2sammaan dena hi sammaan lena hai

1To give regard is to receive regard.

3sarva ke baap, shikshak aur satguru shivbaaba bole :- 4aaj bhaagyavidhaata baap sarva bhaagyashaali bachchon ka vishesh ek baat ka aadi se ab tak ka record (Record) dekh rahe the।

2Today, Baba, the Bestower of Fortune, was especially examining the record from the beginning until now of all His fortunate children.

5kaun si baat ka?

3What record was He examining?

6regard ka record dekh rahe the।

4He was examining your record of giving regard.

7regard (Regard) bhi vishesh brahman jeevan ke chadhti kala ka saadhan hai।

5Giving regard is the special way to take your Brahmin life into the stage of ascent.

8jo regard dete hain vahi vishesh aatma vartamaan samay aur janam janmaantar bhi anya aatmaon dvaara regard lene ke paatra bante hain।

6Those who give regard are the special souls of the present time and they also become worthy of receiving regard from all souls for birth after birth.

9baapdaada bhi saakaar srishti par part bajaate aadi kaal se pahle bachchon ko regard diya।

7From the moment He came in the corporeal form, BapDada has always given regard to the children.

10bachchon ko svayan se bhi shreshtha maankar bachchon ke aage samarpan hua।

8He always considered the children to be more elevated than Himself and surrendered Himself to them.

11pahle bachche peechhe baap, bachche sir ke taaj bane। 12bachche hi double poojya bante - bachche hi baap ko pratyaksha karne ke nimitta bante hain।

9“Children first and then the Father”. 10Children become the crown of the head; children become worthy of worship in two ways, and it is the children who become the instruments to reveal the Father.

13baap ne bhi aadi kaal se regard rakha - aise hi follow father karne vaale bachche aadikaal se apna regard ka record bahut achha rakhte aaye hain।

11From the beginning, Baba gave regard to everyone. 12In the same way, children who have been following the father from the beginning have kept a very good record of giving regard to everyone.

14harek apne aapko chaik karo ki hamaara record ab tak kaisa raha।

13Each of you should check yourself to see what your record is like.

15record rakhne ke liye pahli baat hai - baap mein regard - doosri baat…baap dvaara mili hui knowledge ka regard - teesri baat - svayan ka regard - chauthi baat - jo bhi aatmaayen chaahe brahman parivaar va anya aatmaayen jo bhi samparka mein aati hain un aatmaon ke prati aatma ka regard।

14Firstly, examine your record to see how much regard you have for the Father. 15Secondly, how much regard you have for the knowledge you have received from the Father. 16Thirdly, how much regard you have for yourself. 17Fourthly, how much regard you have for all souls, whether they belong to the Brahmin family or are just souls who come into contact with you.

16in chaaron hi baarten mein apne aapko chaik karo ki hamaara record kaisa raha।

18Check yourself as to what record you have in all these four subjects.

17chaaron hi baaton mein kitni marks hain!

19How many marks did you receive in all four subjects?

18chaaron hi baaton mein sampanna rahe hain va yatha shakti kis baat mein marks achhi hain aur kismen kam!

20Did you have full marks in all four subjects or were your marks better in some subjects than in others, according to your capacity?

19pahli baat - baap ka regard - arthaat sada jo hai jaisa hai vaise swaroop se, yathaartha pahchaan se baap ke saath sarva sambandhon ki maryaadaaon ko nibhaana।

21Firstly, to have regard for the Father means to know and recognise Him accurately as He is and to fulfil the code of conduct in all your relationships.

20baap ke sambandh ka regard hai follow father karna।

22To have regard for the Father is to follow the Father.

21shikshak ke sambandh ka regard hai sada padhaai mein regular (Regular)aur pankchual (Punctual) rehna।

23To have regard for the Teacher is to be regular and punctual in your study and to pay full attention to all the subjects you are studying.

22padhaai ki sarva subject mein full atainshan dena - satguru ke sambandh mein regard rakhna - arthaat satguru ki aagya deh sahit deh ke sarva sambandh bhoolkar dehi swaroop arthaat satguru ke samaan niraakaari sthiti mein sthiti rehna।

24To have regard for the Satguru means to follow His instruction to forget your body and all your bodily relations. 25It means to become soul conscious and to stabilise yourself in the incorporeal stage like the Father. 26It means to remain everready to return home.

23sada vaapas ghar jaane ke liye ever ready rehna। 24aise hi saajan ke sambandh ka regard - har sankalp aur second mein usi ek ki lagan mein aashik rehna।

27To have regard for the Bridegroom means to remain lost in love for that One in every thought at every second and to remain faithful to Him in everything you do: “I eat with You, I do everything with You.”

25tumhi se khaaoon, tumheen se har kaarya mein sada sang rahoon…is vaphaadaari ko nibhaana।

28To have regard for your Friend is to constantly experience His companionship in whatever you do.

26sakha va bandhu ke sambandh ka regard arthaat sada apna sarva baaton mein saatheepan ka anubhav karna।

29Similarly, to fulfil all relationships is to have regard for your relationship with Him.

27aise sarva sambandhon ka naata nibhaana hi regard rakhna hai।

30To have regard is to follow the saying: “Mine is the one Father and none other.”

28regard rakhna arthaat jaise kahaavat hai ek baap doosra na koi - baap ne kaha aur bachche ne kiya।

31The Father says something and the children put it into practice; they step constantly in the Father’s steps.

29kadam ke oopar kadam rakh chalna। 30manmat va parmat buddhi dvaara aise samaapta ho jaae jaise koi cheez hoti hi nahin।

32The dictates of your own mind and the dictates of others should be removed from your intellect to such an extent that it seems as though they never existed.

31manmat va parmat ko sankalp se touch karna bhi svapnamaatra bhi na ho - arthaat avidya ho।

33The dictates of your own mind and the dictates of others shouldn’t touch your thoughts even in your dreams; you should be totally ignorant of them.

32sirf ek hi shreemat buddhi mein ho - suno to bhi baap se - bolo to bhi baap ka - dekho to bhi baap ko,chalo to bhi baap ke saath, socho to bhi baap ki baaten socho, karo to bhi baap ke sunaaye hue shreshtha karma karo।

34Only the shrimat of the One should be in your intellect. 35Only listen to the one Father, only speak of the things that the one Father has told you, only see the one Father, only walk with the Father, only think of the things that the Father has told you, and only perform the elevated deeds that the Father has told you to perform.

33isko kaha jaata hai baap ke regard ka record।

36This is called maintaining your record of having regard for the Father.

34aise chaik karo ki pahli baat mein record first class raha hai va second class।

37In this way, check whether your record in the first subject is firstclass or secondclass.

35akhanda raha hai va khandit hua hai, atal raha hai ya maaya ki paristhitiyon pramaan regard ka record halchal mein raha hai।

38Is it constant or does it sometimes break? 39Is your record of having regard unshakeable or does it go into upheaval according to the circumstances of Maya?

36lakeer sada seedhi rahi hai va tedhi baanki bhi rahi hai।

40Is your line straight or does it sometimes become crooked?

37doosri baat - knowledge ka regard - arthaat aadi se abhi tak jo bhi mahaavaakya uchchaaran hue un har mahaavaakya mein atal nishchay ho - kaise hoga, kab hoga, hona to chaahiye, hai to satya…is prakaar ke question uthaana bhi arthaat sookshm sankalp ke roop mein sanshay uthaana hai।

41Secondly, to have regard for this knowledge means to have unshakeable faith in all the elevated versions that have been spoken from the beginning to the present time. 42To have questions such as: “How will that be possible? 43When will it happen? 44It should happen, but…; it is the truth, but…” means to have subtle doubts in your thoughts which also means to have disregard for this knowledge.

38yeh bhi knowledge ka dis regard hai। 39aajkal ke alpakaal ke chamatkaar dikhaane vaale arthaat baap se vanchit karne vaale yathaartha se door karne vaale naamdhaari mahaan aatmaayen unhon ke liye bhi satavchan mahaaraaj kehte hain।

45The versions spoken by the souls of today who are great in name only; those who show temporary miracles, who deprive you of meeting the Father, who divert you from the truth, are said to be the versions of truth.

40to satguru jo mahaan aatmaon ka bhi rachta parampita hai uski satya knowledge mein question karna va sankalp uthaana yeh bhi royal roop ka sanshay arthaat disregard hai।

46So, to raise questions or to doubt any of the knowledge given by the Satguru, who is the Supreme Father, the Creator of all the great souls, is also a royal form of doubt or disregard.

41ek question hota hai spashta karne ke liye - doosra question hota hai sookshm sanshay ke aadhaar se - isko kaha jaata hai disregard।

47It is one thing to ask questions for clarification, but something else to ask questions based on subtle doubts. 48This is known as having disregard.

42baap to aise kehte hain lekin hona asambhav hai va mushkil hai - aisa sankalp bhi kis khaate mein jaavega - yeh chaik karo।

49“Baba is saying this, but it’s impossible for this to happen”. 50In which account would this thought accumulate? 51You have to check this also.

43teesri baat - svayan ka regard - ismen bhi baap dvaara is alaukik shreshtha jeevan va brahman jeevan ke jo bhi title hain va anek gunon aur kartavya ke aadhaar par jo swaroop va sthiti ka gaayan he - jaise svadarshan chakradhaari - gyaan swaroop prem swaroop farishtepan ki sthiti - jo baap ne knowledge ke aadhaar par title diye hain aise apne ko anubhav karna va aisi sthiti mein sthit rehna।

52Thirdly, to have regard for the self is to experience stability in the stage of whatever titles you have received from the Father in this elevated spiritual life; in this Brahmin life. 53It is also the praise of your form and stage based on your virtues and tasks, such as being a spinner of the discus of selfrealisation, an embodiment of knowledge, an embodiment of love, and of having an angelic stage. 54You have to conduct yourself knowing who you are. 55“What I am means I am an elevated soul.

44jo hoon vaisa apne ko samajhkar chalna - jo hoon arthaat shreshtha aatma hoon, direct baap ki santaan hoon, behad ke property ki adhikaari hoon, master sarvashaktivaan hoon aise jo hoon vaise samajhkar chalna isko kaha jaata hai svayan ka regard।

56I am a direct child of God. 57I have a right to His unlimited property. 58I am a master almighty authority.” 59To continue to interact with others, knowing yourself as you are, is known as having regard for yourself.

45main to kamjor hoon, meri himmat nahin hain।

60“I am weak! 61I have no courage!

46baap kehte hain lekin main nahin ban sakti, mera drama mein part hi peechhe ka hai, jitna hai utna hi achha hai, aise svayan se dilshikasta hona yeh bhi svayan ka disregard hai।

62Baba is saying this, but I cannot become this. 63It is my part within the drama to come later. 64I’ll be happy with whatever I receive.” 65To feel hopeless in this way is to have disregard for yourself.

47yeh bhi chaik karo ki svayan ke regard ka record kya raha।

66You also have to check your record of the regard you have for yourself.

48chauthi baat - aatmaon dvaara sambandh va samparka vaali aatmaon ka regard - iska arth hai har aatma ko chaahe brahman aatma, chaahe agyaani aatma ho lekin har aatma ke prati shreshtha bhaavna arthaat oonche uthaane ki va aage badhaane ki bhaavna ho, vishwa kalyaan ki kaamna ho isi dhaarna se har aatma se samparka mein aana yeh hai regard rakhna।

67Fourthly, to have regard for souls who come into relationship or contact with you means to have elevated feelings for all souls, whether they are Brahmin souls or souls who don’t have this knowledge. 68You should have the feeling of wanting to uplift them, to make them move forward and to benefit everyone in the world. 69When you have imbibed this virtue, and interact with all souls accordingly, it means you have regard for everyone. 70Constantly look at the virtues and specialities of all souls.

49sada aatma ke gunon va visheshtaon ko dekhna - avgun ko dekhte hue na dekhna va usse bhi ooncha apni shubh vritti se va shubhchintak sthiti se anya ke avgun ko bhi parivartan karna isko kaha jaata hai aatma ka aatma prati regard।

71Look at them, but don’t see their defects. 72This is known as souls having regard for other souls. 73To cooperate with all souls with your power of awareness is to have regard. 74To have regard for everyone is to observe the mantra of “You first” constantly in your thoughts and acts and to consider the weaknesses or defects of others to be your own.

50sada apne smriti ki samarthi dvaara anya aatmaon ka sahayogi banna yeh hai regard।

75Instead of telling others about them and spreading them around, you should accommodate and transform them.

51sada‘pahle aap’ ka mantra sankalp aur karma mein laana, kisi ki bhi kamjori va avgun ko apni kamjori va avgun samajh varnan karne ke bajaae va phailaane ke bajaae samaana aur parivartan karna yeh hai regard।

76To reduce someone’s big weakness; to reduce a mountain into a mustard seed instead of making a mountain out of a mustard seed, is to have regard. 77To make hopeless souls powerful; not to be coloured by their company, but to constantly give them zeal and enthusiasm is known as having regard.

52kisi ki bhi kamjori ki badi baat ko chhota karna, pahaad ko raai banaana chaahiye na ki raai ko pahaad banaana hai। 53isko kaha jaata hai regard।

78Check how many marks you have claimed in this fourth subject. 79Do you understand how you have to give regard? 80Those whose regard for everything in all four subjects is good become worthy to receive regard from all the souls of the world.

54dilshikasta ko shaktivaan banaana - sang ke rang mein nahin aana - sada umang ullaas mein laana isko kaha jaata hai regard।

81At present, they would be called world benefactors. 82In the future, they will be the world emperors . 83In the middle part, they will be the elevated and worshipworthy souls.

55aise is chauthi baat mein bhi chaik karo ki ismen bhi kitni marks hain!

84In order to become a world emperor, you have to create such a record. 85To give regard to others is to receive regard.

56samjha kaise regard dena hai।

86Giving becomes a form of receiving.

57aise chaaron hi baaton mein regard achha rakhne vaale vishwa ki aatmaon dvaara regard lene ke paatra bante hain।

87You give one and you receive tenfold. 88So this is easy, is it not? 89Those from Karnataka are always embodiments of love for the Father.

58arthaat ab vishwa kalyaankaari roop mein aur bhavishya vishwa mahaaraajan ke roop mein aur madhya mein shreshtha poojya ke roop mein prasiddha hote hain। 59to vishwa mahaaraajan banne ke liye record bhi aisa banaao।

90The land of Karnataka is very easy to serve. 91The land is very fruitful because of their devotional feelings, and this is why service has grown so well. 92According to the drama, the land of Karnataka has received the blessing of receiving Baba’s message very easily.

60regard rakhna arthaat regard lena hai।

93Special souls can emerge from this land very easily.

61dena, lena ho jaata hai।

94However, what do you have to do in the future?

62ek dena aur das paana hai। 63sahaj hua na। 64karnaatak vaale sada baap ke snehmoorta rehte hain - karnaatak ki dharni bahut sahaj hai।

95Whatever growth of service takes place, you have to interact with everyone according to your disciplines. 96Constantly be a mahavir in sustaining them with all powers.

65bhaavna ke kaaran dharni phaleebhoot hai। 66isliye vriddhi bahut hoti hai।

97You have to bring about the speciality of maintaining balance between love and power.

67karnaatak ki dharni ko sahaj sandesh milne ka drama anusaar vardaan hai।

98In fact, you innocent children of the Innocent Lord are very good. 99You are good moths. 100BapDada likes all of you.

68vishesh aatmaayen bhi is dharni se sahaj nikal sakti।

101Now, together with being liked by the Father, you also have to be liked by the people you serve. 102Achcha.

69lekin abhi aage kya karna hai! 70jo vriddhi hoti hai usko vidhipoorvak chalaana। 71sarvashaktiyon ke aadhaar se paalna mein sada mahaaveer banaana hain। 72sneh aur shakti ka balance rakhna yeh visheshta laani hai।

103To those who constantly follow the Father; to the obedient and faithful souls who fulfil every order, to the constantly great donors, the bestowers of blessings; to the worldbenefactor souls who enable all souls to move forward by giving them regard; to the souls who constantly have positive thoughts, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.

73vaise bholaanaath baap ke bhole bachche achhe hain।

104BapDada’s elevated versions spoken to souls personally.

74parvaane achchhen hain। 75baapdaada ko pasanda hain।

1051. Do you constantly consider yourself to be a holy swan?

76abhi baap-pasanda ke saath lok pasanda bhi banna hai। 77achha –

106A holy swan is one who lets go of anything wasteful and constantly picks up that which is powerful.

78aise sada baap ko follow karne vaale, aagyaakaari, vafaadaar, pharmaanvardaar, sada mahaadaani vardaani arthaat vishwa kalayaankaari, har aatma ko regard de aage badhaane vaale, sada shubhchintak aatmaon ko baapdaada ka yaad-pyaar aur namaste।

107Those swans separate milk from water, but a holy swan separates anything wasteful from the powerful; it lets go of the wasteful and picks up the powerful. 108Just as a swan would never pick up stones, but would always pick up pearls, so too, holy swans constantly adopt the Father’s virtues.

79om shanti। 80‘‘baap-daada ke personal (party ke saath) uchchaare hue madhur mahaavaakya’’

109They don’t adopt the stones of the weaknesses of others. 110Such souls are known as holy swans; they are pure and clean souls.

811. sabhi apne ko holeehans samajhte ho? 82holi hans arthaat jo sada vyartha ko chhod samartha ko apnaane vaale hon।

111The way of interacting and the diet of pure souls would be according to how pure they are. 112Holy swans have a pure diet and they are pure in their interaction with others.

83woh hans ksheer aur neer ko alag-alag karta hai lekin holeehans vyartha aur samartha ko alag kar vyartha ko chhod denge, samartha ko apnaayenge।

113All your impurity finishes because you are going to the pure world where there is no name or trace of impurity or anything unclean. 114Because you become holy swans at this time, you are called “Your Holiness” in the future.

84jaise hans kabhi bhi kankad nahin chugenge - ratan ko dhaaran karenge, aise holeehans jo sada baap ke gunen ko dhaaran karen kisi ke bhi avgun arthaat kankad ko dhaaran na karen usko kaha jaata hai holeehans arthaat pavitra aatmaayen, shuddh aatmaayen।

115Those who don’t imbibe the weaknesses of others, even by mistake, have a garland of virtues around their neck. 116A garland is shown around the neck of the Shaktis and even the deities. 117This garland is shown as a memorial of those who adopted the rosary of virtues. 118Whilst imbibing Baba’s virtues, you also look at the virtues of everyone else.

85jaisa shuddh aatma hoga vaisa uska aahaar vyavhaar bhi shuddh hoga, holi hans ka aahaar bhi shuddh, vyavhaar bhi shuddh।

119Do all of you have the garland of virtues around your neck? 120Only those who wear the garland of virtues can become part of the garland of victory.

86ashuddhi khatma ho jaati hai।

121So, check whether your garland is large or small.

87kyonki shuddh duniya mein ja rahe hain। 88jahaan apvitrata va ashuddhi ka naamnishaan bhi nahin।

122Those who have the virtues of the Father and others inculcated into them are those who wear a large garland.

89ab holeehans bante ho tab hi bhavishya mein bhi his holiness kahlaate ho।

123By turning the beads of the garland of virtues, you also become an embodiment of virtues.

90kabhi galti se bhi kiska avgun dhaaran na karne vaale, sada gale mein gun maala ho।

124Just as Baba is the embodiment of all virtues, so too, you children must also remain embodiments of all virtues.

91shaktiyon ke gale mein bhi maala dikhaate hain, devtaaon ke gale mein bhi maala dikhaate hain।

1252. Do you constantly consider yourself to be a lotus, detached whilst living and doing everything at home, and loving towards the Father?

92to sangam mein gunon ki maala dhaaran karne vaalon ki yaadgaar mein maala dikhaai hai।

126The extent of the love you have is indicated by the extent to which you are detached. 127To what extent do you love the Father?

93baap ke gunon ko dhaaran karte hue sarva ke gun dekhne vaale ho to yeh gunmaala sabhi ke gale mein padi hai?

128What is the sign of that love? 129You would automatically remember the One you love. 130You don’t have to make effort to remember the One you love.

94gunmaala dhaaran karne vaale hi vijay maala mein aate hain।

131If you experience this, then you can understand that you love the Father.

95to chaik karna chaahiye maala chhoti hai ya badi hai।

132The indication of love is automatic remembrance.

96jitne baap ke aur sarva ke gun svayan mein dhaaran karne vaale hain vahi badi maala dhaaran karne vaale hain।

133If you have to labour for remembrance, then there isn’t that much love! 134Wherever you go, you should be celebrating your meeting of the child with the Father.

97gunmaala ko sumiran karne se svayan bhi gunmoorta ban jaate hain।

135When two are combined, they can’t be separated from one another.

98jaise baap gunmoorta hai vaise bachche bhi sada gunmoorta hain।

136So too, experience yourself as being combined with Baba.

992. sada kamal pushpa ke samaan pravriti mein rehte har kaarya karte hue nyaare arthaat baap ke pyaare samajhte ho?

137If you constantly see the Father wherever you go, that is known as being a constant yogi. 138It should not be difficult to remember the Father, but difficult to forget Him.

100jitna nyaara hoga uske nyaare pan ki nishaani hogi - baap ka pyaara hoga।

139Just as it was difficult for you to remember Him for half the cycle, so it should be difficult for you to forget Him at the confluence age.

101baap ke pyaare kahaan tak bane hain - pyaare ki nishaani kya hai?

140No matter how much someone tries to make you forget Baba, you should never forget Him.

102jisse pyaar hota hai uski yaad svatah rehti hai। 103yaad karna nahin padta।

141You should be as firm and strong as Angad, so that Maya cannot shake you even in your thoughts.

104agar aisa anubhav hota to samjho pyaare hain।

142Only such souls are extremely loved by the Father.

105pyaar ki nishaani svatah yaad, agar mehnat karni padti hai to kam pyaar hai।

1433. To experience any type of obstacle or tension in service means to lack a balance between the self and service.

106jahaan jaaen vahaan baap aur bachche ka milan mela hi ho,jaise combined hote hain to kabhi ek do se alag nahin ho sakte, aise apne ko combined anubhav karo।

144When you don’t pay enough attention to yourself, it creates tension or obstacles in one form or another in service. 145Together with making plans for service, you first have to make plans for yourself. 146Continue to serve whilst staying within the line of the code of conduct.

107jahaan jaaenn vahaan baap hi baap, isko kaha jaata hai nirantar yogi।

147If you serve having come out of the line of the code of conduct, you will not succeed.

108baap ki yaad mushkil na ho baap ko bhoolna mushkil ho।

148First of all, create a committee of those who pay attention to dharna.

109jaise aadhaakalpa karna mushkil tha vaise ab sangam par bhoolna mushkil ho,koi kitna bhi bhulaane ki koshish kare lekin abhul।

149Create plans for this amongst yourselves and then service will easily grow. 1504. Do you constantly consider yourself to be a moth who has surrendered to the Flame?

110aise pakke angad ke samaan, sankalp roopi naakhoon bhi maaya hila na sake - aise hi baap ke ati pyaare hain।

151Moths are not able to see anything but the Flame. 152Moths sacrifice themselves and merge with the Flame. 153So, too, forget the consciousness of your body and become equal to the Father.

154This is known as becoming equal and merging. 155The whole cycle has gone by. 156Now, at the time of the confluence age, you are blessed to become whatever you want. 157Only at this time is your line of fortune drawn by the Bestower of Fortune.

112service ke plan ke saath pahle apna plan banaao।

158Therefore, you can create whatever fortune you want. 159Achcha.

113maryaadaaon ke lakeer ke andar rehte hue service karo।

160Blessing: May you follow the highest code of conduct and take benefit from each of Baba’s directions and laws.

114lakeer se baahar nikal service karenge to saphalta nahin mil sakti।

161It is said that you receive benefit to the extent that you observe the laws.

115pahle apni dhaarna ki committee banaao। 116aapas mein plan banaao phir service vriddhi ko sahaj pa legi।

162Therefore, from amrit vela onwards, and throughout the day, never step away from the laws and disciplines you have been given.

1174. sada apne ko shama ke oopar phida hone vaale parvaane samajhte ho? 118parvaane ko sivaae shama ke aur kuchh soojhta nahin।
