2Kamal puṣhp samān sthiti hī brāhmaṇ jīvan kā śhrēṣhṭh āsan hai

1THE LOTUSLIKE STAGE IS THE ELEVATED SEAT OF BRAHMIN LIFE.

3Sarv prāptiyō̃ K|kē ādhār bāp nē samarth , bandhanmukt , yōgyukt ātmāō̃ kē prati bāp-dādā nē yē mahāvākya uchchārē  :

2Are you constantly seated on the lotuslike elevated seat of Brahmin life? 3Brahmins always have their seat with them. 4Are you Brahmins also always seated on your seat?

4Sadā brāhmaṇ jīvan kā śhrēṣhṭh āsan , kamal puṣhp samān sthiti mē̃ sthit rahtē hō  ?

5The lotuslike stage is to be loving and beyond the attraction of the physical organs whilst performing actions.

5Brāhmaṇō̃ kā āsan sadā sāth rahtā hai tō āp sab brāhmaṇ bhī sadā āsan par virājmān rahtē hō  ?

6Not only should you be loving and detached in your awareness, but every action at every second should be performed in a loving and detached stage.

6Kamal puṣhp samān sthiti arthāt sadā her|har karmēnndriyō̃ dvārā karma kartē huē bhī indriyō̃ K|kē ākarṣhaṇ sē nyārē aur pyārē . 7Sirph smr̥iti mē̃ nyārā aur pyārā nahī̃ , lēkin her|har saikēṇḍ kā sarv karma nyārē aur pyārē sthiti mē̃ hō . 8Isī kā yādgār āp sabkē gāyan mē̃ ab tak bhī bhakta her|har karma indriya kē prati mahimā mē̃ nayan-kamal , mukh-kamal , hast-kamal kah kar gāyan kartē haĩ .

7Even today, in memory of this, bhagats praise each of your sense organs as the lotus eyes, the lotuslips and the lotushands.

9Tō yah kis samay key|kī sthiti kā āsan hai  ?

8Which period of time does this seat belong to?

10Is brāhmaṇ jīvan kā .

9To that of the Brahmin life.

11Apnē āpsē pūchhō , her|har karma indriya kamal samān banī hai  ?

10Ask yourself: Has every physical organ of yours become like a lotus?

12Nayan kamal banē haĩ  ?

11Have your eyes become like a lotus?

13Hast kamal banē haĩ  ?

12Have your hands become like a lotus?

14Kamal arthāt karma kartē huē bhī vikārī bandhanō̃ sē mukt .

13To be like a lotus is to perform every action whilst remaining free from the bondage of any vice.

15Dēh kō dēkh bhī rahē haĩ lēkin dēkhtē huē bhī nayan kamal vālē , dēh K|kē ākarṣhaṇ K|kē bandhan mē̃ nahī̃ āyēṅgē .

14You see the body, but when you see the body through your lotus eyes, you will not be bound by the attraction of the body.

16Jaisē kamal jal mē̃ rahtē huē jal sē nyārā arthāt jal K|kē ākarṣhaṇ K|kē bandhan sē nyārā , anēk bhinn-bhinn sambandh sē nyārā rahtā hai . 17Kamal K|kē sambandh bhī bahut hōtē haĩ .

15It is just as a lotus is detached from the water whilst growing in the water, that is, it is beyond the pull of the attraction of water; it remains detached from all the different relations.

18Akēlā nahī̃ hōtā hai , pravr̥itti mārg key|kī niśhānī kā sūchak hai .

16A lotus has many relations. 17A lotus is not alone; it is a symbol of familylife.

19Aisē brāhmaṇ arthāt kamal puṣhp samān bannē vālī ātmāē̃ pravr̥itti mē̃ rahtē , chāhē laukik , chāhē alaukik sāth-sāth kichṛē arthāt tamōguṇī patit vātāvaraṇ rahtē huē bhī nyārē .

18Brahmin souls are those who become as totally detached as a lotus whilst living with their family, whether lokik or alokik; whilst living in an impure atmosphere, they remain totally detached.

20Jō guṇ rachnā mē̃ hai tō master rachtā mē̃ vahī guṇ hai .

19Master creators would have the same virtues as the Creator.

21Sadā is āsan par sthit rahtē hō vā kabhī-kabhī sthit hōtē hō  ?

20Are you seated on this seat always or only sometimes?

22Sadā apnē is āsan kō dhāraṇ karnē vālē hī sarv bandhanmukt aur sadā yōgyukt ban saktē haĩ .

21Only those who are constantly seated on this throne can remain free from bondage and constantly yogyukt.

23Apnē āpkō dēkhō - pāñch vikār pāñch prakr̥iti K|kē tattvō̃ K|kē bandhan sē kitnē percent mē̃ mukt huē haĩ . 24Lipta ātmā hō va mukt ātmā hō  ?

22Check to what extent you are free from the bondage of the five vices and the five elements. 23Are you a soul who is caught up in this or one who is totally free?

25Āp sabnē bāp-dādā sē vāydā kiyā hai ki sabkō chhōṛ kar āpkē hī banē̃gē , jō kahē̃gē , jaisē karāyēṅgē , jaisē chalāyēṅgē vaisē chalē̃gē .

24All of you have promised BapDada that you will leave everyone else and belong to Baba, that you will do as He says and move as He makes you move.

26Vāydā nibhā rahē hō  ?

25Are you fulfilling your responsibility?

27Sārē din mē̃ kitnā samay vāydā nibhātē hō aur kitnā samay vāydā bhulātē hō  ?

26For how long do you remember your promise and for how long do you forget it throughout the day?

28Gīt rōj gātē hō - ‘ mērā tō ēk śhivbābā dūsrā na kōī .

27Every day, you sing: Mine is one Shiv Baba and none other.

29’ aisī sthiti hai  ?

28Are you in such a stage?

30Dūsrā kōī sambandh , snēh , sahyōg vā prāpti , vyakti vā vaibhav dvārā bāp sē kinārā karnē vālā rahā hai  ? 31Hai kōī vyakti va vastu jō bandhanmukt ātmā kō apnē ākarṣhaṇ K|kē bandhan mē̃ bāndhnē vālī  ?

29Would any relationship, love, cooperation, attainment, person or material comfort make you move away from the Father? 30Would any person or thing attract and tie in bondage a soul who is free from bondage? 31As there is no one else, do you constantly experience yourself being a yogyukt soul, free from bondage?

32Jab dūsrā kōī nahī̃ tō nirantar bandhanmukt aur yōgyukt ātmā kā anubhav kartē hō  ?

32Or, do you just say that there is none other, but, in reality, there is? 33Is there someone else or is everything over?

33Va kahtē hō , dūsrā kōī nahī̃ parantu hai .

34If there is someone else, then why do you sing this song?

34Kōī hai va sab samāpt hō gayē  ?

35Do you sing it just to please BapDada?

35Agar hai tō gīt kyō̃ gātē hō  ?

36Or, do you sing it hoping that it will create such a stage?

36Bāp-dādā kō khuśh karnē liē gātē hō  ?

37Do you know the speciality of Brahmin life?

37Vā kah kar apnī sthiti bānānē kē liē gātē hō  ?

38A Brahmin is one whose thinking, speaking and doing all match.

38Brāhmaṇ jīvan key|kī viśhēṣhtā jāntē hō  ?

39There should be no difference between these.

39‘ brāhmaṇ arthāt sōchnā , bōlnā , karnā sab ēk hō .

40When will you adopt this speciality of Brahmin life?

40Antar na hō .

41Now or at the end?

41’ tō brāhmaṇ jīvan key|kī viśhēṣhtā kab dhāraṇ karē̃gē  ? 42Abhī vā ant mē̃  ?

42There are even some children who, instead of making effort, leave everything to time!

43Kaī aisē bhī bachchē haĩ jō svayã K|kē purūṣhārth kē bajāē samay par chhōṛ dētē haĩ .

43When souls are weak, they wait and leave everything to time. 44What do people say when they come to see your exhibitions at the museums?

44Samay ānē par ātmāē̃ svayã kamzōr hōnē kāraṇ samay par rakhtē haĩ āp lōgō̃ kē pās bhī jab museum va pradarśhanī dēkhnē ātē haĩ tō kyā kahtē haĩ  ?

45"We will come back when we have time; we don't have time at the moment." 46These are words of souls who do not have knowledge; they are ignorant of the knowledge of time.

45Samay milēgā tō āyēṅgē . 46Abhī ham kō samay nahī̃ hai .

47However, you have the knowledge of the present time.

47Yah ajñāniyō̃ K|kē bōl haĩ .

48What do you call the present time?

48Kyōṅki samay K|kē gyān sē agyānī haĩ lēkin āpkō tō gyān hai ki kaun sā samay chal rahā hai  ; is vartamān samay kō kaun sā samay kahtē haĩ .

49You call it the year or age of benevolence. 50You call it the time for earning an income for the entire kalpa. 51It is the time of benefit for the world, the time for world transformation.

49Kalyāṇkārī yug athavā samay kahtē hō na  ! 50Sārē kalp key|kī kamāī kā samay kahtē hō , śhrēṣhṭh karma rūpī bīj bōnē kā samay kahtē hō .

52What would you call those who have knowledge of the present time, yet waste their time and leave everything to the future? 53Time is your creation.

51Pāñch hajār varṣh K|kē saṅskārō̃ kā record bharnē kā samay kahtē hō .

54What would you say about a creator whose effort depends upon time, the creation?

52Viśvakalyāṇ , viśhva parivartan kā samay kahtē hō . 53Samay K|kē gyān vālē bhī vartamān samay kō ganvātē huē ānē vālē samay par chhōṛ dē̃ tō uskō kyā kahā jāyēgā  ? 54Samay bhī āpkī creation ( C r e a t i o n  ; rachnā ) hai .

55BapDada has told you before that you are the elevated souls who are the images of support for the world. 56Would such images of support, who continue to depend upon time or any other support, still be called images of support, or those who are dependent?

55Creation K|kē ādhār par creator ( C r e a t o r  ; raciyatā ) kā purūṣhārth hō arthāt samay K|kē ādhār par svayã kā purūṣhārth hō tō usē creator kahā jāyēgā .

57So check whether, as an image of support for the world, you are dependent upon any other support. 58Are you a soul who relies on any other support than that of the Father, the Image of Support?

56Bāp-dādā nē pahlē bhī sunāyā hai āp śhrēṣhṭh ātmāē̃ sr̥iṣhṭi K|kē ādhār mūrtta hō , aisē ādhār mūrtta , samay K|kē va kisī bhī prakār K|kē ādhār par rahē̃ tō adhīn kahē̃gē vā ādhār mūrtta kahē̃gē  ?

59How do you put into practice the promise of having only the one Support? 60What would be the practical experience of having only the one Support? 61Those who constantly have the one imperishable Support will constantly experience being far from the ironaged impure world.

57Tō apnē āp kō check karō ki sr̥iṣhṭi K|kē ādhār mūrtta ātmā kisī bhī prakār K|kē ādhār par tō nahī̃ chal rahē hai  ?

62The boat of life of such souls has left the shores of the iron aged world. 63They would constantly experience being beyond the ironaged, impure attraction of vices.

58Sivāē ēk bāp K|kē ādhār mūrtta kisī bhī had K|kē sahārē K|kē ādhār par chalnē vālī ātmā tō nahī̃ hai  ?

64No ironaged attraction can pull them. 65Through science, people are able to go very far into space, beyond the pull of gravity.

59Vāydā tō yahī kiyā hai mērā tō ēk hī sahārā hai lēkin prēkṭikal kyā hai  ? 60Ēk sahārē kā praikṭīkal pramāṇ kyā anubhav hōgā  ?

66Being pulled by any type of attraction of the body, bodily relations, or physical possessions is the practical proof of some type of support, because a temporary support gives temporary, shortterm attainment.

61Sadā ēk avināśhī sahārā lētē , is kalayugī patit duniyā sē kinārā kiyā huā anubhav karēgā . 62Aisī ātmā key|kī jīvan naiyā kalayugī duniyā kā kinārā chhōṛ chalī .

67Many of you say that you have little experience of having remembrance and receiving power; that the form of power you experience does not last all the time.

63Sadā svayã kō kalayugī patit vikārī ākarṣhaṇ sē kinārā kiyā huā arthāt parē mahsūs karē̃gē . 64Kōī bhī kalayugī ākarṣhaṇ uskō khaiñch nahī̃ saktē . 65Jaisē science K|kē dvārā dhartī K|kē ākarṣhaṇ sē parē hō jātē , ‘ space ’ ( S p a c e ) mē̃ chalē jātē arthāt dūr chalē jātē . 66Agar kisī bhī prakār key|kī ākarṣhaṇ chāhē dēh K|kē sambandh key|kī va dēh K|kē padārtha key|kī ākarṣhit kartī hai , issē siddha hai kōī na kōī K|kē sahārē kā pratyakṣha pramāṇ vināśhī alp kāl kā sahārā hōnē K|kē kāraṇ prāpti bhī alp kāl key|kī hōtī hai , arthāt vināśhī , thōṛē samay kē liē hōtī hai .

68Why is this?

67Jaisē kaī kahtē haĩ thōṛā anubhav hōtā hai , yād rahtī hai , śhakti miltī hai .

69It is because, instead of the one Support, you have definitely taken one or another limited support.

68Śhakti svarūp kā anubhav hōtā hai lēkin sadā nahī̃ rahtā , uskā kāraṇ  ?

70As the support shakes, so you also shake; you are in a state of upheaval. 71So, check your support!

69Avaśhya ēk sahārē kē bajāē kōī na kōī had K|kē sahārē kā ādhār liyā huā hai .

72Do you know how to check this? 73You need to have a divine and powerful intellect to check yourself.

70Ādhār bhī hiltā hai aur svayã bhī hiltā hai arthāt halchal mē̃ ātē haĩ .

74If you are not able to do this yourself, check yourself with the cooperation of souls who have a powerful intellect.

71Tō apnē ādhār kō caik karō . 72Caik karnā ātā hai  ? 73Caik karnē kē liē divya arthāt samarth buddhi chāhiē .

75As soon as each Brahmin soul takes birth, BapDada gives them a powerful and divine intellect and a divine eye as a blessing of their birth.

74Agar nahī̃ tō buddhivān ātmāō̃ K|kē sahyōg sē apnī checking karō .

76All Brahmins receive a birthday gift from Baba. 77Do you know how to look after your birthday gift?

75Bāp-dādā nē her|har brāhmaṇ ātmā kō janm hōtē hī divy-samartha buddhi aur divya nētra brāhmaṇ janm kā vardān rūp mē̃ diyā hai .

78If you always use this gift accurately, then you constantly remain like a lotus, constantly seated on the lotus seat. 79Do you understand what you have to check?

76Vā yū̃ kahō ki brāhmaṇ K|kē birth day ( B i r t h D a y  ; janm din ) key|kī gift ( G i f t  ; saugāt ) bāp dvārā harēk kō prāpt hai .

80To what extent have all your sense organs become lotuslike? 81Those who become like a lotus will constantly remain cheerful and beyond any attraction.

77Kyā apnē janm key|kī gift kō sambhālnā ātā hai  ?

82If you are attracted to something, you are not able to remain cheerful.

78Agar sadaiv is gift kō yathārth rīti sē use karō tō sadā kamal puṣhp samān rahō arthāt sadā kamal puṣhp samān sthiti K|kē āsan par sthit rahō .

83Now, take your intellect away from all those things. 84Let what you say and what you do be the same. 85Be those who fulfil their promise, not those who just make a promise. 86Achcha.

79Samjhā kyā caikiṅg karnī hai  ? 80Sarv karma indriyā̃ kahā̃ tak ‘ kamal ’ banī haĩ  ? 81Aisē kamal samān bannē vālē sadā ākarṣhaṇ sē parē arthāt sadā harṣhit rahē̃gē . 82Sadā harṣhit na rahnā arthāt kahā̃-n-kahā̃ ākarṣhit hōtē haĩ tab harṣhit nahī̃ rah saktē .

87To those who constantly consider themselves to be an image of support by having all relationships with One and no one else; to the powerful souls who are not dependent upon time but consider themselves to be powerful; to the souls who are free from bondage; to the yogyukt souls, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

83Ab in sab bātō̃ sē buddhi dvārā kinārā karō .

88BAPDADA MEETING GROUPS: 89Are Pandavs and Shaktis both on the battlefield?

84‘ kahnā aur karnā ’ ēk karō .

90Are you continuing to progress by gaining victory in your battle?

85Vāydā karnē vālā nahī̃ lēkin nibhānē vālē banō . 86Achchhā .

91Victorious souls constantly experience the happiness of their victory.

87Sadā sarv sambandhō̃ sē , ēk bāp dūsrā na kōī aisē sadā svayã kō ādhār mūrtta samajhnē vālē , samay K|kē ādhār sē parē svayã kō samarth samajh chalnē vālē aisī samarth ātmāō̃ kō bandhanmukt ātmāō̃ kō , sadā yōgyukt ātmāō̃ kō bāp-dādā kā yād-pyār aur namastē .

92Those who are victorious don't experience waves of sorrow. 93Sorrow is experienced when there is defeat. 94Victorious jewels constantly remain happy and cheerful. 95You shouldn't witness a scene of sorrow even in your dreams; there shouldn't be any feeling of sorrow.

88Party sē 89Pāṇḍav aur śhaktiyā̃ dōnō̃ hī yuddhasthal par upasthit haĩ  ?

96Even in dreams one can experience sorrow. 97There is sorrow when you have certain dreams, isn't there?

90Yuddha kartē huē vijay prāpt kartē huē , āgē baṛhtē chal rahē hō  ? 91Tō vijayī ātmāō̃ kō sadā vijay key|kī khuśhī hōgī .

98When your dreams are filled with happiness, then you would definitely be an embodiment of happiness in the corporeal form.

92Vijay vālō̃ kō duḥkh key|kī lahar nahī̃ hōgī . 93Duḥkh hōtā hai hār mē̃ .

99In singing praise of your virtues, would you say, "an embodiment of happiness" or "an embodiment of sorrow"?

94Vijayī ratna sadā khuśh arthāt harṣhit rahtē haĩ .

100Since the eternal form of the soul is of happiness, how could there be sorrow?

95Svapn mē̃ bhī duḥkh kā dr̥iśhya na āē arthāt duḥkh K|kē anubhav key|kī mahsūstā na āē .

101When you move away from your eternal form, you experience sorrow. 102So, do you feel that you have put aside sorrow?

96Svapn mē̃ bhī tō duḥkh hōtā hai . 97Kōī aisā dr̥iśhya dēkh karkē svapn mē̃ bhī duḥkh key|kī lahar ātī hai  ?

103Even whilst listening to the sorrows of others, you should not experience any sorrow because you know that this is the world of sorrow.

98Sadā vijayī K|kē svapn bhī sukhdāyī hōtē hai , duḥkh K|kē nahī̃ .

104For you, the world of sorrow is over. 105For you, this is the beneficial

99Jab svapn bhī sukhdāī hōṅgē tō jarūr sākār mē̃ sukh svarūp hōṅgē .

106age of the stage of ascent. 107Even in your thoughts, you have raised your anchor and left the world of sorrow behind.

100Jab āp apnē guṇō̃ key|kī mahimā kartē hō tō kahtē hō , sukh svarūp … yā duḥkh bhī kahtē hō  ? 101Ātmā kā anādi svarūp sukh hai tō duḥkh kahā̃ sē āyā  ?

108If you are pulled towards relatives who cause sorrow or stressful situations for you, then you should understand that there are still subtle strings of sorrow.

102Jab anādi svarūp sē nīchē ātē hō tō duḥkh hōtā .

109Have all the subtle strings broken or are there still some left?

103Tō aisē anubhav kartē hī duḥkh sē kinārā hō gayā hai  ?

110Being pulled by these is the sign or recognition of the strings.

104Dūsrō̃ K|kē duḥkh key|kī bātē̃ suntē duḥkh key|kī lahar na āē .

111If strings are tying you down, then you cannot move ahead.

105Kyōṅki mālūm hai , duḥkhō̃ key|kī duniyā hai , āpkē liē duḥkh key|kī duniyā samāpt hō gayī .

112If you have not yet left the shores of the world of sorrow behind, then you are not part of the confluence age.

106Āpkē liē tō kalyāṇkārī chaṛhtī kalā kā yug hai .

113You are in between the iron and confluence ages.

107Tō saṅkalp mē̃ bhī duḥkh key|kī duniyā kō chhōṛ .

114You are neither here nor there; so what would be your state then?

108Chalē laṅgar uṭh gayā hai nā  ?

115Sometimes here and sometimes there.

109Agar duḥkh dēnē vālē sambandhī yā duḥkh key|kī paristhiti apnī taraph khēñcatī haĩ tō samjhō kuchh rassiyā̃ sūkṣhma mē̃ rah gayī haĩ .

116You would not experience your intellect to be stabilised in one place. 117Do you like wandering? 118Since you do not like it, then stop it! 119Constantly be stable in your form of happiness.

110Sūkṣhma rassiyā̃ sab samāpt haĩ yā kuchh rahī haĩ  ? 111Uskī parakh athavā niśhānī hai - ‘ khiñchāvaṭ .

120When you speak, speak words of happiness; think of matters of happiness and see the soul, the embodiment of happiness.

112’ agar bandhī huī rassiyā̃ haĩ tō āgē baṛh nahī̃ sakē̃gē .

121If you look at the body, consider it to comprise of vicefilled matter.

113Agar abhī tak duḥkh kā , duḥkh key|kī duniyā kā kinārā chhōṛā nahī̃ tō saṅgamyugī huē nahī̃ nā  ?

122This is why you should see the soul, the embodiment of happiness. 123You need to have such a practice.

114Phir tō kaliyug , saṅgam K|kē bīch K|kē hō gaē .

124The goldenaged deities are not aware of the word, "sorrow".

115Na yahā̃ K|kē na vahā̃ K|kē aisē key|kī avasthā ab kyā hōgī  ? 116Kab kahā̃ , kab kahā̃ .

125If you were to ask them something of this, they would say, "Is there such a thing as sorrow?"

117Buddhi kā ēk ṭhikānā anubhav nahī̃ karē̃gē .

126You have to develop these sanskars at this time.

118Bhaṭaknā achchhā lagtā hai kyā  ? 119Jab achchhā nahī̃ lagtā tō khatm karō .

127Create such sanskars that you no longer have any knowledge of the word, "sorrow".

120Sadā apnē sukh svarūp mē̃ sthit rahō .

128As you have attainment, there is no effort required.

121Bōlō tō bhī sukh K|kē bōl , sōchō tō bhī sukh key|kī bātē̃ , dēkhō tō bhī sukh svarūp ātmā kō dēkhō .

129Making effort for a few years in one birth to create the sanskars of ruling is not a big deal.

122Śharīr kō dēkhē̃gē tō śharīr tō hai hī antim vikārī tattvō̃ kā banā huā . 123Isīliē sukh svarūp ātmā kō dēkhō .

130It is just a little effort for a short time to create sanskars for a period of five thousand years.

124Aisā abhyās chāhiē jaisē satyugī dēvtāō̃ kō ‘ duḥkh ’ śhabda kā patā bhī nahī̃ hōgā .

131The obstacles that come will not harm you because they are just coming to bid you farewell.

125Agar unsē pūchhō tō kahē̃gē duḥkh kuchh hōtā bhī hai kyā .

132However, if they stay with you, there is a loss. 133They should just come and go.

126Tō vah saṅskār yahā̃ hī bharnē haĩ .

134Do not let obstacles sit down with you as your guests.

127Aisē saṅskār banāō jō duḥkh śhabda kā gyān bhī na hō .

135You now need to make such effort that the obstacles simply come and go away.

128Prāpti K|kē ādhār par mēhnat kuchh bhī nahī̃ hai . 129Sajā K|kē saṅskār ban jāē , uskē liē agar ēk janm K|kē kuchh varṣh mēhnat bhī karnī paṛē tō kyā baṛī bāt hai  ?

136If you allow obstacles to become your guests time and again, then that will become a habit. 137Then, they will feel at home with you. 138Therefore, let them come and let them go.

130Pañch hajār varṣh K|kē saṅskār banānē kē liē thōṛē samay key|kī mēhnat hai .

139Do you feel mercy for Maya because she has been your guest for half a kalpa? 140Now, do not feel mercy.

131Vighna ātā hai , usmē̃ kōī nuksān nahī̃ , kyōṅki ātā hai vidāī lēnē kē liē . 132Lēkin agar rūk jātā hai tō nuksān hai . 133Āē aur chalā jāē .

141Even now, you can experience the pilgrimage of remembrance even more deeply. 142Everyone speaks about this and stays in remembrance, but you now have to increase the attainment of remembrance.

134Vighna kō mēhmān banā kar biṭhāō nahī̃ . 135Abhī aisā purūṣhārth chāhiē - āyā aur gayā .

143By giving more time and paying more attention to this you will truly feel yourself to be submerged in the ocean of experience.

136Vighna kō agar ghaṛī - ghaṛī kā bhī mēhmān banāyā tō ādat paṛ jāēgī , phir ṭhikānā banā dēgē .

144Just as where there is purity, you feel an atmosphere of peace, so too, elevated yogis are those who remain deeply absorbed in love.

137Isliē āyā aur gayā .

145You should have this experience.

138Ādhā kalp māyā mēhmān hai isliē taras tō nahī̃ paṛtā  ? 139Ab taras mat karō .

146Only when you experience this will there be an impact of knowledge and the success of yoga.

140Abhī bhī yād kī yātrā K|kē anubhav aur deep ( D e e p  ; gahrāī ) rūp mē̃ hō saktē haĩ .

147Just as you go to the depths of the physical ocean, so too, go deep into the ocean of experience.

141Varṇan sab kartē haĩ , yād mē̃ rahtē bhī haĩ  ; lēkin yād sē jō prāptiyā̃ hōnī haĩ us prāpti key|kī anubhūti kō aur āgē baṛhātē jāē̃ .

148Have a new experience every day. 149You should pay attention to the pilgrimage of remembrance. 150Be introspective and continue to move forward. 151Even that is lacking.

142Usmē̃ abhī samay aur attention dēnē key|kī āvaśhyaktā hai  ; jissē mālūm paṛēgā ki sachmuch anubhav K|kē sāgar mē̃ ḍūbē huē haĩ .

152At present, there isn't the impact of serving whilst being lost in remembrance. 153There is the impact of just serving. 154You now need to have the stage of being a constant yogi.

143Jaisē pavitratā-śānti K|kē vātāvaraṇ key|kī bhāsnā ātī hai , vaisē śhrēṣhṭh yōgī lagan mē̃ magan rahnē vālē haĩ yah anubhav hō .

155Become engrossed in inventing a method for this; run a race that has never been run before. 156Run the race of the experience of the pilgrimage of remembrance.

144Knowledge kā prabhāv hai - yōg key|kī siddhi svarūp kā prabhāv hō .

157Those who conduct yoga camps have a very good chance to do this.

145Vah tab hōgā jab āpkō anubhav hōgā .

158You only have the one duty and no other.

146Jaisē us sāgar K|kē talē mē̃ jātē haĩ vaisē anubhav K|kē sāgar K|kē talē mē̃ jāō .

159Through this you can easily become free from obstacles, and the atmosphere can also change.

147Rōj nayā anubhav hō , tō yād kī yātrā par attention hō . 148Antarmukh hōkar āgē baṛhnā , vah abhī cum|kam hai .

160When everyone is busy with the self, there is no time to look at or listen to others or to become weak due to obstacles.

149Sēvā kartē huē bhī yād mē̃ ḍūbā huā hai - yah prabhāv abhī nahī̃ paṛtā . 150Sēvā kartē haĩ - yah prabhāv hai .

161Make such plans that everyone is lost in the self; whether it is the intoxication of the corporeal, alokik life or attainments, remain absorbed in this.

151Lēkin nirantar yōgī haĩ - vō stage par āō .

162Do not get caught up in any atmosphere and then spread such a wave.

152Iskī invention ( I n v e n t i o n  ; āviṣkār ) nikālnē key|kī dhun mē̃ lagō . 153Jō kisī nē na kiyā hai , vah maĩ karū̃ - yah race karō .

163Blessing:By having the awareness of being the master, may you be a selfsovereign and make your powers work under your control.Use all the powers you have received from the Father.

154Yād kī yātrā K|kē anubhavō̃ key|kī race karō .

164Use these powers at the right time.

155Iskē liē jō yōg śhivir karātē haĩ , unkō chance achchhā hai . 156Aur kōī duty nahī̃ , ēk hī duty hai .

165Simply maintain the awareness of being the master of them as you give an order and the powers will obey your order.

157Issē nirvighna sahaj hōtē , vātāvaraṇ change hōtā hai .

166If you issue an order as a weak person, they do not listen to you.

158Sab apnē mē̃ busy , dūsrē kō dēkhnē , sunnē key|kī , vighnō̃ mē̃ kamzōr hōnē key|kī margin nahī̃ rahtī .

167BapDada is making all the children into masters, not those who are weak. 168All children are princely children, because selfsovereignty is your birthright.

159Aisā plan banāō jō harēk apnē mē̃ ḍūbā huā hō , chāhē sākār chījō̃ kā naśhā hō , chāhē prāpti kā . 160Usmē̃ hī lavlīn rahō , vātāvaraṇ mē̃ mat āō jō lahar phailē .

169No one can snatch away your birthright. 170Slogan:Perform every action whilst stabilised in the stage of being trikaldarshi and you will continue to be successful.

161Achchhā .
