2Sahaj puruṣhārthī K|kē lakṣhaṇ 3Sarv khazānō̃ sē mālāmāl karnē vālē , sahaj puruṣhārthī , sahaj yōgī bachchō̃ kē prati bāpdādā bōlē :
1The qualifications of an easy effort-maker 2BapDada is pleased to see His loving and co-operative children.
4Bāpdādā apnē snēhī , sahyōgī bachchō̃ kō dēkh harṣhit hō rahē haĩ . 5Snēh aur milan key|kī bhāvnā in dō śhaktiyō̃ K|kē ādhār par nirākār aur ākār bāp kō āp samān sākār rūp mē̃ , sākārī sr̥iṣhṭi mē̃ lānē kē nimitt ban jātē hō .
3On the basis of the two powers of love and desire to meet, you become instruments to bring the incorporeal and corporeal fathers into the corporeal form in the corporeal world, the same as yourselves.
6Bāp kō bhī bachchē snēh aur bhāvnā K|kē bandhan mē̃ bāndh lētē haĩ .
4You children tie the Father in the bond of love and devotion.
7Majority abhī bhī mātāō̃ kī hai .
5The majority even now is of mothers.
8Mātāō̃ kā hī charitra aur chitra dikhāyā hai - bhagvān kō bhī bāndhnē kā .
6The image of the divine activity portrayed of tying God in the bond of love is of mothers.
9Kis vr̥ikṣha sē bāndhā ?
7To which tree did they tie Him?
10Is bēhad K|kē kalpa vr̥ikṣha K|kē andar snēh aur bhāvnā key|kī rassī sē kalp pahlē bhī bāndhā thā aur ab bhī repeat hō rahā hai .
8You tied Him to the unlimited kalpa tree with the strings of love and devotion in the previous cycle, and this is now being repeated.
11Bāp dādā aisē bachchō̃ kō snēh K|kē respond mē̃ , jis rassī sē bāp kō bāndhtē hō , in snēh aur bhāvnā key|kī dōnō̃ rassiyō̃ kō diltakhta kā āsan dē , jhūlā banāē bachchō̃ kō dē dētē haĩ .
9In response to the love of such children, BapDada takes the strings with which you have tied Him - the strings of love and devotion - and makes them into the seat of the heart-throne and returns it to you children as a swing.
12Is kalpa vr̥ikṣha K|kē andar part bajānē vālē isī jhūlē mē̃ sadā jhūltē rahō .
10Those of you who are playing a part in this kalpa tree continue to swing constantly in these swings.
13Sabhī kō jhūlā milā huā hai nā !
11All of you have received the swing, have you not?
14Āsan sē hil tō nahī̃ jātē hō ?
12You don’t move away from your seat, do you?
15Snēh aur bhāvnā key|kī rassiyā̃ sadā majbūt hai nā !
13The strings of love and devotion are constantly strong, are they not?
16Nīchē ūpar tō nahī̃ hōtē !
14You don’t fluctuate, do you?
17Jhūlā jhulātā bhī hai , ūñchā uṛātā bhī hai aur agar jarā bhī nīchē ūpar huē tō ūpar sē nīchē girātā bhī hai .
15The swing enables you to swing and also fly high. 16However, if there is the slightest fluctuation, it also makes you fall down from high up.
18Jhūlā tō bāpdādā nē sabhī kō diyā hai .
17BapDada has given all of you a swing.
19Tō sadā jhūltē rahtē hō !
18So, do you constantly swing in it?
20Mātāō̃ kō jhūlnē aur jhulānē kā anubhav hōtā hai nā !
19You mothers experience swinging and making others swing, do you not?
21Jis bāt K|kē anubhavī hō vah hī bātē̃ bāpdādā kahtē haĩ .
20BapDada is telling you of the things in which you are experienced.
22Kōī naī bāt tō nahī̃ hai nā !
21This is not anything new, is it?
23Anubhav key|kī huī bātē̃ sahaj hōtī haĩ vā muśhkil ! 24Āj key|kī yah kaun see|sī|C sabhā hai ?
22Are things you have experienced easy or difficult?
25Sabhī sahajyōgī , sahaj puruṣhārthī , sahaj prāpti svarūp hō vā kabhī sahaj , kabhī muśhkil K|kē yōgī hō ? 26Sahaj puruṣhārthī arthāt āyē huē himālay parvat jitnī samasyā kō bhī uṛtī kalā K|kē ādhār par second mē̃ pār karnē vālē . 27Pār karnē kā arth|earth hī hai ki kōī chīz hōgī tab tō uskō pā karē̃gē . 28Aisē sahaj pār kartē , uṛtē jā rahē hō vā kabhī pahāṛ par utar ātē , kabhī nadī̃ mē̃ utar ātē , kabhī kōī jaṅgal mē̃ utar ātē .
23What gathering has gathered here today?
29Phir kyā kahtē ? 30Nikālō vā bachāō . 31Aisē karnē vālē tō nahī̃ hō nā !
24Are all of you easy yogis, easy effort-makers and embodiments of easy attainment?
32Mātāyē̃ ab bhī bāt bāt par vahī pukār tō nahī̃ kartī rahtī !
25Or, are you sometimes easy yogis and sometimes difficult yogis?
33Bhakti K|kē saṅskār tō samāpt hō gayē nā ! 34Drōpadī key|kī pukār pūrī hō gaī yā abhī bhī chal rahī hai ?
26To be an easy effort-maker means to be able to overcome any problems as high as the Himalayas that come, with the flying stage in just a second.
35Abhī tō adhikārī ban gayē nā ! 36Pukār kā samay samāpt huā .
27To overcome means there must be something there that has to be overcome.
37Saṅgamyug prāpti kā samay hai na ki pukār kā samay hai ? 38Sahaj puruṣhārthī arthāt sabkō pār kar sarv sahaj prāpti karnē vālē .
28Are you easily overcoming everything and flying beyond them or do you sometimes land on a mountain, sometimes in a river, or sometimes in a jungle?
39Sahaj puruṣhārthī sadā vartamān aur bhaviṣhya prālabdh pānē K|kē anubhavī hōṅgē . 40Prālabdh sadā aisē spaṣhṭ dikhāī dēgī jaisē sthūl nētrō̃ dvārā sthūl vastu spaṣhṭ dikhāī dētī hai . 41Aisē buddhi K|kē anubhav K|kē nētra dvārā arthāt tīsrē divya nētra dvārā prālabdh dikhāī dēgī . 42Sahaj puruṣhārthī her|har kadam mē̃ padamō̃ sē bhī jyādā kamāī kā anubhav karē̃gē .
29What do you then say?
43Aisā svayã kō sadā saṅgamyugī sarv khazānō̃ sē bharpūr ātmā anubhav karē̃gē .
30Remove me from here! 31Or, save me! 32You are not those who do this, are you?
44Kisī bhī śhakti sē , kisī bhī guṇ K|kē khazānē sē , gyān K|kē kisī bhī point K|kē khazānē sē , khuśhī sē , naśhē sē kabhī khālī nahī̃ hōṅgē .
33Mothers don’t continue to call out the same thing again and again, do you? 34The sanskars of devotion have now ended, have they not?
45Khālī hōnā girnē kā sādhan hai . 46Khaḍḍā ban jātā hai nā .
35Have the cries of you Draupadis come to an end or are you still crying out?
47Tō khaḍḍē mē̃ gir jātē haĩ .
36You have now become those with all rights.
48Thōṛī see|sī|C bhī mōch ā jātī hai tō parēśhān hō jātē haĩ nā !
37The time for calling out has come to an end.
49Yah bhī buddhi key|kī mōch ā jātī hai . 50Saṅkalp ṭeṛhā hō jātā hai .
38The confluence age is the time for attainment, not for calling out.
51Śhaktiśhālī mālāmāl kē badlē kamzōr aur khālī hō jātē haĩ . 52Tō saṅkalp key|kī mōch ā gaī nā !
39To be an easy effort-maker means to overcome everything easily and attain all attainments easily.
53Aisē kartē kyō̃ hō ? 54Phir kahtē hō rāstā ṭeṛhā hai . 55Āp ṭēṛhē nahī̃ hō ?
40Easy effort-makers will constantly experience attaining the reward now and in the future.
56Ṭēṛhē rāstē kō tō sīdhā banāyā hai nā .
41Their reward will be clearly visible to them.
57Śhakti avatār kisliē hō ? 58Ṭēṛhē kō sīdhā karnē kē liē . 59Contract kyā liyā hai ? 60Jaisē is hall|hāl kō ṭēṛhē bāṅkē sē sīdhā kiyā tab tō ārām sē baiṭhē hō .
42Just as you are able to see something physical with your physical eyes, so they will be able to see their reward with the eye of experience through the intellect, that is, with the divine third eye.
61Tō hall|hāl K|kē contractor sē pūchhō usnē yah sōchā kyā ki ṭeṛhā hai , mōch āyēgī .
43Easy effort-makers will experience earning an income greater than multimillion at every step.
62Sīdhā kiyā vā ṭēṛhē kō hī sōchtā rahā . 63Kahā̃ patthar kō uṛāyā , kahā̃ patthar kō ḍālā , mēhnat key|kī nā .
44In this way, you will constantly experience yourself to be a confluence-aged soul who is full of all treasures.
64Tō āp sabkō svarg banānē kā contract hai nā ! 65Ṭēṛhē kō sīdhā banānē kā contract hai nā ! 66Aisē contract lēnē vālē tō nahī̃ kah saktē ki rāstā ṭeṛhā hai .
45You will never be empty of power, the treasure of any virtue, the treasure of any point of knowledge, happiness or intoxication. 46To become empty is the way to fall.
67Achānak girnā yah bhī attention key|kī kamī hai .
47A hole is made and you fall in that hole.
68Sākār rūp mē̃ yād hai nā , kōī girtē thē tō kyā kartē thē !
48When you sprain your ankle even a little, it causes a lot of pain.
69Uskī ṭōlī band hōtī thī . 70Kyō̃ ?
49This too is spraining the intellect.
71Āgē kē liē sadā attention rakhnē kē liē .
50Thoughts are twisted.
72Ṭōlī dēnā tō kōī baṛī bāt nahī̃ hai . 73Ṭōlī tō hōtī hī bachchō̃ kē liē hai .
51Instead of being powerful and full of all treasures, you become weak and empty.
74Lēkin yah bhī snēh hai .
52So, that is a sprain of thoughts.
75Ṭōlī dēnā bhī snēh hai , ṭōlī band karnā bhī snēh hai .
53Why do you do this? 54You then say that the road was uneven.
76Phir kyā sōchā ?
55Are you not uneven?
77Achānak gir jātē haĩ vā rāstā ṭeṛhā hai , yah kahē̃gē ?
56Uneven roads are flattened out. 57Why are you an incarnation of power?
78Abhī tō is purūṣhārth K|kē mārg mē̃ itnī bhīṛ kahā̃ huī hai !
58In order to flatten that which is uneven. 59What contract did you make?
79Abhī tō 9 lākh prajā bhī nahī̃ banī hai . 80Abhī tō ēk lākh mē̃ hī khuśh hō rahē hō . 81Purūṣhārth kā mārg bēhad kā mārg hai .
60The land under this hall has been flatten out from being crooked and uneven and this is why you are able to sit in it comfortably.
82Tō samjhā sahaj puruṣhārthī kiskō kahā jātā hai ! 83Jō mōch na khāyē aur hī aurō̃ kē liē svayã guide , paṇḍā ban sahaj rāstā pār karāvē .
61Ask the contractor of this hall whether he thought he could ever flatten out everything here that was uneven and crooked or that he would sprain his ankle.
84Sahaj puruṣhārthī sirph lav|love mē̃ nahī̃ lēkin lav|love mē̃ līn rahtā .
62Did he flatten everything out or did he keep on thinking about how everything was uneven and twisted?
85Aisī lavlīn ātmā sahaj hī chārō̃ ōr K|kē vibration sē vāyumaṇḍal sē dūr rahtī hai .
63Sometimes, he had to break stone by dynamiting it and sometimes, he had to put stone in to fill in a hole.
86Kyōṅki līn rahnā arthāt bāp samān śhaktiśhālī , sarv bātō̃ sē safe rahnā .
64He had to make that effort. 65All of you have taken the contract to create heaven, have you not?
87Līn rahnā arthāt samāyā huā rahnā . 88Samānā arthāt samān hōnā .
66You have taken the contract to flatten that which is uneven.
89Tō samāntā baṛē tē baṛī safe hai . 90Hai hī māyāproof safe .
67Those who take such contracts cannot say that the path is uneven.
91Tō samjhā sahaj purūṣhārth kyā hai !
68To fall suddenly is a lack of attention.
92Sahaj purūṣhārth arthāt albēlāpan nahī̃ . 93Kaī albēlēpan kō bhī sahaj purūṣhārth mānkar chaltē haĩ .
69Do you remember what was done in the sakar days when anyone fell down?
94Vō sadā mālāmāl nahī̃ hōgā .
70That child’s toli would be stopped. 71Why?
95Albēlē puruṣhārthī key|kī sabsē baṛī viśhēṣhtā andar man khātā rahēgā aur bāhar sē gātā rahēgā !
72So that he would pay attention in future. 73It is not a big thing to give toli.
96Kyā gātā rahēgā ?
74Toli is for you children anyway.
97Apnī mahimā K|kē gīt gātā rahēgā .
75However, this was also a form of love.
98Aur sahaj puruṣhārthī sadā her|har samay mē̃ bāp kē sāth kā anubhav karēgā .
76To give toli is a sign of love and to stop giving that toli is also a sign of love.
99Aisē sahaj puruṣhārthī hō ?
77What do you think then?
100Sahaj puruṣhārthī sadā sahaj yōgī jīvan kā anubhav kar saktā hai . 101Tō kyā pasand hai ?
78Would you say that you suddenly fell down or that the path was uneven?
102Sahaj purūṣhārth yā muśhkil ? 103Pasand tō sahaj purūṣhārth hai nā !
79Now, there still isn’t that much of a crowd on this path of effort.
104Dilpasand chīz jab bāp dē hī rahē haĩ tō kyō̃ nahī̃ lētē ?
80The 900,000 subjects have not even been created yet.
105Na chāhtē bhī hō jātā hai , yah śhabda bhī master sarvśhaktivān kā bōl nahī̃ hai .
81You are now happy with just having created 100,000. (In 1983 there were nearly 100,000 Brahmins.
106Chāhnā ēk , karma dūsrā tō kyā uskō śhiv-śhakti kahē̃gē !
82In 2001, there are nearly 600,000 Brahmins). 83The path of effort is an unlimited path.
107Śhiv-śhakti arthāt adhikārī . 108Adhīn nahī̃ .
84Therefore, do you understand who is called an easy effort-maker?
109Tō yah bōl bhī brāhmaṇ bhāṣhā K|kē nahī̃ huē nā ! 110Apnē brāhmaṇ bhāṣhā kō tō jāntē hō nā !
85One who doesn’t sprain his ankle, but becomes a guide for others and easily helps others to go along the path.
111Saṅgamyug kā arthāt sahaj prāpti kā bahut samay gayā .
86An easy effort-maker doesn’t just have love, but remains absorbed in love.
112Ab bākī thōṛā sā samay rahā huā hai . 113Ismē̃ bhī samay K|kē vardān , bāp K|kē vardān kō prāpt kar svayã kō sahaj puruṣhārthī banā saktē hō . 114Brāhmaṇ key|kī paribhāṣhā hai hī - muśhkil kō sahaj banānē vālā .
87Such souls, who are absorbed in love, easily remain distant from the vibrations and atmosphere everywhere, because to be absorbed in love means to be as powerful as the Father and to remain safe in every situation.
115Brāhmaṇ kā dharm , karma sab yahī hai .
88Being equal is the biggest safe of all.
116Tō janm K|kē , karma K|kē brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ arthāt sahaj yōgī .
89It is a safe that is Maya-proof. 90So, do you understand what easy effort is?
117Sahaj puruṣhārthī . 118Ab yahā̃ sē kyā ban karkē jāyēṅgē ?
91Easy effort means there is no carelessness.
119Madhuban kō parivartan bhūmi kahtē hō nā !
92Some move along whilst considering carelessness to be easy effort.
120Muśhkil śhabda kō tapōbhūmi mē̃ bhasma karkē jānā .
93They are not constantly full of all treasures.
121Aur sahaj purūṣhārth kā vardān lē jānā . 122Parivartan kā pātr arthāt dr̥iṛh saṅkalp K|kē pātr kō dhāraṇ karkē jānā tab vardān dhāraṇ kar sakē̃gē .
94The greatest quality of those who are careless effort-makers is that their conscience will continue to bite them internally and externally they would be singing.
123Nahī̃ tō kaī kahtē haĩ vardān tō bābā nē diyā lēkin ābū mē̃ hī rah gayā .
95What would they be singing? 96They would continue to sing songs of their own praise.
124Vahā̃ jākar dēkhtē haĩ vardān tō sāth āyā hī nahī̃ .
97Easy effort-makers will constantly experience the company of the Father.
125Vardātā kā vardān yōgya pātr mē̃ liyā ?
98Are you such easy effort-makers?
126Agar liyā hī nahī̃ tō rahēgā kahā̃ ? 127Jisnē diyā uskē pās|pass hī rahā nā !
99An easy effort-maker can experience a constantly easy yogi life.
128Aisē nahī̃ karnā .
100So, what do you prefer?
129Hōśhiyār bahut hō gayē haĩ .
101To be an easy effort-maker or a difficult one?
130Apnā kasūr nahī̃ samajhē̃gē .
102You prefer easy efforts, do you not?
131Kahē̃gē patā nahī̃ bābā nē kyō̃ aisē kiyā !
103Since the Father is giving you something you like, why don’t you take it?
132Apnī kamazōriyā̃ sab bāp kē ūpar rakhtē haĩ .
104“It happens against my conscious wish!”
133Bābā chāhē tō kar saktā hai lēkin karnā nahī̃ hai .
105These are not the words of a master almighty authority.
134Bāp dātā hai yā lētā hai ? 135Dātā tō dētā hai lēkin lēnē vālē lēvē̃ bhī nā !
106If you have a desire and your actions are something else, should you be called a Shiv Shakti?
136Yā dēvē bhī bāp aur lēvē bhī bāp . 137Bāp lē̃gē tō āp kaisē bharpūr hōṅgē !
107To be a Shiv Shakti means to be one who has all rights, not someone who is dependent.
138Isliē lēnā tō sīkhō nā ! 139Achchhā - milan tō hō gayā nā .
108So, these are not the words of Brahmin language.
140Sabsē hansē , bahalē , sabkē chēhrē dēkhē .
109You understand your Brahmin language, do you not?
141Is samay tō bahut achchhē cheerful chēhrē haĩ . 142Sabhī khuśhī K|kē jhūlē mē̃ jhūl rahē haĩ .
110A lot of time of the confluence age, that is, the age of easy attainment, has passed.
143Tō yah milnā nahī̃ huā !
111Only a little more time now remains.
144Milnā arthāt mukhṛā dēkhnā aur dikhlānā . 145Dēkhā nā ! 146Pātr bhī milā , vardān bhī milā .
112In that too, you can make yourself an easy effort-maker by attaining blessings from the time and from the Father.
147Bākī kyā rah gayā ? 148Ṭōlī tō dīdī dādī sē khā lī hai .
113The definition of a Brahmin is one who makes difficult things easy.
149Jab vyakt rūp mē̃ nimitt banā diyā hai tō avyakt kō kyō̃ vyakt banātē hō !
114This is the religion and action of Brahmins. 115To be Brahmins by birth and action means to be easy yogis and easy effort-makers.
150Dīdī dādī bhī bāp samān haĩ nā !
116So, what will you return from here as?
151Jab bhī dīdī dādī sē ṭōlī lētē hō tō kyā samajhkar lētē hō ?
117Madhuban is said to be the land of transformation.
152Bāp dādā ṭōlī dē rahē haĩ . 153Agar dīdī dādī samajh lētē tō yah bhī bhūl hō jāyēgī .
118Burn the word “difficult” in this land of tapasya before you return and take back with you the blessing of easy effort.
154Achchhā , tō bākī ṭōlī key|kī ichchhā abhī hai . 155Samajhtē haĩ ṭōlī khāyēṅgē tō āgē tō āyēṅgē nā . 156Tō āj hī sabkī queue lagāō aur ṭōlī khāō .
119Adopt the vessel (power) of transformation, that is, the vessel of determination, before you go, then you will be able to imbibe the blessings.
157Dil tō kab bharnē vālī hai nahī̃ . 158Dil bhartī rahnī chāhiē . 159Bhar nahī̃ jānī chāhiē .
120Otherwise, some of you say that Baba gave you blessings, but that they were left behind in Abu.
160Kuchh na kuchh rahnā ṭhīk hai . 161Tab tō yād kartē rahē̃gē aur bhartē rahē̃gē .
121When you return home, you find that the blessing did not come with you.
162Bhar gaī tō phir kahē̃gē bhar gayā ab khāō pīyō mauj karō . 163Achchhā
122Did you take the blessings from the Bestower of Blessings as one who is worthy of them?
164Sab sadā K|kē sahaj yōgī , sahaj puruṣhārthī , sadā sarv key|kī muśhkilātō̃ kō sahaj karnē vālē , aisē bāp samān master sarvśhaktivān , sadā mālāmāl , sarv khazānō̃ sē sva sahit viśhva key|kī sēvā karnē vālē , aisī śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kō bāp dādā kā yād-pyār aur namastē . 165 166Party kē sāth ( mātāō̃ K|kē alag-alag group sē ) 167 ( 1 ) sabhī apnā kalp pahlē vālā chitra dēkhtē rahtē hō ?
123If you didn’t take them, where would they remain?
168Aisā kaun sā chitra hai jis chitra mē̃ bāp kā sāth bhī hai aur sēvā bhī dikhāī hai ?
124They would remain with the One who gave them, would they not? 125Don’t do this!
169Gōvardhan parvat uṭhānē kāṅ is chitra mē̃ bāp kē sāth bachchē̃ bhī haĩ .
126You have become very clever. 127You do not understand your own faults.
170Aur dōnō̃ hī sēvā kar rahē haĩ .
128You say: I don’t know why Baba said this.
171Parvat kō aṅgulī dēnā sēvā huī nā !
129You place all your weaknesses on the Father.
172Tō is chitra mē̃ āp sabhī hō nā !
130Baba can do this if He wants, but He doesn’t do it!
173Khuśhī khuśhī sē kahō ki hamārā hī yah chitra hai !
131Is the Father the Bestower or does He take from you?
174Man mē̃ umaṅg ātā hai nā ki sahyōgī bannē kā bhī yādgār ban gayā hai .
132The Bestower always gives, but those who are to take should take!
175Aṅgulī sahyōg key|kī niśhānī hai . 176Sabhī bāp dādā K|kē sahyōgī hō nā !
133Or, should it be that the Father gives and He also takes?
177Janm hī kisliē liyā hai ?
134If the Father takes, how would you become full?
178Sahyōgī bannē kē liē .
135Therefore, at least learn to take.

142To meet means to see each other’s faces.
190Tō man key|kī śhānti , tan , dhan sab ganvā diyā , bākī kyā rahā ! 191Phir bhī śhukra karō 1 jñ bhī bachā huā tan-man - dhan īśhvarīy kārya mē̃ lagākar phir sē padmaguṇā jamā kar lētē hō . 1921 % bhī bachā huā tan-man-dhan īśhvarīy kārya mē̃ lagānē sē 21 janm , 2500 varṣh kē liē jamā hō jātā hai . 193Aisē sahyōgī bachchō̃ kō bāp bhī sadā snēh dētē haĩ , sahyōg dētē haĩ .

196Vaisē kōī marnē kē bād apnā chitra nahī̃ dēkhtā . 197Āp chaitanya mē̃ kalp pahlē vālā chitra dēkh rahē hō .
147Since the corporeal forms have been made instruments, why do you make the avyakt form corporeal?
198Pahlē apnē hī chitra key|kī pūjā kartē thē .
148Didi and Dadi are also equal to the Father.
199Agar patā hōtā tō gāyan nahī̃ kartē , ban jātē . 200Tō aisē sabhī sahyōgī hō nā !

202Vātāvaraṇ kō bhī nīchē ūpar nahī̃ hōnē dēnā .
152Achcha, so you now have a desire for toli!!
203Sahyōgī bannē kē badlē kabhī halchal karnē vālē nahī̃ ban jānā .
153You feel that if you receive toli, you will at least come in front of Baba.

154So, make a queue today and take your toli.
205Ēk bāp dūsrā na kōī , chaltē chalō , uṛtē chalō .

206Kōī bhī saṅkalp āyē tō ūpar dēkar svayã niḥsaṅkalpa hōkar chaltē jāō .
156The heart should constantly continue to become full, it shouldn’t have become full already.

210Sadā sva unnati aur sēvā key|kī unnati mē̃ busy rahō aur sarv kē prati śhubh bhāvnā rakhō .
159If you become full, you would say that you have become full. 160However, now, eat, drink and be merry! 161Achcha.

162To all the constantly easy yogis; to the easy effort-makers, those who make the difficulties of others easy; to the master almighty authorities who are equal to the Father; to those who are constantly full of all treasures; to those who serve themselves as well as the world with all treasures, to such elevated souls, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.
215 ( 2 ) sadā bāp aur sēvā dōnō̃ hī yād rakhtē haĩ nā !
163BapDada meeting different groups of mothers:

164Do all of you constantly continue to look at your picture of the previous cycle?
217Kyōṅki yād K|kē binā sēvā saphal nahī̃ hōtī aur sēvā K|kē binā māyājīt nahī̃ ban saktē .
165Which picture is it that shows your image with the Father and also has service within it?
218Kyōṅki sēvā mē̃ busy rahnē sē , is gyān kā manan karnē sē māyā sahaj hī kinārā kar lētī hai .
166That of lifting the Goverdhan mountain. 167In this picture, the children are with the Father and both are doing service.
219Binā yād K|kē sēvā karē̃gē tō saphaltā cum|kam aur mēhnat jyādā .
168To give your finger to lift the mountain is doing service, is it not?
220Aur yād mē̃ rahkar sēvā karē̃gē tō saphaltā jyādā aur mēhnat cum|kam . 221Tō dōnō̃ kā balance rahtā hai ?

170The finger is a sign of co-operation.
226Aisī khuśhī kā anubhav hai nā !
171All of you are co-operating with BapDada, are you not?
227Isī ādhār sē sabhī āgē baṛhtē jā rahē hō ?
172Why have you taken birth? 173In order to co-operate.
228Samajhtē hō ki her|har samay hamārī sva unnati aur viśhva unnati hōtī jā rahī hai ?
174Therefore, constantly remain aware that you are co-operative souls from birth.
229Agar sva unnati nahī̃ tō viśhva unnati K|kē bhī nimitt nahī̃ ban sakē̃gē .
175Before, you didn’t know anything, and you therefore used your body, mind and wealth for devotion.
230Sva unnati kā sādhan hai yād aur viśhva unnati kā sādhan hai sēvā .
176Whatever is now left, you are using that for true service by co-operating with the Father.
231Sadā isī mē̃ āgē baṛhtē chalō .
177You have already wasted 99% and only 1% now remains.
232Saṅgam par bāp nē sabsē baṛā khazānā kaun sā diyā hai ?
178If you don’t use that to co-operate with Baba, then where would you use it?
233Khuśhī kā ! 234Kitnē prakār key|kī khuśhī kā khazānā prāpt hai !
179Look at where the kings of the golden age are and where you are today!
235Agar khuśhī key|kī variety points nikālō tō kitnē prakār key|kī hōṅgī !
180You don’t have any strength even in your body. 181The young ones of today are old.

187You are constantly stumbling around!

188So, you lost peace of mind, your body, mind and wealth.
248Nyārēpan key|kī kamī .

190Nevertheless, be grateful that at least the 1% of body, mind and wealth that still remains can be accumulated for 21 births, for 2500 years, by using it in God’s service.
252Bāp K|kē pyār kē bajāē dūsrō̃ K|kē pyārē hō jātē hō tō bāp bhūl jātā hai .

193You are now doing it in practice and also seeing your image.
255Kāṇṭō̃ key|kī śhaiyā hī milī nā !
194Generally, no one sees his image after he has died.
256Bāp K|kē pyār mē̃ rahnē sē second mē̃ kyā miltā hai ?
195You are seeing your image of the previous cycle in the living form.
