⁰> > 26-11-81 Om Shanti Avyakt Bapdada Madhuban ¹To be a co­operative soul means to be an easy yogi.

³Rājr̥iṣhi , sahyōgī , sahajyōgī bachchō̃ kē prati avyakt bāpdādā bōlē -

²Today, BapDada is seeing His self­sovereign Raj Rishi children who are to become part of the future royal family.

⁴‘ ‘ āj bāpdādā apnē svarājya-adhikārī , rājr̥iṣhi bhaviṣhya mē̃ rājy-vãśī bachchō̃ kō dēkh rahē haĩ .

³All of you are easy yogis, you are Raj Rishis. ⁴What special blessing does BapDada give all you children at this blessed time?

⁵Sabhī sahajyōgī arthāt rāj - r̥iṣhi hō .

⁵May you be an easy yogi! ⁶Do you experience this blessing?

⁶Bāpdādā sabhī bachchō̃ kō vartamān vardānī samay par viśhēṣh vardān kaun-sā dētē haĩ  ? ⁷Sahajyōgī bhav  ! ⁸Yah vardān anubhav kartē hō  ?

⁷Many people become yogis, but only you elevated souls of the confluence age become easy yogis. ⁸This is because you are blessed with this blessing by Baba, the Bestower of Blessings.

⁹Yōgī tō bahut bantē haĩ lēkin sahajyōgī sirph saṅgamyugī āp śhrēṣhṭh ātmāyē̃ bantī hō .

⁹To become a Brahmin means to be blessed with this blessing. ¹⁰The first blessing you receive at your birth is the blessing of being an easy yogi.

¹⁰Kyōṅki vardātā bāp kā vardān hai . ¹¹Brāhmaṇ banē arthāt is vardān K|kē vardānī banē .

¹¹Therefore, ask yourself: Am I an elevated soul who has received this blessing from the Father, the Bestower of Blessings, and at this blessed time?

¹²Sabsē pahlā janm kā vardān yahī sahajyōgī bhav kā vardān hai .

¹²Constantly retain this blessing in your intellect. ¹³This is what it means to put this blessing into practice.

¹³Tō apnē āp sē pūchhō - vardānī bāp , vardānī samay aur āp bhī vardān lēnē vālī śhrēṣhṭh ātmāyē̃ hō .

¹⁴So, do you constantly consider yourself to be a soul who has attained this blessing and become an embodiment of all attainments?

¹⁴Is vardān kō sadā buddhi mē̃ yād rakhanā-yah hai vardān kō jīvan mē̃ lānā .

¹⁵What is the easiest way of all to do this? ¹⁶Do you know ? ¹⁷To co­operate with everyone and serve.

¹⁵Tō aisē vardān kō sadā prāpt kī huī ātmā , prāpti svarūp ātmā samajhtē hō  ?

¹⁸Only a co­ operative soul can be an easy yogi. ¹⁹Many Brahmin souls are unable to experience easy yoga constantly.

¹⁶Vā mēhnat bhī karnī paṛtī hai  ?

²⁰They are still caught up with the questions: How can I have yoga?

¹⁷Sadā vardānī ātmā hō  ?

²¹Where should I focus my yoga?

¹⁸Is vardān kō sadā kāyam rakhnē key|kī vidhi jāntē hō  ?

²²There are no questions in easy yoga. ²³Together with that, you also have this blessing.

¹⁹Sabsē sahaj vidhi kaun-sī hai  ? ²⁰Jāntē hō nā  ?

²⁴Therefore, when you have a blessing, you shouldn’t have to labour.

²¹Sadā sarv K|kē aur sēvā mē̃ sahyōgī banō .

²⁵You should constantly be able to do anything easily and automatically.

²²Tō sahyōgī hī sahaj yōgī haĩ . ²³Kaī brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ sahaj yōg kā anubhav sadā nahī̃ kar pātī .

²⁶It means, you are the souls who have received the blessing of being easy yogis and will therefore automatically be constant yogis.

²⁴Yōg kaisē lagāyē̃  ? ²⁵Kahā̃ lagāyē̃  ?

²⁷What is the reason for not being able to be this?

²⁶Isī question mē̃ ab tak bhī haĩ . ²⁷Sahaj yōg mē̃ question nahī̃ hōtā haĩ .

²⁸It means you don’t know how to take care of the blessing and spiritual gift you were blessed with at your Brahmin birth.

²⁸Sāth-sāth vardān hai , vardān mē̃ mēhnat nahī̃ hōtī hai .

²⁹You become careless about maintaining this awareness and don’t remain powerful.

²⁹Aur sahaj , sadā svataḥ hī rahtā hai arthāt sahaj yōgī vardānī ātmā svataḥ nirantar yōgī hōtī hai . ³⁰Nahī̃ rahtē inkā kāraṇ  ?

³⁰If you are a Brahmin but not an easy yogi, then what is your speciality of Brahmin life? ³¹Even though you have received this blessing and yet are not an easy yogi, at what other time would you become this?

³¹Prāpt huē vardān kō vā brāhmaṇ janm K|kē is alaukik gift kō sambhālnā nahī̃ ātā .

³²Constantly maintain the faith with the intoxication of this as your blessing from birth. ³³Use this blessing to serve all souls.

³²Smr̥iti dvārā samarthā rakhnē mē̃ albēlē ban jātē hō .

³⁴To co­operate and serve is the way to remain an easy yogi.

³³Nahī̃ tō brāhmaṇ aur sahaj yōgī na hō̃ tō brāhmaṇ jīvan key|kī viśhēṣhtā hī kyā rahī .

³⁵Each day, from amrit vela become co­operative . ³⁶Keep your main aim in just one word during your timetable of the whole day: Co­operation!

³⁴Vardānī hōtē bhī sahaj yōgī nahī̃ tō aur kab banē̃gē  ?

³⁷I have to give co­operation. ³⁸I have to remain co­operative.

³⁵Yah naśhā aur niśhchay sadā yād rakhō - yah hamārā janm kā vardān hai . ³⁶Isī vardān kō sarv ātmāō̃ kē prati sēvā mē̃ lagāō .

³⁹Celebrate a meeting with the Father at amrit vela, become a master seed and world benefactor and use the powers you have attained to become co­operative in transforming the attitude of souls and the atmosphere.

³⁷Sēvā mē̃ sahyōgī bannā - yahī vidhī hai sahajyōgī key|kī .

⁴⁰Be co­operative in giving spiritual water to the whole tree through the Seed.

³⁸Amr̥itvēlē sē lēkar sahyōgī banō .

⁴¹By your doing this, all souls, who are all leaves, will experience receiving the water of attainment. ⁴²Similarly, keep the aim of simply remaining co­operative for every task you carry out from amrit vela onwards. ⁴³Whether it is in your interaction with others or in looking after your household, always check: Did I constantly co­operate in creating a spiritual atmosphere by having good wishes and pure feelings for myself and my companions in my worldly interactions? ⁴⁴Or, did I only fulfil my duty just like an ordinary soul and come home?

³⁹Sārē din key|kī dincharyā kā mūl lakṣhya ēk śhabda rakhō ki sahyōg dēnā hai .

⁴⁵Whatever someone’s occupation is, he will do everything according to his occupation wherever he goes. ⁴⁶The special occupation of all of you is to co­operate.

⁴⁰Sahyōgī bannā hai .

⁴⁷How is it that you can forget this?

⁴¹Amr̥itvēlē bāp sē milan manā kar bāp samān master bījrūp ban , master viśhva-kalyāṇakārī ban sarv ātmāō̃ kō apnī prāpt huī śhaktiyō̃ K|kē dvārā ātmāō̃ key|kī vr̥itti aur vāyumaṇḍal parivartan karnē kē liē sahyōgī banō .

⁴⁸When you co­operate in every task, you will automatically become an easy yogi. ⁴⁹Not a single second should pass without giving your co­operation, whether in your thoughts, words, connections and relationships or in your worldly activity. ⁵⁰You must definitely remain co­operative because all of you are the children of the Bestower. ⁵¹The children of the Bestower constantly continue to donate.

⁴²Bīj dvārā sārē vr̥ikṣha kō rūhānī jal dēnē K|kē sahyōgī banō .

⁵²What do you have to give? ⁵³Co­operation! ⁵⁴Co­operate with yourself for your self­transformation. ⁵⁵How?

⁴³Jissē sarv ātmāō̃ rūpī pattō̃ kō prāpti K|kē pānī milnē kā anubhav hō .

⁵⁶Become a detached observer and constantly maintain an attitude of having positive thoughts for yourself. ⁵⁷Co­operate with yourself in creating a spiritual atmosphere. ⁵⁸Since nature is able to make everyone experience her influence through an impact on the climate, for example, through the impact of a cold or hot temperature, then, can the souls who are the conquerors of nature, those who are constantly co­operative and easy yogis, not influence and make an impact on their spiritual climate and give that experience to others? ⁵⁹Become a co­operative soul who constantly has good wishes, and co­operate with the self and others.

⁴⁴Aisē amr̥itvēlē sē lēkar jō bhī sārē din mē̃ kārya kartē hō , her|har kārya kā lakṣhya - ‘ ‘ sahyōg dēnā ' ' hō .

⁶⁰Do not think that someone is like this or that he does this. ⁶¹No matter what the atmosphere or the person is like, always remember, “I have to co­ operate.”

⁴⁵Chāhē vyavahār K|kē kārya mē̃ jātē hō , pravr̥itti kō chalānē K|kē kārya mē̃ rahtē hō .

⁶²What will happen when you Brahmin souls co­operate in this way? ⁶³All of you will automatically become easy yogis, because when all souls receive co­operation, even weak souls become powerful.

⁴⁶Lēkin sadā yah caik karō - laukik vyavahār mē̃ bhī sva prati vā sāthiyō̃ kē prati śhubh bhāvnā aur kāmnā sē vāyumaṇḍal rūhānī banānē kā sahyōg diyā  ?

⁶⁴Because their weaknesses finish, they become co­operative. ⁶⁵Any type of weakness definitely makes you feel everything to be difficult or laborious. ⁶⁶When you are powerful, everything is easy. ⁶⁷So, what do you have to do?

⁴⁷Vā aisē hī rivājī ( sādhāraṇ ) rīti sē apnī ḍiyuṭī bajākar ā gayē .

⁶⁸Whether it is through your body, mind, wealth, thoughts, words or deeds, you must constantly co­operate.

⁴⁸Jaisā jiskā occupation hōtā hai , vah jahā̃ bhī jāyēṅgē , apnē occupation pramāṇ kārya jarūr karē̃gē .

⁶⁹If someone is unable to co­operate with his mind, he can still be co­operative with his body or wealth. ⁷⁰If not with thoughts and words, then co­operate with your deeds.

⁴⁹Āp sabkā viśhēṣh occupation hī hai - ‘ ‘ sahyōgī bannā ' ' .

⁷¹Co­operate in forging a relationship and maintaining contact. ⁷²Do not just co­operate in giving the message.

⁵⁰Vah kaisē bhūl saktē  !

⁷³Co­operate by your own transformation.

⁵¹Tō her|har kārya mē̃ sahyōgī bannā hai arthāt sahajyōgī ban jāyēṅgē .

⁷⁴Co­operate by relating your experience of all your attainments. ⁷⁵Co­operate with your constantly cheerful face.

⁵²Kōī bhī second sah - yōgī bannē K|kē sivāē na hō .

⁷⁶Co­operate by donating virtues. ⁷⁷Co­operate by increasing someone’s zeal and enthusiasm.

⁵³Chāhē mansā mē̃ sahyōgī banō chāhē vāchā sē sahyōgī banō .

⁷⁸Constantly co­operate in whatever way you can. ⁷⁹This is easy yoga.

⁵⁴Chāhē sambandh samparka K|kē dvārā sahyōgī banō .

⁸⁰Do you understand what you have to do? ⁸¹This is easy, is it not?

⁵⁵Chāhē sthūl karma dvārā sahyōgī banō .

⁸²Give whatever you have! ⁸³Do whatever you can!

⁵⁶Lēkin sahyōgī jarūr bannā hai . ⁵⁷Kyōṅki āp sabhī dātā K|kē bachchē hō .

⁸⁴If you’re not able to do all of those, you are at least able to do one of them, are you not?

⁵⁸Dātā K|kē bachchē sadā dētē rahtē haĩ .

⁸⁵Whatever one speciality you have, use it and co­operate.

⁵⁹Tō kyā dēnā hai  ? ⁶⁰‘ ‘ sahyōg ' ' .

⁸⁶You are able to do this, are you not?

⁶¹Sva parivartan kē liē bhī svayã K|kē bhī sahyōgī banō .

⁸⁷You don’t think that you don’t have any speciality or any virtue, do you?

⁶²Kaisē  ?

⁸⁸This cannot be.

⁶³Sākṣhī ban sva kē prati bhī sadā śubhacintan key|kī vr̥itti aur rūhānī vāyumaṇḍa la banānē kē liē sva prati bhī sahyōgī banō .

⁸⁹To become a Brahmin is itself a great speciality. ⁹⁰To know the Father is a great speciality. ⁹¹Therefore, constantly co­operate with your speciality! ⁹²Achcha.

⁶⁴Jab prakr̥iti apnē vāyumaṇḍal K|kē prabhāv mē̃ sabhī kō anubhav karā saktī hai - jaisē sardā , gamārka prakr̥iti apnā vāyumaṇḍal par prabhāv ḍāl dētī hai , aisē prakr̥itijīt , sadā sahyōgī , sahaj yōgī ātmāyē̃ apnē rūhānī vāyumaṇḍal kā prabhāv anubhav nahī̃ karā saktī  ?

⁹³To those who are constantly easy yogis, those who are co­operative souls; to the souls who co­ operate in creating a spiritual climate with their elevated attitude; to the souls who co­operate in giving enthusiasm to weak souls; to the souls who co­operate in every task from amrit vela throughout the day, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste. ⁹⁴BapDada meeting groups:

⁶⁵Sadā sva prati aur sarv kē prati sahyōg key|kī śhubh bhāvnā rakhtē huē sahyōgī ātmā banō .

⁹⁵Are you laying the foundation for the divine land of kings (Rajasthan) over the whole world with the power of silence?

⁶⁶Vah aisā hai , vā aisā kōī kartā hai , yah nahī̃ sōchō .

⁹⁶Those people are fighting amongst themselves and you are creating the divine land of kings (Rajasthan).

⁶⁷Kaisā bhī vāyumaṇḍal hai , vyakti hai - ‘ ‘ mujhē sahyōg dēnā hai ' ' .

⁹⁷They don’t know what you are to become. ⁹⁸They continue to make their own effort, but you know destiny.

⁶⁸Aisē sabhī brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ sadā sahyōgī ban jāē̃ tō kyā hō jāyēgā  ?

⁹⁹Therefore, all of you children are creating your divine land of kings with the power of silence, are you not?

⁶⁹Sabhī sahaj yōgī svataḥ hō jāyēṅgē kyōṅki sarv ātmāō̃ kā sahyōg milnē sē kamjōr bhī śhaktiśhālī hō jātē haĩ .

¹⁰⁰Their power is of words, muscle power, and the power of scriptures, whereas your power is the power of silence. ¹⁰¹You have the unshakeable faith that the divine royal kingdom will be established with this power.

⁷⁰Kamjōrī samāpt hōnē sē sahyōgī tō hō hī jāyēṅgē nā  !

¹⁰²They also understand that, at present, some Godly power is needed to carry out that task.

⁷¹Kōī bhī prakār key|kī kamjōrī , muśhkil vā mēhnat kā anubhav karātī hai .

¹⁰³However, because it is incognito, they are unable to recognise it. ¹⁰⁴You not only recognise it, you are also practically doing it.

⁷²Śhaktiśhālī haĩ tō sab sahaj hai .

¹⁰⁵Expansion is taking place in Punjab, is it not?

⁷³Tō kyā karnā paṛē  ?

¹⁰⁶Punjab is the original place of service.

⁷⁴Sadā chāhē tan sē , man sē , dhan sē , mansā sē , vāṇī sē vā karma sē sahyōgī bannā hai .

¹⁰⁷So, a special task should take place in the original place. ¹⁰⁸Because you are the children of the spiritual Father, it is the duty of all of you to do spiritual service.

⁷⁵Agar kōī man sē nahī̃ kar saktē tō tan aur dhan sē sahyōgī banō .

¹⁰⁹The Father’s task is also the children’s task. ¹¹⁰The duty of the spiritual Father is to do spiritual service.

⁷⁶Mansā , vāṇī sē nahī̃ tō karma sē sahyōgī banō .

¹¹¹Therefore, you children too have to remain engaged in this task.

⁷⁷Sambandh juṛvānē vā samparka rakhānē K|kē sahyōgī banō .

¹¹²This spiritual service enables you to experience instant visible fruit at every step.

⁷⁸Sirph sandēśh dēnē K|kē sahyōgī nahī̃ banō , apnē parivartan sē sahyōgī banō .

¹¹³The instant visible fruit is your happiness. ¹¹⁴The more service you do, the more your treasure of happiness increases.

⁷⁹Apnē sarv prāptiyō̃ K|kē anubhav sunānē K|kē sahyōgī banō .

¹¹⁵You receive multimillion­fold return of one. ¹¹⁶Do you believe this? ¹¹⁷Your occupation is that of a spiritual server.

⁸⁰Apnē sadā harṣhit rahnē vālī sūrat sē sahyōgī banō .

¹¹⁸No matter what position you have in the physical world, in the spiritual world, you are spiritual servers.

⁸¹Kisī kō guṇō̃ K|kē dān dvārā sahyōgī banō .

¹¹⁹If you are a doctor, then become a spiritual doctor as well as a physical doctor, a double doctor.

⁸²Kisī kō umaṅg-utsāh baṛhānē K|kē sahyōgī banō .

¹²⁰Whilst doing that service, your main duty is to be a spiritual doctor.

⁸³Jismē̃ bhī sahyōgī ban sakō usmē̃ sahyōgī sadā banō .

¹²¹Instead of a patient having to come to you repeatedly, it would be better if that illness is cured for all time.

⁸⁴Yahī sahaj yōg hai .

¹²²Therefore, give him such medicine.

⁸⁵Samjhā kyā karnā hai  ?

¹²³A patient comes to you to obtain a permanent cure.

⁸⁶Yah tō sahaj hai nā  !

¹²⁴This can only be given through spiritual service.

⁸⁷Jō hai vah dēnā hai .

¹²⁵Achcha. ¹²⁶BapDada meeting Sevadharis (servers):

⁸⁸Jō kar saktē hō vah karō .

¹²⁷Of which place are you servers?

⁸⁹Sab nahī̃ kar saktē hō tō ēk tō kar saktē hō  ?

¹²⁸You know very well that you are servers of the great sacrificial fire, do you not?

⁹⁰Jō bhī ēk viśhēṣhtā hō usī viśhēṣhtā kō kārya mē̃ lagāō arthāt sahyōgī banō .

¹²⁹Those who are servers of the great sacrificial fire receive prasad (holy offering) from the yagya. ¹³⁰Great importance is given to prasad of the yagya.

⁹¹Yah tō kar saktē hō nā yah tō nahī̃ sōchtē hō ki mērē mē̃ kōī viśhēṣhtā nahī̃ .

¹³¹Generally, in the world, a soul who receives prasad is considered to be a great and fortunate soul. ¹³²Not everyone can receive prasad; only fortunate souls receive it.

⁹²Kōī guṇ nahī̃ . ⁹³Yah hō nahī̃ saktā .

¹³³So, this is the great prasad from the great yagya.

⁹⁴Brāhmaṇ bannē key|kī hī baṛī viśhēṣhtā hai . ⁹⁵Bāp kō jānnē key|kī baṛī viśhēṣhtā hai . ⁹⁶Isliē apnī viśhēṣhtā dvārā sadā sah - yōgī banō .

¹³⁴What is great prasad? ¹³⁵Constantly to accumulate an income and attain all treasures is the great prasad, because it is by serving this great yagya that you experience the greatest treasures of all powers, of happiness and peace etc.

⁹⁷Achchhā  !

¹³⁶Therefore, this is the yagya’s prasad.

⁹⁸Aisē sadā sahyōgī arthāt sahajyōgī , sadā apnē śhrēṣhṭh vr̥itti dvārā vāyumaṇḍal banānē K|kē sahyōgī ātmā , kamjōr ātmāō̃ kō utsāh dilānē key|kī sahyōgī ātmā , aisē amr̥itvēlē sē her|har samay sahyōgī bannē vālī ātmāō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yādpyār aur namastē .

¹³⁷With this prasad, you constantly remain content and will continue to do so in the future. ¹³⁸Therefore, the greatest treasure and prasad is the attainment of contentment. ¹³⁹Whilst you have been staying here, you have remained constantly content, have you not? ¹⁴⁰You have now developed the practice of remaining content in any type of atmosphere.

⁹⁹' ' ¹⁰⁰Party kē sāth -

¹⁴¹You should not be pulled by the atmosphere.

¹⁰¹1 . silence key|kī śhakti sē daivī svarājya key|kī sthāpanā - silence key|kī śhakti sē sārē viśhva par daivī rājasthān kā foundation ḍāl rahē hō nā  !

¹⁴²Instead, you must transform the atmosphere. ¹⁴³This is the sign of a great warrior. ¹⁴⁴So, do you think you have receive the great prasad? ¹⁴⁵You are the greatly fortunate souls who have received the great prasad.

¹⁰²Vah āpas mē̃ laṛtē haĩ aur bāp daivī rājasthān banā rahē hō , kyā bannā hai  ?

¹⁴⁶However many souls you have served, the good wishes of all those souls have become blessings for you.

¹⁰³Yah unhō̃ kō kyā patā vah tō apnā-apnā prayatna kartē rahtē haĩ lēkin bhāvī kyā hai - uskō tō āp jāntē hō  ?

¹⁴⁷So, from how many souls have you received blessings? ¹⁴⁸Blessings from the most elevated souls make you full and complete for many births. ¹⁴⁹Have you taken blessings from everyone?

¹⁰⁴Tō sabhī bachchē silence key|kī śhakti sē daivī svarājya banā rahē hō nā  ?

¹⁵⁰Did you constantly understand all secrets? ¹⁵¹Did you remain happy? ¹⁵²You weren’t upset in service, were you?

¹⁰⁵Unkī hai jabān key|kī śhakti , yā bāhubal , śhastrō̃ key|kī śhakti aur āpkī hai - silence key|kī śhakti .

¹⁵³Always happy! ¹⁵⁴Even if someone tries to make you unhappy, you won’t be unhappy, because those who know the secret of this being a variety­tree never become unhappy.

¹⁰⁶Isī śhakti K|kē dvārā daivī rājya sthāpan hō hī jāyēgā - yah tō aṭal niśhchay hai nā  !

¹⁵⁵To become unhappy means not to understand this secret. ¹⁵⁶Therefore, do all of you understand all secrets?

¹⁰⁷Vē|way bhī samajhtē haĩ ki vartamān samay kōī īśhvarīy śhakti chāhiē jō kārya karē .

¹⁵⁷To receive a chance to serve means to win the lottery with a lucky number. ¹⁵⁸A server is one who claims the lucky number.

¹⁰⁸Lēkin gupta hōnē K|kē kāraṇ jān nahī̃ saktē haĩ . ¹⁰⁹Āp jāntē hō aur kar bhī rahē hō .

¹⁵⁹You are those with a lucky number, are you not? ¹⁶⁰Very few receive a lucky number and with a lucky number the attainment you have is the most elevated.

¹¹⁰Pañjāb mē̃ vr̥iddhi tō hō rahī hai nā  !

¹⁶¹To have a lucky number means you yourself have become lucky. ¹⁶²Achcha.

¹¹¹Pañjāb bhī sēvā kā ādi sthān hai .

¹⁶³Have you mothers accumulated in your account for birth after birth?

¹¹²Tō ādi sthān sē kōī viśhēṣh kārya hōnā chāhiē .

¹⁶⁴To create a reward for many births in one birth is a very cheap bargain, is it not?

¹¹³Rūhānī bāp K|kē bachchē hōnē K|kē nātē rūhānī sēvā karnā her|har bachchē kā kārya hai .

¹⁶⁵You work hard for a short time and receive the fruit of that for birth after birth. ¹⁶⁶So, have all of you made a cheap bargain and earned your income?

¹¹⁴Jō bāp kā kārya vahī bachchō̃ kā kārya .

¹⁶⁷Mothers have been constantly co­operative and so congratulations!

¹¹⁵Jaisē rūhānī bāp kā karttavya hai - rūhānī sēvā karnā aisē bachchō̃ kō bhī isī kārya mē̃ tatpar rahnā hai .

¹¹⁶Yah rūhānī sēvā her|har second mē̃ , her|har kadam mē̃ pratyakṣha phal prāpt karātī hai .
