2santushtata se prasannata aur prashansa ki praapti
1The attainment of satisfaction and praise through contentment.
3sarva khazaanon se bharpoor karne vaale sada sukhdaata baap-daada bole:-
2BapDada is seeing His beads that sparkle in the world. 3The sparkle of each bead is unique.
4aaj baap-daada apne vishwa mein chamakne vaali maniyon ko dekh rahe hain।
4Each of you beads reveals the Father's virtues and task through yourself numberwise.
5harek mani ki apni-apni chamak hai।
5BapDada can be seen through each bead.
6harek mani apne dvaara baap ke gunon aur karttavya ko nambarvaar pratyaksha kar rahi hai।
6Bhagats have referred to this wonderful scene as, "Wherever I look, I only see You". 7BapDada is also visible in the maharathis.
7harek mani dvaara baap-daada dikhaai deta hai।
8The song heard emerging from each one's lips is of the one sound, "Baba, Baba".
8is vichitra rangat ko bhakton ne jahaan dekhe vahaan tu hi tu kah diya hai।
9BapDada is merged in the eyes of all Brahmins, like the light of the eyes.
9mahaarthi mein bhi baap-daada dikhaarda dega aur last so fast mein bhi baapdaada hi dikhaai deta।
10This is why there is the practical experience in Brahmin life of, "Wherever I look, I only see You".
10harek ke mukh se ek hi baba baba shabd ka geet sunaai deta।
11Bhagats have referred to this experience as omnipresence.
11sarva brahman aatmaon ke naynon mein ek baap noor ke samaan samaaya hua hai - iseelie brahman sansaar mein jahaan dekhe vahaan tu hi tu ka praikteekal anubhav hota hai।
12At this present time you children experience the Resident of Paramdham to be your Father; you experience Baba to be your Companion in every thought and deed. 13Do you experience Him to be the detached Observer or your Companion?
12isi anubhav ko bhakton ne sarvavyaapi shabdon mein kaha hai - bachchon ke vartamaan samay ka anubhav paramdham nivaasi baap hai va har sankalp aur karma mein sada saath hai paramdham nivaasi saathi baap anubhav hota hai va sada saathi baap anubhav hota hai?
14Since He is everyone's Companion, would He not be omnipresent? 15Bhagats have copied these words, but, because of forgetting when and how they are used, instead of praising Him, they insult Him. 16On seeing the form of dharna in the present form of the children, BapDada sees one particular aspect.
13kya anubhav hota hai saath va saathi ? 14sarva ke saathi sarvavyaapi nahin hua!
17What is that? 18Out of all the children, how many beads are constantly content?
15bhakton ne shabd kaapi kiya hai - lekin kab aur kaise ka bhaavaartha bhool jaane ke kaaran gaayan badal glaani ho gai।
19The most special virtue sparkling on their face is that of contentment. 20There have to be all three types of contentment.
16baap-daada sarva bachchon ke vartamaan swaroop se dhaarna swaroop ko dekhte vishesh ek baat dekh rahe hain। 17kaun si?
21One is to be content with the Father; the second is to be content with the self and the third is to be content with your connections and relationships.
18sarva bachchon mein se sada santushta maniyaan kitni hain।
22Living souls and nature are both included in this.
19sabse vishesh gun, jo chehre se chamke woh santushtata hai।
23The visible indication of contentment is satisfaction; to be constantly satisfied.
20santushtata teenon hi prakaar ki chaahiye। 21ek-baap se santushta।
24On the basis of this contentment, such souls receive the practical fruit of being praised by everyone.
22doosra-sada apne aap se santushta। 23teesra -- sarva sambandh aur samparka se santushta।
25Their speciality is contentment; its sign is satisfaction and its practical fruit is praise.
24ismen chaitanya aatmaayen aur prakriti donon aa jaate hain।
26Now examine yourself. 27Only through your satisfaction can you attain praise.
25santushtata ki nishaani pratyaksha roop mein prasannata dikhaai degi।
28Those who are constantly content and satisfied are definitely praised by everyone.
26sada prasannachit। 27is prasannata ke aadhaar par pratyaksha phal aisi aatma ki sada svatah hi sarva se prashansa hogi।
29According to the drama, whilst progressing in this effortmaking life, problems and adverse situations definitely have to come.
28visheshta hai santushtata,uski nishaani prasannata,uska pratyakshaphal prashansa। 29ab apne aapko dekho।
30To have the aim of progressing as soon as you take birth means to invoke problems and adverse situations.
30prashansa ko prasannata se hi praapta kar sakte ho।
31Do you forget the things that you have invoked?
31jo sada svayan santushta va prasanna rehte uski prashansa harek avashya karte hain।
32Would it be possible for there to be no scenes for you to go through along the path?
32chalte-chalte purushaarthi jeevan mein samasyaayen ya paristhitiyaan to drama anusaar aani hi hain।
33When you stop on the path to look at the scenes, the destination seems far away.
33janma lete hi aage badhne ka lakshya rakhna arthaat pareekshaaon aur samasyaaon ka aahvaan karna। 34apne kie hue aahvaan ko bhool jaate ho!
34Whilst seeing the scenes, you should still carry on along the path. 35However, when you see the scenes, you stop and wonder, "Why is this like this? 36What is this?
35jab raasta tay karna hai to raaste ke nazaare na ho yeh ho sakta hai?
37This should not be like this; it should be like this." 38You begin to correct every scene.
36nazaaron ko dekhte rook jaate ho isliye manzil door anubhav karte ho। 37nazaare dekhte hue paar karte chalna hai।
39Instead of moving past the scene, you become busy in correcting it and because of this, the connection of the Father's remembrance becomes loose.
38lekin nazaaron ko dekh yeh kyon, yeh kya, yeh aise nahin - yeh vaise nahin in baaton mein rook jaate hain।
40Instead of your mind being entertained, you allow your mind to wilt. 'Wah! scenes, wah!"
39har nazaare ko correction karne lag jaate ho।
41Instead of the wonder of Wah!, you cry out in distress Hai.
40paar karne ke bajaae correction karne mein busy ho jaate ho।
42To cry out in distress means to be amazed; you therefore stop progressing.
41isliye baap ki yaad ka connection loose kar dete ho - manoranjan ke bajaae man ko murjha dete ho। 42vaah nazaara vaah।
43Because of becoming tired, you complain to the Father very sweetly and become discontented with the Father in a royal way.
43vaah-vaah ke bajaaye ai bahut kehte ho। 44ai arthaat aashcharyajnak।
44Many children ask why they were not told all this earlier.
45isliye chalte-chalte rook jaate ho।
45They say: You said it was an easy path!
46thakne ke kaaran kabhi baap se meethe-meethe ulhanen dete hue royal roop mein baap se bhi asantushta ho jaate ho - kai bachche kehte hain itna pahle kyon nahin bataaya - sahaj maarga kaha - sahan maarga to kaha nahin।
46You didn't say it was a path where we have to tolerate everything! Instead of experiencing this to be an easy path, children experience it as the path where they have to have tolerance.
47sahaj maarga ke bajaae sahan karne ka maarga anubhav karte hain।
47However, to have tolerance is to move forward.
48lekin sahan karna hi aage badhna hai। 49vaastav mein sahan karna nahin hota lekin apni kamzori ke kaaran sahan anubhav hota hai।
48In fact, you don't really have to tolerate anything, but, because of your own weaknesses, you experience having to endure everything.
50jaise aag ka gun hai jalaana - lekin uske gun ka gyaan na hone kaaran usse laabh lene ke bajaae nuksaan kar dete to sukh ke bajaae sahan karna padta hai - kyonki vastu ke bajaae svayan ko jala dete।
49The virtue of fire is to burn, but because of not knowing its virtue, instead of benefiting from it, you allow it to damage you; instead of experiencing happiness, you have to endure it; instead of burning objects, you burn yourself.
51gun ka gyaan na hone ke kaaran sukh ke bajaae sahan karna padta।
50Because of not knowing its virtue, instead of experiencing happiness, you have to endure it.
52vaise samasyaayen va paristhiti aane ke kaaran, unka gyaan na hone ke kaaran aage badhne ke sukh ke anubhav ke bajaae sahan karne ka anubhav karte hain। 53isliye sahaj maarga ke bajaae sahan karne ka maarga anubhav karte hain।
51Similarly, when you don't know what is causing the problems and adverse situations, you experience having to tolerate them instead of experiencing happiness. 52In this way, instead of experiencing this to be an easy path, you experience it as the path of having to tolerate everything.
54aise bachche baap se arthaat baap ke gyaan se va gyaan ke dhaarna maarga se asantushta rehte hain।
53Such children remain discontent with the Father, that is, with His knowledge and inculcation of knowledge.
55saath-saath svayan se bhi asantushta rehte hain - svayan se asantushta to sarva ke sambandh aur samparka se bhi asantushta।
54As well as this, they remain discontented with themselves. 55When they are discontented with themselves, they also become discontented with their relationships and connections.
56is kaaran prasanna arthaat sada khushi nahin rehti।
56Because of this, they are not able to remain satisfied or experience constant happiness.
57abhi-abhi santushta arthaat prasannachitta। 58abhi-abhi asantushta।
57One moment they are content and satisfied, and the next moment they become discontent.
59isliye sangamayug ka vishesh khazaana ateendriy sukh ka anubhav nahin kar paate ho।
58Therefore, they are not able to experience happiness, the special treasure of the confluence age.
60to aaj se sada santushta aur prasannata ka vishesh vardaan svayan bhi lo aur auron ko bhi do।
59So, from today, claim the special blessing of being constantly content and satisfied with yourself and bestow this blessing on others.
61aise hi baap ki va apne aapki prashansa kar sakenge।
60In this way, you will be able to praise the Father and yourself.
62prashansa ka shreshtha saadhan bhi har brahman ki prasannata hai।
61The means of satisfaction is the satisfaction of each and every Brahmin.
63koi bhi kaarya ki prashansa sarva ki prasannata par aadhaar rakhti hai।
62The success of any task is dependent upon everyones satisfaction.
64is yagya ki antim aahooti sarva braahmanon ki sada prasannata।
63The final offering to be made into this sacrificial fire will be the constant satisfaction of Brahmins.
65pratyakshata arthaat prashansa ka aavaaz goonjega arthaat vijay ka jhanda lahraayega।
64Then there will be revelation, that is, the sound of praise will continue to repeat; the flag of victory will be hoisted.
66samjha ab kya karna hai।
65Do you understand what you have to do now?
67sada prasanna raho aur sada sarva ko prasanna karo।
66Remain constantly satisfied and make others constantly satisfied.
68achha
67Achcha.
69aise sada baap ke aagyaakaari sada santushta aur prasanna rahne vaale sarva ko sada prasannta ka vardaan dene vaale mahaadaani - vardaani bachchon ko baap-daada ka yaad pyaar aur namaste!
68To those who are obedient to the Father; to those who remain constantly content and satisfied; to the great donors and bestowers of blessings who bestow on others the blessing of being constantly satisfied, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.
70baambe nivaasiyon ko vishesh roop se baap-daada yaad pyaar de rahe hain
69BapDada gives special love and remembrance to those from Bombay.
71baambe nivaasiyon mein himmat aur umang bahut achha hai।
70The courage and enthusiasm of those from Bombay is good.
72baambe nivaasiyon ko dekh baap ke saath prakriti ne bhi svaagat kiya hai ( kyonki thandi bahut ho gai hai ) prakriti ne abhyaas karaaya hai - ant mein aane vaale paper ka pahle se hi anubhav karaake pakka mazboot banaaya hai isliye ghabraana nahin।
71Together with the Father, even nature welcomed the Bombay niwasis (the weather became cold.) 72Nature is giving you this experience to practise. 73Through being made to experience, in advance, the paper that is to come at the end, you are beng made strong. 74Therefore, do not be afraid.
73baambe nivaasiyon ka baap se pyaar hai na।
75Those from Bombay have a lot of love for Baba.
74baap-daada ka bhi bachchon se vishesh pyaar hai।
76BapDada also has special love for those children.
75baambe nivaasi ab sada santushtata aur prasannata ka paper number one mein paas karenge - bahut achha hai - aap saath chhodo to bhi baap-daada nahin chhodenge।
77Bombay niwasis will now be number one in passing the paper of being constantly content and satisfied. 78That is very good. 79Even if you let go of Baba, Baba will not leave you.
76vishesh baambe aur dehli mein aadi ratan jyaada hai - vishwa seva ki sthaapna ke kaarya mein baambe aur dehli ka vishesh sahayog hai।
80There are special original jewels in Bombay and in Delhi. 81Delhi and Bombay are specially cooperative in the task of world service.
77samay par sahayogi banne vaalon ka mahattva hota hai - isliye sahayogi bachchon se baap ka bhi sneh hai।
82Great importance is given to those who cooperate at a time of need. 83Therefore, Baba has a lot of love for such co operative children.
78achha
84Achcha.
79party se
85BapDada speaking to a group:
801. sada vijayi bhavke vardaani moortta ho?
86Are you the images that bestow the blessing of, "May you be constantly victorious"?
81vardaata ne jo vardaan diya usi vardaan ko sada jeevan mein laana yeh harek ka apna kaam hai।
87To put into practice the blessing given to each one by the Bestower of Blessings is the individual task of each one.
82is vardaan ko jeevan mein samaana arthaat vardaani swaroop banna। 83aise bane ho ?
88To put this blessing into your practical life means to become an embodiment of bestowing blessings.
84mahaaveer ko bhi vardaani kehte hain - aur shaktiyon ko bhi vardaani kehte hain।
89Have you become this? 90Mahavirs and Shaktis are both called bestowers of blessings.
85ab aapke jad chitron dvaara anek bhakta vardaan praapta kar lete hain to chaitanya mein to vardaanon se jholi bharne vaale ho na?
91Many bhagats attain blessings from your nonliving images, and so you are the living form of those who fill the aprons of others, are you not?
86mahaaveer ho na ?
92You are mahavirs, are you not?
87mahaaveer arthaat sada vijayi।
93A mahavir is one who is constantly victorious.
88jab avinaashi baap hai to vardaan bhi avinaashi hai। 89alpakaal ke liye nahin।
94Because the Father is eternal, His blessings are also imperishable; they are not temporary.
90sirf sambhaalna aapka kaam hai, dena baap ka kaam hai।
95Do you know how to look after them or do you allow them to be stolen from you?
91sambhaalne aata hai na, ki chori ho jaati hai।
96Simply remember one thing: I am not a taker, but a bestower.
92sirf ek baat yaad rakho ki leta nahin hoon lekin daata hoon, abhi lene ke din samaapta ho gae - abhi daata ban dene ka samay hai।
97The days of taking have now finished; it is now the time to bestow as a bestower. 98It is in childhood that you ask for things.
93maangana to bachpan mein hota - vaanaprasthi kahen chhota-sa khilauna de do - yeh achha lagega?
99Would it seem right for someone in retirement to ask for a little toy? 100You sometimes ask for the little toys.
94thodi shakti de do - thodi madad karo - yeh khilauna maangate ho।
101You say: Give me a little power! 102Give me some help! Now, become a fully accomplished soul.
95ab svayan tripta aatma bano - daata ke bachche aur maangata ho to dekhne vaale kya kahenge।
103What would an observer say if he saw a child of the Bestower asking for things?
96saphalta ka saadhan hai svayan sada saphalta moortta bano।
104The way to succeed is to become an embodiment of constant success.
97svayan ki vritti vibration phailaati hai aur vibration ke aadhaar par sarva ko anubhooti hogi।
105Your attitude spreads vibrations; everyone experiences something on the basis of the vibrations.
98isliye kaarya karne ke pahle vishesh svayan ki vritti ke attention ki bhatthi chaahiye।
106Therefore, before carrying out a task, have a bhatthi for paying attention to your attitude.
99isse hi vibration dvaara anekon ki vritti ko parivartan kar sakenge।
107Through these vibrations, you will be able to transform the attitude of many.
100pahle yeh attention rakhna - sada khushi ke jhoole mein jhoolte raho - harshit mukh anekon ko apne taraph aakarshit karta hai।
108First of all, constantly pay attention to swinging in the swing of happiness. 109Those who are cheerful and happy attract others towards themselves automatically.
101kumaariyon ko dekhte hue h
110BapDada speaking to the the Kumaris:
102kumaariyon par bahut badi zimmevaari hai।
111Kumaris have a huge responsibility.
103ek anekon ke kalyaan prati nimitta ban sakti hai।
112One kumari can become an instrument to benefit many.
104brahmaakumaari woh jo vishwa ke kalyaan ke nimitta bane।
113Brahma Kumaris are those who become instruments to benefit the world.
105behad vishwa ke kalyaankaari na ki had ke।
114You are the benefactors for the unlimited world, not the limited world.
106lagan mein kami hai to vighna apna kaam karega।
115When you lack love, the obstacles will do what they have to do.
107agar aag tez hai to kichda bhasma ho jaaega।
116When the fire is intense, the rubbish will be burned.
108lagan hai to vighna nahin rah sakta, karmayog se karma bhog bhi parivartan ho jaata, parivartan karna apni himmat ka kaam hai।
117When there is deep love, there can be no obstacles. 118Through your karma yoga, your suffering of karma will be transformed.
109kumaariyon mein to sadaiv baap-daada ki ummeed hai।
119To transform this depends on your own courage.
110achha - 111is murli ka saar
120BapDada constantly has hope in the kumaris. 121Achcha.
1121. sarva brahman aatmaon ke naynon mein ek baap noor ke samaan samaaya hua hai। 113isi anubhav ko bhakton ne sarvavyaapishabdon mein kaha hai। 1142. visheshta hai santushtata, uski nishaani hai prasannata aur uska pratyaksha phal hai prashansa। 115apni kamzori ke kaaran sahaj maarga sahanmaarga anubhav hota hai।
122Blessing:May you be a master bestower who ends everyone's adverse situations with your feelings of a compassionate bestower.Whatever souls come into contact with you, no matter what type of sanskars they have, or even if they oppose you, or have some conflict of nature or sanskars, or are angry or against you, your feelings of compassion should finish their strong karmic accounts of many births within a second.
116samasyaaen va paristhiti aane par gyaan na hone ke kaaran sukh ka anubhav ki bajaae sahan karne ka anubhav hota hai।
123You should simply retrieve your original and eternal sanskars of a compassionate bestower and put an end to all the problems of the Brahmin family.
1173. is yagya ki antim aahuti sarva braahmanon ki prasannata hai।
124Slogan:To transform every soul with your merciful form and drishti is to become a pure and charitable soul. 125* * * O M S H A N T I * * *
