē haĩ .

98Those who become an obstacle by trying to attain somethingphysical think negatively, constantly fluctuate and spoil the atmosphere. 99 100 101 4. What are the things one is attracted to and tempted by?Because of temptation to food and drink, you steal and eat that, you keep it hidden away and become a slave to thesensation of the physical organs.

763 . jō chāhē̃ jis ghaṛī chāhē̃ , vaisā apnā svarūp dhāraṇ kar sakō , iskō kahtē haĩ ‘ will power .

102Then, by becoming influenced by this weakness, there is fighting, telling lies, givingexcuses, creating an offmood and crying. 103

77’ prēm-svarūp mē̃ śaktiśālī-svarūp bhī sāth-sāth samāyā huā hō - yahī alaukiktā hai .

104 105 5. What methods has BapDada given to become free from attachment? To have all relationships with the Father. To have soul conscious vision and attitude. To practise soul consciousness and being bodiless. To come into relationship with others whilst considering yourself to be an angel. To remain engaged in karma and yoga.To experience the self to be combined with the Father. To churn the knowledge and to apply it in practical situations. To practise the seed stage. To consider yourself to be an instrument. To have an awakened (alert) conscience. To consider the self to be trustworthy, to be great, to be a guest and an incarnation. With the practice of selfrespect, you will become free from attachment.Make the one Father your entire world; I sit with You, I talk to You...All this belongs to God and is entrusted to me. 106When someone has something, that is, if he has made effort to attain itfrom God as a boon, then I also have to make effort to take that directly from God. 107The creation cannot give aninheritance to the creation.

78Sirph prēm-svarūp ban jānā tō laukiktā hō gaī .

108 109 110With this awareness, you can become free from attachment and attraction. 111* * * O M S H A N T I * * *
