¹Nirantar sahaj yōgī bannē key|kī sahaj yukti

¹The easy way to become a constant and easy yogi.

²Yād aur sēvā key|kī dhun mē̃ lagānē vālē , sadā snēh K|kē bandhan mē̃ bā̃dhanē vālē mātā-pitā apnē sikīladhē bachchō̃ prati bōlē – ³Āj bāgvān apnē variety khuśhbūdār phūlō̃ K|kē bagīchē kō dēkh harṣhit hō rahē haĩ .

²Today, the Master of the Garden is pleased to see the variety of fragrant flowers in His garden. ³BapDada was taking the fragrance of the variety of spiritual flowers and seeing the beauty of their form and singing songs of the speciality of each one.

⁴Bāpdādā variety rūhānī puṣhpō̃ key|kī khuśhbū aur rūp key|kī raṅgat dēkh harēk key|kī viśhēṣhtā K|kē gīt gā rahē haĩ .

⁴Whichever one of you is seen, each of you is more loved and elevated than the next.

⁵Jiskō bhī dēkhō harēk ēk dō sē priya aur śhrēṣhṭh hai . ⁶Number-vār hōtē huē bhī bāpdādā kē liē last number bhī ati priya hai . ⁷Kyōṅki chāhē apnī yathā śhakti māyājīt bannē mē̃ kamzōr hai phir bhī bāp kō pahchān dil sē ēk bār bhī ‘ mērā bābā ’ kahā tō bāpdādā rahm K|kē sāgar aisē bachchē kō bhī ēk bār K|kē return mē̃ padamguṇā usī rūhānī pyār sē dēkhtē ki mērē bachchē viśhēṣh ātmā haĩ .

⁵Even though you are numberwise, even the last number is extremely loved by BapDada, because even though, according to your capacity, you may be weak in becoming a conqueror of Maya, you have nevertheless recognised the Father and said, "my Baba", even once, from your heart. ⁶Therefore, BapDada, the Ocean of Mercy, also looks at such children with multimillion-fold spiritual love, with the vision that you are His children and are special souls.

⁸Isī najar sē dēkhtē haĩ phir bhī bāp kā tō banā nā  !

⁷He looks at you with that vision because you at least belong to the Father.

⁹Tō bāpdādā aisē bachchē kō bhī rahm aur snēh key|kī dr̥iṣhṭi dvārā āgē baṛhātē rahtē haĩ kyōṅki ‘ mērā ’ hai .

⁸Therefore, because you belong to Him, BapDada, with the vision of love and mercy, continues to make such children move forward.

¹⁰Yahī rūhānī mērē-pan key|kī smr̥iti aisē bachchō̃ kē liē samarthī bharnē key|kī āśhīrvād ban jātī hai .

⁹This spiritual consciousness of "mine" becomes a blessing for such children to be filled with power.

¹¹Bāpdādā kō mukh sē āśhīrvād dēnē key|kī āvaśhyaktā nahī̃ paṛtī . ¹²Kyōṅki śhabda , vāṇī second number hai lēkin snēh kā saṅkalp śhaktiśhālī bhī hai aur number one prāpti kā anubhav karānē vālā hai .

¹⁰BapDada doesn't need to give blessings through His mouth because words of the mouth are secondary, whereas the thought of love is powerful and also enables you to experience the number one attainment.

¹³Bāpdādā isī sūkṣhma snēh K|kē saṅkalp sē māt pitā dōnō̃ rūp sē her|har bachchē key|kī pālnā kar rahē haĩ .

¹¹With this subtle thought of love, BapDada, in the form of both Mother and Father, is sustaining all the children.

¹⁴Jaisē laukik mē̃ sikīladhē bachchē key|kī mā̃ bāp gupta hī gupta bahut śhaktiśhālī chījō̃ sē pālnā kartē haĩ .

¹²In worldly life too, parents continue to sustain their dearly beloved children with many powerful things in an incognito way.

¹⁵Jiskō āp lōg khōraś ( khātirī ) kahtē hō .

¹³You speak of this as special hospitality.

¹⁶Tō bāpdādā bhī vatan mē̃ baiṭhē sabhī bachchō̃ key|kī viśhēṣh khōraś ( khātirī ) kartē rahtē haĩ . ¹⁷Jaisē madhuban mē̃ ātē hō tō viśhēṣh khōraś ( khātirī ) hōtī hai nā .

¹⁴Therefore, BapDada, whilst sitting in the subtle region, also gives special hospitality to the children just as when you come to Madhuban you are given special hospitality.

¹⁸Tō bāpdādā bhī vatan mē̃ her|har bachchē kō phariśhtē ākārī rūp mē̃ āhvān kar sammukh bulātē haĩ aur ākārī rūp mē̃ apnē saṅkalp dvārā sūkṣhma sarv śhaktiyō̃ key|kī viśhēṣh bal bharnē key|kī khātirī kartē haĩ .

¹⁵BapDada invokes all the children in their subtle angelic form and calls them in front of Him. ¹⁶Because you are the children who have all rights, through His thoughts He gives you children the subtle hospitality of making you full of all special powers.

¹⁹Ēk hai apnē purūṣhārth dvārā śhakti key|kī prāpti karnā .

¹⁷One is to attain power through your own effort.

²⁰Yah hai māt-pitā K|kē snēh key|kī pālnā K|kē rūp mē̃ viśhēṣh khātirī karnā . ²¹Jaisē yahā̃ bhī kis-kis key|kī khātirī kartē hō .

¹⁸This is to receive special hospitality in the form of the sustenance of love from the Mother and Father, just as here too, some children receive special hospitality.

²²Niyam pramāṇ rōj K|kē bhōjan sē viśhēṣh vastuō̃ sē khātirī kartē hō nā .

¹⁹According to the discipline, you are offered special hospitality with a variety of food.

²³Extra dētē hō .

²⁰You are given extra things.

²⁴Aisē brahmā mā̃ kā bhī bachchō̃ mē̃ viśhēṣh snēh hai .

²¹In the same way, Mother Brahma also has special love.

²⁵Brahmā mā̃ vatan mē̃ bhī bachchō̃ key|kī rimjhim binā rah nahī̃ saktē .

²²Mother Brahma cannot stay in the subtle region without the splendour and sparkle of the children.

²⁶Rūhānī mamtā hai .

²³He has spiritual motherly attachment.

²⁷Tō sūkṣhma snēh K|kē āhvān sē bachchō̃ K|kē special group emerge kartē haĩ .

²⁴With the invocation with subtle love, Baba invokes the special group of the children.

²⁸Jaisē sākār mē̃ yād haĩ nā , her|har group kō viśhēṣh snēh K|kē svarūp mē̃ apnē hāthō̃ sē khilātē thē aur bahlātē thē .

²⁵You probably remember in the sakar days Baba used to invite special groups and feed them with His hands and also entertain them.

²⁹Vahī snēh kā saṅskār ab bhī practical mē̃ chal rahā hai .

²⁶That sanskar of love is even now continuing in a practical way.

³⁰Ismē̃ sirph bachchō̃ kō bāp samān ākārī svarūpadhārī ban anubhav karnā paṛē .

²⁷For you children to have this experience, you just need to become equal to the Father in the angelic form.

³¹Amr̥itvēlē brahmā mā̃ - ‘ ‘ āō bachchē , āō bachchē ’ ’ kah viśhēṣh śhaktiyō̃ key|kī khurāk bachchō̃ kō khilātē haĩ .

²⁸At amrit vela, Mother Brahma especially calls out to you children, saying, "Come children, come children", and feeds you with the nourishment of special powers.

³²Jaisē yahā̃ ghī pilātē thē aur sāth-sāth exercise bhī karātē thē nā  ! ³³Tō vatan mē̃ bhī ghī bhī pilātē arthāt sūkṣhma śhaktiyō̃ key|kī ( tākat key|kī ) chījē̃ dētē aur abhyās key|kī exercise bhī karātē haĩ .

²⁹Just as when Baba was here in the physical form, Baba used to feed you with ghee and also make you do exercises, so too, Baba also gives you the ghee of subtle powers in the subtle region and also helps you to do the exercise of this practice.

³⁴Buddhi bal dvārā sair bhī karātē haĩ . ³⁵Abhī-abhī paramdhām , abhī-abhī sūkṣhmavatan . ³⁶Abhī-abhī sākārī sr̥iṣhṭi , brāhmaṇ jīvan . ³⁷Tīnō̃ lōkō̃ mē̃ dauṛ key|kī race karātē haĩ .

³⁰He inspires you to tour around with your intellect to go to the supreme region one moment and to go to the subtle region the next moment and, the next moment, to be in the corporeal world leading a Brahmin life.

³⁸Jissē viśhēṣh khātirī jīvan mē̃ samā jāē .

³¹He makes you run a race in all three regions.

³⁹Tō sunā brahmā mā̃ kyā kartē haĩ .

³²Through this you have special hospitality merged in your life.

⁴⁰Double vidēśhī bachchō̃ kō vaisē bhī chhuṭṭī K|kē dinō̃ mē̃ kahā̃ dūr jākar ēkjaraśan karnē key|kī ādat haĩ .

³³So did you hear what Mother Brahma does? ³⁴Double-foreign children have the habit of going on an excursion somewhere far away during their holidays.

⁴¹Tō bāpdādā bhī double vidēśhī bachchō̃ kō viśhēṣh nimantraṇ dē rahē haĩ .

³⁵Therefore BapDada is also giving you double-foreign children a special invitation.

⁴²Jab bhī free hō tō vatan mē̃ ā jāō .

³⁶Whenever you are free, just come to the subtle region!

⁴³Sāgar K|kē kinārē miṭṭī mē̃ nahī̃ jāō .

³⁷Don't go in the mud at the sea-side.

⁴⁴Gyān sāgar K|kē kinārē ā jāō .

³⁸Come to the shores of the Ocean of Knowledge.

⁴⁵Bigar kharchē K|kē bahut prāpti hō jāyēgī .

³⁹You will experience a lot of attainment with no expense.

⁴⁶Sūrya key|kī kiraṇē̃ bhī lēnā , chandramā key|kī cā̃danī bhī lēnā , picnic bhī karnā aur khēl kūd bhī karnā .

⁴⁰Experience the rays of the Sun, the moonlight of the Moon, have a picnic and also play games. ⁴¹However, you will have to come in the aeroplane of your intellect.

⁴⁷Lēkin buddhi rūpī vimān mē̃ ānā paṛēgā .

⁴²The aeroplane of everyone's intellect is ever-ready, is it not?

⁴⁸Sabkā buddhi rūpī vimān ever ready hai nā .

⁴³Just start the switch of thoughts and you will arrive there.

⁴⁹Saṅkalp rūpī switch start kiyā aur pahũchē .

⁴⁴The aeroplane is ready with all of you, is it not?

⁵⁰Vimān tō sabkē pās|pass ready hai nā ki kabhī-kabhī start nahī̃ hōtā hai vā petrol cum|kam hōtā ādhā mē̃ lauṭ ātē .

⁴⁵Or is it that sometimes it doesn't start and sometimes you run out of petrol and so you turn back half-way. ⁴⁶Otherwise, it is a matter of arriving there in just a second.

⁵¹Vaisē tō second mē̃ pahuñchnē key|kī bāt hai .

⁴⁷All you need is double-refined petrol. ⁴⁸What is the double refined-petrol?

⁵²Sirph double refine petrol key|kī āvaśhyaktā hai . ⁵³Double riphāiṇḍa petrol kaun sā hai  ?

⁴⁹One is the intoxication of the faith of being incorporeal: "I am a soul, a child of the Father".

⁵⁴Ēk hai nirākārī niśhchay kā naśhā ki maĩ ātmā hū̃ , bāp kā bachchā hū̃ .

⁵⁰The second is the intoxication of all relationships with the Father in the corporeal form.

⁵⁵Dūsrā hai sākār rūp mē̃ sarv sambandhō̃ kā naśhā .

⁵¹Not just the intoxication of the relationship of Father and child.

⁵⁶Sirph bāp aur bachchē K|kē sambandh kā naśhā nahī̃ .

⁵²However, this is the pure family of the family path.

⁵⁷Lēkin pravr̥itti mārg pavitra parivār hai . ⁵⁸Tō bāp sē sarv sambandhō̃ K|kē ras kā naśhā sākār rūp mē̃ chaltē phirtē anubhav hō .

⁵³Therefore, you should experience the intoxication of the sweetness of all relationships with the Father in a corporeal form whilst walking and moving around.

⁵⁹Yah naśhā aur khuśhī nirantar sahaj yōgī banā dētī hai .

⁵⁴This intoxication and happiness makes you a constant and easy yogi.

⁶⁰Isliē nirākārī aur sākārī double riphāiṇḍa sādhan key|kī āvaśhyaktā hai .

⁵⁵This is why there is a need for the double-refined method of being incorporeal and corporeal.

⁶¹Achchhā - āj tō party sē milnā hai isliē phir dubārā sākārī aur nirākārī naśhē par sunāyēṅgē .

⁵⁶Achcha. ⁵⁷Today, Baba has to meet groups and so Baba will tell you more about corporeal and incorporeal intoxication at some other time.

⁶²Double vidēśhī bachchō̃ kō service K|kē pratyakṣha phal key|kī , āgyā pālan karnē key|kī viśhēṣh mubārak bāpdādā dē rahē haĩ .

⁵⁸BapDada is giving special congratulations to the double-foreign children for the practical and visible fruit of their service and for obeying all directions.

⁶³Harēk nē achchhā baṛā group lāyā hai .

⁵⁹Each of you has brought a big, good group.

⁶⁴Bāpdādā kē āgē achchhē tē achchhē baṛē guladastē bhēṇṭ kiyē haĩ . ⁶⁵Uskē liē bāpdādā aisē vaphādār bachchō̃ kō dil va jān sik va prēm sē yahī vardān dē rahē haĩ –

⁶⁰You have presented BapDada with the best bouquets of all. ⁶¹For doing this, BapDada is giving you faithful children the blessing from His heart with a lot of love: "May you live eternally and continue to move forward!" ⁶²Achcha.

⁶⁶‘ ‘ sadā jītē rahō - baṛhtē rahō ’ ’ ⁶⁷Achchhā - chārō̃ ōr K|kē snēhī bachchō̃ kō , jō chārō̃ ōr yād aur sēvā key|kī dhun mē̃ lagē huē haĩ , aisē bāp kō pratyakṣha karnē kē nimitt banē huē sikīladhē bachchō̃ key|kī sēvā K|kē return mē̃ pyār aur yād K|kē return mē̃ avināśhī yād .

⁶³To all the loving children everywhere who are engaged with deep love in remembrance and service; to long-lost and now-found children who are instruments to reveal the Father, please accept love in return for your service and eternal love in return for your remembrance. ⁶⁴To those who maintain such eternal deep love, please accept eternal love, remembrance and namaste.

⁶⁸Aisē avināśhī lagna mē̃ rahnē vālō̃ kō avināśhī yād pyār aur namastē .

⁶⁵BapDada meeting a group from Australia: ⁶⁶BapDada is seeing the speciality of the children from Australia.

⁶⁹’ ’ ⁷⁰Australia party sē - Australia nivāsī bachchō̃ key|kī viśhēṣhtā bāpdādā dēkh rahē haĩ .

⁶⁷Do you know what the speciality of the residents of Australia is? ⁶⁸(They don't know this because this is the first time they have come.)

⁷¹Australia nivāsiyō̃ key|kī viśhēṣhtā kyā hai , jāntē hō  ?

⁶⁹Have you come to a totally new place or a place that is familiar to you?

⁷² ( pahlī bār āyē haĩ isliē nahī̃ jāntē haĩ ) nayē sthān par āyē hō vā apnē pahchānē huē sthān par āyē hō  ?

⁷⁰As soon as you arrive at this place, the awareness of the previous cycle becomes so clear that it is as though you have seen it just now in your present birth.

⁷³Yahā̃ pahuñchnē sē kalp pahlē key|kī smr̥iti itnī spaṣhṭ hō jātī hai jaisē is janm mē̃ bhī abhī-abhī dēkhā hai .

⁷¹This is the sign of souls who are close. ⁷²Through this experience, you can know yourself whether you are a soul who is close or distant to the Brahmin family.

⁷⁴Yahī niśhānī hai samīp ātmā key|kī .

⁷³You can know whether you are in the first number or the second number.

⁷⁵Isī anubhav dvārā hī apnē kō jān saktē hō ki ham brāhmaṇ ātmāō̃ mē̃ bhī samīp key|kī ātmā haĩ vā dūr key|kī ātmā hai . ⁷⁶First number hai yā second number haĩ .

⁷⁴The speciality of this subtle relationship is that each one of you considers yourself to claim number one. ⁷⁵In a worldly way, you would understand numberwise that someone is number one, someone is number two and another one is number three.

⁷⁷Yahī is alaukik sambandh mē̃ viśhēṣhtā hai jō harēk samajhtā hai ki maĩ first jāū̃gā .

⁷⁶However, here, even the last one of you believes that, although he has come last, he can come first. ⁷⁷This aim is good. ⁷⁸You have to come first.

⁷⁸Laukik mē̃ tō number-vār samajhē̃gē yah baṛā hai , yah dūsrā number , yah tīsrā number hai .

⁷⁹The sign of being first is to remain constantly with the Father. ⁸⁰Not that you should try to do this but to have the experience of constant company.

⁷⁹Lēkin yahā̃ last vālā bhī samajhtā hai ki maĩ last sō first hū̃ .

⁸¹When you experience that this is "my Baba" you automatically remember that which belongs to you.

⁸⁰Yahī lakṣhya achchhā hai . ⁸¹First ānā hī hai .

⁸²You don't have to make effort to remember it.

⁸²Tō first key|kī niśhānī - sadā bāp kē sāth rahnā .

⁸³To say "mine" means to have that right. ⁸⁴"Baba is mine and I am Baba's!"

⁸³Prayatna nahī̃ karnā hai lēkin sadā sāth kā anubhav rahē .

⁸⁵These words are so few and they are a matter of just a second!

⁸⁴Jab yah anubhav hō jātā hai ki mērā bābā hai , tō jō ‘ mērā ’ hōtā hai vah svataḥ hī yād rahtā hai , yād kiyā nahī̃ jātā hai .

⁸⁶This is known as being an easy yogi. ⁸⁷On the boards you put up, you write: Easy Raja Yoga Centre. ⁸⁸So have you learnt such easy yoga? ⁸⁹Does Maya come to you?

⁸⁵Mērā arthāt adhikār prāpt hō jānā .

⁹⁰Maya cannot come in front of those who remain with the Father.

⁸⁶‘ ‘ mērā bābā aur maĩ bābā kā ’ ’ , kitnē thōṛē sē śhabda haĩ aur second key|kī bāt haĩ . ⁸⁷Iskō hī kahā jātā hai - ‘ sahajyōgī ’ . ⁸⁸Āpkē board mē̃ bhī sahaj rājyōg kēndra likhā huā hai nā  !

⁹¹Just as you know where you live physically because that home is built and whenever you are free, you can easily go home and rest there, in the same way, when you know that you have to stay with the Father, that that is your destination, you can stay there whilst doing your work.

⁸⁹Tō aisā hī sahaj yōg sīkhē hō  ?

⁹²You should experience this with your intellect.

⁹⁰Māyā ātī hai  ? ⁹¹Bāp kē sāth rahnē vālē K|kē sāmnē māyā ā nahī̃ saktī .

⁹³All of you have created your fortune and have come in front of the Fortune-Maker.

⁹²Jaisē apnē śharīr K|kē rahnē kā sthān mālūm hai , banā huā hai tō jab bhī free hōtē hō tō sahaj hī apnē ghar mē̃ jākar rest kartē hō .

⁹⁴BapDada is seeing the sparkling star of fortune of each of you. ⁹⁵This is a variety group. ⁹⁶There are children, the elderly and also the youth.

⁹³Isī rīti sē jab mālūm hai ki mujhē bāp kē pās rahnā hai , yahī ṭhikānā hai tō kārya kartē bhī rah saktē hō .

⁹⁷However, all of you are now young children. ⁹⁸Now some would say that they are 8 months old and others would say that they are 12 months old.

⁹⁴Aisē buddhi dvārā anubhav hō .

⁹⁹You would only speak of your spiritual birthday.

⁹⁵Harēk apnī takdīr banā kar , takdīr banānē vālē K|kē sāmnē pahũch gayē .

¹⁰⁰Achcha. ¹⁰¹All of you are long-lost and now-found children from the previous cycle.

⁹⁶Bāpdādā harēk key|kī takdīr kā sitārā chamaktā huā dēkh rahē haĩ . ⁹⁷Variety group hai .

¹⁰²Constantly continue to move along whilst remaining merged in unbreakable love for the Father.

⁹⁸Bachchē bhī haĩ , bujurg bhī haĩ , youth bhī haĩ . ⁹⁹Lēkin abhī tō sab chhōṭē bachchē ban gayē .

¹⁰³This unbreakable remembrance will solve all problems, make you into a flying bird and take you into the flying stage.

¹⁰⁰Abhī kōī kahē̃gē 8 mās K|kē haĩ , kōī 12 mās K|kē . ¹⁰¹Alaukik janm kā hī varṇan karē̃gē nā  !

¹⁰⁴Whilst seated on BapDada's heart-throne, constantly have the intoxication that you are the ones who have all rights every cycle.

¹⁰²Achchhā - sabhī kalp pahlē vālī sikīladhī ātmāyē̃ hō .

¹⁰⁵You will continue to claim your rights every cycle. ¹⁰⁶Congratulations!

¹⁰³Sadā bāp K|kē aṭūṭ lagan mē̃ magan rahtē huē āgē baṛhtē chalō .

¹⁰⁷You are souls who are worthy to receive constant congratulations. ¹⁰⁸Achcha.

¹⁰⁴Yah aṭūṭ yād hī sarv samasyāō̃ kō hal kar , uṛtā pañchhī banāē uṛtī kalā mē̃ lē jāyēgī .

¹⁰⁹Blessing: May you be full of all powers and attain victory over the suffering of karma by becoming detached from the costume of the body in a second.

¹⁰⁵Bāpdādā K|kē dilatakht-naśīn rahtē huē sadā isī naśhē mē̃ rahō ki ham kalp-kalp K|kē adhikārī haĩ . ¹⁰⁶Kalp-kalp apnā adhikār lētē rahē̃gē . ¹⁰⁷Mubārak hō . ¹⁰⁸Sadā hī mubārak lēnē pātr ātmāyē̃ hō .

¹¹⁰When the suffering of karma is very strong, when, because of this, your physical senses pull you, that is, when there is a lot of pain, then become those who change the suffering of karma into karma yoga, and, as detached observers, settle everything through the physical senses.

¹⁰⁹Mērā arthāt adhikār prāpt hō jānā .

¹¹¹Such ones are called victorious jewels who are complete with all virtues.

¹¹⁰‘ ‘ mērā bābā aur maĩ bābā kā ’ ’ kitnē thōṛē sē śhabda haĩ aur second key|kī bāt haĩ .

¹¹²For this, you need to have the practice over a long period of time of becoming detached from the body.

¹¹¹Iskō hī kahā jātā hai sahajyōgī . ¹¹²Āpkē board mē̃ bhī sahaj rājyōg kēndra likhā huā hai nā . ¹¹³Tō aisā hī sahaj yōg sīkhē hō  ?

¹¹³This costume should not be tight due to the attraction of Maya, that is, there shouldn't be this pull because, only then, will you easily be able to take it off.

¹¹⁴Māyā ātī hai  ? ¹¹⁵Tō first key|kī niśhānī hai - sadā bāp kē sāth rahnā .

¹¹⁴Slogan: In order to receive regard from everyone, become humble.

¹¹⁶Bāp kē sāth rahnē vālē K|kē sāmnē māyā ā nahī̃ saktī .
