2" prīt key|kī rīt nnnibhānē kā sahaj tarīkā "

1The way to fulfil the responsibility of love is to sing and dance.

3Śhiv śhamā apnē parvānō̃ kē prati bōlē  :

2Today, the Flame has come into the spiritual gathering of His moths.

4‘ ‘ āj śhamā apnē parvānō̃ K|kē rūhānī mahaphil mē̃ āyē haĩ .

3This spiritual gathering is so alokik and elevated.

5Yah rūhānī mahaphil kitnī alaukik aur śhrēṣhṭh hai . 6Śhamā bhī avināśhī hai , parvānē bhī avināśhī haĩ aur śamā-paravānō̃ key|kī prīti bhī avināśhī hai .

4The Flame is eternal, the moths are eternal and the love between the Flame and the moths is eternal. 5No one except the Flame and the moths can know this spiritual love.

7Is rūhānī prīti kō śhamā aur parvānō̃ K|kē sivāē aur kōī jān nahī̃ saktā .

6Those who know this love have fulfilled the responsibility of love and have attained everything.

8Jinhōnnē jānā unhōnnē prīt nibhāyā aur unhōnnē hī sab kuchh pāyā .

7To fulfil the responsibility of love means to attain everything.

9Prīt key|kī rīti nibhānā arthāt sab kuchh pānā . 10Nibhānā nahī̃ ātā tō pānā bhī nahī̃ ātā .

8Someone who doesn’t know how to fulfil the responsibility of love doesn’t know how to attain anything.

11Is prīt K|kē anubhav jānē̃ ki yah prīt key|kī rīt nibhānā kitnā sahaj hai  !

9Those who have experienced this love know how easy it is to fulfil the responsibility of love.

12Prīt key|kī rīt kyā hai , jāntē hō nā  ?

10Do you know what the responsibility of love is?

13Sirph dō bātō̃ key|kī rīt hai .

11It is simply to do two things.

14Aur vah bhī itnī saral hai jō sab jāntē bhī haĩ aur sab kar bhī saktē haĩ .

12That too is so easy, and all of you know it and all of you can do it.

15Vah dō bātē̃ haĩ - ‘ gīt gānā aur nāchnā ' .

13Those two things are to sing and to dance.

16Iskē sab anubhavī hō nā  ?

14You are all experienced in this, are you not?

17Gānā aur nāchnā tō sabkō pasand hai nā  ?

15All of you like to sing and dance, do you not?

18Tō yahā̃ karnā hī kyā hai  ?

16So what else do you have to do here?

19Amr̥itvēlē sē gīt gānā śhurū kartē hō .

17You start singing songs from amrit vela onwards.

20Dincharyā mē̃ bhī uṭhtē hī gīt sē hō .

18In your daily timetable, you wake up to a song.

21Tō bāp K|kē vā apnē śhrēṣhṭh jīvan key|kī mahimā K|kē gīt gāō .

19Therefore, sing the songs of praise of the Father and your elevated life.

22Gyān K|kē gīt gāō .

20Sing songs of knowledge.

23Sarv prāptiyō̃ K|kē gīt gāō .

21Sing songs of all attainments.

24Yah gīt gānā nahī̃ ātā  ?

22Do you not know how to sing these songs?

25Ātā hai nā  ?

23You do know them, do you not?

26Tō gīt gāō aur khuśhiyō̃ mē̃ nāchō .

24Therefore, sing these songs and dance in happiness.

27Khuśhiyō̃ mē̃ nāchtē-nāchtē her|har karma karō .

25Perform every action whilst dancing in happiness.

28Jaisē sthūl dance mē̃ bhī sārē śharīr key|kī dance hō jātī hai .

26Physical dancing is performed with the whole body.

29Drill hō jātī hai .

27That becomes like drill.

30Bhinn-bhinn pōj sē dance kartē hō .

28You dance in different poses.

31Vaisē khuśhī K|kē dance mē̃ bhinn-bhinn karmō̃ K|kē pōj kartē .

29Similarly, in dancing in happiness you have poses of different actions.

32Kabhī hāth sē kōī karma kartē , kabhī pāṅw sē kartē hō tō yah kām nahī̃ kartē hō lēkin bhinn-bhinn dance K|kē pōj kartē hō .

30Sometimes, you perform actions with your hands, sometimes you perform actions with your feet. 31Therefore, whilst you are performing actions, you are in fact dancing in different poses.

33Kabhī hāth key|kī dance kartē hō , kabhī pāṅw kō nachātē hō .

32Sometimes you dance with your hands and sometimes you make your feet dance.

34Tō karmayōgī bannā arthāt bhinn-bhinn prakār key|kī khuśhī mē̃ nāchtē chalō .

33Therefore, to become a karma yogi means to dance in different types of happiness.

35Bāpdādā kō vā śhamā kō vahī parvānā pasand hai jō gānā aur nāchnā jāntā hō .

34BapDada, the Flame, likes the moths who know how to sing and dance.

36Yahī prīt key|kī rīt hai .

35This is the responsibility of love.

37Tō yah tō muśhkil nahī̃ hai nā  ?

36So, this is not difficult, is it?

38Kyā lagtā hai - sahaj yā muśhkil  ?

37What do you think? 38Is it easy or difficult?

39Abhī madhuban mē̃ tō easy-easy kar rahē hō , vahā̃ jākar bhī easy-easy kahē̃gē nā  ?

39Now, in Madhuban, you are saying that it is easy. 40Later, when you return home, will you say it is easy?

40Badal tō nahī̃ jāyēṅgē vahā̃ jākar  ?

41You won’t change when you leave, will you?

41 ( yahā̃ easy haĩ vahā̃ busy hō jāyēṅgē ) lēkin isī gānē aur nāchnē mē̃ hī busy rahē̃gē nā  ?

42(It is easy here and we will be busy when we return home.) 43However, you will remain busy in this singing and dancing, will you not?

42Sadā kānō̃ mē̃ yahī mīṭhā sāj suntē rahnā . 43Kyōṅki gānē aur nāchnē kē sāth sāj bhī tō chāhiē nā  !

44Use your ears constantly to continue to listen to this sweet music, because, together with singing and dancing, you also need music.

44Kaun-sā sāj suntē rahē̃gē  ?

45To what music will you continue to listen?

45 ( murlī ) murlī kā bhī ‘ sār ' jō her|har murlī mē̃ bāpdādā mīṭhē bachchē , lāḍlē bachchē , sikīladhē bachchē kahkar yād-pyār dētē haĩ .

46(Murli). 47The essence that BapDada gives in every murli is in the form of love and remembrance when He says, “Sweet children, beloved children, long-lost, now-found children”.

46Yahī bāp K|kē snēh kā sāj sadā kānō̃ mē̃ suntē rahnā .

48Constantly continue to listen to this music of the Father’s love with your ears.

47Tō aur bātē̃ suntē bhī samajh mē̃ nahī̃ āyēṅgī , buddhi mē̃ nahī̃ āyēṅgī .

49Then, even though you hear other things, you won’t understand them, that is, they won’t enter your intellect.

48Kyōṅki ēk hī sāj sunnē mē̃ busy hōṅgē nā tō dūsrā sunē̃gē kaisē  !

50Since you’ll be busy in listening to this one music, how would you be able to hear any other music?

49Aisē hī sadā gīt gānē mē̃ busy hōṅgē tō aur vyarth bātē̃ mukh sē bōlnē key|kī phursat hī nahī̃ .

51In the same way, if you are constantly busy in singing songs, your mouth won’t have time to say anything wasteful.

50Sadā bāp kē sāth khuśhī mē̃ nāchtē rahē̃gē tō tīsrā kōī disturb kar nahī̃ saktā .

52If you constantly continue to dance with the Father in happiness then no third person will be able to disturb you. 53No one can come between the two.

51Dō K|kē bīch mē̃ kōī ā nahī̃ saktā .

54You have already become conquerors of Maya, have you not?

52Tō māyājīt tō hō hī gayē nā  ! 53Na sunnā , na bōlnā , na māyā kā ānā .

55You don’t listen to anything else, you don’t speak anything else, so Maya doesn’t come.

54Tō prīt key|kī rīti kyā huī  ?

56Therefore, what is the responsibility of love?

55- gānā aur nāchnā .

57To sing and dance.

56Jab dōnō̃ sē thak jāō tō tīsrī bāt hai , sō jānā .

58When you become tired of these two things, then the third thing is to go to sleep.

57Yahā̃ kā sōnā kyā hai  ?

59What does “sleeping” mean here?

58Sōnā arthāt karma sē detach hō jānā .

60To sleep means to become detached from performing actions.

59Tō āp karmēndriyō̃ sē ḍīṭaic hō jāō .

61Therefore, become detached from your physical senses.

60Aśharīrī bannā arthāt sō jānā .

62To become bodiless means to go to sleep.

61Yād hī bāpdādā key|kī gōdī hai .

63Remembrance is BapDada’s lap.

62Tō jab thak jāō tō aśharīrī ban , aśharīrī bāp kī yād mē̃ khō jāō arthāt sō jāō .

64So when you become tired, become bodiless and become lost in the remembrance of the bodiless Father, that is, you go to sleep!

63Jaisē śharīr sē bhī bahut gātē aur nāchtē haĩ aur thak jātē haĩ tō jaldī hī nīnd ā jātī hai , aisē yah rūhānī gīt gātē , khuśhī mē̃ nāchtē-nāchtē sōyēṅgē aur khō jāyēṅgē .

65When you sing and dance a great deal with your body you become tired, and so are able to go to sleep quickly. 66In the same way, by singing these spiritual songs and dancing in happiness, you will go to sleep and become lost in love.

64Tō samjhā - sārā din kyā karnā hai  ?

67Therefore, do you understand what you have to do throughout the day?

65Aur double foreigners tō ismē̃ bahut śhaukīn hai .

68You double foreigners are very interested in these things.

66Tō jis bāt kā śhauk hai vahī karō , bas .

69So, whatever you have a keen interest in, you just do that.

67Sōtē bhī śhauk sē haĩ .

70You even sleep with keen interest!

68Tō tīnō̃ hī bātē̃ karnē ātī hai .

71Therefore, you know how to do all three things.

69Tō samjhā - prīt key|kī rīti nibhānē kā sahaj tarīkā kyā hai  ?

72Therefore, do you all understand the easy way to fulfil the responsibility of love?

70Achchhā - abhī ēk śhabda tō yahā̃ double foreigners chhōṛkar jānā .

73Achcha. 74Now you double foreigners have to leave one word behind.

71Kaun-sā  ? 72 ( sabhī nē kōī na kōī bāt sunāī - kōī nē kahā udāsī , kōī nē kahā thakāvaṭ ) achchhā - issē siddha hai ki jō bōl rahē hō vah abhī tak hai .

75What is that? (everyone suggested something: Unhappiness, tiredness.) 76Achcha. 77This proves that you still have whatever you are saying.

73Achchhā - bōlnā mānā chhōṛnā .

78Achcha! 79To speak of it means to renounce it.

74Tō ēk śhabda - ‘ ḍiparēśan-ḍiparēśan ' kabhī nahī̃ kahnā .

80Therefore, never say the one word, “Depression, depression.”

75‘ realisation na ki ḍiparēśan ' .

81It should be realisation, not depression.

76Jō bāp kō divorce dētē haĩ , vah ḍiparēśan mē̃ ātē hai .

82It is those who divorce the Father that become depressed.

77Āp tō bāp K|kē sadā companion hō .

83You are constant companions of the Father.

78Tō ḍiparēśan śhabda śhōbhtā nahī̃ hai .

84So, the word, “Depression” doesn’t suit you.

79Self realisation hō gayā , realisation hō gayā phir yah kaisē hō saktā  !

85You have had self-realisation, so how can there be depression? 86Do you understand?

80Samjhā - jab dvāpar pūrā hō jāē , kaliyug śhurū hō tab phir bhalē hōnā .

87Yes, when the copper age ends and the iron age begins, you may become depressed.

81Itnē samay kē liē tō talāk dē dō iskō .

88Reject it for this length of time. 89Achcha.

82Achchhā – 83Parivartan bhūmi mē̃ avināśhī parivartan karnē vālē , sadā prīt key|kī rīti nibhānē vālē , śhamā K|kē dilpasand parvānē , sadā rūhānī gīt gānē vālē , khuśhī mē̃ nāchtē rahnē vālē , jab chāhē̃ bāp key|kī gōdī mē̃ sō jānē vālē , aisē sikīladhē , lāḍlē bachchō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yādpyār aur namastē . 84' '

90To those who bring about eternal transformation in the land of transformation; to those who constantly fulfil the responsibility of love; to the moths who are loved by the Flame; to those who constantly sing spiritual songs and who dance in happiness and go to sleep in the Father’s lap whenever they want; to such long-lost, and now-found beloved children, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste. 91Avyakt BapDada meeting teachers from abroad:

85Teachers K|kē sāth-avyakta bāpdādā key|kī mulākāt 86 ( double vidēśhī teachers )

92All of you have given the proof of service, according to your capacity, and will continue to give it.

87Sabhī nē sēvā kā sabūt apnē-apnē śhakti pramāṇ diyā hai aur dētē rahē̃gē  ?

93To be a server means to be someone who plays a part on the world stage at every second, in every breath and with every thought.

88Sēvādhārī arthāt her|har second , her|har śhvāṅs , her|har saṅkalp mē̃ viśhva key|kī stage par part bajānē vālē .

94Therefore, constantly continue to move along whilst considering yourselves to be elevated souls who are playing a hero part on the world stage. 95You have received this chance in the drama.

89Tō sadā svayã kō viśhva key|kī stage par hero part bajānē vālī śhrēṣhṭh ātmāyē̃ haĩ , yah samajhkar chaltē rahō .

96When you become instrumental for others, you automatically also have to pay attention to those things. 97Therefore, constantly consider yourselves to be BapDada’s companions who are present on service.

90Yah bhī drama mē̃ chance milā hai .

98Continue to perform every action whilst maintaining this awareness.

91Tō dūsrē kē nimitt bannē sē svayã svataḥ hī usī bātō̃ K|kē attention mē̃ rahtē .

99You will then constantly continue to make progress and also enable others to make progress. 100You have kept your courage very well.

92Isliē sadā apnē kō bāpdādā K|kē sāthī haĩ , sēvā par upasthit haĩ , is smr̥iti mē̃ rahkar her|har kārya kartē rahnā .

101You are also receiving the Father’s help and will continue to receive it. 102To become an instrument teacher and a spiritual server means to follow the father.

93Sadā āgē baṛhtē chalē̃gē aur baṛhātē chalē̃gē .

103This is why you are equal to the Father and the long-lost and now-found beloved children of the Father.

94Himmat achchhī rakhī hai , madad bhī bāp key|kī mil rahī hai aur miltī rahēgī .

104BapDada is pleased to see the servers. 105All of you constantly move along in humility whilst considering yourselves to be instruments.

95Nimitt śhikṣhak bannā vā rūhānī sēvādhārī bannā arthāt father kō follow karnā .

106The more humility you have, the more you consider yourself to be an instrument, the more service will grow.

96Isliē bāp samān bāp K|kē sikīladhē .

107Never have such ego as, “I did this! 108I am a teacher!”

97Bāpdādā bhī sēvādhāriyō̃ kō dēkh khuśh hōtē haĩ .

109Instead of serving, this is called the basis of the stage of stopping service.

98Sabhī sadā apnē kō nimitt samajhkar chalnā aur namrachitta hōkar chalnā .

110Whilst you are moving along, sometimes service decreases or becomes slack.

99Jitnā nimitt aur namrachitta hōkar chalē̃gē utnī sēvā mē̃ sahaj vr̥iddhi hōgī .

111The main reason for this is that instead of being an instrument there is the consciousness of “I”.

100Kabhī bhī mainnē kiyā , maĩ teacher hū̃ , yah ‘ ‘ maĩ ' ' kā bhāv nahī̃ rakhnā .

112Service becomes slack because of this. 113Then your happiness and intoxication is lost.

101Iskō kahā jātā hai service karnē kē bajāē service mē rūktī kalā ānē kā ādhār .

114Therefore, never allow yourself to become distant from this awareness and do not deprive others from receiving their inheritance from the Father.

102Chaltē-chaltē kabhī service kam hō jātī hai yā ḍhīlī hōtī hai , uskā kāraṇ viśhēṣh yahī hōtā hai jō nimitt kē bajāē maĩ-pan ā jātā hai aur iskē kāraṇ hī service ḍhīlī hō jātī hai , phir apnī khuśhī aur apnā naśhā hī gum hō jātā hai .

115Secondly, always remember the slogan: You have to transform a soul from any family with self-transformation, and also transform the world. 116There should be special attention paid to self-transformation, then service will grow automatically. 117You now understand the reason for service decreasing and the reason for service growing.

103Tō kabhī bhī na svayã is smr̥iti sē dūr hōnā , na aurō̃ kō bāp sē varsā lēnē sē vañchit karnā .

118Therefore, you will constantly continue to progress in happiness and also bring others into this happiness. 119Do you understand?

104Dūsrī bāt ki sadā yah slōgan yād rakhnā - ki sva parivartan sē kisī bhī parivār key|kī ātmā kō bhī badalnā hai aur viśhva kō bhī badalnā hai .

120Then you will come into the line of the foremost worthy teachers and foremost servers. 121So, all of you double foreigners are number-one teachers, are you not? 122You work very hard and you also have deep love.

105Sva parivartan kē ūpar viśhēṣh attention .

123You have also brought the proof of that.

106Tō sēvā svataḥ hī vr̥iddhi kō pāyēgī .

124Each one of you children is a server, you are a teacher.

107Ghaṭnē kā kāraṇ bhī samjhā aur baṛhānē kā ādhār bhī samjhā . 108Tō sadā khuśhī mē̃ āgē baṛhtē jāyēṅgē aur aurō̃ kō bhī khuśhī mē̃ lātē rahē̃gē .

125Whether you are living at a centre or anywhere else, you are servers, because the occupation of Brahmins is to serve. 126Some of you have received one part in service, others have received another part in service.

109Samjhā  ! 110Tō number one yōgya teacher vā number one sēvādhāriyō̃ key|kī line mē̃ ā jāyēṅgē .

127Some have to do the service of bringing souls here, some have to do the service of relating knowledge; some of preparing bhog and others of offering bhog.

111Tō double vidēśhī sabhī number one teacher hō nā  !

128All of you are servers. 129BapDada considers all of you to be servers.

112Mēhnat achchhī kar rahē hō aur muhabbat bhī achchhī hai .

130BapDada was told about the plans that had been made for the International Conference.

113Sabūt bhī lāyā hai . 114Harēk bachchā sēvādhārī arthāt teacher hai .

131Congratulations for the hard work you have put in preparing those plans!

115Chāhē̃ sēvākēndra par rahē , chāhē̃ jahā̃ bhī rahē lēkin sēvādhārī haĩ .

132You have used your intellect and have thus accumulated an income. 133So, you didn’t have a meeting but accumulated an income.

116Kyōṅki brāhmaṇō̃ kā occupation hī hai - ‘ sēvādhārī ' .

134Constantly remain free from obstacles, destroyers of obstacles, content and make others content!

117Kiskō sēvā kā kyā part milā hai , kiskō kyā … kōī kō lānē key|kī sēvā karnī hai , kōī kō sunānē key|kī , kōī kō bhōg banānē key|kī tō kōī kō bhōg lagānē key|kī … sab sēvādhārī haĩ .

135Constantly continue to claim this certificate. 136To claim this certificate means to be seated on the heart-throne. 137Always have the aim of being content and making others content. 138Keep a balance of both.

118Bāpdādā sabhī kō sēvādhārī hī samajhtē haĩ .

139Achcha. 140Put into practice all the plans you have made.

119 ( 83 K|kē conference kē liē sabhī nē nayē-nayē plan banāyē haĩ , vah bāpdādā kō sunā rahē haĩ )

141Come back with a gathering of VIPs. 142Blessing: Remain double-light, and by having the awareness of being an instrument may you close the gate to Maya.

120Plan banānē mē̃ mēhnat kī hai uskē liē mubārak .

143Those who move along whilst constantly considering themselves to be an instrument, automatically experience the double-light stage.

121Yah bhī buddhi chalāī arthāt apnī kamāī jamā kī . 122Tō meeting nahī̃ key|kī lēkin jamā kiyā .

144By remaining aware that Karankaravanhar is making you do everything and that you are just an instrument, there is success.

123Sadā nirvighna , sadā vighna-vināśhak aur sadā santuṣhṭ rahnā tathā sarv kō santuṣhṭ karnā .

145To have the consciousness of “I” means to open the gate to Maya. 146To consider yourself to be an instrument means to close the gate to Maya.

124Yahī certificate sadā lētē rahnā . 125Yahī certificate lēnā arthāt takhtnaśhīn hōnā .

147Therefore, by considering yourself to be an instrument, you become a conqueror of Maya and you also become double-light.

126Santuṣhṭ rahnē kā aur sarv kō santuṣhṭ karnē kā lakṣhya rakhō .

148Together with this, you definitely do receive success. 149This awareness becomes the basis of claiming number one.

127Dōnō̃ kā balance rakhō . 128Achchhā - jō plan banāyē haĩ - vah sab practical mē̃ lānā .

150Slogan: Tie the safety strap of determination thoughts and you will never become upset with your seat.
