2teen shreshtha eeshvareey vardaan 3ever healthy-wealthy-happy banne ka vardaan dene vaale vardaata, roohaani nazar se nihaal karne vaale roohaani pita, rank se raaja banaane vaale param shikshak aur sooli ko kaanta karne vaale sadguru shiv baba boleh –

1Today, the oldest and the new children are pleased to claim their birthright of celebrating a meeting in their original home - their corporeal sweet home - Madhuban, the heavenly ashram. 2Seeing such happy souls, and seeing the attainment and fortune of those souls, BapDada too is happy.

4aaj ati puraane so naye bachche apne niji sthaan va apne saakaar sweet hom, madhuban svargaashram mein milan ka janma-siddha adhikaar praapta kar harshit ho rahe hain।

3Just as children are happy when they receive an inheritance from their father - that is, they are pleased - in the same way BapDada is also pleased to see the “last and so fast” effort- makers deeply engrossed in the love of making intense effort.

5aisi harshit aatmaon ko dekh baap-daada bhi har aatma ki praapti va takdeer ko dekh harshit ho rahe hain।

4The faces and personalities of those who are making fast effort are like those of the Father: they are constantly visible as spiritual.

6jaise bachchon ko baap dvaara varsa praapta hote harsha hota hai arthaat khushi hoti hai, vaise hi baap-daada ko bhi ‘last so fast’ purooshaarthiyon ko teevra purooshaartha ki lagan mein magna dekh harsha hota hai।

5There isn’t any thought or awareness other than of spirituality - that is, all the powers that are attained from the Father are visible. 6Their spiritual ability to take every soul beyond with a glance is visible in their every look. 7In order to attain such an elevated stage, you must remember two things constantly:

7fast purooshaartha karne vaalon ki soorat aur seerat baap-samaan sada roohaani nazar aati hai।

8 1. Consider yourself to be animmortal image. 9 10 11 2. Consider yourself to be atrikaldarshi (knower of the three aspects of time) image.

8sivaay roohaaniyat ke anya koi bhi sankalp va smriti nahin rehti, arthaat baap dvaara praapta hui sarva shaktiyaan swaroop mein dikhaai deti hain।

12 13 14The incorporeal stage is to be seated on the immortal throne, and to be an image of immortality. 15In the corporeal karma yogi stage you are a trikaldarshi image seated on the Father’s heart-throne.

9unki har nazar mein har aatma ko ‘nazar se nihaal’ karne ki roohaaniyat dikhaai degi।

16Before putting any thought into practical form, check these two things: are you stable in both forms - incorporeal and corporeal?

10aisi shreshtha stage praapta karne ke liye sadaiv do baaten yaad rakho।

17By having this awareness, you will automatically become an embodiment of power - that is, you will experience health, wealth and happiness at every moment. 18Even if the suffering of karma through the body may be bigger than a crucifix, by constantly considering yourself to be a detached observer, you will not be influenced by the suffering of karma. 19All the suffering of karma will be experienced as a thorn rather than a crucifix. 20The happiness of being free from the suffering of karma - for birth after birth in the future - becomes the medicine to settle the suffering of this karma.

11ek - svayan ko akaalmoortta samjho, doosre - svayan ko sada ‘trikaaldarshi-moortta’samjho। 12niraakaari stage mein - akaaltakhta-nasheen,akaalmoortta hain; saakaar karmayogi ki stage mein - trikaaldarshi moortta trimoorti baap ke takhta-nasheen।

21Happiness becomes the nourishing medicine. 22Now, check yourself: “Do I remain constantly healthy?”; “Have I attained the blessing of being ever healthy?”; “Have I attained all three blessings of being ever healthy, wealthy, and happy, from the Father, the Bestower of Blessings?” 23You are not losing your inheritance of being ever-healthy all the time, through being influenced by any type of illness of Maya, are you?

13har sankalp ko swaroop mein laane se pahle yeh donon baaten check karo।

24Have you received the blessing from the Father of being ever-wealthy - that is, of being full of the treasures of all powers?

14niraakaari aur saakaari donon swaroop mein hain?

25Do you experience yourself to be a master of all treasures?

15is smriti se svatah hi samarthi-swaroop ban jaayenge arthaat health, wealth aur happiness ka anubhav har samay hoga।

26That is, there is the praise of nothing lacking in the treasure-store of the deities, but the praise of the Brahmins is even more elevated than that of the deities.

16chaahe shareer ka karmabhog sooli se kitna bhi bade roop mein ho lekin sada apne ko saakshi samajhne se karmabhog ke vash nahin honge।

27No power is lacking in the treasure-store of Brahmins. 28Do you experience yourself to be ever-wealthy in this way? 29As well as being ever-wealthy, do you also experience yourself to be ever-happy - that is, constantly happy?

17har karmabhog sooli se kaante-samaan anubhav hoga।

30If you do not have any attraction to matter or to Maya you can then remain constantly happy.

18bhavishya janma-janmaantar karmabhog se mukta hone ki khushi is karmabhog ko chukta karne ke liye aushdhi ka roop ban jaati hai।

31Those who are constantly happy always have just one thought in their awareness: I have attained that which I wanted to attain, and there is nothing left to attain. 32What is the sign of those who remain stable in such a thought - that is, of those who remain ever-happy?

19khushi davaai ki khuraak ban jaati hai। 20ab apne ko check karo ki main sadaiv haildi rehta hoon?

33Those who remain constantly happy, constantly continue to donate happiness to all souls through their thoughts, words, and deeds.

21mainne ever healthy ka vardaan praapta kiya hai?

34Like the Father, they are always removers of sorrow, and bestowers of happiness, to any soul.

22vardaata baap dvaara teenon vardaan - ever healthy, wealthy aur happiness ko praapta kiya hai?

35And they constantly experience themselves to be emperors of the land without sorrow. 36An emperor means a bestower.

23sadaakaal ka varsa praapta kiya hai ya alpakaal ka?

37Through the vibration of every thought of a soul who remains happy in this way.. through their spiritual glance of one second.. through one second’s connection.. and through one word.. any unhappy soul who is experiencing sorrow will experience themselves to be happy and joyful. 38The duty of such a soul is to give happiness and to receive happiness. 39Just as people are happy on seeing their worthy king, in the same way, no matter how much sorrow a soul is experiencing, on seeing an ever healthy, wealthy and happy soul, that soul will experience happiness. 40A soul without attainment will begin to swing with happiness on seeing a bestower.

24kisi bhi maayaavi beemaari ke vash ho apna sadaakaal ka ever healthy ka varsa ganva to nahin dete ho?

41Do you experience yourself to be like this? 42Are you children of the Bestower the same as the Bestower - the same as the Father?

25baap dvaara ever wealthy arthaat sarva shaktiyon ke khajaanon se sampanna vardaan ko praapta kiya hai?

43Or are you like the devotees who take? 44Or do your receiving and giving take place at the same time? 45You have to receive so that you can give.

26sarva khajaanon ke maalik anubhav karte ho?

46The treasures are for distributing, and for world benefit.

27arthaat apraapta koi bhi vastu nahin devtaaon ke khajaane mein - yeh gaayan to hai; lekin devtaaon se bhi shreshtha braahmanon ka gaayan hai - apraapta koi shakti nahin braahmanon ke khajaane mein।

47At every second, as well as being those who receive, also be the bestowers who give, because only then will you be called “world benefactors”. 48Check your account of receiving and giving. 49Are you taking as much as you have to take?

28aise ever wealthy anubhav karte ho?

50And, along with that, are you also giving as much as you should be giving?

29ever wealthy ke saath-saath apne ko ever happy arthaat sada harshit bhi anubhav karte ho?

51Are your receiving and giving simultaneous and equal? 52Only such world benefactors can become world emperors. 53Do you understand?

30agar koi bhi prakriti va maaya ke aakarshan nahin hain, to sada harshit honge। 31aise sada harshit ka sadaiv ek hi sankalp smriti mein rehta hai ki paana tha so pa liya, paane ke liye ab kuchh nahin raha।

54To such great donors who make all souls full of all attainments.. to those who make beggar souls into those who have a right.. to those who make weak souls powerful.. to the ever-healthy, wealthy, and happy most elevated souls: BapDada’s love, remembrance, and namaste. 55(personal meeting) 56Do you constantly experience yourself to be with BapDada?

32aise sankalp mein sthit rahne vaale ki arthaat ever happy rahne vaale ki nishaani kya hogi? 33sada harshit rahne vaala man, vaani aur karma se sarva aatmaon ko sada khushi ka daan deta rahega।

57Or do you experience yourself to be alone? 58Just as the Father is shown as One with a thousand arms - and, while being the Almighty Authority, He is shown in the memorial with the children as His arms - in the same way, do you children also experience yourselves to be with the Almighty Authority Father constantly? 59Or only sometimes?

34kisi bhi aatma ke prati baap-samaan duhkh-harta,sukh-karta,sada begampur ka baadshaah anubhav karega।

60Those who constantly experience His constant company will never feel any need to experience the company of a bodily being. 61Such souls will never take the support of bodily beings for any service.

35baadshaah arthaat daata।

62To take co-operation according to the code of conduct, and according to the gathering, is a different matter. 63However, to remember a bodily being in any circumstance, thinking that that person will help you overcome that circumstance, and that they will give you advice or support, proves that you do not constantly have the support of the Almighty Authority with you. 64Because, someone who has the constant company of the Father has a close relationship with Him: he will remember Baba in his thoughts and heart-to- heart conversation, and that he should ask Baba about that(the advice or support) . 65It also happens that you remember an instrument teacher, a companion or an equal for a task; but you constantly remember “Baba, Baba” in your mind and intellect.

36aise harshitmukh rahne vaali aatma ke har sankalp ke vaayabreshans dvaara, ek second ki roohaani nazar dvaara, ek second ke samparka dvaara, mukh ke ek bol dvaara duhkhi va gam mein rahne vaali aatma apne ko sukhi va khushi ka anubhav karegi।

66Since Baba has promised you that He will give you His direct company, you should take the benefit of that promise. 67At this time, you can have a personal relationship with both Fathers. 68It will not happen again throughout the cycle. 69Take the full benefit of the attainment that you are able to have at only this time and at no other time.

37uska karttavya hoga - sukh dena aur sukh lena।

70No matter what happens, always remember Baba. 71This is known as being a “constant yogi”.

38jaise praja apne yogya raaja ko dekh khush ho jaati hai, aise ever healthy, wealthy aur happy aatma ko dekh kaisi bhi duhkhi aatma sukh ka anubhav karegi।

72To have remembrance of the Father at every step is also yoga. 73Are you such constant yogis? 74Or do you have to become those? 75Since the Father Himself is making an offer to give you His company, you should accept that offer, should you not?

39apraapta aatma daata ko dekh praapti ki khushi mein jhoomne lagegi। 40aise apne ko anubhav karte ho?

76For half the cycle, you were trying to convince the Father to give you His company, and now that the Father Himself is making you an offer, you should accept it.

41dene vaale daata ke bachche,baap-samaan daata ho ya bhakta ke samaan lene vaale ho ya lena aur dena saath-saath chalta hai?

77Generally, when someone is offered something physical and that person does not accept it, it is not considered to be good manners. 78Would you consider that respectful?

42lena hai hi dene ke liye, khazaana hai baantane ke liye aur vishwa-kalyaan ke liye।

79This is an offer from God. 80To be constantly with the Father means to be a constant yogi.

43har second lene ke saath-saath dene vaale daata bhi bano, tab hi vishwa-kalyaankaari kahla sakenge।

81He is constantly light, and so, by being in His company, you will also become light, and light in feeling; so, you become double light.

44apna lene aur dene ka potaamel check karo - jitna lena hai, utna lete hain aur lene ke saath-saath jitna dena hai utna hi dete hain?

82Since the Father is offering to carry your burden, why are you carrying the burden? 83Those who are carrying a burden cannot move at full speed. 84So, now, become light of all types of burden. 85Clear every corner inside yourself.

45lena aur dena saathsaath aur samaan hai?

86Do not hold on to any rubbish within yourself.

46aise vishwa-kalyaani hi vishwa-mahaaraajan ban sakte hain। 47samjha?

87Do not think that you will give it when you have a chance. 88It is, after all, rubbish, and germs grow where there is rubbish.

89To keep them means to make them grow. 90So when you keep yourself empty of rubbish you will be able to fill yourself with the treasures you have received from the Father. 91Achcha. 92* * * O M S H A N T I * * *
