¹The easy way to become a constant and easy yogi.

²yaad aur seva ki dhun mein lagaane vaale, sada sneh ke bandhan mein baandhane vaale maata-pita apne sikeeldhe bachchon prati bole – ³aaj baagvaan apne variety khushboodaar phoolon ke bageeche ko dekh harshit ho rahe hain।

²Today, the Master of the Garden is pleased to see the variety of fragrant flowers in His garden. ³BapDada was taking the fragrance of the variety of spiritual flowers and seeing the beauty of their form and singing songs of the speciality of each one.

⁴baapdaada variety roohaani pushpon ki khushbu aur roop ki rangat dekh harek ki visheshta ke geet ga rahe hain।

⁴Whichever one of you is seen, each of you is more loved and elevated than the next.

⁵jisko bhi dekho harek ek do se priy aur shreshtha hai। ⁶nambarvaar hote hue bhi baapdaada ke liye last number bhi ati priy hai। ⁷kyonki chaahe apni yatha shakti maayaajeet banne mein kamzor hai phir bhi baap ko pahchaan dil se ek baar bhi ‘mera baba’ kaha to baapdaada raham ke saagar aise bachche ko bhi ek baar ke return mein padamguna usi roohaani pyaar se dekhte ki mere bachche vishesh aatma hain।

⁵Even though you are numberwise, even the last number is extremely loved by BapDada, because even though, according to your capacity, you may be weak in becoming a conqueror of Maya, you have nevertheless recognised the Father and said, "my Baba", even once, from your heart. ⁶Therefore, BapDada, the Ocean of Mercy, also looks at such children with multimillion-fold spiritual love, with the vision that you are His children and are special souls.

⁸isi najar se dekhte hain phir bhi baap ka to bana na!

⁷He looks at you with that vision because you at least belong to the Father.

⁹to baapdaada aise bachche ko bhi raham aur sneh ki drishti dvaara aage badhaate rehte hain kyonki ‘mera’hai।

⁸Therefore, because you belong to Him, BapDada, with the vision of love and mercy, continues to make such children move forward.

¹⁰yahi roohaani mere-pan ki smriti aise bachchon ke liye samarthi bharne ki aasheervaad ban jaati hai।

⁹This spiritual consciousness of "mine" becomes a blessing for such children to be filled with power.

¹¹baapdaada ko mukh se aasheervaad dene ki aavashyakta nahin padti। ¹²kyonki shabd,vaani second number hai lekin sneh ka sankalp shaktishaali bhi hai aur number one praapti ka anubhav karaane vaala hai।

¹⁰BapDada doesn't need to give blessings through His mouth because words of the mouth are secondary, whereas the thought of love is powerful and also enables you to experience the number one attainment.

¹³baapdaada isi sookshm sneh ke sankalp se maat pita donon roop se har bachche ki paalna kar rahe hain।

¹¹With this subtle thought of love, BapDada, in the form of both Mother and Father, is sustaining all the children.

¹⁴jaise laukik mein sikeeldhe bachche ki maa baap gupta hi gupta bahut shaktishaali cheejon se paalna karte hain।

¹²In worldly life too, parents continue to sustain their dearly beloved children with many powerful things in an incognito way.

¹⁵jisko aap log khorash (khaatiri) kehte ho।

¹³You speak of this as special hospitality.

¹⁶to baapdaada bhi vatan mein baithe sabhi bachchon ki vishesh khorash (khaatiri) karte rehte hain। ¹⁷jaise madhuban mein aate ho to vishesh khorash (khaatiri) hoti hai na।

¹⁴Therefore, BapDada, whilst sitting in the subtle region, also gives special hospitality to the children just as when you come to Madhuban you are given special hospitality.

¹⁸to baapdaada bhi vatan mein har bachche ko pharishte aakaari roop mein aahvaan kar sammukh bulaate hain aur aakaari roop mein apne sankalp dvaara sookshm sarva shaktiyon ki vishesh bal bharne ki khaatiri karte hain।

¹⁵BapDada invokes all the children in their subtle angelic form and calls them in front of Him. ¹⁶Because you are the children who have all rights, through His thoughts He gives you children the subtle hospitality of making you full of all special powers.

¹⁹ek hai apne purooshaartha dvaara shakti ki praapti karna।

¹⁷One is to attain power through your own effort.

²⁰yeh hai maat-pita ke sneh ki paalna ke roop mein vishesh khaatiri karna। ²¹jaise yahaan bhi kis-kis ki khaatiri karte ho।

¹⁸This is to receive special hospitality in the form of the sustenance of love from the Mother and Father, just as here too, some children receive special hospitality.

²²niyam pramaan roj ke bhojan se vishesh vastuon se khaatiri karte ho na।

¹⁹According to the discipline, you are offered special hospitality with a variety of food.

²³extra dete ho।

²⁰You are given extra things.

²⁴aise brahma maa ka bhi bachchon mein vishesh sneh hai।

²¹In the same way, Mother Brahma also has special love.

²⁵brahma maa vatan mein bhi bachchon ki rimjhim bina rah nahin sakte।

²²Mother Brahma cannot stay in the subtle region without the splendour and sparkle of the children.

²⁶roohaani mamta hai।

²³He has spiritual motherly attachment.

²⁷to sookshm sneh ke aahvaan se bachchon ke special group emerge karte hain।

²⁴With the invocation with subtle love, Baba invokes the special group of the children.

²⁸jaise saakaar mein yaad hain na, har group ko vishesh sneh ke swaroop mein apne haathon se khilaate the aur bahlaate the।

²⁵You probably remember in the sakar days Baba used to invite special groups and feed them with His hands and also entertain them.

²⁹vahi sneh ka sanskaar ab bhi practical mein chal raha hai।

²⁶That sanskar of love is even now continuing in a practical way.

³⁰ismen sirf bachchon ko baap samaan aakaari svaroopdhaari ban anubhav karna pade।

²⁷For you children to have this experience, you just need to become equal to the Father in the angelic form.

³¹amritvele brahma maa - ‘‘aao bachche, aao bachche’’ kah vishesh shaktiyon ki khuraak bachchon ko khilaate hain।

²⁸At amrit vela, Mother Brahma especially calls out to you children, saying, "Come children, come children", and feeds you with the nourishment of special powers.

³²jaise yahaan ghi pilaate the aur saath-saath exercise bhi karaate the na! ³³to vatan mein bhi ghi bhi pilaate arthaat sookshm shaktiyon ki (taakat ki) cheejen dete aur abhyaas ki exercise bhi karaate hain।

²⁹Just as when Baba was here in the physical form, Baba used to feed you with ghee and also make you do exercises, so too, Baba also gives you the ghee of subtle powers in the subtle region and also helps you to do the exercise of this practice.

³⁴buddhi bal dvaara sair bhi karaate hain। ³⁵abhi-abhi paramdham, abhi-abhi sookshm vatan। ³⁶abhi-abhi saakaari srishti, brahman jeevan। ³⁷teenon lokon mein daud ki race karaate hain।

³⁰He inspires you to tour around with your intellect to go to the supreme region one moment and to go to the subtle region the next moment and, the next moment, to be in the corporeal world leading a Brahmin life.

³⁸jisse vishesh khaatiri jeevan mein sama jaae।

³¹He makes you run a race in all three regions.

³⁹to suna brahma maa kya karte hain।

³²Through this you have special hospitality merged in your life.

⁴⁰double videshi bachchon ko vaise bhi chhutti ke dinon mein kahaan door jaakar ekjarshan karne ki aadat hain।

³³So did you hear what Mother Brahma does? ³⁴Double-foreign children have the habit of going on an excursion somewhere far away during their holidays.

⁴¹to baapdaada bhi double videshi bachchon ko vishesh nimantran de rahe hain।

³⁵Therefore BapDada is also giving you double-foreign children a special invitation.

⁴²jab bhi free ho to vatan mein aa jaao।

³⁶Whenever you are free, just come to the subtle region!

⁴³saagar ke kinaare mitti mein nahin jaao।

³⁷Don't go in the mud at the sea-side.

⁴⁴gyaan saagar ke kinaare aa jaao।

³⁸Come to the shores of the Ocean of Knowledge.

⁴⁵bigar kharche ke bahut praapti ho jaayegi।

³⁹You will experience a lot of attainment with no expense.

⁴⁶soorya ki kirnen bhi lena, chandrama ki chaandani bhi lena, picnic bhi karna aur khel kood bhi karna।

⁴⁰Experience the rays of the Sun, the moonlight of the Moon, have a picnic and also play games. ⁴¹However, you will have to come in the aeroplane of your intellect.

⁴⁷lekin buddhi roopi vimaan mein aana padega।

⁴²The aeroplane of everyone's intellect is ever-ready, is it not?

⁴⁸sabka buddhi roopi vimaan ever ready hai na।

⁴³Just start the switch of thoughts and you will arrive there.

⁴⁹sankalp roopi switch start kiya aur pahunche।

⁴⁴The aeroplane is ready with all of you, is it not?

⁵⁰vimaan to sabke paas ready hai na ki kabhi-kabhi start nahin hota hai va petrol kam hota aadha mein laut aate।

⁴⁵Or is it that sometimes it doesn't start and sometimes you run out of petrol and so you turn back half-way. ⁴⁶Otherwise, it is a matter of arriving there in just a second.

⁵¹vaise to second mein pahunchne ki baat hai।

⁴⁷All you need is double-refined petrol. ⁴⁸What is the double refined-petrol?

⁵²sirf double refine petrol ki aavashyakta hai। ⁵³double riphaainda petrol kaun sa hai?

⁴⁹One is the intoxication of the faith of being incorporeal: "I am a soul, a child of the Father".

⁵⁴ek hai niraakaari nishchay ka nasha ki main aatma hoon, baap ka bachcha hoon।

⁵⁰The second is the intoxication of all relationships with the Father in the corporeal form.

⁵⁵doosra hai saakaar roop mein sarva sambandhon ka nasha।

⁵¹Not just the intoxication of the relationship of Father and child.

⁵⁶sirf baap aur bachche ke sambandh ka nasha nahin।

⁵²However, this is the pure family of the family path.

⁵⁷lekin pravritti maarga pavitra parivaar hai। ⁵⁸to baap se sarva sambandhon ke ras ka nasha saakaar roop mein chalte phirte anubhav ho।

⁵³Therefore, you should experience the intoxication of the sweetness of all relationships with the Father in a corporeal form whilst walking and moving around.

⁵⁹yeh nasha aur khushi nirantar sahaj yogi bana deti hai।

⁵⁴This intoxication and happiness makes you a constant and easy yogi.

⁶⁰isliye niraakaari aur saakaari double riphaainda saadhan ki aavashyakta hai।

⁵⁵This is why there is a need for the double-refined method of being incorporeal and corporeal.

⁶¹achha - aaj to party se milna hai isliye phir dubaara saakaari aur niraakaari nashe par sunaayenge।

⁵⁶Achcha. ⁵⁷Today, Baba has to meet groups and so Baba will tell you more about corporeal and incorporeal intoxication at some other time.

⁶²double videshi bachchon ko service ke pratyaksha phal ki, aagya paalan karne ki vishesh mubaarak baapdaada de rahe hain।

⁵⁸BapDada is giving special congratulations to the double-foreign children for the practical and visible fruit of their service and for obeying all directions.

⁶³harek ne achha bada group laaya hai।

⁵⁹Each of you has brought a big, good group.

⁶⁴baapdaada ke aage achhe te achhe bade guldaste bhent kiye hain। ⁶⁵uske liye baapdaada aise vaphaadaar bachchon ko dil va jaan sik va prem se yahi vardaan de rahe hain –

⁶⁰You have presented BapDada with the best bouquets of all. ⁶¹For doing this, BapDada is giving you faithful children the blessing from His heart with a lot of love: "May you live eternally and continue to move forward!" ⁶²Achcha.

⁶⁶‘‘sada jeete raho - badhte raho’’ ⁶⁷achha - chaaron or ke snehi bachchon ko, jo chaaron or yaad aur seva ki dhun mein lage hue hain, aise baap ko pratyaksha karne ke nimitta bane hue sikeeldhe bachchon ki seva ke return mein pyaar aur yaad ke return mein avinaashi yaad।

⁶³To all the loving children everywhere who are engaged with deep love in remembrance and service; to long-lost and now-found children who are instruments to reveal the Father, please accept love in return for your service and eternal love in return for your remembrance. ⁶⁴To those who maintain such eternal deep love, please accept eternal love, remembrance and namaste.

⁷¹Australia nivaasiyon ki visheshta kya hai, jaante ho?

⁶⁹Have you come to a totally new place or a place that is familiar to you?

⁷²(pahli baar aaye hain isliye nahin jaante hain) naye sthaan par aaye ho va apne pahchaane hue sthaan par aaye ho?

⁷⁰As soon as you arrive at this place, the awareness of the previous cycle becomes so clear that it is as though you have seen it just now in your present birth.

⁷³yahaan pahunchne se kalpa pahle ki smriti itni spashta ho jaati hai jaise is janma mein bhi abhi-abhi dekha hai।

⁷¹This is the sign of souls who are close. ⁷²Through this experience, you can know yourself whether you are a soul who is close or distant to the Brahmin family.

⁷⁴yahi nishaani hai sameep aatma ki।

⁷³You can know whether you are in the first number or the second number.

⁷⁵isi anubhav dvaara hi apne ko jaan sakte ho ki ham brahman aatmaon mein bhi sameep ki aatma hain va door ki aatma hai। ⁷⁶first number hai ya second number hain।

⁷⁴The speciality of this subtle relationship is that each one of you considers yourself to claim number one. ⁷⁵In a worldly way, you would understand numberwise that someone is number one, someone is number two and another one is number three.

⁷⁷yahi is alaukik sambandh mein visheshta hai jo harek samajhta hai ki main first jaaoonga।

⁷⁶However, here, even the last one of you believes that, although he has come last, he can come first. ⁷⁷This aim is good. ⁷⁸You have to come first.

⁷⁸laukik mein to nambarvaar samjhenge yeh bada hai, yeh doosra number,yeh teesra number hai।

⁷⁹The sign of being first is to remain constantly with the Father. ⁸⁰Not that you should try to do this but to have the experience of constant company.

⁷⁹lekin yahaan last vaala bhi samajhta hai ki main last so first hoon।

⁸¹When you experience that this is "my Baba" you automatically remember that which belongs to you.

⁸⁰yahi lakshya achha hai। ⁸¹first aana hi hai।

⁸²You don't have to make effort to remember it.

⁸²to first ki nishaani - sada baap ke saath rehna।

⁸³To say "mine" means to have that right. ⁸⁴"Baba is mine and I am Baba's!"

⁸³prayatna nahin karna hai lekin sada saath ka anubhav rahe।

⁸⁵These words are so few and they are a matter of just a second!

⁸⁴jab yeh anubhav ho jaata hai ki mera baba hai,to jo ‘mera’hota hai woh svatah hi yaad rehta hai, yaad kiya nahin jaata hai।

⁸⁶This is known as being an easy yogi. ⁸⁷On the boards you put up, you write: Easy Raja Yoga Centre. ⁸⁸So have you learnt such easy yoga? ⁸⁹Does Maya come to you?

⁸⁵mera arthaat adhikaar praapta ho jaana।

⁹⁰Maya cannot come in front of those who remain with the Father.

⁸⁶‘‘mera baba aur main baba ka’’, kitne thode se shabd hain aur second ki baat hain। ⁸⁷isko hi kaha jaata hai - ‘sahajyogi’। ⁸⁸aapke board mein bhi sahaj raajayog kendra likha hua hai na!

⁹¹Just as you know where you live physically because that home is built and whenever you are free, you can easily go home and rest there, in the same way, when you know that you have to stay with the Father, that that is your destination, you can stay there whilst doing your work.

⁸⁹to aisa hi sahaj yog seekhe ho?

⁹²You should experience this with your intellect.

⁹⁰maaya aati hai? ⁹¹baap ke saath rahne vaale ke saamne maaya aa nahin sakti।

⁹³All of you have created your fortune and have come in front of the Fortune-Maker.

⁹²jaise apne shareer ke rahne ka sthaan maaloom hai, bana hua hai to jab bhi free hote ho to sahaj hi apne ghar mein jaakar rest karte ho।

⁹⁴BapDada is seeing the sparkling star of fortune of each of you. ⁹⁵This is a variety group. ⁹⁶There are children, the elderly and also the youth.

⁹³isi reeti se jab maaloom hai ki mujhe baap ke paas rehna hai,yahi thikaana hai to kaarya karte bhi rah sakte ho।

⁹⁷However, all of you are now young children. ⁹⁸Now some would say that they are 8 months old and others would say that they are 12 months old.

⁹⁴aise buddhi dvaara anubhav ho।

⁹⁹You would only speak of your spiritual birthday.

⁹⁵harek apni takdeer bana kar,takdeer banaane vaale ke saamne pahunch gaye।

¹⁰⁰Achcha. ¹⁰¹All of you are long-lost and now-found children from the previous cycle.

⁹⁶baapdaada harek ki takdeer ka sitaara chamakta hua dekh rahe hain। ⁹⁷variety group hai।

¹⁰²Constantly continue to move along whilst remaining merged in unbreakable love for the Father.

⁹⁸bachche bhi hain,bujurga bhi hain, youth bhi hain। ⁹⁹lekin abhi to sab chhote bachche ban gaye।

¹⁰³This unbreakable remembrance will solve all problems, make you into a flying bird and take you into the flying stage.

¹⁰⁰abhi koi kahenge 8maas ke hain,koi 12 maas ke। ¹⁰¹alaukik janma ka hi varnan karenge na!

¹⁰⁴Whilst seated on BapDada's heart-throne, constantly have the intoxication that you are the ones who have all rights every cycle.

¹⁰²achha - sabhi kalpa pahle vaali sikeeldhi aatmaayen ho।

¹⁰⁵You will continue to claim your rights every cycle. ¹⁰⁶Congratulations!

¹⁰³sada baap ke atoot lagan mein magan rehte hue aage badhte chalo।

¹⁰⁷You are souls who are worthy to receive constant congratulations. ¹⁰⁸Achcha.

¹⁰⁴yeh atoot yaad hi sarva samasyaaon ko hal kar, udta panchhi banaae udti kala mein le jaayegi।

¹⁰⁹Blessing: May you be full of all powers and attain victory over the suffering of karma by becoming detached from the costume of the body in a second.

¹⁰⁵baapdaada ke diltakhta-nasheen rehte hue sada isi nashe mein raho ki ham kalpa-kalpa ke adhikaari hain। ¹⁰⁶kalpa-kalpa apna adhikaar lete rahenge। ¹⁰⁷mubaarak ho। ¹⁰⁸sada hi mubaarak lene paatra aatmaayen ho।

¹¹⁰When the suffering of karma is very strong, when, because of this, your physical senses pull you, that is, when there is a lot of pain, then become those who change the suffering of karma into karma yoga, and, as detached observers, settle everything through the physical senses.

¹⁰⁹mera arthaat adhikaar praapta ho jaana।

¹¹¹Such ones are called victorious jewels who are complete with all virtues.

¹¹⁰‘‘mera baba aur main baba ka’’ kitne thode se shabd hain aur second ki baat hain।

¹¹²For this, you need to have the practice over a long period of time of becoming detached from the body.

¹¹¹isko hi kaha jaata hai sahajyogi। ¹¹²aapke board mein bhi sahaj raajayog kendra likha hua hai na। ¹¹³to aisa hi sahaj yog seekhe ho?

¹¹³This costume should not be tight due to the attraction of Maya, that is, there shouldn't be this pull because, only then, will you easily be able to take it off.

¹¹⁴maaya aati hai? ¹¹⁵to first ki nishaani hai - sada baap ke saath rehna।

¹¹⁴Slogan: In order to receive regard from everyone, become humble.
