2"ashareeri banne ki sahaj vidhi"

1The easy way to become bodiless.

3aaj kalpa pahle vaale sikeeldhe ati laadle, snehi aur sahayogi, shakti swaroop bachchon se milne ke liye aaye hain।

2Today, Baba has come to meet the long lost and now found children of the previous cycle who are dearly beloved, loving, cooperative embodiments of power.

4baap-daada apne sahayogi bachchon ke saath hi rehte hain।

3BapDada always stays with His cooperative children.

5sahayog aur sneh ka atoot dhaaga sada avinaashi hai।

4The thread of love and cooperation is constantly unbroken and imperishable.

6aaj vatan mein baap-daada ati pyaare-pyaare bachchon ke sneh ki maala bana rahe the।

5Today, in the subtle region, BapDada was creating the rosary of love of the extremely loving children.

7snehi to sab ho phir bhi nambarvaar to kahenge।

6All of you are loving, but you would still be said to be numberwise.

8aaj harek bachche ki visheshtaaon ke aadhaar par number bana rahe the।

7Today, Baba was numbering the children according to their specialities.

9kai bachchon mein visheshtaayen itni jyaada dekheen jo bilkul baap-samaan sameep ratan dekhe।

8Baba saw so many specialities in some children that they appeared to be equal to the Father and very close jewels.

10kai bachche visheshtaaon ko dhaaran karne mein mehnat karne vaale bhi dekhe jo mehnat dekhkar baap ko bhi raham aata hai।

9Baba also saw some children who were having to labour to imbibe some specialities. 10On seeing some children labour, Baba felt mercy for them.

11mere bachche aur mehnat!

11“They are my children and yet having to labour!”

12kyonki sabse jyaada mehnat ashareeri banne mein dekhi।

12Baba saw that the greatest effort the children make was in trying to become bodiless.

13baap-daada aapas mein bole ki ashareeri aatma ko ashareeri banne mein mehnat kyon?

13Bap and Dada were discussing this between themselves asking why such souls who are bodiless find it difficult to become bodiless.

14brahma baap bole - ``84janma chola dhaaran kar part bajaane ke kaaran part bajaate-bajaate shareerdhaari ban jaate hain।

14Father Brahma said: Because the children have been putting on costumes and playing their different roles for eightyfour births, they have become the bodily beings.

15''shiv baap bole - ``part bajaaya lekin ab samay kaun-sa hai?

15Father Shiva said: Yes they have been playing their roles, but what is the time of the cycle now?

16samay ki smriti pramaan karma bhi svatah hi vaise hota hai।

16You automatically act according to your awareness of time.

17yeh to abhyaas hai na?

17You have this practice, do you not?

18'' baap bole - ``ab part samaapta kar ghar jaana hai।

18Baba said: You now have to complete your role and return home.

19part ki dress to chhodni padegi na?

19You will have to leave behind the costume of the part you have been playing.

20ghar jaana hai to bhi yeh puraana shareer chhodna padega, raajya mein arthaat svarga mein jaana hai to bhi yeh puraani dress chhodni padegi।

20In order to return home you will have to renounce your old body. 21In order to go to your kingdom of heaven, you will have to renounce your old costume.

21to jab jaana hi hai to bhoolna mushkil kyon? 22jaana hai, kya yeh bhool jaate ho?

22Since you now have to go somewhere else, why should it be difficult to forget your old body?

23aap sabhi to jaane ke liye ever ready ho na ki ab bhi kuchh rassiyaan bandhi hui hain? 24ever ready ho na? 25''

23It is because you forget that you now have to return home? 24All of you are everready to return home, are you not?

26ye to baap-daada ne seva ke liye samay diya hua hai।

25Or, are there still some cords holding you down? 26Are you everready?

27sevaadhaari ka part baja rahe ho।

27BapDada has given you time for service.

28to apne ko dekho yeh shareer ka bandhan to nahin hai athva yeh puraana chola tight to nahin hai?

28You are playing the part of a server. 29Therefore check that you don’t have any bond of your body.

29tight dress to pasanda nahin karte ho na?

30That is, check that your old costume is not too tight for you.

30drais tight hogi to ever ready nahin honge।

31You don’t like tight dresses, do you?

31bandhan mukta arthaat loose dress, tight nahin।

32If your dress is too tight, you can’t be everready.

32order mila aur second mein gaya। 33aise bandhan-mukta,yogayukta bane ho?

33To be free from bondage means to have a loose dress, not a tight one.

34jab vaayda hi hai `ek baap doosra na koi' to bandhanmukta ho gaye na। 35ashareeri banne ke liye vishesh 4 baaton ka attention rakho –

34Have you become free from bondage and yogyukt (full of yoga) to such an extent that you will be able to return home as soon as you receive that order?

361. kabhi bhi apne aapko bhulaana hota hai to duniya mein bhi ek sachchi preet mein kho jaate hain।

35Since you have promised that you belong to the one Father and none other, then have you not become free from all bondages?

37to sachchi preet hi bhoolne ka sahaj saadhan hai।

36In order to become bodiless pay special attention to four things.

38preet duniya ko bhulaane ka saadhan hai, deh ko bhulaane ka saadhan hai।

37Even in the world outside, when people want to forget themselves they become lost in true love (preet) for one.

392. doosri baat sachcha meet bhi duniya ko bhulaane ka saadhan hai।

38Therefore to have true love is the easy way to forget yourself. 39Love is the way to forget the world and your body.

40agar do meet aapas mein mil jaaen to unhein na svayan ki, na samay ki smriti rehti hai।

40A true friend (meet) enables you to forget everything. 41When two friends meet they forget all consciousness of themselves and the time.

413. teesri baat dil ke geet - agar dil se koi geet gaate hain to us samay ke liye woh svayan aur samay ko bhoola hua hota hai। 424. chauthi baat - yathaartha reet।

42The songs of the heart (geet): For the time you sing a love song from your heart, you forget yourself and the time. 43The right way (reet). 44When you know the right way, it is very easy to become bodiless.

43agar yathaartha reet hai to ashareeri banna bahut sahaj hai।

45You only find it difficult when you don’t know the way. 46First is love.

44reet nahin aati tab mushkil hota hai।

47Second is friend. 48Third is song. 49Fourth is the way.

45to ek hua preet 2- meet3- geet 4-reet।

50All of you have experienced these four things, have you not?

46ek tu jo mila saari duniya mili

51You have experienced love.

47in chaaron hi baaten ke aap sab to anubhvi ho na?

52There is only you and the Father and no third one in between.

48preet ke bhi anubhvi ho।

53To have found the Father means you have found everything.

49baap aur aap teesra na koi।

54What else remains for you to do?

50baap mila maana sab kuchh mila baaki kaam hi kya raha।

55Even today, devotees sing devotional songs of love for God.

51prabhu preet ke to aaj bhi bhakta keertan karte rehte hain।

56They become totally lost in just singing songs of love.

52sirf preet ke geet mein hi kho jaate hain to socho preet nibhaane vaale kitne khoye hue honge!

57Therefore, just consider how lost in love those who have fulfilled the responsibility of love would be. 58You have experienced this love, have you not?

53preet ke to anubhvi ho na? 54vipreet buddhi se preet buddhi ho gaye ho na?

59You have changed from those with a divorced intellect into those whose intellect has love, have you not?

55to jahaan prabhu preet hai vahaan ashareeri banna kya lagta hai?

60So where there is love for God, how long would it take to become bodiless?

56preet ke aage ashareeri banna ek second ke khel ke samaan hai।

61To become bodiless out of love is like a game of a second.

57baba bola aur shareer bhoola।

62As soon as you say, "Baba!" you forget your body.

58baba shabd hi puraani duniya ko bhoolne ka aatmik bomb hai।

63The word “Baba” is the bomb of soul consciousness that makes you forget the old world.

59(bijli banda ho gai) jaise yeh switch badli hone ka khel dekha aise woh smriti ka switch hai।

64(The lights went out.) 65You now see the lights play the game of switching off. 66In the same way, your switch is the switch of awareness.

60baap ka switch on aur deh aur deh ki duniya ki smriti ka switch oph।

67As soon as you put on the switch of the Father, you turn off the switch of awareness of your body and the bodily world.

61yeh hai ek second ka khel।

68This game just takes a second.

62mukh se baba bolne mein bhi time lagta hai lekin smriti mein laane mein kitna samay lagta hai।

69Even to say the word “Baba” with your lips takes time, but how long does it take to bring Him into your awareness?

63to preet mein rehna arthaat ashareeri sahaj banna।

70To maintain your love means to become bodiless easily.

64mohabbat mein mehnat nahin 65aise sabse sachcha meet jo shmashaan ke aage bhi saath jaae।

71In the same way, your truest Friend is one who would even go with you beyond the graveyard.

66shareerdhaari meet to shmashaan tak hi jaayenge to ve duhkh harta sukh karta nahin ban sakenge।

72Bodily friends would only go with you as far as the graveyard. 73Therefore, they cannot become removers of sorrow and bestowers of happiness.

67thodaabhut duhkh ke samay sahayogi ban sakte hain।

74At a time of sorrow, they can be a little helpful.

68sahayog de sakte hain lekin duhkh har nahin sakte।

75They can help you a little, but can't remove your sorrow.

69to sachcha meet mil gaya hai na?

76So, you have found your true Friend, have you not?

70sada isi avinaashi meet ke saath raho to mohabbat mein mehnat khatma ho jaayegi।

77Constantly remain in love with this imperishable Friend and all your labouring will end.

71jab mohabbat karna aata hai to mehnat kyon karte ho?

78Since you know how to love, why do you still labour?

72baap-daada ko kabhi-kabhi hansi aati hai।

79BapDada sometimes becomes a little amused.

73jaise kisi ko bojh uthaane ka abhyaas hota hai usko aaraam se bithaao to woh baith nahin sakta।

80When someone has the practice of carrying a burden and you invite him to put it down and sit comfortably, he is not able to do so.

74baar-baar bojh ki taraph bhaagta hai aur phir saans bhi phoolta hai,to pukaarte hain - `chhudaao'!

81He will constantly run towards his burden again and again. 82Then he would become breathless and cry out to be freed.

75to sada preet aur meet mein raho to mehnat samaapta ho jaayegi।

83Therefore, constantly remain in love with your true Friend and all your labouring will end.

76meet se kinaara nahin karo। 77sada ke saathi ban karke chalo।

84Do not step away from your Friend, but continue to progress with your constant Companion.

78aise hi baap-daada dvaara praapta hui sarva praaptiyon ke, gunon ke sada geet gaate raho।

85In the same way, constantly continue to sing songs of the virtues you have attained from BapDada.

79baap ki mahima va aapki mahima ke kitne geet hain is geet mein saaz bhi automatically chalte hain।

86There are so many songs of praise of you and the Father, and the melody automatically plays in this song.

80jitna-jitna gunon ki mahima ke geet gaayenge to khushi ke saaz saath-saath svatah bajte rahenge।

87The more songs of praise of virtues you sing, the more the melody of happiness will play automatically. 88These singers have also come here.

81yeh bhi geet gaane vaale aaye hain (bharat vyaas aadi aaye hain) aapke saaz to doosre hain।

89(Bharat Vyas and company were visiting Madhuban). 90Your music is a little different.

82yeh khushi ke saaz hain।

91This music here is that of happiness.

83ye kabhi kharaab nahin hote jo repair (Repair) karna pade।

92This instrument would never get damaged that you would have to repair it.

84to sada aise geet gaate raho।

93So, constantly continue to sing such songs.

85yeh geet gaana to sabko aata hai na।

94All of you know how to sing these songs, do you not?

86to sada geet gaate raho to sahaj hi ashareeri ban jaayenge।

95Constantly continue to sing these songs and you will easily become bodiless.

87baaki rahi reet - yathaartha reet second ki reet hai।

96There just remains the way. 97The right way is a matter of a second.

88main ashareeri aatma hoon yeh sabse sahaj yathaartha reet hai।

98"I am a bodiless soul" is the easiest way of all to become bodiless.

89sahaj hai na।

99It is easy, is it not?

90jaise baap ki mahima hai ki woh mushkil ko sahaj karne vaala hai।

100Baba’s praise is that He makes anything difficult easy.

91aise hi baap samaan bachche bhi mushkil ko sahaj karne vaale hain।

101In the same way, you children should also make anything difficult easy.

92jo vishwa ki mushkil ko sahaj karne vaale hain woh svayan mushkil anubhav karen yeh kaise ho sakta hai! 93isliye sada sarva sahajyogi।

102You are those who make the difficulties of the world very easy and so how can it be possible for you yourselves to experience anything to be difficult?

94aham nahin, vaham nahin lekin raham karo

103Therefore, constantly remain with everyone as an easy yogi.

95sangamayugi braahmanon ke mukh se `mehnat'hai va `mushkil hai' - yeh shabd mukh se kya lekin sankalp mein bhi nahin aa sakta।

104You confluenceaged Brahmins should not say or even think such words as “labour” or “difficult”. 105These words should neither be on your lips nor in your thoughts.

96to is varsha ka vishesh attention`sada sahaj yogi'।

106So the special attention you have to pay this year is to be “Constantly an easy yogi”.

97jaise baap ko bachchon par raham aata hai vaise svayan par bhi raham karo aur sarva prati bhi merciful bano।

107Just as Baba has mercy for you children, in the same way, you children should have mercy for yourselves and also be merciful towards everyone else.

98title`merciful'ka to aap sabka bhi hai na?

108The title of all of you is “Merciful ones”, is it not?

99apna title yaad hai na?

109Do you remember your title?

100lekin merciful banne ke badle ek chhoti-si galti karte ho।

110However, instead of being merciful, you sometimes make a small mistake.

101raham bhaav ke bajaae aham bhaav mein aa jaate ho।

111Instead of having feelings of mercy, you have feelings of selfimportance.

102to raham bhool jaate ho।

112Then you forget to have mercy.

103koi aham bhaav mein aa jaate hain। 104koi vaham bhaav mein aa jaate hain।

113Some of you have selfimportance and others have selfdoubt.

105pata nahin, pahunch sakenge ki nahin pahunch sakenge?

114You think, “I don’t know whether I will be able to reach that stage or not.

106yathaartha maarga hai ya nahin hai - aise anek prakaar ke svayan ke prati vaham bhaav aur kabhi-kabhi knowledge ke prati vaham bhaav।

115Is this the right path or not?” 116In this way, they have many types of selfdoubt and they also doubt this knowledge.

107isliye raham ka bhaav badal jaata hai।

117This is why their feelings of mercy change.

108samjha?

118Do you understand?

109dilshikasta nahin bano lekin sada diltakhtansheen bano।

119Do not become disheartened, but constantly remain seated on Baba’s heartthrone.

110to samjha is varsha mein kya karna hai?

120Do you understand what you have to do this year?

111is varsha ka homework de rahe hain। 112`sahajyogi bano।

121The homework Baba is giving you for this year is: Become easy yogis.

113merciful bano aur diltakhtansheen bano'।

122Be merciful and remain seated on the heartthrone.

114to sada bhaagya-vidhaata baap aise aagyaakaari bachchon ko amritvele roj saphalta ka tilak lagaate rahenge।

123Every day at amrit vela, Baba, the Bestower of Fortune, puts the tilak of success on the forehead of such obedient children.

115yeh bhi tilak ka gaayan hai na ki bhakton ko bhagwan tilak lagaane aaya to is varsha aagyaakaari bachchon ko svayan baap aapke sevaasthaan arthaat teertha sthaan par saphalta ka tilak dene aayenge।

124There is praise of the tilak because God Himself came and put the tilak on the forehead of the devotees. 125So, this year, Baba Himself will go to the service places, the pilgrimage places, of His obedient children to put the tilak of success on them.

116baap to roj chakra lagaane aate hi hain।

126Baba goes on a tour of these places every day anyway.

117agar bachche soye hue hon, woh unki gaphlat hai।

127Children, if you are still sleeping at that time, that's your mistake!

118jaise deepaavli mein jagah-jagah jyoti jagaakar rakhte hain, saphaai bhi karte hain, aahvaan bhi karte hain।

128At the time of Diwali, devotees put ignited lamps everywhere. 129They also maintain cleanliness and invoke Lakshmi. 130They have cleanliness, light and that invocation.

119`svachchhata, prakaash aur aahvaan'।

131Those people invoke Lakshmi, whereas you invoke the Creator of Lakshmi.

120woh lakshmi ka aahvaan karte aur yeh lakshmi ke rachayita ka aahvaan hai।

132Only when you keep your light ignited does the Father come. 133Many do awaken, but they then go back to sleep again.

121to jyoti jagaakar baitho tab to baap aayenge।

134Although they even hear the sound, they then go back to sleep in the sleep of carelessness.

122kaeeyon ko jagaate bhi hain phir so jaate hain।

135In the golden age, there is nothing but gold. 136There is double “sona” (sleep and gold).

123aavaaj bhi anubhav karte hain phir bhi albelepan ki neend mein so jaate hain।

137Therefore, become an ignited light now. 138You do not think that with the sanskar of sleeping now you will receive gold there, do you?

124satayug mein sona hi sona hai।

139It is those who remain awake now who will receive gold there.

125double sona hai। 126isliye abhi jaagti jyoti bano।

140It is because you forget that this is the time of destruction that you fall asleep in the sleep of carelessness.

127aise nahin ki sone ke sanskaar se vahaan sona milega।

141Listen to the call of your devotees. 142Listen to the cries of misery of those experiencing sorrow.

128jo jaagega woh sona paayega।

143Listen to the prayers of those thirsty souls.

129albelepan ki neend bhi tab aati hai jab vinaashkaal bhool jaate ho।

144Do this and you will never fall asleep! 145Therefore, this year, get rid of any habit of careless sleep.

130bhakton ki pukaar suno। 131duhkhi aatmaon ke duhkh ki pukaar suno।

146Only then will your devotees have a clear vision of you idols in your living form.

132pyaasi aatmaon ke praarthana ki aavaaj suno।

147So, this year, grant a vision of your practical image to your devotees.

133to kabhi bhi neend nahin aayegi।

148This is the way to become the rulers of the globe.

134to is varsha albelepan ki neend ko talaak dena।

149To those who constantly fulfil the responsibility of love, to those who constantly stay with the true Friend, to those who constantly sing songs of the attainment and virtues they have been given by Baba, to those who become easy yogis by knowing the right method of just a second, to those who are constantly merciful, to those who make difficult things easy, to the children who conquer sleep and become the rulers of the world, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste. 150Blessing: Remove your mind and intellect from all complications and celebrate a meeting. 151Then you will remain constantly free from all complications. 152Many children think that when all their complications are finished, their stage and all the service they do will become good.

135tab bhakta log aap saakshaatkaar moortiyon ka saakshaatkaar karenge।

153However, the complications are like a mountain. 154The mountain will not move.

136to is varsha saakshaatkaar moortta ban bhakton ko saakshaatkaar karaao। 137aise chakravarti bano।

155So remove your mind and intellect from the place of complications and go above the mountain of those complications with the flying stage.

138aise sada preet nibhaane vaale, sada sachche meet ke saath rahne vaale, sada praaptiyon aur gunon ki mahima ke geet gaane vaale, sada second ki yathaartha reet dvaara sahajyogi banne vaale, aise sada merciful, mushkil ko sahaj banaane vaale nidraajeet, chakravarti bachchon ko baapdaada ka yaad-pyaar aur namaste।

156You will then find anything that seems as difficult as a mountain to be easy. 157Of course, there will be complications in this world of complications, but you have to remain free from them and you will then be able to celebrate a meeting. 158Slogan: Give others the experience of your fortune of happiness through your face and behaviour. 159* * * O M S H A N T I* * *
