1Ab west|waste aur wait kō samāpt karō
1Put an end to waste and weight.
2Vyarth kō samarth mē̃ parivartan karānē vālē śhiv bābā bōlē :
2Today, BapDada was especially pleased to see the deep love of the children.
3Bāpdādā āj viśhēṣh bachchō̃ key|kī lagan aur snēh kō dēkh harṣhit hō rahē haĩ - kaisē lagan sē parvānē samān śhamā par āyē haĩ .
3He was seeing how the children have become like moths and come to the Flame. 4All of you moths have the one special desire to have a meeting.
4Sabhī parvānō̃ key|kī ēk hī viśhēṣh milan key|kī lagan hai - isliē bāpdādā kō bhī milan manānē kē liē sākār mahaphil mē̃ ānā paṛtā hai - harēk K|kē purūṣhārth key|kī raphtār kō dēkh bāpdādā jāntē haĩ ki harēk yathāśhakti mañjil par pahuñchnē kā saṅkalp kar chal rahē haĩ .
5This is why BapDada also has to come into the corporeal gathering to celebrate a meeting. 6By seeing the speed of efforts of each one, BapDada knows that each one of you is moving along, according to your capacity, with the thought of reaching your destination.
5Saṅkalp ēk hai , mañjil bhī ēk hai guide bhī ēk hai , śhrīmat bhī ēk hī hai phir bhī number-vār kyō̃ haĩ .
7The thought you have is the same, your destination is the same, your Guide is the same, the shrimat you receive is the same; so, how do you become numberwise?
6Hai bhī sahaj mārg aur vartamān svarūp bhī sahyōgī kā hai phir bhī speed mē̃ antar kyō̃ hai .
8It is an easy path; in your present form, you are co-operative, and so why is there a difference in your speed?
7Number one aur kōī phir 16 hajār key|kī mālā kā bhī last maṇkā .
9In the rosary of 16,000, one of you is the first bead and another is the last bead.
8Dōnō̃ hī K|kē purūṣhārth kā samay aur sāthī ēk hī hai , paṛhāī kā sthān bhī last athavā first kā ēk hī śhikṣhak bhī ēk hai , śhikṣhā bhī ēk hī hai first vālē kē liē special tuition bhī nahī̃ hai phir bhī itnā antar kyō̃ ?
10The period of time for making effort is the same for both, the place where the last one and the first one studies is the same, your Teacher is the same, the teachings you receive are the same; it isn’t that the first one receives special tuition. 11Yet, why is there so much difference?
9Kāraṇ kyā hai saṅgamyug K|kē titles bhī bahut baṛē haĩ - first athavā last K|kē title bhī ēk hai - master sarvśhaktivān master knowledgeful , trikāldarśhī , master jānījānanahār phir bhī last kyō̃ kul bhī ēk hī hai brāhmaṇ kul - vanśh bhī ēk brahmā K|kē haĩ kartavya bhī ēk viśhva kalyāṇ kā hai phir bhī itnā antar kyō̃ ?
12What is the reason for this? 13Your titles of the confluence age are great; whether you are the first one or the last one, your titles are, “Master almighty authority, master knowledge-full, trikaldarshi, master janijananhar (knower of all secrets)”, and so why is someone last? 14You belong to the same Brahmin family; you belong to the same dynasty of Brahma; your duty of becoming a world benefactor is the same, and yet why is there so much difference?
10Varsā bhī bēhad K|kē bāp kā harēk kē liē bēhad hai - arthāt mukti jīvan mukti kā adhikār sabhī kē liē antar bhī hai , kyō̃ .
15The inheritance that each of you receives from the unlimited Father is also unlimited; everyone has an equal right to liberation and liberation-in-life, and yet why is there so much difference?
11Kāraṇ kyā .
16What is the reason for this?
12Bāpdādā nē sab bachchō̃ K|kē purūṣhārth kō dēkh mukhya dō kāraṇ dēkhē̃ - ēk tō west|waste arthāt vyarth ganvānā dūsrā wait arthāt vazan jyādā .
17On looking at the efforts of all the children, BapDada saw two main reasons for the difference. 18Firstly, you lose everything because you waste it. 19Secondly, there is surplus weight.
13Jaisē ājkal K|kē jamānē mē̃ śhārīrik rōgō̃ kā kāraṇ wait jāstī haĩ , sarv bīmāriyō̃ kā nivāraṇ wait cum|kam karnā hai vaisē purūṣhārth key|kī gati K|kē last aur first kāraṇ bhī wait cum|kam na karnā jaisē śharīr mē̃ bhārīpan hōnē K|kē kāraṇ automatically bīmāriyā̃ utpanna hō jātī haĩ vaisē ātmā K|kē bōjh sē ātmik rōg bhī svataḥ paidā hō jātā hai - sabsē jyādā wait baṛhnē kā kāraṇ jaisē śhārīrik hisāb sē jyādā wait baṛhnē kā kāraṇ saṛī huī chījē̃ kahtē haĩ vaisē yahā̃ bhī saṛī huī vastu arthāt bītī huī bātē̃ jō na sōchnē kī haĩ arthāt na khānē kī haĩ aisē saṛī huī bātō̃ kō buddhi dvārā svīkār kar lētē haĩ athavā her|har ātmāō̃ key|kī kamiyō̃ vā avguṇō̃ kā svayã mē̃ dhāraṇ karnā iskō bhī saṛī huī vastu kahē̃gē .
20Nowadays, it is believed that the cause of physical illness is being over weight, and that the way to cure illness is to lose weight. 21Similarly, the difference in the speed of efforts of the first one and last one is based on their weight. 22Just as an illness develops automatically in someone who is physically overweight, so too, a soul that is heavy automatically develops spiritual illness.
14Talī huī vastu khānē mē̃ baṛī achchhī lagtī hai - apnē taraph ākarṣhaṇ bhī bahut kartī haĩ - na dil hōtē bhī thōṛā sā khā lētē haĩ - jitnā hī ākarṣhaṇ vālī hōtī haĩ utnā hī nuksān vālī bhī hōtī haĩ vaisē yahā̃ phir ākarṣhaṇ key|kī chījē̃ haĩ ēk dō dvārā vyarth samāchār sunnā aur sunānā .
23Just as the cause of physical illness is eating things that are rotten, so here, too, your intellect consumes things that have gone rotten, that is, things of the past, which you should not be thinking about or consuming. 24To imbibe the weaknesses and defects of other souls is also known as consuming rotten things. 25You like anything fried; it tempts you a great deal. 26You even eat this against your conscious wish.
15Rūp rūharūhān kā hōtā , lēn-dēn karnē kā hōtā lēkin uskā result ēk dō kē prati ghr̥iṇā dr̥iṣhṭi hōtī hai .
27However, the more tempting it is, the more damage it causes. 28Similarly, here, the thing that attracts you the most is listening to and sharing wasteful things with one another.
16Samajhtē haĩ manōrañjan hai lēkin anakō̃ K|kē man kō ranja kartē haĩ . 17Tō bāhar kā rūp ākarṣhaṇ kā hai lēkin result girānā hai aisī bātō̃ kā buddhi dvārā dhāraṇ karnā arthāt sēvan karnā is kāraṇ wait baṛh jātā hai .
29The form may be of having a spiritual heart-to-heart conversation or a spiritual exchange, but it results in the vision of dislike for one another. 30You think that it is entertainment, but it causes sorrow in the minds of many. 31So, although the external form may be very attractive, it results in making others fall.
18Jaisē śhārīrik wait baṛhnē K|kē kāraṇ dauṛ nahī̃ lagā sakē̃gē , chaṛhāī nahī̃ chaṛh sakē̃gē vaisē yahā̃ bhī purūṣhārth mē̃ tīvr gati nahī̃ prāpt kar saktē .
32You put on weight when your intellect consumes such things. 33Just as you are unable to run or climb when you are physically overweight, so, you are also unable to intensify your efforts.
19Her|har kadam mē̃ chaṛhtī kalā kā anubhav nahī̃ kar saktē .
34You are unable to experience your ascending stage at every step.
20Vajan bhārī vālā her|har sthān par set nahī̃ hō pātē .
35An overweight person is not always able to go where he wants.
21Vajan bhārī vālē kō chaltē-chaltē ēk tō rūknā paṛtā hai dūsrā kiskā sahārā lēnā paṛtā hai , isī rīti purūṣhārth mē̃ chaltē-chaltē thak jātē haĩ arthāt vighnō̃ K|kē vaśh hō jātē haĩ pār nahī̃ kar pātē haĩ .
36Firstly, overweight people have to stop every so often as they move along, and, secondly, they have to take the support of others. 37In the same way, you become tired of making effort, that is, you become influenced by obstacles and unable to overcome them.
22Sāth-sāth kōī na kōī ātmā kō sahārā banākar chal saktē .
38As well as this, you move along by relying on another soul to support you.
23Ēk bāp kā sahārā tō sabhī kō milā huā hai lēkin yah ātmāō̃ kō sahārā banākar chaltē .
39All souls have received the support of the one Father, but you move along here by relying on another soul to support you.
24Agar thōṛā bhī ātmāō̃ kā sahārā arthāt sahyōg nahī̃ miltā tō chal nahī̃ pātē .
40Then, if you don’t receive a little support or co-operation from other souls, you become unable to continue.
25Bār-bār kahē̃gē sahyōg milē tō āgē baṛhē̃ chance milē kōī baṛhāvē tō āgē baṛhē . 26Kyōṅki svayã bhārī hōnē kāraṇ dūsrē K|kē sahārē dvārā apnā bōjh halkā karnā chāhtē haĩ . 27Isliē bāpdādā bhī kahtē haĩ wait cum|kam karō .
41Again and again, you would say that you can only move along if you receive co-operation; that you can only move forward if someone gives you the chance or if someone helps you. 42Because you yourself are heavy, you want to lighten your burden by taking support from someone else.
28Iskā sādhan hai - jaisē śhārīrik halkēpan kā sādhan hai exercise .
43This is why BapDada is also telling you to lose weight. 44In order to lose physical weight, you have to exercise.
29Vaisē ātmik exercise yōg abhyās dvārā abhī-abhī karmayōgī arthāt sākārī svarūpadhārī ban sākār sr̥iṣhṭi kā part bajānā , abhī-abhī ākārī phariśhtā ban ākārī vatanvāsī avyakt rūp kā anubhav karnā - abhī-abhī nirākārī ban mūl vatanvāsī kā anubhav karnā , abhī-abhī apnē rājya svarg arthāt vaikuṇṭhvāsī ban dēvtā rūp kā anubhav karnā .
45So, here, too, you have to exercise the soul, that is, you have to practise yoga. 46One moment, be a karma yogi, a corporeal actor on this stage of the corporeal world playing your part; the next moment, be a subtle angel, a resident of the subtle region and experience the avyakt form; the next moment, become incorporeal and experience the incorporeal world; the next moment, be a resident of your kingdom of heaven and experience your deity form.
30Aisē buddhi key|kī exercise karō tō sadā halkē hō jāvēṅgē . 31Bhārīpan khatm hō jāvēgā .
47By exercising your intellect in this way, you will always stay light; all your heaviness will disappear.
32Purūṣhārth key|kī gati tīvr hō jāvēgī .
48The speed of your efforts will become fast.
33Sahārā lēnē key|kī āvaśhyaktā nahī̃ hōgī .
49You will not need to take any support.
34Sadā bāp K|kē sahārē arthāt chhatrachhāyā kē nīchē anubhav karē̃gē . 35Dauṛ lagānē kē bajāē highjump vālē hō jāvēṅgē .
50You will constantly experience the Father’s support, that is, you will experience yourself to be under the canopy of protection.
36Tō sādhan hai ēk ēkasarasāiz - dūsrā hai khān-pān key|kī parhēj karō .
51Instead of just running, you will be able to take a high jump.
37Jō buddhi dvārā kōī bhī aśhubh vastu kā sēvan karnā arthāt dhāraṇ karnā iskī parhēz karō - jō sunāyā saṛī huī aur talī huī vastu kā sēvan nahī̃ karō - dūsrā west|waste na karō .
52So, the first way is to exercise yourself and the second way is to be careful with your diet. 53You have to be careful not to let your intellect consume anything impure. 54Baba told you earlier not to consume anything rotten or fried.
38Kyō̃ west|waste kartē hō ?
55Secondly, don’t waste anything.
39Jō vastu jaisī mūlyavān hai uskō vaisē use na karnā iskō bhī west|waste kahā jātā .
56Why do you waste things? 57When you don’t use something that is valuable according to its value, that is called wasting it.
40Bāp dvārā yah samay saṅgamyug kā khazānā milā hai - saṅgamyug kā second anēk padamō̃ key|kī value kā hai - sēṅkēṇḍa kā bhī svayã kē prati vā sarv kē prati padamō̃ K|kē mūlya samān use nahī̃ kiyā yah bhī west|waste kiyā arthāt jaisā mūlya hai vaisē jamā nahī̃ kiyā .
58You have received the treasure of this time of the confluence age from the Father; one second of the confluence age is worth multimillions. 59If you do not use every second for the self or others as though it is worth multimillions, then you are wasting those seconds, that is, you are not accumulating them in your account according to their value.
41Her|har second mē̃ padamō̃ key|kī kamāī kā vardān drama mē̃ saṅgam K|kē samay kō hī milā huā hai - aisē vardān kō svayã prati bhī jamā nahī̃ kiyā , aurō̃ kē prati bhī dān na kiyā tō iskō bhī vyarth kahā jāvēgā .
60Within the drama, it is only at the confluence age that you receive the blessing of earning multimillions at every second. 61If you don’t use this blessing by accumulating for yourself and donating to others, then that too is called wasting it.
42Aisē nahī̃ samjhō ki kōī pāp tō kiyā nahī̃ vā kōī bhūl tō key|kī nahī̃ , lēkin samay kā lābh na lēnā bhī vyarth hai .
62Do not think that you didn’t commit any sin or that you didn’t make any mistake, because not to take the benefit of this time is also to waste it.
43Milē huē vardān kō na svayã prāpt kiyā na karāyā tō iskō bhī west|waste arthāt vyarth kahē̃gē .
63If you don’t attain anything for yourself or enable others to attain anything from the blessing that you have been given, then that too is a waste.
44Isī prakār saṅkalp bhī ēk khazānā hai , gyān bhī khazānā hai , sthūl dhan bhī īśhvar arth|earth samarpaṇ karnē sē ēk nayā paisā ēk ratan samān value kā hō jātā hai , in sab khazānō̃ kō svayã kē prati vā sēvā kē prati kārya mē̃ nahī̃ lagātē tō bhī vyarth kahē̃gē .
64In the same way, thoughts are a treasure, knowledge is a treasure and by surrendering your money to God, one new paisa becomes as valuable as a jewel. 65If you don’t use all these treasures to benefit yourself or for service, then that too would be wasteful.
45Her|har second sva kalyāṇ vā viśhva kalyāṇ kē prati hō̃ .
66Let every second be for self-benefit and world benefit.
46Aisē sarv khajānē isī prati hī bāp nē diyē haĩ - isī kārya mē̃ lagātē hō !
67Are you using all the treasures the Father has given you for the purpose for which He has given them to you?
47Kaī bachchē kahtē haĩ na achchhā kiyā na burā kiyā - tō kis khātē mē̃ gayā !
68Many children say, “I haven’t done anything good or bad.” 69So, in which account would that accumulate?
48Value na rakhnā iskō bhī vyarth kahē̃gē .
70Not to give something its value is also called wasting it.
49Is kāraṇ purūṣhārth key|kī raphtār tīvr nahī̃ hō pātī aur isī K|kē kāraṇ number-vār baṛh jātē haĩ .
71Through this, your speed of efforts doesn’t get faster and because of that you become numberwise.
50Tō ab samjhā number-vār bannē kā kāraṇ kyā huā .
72So, do you now understand the reason why you become numberwise?
51Wait aur west|waste .
73Weight and waste!
52In dōnō̃ bātō̃ kō ab samāpt karō tō first division mē̃ ā jāvēṅgē .
74Now, finish both these things and you will come in the first division.
53Nahī̃ tō jāstī wait vālē kō phir wait ( intjār ) bhī karnā paṛēgā .
75Otherwise, those who are overweight will have to wait.
54First rājya kē bajāē second rājya mē̃ ānā paṛēgā .
76Instead of coming in the first kingdom, you will have to come in the second kingdom.
55Wait karnā pasand hai vā seat lēnā pasand hai .
77Would you prefer to wait or would you like to take a seat?
56Ab kyā karē̃gē - double light ban jāō .
78Now, what are you going to do? 79Become doublelight.
57Achchhā
80Achcha.
58Aisē sadā phariśhtē samān sadā halkē rahnē vālē her|har khazānē kō sadā svãy prati vā sarv prati kārya mē̃ lagānē vā sadā bāp K|kē sahārē kā anubhav kar sahajyōgī jīvan apnānē vālē , aisē tīvr purūṣhārth bachchō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yād-pyār aur namastē . 59Ōm śhānti .
81To those who remain constantly light as angels, to those who use all the treasures to benefit the self and others, to those who have adopted an easy yogi life by constantly experiencing the Father’s support, to the intense effort-making children, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.
60Dīdī jī kē sāth bātchīt :
82BapDada meeting Didi and Dadi:
61Mahārathī arthāt vēṭalēs - aisē mahārathī sadā uṛnē vālī pariyō̃ K|kē samān dikhāī dēgē .
83To be a maharathi means to be weightless. 84Such maharathis would be seen as constantly flying angels.
62Yah hai gyān pariyā̃ - gyān aur vigyān in dōnō̃ paṅkhō̃ vālī pariyā̃ kā sthān paristān hai .
85You are the angels of knowledge who have the wings of gyan (knowledge) and vigyan (yoga) and whose home is Paristhan.
63Paristān kiskō kahtē haĩ ?
86What is Paristhan?
64Svarg kō tō paristān kahtē hī haĩ lēkin ab bhī is sthūl sthān sē par sthān paristhān kaunsā hai ?
87Of course, heaven is also called Paristhan, but what is the Paristhan now that is beyond the physical place?
65Diltakhta .
88The heart-throne!
66Sabsē baṛē sē baṛā diltakhta hai - tō diltakhtanaśhīn arthāt paristān key|kī pariyā̃ .
89The greatest throne of all is the heart-throne. 90To be seated on the heart-throne means to be an angel of Paristhan.
67Iskō kahā jātā paristān key|kī pariyā̃ .
91Such souls are known as the angels of Paristhan.
68Sadā sthān hī yah huā .
92This is your permanent place.
69Takht sē nīchē nahī̃ ātē .
93You don’t get off the throne.
70Takht sē nīchē ānā arthāt bāp K|kē sammukh kē bajāē kinārē hōnā - jaisē bāp sadā bachchō̃ K|kē sanmukh haĩ vaisē bachchē bhī sadā bāp K|kē sanmukh haĩ .
94To get off the throne means to move away from the Father instead of remaining face to face with Him. 95Baba is constantly in front of you children, and so you children should also be constantly in front of the Father.
71Bāp K|kē sanmukh kaun rahtē ?
96Who is able to remain face-to-face with the Father?
72Bachchē .
97His children.
73Bhakta kinārē rahtē bachchē sadā sanmukh rahtē . 74Tō iskō kahē̃gē paristān key|kī pariyā̃ .
98The devotees are always on the side, whereas His children are always face-to-face with Him.
75Pariyō̃ kā bhī saṅgaṭhan hōtā hai sāth-sāth uṛtī haĩ .
99So, this is known as being an angel of Paristhan.
76Jahā̃ chāhē̃ vahā̃ uṛkar pahũch saktī haĩ - kōī ādhār key|kī āvaśhyaktā nahī̃ .
100Angels also have gatherings; they fly together. 101They can fly and reach wherever they want. 102They don’t need any support.
77Tō aisī paristān key|kī pariyā̃ jō jab chāhē̃ vahā̃ uṛ sakē̃ iskō kahā jātā hai mahārathī .
103So, those who are such angels of Paristhan, those who are able to fly whenever and wherever they want to go, are maharathis.
78Mahārathiyō̃ key|kī avasthā kā yādgār chitra bhī hai - harēk gōpī kē sāth gōpī vallabh kā chitra dēkhā hai .
104The memorial of this stage of the maharathis is the picture in which each gopi is shown with Gopi Vallabh (father of the gopis).
79Harēk gōpī K|kē mukh sē yahī nikaltā ki mērā gōpī vallabh .
105The sound emerging from each and every one of you gopis is: My Gopi Vallabh!
80Tō aisē sadā sāth kā chitra yah hai sthiti kā yādgār chitra .
106The picture of being constantly in that company is the memorial of your stage.
81Ēk dō sē alag nahī̃ - sadā sāth hai .
107You do not become separated from Him but are constantly together.
82Bāp par pūrā harēk kā adhikār hai .
108Each of you has full rights over the Father.
83Aisē adhikāriyō̃ kā yah chitra hai jinhōnnē sadā kē liē bāp kō apnā sāthī banā liyā hai - yah hai mahārathiyō̃ key|kī sthiti kā chitra . 84Mahārathī arthāt sadā sāth rahnē vālē .
109This picture is of those serviceable ones who have all rights, of those who have made the Father their permanent Companion. 110This is the picture of the maharathis’ stage. 111A maharathi is one who is constantly with the Father; this image is of you constantly fulfilling your responsibility to Him.
85Sāth nibhānē kā yah chitra hai - mahārathiyō̃ K|kē sivāē aur ātmāē̃ tō kab sanmukh , kab kinārā kar lētī . 86Sadā sāth kā anubhav nahī̃ kar saktī .
112All other souls, apart from the maharathis, are sometimes face-to-face with the Father and at other times they step away from Him; they are not able to experience His company constantly.
87Sāth chhūṭtā aur sāth pakaṛtē haĩ - isliē unhō̃ kā yah yādgār nahī̃ kah saktē .
113Sometimes, they let go of His company and sometimes they hold onto Him. 114This is why this memorial cannot be said to be theirs.
88Achchhā
115Achcha.
89Mahārathiyō̃ nē purūṣhārth key|kī kōī naī invention nikālī hai jō bahut refine hō - saṅkalp kiyā aur huā - iskō kahtē haĩ refine . 90Aisā sahaj sādhan nikālō jissē sādhnā kam hō aur siddhi jyādā hō .
116Have the maharathis invented a new and refined way to make effort? 117Being refined means to make something happen practically the moment you think about it. 118Create an easy way to make effort, in which you do not have to make so much spiritual endeavour and yet you attain greater success.
91Jaisē ājkal science vālē invention kartē haĩ dukh kam hō - aur jis kārya arth|earth kartē haĩ vah saphaltā bhī jyādā hō - isī prakār purūṣhārth K|kē sādhanō̃ mē̃ aisā sahaj sādhan inavainṭa kō apnē anubhavō̃ K|kē ādhār par jō jaisē second mē̃ science K|kē sādhan vidhi kō pātā hai vaisē yah silence kā sādhan second mē̃ vidhi prāpt hō .
119Nowadays, for whatever purpose scientists create inventions, they create them to increase success or reduce pain. 120In the same way, on the basis of your experience, invent such an easy method of making effort that just as the instruments of science are able to achieve success in a second, so you are able to achieve success with the means of silence. 121The Father gives you knowledge, but, just as you use all the scientific inventions that were created in a laboratory, so too, you children have to make it practical.
92Bāp knowledge dētē haĩ lēkin jaisē science prayōgaśālāō̃ mē̃ sab invention practical mē̃ lātē haĩ , aisē prayōg mē̃ tō āp bachchē lātē haĩ , prayōg mē̃ lānē vālē sādhan arthāt anubhav mē̃ lānē vālē sādhan - unmē̃ sē aisā kōī sahaj sādhan sunāō jismē̃ mēhnat kam hō aur anubhav jyādā hō - aisē chārō̃ ōr K|kē vātāvaraṇ , chārō̃ ōr key|kī kamjōr ātmāō̃ K|kē samāchār pramāṇ aisā sādhan nikālō - jaisī bīmārī hōtī hai vaisī davāī nikālī jātī hai - tō chārō̃ ōr K|kē samāchār anusār aisā sādhan nikālō aur phir practical karkē dikhāyē̃ ab mahārathiyō̃ kō aisā nayā sādhan inavainṭa karnā chāhiē .
122Facilities to experiment with means facilities with which to have an experience. 123Now, tell people that you have a method which they can use through which they won’t have to work so hard so much and yet will have a better experience. 124Now, create such a method according to the atmosphere everywhere and also according to the news you are receiving from everywhere about weak souls. 125A medicine is invented according to the disease, and so, according to the news from everywhere, create such a method and put it into a practical form.
93Aisā group hō jiskō rīsarca group kahtē haĩ - ab samjhā mahārathiyō̃ kō kyā karnā hai - phir kārōbār bhī halkī hō jāyēgī .
126Let the maharathis now create such a new invention. 127Set up a research group. 128Now, do you maharathis understand what you have to do? 129Then, your business activities will become lighter.
94Jaisē pahlē-pahlē maun vrat rakhā thā tō sab free hō gaē thē , time bach gayā thā - tō aisā kōī sādhan nikālō jissē sabkā time bach jāē - man kā maun hō vyarth saṅkalp āvē hī nahī̃ .
130Just as when you previously observed silence, you all became free at that time and your time was saved, so too, now find some means that will save time for you. 131Let there be silence in the mind and let no wasteful thoughts arise.
95Yah bhī man kā maun hai nā .
132This too is silence of the mind.
96Jaisē mukh sē āvāz na nikalē vaisē vyarth saṅkalp na āyē̃ - yah bhī man kā maun hai .
133Just as when no sound emerges through your lips, you are in silence, so too, not having any wasteful thoughts is also silence of the mind.
97Tō vyarth khatm hō jāvēgā . 98Sab samay bach jāvēgā , tab phir sēvā ārambh hōgī .
134Then, all waste will finish, everyone’s time will be saved and service can then begin.
99Man K|kē maun sē naī invention nikalēgī - jaisē śhurū K|kē maun sē naī raṅgat nikalī vaisē is man K|kē maun sē naī raṅgat hōgī .
135A new invention will be created through the silence of the mind. 136Just as you saw how new wonders emerged in the beginning through your silence, so too, new wonders will emerge through this silence of the mind.
100Tō abhī pahlē nimitt kaun banē̃gē .
137So, who will become the first instrument for this?
101Mahārathī group - jō bāp dvārā yuktiyā̃ miltī rahtī haĩ unkō prayōg karnē K|kē rūp mē̃ lāō .
138This group of maharathis. 139Put into practice all the methods that you have received from the Father.
102Vah rūp rēkhā sabhī kō nahī̃ ātī .
140Not everyone knows all those methods.
103Varṇan karnā ātā hai lēkin usī sādhan sē siddhi kō prāpt karē̃ vah prayōg karnā nahī̃ ātā hai - isliē yōg bhī nahī̃ lagtā - tō aisā plan banāō jissē sahaj hī vidhi prāpt hō .
141They may know how to speak, but they don’t know how to use the methods to achieve success. 142So, they are not even able to have yoga. 143So make such a plan that you will enable you to succeed easily. 144Achcha.
104Achchhā .
