2Viśhva-kalyāṇ karnē kā sahaj sādhan hai - śhrēṣhṭh saṅkalpō̃ key|kī ēkāgratā
1The easy method to bring about world benefit and to have stability in elevated thoughts.
3Master sarvśhaktivān , sadā māyājīt sō jagatjīt , sadā jñānasvarūp , śhaktisvarūp sthiti mē̃ sthit rahnē vālē , vijayī ratnō̃ prati bābā bōlē - 4Apnē nirākārī aur sākārī dōnō̃ sthitiyō̃ kō achchhī tarah sē jān gaē hō ?
2Do you now know your incorporeal and corporeal stages very well? 3Do you find it easy to be stable in both these stages? 4Or, is it that you can easily stabilise yourself in the corporeal stage but that stabilising yourself in the incorporeal stage takes some effort?
5Dōnō̃ hī sthitiyō̃ mē̃ sthit rahnā sahaj anubhav hōtā hai , vā sākār sthiti mē̃ sthit rahnā sahaj lagtā hai aur nirākārī sthiti mē̃ sthit hōnē mē̃ mēhnat lagtī hai ? 6Saṅkalp kiyā aur sthit huā . 7Saikaṇḍ kā saṅkalp jahā̃ chāhē vahā̃ sthit kar saktā hai . 8Saṅkalp hī ū̃ch lē jānē aur nīchē lē ānē key|kī rūhānī lift hai jis dvārā chāhē tō sarv śhrēṣhṭh arthāt ūñchī mañjil par pahuñchō arthāt nirākārī sthiti mē̃ sthit hō jāō , chāhē ākārī sthiti mē̃ sthit hō jāō , chāhē sākārī sthiti mē̃ sthit hō jāō .
5You have a thought and you become stable.
9Aisī practice anubhav kartē hō ? 10Saṅkalp key|kī śhakti kō jahā̃ chāhō vahā̃ lagā saktē hō ?
6Within a seconds thought, you can stabilise yourself either here or there.
11Kyōṅki ātmā mālik hai in sūkṣhma śhaktiyō̃ key|kī .
7Thoughts are the spiritual lift to take you up or down.
12Master sarvśhaktivān arthāt sarvśhaktiyō̃ kō jab chāhē̃ , jahā̃ chāhē̃ , jaisē chāhē̃ vaisē kārya mē̃ lagā saktē haĩ .
8Through thought you can reach the most elevated, highest destination, that is, you can stabilise yourself in the incorporeal stage, angelic stage or corporeal stage.
13Aisā mālikpan anubhav kartē hō ?
9Do you have the practice of this experience?
14Saṅkalp kō rachnē vālē rachtā , svayã kō anubhav kartē hō ?
10Are you able to use the power of thought whenever you wish?
15Rachnā K|kē vaśhībhūt tō nahī̃ hōtē hō ?
11The soul is the master of these subtle powers.
16Aisā abhyās hai jō ēk second mē̃ jis sthiti mē̃ sthit hōnē kā direction ( D i r e c t i o n ) milē usī sthiti mē̃ second mē̃ sthit hō jāō - aisī practice hai ?
12To use these powers however and whenever you want is to be a master almighty authority. 13Do you experience such mastery? 14Do you experience yourself being the creator who creates thoughts?
17Vā yuddha kartē hī samay bīt jāyēgā ?
15Are you influenced by the creation?
18Agar yuddha kartē huē samay bīt jāē , svayã kō sthit na kar sakō tō uskō master sarvśhaktivān kahē̃gē vā kṣhatriya kahē̃gē ?
16Do you have such a practice that you can become stable in a particular stage in a second, the moment you are given directions to do so?
19Kṣhatriya arthāt chandravanśhī .
17Or, would you spend your time battling?
20Vartamān samay viśhva-kalyāṇ karnē kā sahaj sādhan apnē śhrēṣhṭh saṅkalp K|kē ēkāgratā dvārā , sarv ātmāō̃ key|kī bhaṭaktī huī buddhi kō ēkāgr karnā hai .
18If you pass your time in battling and are not able to stabilise yourself, would you be called a master almighty authority or a warrior? 19A warrior means to be part of the moon dynasty.
21Sārē viśhva key|kī sarv ātmāē̃ viśhēṣh yahī chāhnā rakhtī haĩ ki bhaṭakī huī buddhi ēkāgr hō jāē vā man chañchaltā sē ēkāgr hō jāē .
20At present, the easy method to bring about world benefit is by bringing stability to the wandering intellects of all souls through the stability of your own elevated thoughts.
22Yah viśhva key|kī māṅg vā chāhnā kaisē pūrṇ karē̃gē ? 23Agar svayã hī ēkāgr nahī̃ hōṅgē , tō aurō̃ kō kaisē kar sakē̃gē ?
21All souls of the world especially want stability for their wandering intellect and mischievious mind. 22How would you fulfil this desire of the world?
24Isliē ēkāgratā , arthāt sadā ēk bāp dūsrā na kōī , aisē nirantar ēk ras sthiti mē̃ sthit hōnē kā viśhēṣh abhyās karō .
23If you are not stable yourself, how would you be able to stabilise others? 24Therefore, stability means to belong constantly to the one Father and none other.
25Uskē liē jaisē sunāyā thā , ēk tō vyarth saṅkalpō̃ kō śhuddha saṅkalpō̃ mē̃ parivartan karō . 26Dūsrī bāt , māyā K|kē ānē vālē anēk prakār K|kē vighnō̃ kō apnī īśhvarīy lagan K|kē ādhār sē sahaj samāpt kartē , kadam kō āgē baṛhātē chalō .
25Now, especially practise this constant, stable stage. 26You have already been told that to achieve this: firstly, transform waste thoughts into pure thoughts; secondly, with deep love for God, easily put a stop to all the varieties of Mayas obstacles that still come to you, and continue to move forward.
27Vighnō̃ sē ghabrānē kā mukhya kāraṇ kaunsā hai ?
27What is the main reason for being afraid of obstacles?
28Jab bhī kōī vighna ātā hai , tō vighna ātē huē yah bhūl jātē hō ki bāp-dādā nē pahlē sē hī yah knowledge dē dī hai ki lagan key|kī parīkṣhā mē̃ yah sab āyēṅgē hī .
28When an obstacle comes, you forget that BapDada has already given you knowledge of this in advance and told you that all these things will come to test your love for God.
29Jab pahlē sē hī mālūm hai ki vighna ānē hī haĩ , phir ghabrānē key|kī kyā jarūrat ?
29Since you know in advance that obstacles will come, why should you be afraid?
30Naī bāt kyō̃ samajhtē hō ?
30Why do you think that it is something new?
31Māyā kyō̃ ātī hai ?
31Why does Maya come to you?
32Vyarth saṅkalp kyō̃ ātē haĩ ?
32Why do you have waste thoughts?
33Buddhi kyō̃ bhaṭaktī hai ?
33Why does your intellect wander?
34Vātāvaraṇ kyō̃ prabhāv ḍāltā hai ?
34Why does the atmosphere influence you?
35Sambandhī sāth kyō̃ nahī̃ dētē haĩ ?
35Why dont your relations cooperate with you?
36Purānē saṅskār ab tak kyō̃ emerge hōtē haĩ ?
36Why do old sanskars emerge even now?
37Yah sab question ( Q u e s t i o n ; praśhna ) vighnō̃ kō miṭānē kē bajāē , bāp key|kī lagan sē haṭānē kē nimitt ban jātē haĩ .
37Instead of finishing all obstacles, these questions become instrumental to distance you from the love of the Father.
38Kyā yah bāp K|kē mahāvākya bhūl jātē hō ki jitnā āgē baṛhē̃gē utnā māyā bhinn-bhinn rūp sē parīkṣhā lēnē kē liē āyēṅgī .
38You forget Babas elevated versions, The more you progress, the more the many forms of Maya will come to test you.
39Lēkin parīkṣhā hī āgē baṛhānē kā sādhan hai na ki girānē kā .
39However, these tests are the means to move you forward, not to make you fall.
40Kyōṅki kāraṇ K|kē nivāraṇ kē bajāē kāraṇ sōchnē mē̃ samay ganvā dētē hō .
40Instead of looking for the cause and resolving it, you simply waste your time in thinking about it; you lose your power.
41Śhakti ganvā dētē hō . 42Kāraṇ key|kī bajāē nivāraṇ sōchō aur nirvighna hō jāō .
41Instead of thinking about the cause, think about the solution and you will become free from obstacles.
43Kyō̃ āyā ? 44Nahī̃ , lēkin yah tō ānā hī hai - is smr̥iti mē̃ rahnē sē , samarthī svarūp hō jāēṅgē .
42Do not wonder why something came, but through having the awareness that such a thing will happen, you will become an embodiment of power.
45Dūsrī bāt , chhōṭē sē vighnō̃ kō , kyō̃ K|kē question uṭhnē sē vyarth saṅkalpō̃ key|kī queue ( Q u e u e ; katār ) lag jātī hai , aur usī queue kō samāpt karnē mē̃ kāphī samay lag jātā hai .
43Secondly, when you question why? (kyu?) over even a small obstacle, a queue of waste thoughts is formed. 44You then have to spend a lot of time in finishing that queue.
46Isliē mukhya kamzōrī hai , jō gyān svarūp arthāt knowledgeful sthiti mē̃ sthit hōtē huē , vighnō̃ kō pār nahī̃ kar pātē haĩ .
45You are not able to overcome obstacles due to the main weakness of not being an embodiment of knowledge, that is, by not being stable in the stage of being knowledgefull.
47Gyānī hō , lēkin gyān-svarūp hōnā hai .
46You are gyani (knowledgeable), but you are not an embodiment of knowledge.
48Vātāvaraṇ prabhāv kyō̃ ḍāltā hai ?
47Why does the atmosphere influence you?
49Uskā bhī kāraṇ ? 50Apnē powerful vr̥itti dvārā vāyumaṇḍal kō parivartan karnē vālē haĩ , yah smr̥iti bhūl jātē hō .
48You forget the awareness of being the one who transforms the atmosphere with your powerful attitude.
51Jab kahtē hī hō viśvaparivarta ka haĩ tō viśhva K|kē parivartan mē̃ vāyumaṇḍal kō bhī parivartan karnā hai .
49You call yourselves world transformers. 50For world transformation, you also have to transform the atmosphere.
52Aśhuddh kō hī śhuddha banānē kē liē nimitt hō .
51You are instruments to make the impure, pure.
53Phir yah kyō̃ sōchtē hō ki vāyumaṇḍal aisā thā , isliē kamzōr hō gayā .
52So, why do you think that you became weak because of the atmosphere?
54Jab hai hī kaliyugī , tamōpradhān , āsurī sr̥iṣhṭi , usmē̃ vātāvaraṇ aśhuddh na hōgā tō kyā hōgā ?
53This is the ironaged, tamopradhan, impure world, and so what else would the atmosphere be, if not impure?
55Tamōguṇī sr̥iṣhṭi K|kē bīch rahtē huē , vātāvaraṇ kō parivartan karnā , yahī brāhmaṇō̃ kā karttavya hai .
54Whilst living in the tamoguni world, the duty of you Brahmins is to transform the atmosphere.
56Karttavya key|kī smr̥iti mē̃ rahnē sē arthāt racatāpan key|kī sthiti mē̃ sthit rahnē sē , vātāvaraṇ arthāt rachnā K|kē vaśh nahī̃ hōṅgē .
55By being aware of your duty, that is, by being stable in the stage of a creator, you will not be influenced by the atmosphere, the creation.
57Tō jō sōchnā chāhiē ki parivartak hōkē parivartan kaisē karū̃ , is sōchnē kē bajāē yah sōchnē lag jātē ki vātāvaraṇ aisā hai isliē kamzōr hō gayā hū̃ , vātāvaraṇ badalēgā tō maĩ badalūṅgī , vātāvaraṇ achchhā hōgā tō sthiti achchhī hōgī .
56Instead of considering yourself a transformer and thinking how you could transform the atmosphere, you think that you became weak because of the atmosphere: Only if the atmosphere changes will I change myself. 57My stage will be good if the atmosphere is good.
58Lēkin vātāvaraṇ kō badalnē vālā kaun ?
58Who is the one who has to change the atmosphere?
59Yah bhūl jātē hō .
59You forget this.
60Is kāraṇ thōṛē sē vātāvaraṇ kā prabhāv paṛ jātā hai .
60This is why the atmosphere influences you.
61Aur kyā kahtē ki sambandhī nahī̃ suntē vā saṅg achchhā nahī̃ hai , is kāraṇ śhaktiśhālī nahī̃ bantē . 62Bāp-dādā nē tō pahlē sē hī sunā diyā hai ki her|har ātmā kā apnā-apnā alag-alag part hai .
61What else do you say? My relations do not listen to me. 62I am not able to become powerful because I dont have good company. BapDada has already told you that every soul has their own individual, separate part.
63Kōī satōguṇī , kōī rajōguṇī , kōī tamōguṇī .
63Some are satoguni, some rajoguni and others tamoguni.
64Jab variety ātmāē̃ haĩ aur variety drama hai , tō sab ātmāō̃ kō ēk jaisā part hō nahī̃ saktā .
64There is a variety of souls within this varied drama, therefore, not all souls can have the same part.
65Agar kisī ātmā kā tamōguṇī arthāt agyān kā part hai , tō śhubh bhāvnā aur śhubhkāmnā sē un ātmā kō śhānti aur śhakti kā dān dō .
65If a particular soul has a tamoguni part without knowledge, then donate peace and power to that soul through your good wishes and pure feelings.
66Lēkin usī agyānī K|kē part kō dēkh , apnī śhrēṣhṭh sthiti K|kē anubhav kō bhūl kyō̃ jātē hō ?
66Instead of this, when you see the part of an ignorant soul, why do you forget to experience your elevated stage?
67Apnī sthiti mē̃ halchal kyō̃ kartē hō ?
67Why do you allow your stage to fluctuate?
68Sākṣhī hō part dēkhtē huē , jō śhakti kā dān dēnā hai , vah dō .
68See the part of other souls as a detached observer and donate power to them.
69Lēkin ghabrāō mat .
69Do not be afraid.
70Apnē satōpradhān part mē̃ sthit rahō .
70Be stable in your satopradhan part.
71Tamōguṇī ātmā K|kē saṅg K|kē raṅg kā prabhāv paṛnē kā kāraṇ hai - sadā bāp K|kē śhrēṣhṭh saṅg mē̃ nahī̃ rahtē .
71The reason why you are coloured by the company of a tamoguni soul is that you do not constantly keep the company of the Father.
72Sadā śhrēṣhṭh saṅg mē̃ rahnē vālē kē ūpar aur kōī saṅg kā raṅg prabhāv nahī̃ ḍāl saktā .
72One who constantly stays in this elevated company cannot be coloured by any other company.
73Tō nivāraṇ kā sōchō .
73So, now, think about the solution.
74Aur kyā kahtē , hamārē sambandhī K|kē buddhi kā tālā khōlō .
74What else do you say? 75Open the lock on the intellect of my relations.
75Bāp nē sarv ātmāō̃ key|kī buddhiyō̃ kā tālā khōlnē key|kī chābī bachchō̃ kō pahlē sē hī dē dī hai .
76Baba has already given all the children the key with which to open the lock on the intellect of all souls.
76Tō chābī kō yuj kyō̃ nahī̃ kartē hō ?
77So, why do you not use the key?
77Apnā kārya bhūlnē kāraṇ , bāp kō bhī bār-bār yād dilātē hō ki tālā khōlnā vā buddhi kō parivartan karnā .
78You forget your own task, you remind Baba time and again, and say: Baba, You have to open the lock on this ones intellect and change their intellect.
78Bāp tō sarv ātmāō̃ rūpī bachchō̃ kē prati sadā viśhva-kalyāṇakārī haĩ hī .
79Baba is the World Benefactor for all souls, the children, anyway.
79Phir bār-bār kyō̃ yād dilātē hō ?
80So, why do you remind Him time and again?
80Bāp kō apnē samān bhūlnē vālē samajhtē hō kyā ?
81Do you think that Baba forgetsHis selfrespect?
81Kahnē key|kī bhī āvaśhyaktā nahī̃ .
82There is no need to tell Baba anything.
82Jitnā āpkō apnē had K|kē part K|kē sambandh kā khyāl hai , bāp tō sadā bachchē K|kē sambandh mē̃ rahnē vālē , tō bāp bachchō̃ kō bhūl nahī̃ saktā .
83You are concerned about the relatives of your limited role. 84However, Baba constantly keeps the relationship of your being His children, and so the Father cannot forget His children.
83Lēkin bāp jāntē haĩ ki harēk ātmā kā , kōī apnā samay-samay kā part hai , kōī kā ādi mē̃ part hai , kōī kā madhya mē̃ , kōī kā ant mē̃ part hai , kōī kā bhakti kā part hai , kōī kā gyān kā part hai .
85Baba knows that every soul has their own part at their own time: some play their part from the beginning, some from the middle and some at the end. 86Some have a part of bhakti and some have a part of knowledge.
84Isliē bār-bār yah chintan mat karō , tālā kab khulēgā ? 85Lēkin tālā khōlnē kā sādhan hai - apnē mansā saṅkalp dvārā sēvā , apnī vr̥itti dvārā vāyumaṇḍal kō parivartan karnē key|kī sēvā .
87Therefore, do not think time and again about when the lock will open, but open the lock with the method of serving with your thoughts. 88Serve by transforming the atmosphere with your attitude.
86Apnē jīvan K|kē parivartan dvārā ātmāō̃ kō parivartan karnē key|kī sēvā key|kī pharja adāī nibhātē chalō .
89Continue to serve by fulfilling the responsibility of transforming other souls on the basis of transforming your own life.
87Abhī bār-bār yah nahī̃ bōlnā ki tālā khōlō . 88Apnā tālā khōlā , tō unkā khul hī jāyēgā .
90Do not say, time and again, Open the lock! Your lock has opened and so theirs will also open.
89Mukhya tīn bātē̃ bār-bār likhtē aur kahtē hō - yōg kyō̃ nahī̃ lagtā ?
91You constantly write of three main things. 92Why am I not able to have yoga?
90Tālā kyō̃ nahī̃ khultā ?
93Why does the lock not open?
91Aur māyā kyō̃ ātī hai ?
94Why does Maya come to me?
92Sōchtē bahut hō , isliē māyā kō bhī majā ātā hai .
95You think a great deal and so Maya also enjoys herself.
93Jaisē mall yuddh mē̃ bhī agar thōṛā sā bhī girnē lagtā hai tō dūsrē kō majā ātā hai aur girākar ūpar chaṛhnē kā . 94Tō jab yah sōchtē hō māyā ā gaī .
96If one of the opponents in a wrestling match shows even the slightest sign of weakening, the other one is pleased to overpower him and bring him down.
95Māyā kyō̃ I|āī|eye ? 96Tō māyā ghabrāyā huā dēkh , aur war|vār kar lētī hai .
97When you think Maya has come; Why has Maya come?; seeing you frightened, she attacks you.
97Isliē sunāyā māyā ānī hī hai .
98Therefore, you were told that Maya will come to you anyway.
98Māyā kā ānā arthāt vijayī banānē kē nimitt bannā .
99By coming to you, Maya becomes an instrument to make you victorious.
99Śhaktiyō̃ key|kī prāpti kō anubhav mē̃ lānē kē liē nimitt kāraṇ māyā bantī hai .
100Maya is just a reason for you to experience the attainment of the powers.
100Agar duśhman na hō tō vijayī kaisē kahā jāyēgā ?
101If you had no enemy, how could you be called victorious?
101Vijayī ratna banānē kē nimitt yah māyā K|kē chhōṭē-chhōṭē rūp haĩ .
102These small forms of Maya are the instruments to make you into a victorious jewel.
102Isliē māyājīt samajh , vijayī ratna samajh , māyā par vijay prāpt karō . 103Samjhā ?
103Therefore, consider yourself to be a conqueror of Maya, a victorious jewel, and attain victory over her.
104Master sarv śhaktivān , kamzōr mat banō , māyā kō challenge karnē vālē banō .
104Do you understand? 105Master almighty authorities, do not become weak! 106Become those who challenge Maya.
105Achchhā .
107Achcha.
106Sadā māyājīt sō jagatjīt , vātāvaraṇ kō apnī samarth vr̥itti sē satō pradhān banānē vālē , apnē śhrēṣhṭh bāp K|kē saṅg sē anēk māyāvī saṅgdōṣh sē pār rahnē vālē , sadā jñānasvarūp , śhaktisvarūp mē̃ sthit rahnē vālē , aisē sadā vijayī ratnō̃ kō bāp-dādā kā yād-pyār aur namastē . 107Party sē - 108Saṅgamyug kā baṛē tē baṛā khajānā kaunsā hai ?
108To those who are constantly the conquerors of Maya and so the conquerors of the world; to those who make the atmosphere satopradhan with their powerful attitude; to those who remain beyond the influence of Mayas company by constantly staying in the Fathers company and following His elevated directions; to those who are constantly embodiments of knowledge and who stabilise themselves in the form of power; to such constantly victorious jewels, BapDadas love, remembrance and namaste.
109Sabsē baṛē tē baṛā khajānā hai - ati indriya sukh , jō kisī bhī yug mē̃ prāpt nahī̃ hō saktā .
109What is the greatest treasure of the confluence age? 110The greatest treasure is the supersensuous joy which cannot be experienced in any other age.
110Satyug mē̃ bhī ati indriya sukh kā varṇan nahī̃ karē̃gē .
111You would not speak about supersensuous joy in the golden age.
111Yah ati indriya sukh ab kā hī khajānā hai .
112This supersensuous joy is the treasure of this time.
112Is khazānē kā anubhav hai ?
113Have you experienced this treasure?
113Jō sabsē baṛhiyā chīz hōtī , yā achchhī lagtī uskō kabhī bhūlā nahī̃ jātā .
114You would never forget something that is the best of all or that you like very much.
114Ati indriya sukh baṛē tē baṛā aur achchhē tē achchhā khajānā hai tō sadā yād rahnā chāhiē .
115Supersensuous joy is the greatest and best treasure of all, and so you should remember it constantly.
115Yād arthāt anubhav mē̃ ānā .
116To remember it is to experience it.
116Jō is anubhav mē̃ rahē̃gē vah indriyō K|kē sukh mē̃ nahī̃ hōṅgē .
117This constant experience will replace the experience of pleasure through the physical senses.
117Jō sadā ati indriya sukh mē̃ nahī̃ rahtē vah indriyō K|kē sukh key|kī taraph ākarṣhit hō jātē .
118Those who do not constantly experience supersensuous joy are attracted towards the pleasure of the senses.
118Indriyō̃ K|kē sukh K|kē anubhavī tō hō nā .
119You have already experienced pleasure through the senses.
119Us alpkāl K|kē sukh mē̃ bhī duḥkh bharā huā hai .
120That temporary happiness is filled with sorrow.
120Jaisē ājkal kaṛavī davāī kē ūpar mīṭhā board lagā dētē .
121Nowadays, they put a sweet name to a bitter medicine.
121Tō yah indriyō̃ kā sukh , dikhāī sukh dētā lēkin hai kyā ?
122Even though the pleasure of the senses appears to be pleasure, what is it really?
122Jab samajhtē hō duḥkh hai phir unkī ākarṣhaṇ mē̃ kyō̃ ātē ?
123Now that you understand it as sorrow, why are you still attracted to it?
123Sadā apnē kō viśhēṣh pārṭdhārī samajh part bajātē hō ?
124Do you constantly play your part whilst considering yourself to be a special actor?
