2Māyā K|kē war|vār kā sāmnā karnē kē liē dō śhaktiyō̃ key|kī āvaśhyaktā

1The two powers necessary in order to oppose Maya’s attack.

3Master knowledgeful , sadā successful , sadā harṣhit banānē vālē avyakt bāp-dādā , mañjil K|kē samīp pahũchī huī ātmāō̃ prati bābā bōlē -

2BapDada is seeing the result of the speed of effort of all the children. 3Whilst seeing the speed of effort of the new and the old children, as well as having a lot of love for them, Baba also felt a lot of mercy.

4Bāpdādā sabhī bachchō̃ K|kē purūṣhārth K|kē raphtār key|kī result dēkh rahē thē . 5Naē athavā purānē , dōnō̃ key|kī purūṣhārth key|kī raphtār dēkhtē huē , bāp kō bachchō̃ par ati snēh bhī huā aur sāth-sāth rahm bhī huā .

4Why did He feel that love? 5Because, whether they were young or old, as soon as they received the introduction, on the basis of what they attained according to their capacity, they experienced a great difference between their past life and their present Brahmin life.

6Snēh kyō̃ huā  ? 7Dēkhā ki chhōṭē-baṛē parichay miltē , parichay kē sāth apnē yathā śhakti prāpti K|kē ādhār par past life ( P a s t L i f e  ; gat jīvan ) aur vartamān brāhmaṇ life , dōnō̃ mē̃ mahān antar anubhav kartē , bhaṭaktē huē kā sahārā dikhāī dētē huē , niśhchay buddhi ban , ēk dō K|kē sahyōg sē , ēk dō K|kē anubhav K|kē ādhār sē mañjil kī ōr chal paṛē haĩ .

6Having found a destination from their wandering, having faith in the intellect, with one another’s cooperation and the support of one another’s experience, they started to move towards their destination. 7Because of experiencing happiness, power, peace and joy, they weren’t concerned about public opinion, but the experience of the alokik life was enabling them to move forward. 8Compared to what they attained, they didn’t have the slightest consciousness of anything they were renouncing.

8Khuśhī , śhakti , śhānti vā sukh key|kī anubhūti mē̃ kōī lōk-lāz key|kī parvāh na kartē huē , alaukik jīvan kā anubhav kadam kō āgē baṛhātā jā rahā hai .

9With the deep intoxication of having found everything because of having found the Father, they didn’t feel their renunciation to be renunciation, but became engaged in remembrance and service with their body, mind and wealth.

9Prāpti kē āgē kuchh chhōṛ rahē haĩ vā tyāg kar rahē haĩ , kōī sudh-budh nahī̃ rahtī .

10The first intoxication, the first happiness, the first zeal and enthusiasm they experienced was very lovely and unique.

10Bāp milā sab kuchh milā , us khumārī vā naśhē mē̃ tyāg bhī , tyāg nahī̃ lagā , yād aur sēvā mē̃ tan-man-dhan sē lag gaē . 11Pahlā naśhā , pahlī khuśhī , pahlā umaṅg , utsāh , ‘ nyārā aur ati pyārā ’ anubhav kiyā . 12Yah tyāg aur ādikāl kā naśhā , trikāldarśhī master gyān sāgar , master sarvśhaktivān key|kī sthiti kā pahlā jōśh jismē̃ kuchh hōśh nahī̃ , purānī duniyā kā sab kuchh tuchchh anubhav huā , asār anubhav huā .

11This renunciation, the intoxication of first coming to Baba, and the first force of the trikaldarshi stage, of being a master ocean of knowledge and a master almighty authority, in which there is no other awareness, made them experience everything of the old world to be impure and tasteless. 12Seeing this first stage of everyone, Baba felt a lot of love for them because each one had made so much effort to renounce everything, and were continuing to move along with a lot of love for the Father.

13Aisī harēk key|kī pahlī stage dēkhtē huē ati snēh huā ki harēk nē bāp kē prati kitnā tyāg aur lagan sē āgē baṛhnē kā purūṣhārth kiyā hai .

13BapDada surrendered everything, including all His wealth, to such children who were embodiments of renunciation, embodiments of knowledge and who had faith in the intellect.

14Aisē tyāgamūrtta , gyān mūrtta , niśhchay buddhi bachchō̃ kē ūpar bāp-dādā bhī apnē sarv sampatti sahit kurbān huē .

14Just as children had the thought, “Baba, I now belong to You”, so too, Baba said in return, “Child, whatever belongs to the Father is yours”.

15Jaisē bachchō̃ nē saṅkalp kiyā , ‘ bābā  !

15Children claim this right, but what happens afterwards?

16Ham āpkē haĩ . 17’ vaisē bāp bhī return mē̃ ( badalē|badlē mē̃ ) yahī kahtē ki , ‘ jō bāp kā sō āpkā ’ , aisē adhikārī bhī banē , lēkin āgē kyā hōtā hai  ?

16As you are moving along, when you become a Mahavir, that is, when you become a warrior, and begin to challenge Maya, and consider it your right to be victorious, there are two things you lack and so are unable to oppose the different attacks of Maya.

18Chaltē-chaltē jab mahāvīr arthāt rūhānī yōddhā ban māyā kō challenge ( chētāvanī ) kartē haĩ , vijayī bannē kā adhikār bhī samajhtē haĩ lēkin māyā K|kē anēk prakār K|kē war|vār kō sāmnā karnē kē liē dō bātō̃ key|kī kamī hō jātī hai .

17What two things are lacking? 18One is the power to face and the second is the power to discriminate and decide. 19Because you lack these two powers, you are sometimes victorious and sometimes defeated by the different attacks of Maya. 20Therefore, you sometimes become aggressive and sometimes you have the right consciousness.

19Vah dō bātē̃ kaun see|sī|C haĩ  ?

21What is the reason for you lacking the power to face?

20‘ ēk sāmnā karnē key|kī śhakti key|kī kamī , dūsrā parakhnē aur nirṇay karnē key|kī śhakti key|kī kamī .

22You do not know how to make Baba your constant Companion. 23You do not know the method to seek His Company.

21’ in kamiyō̃ K|kē kāraṇ māyā K|kē anēk prakār K|kē war|vār sē kab hār , kab jīt hōnē sē kab jōśh , kab hōśh mē̃ ā jātē haĩ .

24The easy method is the stage of being one with all rights. 25This is why, when Maya sees that you are weak, she attacks you.

22Sāmnā karnē key|kī śhakti na hōnē kā kāraṇ  ?

26What is the reason for not having the power to discern?

23Bāp kō sadā sāthī banānā nahī̃ ātā hai , sāth lēnē kā tarīkā nahī̃ ātā .

27There isn’t stability in the intellect. 28There is the upheaval of waste or impure thoughts.

24Sahaj tarīkā hai - ‘ adhikārīpan key|kī sthiti . 25’ isliē kamzōr dēkhtē huē māyā apnā war|vār kar lētī hai .

29There isn’t the constantly stable stage of taking the sweetness of all relationships with One.

26Parakhnē key|kī śhakti na hōnē kā kāraṇ  ? 27Buddhi key|kī ēkāgratā nahī̃ hai .

30By having a variety, the intellect and stage constantly fluctuate.

28Vyarth saṅkalp vā aśhuddh saṅkalpō̃ key|kī halchal hai . 29Ēk mē̃ sarv ras lēnē key|kī ēkras sthiti nahī̃ .

31Because of this, the power to discern is reduced, and because you are unable to discern, Maya makes you her customer.

30Anēk ras mē̃ buddhi aur sthiti ḍagmag hōtī hai .

32Then you are not even able to recognise that it is Maya.

31Is kāraṇ parakhnē key|kī śhakti kam hō jātī hai .

33You are not able to realise that something is wrong.

32Aur na parakhnē K|kē kāraṇ māyā apnā grāhak banā dētī hai . 33Yah māyā hai , yah bhī pahchān nahī̃ saktē . 34Yah wrong ( galat ) hai , yah bhī jān nahī̃ saktē .

34Instead, you become a firm customer or companion of Maya and you give your wisdom to Baba or the instruments and tell them: This happens all the time; all of this will continue to happen until we become complete.

35Aur hī māyā K|kē grāhak athavā māyā K|kē sāthī ban , bāp kō vā nimitt banī huī ātmāō̃ kō bhī apnī samajhdārī pēśh kartē haĩ ki - yah tō hōtā hī hai , jab tak sampūrṇ banē̃ tak yah bātē̃ tō hōṅgī .

35In this way, you become Maya’s lawyer and put forward many different points of this nature to Baba and the instruments, because, when you become Maya’s companion, you become part of the opposition party. 36You give up the position of being a conqueror of Maya.

36Aisē kaī prakār K|kē vichitr points ( saṅkēt ) māyā K|kē taraph sē vakīl bankar bāp K|kē sāmnē vā nimitt banē huē K|kē sāmnē rakhtē haĩ .

37What is the reason for this? 38You lack the power to discern. 39Baba receives many such wonderful and entertaining cases, and the points put forward are also very good.

37Kyōṅki māyā K|kē sāthī bannē K|kē kāraṇ opposition party ( O p p o s s i t i o n P a r t y  ; virūddh dal ) K|kē ban jātē haĩ .

40Because your backbone is Maya, you create many new inventions. 41When BapDada sees this stage of the children, He feels mercy for them.

38Māyājīt bannē key|kī position ( P o s i t i o n  ; sthiti ) chhōṛ dētē haĩ . 39Kāraṇ  ?

42Baba is teaching you and yet what do you do because of making a small mistake?

40Parakhnē key|kī śhakti cum|kam hai . 41Aisē wonderful ( W o n d e r f u l  ; āśhcharyajanak ) aur ramaṇīk case bāp-dādā K|kē sāmnē bahut ātē haĩ .

43The little mistake is that you mix the dictates of your own mind with shrimat. 44What is the foundation of that?

42Pvāīnṭas bhī baṛī achchhī-achchhī hōtī haĩ .

45Carelessness, laziness and being attracted by many types of Maya’s attraction.

43Inavēnśan ( I n v e n t i o n  ; āviṣkār ) bhī bahut naī-naī kartē haĩ , kyōṅki backbone ( B a c k b o n e ) māyā hōtī hai .

46You lack the total power needed to become a conqueror of Maya and this is why the first zeal and enthusiasm reduces as you move along.

44Jab bachchē̃ key|kī aisī sthiti dēkhtē haĩ tō rahm ātā hai , bāp sikhātē haĩ aur bachchē chhōṭī see|sī|C galatī|galtī K|kē kāraṇ kyā kartē rahtē haĩ  ?

47You then stop making effort and think “What can I do? 48For how long will I be able to continue this? 49I wasn’t aware of this”. 50You then become caught in the spinning of such waste thoughts.

45Chhōṭī see|sī|C galtī hai , śhrīmat mē̃ manmat mix ( M i x  ; milānā ) karnā . 46Uskā ādhār kyā hai  ?

51However, all these things are side scenes, that is, the scenes along the path; they are not the destination.

47‘ albēlāpan aur ālasya . 48’ anēk prakār K|kē māyā K|kē ākarṣhaṇ kē pīchhē ākarṣhit hōnā .

52You have to cross them and not stop there considering them to be the destination.

49Isīliē jō pahlā umaṅg aur utsāh anubhav kartē haĩ , vah chaltē-chaltē , māyājīt bannē key|kī sampūrṇ śhakti na hōnē K|kē kāraṇ kōī purūṣhārth hīn hō jātē haĩ .

53Some children consider this to be the destination, that is, they think such is their part or that such is their fortune: They consider the scenes along the path to be the destination and become distant from the true destination.

50Kyā karē̃ , kab tak karē̃ , yah tō patā hī nahī̃ thā  ? 51Aisē vyarth saṅkalpō̃ K|kē chakkar mē̃ ā jātē haĩ .

54In order to reach a high destination, you first have to experience storms; in order for a steamer to cross an ocean, it has to go through the middle of it.

52Lēkin yah sab bātē̃ sidescene ( S i g h t S e e i n g ) arthāt rāstē K|kē nazārē haĩ .

55Therefore, do not become afraid very quickly; do not become tired; do not come to a standstill.

53Mañjil nahī̃ hai . 54Inkō pār karnā hai , na ki mañjil samajhkar yahā̃ hī rūk jānā hai .

56Keep your Companion with you and every difficulty will become easy. 57Become courageous and you will definitely receive help.

55Lēkin kaī bachchē iskō hī apnī hī mañjil arthāt mērā part hī yah hai , vā takdīr hī yah hai , aisē rāstē K|kē nazārē kō hī mañjil samajh vāstavik mañjil sē dūr hō jātē haĩ .

58See the Father and follow the father and you will constantly experience a life of zeal and enthusiasm. 59Do not make any person or thing your support whilst moving along the path. 60How can a perishable support give you imperishable attainment?

56Lēkin ūñchī mañjil par pahuñchnē sē pahlē ā̃dhī tūphān lagtē haĩ , steamer ( S t e a m e r  ; jahāj ) kō us par jānē kē liē bīch bhãvar mē̃ cross ( C r o s s  ; pār ) karnā hī paṛtā hai .

61Constantly make the lesson of, “one faith and one support”, very firm, and you will easily be able to come out of the middle of the ocean and experience your destination to be very close. 62This was the result of the effortmakers.

57Isliē jaldī mē̃ ghabrāō mat , thakō mat , rūkō mat .

63The majority of you are still confused in the middle of the ocean.

58Bhagvān kō sāth banāō tō her|har muśhkil sahaj hō jāēgī . 59Himmatvān banō tō madad mil hī jāyēgī .

64However, Baba says: Consider all these things to be very good signs to enable you to progress towards your destination.

60See|sī|C father ( S e e F a t h e r ) karō . 61Follow father ( F o l l o w F a t h e r ) karō tō sadā sahaj umaṅg ullās jīvan mē̃ anubhav karē̃gē .

65Just as you consider destruction to be a good sign and something beneficial, so too, these exams are the means of making you strong.

62Rāstē chaltē kōī vyakti vā vaibhav kō ādhār nahī̃ banāō .

66These signs show that you are on your path and moving forward. 67Do not become tired from seeing all these things.

63Jō ādhār hī svayã vināśhī hai , vah avināśhī prāpti kyā karā saktā .

68Always have the one thought that you have now almost reached your destination. 69Do you understand?

64‘ ēk bal ēk bharōsā ’ is pāṭh kō sadā pakkā rakhō , tō bīch bhãvar sē sahaj nikal jāyēṅgē .

70Just as you do not like fluctuation in the electric current; you like stable electricity, so too, Baba also likes a stable stage in the children.

65Aur mañjil kō sadā samīp anubhav karē̃gē .

71Matter is playing games, but you should not play such games.

66Sunā , yah thī purūṣhārthiyō̃ key|kī result ( pariṇām ) .

72Constantly remain unshakeable, immovable and stable.

67Majority ( M a j o r i t y  ; adhiktar ) bīch bhãvar mē̃ ulajh rahē haĩ , lēkin bāp kahtē haĩ yah sab bātē̃ apnē mañjil mē̃ āgē baṛhnē key|kī good sign ( G o o d S i g n s  ; śhubh chinh ) samjhō . 68Jaisē vināśh kō ‘ good sign ’ kalyāṇkārī kahtē hō , yah parīkṣāē̃ bhī paripakva karnē kā ādhār hai .

73To such master knowledgefull souls; to those who are constantly successful and who constantly remain cheerful; to those who constantly remain beyond the attractions of Maya; to the souls who have come close to their destination, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste. 74BapDada meeting a group of sevadharis: 75How much have you accumulated for your future?

69Mārg cross kar āgē baṛh rahē haĩ - yah niśhāniyā̃ haĩ . 70Is sab bātō̃ kō dēkhtē huē ghabrāō mat .

76You constantly receive the nourishment of service, that is, whatever you do, you receive a multimillionfold reward.

71Sadā yahī ēk saṅkalp rakhō ki ab mañjil par pahũchē ki pahũchē . 72Samjhā  ?

77It is the same as when you sow one seed, yet receive so much fruit from it; it isn’t just one fruit that emerges.

73Jaisē bijlī key|kī halchal pasand nahī̃ ātī , ēk ras sthiti pasand ātī hai , aisē bāp kō bhī bachchō̃ key|kī ēkras sthiti pasand ātī hai - yah prakr̥iti khēl kartī hai lēkin aisā khēl nahī̃ karnā - sadā achal , aṭal , aṛōl rahnā .

78You sow only one seed and yet receive fruit for many seasons. 79This nourishment of service is also accumulated multimillionfold and you continue to receive it in every birth. 80Have all of you done all three types of service: service through the mind, words and deeds?

74Aisē master knowledgeful , sadā successful ( S u c c e s s f u l  ; saphalatāmūrtta ) sadā harṣhit rahnē vālē , māyā K|kē sarv ākarṣhaṇ sē parē rahnē vālē , mañjil K|kē samīp pahũchī huī ātmāō̃ kō bāp-dādā kā yād pyār aur namastē .

81Together with serving through words and deeds, you can also do a lot of service through the mind, by having pure thoughts and an elevated attitude. 82If you do not do all three types of service at the same time, you will not receive that much fruit. 83According to the present time, all three types of service should happen at the same time, not individually.

75Mēlā sēvādhārī group  : 76Kitnā bhaviṣhya jamā kiyā  ?

84Only when your thoughts are powerful can there be power in your words.

77Sēvā kā mēvā miltā hī hai arthāt jō kartē haĩ uskā padamguṇā jyādā jamā hō jātā hai .

85Otherwise, the speaker sounds like a pundit. 86Pundits relate beautiful stories, but why are they called pundits?

78Jaisē ēk bīj ḍālā tō phal kitnē nikaltē , ēk tō nahī̃ nikaltā  ?

87Because they just repeat everything a like parrot. 88A gyani soul is one who is sensible.

79Bīj ēk ḍālē , phal her|har season ( S e a s o n  ; mausam ) mē̃ miltā rahtā .

89By doing service through understanding, there will be success.

80Yah bhī sēvā kā mēvā padam guṇā jamā hō jātā hai aur her|har janm mē̃ miltā rahtā . 81Mansā-vāchā-karmaṇā tīnō̃ prakār key|kī sēvā harēk nē key|kī  ? 82Vāṇī aur karma key|kī sēvā K|kē sāth-sāth mansā śhubh saṅkalp vā śhrēṣhṭh vr̥itti dvārā bhī bahut sēvā kar saktē hō .

90Sensible children would do all three types of service simultaneously. 91If you do not remain pictureconscious (with your attention focused on the picture when explaining at exhibitions), but do everything with the consciousness of the Father (your attention focused on the Father), then all three types of service will take place at the same time.

83Agar tīnō̃ sēvāē̃ sāth-sāth nahī̃ tō phal itnā phalībhūt nahī̃ hōgā .

92If you do service considering it to be your duty, you will not have the spiritual awareness to be able to awaken souls.

84Vartamān samay pramāṇ tīnō̃ sāth-sāth hōnī chāhiē - alag-alag nahī̃ .

93They too will consider it their duty to listen to you, and having heard you, will go away.

85Vāṇī mē̃ bhī śhakti tab ātī jab mansā śhaktiśhālī hō . 86Nahī̃ tō bōlnē vālē paṇḍit samān hō jātē .

94If you become merciful and do service with benevolent feelings, the souls would be awakened.

87Paṇḍit lōg kathā kitnī baṛhiyā kartē , lēkin paṇḍit kyō̃ kahtē , kyōṅki tōtē muāfik paṛhkar repeat ( R e p e a t  ; dōharātē ) kartē haĩ .

95They would also then feel mercy for themselves and feel that they should do something for themselves. 96Baba constantly gives the children a signal to move forward.

88Gyānī arthāt samajhdār , samajh kar service karnē sē saphaltā hōgī .

97Whatever you have done, according to the drama, you made very good effort.

89Samajhdār bachchē tīnō̃ prakār key|kī sēvā sāth-sāth karē̃gē .

98Whatever time you gave, you accumulated for the present and also the future.

90Chitra conscious ( C o n s c i o u s  ; chitrō̃ kī ōr dhyān ) nahī̃ lēkin bāp conscious ( bāp kī ōr dhyān ) hō tō tīnō̃ hī sēvā sāth mē̃ hō jāēgī .

99Achcha. 100Blessing:May you be an embodiment of happiness who creates a stage of happiness through having an elevated awareness. The basis of your stage is your awareness.

91Duty ( D u t y  ; karttavya ) samajhkar agar sēvā karē̃gē tō ātmāō̃ kō ātmik smr̥iti nahī̃ āēgī .

101Simply become an embodiment of awareness, for, as is your awareness, so will be your stage.

92Vah bhī ēk sunnē key|kī duty samajh chalē jāēṅgē .

102If you maintain the awareness of happiness, your stage will be one of happiness.

93Agar rahm dil ban kalyāṇ key|kī bhāvnā rakhkar service kartē tō ātmāē̃ jāgrat hō jātī̃ .

103If you have the awareness of sorrow, your stage will be one of sorrow. 104Sorrow is going to increase in the world.

94Unhō̃ kō bhī apnē prati rahm ātā hai ki ham kuchh karē̃ . 95Bāp tō bachchō̃ kō sadaiv āgē baṛhnē kā īśhārā dētē .

105Everything is to go into the extreme, but you children of the Ocean of Happiness, the ones who are constantly happy, are embodiments of happiness and beyond sorrow.

96Bākī jitnā kiyā vah ḍrāmānusār bahut achchhā mēhnat kiyā , samay diyā ussē vartamān bhī huā aur bhaviṣhya bhī jamā huā .

106Therefore, no matter what happens, you should constantly continue to experience pleasure. 107Slogan:To save the treasure of time from being wasted is the sign of an elevated effortmaker.

97Achchhā .
