2" aśharīrī bannē key|kī sahaj vidhi "

1The easy way to become bodiless.

3Āj kalp pahlē vālē sikīladhē ati lāḍlē , snēhī aur sahyōgī , śhakti svarūp bachchō̃ sē milnē kē liē āyē haĩ .

2Today, Baba has come to meet the long lost and now found children of the previous cycle who are dearly beloved, loving, cooperative embodiments of power.

4Bāp-dādā apnē sahyōgī bachchō̃ kē sāth hī rahtē haĩ .

3BapDada always stays with His cooperative children.

5Sahyōg aur snēh kā aṭūṭ dhāgā sadā avināśhī hai .

4The thread of love and cooperation is constantly unbroken and imperishable.

6Āj vatan mē̃ bāp-dādā ati pyārē-pyārē bachchō̃ K|kē snēh key|kī mālā banā rahē thē .

5Today, in the subtle region, BapDada was creating the rosary of love of the extremely loving children.

7Snēhī tō sab hō phir bhī number-vār tō kahē̃gē .

6All of you are loving, but you would still be said to be numberwise.

8Āj harēk bachchē key|kī viśhēṣhatāō̃ K|kē ādhār par number banā rahē thē .

7Today, Baba was numbering the children according to their specialities.

9Kaī bachchō̃ mē̃ viśhēṣhatāyē̃ itnī jyādā dēkhī̃ jō bilkul bāp-samān samīp ratan dēkhē .

8Baba saw so many specialities in some children that they appeared to be equal to the Father and very close jewels.

10Kaī bachchē viśhēṣhatāō̃ kō dhāraṇ karnē mē̃ mēhnat karnē vālē bhī dēkhē jō mēhnat dēkhkar bāp kō bhī rahm ātā hai .

9Baba also saw some children who were having to labour to imbibe some specialities. 10On seeing some children labour, Baba felt mercy for them.

11Mērē bachchē aur mēhnat  !

11“They are my children and yet having to labour!”

12Kyōṅki sabsē jyādā mēhnat aśharīrī bannē mē̃ dēkhī .

12Baba saw that the greatest effort the children make was in trying to become bodiless.

13Bāp-dādā āpas mē̃ bōlē ki aśharīrī ātmā kō aśharīrī bannē mē̃ mēhnat kyō̃  ?

13Bap and Dada were discussing this between themselves asking why such souls who are bodiless find it difficult to become bodiless.

14Brahmā bāp bōlē - ` ` 84 janm chōlā dhāraṇ kar part bajānē K|kē kāraṇ part bajātē-bajātē śharīrdhārī ban jātē haĩ .

14Father Brahma said: Because the children have been putting on costumes and playing their different roles for eightyfour births, they have become the bodily beings.

15' ' śhiv bāp bōlē - ` ` part bajāyā lēkin ab samay kaun-sā hai  ?

15Father Shiva said: Yes they have been playing their roles, but what is the time of the cycle now?

16Samay key|kī smr̥iti pramāṇ karma bhī svataḥ hī vaisē hōtā hai .

16You automatically act according to your awareness of time.

17Yah tō abhyās hai nā  ?

17You have this practice, do you not?

18' ' bāp bōlē - ` ` ab part samāpt kar ghar jānā hai .

18Baba said: You now have to complete your role and return home.

19Part key|kī dress tō chhōṛnī paṛēgī nā  ?

19You will have to leave behind the costume of the part you have been playing.

20Ghar jānā hai tō bhī yah purānā śharīr chhōṛnā paṛēgā , rājya mē̃ arthāt svarg mē̃ jānā hai tō bhī yah purānī dress chhōṛnī paṛēgī .

20In order to return home you will have to renounce your old body. 21In order to go to your kingdom of heaven, you will have to renounce your old costume.

21Tō jab jānā hī hai tō bhūlnā muśhkil kyō̃  ? 22Jānā hai , kyā yah bhūl jātē hō  ?

22Since you now have to go somewhere else, why should it be difficult to forget your old body?

23Āp sabhī tō jānē kē liē ever ready hō nā ki ab bhī kuchh rassiyā̃ bandhī huī haĩ  ? 24Ever ready hō nā  ? 25' '

23It is because you forget that you now have to return home? 24All of you are everready to return home, are you not?

26Yē tō bāp-dādā nē sēvā kē liē samay diyā huā hai .

25Or, are there still some cords holding you down? 26Are you everready?

27Sēvādhārī kā part bajā rahē hō .

27BapDada has given you time for service.

28Tō apnē kō dēkhō yah śharīr kā bandhan tō nahī̃ hai athavā yah purānā chōlā tight tō nahī̃ hai  ?

28You are playing the part of a server. 29Therefore check that you don’t have any bond of your body.

29Tight dress tō pasand nahī̃ kartē hō nā  ?

30That is, check that your old costume is not too tight for you.

30Ḍrais tight hōgī tō ever ready nahī̃ hōṅgē .

31You don’t like tight dresses, do you?

31Bandhan mukt arthāt loose dress , tight nahī̃ .

32If your dress is too tight, you can’t be everready.

32Order milā aur second mē̃ gayā . 33Aisē bandhan-mukt , yōgyukt banē hō  ?

33To be free from bondage means to have a loose dress, not a tight one.

34Jab vāydā hī hai ` ēk bāp dūsrā na kōī ' tō bandhanmukt hō gayē nā . 35Aśharīrī bannē kē liē viśhēṣh 4 bātō̃ kā attention rakhō –

34Have you become free from bondage and yogyukt (full of yoga) to such an extent that you will be able to return home as soon as you receive that order?

361 . kabhī bhī apnē āpkō bhulānā hōtā hai tō duniyā mē̃ bhī ēk sachchī prīt mē̃ khō jātē haĩ .

35Since you have promised that you belong to the one Father and none other, then have you not become free from all bondages?

37Tō sachchī prīt hī bhūlnē kā sahaj sādhan hai .

36In order to become bodiless pay special attention to four things.

38Prīt duniyā kō bhulānē kā sādhan hai , dēh kō bhulānē kā sādhan hai .

37Even in the world outside, when people want to forget themselves they become lost in true love (preet) for one.

392 . dūsrī bāt sachchā mīt bhī duniyā kō bhulānē kā sādhan hai .

38Therefore to have true love is the easy way to forget yourself. 39Love is the way to forget the world and your body.

40Agar dō mīt āpas mē̃ mil jāē̃ tō unhē̃ na svayã key|kī , na samay key|kī smr̥iti rahtī hai .

40A true friend (meet) enables you to forget everything. 41When two friends meet they forget all consciousness of themselves and the time.

413 . tīsrī bāt dil K|kē gīt - agar dil sē kōī gīt gātē haĩ tō us samay kē liē vah svayã aur samay kō bhūlā huā hōtā hai . 424 . chauthī bāt - yathārth rīt .

42The songs of the heart (geet): For the time you sing a love song from your heart, you forget yourself and the time. 43The right way (reet). 44When you know the right way, it is very easy to become bodiless.

43Agar yathārth rīt hai tō aśharīrī bannā bahut sahaj hai .

45You only find it difficult when you don’t know the way. 46First is love.

44Rīt nahī̃ ātī tab muśhkil hōtā hai .

47Second is friend. 48Third is song. 49Fourth is the way.

45Tō ēk huā prīt 2 - mīt 3 - gīt 4 - rīt .

50All of you have experienced these four things, have you not?

46Ēk tū jō milā sārī duniyā milī

51You have experienced love.

47In chārō̃ hī bātē̃ K|kē āp sab tō anubhavī hō nā  ?

52There is only you and the Father and no third one in between.

48Prīt K|kē bhī anubhavī hō .

53To have found the Father means you have found everything.

49Bāp aur āp tīsrā na kōī .

54What else remains for you to do?

50Bāp milā mānā sab kuchh milā bākī kām hī kyā rahā .

55Even today, devotees sing devotional songs of love for God.

51Prabhu prīt K|kē tō āj bhī bhakta kīrtan kartē rahtē haĩ .

56They become totally lost in just singing songs of love.

52Sirph prīt K|kē gīt mē̃ hī khō jātē haĩ tō sōchō prīt nibhānē vālē kitnē khōyē huē hōṅgē  !

57Therefore, just consider how lost in love those who have fulfilled the responsibility of love would be. 58You have experienced this love, have you not?

53Prīt K|kē tō anubhavī hō nā  ? 54Viparīt buddhi sē prīt buddhi hō gayē hō nā  ?

59You have changed from those with a divorced intellect into those whose intellect has love, have you not?

55Tō jahā̃ prabhu prīt hai vahā̃ aśharīrī bannā kyā lagtā hai  ?

60So where there is love for God, how long would it take to become bodiless?

56Prīt kē āgē aśharīrī bannā ēk second K|kē khēl K|kē samān hai .

61To become bodiless out of love is like a game of a second.

57Bābā bōlā aur śharīr bhūlā .

62As soon as you say, "Baba!" you forget your body.

58Bābā śhabda hī purānī duniyā kō bhūlnē kā ātmik bomb hai .

63The word “Baba” is the bomb of soul consciousness that makes you forget the old world.

59 ( bijlī band hō gaī ) jaisē yah switch badlī|badalī hōnē kā khēl dēkhā aisē vah smr̥iti kā switch hai .

64(The lights went out.) 65You now see the lights play the game of switching off. 66In the same way, your switch is the switch of awareness.

60Bāp kā switch on aur dēh aur dēh key|kī duniyā key|kī smr̥iti kā switch off .

67As soon as you put on the switch of the Father, you turn off the switch of awareness of your body and the bodily world.

61Yah hai ēk second kā khēl .

68This game just takes a second.

62Mukh sē bābā bōlnē mē̃ bhī time lagtā hai lēkin smr̥iti mē̃ lānē mē̃ kitnā samay lagtā hai .

69Even to say the word “Baba” with your lips takes time, but how long does it take to bring Him into your awareness?

63Tō prīt mē̃ rahnā arthāt aśharīrī sahaj bannā .

70To maintain your love means to become bodiless easily.

64Mōhabbat mē̃ mēhnat nahī̃ 65Aisē sabsē sachchā mīt jō śmaśān kē āgē bhī sāth jāē .

71In the same way, your truest Friend is one who would even go with you beyond the graveyard.

66Śharīrdhārī mīt tō śmaśān tak hī jāyēṅgē tō vē|way duḥkh hartā sukh kartā nahī̃ ban sakē̃gē .

72Bodily friends would only go with you as far as the graveyard. 73Therefore, they cannot become removers of sorrow and bestowers of happiness.

67Thōṛābahut duḥkh K|kē samay sahyōgī ban saktē haĩ .

74At a time of sorrow, they can be a little helpful.

68Sahyōg dē saktē haĩ lēkin duḥkh her|har nahī̃ saktē .

75They can help you a little, but can't remove your sorrow.

69Tō sachchā mīt mil gayā hai nā  ?

76So, you have found your true Friend, have you not?

70Sadā isī avināśhī mīt kē sāth rahō tō mōhabbat mē̃ mēhnat khatm hō jāyēgī .

77Constantly remain in love with this imperishable Friend and all your labouring will end.

71Jab mōhabbat karnā ātā hai tō mēhnat kyō̃ kartē hō  ?

78Since you know how to love, why do you still labour?

72Bāp-dādā kō kabhī-kabhī hansī ātī hai .

79BapDada sometimes becomes a little amused.

73Jaisē kisī kō bōjh uṭhānē kā abhyās hōtā hai uskō ārām sē biṭhāō tō vah baiṭh nahī̃ saktā .

80When someone has the practice of carrying a burden and you invite him to put it down and sit comfortably, he is not able to do so.

74Bār-bār bōjh key|kī taraph bhāgtā hai aur phir sā̃s bhī phūltā hai , tō pukārtē haĩ - ` chhuṛāō '  !

81He will constantly run towards his burden again and again. 82Then he would become breathless and cry out to be freed.

75Tō sadā prīt aur mīt mē̃ rahō tō mēhnat samāpt hō jāyēgī .

83Therefore, constantly remain in love with your true Friend and all your labouring will end.

76Mīt sē kinārā nahī̃ karō . 77Sadā K|kē sāthī ban karkē chalō .

84Do not step away from your Friend, but continue to progress with your constant Companion.

78Aisē hī bāp-dādā dvārā prāpt huī sarv prāptiyō̃ K|kē , guṇō̃ K|kē sadā gīt gātē rahō .

85In the same way, constantly continue to sing songs of the virtues you have attained from BapDada.

79Bāp key|kī mahimā va āpkī mahimā K|kē kitnē gīt haĩ is gīt mē̃ sāz bhī automatically chaltē haĩ .

86There are so many songs of praise of you and the Father, and the melody automatically plays in this song.

80Jitnā-jitnā guṇō̃ key|kī mahimā K|kē gīt gāyēṅgē tō khuśhī K|kē sāz sāth-sāth svataḥ bajtē rahē̃gē .

87The more songs of praise of virtues you sing, the more the melody of happiness will play automatically. 88These singers have also come here.

81Yah bhī gīt gānē vālē āyē haĩ ( bharat vyās ādi āyē haĩ ) āpkē sāz tō dūsrē haĩ .

89(Bharat Vyas and company were visiting Madhuban). 90Your music is a little different.

82Yah khuśhī K|kē sāz haĩ .

91This music here is that of happiness.

83Yē kabhī kharāb nahī̃ hōtē jō repair ( R e p a i r ) karnā paṛē .

92This instrument would never get damaged that you would have to repair it.

84Tō sadā aisē gīt gātē rahō .

93So, constantly continue to sing such songs.

85Yah gīt gānā tō sabkō ātā hai nā .

94All of you know how to sing these songs, do you not?

86Tō sadā gīt gātē rahō tō sahaj hī aśharīrī ban jāyēṅgē .

95Constantly continue to sing these songs and you will easily become bodiless.

87Bākī rahī rīt - yathārth rīt second key|kī rīt hai .

96There just remains the way. 97The right way is a matter of a second.

88Maĩ aśharīrī ātmā hū̃ yah sabsē sahaj yathārth rīt hai .

98"I am a bodiless soul" is the easiest way of all to become bodiless.

89Sahaj hai nā .

99It is easy, is it not?

90Jaisē bāp key|kī mahimā hai ki vah muśhkil kō sahaj karnē vālā hai .

100Baba’s praise is that He makes anything difficult easy.

91Aisē hī bāp samān bachchē bhī muśhkil kō sahaj karnē vālē haĩ .

101In the same way, you children should also make anything difficult easy.

92Jō viśhva key|kī muśhkil kō sahaj karnē vālē haĩ vah svayã muśhkil anubhav karē̃ yah kaisē hō saktā hai  ! 93Isliē sadā sarv sahajyōgī .

102You are those who make the difficulties of the world very easy and so how can it be possible for you yourselves to experience anything to be difficult?

94Aham nahī̃ , vaham nahī̃ lēkin rahm karō

103Therefore, constantly remain with everyone as an easy yogi.

95Saṅgamyugī brāhmaṇō̃ K|kē mukh sē ` mēhnat ' hai vā ` muśhkil hai ' - yah śhabda mukh sē kyā lēkin saṅkalp mē̃ bhī nahī̃ ā saktā .

104You confluenceaged Brahmins should not say or even think such words as “labour” or “difficult”. 105These words should neither be on your lips nor in your thoughts.

96Tō is varṣh kā viśhēṣh attention ` sadā sahaj yōgī ' .

106So the special attention you have to pay this year is to be “Constantly an easy yogi”.

97Jaisē bāp kō bachchō̃ par rahm ātā hai vaisē svayã par bhī rahm karō aur sarv prati bhī merciful banō .

107Just as Baba has mercy for you children, in the same way, you children should have mercy for yourselves and also be merciful towards everyone else.

98Title ` merciful ' kā tō āp sabkā bhī hai nā  ?

108The title of all of you is “Merciful ones”, is it not?

99Apnā title yād hai nā  ?

109Do you remember your title?

100Lēkin merciful bannē kē badlē ēk chhōṭī-sī galatī|galtī kartē hō .

110However, instead of being merciful, you sometimes make a small mistake.

101Rahm bhāv kē bajāē aham bhāv mē̃ ā jātē hō .

111Instead of having feelings of mercy, you have feelings of selfimportance.

102Tō rahm bhūl jātē hō .

112Then you forget to have mercy.

103Kōī aham bhāv mē̃ ā jātē haĩ . 104Kōī vaham bhāv mē̃ ā jātē haĩ .

113Some of you have selfimportance and others have selfdoubt.

105Patā nahī̃ , pahũch sakē̃gē ki nahī̃ pahũch sakē̃gē  ?

114You think, “I don’t know whether I will be able to reach that stage or not.

106Yathārth mārg hai yā nahī̃ hai - aisē anēk prakār K|kē svayã kē prati vaham bhāv aur kabhī-kabhī knowledge kē prati vaham bhāv .

115Is this the right path or not?” 116In this way, they have many types of selfdoubt and they also doubt this knowledge.

107Isliē rahm kā bhāv badal jātā hai .

117This is why their feelings of mercy change.

108Samjhā  ?

118Do you understand?

109Dilśhikasta nahī̃ banō lēkin sadā diltakhtanaśhīn banō .

119Do not become disheartened, but constantly remain seated on Baba’s heartthrone.

110Tō samjhā is varṣh mē̃ kyā karnā hai  ?

120Do you understand what you have to do this year?

111Is varṣh kā homework dē rahē haĩ . 112` sahajyōgī banō .

121The homework Baba is giving you for this year is: Become easy yogis.

113Merciful banō aur diltakhtanaśhīn banō ' .

122Be merciful and remain seated on the heartthrone.

114Tō sadā bhāgya-vidhātā bāp aisē āgyākārī bachchō̃ kō amr̥itvēlē rōj saphaltā kā tilak lagātē rahē̃gē .

123Every day at amrit vela, Baba, the Bestower of Fortune, puts the tilak of success on the forehead of such obedient children.

115Yah bhī tilak kā gāyan hai nā ki bhaktō̃ kō bhagvān tilak lagānē āyā tō is varṣh āgyākārī bachchō̃ kō svayã bāp āpkē sēvāsthān arthāt tīrtha sthān par saphaltā kā tilak dēnē āyēṅgē .

124There is praise of the tilak because God Himself came and put the tilak on the forehead of the devotees. 125So, this year, Baba Himself will go to the service places, the pilgrimage places, of His obedient children to put the tilak of success on them.

116Bāp tō rōj chakra lagānē ātē hī haĩ .

126Baba goes on a tour of these places every day anyway.

117Agar bachchē sōyē huē hō̃ , vah unkī gaphlat hai .

127Children, if you are still sleeping at that time, that's your mistake!

118Jaisē dīpāvalī mē̃ jagah-jagah jyōti jagākar rakhtē haĩ , saphāī bhī kartē haĩ , āhvān bhī kartē haĩ .

128At the time of Diwali, devotees put ignited lamps everywhere. 129They also maintain cleanliness and invoke Lakshmi. 130They have cleanliness, light and that invocation.

119` svachchhatā , prakāśh aur āhvān ' .

131Those people invoke Lakshmi, whereas you invoke the Creator of Lakshmi.

120Vah lakṣhmī kā āhvān kartē aur yah lakṣhmī K|kē rachayitā kā āhvān hai .

132Only when you keep your light ignited does the Father come. 133Many do awaken, but they then go back to sleep again.

121Tō jyōti jagākar baiṭhō tab tō bāp āyēṅgē .

134Although they even hear the sound, they then go back to sleep in the sleep of carelessness.

122Kaīyō̃ kō jagātē bhī haĩ phir sō jātē haĩ .

135In the golden age, there is nothing but gold. 136There is double “sona” (sleep and gold).

123Āvāj bhī anubhav kartē haĩ phir bhī albēlēpan key|kī nīnd mē̃ sō jātē haĩ .

137Therefore, become an ignited light now. 138You do not think that with the sanskar of sleeping now you will receive gold there, do you?

124Satyug mē̃ sōnā hī sōnā hai .

139It is those who remain awake now who will receive gold there.

125Double sōnā hai . 126Isliē abhī jāgtī jyōti banō .

140It is because you forget that this is the time of destruction that you fall asleep in the sleep of carelessness.

127Aisē nahī̃ ki sōnē K|kē saṅskār sē vahā̃ sōnā milēgā .

141Listen to the call of your devotees. 142Listen to the cries of misery of those experiencing sorrow.

128Jō jāgēgā vah sōnā pāyēgā .

143Listen to the prayers of those thirsty souls.

129Albēlēpan key|kī nīnd bhī tab ātī hai jab vināśhkāl bhūl jātē hō .

144Do this and you will never fall asleep! 145Therefore, this year, get rid of any habit of careless sleep.

130Bhaktō̃ key|kī pukār sunō . 131Duḥkhī ātmāō̃ K|kē duḥkh key|kī pukār sunō .

146Only then will your devotees have a clear vision of you idols in your living form.

132Pyāsī ātmāō̃ K|kē prārthanā key|kī āvāj sunō .

147So, this year, grant a vision of your practical image to your devotees.

133Tō kabhī bhī nīnd nahī̃ āyēgī .

148This is the way to become the rulers of the globe.

134Tō is varṣh albēlēpan key|kī nīnd kō talāk dēnā .

149To those who constantly fulfil the responsibility of love, to those who constantly stay with the true Friend, to those who constantly sing songs of the attainment and virtues they have been given by Baba, to those who become easy yogis by knowing the right method of just a second, to those who are constantly merciful, to those who make difficult things easy, to the children who conquer sleep and become the rulers of the world, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste. 150Blessing: Remove your mind and intellect from all complications and celebrate a meeting. 151Then you will remain constantly free from all complications. 152Many children think that when all their complications are finished, their stage and all the service they do will become good.

135Tab bhakta lōg āp sākṣhātkār mūrtiyō̃ kā sākṣhātkār karē̃gē .

153However, the complications are like a mountain. 154The mountain will not move.

136Tō is varṣh sākṣhātkār mūrtta ban bhaktō̃ kō sākṣhātkār karāō . 137Aisē chakravartī banō .
