2Sahajyōgī aur prayōgī key|kī vyākhyā

1Descriptions of an easy yogi and one who experiments.

3Sadā sahajyōgī key|kī sthiti mē̃ sthit karnē vālē sukh K|kē sāgar śhiv bābā bōlē  :

2Today, BapDada was looking at His co-operative arms. 3He was seeing how His co-operative arms are making His elevated task successful.

4Āj bāp dādā apnē sahyōgī bhujāō̃ kō dēkh rahē haĩ . 5Kaisē mērī sahyōgī bhujāyē̃ śhrēṣhṭh kārya kō saphal banā rahī haĩ .

4Seeing the speed of the divine spiritual task of every arm, BapDada was pleased and began a heart-to-heart conversation.

6Her|har bhujā K|kē divya alaukik kārya key|kī raphatār kō dēkh bāpdādā harṣhit hō rūhrihān kar rahē thē .

5BapDada saw that some arms are co-operating constantly, tirelessly and intensely with elevated zeal and enthusiasm.

7Bāpdādā dēkhtē rahtē haĩ ki kōī-kōī bhujāyē̃ sadā athak aur ēk hī śhrēṣhṭh umaṅg aur utsāh aur tīvragati sē sahyōgī haĩ aur kōī-kōī kārya kartē rahtē lēkin bīch-bīch mē̃ umaṅg utsāh key|kī tīvragati mē̃ antar paṛ jātā hai . 8Lēkin sadā athak tīvragati vālī bhujāō̃ K|kē umaṅg utsāh kō dēkhtē-dēkhtē svayã bhī phir sē tīvragati sē kārya karnē lag paṛtē haĩ .

6Others continue to carry out the task but, every now and then, there is a difference in the intensity of their zeal and enthusiasm. 7However, when they see the zeal and enthusiasm of the arms who are working constantly and tirelessly at a fast speed, they too begin to carry out the task at a fast speed. 8With the co-operation of others they keep going and speed up.

9Ēk dō K|kē sahyōg sē gati kō tīvr banātē chal rahē haĩ .

9Today, BapDada was seeing three types of children.

10Bāpdādā āj tīn prakār K|kē bachchē dēkh rahē thē .

10One is of those who are constantly easy yogis.

11Ēk sadāsahaj yōgī . 12Dūsrē her|har vidhi kō bār-bār prayōg karnē vālē prayōgī . 13Tā r sarē sahyōgī .

11The second is of those who repeatedly experiment with every method. 12The third is of those who are co-operative.

14Vaisē̃ haĩ tīnō̃ hī yōgī lēkin bhinn-bhinn stage K|kē haĩ .

13In fact, all three types are yogi souls, but they have different stages.

15Sahajyōgī , samīp sambandh aurasarva prāpti K|kē kāraṇ sahaj yōg kā sadā svataḥ anubhav kartā hai .

14Because of being in close relationship and having all attainments, an easy yogi constantly and automatically finds yoga easy.

16Sadā samarth svarūp hōnē K|kē kāraṇ isī naśhē mē̃ sadā anubhav kartā ki maĩ hū̃ hī bāp kā .

15Because of constantly having a powerful form, they have the intoxication of constantly experiencing themselves to belong to the Father.

17Yād dilānā nahī̃ paṛtā svayã kō maĩ ātmā hū̃ , maĩ bāp kā bachchā hū̃ .

16They don’t have to remind themselves that they are souls, children of the Father.

18‘ ‘ maĩ hū̃ hī ’ ’ sadā apnē kōis anubhav K|kē naśhē mē̃ prāpti svarūp natural niśhchay kartā hai .

17With the intoxication of constantly belonging to the Father, they each have the natural faith of being an embodiment of attainment.

19Sahyōgī kō sarv siddhiyā̃ svataḥ hī anubhav hōtī haĩ .

18An easy yogi automatically experiences all success.

20Isliē sahajyōgī sadā hī śhrēṣhṭh umaṅg utsāh khuśhī mē̃ ēkras rahtā hai .

19This is why an easy yogi constantly has elevated zeal, enthusiasm and happiness.

21Sahajyōgī sarv prāptiyō̃ K|kē adhikārī svarūp mē̃ sadā śhaktiśhālī sthiti mē̃ sthit rahtē haĩ .

20An easy yogi is constantly stable in the powerful stage of being an embodiment of one who has a right to all attainments.

22Prayōg karnē vālē prayōgī sadā her|har svarūp K|kē , her|har point K|kē , her|har prāpti svarūp K|kē prayōg kartē huē us sthiti kō anubhav kartē haĩ . 23Lēkin kabhī saphaltā kā anubhav kartē , kabhī mēhnat anubhav kartē .

21The souls who experiment constantly experience every form, every point and every form of attainment while experimenting with them, but they sometimes experience success and at other times they experience it to be hard work.

24Lēkin prayōgī hōnē K|kē kāraṇ , buddhi abhyās key|kī prayōgśhālā mē̃ busy rahnē K|kē kāraṇ 75 % māyā sē safe rahtē haĩ .

22However, because they experiment and because their intellects are busy in the laboratory of practice, they remain 75% safe from Maya. 23What is the reason for this?

25Kāraṇ  ? 26Prayōgī ātmā kō śhauk rahtā hai ki nayē tē nayē bhinnbhinn anubhav karkē dēkhē .

24Souls who experiment are interested in discovering for themselves new and different experiences.

27Isī śhauk mē̃ lagē rahnē K|kē kāraṇ māyā sē prayōgśhālā mē̃ safe rahtē haĩ .

25Because they have this interest, they remain safe from Maya in their laboratory.

28Lēkin ēkras nahī̃ hōtē .

26However, they are not constant.

29Kabhī anubhav hōnē K|kē kāraṇ bahut umaṅg utsāh mē̃ jhūmtē aur kabhī vidhi dvārā siddhi key|kī prāpti cum|kam hōnē K|kē kāraṇ umaṅg utsāh mē̃ phark paṛ jātā hai .

27Sometimes, when they have an experience, they swing in happiness with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm, whereas at other times, when they have less attainment from the method they use, there is a difference in their zeal and enthusiasm.

30Umaṅg utsāh cum|kam hōnē K|kē kāraṇ mēhnat anubhav hōtī hai .

28Because they lack zeal and enthusiasm, they find it hard work.

31Isliē kabhī sahajyōgī , kabhī mēhnat vālē yōgī .

29This is why they are sometimes easy yogis and sometimes yogis who have to labour.

32‘ ‘ hū̃ hī ’ ’ K|kē bajāy ‘ ‘ hū̃ hū̃ ’ ’ . 33‘ ‘ ātmā hū̃ ’ ’ bachchā hū̃ , master sarv śhaktivān hū̃ ’ ’ - is smr̥iti dvārā siddhi kō pānē kā bār-bār prayatna karnā paṛtā hai .

30Instead of saying with the guarantee, “I am His child”, they say, “I am this, I am this”. 31They constantly have to make effort to try to achieve success by thinking, “I am a soul”, “I am a child”, “I am a master almighty authority”.

34Isliē kabhī tō is stage parasthit hōtē jō sōchā aur anubhav huā .

32This is why they are sometimes stable in the stage of experiencing what they think.

35Kabhī bār-bār sōchnē dvārā svarūp key|kī anubhūti kartē haĩ .

33Sometimes, they experience that form by constantly and repeatedly thinking about it.

36Iskō kahā jātā hai - prayōgī ātmā .

34This is known as being a soul who experiments.

37Adhikār kā svarūp hai sahajyōgī . 38Bār-bār adhyayan karnē kā svarūp hai prayōgī ātmā .

35The form of one who has all rights is that of an easy yogi, whereas the form of one who constantly and repeatedly revises is of a soul who experiments.

39Tō āj dēkh rahē thē - sahaj yōgī kaun aur prayōgī kaun hai  ?

36So, today, Baba was seeing who are easy yogis and who are the souls who experiment.

40Prayōgī bhī kabhī kabhī sahajyōgī ban jātē hai . 41Lēkin sadā nahī̃ .

37A soul who experiments sometimes becomes an easy yogi, but not all the time.

42Jis samay jō position hōtī hai , usī pramāṇ sthūl chēhrē K|kē pose bhī badaltē hai .

38Whatever the position of the soul is at any time, the pose of the physical face also keeps changing accordingly.

43Man key|kī position kō bhī dēkhtē haĩ . 44Aur pose kō bhī dēkhtē haĩ .

39They look at the position of their mind and also their physical pose.

45Sārē din mē̃ kitnī pose badaltē hō .

40Throughout the day, you change your pose so many times.

46Apnē bhinn-bhinn pose kō jāntē hō  ?

41Do you know your various poses?

47Svayã kō sākṣhī hōkar dēkhtē hō  ?

42Do you look at yourself as a detached observer?

48Bāpdādā sadā yah bēhad kā khēl jab chāhē tab dēkhtē rahtē haĩ .

43BapDada constantly continues to watch this unlimited play whenever He wants.

49Jaisē yahā̃ laukik duniyā mē̃ ēk K|kē hī bhinn-bhinn pose hansī K|kē khēl mē̃ svayã hī dēkhtē haĩ .

44In this physical world, you can see the various amusing poses of yourself in a particular game.

50Vidēśh mē̃ yah khēl hōtā hai  ?

45Do you have this game abroad?

51Yahā̃ practical mē̃ aisā khēl tō nahī̃ kartē hō nā .

46You don’t play this game in a practical way here, do you?

52Yahā̃ bhī kabhī bōjh K|kē kāraṇ mōṭē ban jātē haĩ aur kabhī phir bahut sōñcanē K|kē saṅskār K|kē kāraṇ andāj sē bhī lambē hō jātē haĩ aur kabhī phir dilśhikasta hōnē K|kē kāraṇ apnē kō bahut chhōṭā dēkhtē haĩ .

47Here, too, when you have a burden, you sometimes get very heavy and, sometimes, because you have the sanskar of thinking too much, you become taller than you really are. 48Then, sometimes, when you get disheartened, you see yourself as very small.

53Kabhī chhōṭē ban jātē , kabhī mōṭē ban jātē , kabhī lambē ban jātē haĩ .

49Sometimes, you become small, sometimes you become heavy and sometimes you become tall.

54Tō aisā khēl achchhā lagtā hai  ?

50Do you like that game?

55Sabhī double vidēśhī sahajyōgī hō  ?

51Are all of you double foreigners easy yogis?

56Āj K|kē din kā sahaj yōgī kā chart rahā  ?

52Today, was your chart that of an easy yogi?

57Sirph prayōg karnē vālē prayōgī tō nahī̃ hō nā .

53You are not just those souls who experiment, are you?

58Double vidēśhī madhuban sē sadākāl kē liē sahajyōgī rahnē kā anubhav lēkar jā rahē hō  ?

54Are all of you double foreigners going back from Madhuban with the experience of being easy yogis for all time? 55Achcha.

59Achchhā - sahyōgī bhī yōgī haĩ iskā phir sunāyēṅgē .

56Co-operative souls are also yogis. 57Baba will tell you about this some other time.

60 ( sabhī teachers nīchē hall|hāl mē̃ murlī sun rahī thī̃ )

58(All the teachers are listening to the murli in the hall downstairs.)

61Bāpdādā kē sāth nimitt sēvādhārī kahō , nimitt śhikṣhak kahō tō āj sāthiyō̃ kā group bhī āyā huā hai nā .

59Today, the groups of those who are BapDada’s companions, those who are instrument servers and instrument teachers, have also come.

62Chhōṭē tō aur hī ati priya hōtē haĩ .

60The younger ones are loved even more.

63Nīchē hōtē bhī sab ūpar hī baiṭhē haĩ . 64Bāpdādā chhōṭē vā baṛē lēkin himmat rakhnē vālē sēvā K|kē kṣhētra mē̃ svayã kō sadā busy rakhnē vālē sēvādhāriyō̃ kō bahut bahut yādpyār dē rahē haĩ .

61Even though you are sitting down there, you are still sitting up above. 62BapDada is giving lots of love and remembrance to the young and old servers, who constantly maintain courage and keep themselves busy on the field of service.

65Isliē tyāgī ban anēkō̃ K|kē bhāgya banānē kē nimitt banānē vālē sēvādhāriyō̃ kō bāpdādā tyāg key|kī viśhēṣh ātmāyē̃ dēkh rahē haĩ .

63So, BapDada is seeing you as the servers who are special renunciate souls, those who prepare many other instruments to create the fortune of many more.

66Aisī viśhēṣh ātmāō̃ kō viśhēṣh rūp sē badhāī K|kē sāth-sāth yādpyār .

64To such special souls, together with special congratulations, also accept love and remembrance.

67Double kamāl kaun see|sī|C hai  ?

65What is the double wonder?

68Ēk tō bāp kō jānnē key|kī kamāl key|kī .

66One is the wonder of knowing the Father.

69Dūrdēśh , dharm kā pardā rīti rasam , khān-pān sabkī bhinnatā K|kē pardē K|kē bīch rahtē huē bhī bāp kō jān liyā .

67Although you live behind the curtain of being in far-away countries, and although your religions, customs and systems and food and drink are all different, you have recognised the Father.

70Isliē double kamāl .

68This is why it is a double wonder.

71Pardē K|kē andar chhip gayē thē .

69You were hidden behind the curtain.

72Sēvā kē liē ab janma liyā hai .

70You have now taken birth for service.

73Bhūl nahī̃ key|kī lēkin drama anusār sēvā kē nimitt chārō̃ ōr bikhar gayē thē .

71You didn’t make a mistake but, according to the drama, you were all dispersed for the sake of service.

74Nahī̃ tō itnī vidēśhō̃ mē̃ sēvā kaisē hōtī .

72How else could so much service have taken place in all the lands abroad?

75Sirph sēvā K|kē kāraṇ apnā thōṛē samay kā nām mātra hisāb kitāb jōṛā , isliē double kamāl dikhānē vālē sadā bāp K|kē snēh K|kē chātrak , sadā dil sē ‘ mērā bābā ’ K|kē gīt gānē vālē , ‘ jānā hai , jānā hai , ’ 12 mās isī dhun mē̃ rahnē vālē , aisē himmat kar bāp dādā K|kē madadgār bannē vālē bachchō̃ kō yādpyār au namastē .

73You simply created a few karmic accounts in name for a short time just for the sake of service. 74This is why you are those who show double wonders and who are thirsty for the Father’s love. 75You constantly sing the song, “My Baba” from your heart. 76You are those who for twelve months constantly have the one concern, “I have to go there, I have to go there!”

76Sēvādhārī bhāī bahanō̃ sē  : mahāyajña key|kī mahāsēvā kā prasād khāyā  ?

77To the children who maintain such courage and become BapDada’s helpers, love, remembrance and namaste. 78BapDada meeting servers:

77Prasād tō kabhī bhī cum|kam hōnē vālā nahī̃ hai .

79So, did you eat the prasad (holy offering) of the great service of the great sacrificial fire?

78Aisā avināśhī mahāprasād prāpt kiyā  ?

80This prasad is never going to be less. 81Have you attained such imperishable great prasad?

79Kitnā vairayaṭī prasād milā  ?

82How many varieties of prasad have you received!

80Sadākāl kē liē khuśhī , sadā kē liē naśhā , anubhūti aisē sarv prakār kā prasād pāyā  ?

83Happiness for all time, intoxication for all time and the experience: have you had all these types of prasad?

81Tō prasād bāṇṭkar khāyā jātā hai .

84Prasad is always distributed amongst everyone and then eaten.

82Prasād āṅkhō̃ kē ūpar , mastak kē ūpar rakhkar khātē haĩ .

85Prasad is always raised to the eyes and the forehead with respect before it is eaten.

83Tō yah prasād ôkhō̃ mē samā jāē .

86Therefore, let this prasad merge in your eyes.

84Mastak mē̃ smr̥iti svarūp hō jāē arthāt samā jāē .

87Let it take the form of the awareness in your head, that is, let it become merged.

85Aisā prasād is mahāyajña mē̃ milā  ?

88Did you receive such prasad from this great sacrificial fire?

86Mahāprasād lēnē vālē kitnē mahān bhāgyavān huē aisē chance kitnō̃ kō miltā hai  ?

89Those who receive this great prasad are so greatly fortunate! 90How many souls receive such a chance?

87Bahut thōṛō̃ kō un thōṛō mē̃ sē āp hō .

91Very few, and you are amongst those few.

88Tō mahān bhāgyavān hō gayē nā .

92Therefore, you are greatly fortunate, are you not?

89Jaisē yahā̃ bāp aur sēvā iskē sivāē tīsrā kuchh bhī yād nahī̃ rahā , tō yahā̃ kā anubhav sadā kāyam rakhnā hai .

93Just as you don’t remember anything except the Father and service when you are here, so always keep with you the experience you receive here.

90Vaisē bhī kahā̃ jātē haĩ tō viśhēṣh vahā̃ sē kōī na kōī yādgār lē jātē haĩ , tō madhuban kā viśhēṣh yādgār kyā lē jāyēṅgē  ?

94Generally, whenever you go somewhere, you definitely take back with you some memento or other as a souvenir. 95So, what special memento will you take back from Madhuban?

91Nirantar sarv prāpti svarūp hō rahē̃gē .

96You will constantly remain an embodiment of all attainments.

92Tō vahā̃ bhī jākar aisē hī rahē̃gē yā kahē̃gē vāyumaṇḍal aisā thā , saṅg aisā thā .

97So, will you stay the same when you go back? 98Or will you say that the atmosphere was like that or that the company was like that?

93Parivartan bhūmi sē parivartan hōkar jānā .

99Let yourself be transformed in the land of transformation before you leave.

94Kaisā bhī vāyumaṇḍal hō lēkin āp apnī śhakti sē parivartan kar lō .

100No matter what the atmosphere is like, transform that with your own power.

95Itnī śhakti hai nā .

101You have this much power, do you not?

96Vāyumaṇḍal kā prabhāv āp par na āvē .

102Do not let the atmosphere influence you.

97Sabhī sampann ban karkē jānā .

103All of you have to become complete before you leave. 104Achcha.

98Mātāō̃ kē sāth - mātāō̃ kē liē tō bahut khuśhī key|kī bāt haĩ - kyōṅki bāp āyā hī hai mātāō̃ kē liē .

105BapDada meeting mothers: 106It is a matter of great happiness for the mothers, because the Father has come especially for the mothers.

99Gaūpāl bankar gaū mātāō̃ kē liē āyē haĩ .

107He has come as Gopal (One who looks after the cows) for the mother cows.

100Isī kā tō yādgār gāyā huā hai .

108The memorial of this has been remembered.

101Jiskō kisī nē bhī yōgya nahī̃ samjhā lēkin bāp nē yōgya āpkō hī samjhā - isī khuśhī mē̃ sadā uṛtē chalō .

109No one else considered you to be worthy. 110Only the Father considered you to be worthy. 111Therefore, constantly continue to fly in this happiness.

102Kōī duḥkh key|kī lahar ā nahī̃ saktī . 103Kyōṅki sukh K|kē sāgar K|kē bachchē ban gayē .

112No waves of sorrow can come because you have become the children of the Ocean of Happiness.

104Sukh ka sāgar mē̃ samānē vālō̃ kō kabhī duḥkh key|kī lahar nahī̃ ā saktī hai - aisē sukh svarūp .

113Those who are merged in the Ocean of Happiness can never have any waves of sorrow. 114You are such embodiments of happiness. 115*** Om Shanti ***
