2“ saṅkalp key|kī gati dhairyavat hōnē sē lābh ”

1Benefits of slowing down the speed of thoughts.

3Sarvguṇō̃ K|kē sāgar śhiv bābā bōlē  : 4‘ ‘ āj bāpdādā apnē ‘ ēk bāp dūsrā na kōī ' aisē ēknāmī , ēkras sthiti mē̃ sthit hōnē vālē smr̥iti svarūp bachchō̃ sē milnē āyē haĩ .

2Today, BapDada has come to meet His children who constantly remember the One, those who belong to the one Father and none other, those who are stable in a constant and steady stage and are embodiments of remembrance. 3BapDada is seeing the elevated lines of every child's birth of dying alive.

5Her|har bachchē K|kē marjīvā janm key|kī śhrēṣhṭh rēkhāyē̃ bāpdādā dēkh rahē haĩ .

4In today's world they tell souls their fortune, their virtues and the greatness of their task by reading the lines on their palms.

6Ājkal kī duniyā mē̃ viśhēṣh hast rēkhāyē̃ dēkhnē sē ātmā K|kē bhāgya kā varṇan kartē haĩ vā guṇ , karttavya key|kī śhrēṣhṭhatā kā varṇan kartē haĩ .

5However, BapDada does not look at the lines on your palms. 6Baba is looking at the lines of the speed and stage of each of you children from your lips, eyes and forehead. 7Usually, someone tries to recognise another person from his face.

7Lēkin bāpdādā hast rēkhāyē̃ nahī̃ dēkhtē haĩ .

8Because those people are body conscious, they check physical things.

8Harēk bachchē K|kē mukh , nayan aur mastak in dvārā harēk key|kī speed aur stage key|kī rēkhāyē̃ dēkh rahē haĩ .

9BapDada sees an embodiment of remembrance from the forehead, the form of fire from the eyes and the stage of being as loving and detached as a lotus from the smile on the face.

9Vaisē bhī face dvārā hī manuṣhya , ātmā kō parakhnē key|kī kōśhiśh kartē haĩ .

10The lines on the forehead of those who are constant embodiments of remembrance will show that they have a very slow speed of thoughts.

10Vē|way lōg dēh abhimānī hōnē K|kē kāraṇ sthūl bātō̃ kō check kartē haĩ .

11They won't have any type of burden; they won't be under pressure. 12One thought will not give birth to many thoughts in one minute.

11Bāpdādā mastak dvārā smr̥iti svarūp kō dēkhtē haĩ . 12Nayanō̃ dvārā jvālā rūp kō dēkhtē haĩ , mukh key|kī muskān dvārā nyārē aur pyārēpan key|kī kamal puṣhp samān sthiti kō dēkhtē haĩ .

13Just as a physical illness of the body is examined by the pulse being felt, so too, the lines on the forehead are a sign of the speed of thoughts. 14If the speed of thoughts is very fast, if thoughts constantly arise one after another, then through that extremely fast speed of thoughts, it is wasting the energy of your fortune.

13Jō sadā smr̥iti svarūp rahtē , unkī rēkhāyē̃ sadā mastak mē̃ saṅkalpō̃ key|kī gati dhairyavat hōgī .

15It is just like the power and energy of the body is also wasted by someone who speaks too quickly or who is constantly talking.

14Kisī bhī prakār kā bōjh nahī̃ hōgā .

16What do you tell someone who is constantly talking, who talks too much and too loudly?

15Pressure nahī̃ hōgā .

17Speak less and say it softly!

16Ēk minute mē̃ ēk saṅkalp dvārā anēk saṅkalpō̃ kō janm nahī̃ dēgē .

18In the same way, the speed of thoughts wastes spiritual energy. 19All of you children are experienced in this.

17Jaisē śharīr mē̃ kōī bhī bīmārī kō nabz key|kī gati sē check kartē haĩ aisē saṅkalp key|kī gati , yah mastak key|kī rēkhā key|kī pahchān hai .

20What is the speed of thoughts when you have waste thoughts and what is the speed of thoughts when you are churning knowledge? 21A lot of energy is wasted by one and energy is created by the other.

18Agar saṅkalp key|kī gati bahut tīvr gati mē̃ hai , ēk sē ēk , ēk sē ēk saṅkalp chaltē hī rahtē haĩ tō saṅkalpō̃ key|kī gati ati tīvr hōnā , yah bhī bhāgya key|kī energy kō west|waste karnā hai .

22When the speed of waste thoughts is fast, you never experience yourself to be an embodiment of power. 23Just as when you have lost all your physical energy, you say that your head has become empty, in the same way, such a soul experiences himself to be empty of all attainments.

19Jaisē mukh dvārā ati tīvr gati sē aur sadā hī bōltē rahnē sē śharīr key|kī śhakti vā energy west|waste hōtī hai .

24For physical energy you are given an injection or a bottle of glucose. 25In the same way, a soul who is weak in spirituality has to follow this method of effort in his awareness: I am a master almighty authority.

20Kōī sadā bōltē hī rahtē haĩ , jyādā bōltē haĩ , jōr sē bōltē tō uskō kyā kahtē hō  ?

26What points did BapDada relate in the murli today? 27What is the brake for waste thoughts? 28To try to apply a full-stop.

21- dhīrē bōlō , cum|kam bōlō .

29All these methods are ways of injecting yourself.

22Aisē hī saṅkalpō̃ key|kī gati rūhānī energy kō west|waste kartī hai .

30With this injection of the right method of effort, they become powerful for some time.

23Sabhī bachchē anubhavī haĩ - jab vyarth saṅkalp chaltē haĩ tō saṅkalpō̃ key|kī gati kyā hōtī hai .

31Or they give themselves glucose through special programmes of remembrance or through special gatherings or company.

24Aur jab gyān kā manan chaltā hai tō saṅkalpō̃ key|kī gati kyā hōtī hai  ? 25Vah energy west|waste kartā hai , vah energy banātā hai .

32However, someone who has the habit of thinking too fast will, for a little time, experience himself to be powerful by filling himself with that power, but will then become weak again.

26Vyarth saṅkalp key|kī tēj gati hōnē K|kē kāraṇ apnē āpkō śhakti svarūp kabhī anubhav nahī̃ karē̃gē .

33This is why, seeing the result from the lines on your forehead, BapDada is once again reminding you children of the shrimat: Don't allow the speed of your thoughts to become too fast!

27Jaisē śharīr key|kī śhakti gāyab hōnē sē varṇan kartē hō ki āj hamārā māthā khālī - khālī hai .

34For spoken words you tell others: Say two words instead of ten, and those two words should be powerful enough to carry out the work of one hundred words.

28Aisē ātmā sarv prāptiyō̃ sē apnē kō khālī-khālī anubhav kartī hai .

35Similarly, this applies to the speed of thoughts; you should only have thoughts that are necessary.

29Jaisē śhārīrik śhakti kē liē injection lagākar tākat bhartē haĩ vā glūkōj key|kī bottle chaṛhātē haĩ , aisē rūhāniyat sē kamjōr ātmā purūṣhārth key|kī vidhi smr̥iti mē̃ lātī hai - maĩ master sarvśhaktivān hū̃ , āj murlī mē̃ bāpdādā nē kyā-kyā pôiṇṭas sunāyē , vyarth saṅkalp kā brake kyā hai  !

36Thought is the seed that should be filled with the fruit of success. 37It should not be an empty seed that doesn’t bear any fruit. 38This is known as constantly having powerful thoughts and not having wasteful thoughts. 39When thoughts are few, there will automatically be less, and they will be powerful, whereas when thoughts are wasteful, there will be more and there will be no attainment.

30Bindī lagānē kā prayatna karnā , tō yah huā injection lagānā .

40Consider waste thoughts to be like a bamboo jungle – one automatically grows from another and they rub against one another.

31Aisē purūṣhārth key|kī vidhi K|kē injection dvārā kuchh samay śhaktiśhālī hō jātē haĩ vā viśhēṣh yād K|kē programmes dvārā vā viśhēṣh saṅgaṭhan aur saṅg dvārā glūkōj chaṛhā lētē haĩ .

41Then they catch fire and the jungle burns itself in the fire it has created by itself. 42In the same way, one wasteful thought rubs against another wasteful thought and creates a fire of one or other vice and causes you distress.

32Lēkin saṅkalp key|kī gati fast K|kē abhyāsī thōṛē samay key|kī śhakti bharnē sē kuchh samay tō apnē kō śhaktivān anubhav karē̃gē lēkin phir bhī kamjōr ban jāyēṅgē .

43Therefore, let the speed of your thoughts slow down. 44Whether you call it the treasure or the special energy of this birth, in which you have died alive, it is your thoughts. 45The basis of dying alive is pure thoughts. 46I am not a body, but a soul.

33Isliē bāpdādā mastak key|kī rēkhāō̃ dvārā result dēkhtē huē phir sē bachchō̃ kō yahī śhrīmat yād dilātē haĩ ki saṅkalp key|kī gati ati tīvr nahī̃ banāō .

47This thought changed you from a shell into a diamond. 48I am a child of the Father from the previous cycle. 49I am an heir, I have all rights. 50This thought made you into a master almighty authority.

34Jaisē mukh K|kē bōl kē liē kahtē haĩ ki das śhabda kē bajāē dō śhabda bōlō , jō dō śhabda hī aisē samarth hō jō 100 bōl kā kārya siddh kar dē̃ . 35Aisē saṅkalp key|kī gati , saṅkalp bhī vahī chalē jō āvaśhyak hō .

51So this is your treasure, this is your energy and these are your thoughts. 52How do you use your special treasures? 53Recognise the treasures and energy of your thoughts and use them accordingly, for only then will all thoughts become practical and you will become an embodiment of total success.

36Saṅkalp rūpī bīj saphaltā K|kē phal sē sampann hō .

54So do you understand what lines the Father looked at today?

37Khālī bīj na hō jissē phal na nikalē .

55Think less, that is, have thoughts that take a practical form.

38Iskō kahā jātā hai sadā samarth saṅkalp hō . 39Vyarth na hō .

56Those who have such lines will constantly be the emperors of the carefree land.

40Samarth key|kī saṅkhyā svataḥ hī kam hōgī lēkin śhaktiśhālī hōgī aur vyarth key|kī saṅkhyā jyādā hōgī prāpti kuchh bhī nahī̃ .

57Constantly speak elevated words through your lips. 58Elevated words are very few and can be counted, just as great souls are very few and souls are many and the Supreme Soul is just One.

41Vyarth saṅkalp aisē samjhō jaisē but ( bāns ) kā jaṅgal .

59Therefore don't waste either type of energy – thoughts or words.

42Jō ēk sē anēk svataḥ paidā hōtē jātē haĩ aur āpas mē̃ ṭakrā kar āg lagā dētē haĩ .

60A mahavir and a maharathi is one who speaks elevated words; one who has thoughts in the intellect that take practical form.

43Aur svayã hī apnī āg mē̃ bhasma hō jātē haĩ .

61This is the sign of a mahavir and a maharathi.

44Aisē vyarth saṅkalp bhī ēk dō sē ṭakrākar kōī-na-kōī vikār key|kī agni prajvalit kartē haĩ aur svayã hī svayã kō parēśhān kartē haĩ .

62Become such a maharathi that anyone who comes in front of you wants you, a great soul, to speak words of blessings for him or to have elevated thoughts for him. 63Words of blessings are always few.

45Isliē saṅkalp key|kī gati dhairyavat banāō . 46Is marajīvē janm kā khajānā kahō vā viśhēṣh energy kahō , vah hai hī - ‘ saṅkalp ' .

64So you are maharathi, mahavir, deity souls, souls who are worthy of worship by the devotees. 65Constantly have thoughts and words that are filled with blessings.

47Marajīvē bannē kā ādhār hī śhuddha saṅkalp hai .

66Speak words that are filled with nectar, not ordinary words. 67Achcha.

48‘ ‘ maĩ śharīr nahī̃ ātmā hū̃ ' ' , is saṅkalp nē kauṛī sē hīrē tulya banā diyā nā  ! 49‘ ‘ maĩ kalp pahlē vālā bāp kā bachchā hū̃ , vāris hū̃ , adhikārī hū̃ ' ' , is saṅkalp nē master sarvśhaktivān banāyā .

68To those who make themselves and others constantly cool with their elevated thoughts, to those who constantly speak words filled with blessings, to those who have elevated lines of fortune, to the constantly elevated souls, great souls, deity souls, worthy-of-worship souls, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste. 69Avyakt BapDada meeting the doubly-foreign children:

50Tō khajānā bhī yahī hai , energy bhī yahī tō saṅkalp bhī yahī hai .

70All of you are the serviceable jewels who are constantly loving, co-operative and servers of BapDada, are you not?

51Viśhēṣh khajānō̃ kō kaisē use kiyā jātā hai , aisē apnē saṅkalp K|kē khajānē vā energy kō pahchān , aisē kārya mē̃ lagāō tab hī sarv saṅkalp siddha hōṅgē aur siddha svarūp ban jāyēṅgē .

71Therefore, each of you jewels is so invaluable that you are worthy to be placed in the showcase of the world. 72BapDada knows that you have come to belong to the Father having climbed over very many various high walls. 73You climbed over the walls of religion, customs and systems; you climbed so many such walls!

52Tō samjhā āj kyā rēkhāyē̃ dēkhī  ? 53Cum|kam sōchō arthāt siddhi svarūp saṅkalp karō .

74However, because of the co-operation received from the Father, you crossed all those walls as though you just took a step.

54Aisī rēkhā vālē sadā bēgampur K|kē bādśhāh hōṅgē .

75Nothing was difficult. 76It felt so easy that you understood that you belonged to the Father for all time.

55Mukh sē sadaiv mahāvākya bōlō . 56Mahāvākya gintī K|kē hōtē haĩ .

77If you didn’t all belong to the Father, how could so many centres have been opened abroad?

57Jaisē mahān ātmāyē̃ gintī key|kī hōtī , ātmāyē̃ anēk hōtī̃ aur paramātmā ēk hōtā hai .

78All of you had gone to your own places for the sake of service. 79Then the Father came and made you belong to Him.

58Tō dōnō̃ energy - saṅkalp key|kī aur vāṇī key|kī vyarth kharcha nahī̃ karō .

80So what do you think now? 81You are residents of Madhuban, are you not? 82All of you vote for Madhuban.

59Mahāvīr mahārathī arthāt mukh dvārā mahāvākya bōlnē vālē , buddhi dvārā siddhi svarūp saṅkalp karnē vālē , yah niśhānī hai mahāvīr vā mahārathī key|kī .

83Do you think that you are residents of Madhuban who have first gone on service? 84You have gone to the different places just as the children of Bharat went to different places.

60Aisē mahārathī banō jō kōī bhī sāmnē āyē tō yahī ichchhā rakhē ki yah mahān ātmā mērē prati śhrēṣhṭh saṅkalp sunāyē , āśhīrvād K|kē dō bōl bōlē .

85Each child has a different part to play in service. 86You became instruments for service in order to awaken your equals. 87BapDada is very pleased to see the variety of flowers from the various places.

61Āśhīrvād K|kē bōl sadā kam hōtē haĩ .

88Have you ever seen one tree that has such a variety of flowers?

62Jō āp mahārathī mahāvīr dēvātmāyē̃ , bhaktō̃ key|kī pūjya ātmāyē̃ hō .

89This one tree that has so many different types of roses, different types of flowers, is always the embodiment of success. 90Why?

63Sadā saṅkalp aur bōl sē āśhīrvād K|kē saṅkalp aur bōl bōlō .

91You are souls who have been blessed by BapDada. 92Always remember three expressions: 1) Constantly maintain balance.

64Amr̥tavāṇī bōlō .

932) Constantly remain blissful.

65Laukik vāṇī nahī̃ . 66Achchhā -

943) Give blessings to everyone.

67Sadā mahān saṅkalp dvārā svayã kō aur sarv kō śhītal banānē vālē , vāṇī dvārā sadā āśhīrvād K|kē bōl bōlnē vālē , aisē śhrēṣhṭh rēkhāō̃ vālē , sadā śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kō , mahān ātmāō̃ kō , dēv ātmāō̃ kō , pūjya ātmāō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yādpyār aur namastē .

95There should be a constant balance of self service and service of others. 96Your many talents are revealed through your balance. 97You will also become sixteen celestial degrees complete by maintaining the balance of your intellect. 98Every act you perform will become an art.

68' ' 69Vidēśhī bachchō̃ sē avyakt bāpdādā key|kī mulākāt

99Your way of seeing will be an art because you listen to everything as a soul.

70Bāpdādā K|kē sadā snēhī , sadā sahyōgī aur sadā sēvādhārī serviceable ratna hō nā  ?

100In the same way, your way of speaking, your way of walking etc. should all be an art. 101However, the basis of all of this is the balance of your intellect.

71Harēk ratna kitnā amūlya hai jō viśhva K|kē show kēś K|kē bīch rakhnē vālā hai .

102To remain constantly blissful means to be an embodiment of bliss. 103The children of the Ocean of Bliss are embodiments of constant bliss.

72Bāpdādā jāntē haĩ ki kitnī ūñchī-ūñchī anēk prakār key|kī dīvārō̃ kō pār kar bāp K|kē banē haĩ  !

104Achcha. 105Now, we shall continue to meet. 106The confluence age is the great meeting (mela) and so we shall constantly continue to meet.

73Dharm key|kī dīvār , rīti rasm key|kī dīvār , aisē kitnī dīvārē̃ pār kī  ?

107It is impossible for there not to be a day or a second without the Father and the children meeting.

74Lēkin bāp K|kē sahyōg K|kē kāraṇ itnī ūñchī dīvārē̃ bhī aisē pār kī jaisē ēk kadam uṭhāyā .

108You have such an experience, do you not? 109You are always combined with the Father, are you not? 110No one has the courage to separate you from the combined form.

75Kōī bhī muśhkil nahī̃ .

111No one has the strength to do this.

76Itnā sahaj lagā jō samajhtē hō ki ham tō thē hī bāp K|kē .

112Achcha. 113Question: What does it mean to say that Baba is your whole world?

77Agar āp sab bāp K|kē nahī̃ bantē tō vidēśh mē̃ itnē centre kyō̃ khultē  ?

114Answer: When your intellect is drawn elsewhere, it is drawn to the world. 115There are two things in the world – people and things.

78Sēvā K|kē arth|earth apnē-apnē sthān par pahũch gayē thē , phir sē bāp nē ākar apnā banā liyā .

116The Father is the world, that is, whatever you can attain from all those people can be attained from the one Father.

79Tō abhī kyā samajhtē hō  ? 80Madhuban nivāsī hō nā  ?

117And whatever you can attain from everything else can also be attained from the Father.

81Āp sabkā vote madhuban hai .

118Therefore the Father is your world, is He not?

82Aisē samajhtē hō ki ham madhuban nivāsī sēvā par gayē huē haĩ  ? 83Jaisē bhāratvāsī bachchē bhī aur-aur sthān par gayē tō āp bhī chalē gayē .

119Your relationships are with the Father, your connection is with the Father, your sitting and moving around is with the Father, and so the Father is your world, is He not?

84Harēk bachchē kā bhinn-bhinn service kā part hai .

120BapDada meeting the Australian Group: 121What thought did all of you have today?

85Apnī hamjins kō jagānē kē liē kitnā sahaj sēvā kē nimitt ban gayē .

122Did all of you bid farewell to Maya? 123Those who still want to think about this, raise your hands!

86Bāpdādā variety sthān K|kē variety phūlō̃ kō dēkh bahut khuśh haĩ .

124If, even now, you say that you will think about it, then this too is a weak foundation. 125To think about it means there is a weakness.

87Variety phūlō̃ kā ēk vr̥ikṣha hō jāē , aisā vr̥ikṣha kabhī dēkhā  ?

126The business of Brahma Kumars and Kumaris is to become, and make others into, conquerors of Maya.

88Ēk vr̥ikṣha K|kē bhinn-bhinn prakār K|kē gulāb hō , fool|phūl hō .

127Do you have to think about something that is your natural business?

89Sadā siddhi svarūp hō . 90Kyōṅki bāpdādā dvārā vardānī ātmāyē̃ ban gayē  ! 91Tīn śhabda sadā yād rakhō .

128Just say: It has already happened, just like last year when you had the determination to open a centre in many places, and they were opened, were they not?

92Ēk - sadā balance rakhnā hai .

129How many centres are there now?

93Dūsrā - sadā blissful rahnā hai .

13017. You just had that thought and the thought was fulfilled.

94Tīsrā - sarv kō blessing dēnā hai .

131In the same way, have the thought to become a conqueror of Maya.

95Sēvā aur sva key|kī sēvā dōnō̃ kā sadā balance .

132BapDada constantly congratulates you children on your courage.

96Balance dvārā kitnī kalāyē̃ dikhātē haĩ .

133Continue to make much more progress in service.

97Āp bhī buddhi K|kē balance dvārā sadā 16 kalā sampann svarūp hō jāyēṅgē .

134All of you children are loved by BapDada. 135BapDada too cannot do anything without you companions.

98Āpkā her|har karma kalā hō jāyēgā .

136You are all very, very valuable. 137Achcha.

99Dēkhnā bhī kalā  ! 100Kyōṅki ātmā hōkar suntē hō nā . 101Aisē bōlnā , chalnā her|har kadam mē̃ her|har karma mē̃ kalā .

138Blessing: May you be victorious over a long period of time and be threaded in the rosary of victory by paying attention all the time.

102Lēkin in sabkā ādhār hai - ‘ buddhi kā balance ' .

139Those who are victorious over a long period of time become beads of the rosary of victory.

103Aisē hī sadā blissful arthāt ānand svarūp .

140In order to become victorious, constantly keep the Father in front of you.

104Ānand K|kē sāgar K|kē bachchē sadā ānand svarūp . 105Achchhā - ab tō miltē hī rahē̃gē . 106Saṅgamyug hai hī mēlā .

141I have to do what the Father has done. 142At every step, the Father’s thought should be the thought of you children, whatever words the Father speaks should also be the words of you children.

107Tō sadā miltē hī rahē̃gē .

143Only then will you become victorious.

108Ēk din bhī bāp aur bachchō̃ kā milan na hō vā ēk - ēk second bhī milan na hō aisā hō nahī̃ saktā .

144Attention has to be paid to this all the time. 145Only then will you attain the fortune of the kingdom for all time, because as your effort, so your reward.

109Aisā anubhav tō kartē hō nā  ? 110Sadā bāp K|kē sāth-sāth combined hō nā  ?

146When you make constant effort, you receive the fortune of the kingdom for all time.

111Combined rūp sē alag karnē key|kī kōī kō bhī himmat nahī̃ .

147Slogan: To be attracted to any bodily being, even through your thoughts, means to be unfaithful.

112Kisī key|kī bhī tākat nahī̃ . 113Achchhā -
