2"mushkil ko sahaj karne ki yukti sada baap ko dekho"
1The way to make something that appears difficult to be easy is to constantly see the Father.
3aaj vishesh london nivaasiyon se milne aaye hain।
2Today, BapDada has especially come to meet those from London.
4milne ka arth hai - baap samaan banna।
3To meet means to become equal to the Father.
5jab se baap se mile to baapdaada ne kya ishaara diya?
4What signal has BapDada been giving you since you came to Him?
6bachche,aap sab shreshtha aatmaayen baap samaan sarva gunon mein, sarva praaptiyon mein master ho।
5Children, all of you elevated souls should become equal to the Father, the masters of all virtues and all attainments.
7baap se bhi shreshtha baap ke sir ke taaj ho।
6You are even more elevated than the Father; you are the crown on His head.
8jo pahle-pahle ishaara mila usi ishaare pramaan baap samaan master sarvashaktivaan, master sarvagun sampanna bane ho?
7Have you become master almighty authorities and complete masters, complete with all virtues, equal to the Father, as you have previously been told by Baba?
9jab abhi baap samaan bano tab hi bhavishya mein vishwa raajya-adhikaari devta ban sakte ho।
8Only when you become equal to the Father at this time will you become those future deities who have a right to the kingdom.
10baap samaan kahaan tak bane hain yeh checking karte rehte ho?
9You are continually checking yourself to see whether you have yet become equal to the Father, are you not?
11ek-ek gun,ek-ek shakti ko saamne rakhte hue apne mein check karo ki kitne percent mein gun va shakti swaroop bane hain।
10Whilst keeping each virtue and power in front of you, check yourself as to what percentrage you have become an embodiment of each virtue and power.
12yeh follow karna to sahaj hai na।
11It is easy to follow this instruction, is it not?
13baapdaada saamne example hain।
12BapDada is in front of you as an example.
14niraakaari roop mein aur saakaar roop mein donon hi roop mein baap ko dekh follow karte chalo।
13See the Father in both forms, the corporeal form and the incorporeal form and continue to follow them.
15vaise bhi kahaavat hai jaisa baap vaise bachche aur san shows father bhi gaaya hua hai। 16baap aur bachche ka sambandh hi hai follow father karne ka।
14There is the saying: As the father, so the children. 15“Son shows father” is also remembered The relationship between father and child is of the child following the father.
17mushkil hai nahin,lekin bana lete ho।
16It is not difficult, but you make it difficult.
18kyonki agar mushkil ho to sada hi mushkil lagna chaahiye।
17If it were difficult you would constantly find it difficult.
19koi ko sahaj lagta koi ko mushkil lagta।
18Why is it that some find it easy and some find it difficult?
20yeh kyon? 21abaur kabhi usi ko sahaj lagta - kabhi mushkil lagta।
19Why is it that the same person would sometimes find it easy and at other times find it difficult?
22yeh kyon?
20What does this prove?
23isse kya siddha hota hai? 24chalne vaale ki koi kamjori hai jo mushkil lagta hai।
21It proves that anyone who finds it difficult whilst moving along must be finding it so because of their own weakness.
25baap ki mahima hai jo abhi tak bhakta bhi gaate hain, saath-saath aap mahaan aatmaon, poojya aatmaon ki bhi vahi mahima hai।
22Even today devotees sing the praise of the Father. 23Together with praising the Father they still also praise you great souls, you worthyofbeingworshipped souls.
26yaad hai woh kaun-si mahima hai?
24Do you know how you are praised?
27koi bhi mushkil kaarya aatmaon ke oopar aate hain to kiske paas jaate hain?
25To whom do souls go when a difficult situation comes to them?
28ya baap ke paas ya aap dev aatmaon ke paas।
26They either go to the Father or to you deity souls.
29jo auron ki bhi mushkil ko sahaj karne vaale hain woh svayan mushkil anubhav kaise karenge?
27How can those who remove the difficulties of others find something to be difficult for themselves?
30mushkil anubhav karne ke samay vishesh kaun-si baat buddhi mein aati hai jo mushkil bana deti hai?
28What enters your intellect when you find something to be difficult? 29What is it that makes you feel it to be difficult?
31bahut anubhvi ho na।
30You are very well experienced in this.
32baap ko dekhne ke bajaae baaton ko dekhne lag jaate ho।
31Instead of looking at the Father, you begin to look at the situation.
33baaton mein jaane se phir kai question utpanna ho jaate hain।
32When you get involved with the situation many questions arise.
34agar baap ko dekho, jaise baap bindu hai vaise hi har baat ko bindu laga do।
33If you were to just look at the Father then, because He is a Point, you would be able to put a full stop to all situations.
35baaten hain vriksha, aur baap hai beej।
34Situations are the tree and the Father is the Seed.
36aap vistaar vaale vriksha ko haath uthaane chaahte ho is liye na baap haath mein aata, na vriksha।
35Because you try to carry the tree of the expansion you are neither able to hold the tree nor the Father.
37baap ko bhi kinaare kar dete ho aur vriksha ke vistaar ko bhi apni buddhi mein sama nahin sakte ho।
36You put the Father aside and thus become unable to accommodate the tree of the expansion in your intellect.
38to jo chaahna rakhte ho woh na poori hone ke kaaran dilshikasta ho jaate ho।
37Then because you are unable to fulfil your desire you become disheartened.
39dilshikasta ki mukhya nishaani hogi - baar-baar kisi na kisi paristhiti ki,chaahe vyakti ki shikaayten hi karte rahenge।
38The sign of someone being disheartened is that he is constantly complaining about one situation or person or another.
40aur jitni shikaayten karte utna hi khud aapehi phansate jaate। 41kyonki yeh vistaar ek jaal ban jaata hai।
39The more he complains, the more he himself becomes trapped because all this expansion itself becomes a trap.
42jitna hi phir usse nikalne ki koshish karte hain utna phansate jaate।
40The more you then try to move away from it, the more trapped you become within it.
43yeh hogi baaten ya hoga baap।
41There can either be the Father or the situations.
44baaten sunna aur baaten sunaana yeh to aadha kalpa kiya।
42You have been listening to and relating things about situations for half a cycle.
45bhakti maarga ka bhaagvat ya raamaayan kya hai?
43What do the Bhagawad and the Ramayana of the path of bhakti consist of?
46kitni lambi baaten hain।
44They are such long stories.
47jab baaten thi to baap nahin tha।
45When those situations arose, the Father was not there.
48ab bhi jab baaton mein jaate ho to baap ko kho lete ho।
46Even now, when you become involved with situations you lose the Father.
49phir kaun-sa khel karte ho?
47What game do you then play?
50(okh michauni ka)'teesre netra ko patti baandhakar aur dhoondhate ho।
48(Hide and seek.) 49You blindfold your third eye and then try to look for Him.
51baap bulaata rehta aur aap dhoondhate rehte।
50The Father continues to call out to you and you continue to search for Him.
52aakhir kya hota?
51What happens eventually?
53baap svayan hi aakar svayan ka saath dilaate।
52Baba Himself has to come and give you His company.
54aisa khel kyon karte ho?
53Why do you play such games?
55kyonki baaton ke vistaar mein rang birangi baaten hoti hain, woh apni taraph aakarshit kar leti hain।
54Because many colourful things taking place within the expansion of those situations attract you towards themselves.
56usse kinaara ho jaae to sada sahaj yogi ho jaaen।
55If you were to step away from all of those you would remain constantly an easy yogi.
57london nivaasi to mushkil ka anubhav nahin karte hain na?
56Those of you from London do not experience anything to be difficult, do you?
58apne aapko busy rakhne ka tareeka seekho।
57Learn the way to keep yourself busy.
59na samay hoga na vistaar mein jaayenge। 60jaise jab koi vishaal programme rakhte ho aur bahut busy hote ho us samay kuchh bhi hota rahe aap usse kinaare hote ho।
58When you don’t have time for anything else you won’t go into the expansion of other things. 59When you are busy with a large programme then, no matter what else is happening at that time, you would have stepped away from it all.
61seva ki hi dhun mein lage hue hote ho।
60At that time you are only concerned about that service.
62khaane va sone ka bhi khyaal nahin rehta।
61You don’t even think about eating or sleeping.
63aise vishwa-kalyaankaari aatmaayen sada vishaal kaarya ka plan emerge rakho।
62You worldbenefactor souls should constantly keep the plan of the unlimited task emerged.
64itna vishaal kaarya apni buddhi ko do jisse phursat hi nahin ho।
63Give your intellect such an unlimited task to do that you won’t have time for anything else.
65apni buddhi ko busy rakhne ki daily diary banaao।
64Make a list of things in your daily diary to keep your intellect busy.
66isse sada sahjayog ka svatah anubhav karenge।
65Through this you will automatically experience easy yoga.
67varnan karte ho sahaj raajayog', yeh to nahin kehte ho - kabhi sahaj yog kabhi mushkil yog।
66When you speak of this yoga you say that it is easy Raja Yoga. 67You do not say that it is sometimes easy yoga and sometimes difficult yoga.
68to jaisa naam hai usi swaroop mein sab bachchon ko baapdaada dekhne chaahte hain।
68Therefore BapDada wants to see all you children stabilised in the form that you apply to the name.
69master sarvashaktivaan banne ke baad bhi mushkil anubhav karenge to sahaj kab hoga?
69If, even after you have become master almighty authorities, you experience anything to be difficult then when will you find it to be easy?
70ab nahin to kab nahin।
70If not now, then never!
71iske liye aapas mein programme banaao।
71Therefore, to resolve this, make a programme amongst yourselves.
72london party -ek-ek ratan ati priy aur amoolya hai। 73kyonki harek ratan ki apni-apni visheshta hai।
72Meeting the London group: 731. Each and every one of you jewels is extremely loved and very precious because each of you jewels has your own speciality.
74sarva ki visheshtaaon dvaara hi vishwa ka kaarya sampanna hona hai।
74This world task will only be accomplished with the specialities of each and every one of you.
75jaise koi sthool cheez bhi banaate hain, usmein agar sab cheejen na daalo, saadhaaran meetha ya namak bhi na daalo to chaahe kitni bhi badhiya cheez banaao lekin woh khaane yogya nahin ban sakti।
75When you have cooked something then, no matter how beautiful the food you have prepared may appear, if you haven’t put in basic ingredients like sugar or salt that dish won’t be worth eating.
76to aise hi vishwa ke itne shreshtha kaarya ke liye harek ratan ki aavashyakta hai।
76In the same way, for such an elevated task of the world, each of you jewels is essential.
77sabki anguli chaahiye।
77Everyone’s finger is needed.
78chitra mein bhi sabki anguli dikhaate hain na।
78Everyone’s finger is shown in that picture.
79sirf mahaarthiyon ki nahin, sabki anguli se hi vishwa parivarttan ka kaarya sampanna hona hai।
79The task of world transformation will not be completed with only the fingers of the maharathis because everyone’s finger is needed.
80sab apni-apni reeti se mahaarthi hain।
80Each of you is a maharathi in your own way.
81baapdaada bhi akele kuchh nahin kar sakte।
81Neither can BapDada do anything by Himself.
82baapdaada bachchon ko aage rakhte hain, nimitta aatmaayen bhi sabko aage rakhti hain।
82BapDada and the instrument souls keep all you souls at the front.
83to sabhi bahut-bahut aavashyak aur shreshtha ratan ho।
83Therefore all of you are absolutely essential and elevated jewels.
84baapdaada ke sveekaar kiye hue ratan ho।
84You are the jewels that have been accepted by BapDada.
85yaadgaar mein to dikhaate hain - bhagwan ki patthar par bhi najar pad jaae to patthar bhi paaras ban jaata hai, aap to unke sveekaar kiye hue shreshtha ratan ho।
85There is a memorial of how God’s vision fell on a stone and that stone became divine. 86However, you are the elevated jewels that have been accepted by Him. 87Know the greatness and the value of your task.
86apne kaarya ki shreshthata ki moolya ko jaano। 87shaktiyon ka apna gaayan hai aur paandavon ka apna।
88The praise of the Shaktis belongs to you Shaktis and the praise of the Pandavas belongs to you Pandavas.
88to aap sab mahaan aatmaayen ho।
89Therefore, all of you are great souls.
89mahaan aatma ki nishaani kya hai?
90What is the sign of a great soul?
90jo jitna mahaan hoga utna nimaarkan hoga।
91The greater a soul is, the more humble that soul is.
91mahaan aatmaayen sada apne ko obedient servant hi anubhvi karti hain।
92Great souls always experience themselves to be obedient servants.
92aisa hi group hai na।
93Your group is like this, is it not?
93shakti bhavan ki shaktiyon ko to apna shakti swaroop svatah yaad rehta hoga?
94The Shaktis from Shakti Bhawan would be constantly remembering your form, would you not?
94sthaan se sthiti bhi yaad aati hai। 95shakti ki visheshta hai maayaajeet।
95You remember your stage according to your place.
96shakti ke aage kisi bhi prakaar ki maaya aa nahin sakti, kyonki shakti maaya ke oopar savaari karti hai।
96The speciality of a Shakti is to be a conqueror of Maya. 97No type of Maya can come to a Shakti because a Shakti rides on Maya.
97shaktiyon ke haath mein sada trishool dikhaate hain।
98Shaktis are always shown holding a trident in their hand.
98yeh kiski nishaani hai?
99What does this symbolize?
99trishool stage ki nishaani hai।
100The trident symbolizes your stage.
100sangamayug ke jo title hain - master trimoorti, trinetri, trikaaldarshi, trilokeenaath, yeh sab sthiti ki nishaani is trishool mein aa jaati hain।
101The titles of the confluence age, such as master trimurti, trinetri, trikaldarshi and trilokinath, all indicate your stage and are symbolized by the trident.
101to yeh stage smriti mein rehti hain?
102Do you have this stage in your awareness?
102nirantar'ko underline karo।
103Underline the word “constant”.
103bahut achha bhaagya banaaya hai jo vishwa ke vaayumandal se kinaare kiya।
104Because you have moved away from the atmosphere of the world you have made your fortune very great.
104baapdaada bhi bachchon ke bhaagya ko dekh khush hote hain।
105BapDada is very pleased to see the fortune of you children.
1052. sada apne ko poojya aatmaayen samajhkar chalte ho?
1062. Do you constantly move along whilst considering yourselves to be worthyofbeing worshipped souls?
106poojya aatmaayen arthaat mahaan aatmaayen।
107Worthyofbeingworshipped souls means to be great souls.
107mahaan banne ki visheshta hai - sada apne ko mejmaan samajh chalna।
108What speciality do great souls constantly have? 109They consider themselves to be guests.
108jo mejmaan samajhkar chalta hai vahi mahaan poojya ban jaata hai। 109kyon?
110Those who move along whilst considering themselves to be guests become great worthyof beingworshipped souls.
110kyonki tyaag ka bhaagya ban jaata hai।
111Why? 112Because renunciation creates fortune.
111mejmaan samajhne se apne deh roopi makaan se bhi nirmohi ho jaate।
113By considering yourself to be a guest you become free from attachment to the building of your body.
112mejmaan ka apna kuchh nahin hota, kaarya mein sab vastu lagaayenge lekin apnepan ka bhaav nahin hoga, isliye nyaara bhi aur sarva vastuon ko kaarya mein laane vaala pyaara bhi।
114Nothing belongs to a guest. 115He is given everything to use for his needs but there is no feeling of any of it belonging to him. 116Guests will use everything but have no feeling of it belonging to them. 117Therefore they will be detached and loving whilst using everything.
113aise mejmaan samajhne vaale pravritti mein rehte, seva ke saadhnon ko apnaate, sada nyaare aur baap ke pyaare rehte hain।
118Whilst living at home those who consider themselves to be guests will be loving and detached and use everything for service. 119You are such great souls, are you not?
114aise mahaan ho na? 115mejmaan samajhte ho na?
120You consider yourselves to be guests, do you not?
116aaj yahaan hain kal chalenge apne ghar। 117phir aayenge apne raajya mein।
121Today you are here and tomorrow you will return home and after that you will come down and enter your kingdom.
118yahi dhun lagi hai na?
122This is the only concern you have, is it not?
119isliye sada deh se upraam।
123Therefore constantly remain detached from your body.
120jab deh se upraam ho jaate hain to deh ke sambangha aur vaibhvon se upraam hue hi pade hain।
124When you become detached from your body you also become detached from your bodily relations and possessions.
121yeh upraam avastha kitni pyaari hai!
125This stage of being beyond is such a lovely stage!
122abhi-abhi kaarya mein aaye, abhi-abhi upraam।
126One minute you come down to perform actions and the next minute you go beyond.
123aisa anubhav hain na?
127Do you experience this?
124aapke jad chitra poojya roop mein mandiron mein rakhte hain, lekin bhakti mein bhi sangam ki upraam stage ki parampara chali aati hai।
128Your nonliving worshipworthy idols are kept in the temples. 129However, on the path of bhakti the memorial of your confluenceaged stage of being beyond is still remembered.
125mandir lakshmi naaraayan ka, lekin lakshmi-naaraayan apna samjhenge?
130Though temples are built to Lakshmi and Narayan would they feel them to be theirs?
126upraam hain na?
131They are totally beyond that feeling.
127jad chitra jo poojya bante hain unhon mein bhi apnaapan nahin to chaitanya poojya aatmaayen unmein bhi sada mejmaan vritti।
132Those nonliving idols that become worthy of being worshipped have no feelings of anything belonging to them. 133Therefore you living worthyofbeingworshipped souls should also have the attitude of being guests.
128jitni mejmaan ki vritti rahegi utni pravritti shreshtha aur stage oonchi rahegi।
134The more you have the attitude of being a guest the more elevated your family and your stage will become.
129london nivaasi naam maatra kaha jaata hai, lekin hain sab mejmaan'।
135It is only for name sake that you are said to be residents of London because, in fact, you are all guests.
130aaj yahaan hain kal vahaan honge।
136Today you are here and tomorrow you will be there.
131aaj aur kal - do shabdon mein saara chakkar smriti mein aa jaata।
137By just remaining aware of the two words “today and tomorrow” you can become aware of the whole cycle.
132aisi mahaan aatmaayen poojya ho na?
138You are such great worthyofbeingworshipped souls.
133london nivaasi yon ka nishchay aur umang bahut achha hai।
139The faith and enthusiasm of you souls who live in London is great.
134kamjor aatmaayen nahin hain।
140You are not weak souls.
135vighna aaya aur paar kiya।
141When obstacles come you overcome them.
136bakriyaan nahin hain, sab sherniyaan hain।
142You are not goats, you are lionesses.
137bakreepan arthaat main-main pan khatma।
143To be a goat means to bleat constantly: “I, I (“Main, main”).
138shakti sena ka jhanda achha bulanda hai।
144The flag of the Shakti Army has to fly high.
139ek-ek shakti sarvashaktivaan baap ko pratyaksha karne vaali hai।
145Each Shakti has to be one who glorifies the Almighty Father.
140jab shakti sena maidaan mein aa jaayegi tab jay-jaykaar hogi।
146When the Shakti Army comes on to the battlefield there will be cries of victory.
141pahle jay-jaykaar ka naara kahaan bajega?
147Where will the bugles of victory first be blown?
142london mein ya America mein?
148In London or in America?
143baapdaada sada snehi bachchon ko amritbele mubaarak dete hain।
149BapDada constantly congratulates you loving children at amrit vela.
144vaah mere bachche, vaah''!
150He constantly sings the song “Wah!
145yeh geet gaate hain।
151My children! 152Wah!”
146geet sunne aata hai?
153Are you able to hear this song?
147teachers ke saath - yeh london ki seva shrringaar hai।
154Meeting the Teachers: 155You are the decoration of London’s service.
148jaise london ke museum mein raani ka shrringaar rakha hai na। 149vaise baapdaada ke bhi museum mein baapdaada ki seva ke shrringaar ho।
156Just as there are the Queen’s decorations in the London Museum so, too, you are decorations of BapDada’s service in His museum.
150sada mahaan aur sada nimaarkan।
157You are constantly great and also constantly humble.
151yahi visheshta svayan ko bhi mahaan banaati hai aur seva ko bhi mahaan banaati hain।
158This speciality not only makes you great but it also makes the service you do great.
152sanskaar milaane mein to hoshiyaar ho na?
159You are all clever in harmonising your sanskaras, are you not?
153jaise sthool mein agar kisko haath paanv chalaane nahin aate to doosre saathi kya karte?
160When someone doesn’t know how to use his hands or feet physically what do his companions do?
154haath mein haath mein mila kar saath de karke unko sikha dete hain।
161They put their hand over the hand or the foot of the one who can’t use them to teach him how to use them.
155to aap bhi kya karti ho?
162So what must all of you do?
156aage badh sahayogi ban sah- yog ka haath de, sanskaar milaane ki dance sikhaati ho na?
163You must move forward, become cooperative and, by giving your hand of cooperation, you teach them the dance of harmonising sanskaras.
157ismen to number one ho na?
164You are number one in this, are you not?
158isi visheshta ke aadhaar par, jo sabse jyaada sanskaar milaane ki dance karta, baap ka sahayogi banta vahi first janma mein shreekrishna ke saath haath milaakar dance karega।
165On the basis of this speciality, those who most perform the dance of harmonising their sanskaras and cooperate with Baba are the ones who will take the first birth with Shri Krishna and dance with him whilst holding his hands.
159dance karni hai na?
166You want to dance with him, do you not?
160sanskaaron ki raas milaane ka sabse sahaj tareeka hai - svayan namrachit ban jaao aur doosre ko shreshtha seat de do।
167The easiest way to perform the dance of harmonising your sanskaras is to become humble yourself and give others the elevated seat.
161unko seat par bithaayenge to woh aapko svatah hi utarkar bitha dega।
168When you offer your seat to others they will themselves get off that seat and offer it to you.
162agar aap baithne ki koshish karenge to woh baithne nahin dega।
169However, when you try to sit on that seat yourself first, others will not allow you to do so.
163lekin aap use bithaayenge to woh aapehi utarkar aapko bithaayega।
170If you make others sit on it, they will get off and make you sit on it.
164to bithaana hi baithna ho jaayega।
171To seat others on that seat means to seat yourself.
165pahle aap'' ka paath pakka ho।
172The lesson of “You first!” should be very firm.
166phir sanskaar sahaj hi mil jaayenge।
173Then you will be able to harmonise your sanskaras with others easily.
167seat bhi mil jaayegi, raas bhi ho jaayegi।
174You will receive your seat and the dance will be performed.
168aur bhavishya mein bhi raas karne ka chance mil jaayega to kitni sahaj baat hain।
175You will also receive the opportunity to perform that future dance. 176Therefore this is such an easy matter.
169london ka sachcha sevaadhaari group hai, 'sevaadhaari'shabd hi bahut meetha hai।
177This is the truly serviceable group of London. 178The word “servers” is very sweet.
170teacher shabd achha lagta hai ya sevaadhaari?
