2sarvashreshtha, sahaj tatha spashta maarga

1The most elevated, easy and clear path.

3sarvashreshtha saathi, sahaj-saral maarga pradarshak shiv baba apne bhaagyavaan bachchon prati bole –

2Today, BapDada is especially seeing His loving companions who always fulfil the responsibility of companionship.

4aaj baapdaada vishesh snehi, sada saath nibhaane vaale apne saathiyon ko dekh rahe hain। 5saathi arthaat sada-saath rahne vaale। 6har karma mein, sankalp mein saath nibhaane vaale। 7har kadam par kadam rakh aage badhne vaale।

3A companion means someone who is always with you, someone who fulfils the responsibility of companionship in every action and every thought, someone who moves forward placing each footstep on every step, someone who doesn't take a single step according to the dictates of his own mind or the dictates of others.

8ek kadam bhi manmat, parmat par uthaane vaale nahin। 9aise sada saathi ke saath nibhaane vaale sada sahaj maarga ka anubhav karte hain kyonki baap va shreshtha saathi har kadam rakhte hue raasta spashta aur saaph kar dete hain ।

4Those who fulfil the responsibility of constant companionship always experience this to be an easy path because the Father and the elevated companions make this path clear and clean by placing their steps on it.

10aap sabko sirf kadam ke oopar kadam rakhkar chalna hai।

5You simply have to continue to move along placing your footsteps on His footsteps.

11raasta sahi hai,sahaj hai,spashta hai - yeh sochne ki bhi aavashyakta nahin।

6There is no need even to think whether the path is right, easy and clear.

12jahaan baap ka kadam hai woh hai hi shreshtha raasta।

7Where the Father has placed His footsteps is anyway an elevated path.

13sirf kadam rakho aur har kadam mein padma lo।

8Simply place your footsteps on that and receive multimillions at every step.

14kitna sahaj hai!

9It is so easy.

15baap saathi ban saath nibhaane ke liye saakaar maadhyam dvaara har kadam roopi karma karke dikhaane ke liye saakaar srishti par avatrit hote hain।

10The Father incarnates in the corporeal world and becomes your Companion in order to fulfil the responsibility of companionship and places the foot of His actions through the corporeal medium to demonstrate to you.

16yeh bhi sahaj karne ke liye saakaar ko maadhyam banaaya hai।

11He has made the corporeal one His medium in order to make it easy for you.

17saakaar mein follow karna va kadam par kadam rakhna to sahaj hai na।

12It is easy to follow and place your footsteps on His footsteps in the corporeal form, is it not?

18shreshtha saathi ne saathiyon ke liye itna sahaj maarga bataaya - kyonki baap saathi jaante hai ki jin saathiyon ko saathi banaaya hai,yeh bahut bhatke hue hone ke kaaran thake hue hain।

13The elevated Companion has shown His companions such an easy path because the Father, the Companion knows that the companions whom He had made His companions have wandered around a great deal and have thereby become weary.

19niraash hain, nirbal hain।

14They are disheartened and powerless.

20mushkil samajh dilshikasta ho gaye hain isliye sahaj se sahaj sirf kadam par kadam rakho।

15They have become disheartened thinking it was difficult. 16That is why this is the easiest of all. 17Simply place your step on His footstep.

21yahi sahaj saadhan bataate hain।

18Baba shows you this easy method.

22sirf kadam rakhna aapka kaam hai, chalaana, paar pahunchaana, kadam-kadam par bal bharna, thakaavat mitaana yeh sab saathi ka kaam hai। 23sirf kadam nahin hataao। 24sirf kadam rakhna yeh to mushkil nahin hai na।

19It is your duty simply to place your footsteps on His. 20To make you move, to make you go across, to fill you with power at every step and to remove your tiredness is the duty of your Companion.

25kadam rakhna arthaat sankalp karna।

21Just don't place your footsteps anywhere else.

26jo saathi kahenge,jaise chalaayenge vaise chalenge।

22Simply to place your step on His footstep is not difficult, is it?

27apna nahin chalaayenge।

23To place your footstep means to have a thought.

28apna chalna arthaat chillaana! 29to aisa kadam rakhna aata hai na।

24Whatever the Companion says, however He makes you move, you will move in that way.

30kya yeh mushkil hai?

25You will not use your own head.

31jimmevaari lene vaala jimmevaari le rahe hain to uske oopar jimmevaari saumpane nahin aati hai?

26To use your own head means to cry out in distress. 27So, you know how to place your footsteps in this way, do you not? 28Is this difficult?

32jab saakaar maadhyam ko maarga-darshan swaroop banaae sample bhi rakha phir maarga par chalna mushkil kyon?

29The One who takes all responsibility is taking the responsibility. 30So, do you not know how to hand over the responsibility to Him?

33sahaj saadhan second ka saadhan hai। 34jo saakaar roop mein brahma baap ne jaise kiya jo kiya vahi karna hai।

31Since He has kept the corporeal medium as a sample to show you the path, why is it difficult to follow the path?

35follow father karna hai। 36har sankalp ko verify karo।

32The easy method is a method of just one second.

37baap ka sankalp so mera sankalp hai। 38kaapi karna bhi nahin aata?

33What Father Brahma did in the corporeal form, and how he did it, is all you have to do.

39duniya vaale kaapi karne se rokte hain aur yahaan to karna hi sirf‘kaapi’hain।

34You simply have to follow the father. 35Verify every thought. 36Is my thought the same as the Father's thought?

40to sahaj hua ya mushkil hua?

37Do you not know how to copy?

41jab sahaj, saral, spashta raasta mil gaya to follow karo।

38People in the world stop you from copying, whereas here, you simply have to copy.

42aur raaston par jaate hi kyon ho?

39So, is this easy or difficult?

43aur raasta arthaat vyartha sankalp roopi raasta।

40Since you have found the easy, simple and clear path, simply follow that.

44kamzori ke sankalp roopi raasta।

41Why do you go onto other paths?

45kaliyugi aakarshan ke bhinna-bhinna sankalpon ka raasta।

42Other paths are paths of waste thoughts. 43They are paths of thoughts of weakness.

46kaliyugi puraani samajh dvaara deh ahankaarvash sankalp ka raasta hai।

44They are paths of the different thoughts of ironaged attractions.

47in raaston dvaara uljhan ke jangal mein pahunch jaate ho। 48jahaan se jitna nikalne ki koshish karte ho utna chaaron or kaante hone ke kaaran nikal nahin paate ho।

45By following those paths, you end up in a forest of confusion, and because of having so many thorns all around, you are unable to come out of it when you try.

49kaante kya hote hain?

46What are these thorns?

50kahaan,kya hoga - yeh ‘kya’ka kaanta lagta।

47Sometimes, you are pricked by the thorn of “What will happen?"

51kahaan ‘kyon’ ka kaanta lagta,kahaan ‘kaise’ka kaanta lagta।

48Sometimes you are pricked by the thorn of "Why?" 49Sometimes you are pricked by the thorn of "How?"

52kahaan apne hi kamzor sanskaaron ka kaanta lagta।

50Sometimes, you are pricked by the thorns of your own weak sanskars.

53chaaron or kaante hi kaante najar aate hain।

51Everywhere you look, only thorns are visible.

54phir chillaate hain ab saathi aakar bachaao!

52Then, you cry out: Companion, now come and save me!

55to saathi bhi kehte hain kadam par kadam rakhne ke bajaae aur raaste par gaye kyon?

53Then the Companion also says: Instead of placing your steps on My footsteps, why did you go onto another path?

56jab saathi saath dene ke liye svayan offer kar rahe hain phir saathi ko chhodte kyon?

54Since the Companion Himself is offering you His companionship, why do you leave that Companion?

57kinaara karna arthaat sahaara chhootna।

55To step away means to let go of the support.

58akele bante kyon ho?

56Why do you become alone?

59had ke saath ki aakarshan chaahe kisi sambandh ki, chaahe kisi saadhan ki apne taraph aakarshit karti hai। 60isi aakarshan ke kaaran saadhan ko va vinaashi sambandh ko apna saathi bana lete ho va sahaara bana dete ho tab avinaashi saathi se kinaara karte ho।

57The attraction of limited company, of any relationship or any facility attracts you towards itself and because of this attraction, you make the facility or perishable relationship your companion or your support, and then you step away from the eternal Companion, and the support is lost.

61aur sahaara chhoot hi jaata hai। 62aadha kalpa in had ke sahaare ko sahaara samajh anubhav kar liya ki yeh sahaara hai va daldal hai!

58For half the cycle, you considered those limited supports to be your support. 59You experienced whether they were true supports or quicksand.

63phansaaya, giraaya va manzil par pahunchaaya?

60Did it trap you, make you fall or did it enable you to reach your destination?

64achhi tarah se anubhav kiya na।

61You experienced that very clearly, did you not?

65ek janma ke anubhvi to nahin ho na। 6663 janmon ke anubhvi ho।

62You have not experienced that for just one birth, but you have experienced it for 63 births.

67aur bhi ek-do janma chaahiye?

63Do you still want one or two more births?

68ek baar dhokha khaane vaala dubaara dhokha nahin khaata hai।

64Those who are deceived once cannot be deceived a second time.

69agar baar-baar dhokha khaata hai to usko bhaagyaheen kaha jaata hai।

65Those who are repeatedly deceived are said to be unfortunate.

70ab to svayan bhaagya vidhaata brahma baap ne sabhi braahmanon ki janma patri mein shreshtha bhaagya ki lambi lakeer kheench li hai na।

66Now, the Bestower of Fortune and Father Brahma himself has drawn the long line of elevated fortune in the horoscope of all Brahmins.

71bhaagya vidhaata ne aapka bhaagya banaaya hai।

67The Bestower of Fortune has created your fortune.

72bhaagya vidhaata baap hone ke kaaran har brahman bachche ko bhaagya ke bharpoor bhandaar ka varsa de diya hai।

68Because the Bestower of Fortune is your Father, He has given every Brahmin child the inheritance of the full treasure of fortune.

73to socho - bhaagya ke bhandaar ke maalik ke baalak usko kya kami rah sakti hai।

69Therefore, just think about it: what could be missing for someone who is a child of the Master of the treasurestore of fortune?

74mera bhaagya kya hai- sochne ki bhi aavashyakta nahin kyonki bhaagyavidhaata baap ban gaya to bachche ko bhaagya ke jaaydaad ki kya kami hogi!

70You don't even need to think, "What is my fortune?" because the Bestower of Fortune has become your Father and so what would a child be lacking in terms of the property of fortune?

75bhaagya ke khazaane ke maalik ho gaye na।

71You have become masters of the treasures of fortune, have you not?

76aise bhaagyavaan kabhi dhokha nahin kha sakte hain।

72Those who are so fortunate can never be deceived.

77isliye sahaj raasta - kadam par kadam uthaao।

73This is why the easy way is to place your step on His footstep.

78svayan hi svayan ko uljhan mein daalte ho, saathi ka saath chhod dete ho।

74You make yourself confused and let go of the company of your Companion.

79sirf yeh ek baat yaad rakho ki - ham shreshtha saathi ke saath hain।

75Simply always remember this one thing: I am in the company of the elevated Companion.

80verify karo। 81to sada svayan se satisfy rahenge।

76Verify this and you will always remain satisfied with yourself.

82samjha sahaj raasta।

77Do you understand the easy path?

83sahaj ko mushkil nahin banaao।

78Don't make easy things difficult.

84sankalp mein bhi kabhi mushkil anubhav nahin karna।

79Don't experience anything to be difficult even in your thoughts.

85aise dridh sankalp karne aata hai na ki vahaan jaakar phir kahenge ki mushkil hai।

80You know how to have such determined thoughts, do you not? 81Or, when you go back to your respective places, will you say that it is difficult?

86baapdaada dekhte hain ki naam ‘sahaj yogi’ hai aur anubhav mushkil hota hai।

82BapDada sees that even though you are called easy yogis, you experience things to be difficult.

87maante apne ko adhikaari hain aur bante adheen hain।

83You consider yourselves to be those who have a right and yet you become dependent.

88hain bhaagyavidhaata ke bachche aur sochte hain - pata nahin mera bhaagya hai va nahin।

84You are children of the Bestower of Fortune and you question whether you have fortune or not.

89shaayad yahi mera bhaagya hai।

85“Perhaps just this much is my fortune!”

90isliye apne aapko jaano aur sada svayan ko har samay ke saathi samajh chalte chalo।

86Therefore, know yourself and always move along whilst considering yourself to be a companion at every moment.

91achha –

87Achcha.

92aise sada har kadam par kadam rakhne vaale, follow father karne vaale, sada har sankalp mein saathi ka saath anubhav karne vaale, sada ek saathi doosra na koi, aise preet nibhaane vaale, sada sahaj yogi, shreshtha bhaagyavaan vishesh aatmaon ko baapdaada ka yaadapyaar aur namaste। 93’’

88To those who place their steps on His footsteps at every step, to those who follow the father, to those who constantly experience the company of the Companion in every thought, to those who fulfil the responsibility of love and always belong to the one Companion and none other, to those who are easy yogis, to the elevated fortunate special souls, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

94avyakt baapdaada ki personal mulaakaat - kumaariyon se

89Avyakt BapDada having personal meetings with kumaris: 90Kumaris are those who perform wonders.

951. kumaariyaan arthaat kamaal karne vaali।

91You are not ordinary kumaris, you are alokik kumaris.

96saadhaaran kumaariyaan nahin, alaukik kumaariyaan ho।

92What do lokik kumaris of this world do and what do you alokik kumaris do? 93There is the difference of day and night.

97laukik is lok ki kumaariyaan kya karteen aur aap alaukik kumaariyaan kya karti ho?

94They stay in body consciousness and make others fall into body consciousness, whereas you constantly remain soul conscious and fly and make others fly.

98raat din ka pharka hai।

95You are such kumaris, are you not?

99woh deh abhimaan mein rah auron ko bhi deh abhimaan mein giraateen aur aap sada dehi abhimaani ban svayan bhi udti aur doosron ko bhi udaati - aisi kumaariyaan ho na!

96Since you have found the Father, you have all relationships with the one Father. 97Previously, it was just for namesake, but now it is practical. 98On the path of bhakti too, you used to sing: We have all relationships with the Father.

100jab baap mil gaya to sarva sambandh ek baap se sada hain hi।

99However, we are now receiving the sweetness of all relationships from the Father in a practical way.

101pahle kahne maatra the,abhi practical hai।

100You are those who have such an experience, are you not?

102bhakti maarga mein bhi gaayan zaroor karte the ki sarva sambandh baap se hain lekin ab practical sarva sambandhon ka ras baap dvaara milta hai।

101When you receive all sweetness from the one Father, your thoughts cannot go anywhere else. 102Those who are the victorious jewels with such faith in the intellect are always remembered and worshipped.

103aise anubhav karne vaali ho na। 104jab sarva ras ek baap dvaara milta hai to aur kahaan bhi sankalp ja nahin sakta।

103Do you have the awareness that you are victorious souls, that you are souls who always have the tilak of remembrance? 104What wonders will so many of you kumaris perform?

105aise nishchay buddhi vijayi ratna sada gaaye aur pooje jaate hain।

105You will constantly reveal the Father through your every action. 106Let the Father be visible in your every action.

106to vijayi aatmaayen hain, sada smriti ke tilakdhaari aatmaayen hain, yeh smriti rehti hai?

107Even let the words you speak be such that the Father is visible in them. 108In the world, some speak very well.

107itni kumaariyaan kaun-si kamaal karenge?

109Everyone then wonders who taught that person.

108sada har karma dvaara baap ko pratyaksha karengi। 109har karma se baap dikhaai de।

110Their vision goes towards that person. 111In the same way, let the Father be revealed in your every action.

110koi bol bhi bolo to aisa bol ho jo us bol mein baap dikhaai de।

112Your speciality is being an embodiment of dharna, an embodiment of divinity.

111duniya mein bhi koi bahut achha bolne vaale hote hain to sab kehte hain - isko sikhaane vaala kaun?

113All become those who give lectures, but only a handful out of multimillions become those who give a lecture through their actions.

112uske taraph drishti jaati hai।

114So you will reveal such a speciality, will you not?

113aise aapke har karma dvaara baap ki pratyakshata ho।

115Show the image of the Father through your activity. 116Achcha.

114aisi dhaarnaamoorta divyamoorta yeh visheshta hai।

117This is a big group of kumaris. 118An army is being prepared.

115bhaashan karne vaale to sabhi bante hain।

119Those people do left, right and you always do that which is right.

116lekin apne har karma se bhaashan karne vaale woh koto mein koi hote hain।

120This army is so elevated. 121You become victorious through peace. 122You attain selfsovereignty through peace.

117to aisi visheshta dikhaayegi na।

123You don't have to create any upheaval.

118apne charitra dvaara baap ka chitra dikhaana।

124So, you are the Shaktis of the very strong Shakti Army.

119achha – 1202. kumaariyon ka jhunda hain।

125You are not those who will leave the army and go away.

121sena taiyaar ho rahi hai।

126No one can shake you even in your dreams.

122woh to left-right karte, aap sada right hi right karte।

127You are not those who are ever influenced by anyone's company.

123yeh saina kitni shreshtha hai, shanti dvaara vijayi ban jaate।

128Those who constantly stay in the Father's company cannot be influenced by any other company.

124shanti se hi svaraajya pa lete।

129Therefore, the whole group of you is a brave group, is it not?

125koi halchal nahin karni padti hai।

130What do those who are brave do?

126to pakki shakti sena ki shaktiyaan ho,saina chhodkar jaane vaali nahin।

131They go onto the battlefield. 132So, all of you are brave, but you haven't come onto the field as yet.

127svapna mein bhi koi hila na sake। 128kabhi bhi kisi ke sangadosh mein aane vaali nahin।

133When brave ones go onto the battlefield, you must have seen how the band plays when brave ones show such bravery.

129sada baap ke sang mein rahne vaale, doosre ke sang mein nahin aa sakte।

134When you come onto the field, bands of happiness will be playing. 135Kumaris always have an elevated fortune.

130to saara group bahaadur hai na!

136Kumaris have a very good chance for serving.

131bahaadur kya karte hain? 132maidaan par aate hain।

137There are going to be more chances too, because there is a lot of service and few servers.

133to ho sabhi bahaadur lekin maidaan par nahin aai ho।

138When servers go out on service, how much service will get done?

134bahaadur jab maidaan par aate hain to dekha hoga ki bahaadur ki bahaaduri mein band bajaate hain।

139We shall see what wonders the kumaris perform. 140You kumaris of Bombay will drop bombs in Bombay, will you not?

135aap bhi jab maidaan par aayengi to khushi ki band bajegi।

141Everyone carries out an ordinary task, but you have to carry out a special task.

136kumaariyaan sada hi shreshtha takdeervaan hain।

142Kumaris are the decoration of the home.

137kumaariyon ko seva ka bahut achha chance hai aur milne vaala bhi hai।

143No matter what they consider kumaris to be in a worldly way, in the parlokik home, kumaris are great.

138kyonki seva bahut hai aur sevaadhaari kam hain।

144There is beauty of the centre when the kumaris are there.

139jab sevaadhaari seva par niklenge to kitni seva ho jaayegi।

145There is also a special lift for the mothers. 146First is the mother guru.

140dekhenge kumaariyaan kya kamaal karti hain। 141baambe ki kumaariyaan to baambe bomb chhodne vaali kumaariyaan hongi na।

147The Father has placed the mother gurus ahead and this is why in the future, the name of the mothers (women) is first. 148Achcha. 149BapDada meeting teachers:

142saadhaaran kaarya to sab karte hain lekin aap vishesh kaarya karke dikhaao।

150Teachers mean those who are equal to the Father. 151As is the Father, so are you instrument servers.

143kumaariyaan ghar ka shrringaar ho।

152The Father becomes the Instrument and so servers too are instrument souls.

144laukik mein kumaariyon ko kya bhi samjhen lekin paarlaukik ghar mein kumaariyaan mahaan hain।

153By considering yourself to be an instrument, you automatically develop sanskars of being equal to the Father in a practical way.

145kumaariyaan hain to centre ki raunak hai। 146maataaon ke liye bhi vishesh lift hai।

154If you don't consider yourself to be an instrument, then you can't become equal to the Father.

147pahle maata guru hai। 148baap ne maata guru ko aage kiya hai tab bhavishya mein maataaon ka naam aage hai। 149achha!

155Therefore, first is to be an instrument and the next is to be constantly detached and loving. 156This is the speciality of the Father.

150teachers ke saath - teachers arthaat baap samaan।

157He becomes loving and also remains detached. 158He is loving whilst detached.

151jaise baap vaise nimitta sevaadhaari। 152baap bhi nimitta hai to sevaadhaari bhi nimitta aatmaayen hain।

159So, to be equal to the Father means to be extremely detached and extremely loving, to be detached from others and loving to the Father.

153nimitta samajhne se svatah hi baap samaan banne ka sanskaar practical mein aata hai।

160This is being equal. 161These are the two specialities of the Father. 162So, servers equal to the Father are also like that.

154agar nimitta nahin samajhte to baap samaan nahin ban sakte। 155to ek nimitta, doosra sada nyaara aur pyaara।

163Whilst constantly keeping this speciality in your awareness, you will easily continue to move forward.

156yeh baap ki visheshta hai।

164You won't have to make effort.

157pyaara bhi banta aur nyaara bhi rehta।

165Where you are an instrument, success is guaranteed.

158nyaara bankar pyaara banta hai।

166There cannot be the consciousness of "mine" there.

159to baap samaan arthaat ati nyaare aur ati pyaare।

167Where there is the consciousness of "mine", there isn't success.

160auron se nyaare aur baap se pyaare। 161yeh samaanta hai।

168To have the feeling of being an instrument is the key to success.

162baap ki yahi do visheshtaaen hain। 163to baap samaan sevaadhaari bhi aise hain।

169Since you have let go of the limited worldly "mine", where did any other "mine" come from?

164isi visheshta ko sada smriti mein rakhte hue sahaj aage badhti jaayengi।

170Instead of saying "mine" say, "Baba, Baba!", and you will be constantly safe. 171It is not my centre, but Baba's centre.

165mehnat nahin karni padengi।

172Not my student, but Baba's student.

166jahaan nimitta hain vahaan saphalta hai hi।

173“Mine” finishes and, instead, it becomes “Yours”. 174To say, "Yours" means to fly.

167vahaan mera-pan aa nahin sakta।

175So the instrument teachers mean the example of the flying stage.

168jahaan mera-pan hai vahaan saphalta nahin। 169‘nimitta bhaav saphalta ki chaabi hai।

176Just as you become an example of the flying stage, in the same way, others also become that.

170’ jab had ka laukik mera-pan chhod diya to phir aur mera kahaan se aaya।

177Even against your conscious wish, those for whom you become an instrument, automatically receive those vibrations.

171mera ke bajaae ‘baba-baba’kahne se sada safe ho jaate।

178So, instrument teachers, servers, are constantly detached and constantly loving.

172mera centre nahin baba ka centre।

179You are those who will pass any paper that comes.

173mera jigyaasu nahin - baba ka।

180You are the victorious ones who have faith in the intellect.

174mera khatma hokar tera ban jaata।

181All of you are spiritual roses, are you not?

175tera kehna arthaat udna।

182Are you jasmines or are you roses?

176to nimitta shikshak arthaat udti kala ke example। 177jaise aap udti kala ke example bante vaise doosre bhi bante hain। 178na chaahte bhi jiske nimitta bante ho unmein woh vibration svatah aa jaate hai।

183Just as roses are said to be the most elevated of the flowers, in the same way, spiritual roses means the most elevated souls. 184Spiritual roses are those who always maintain their spirituality, those who always maintain spiritual intoxication, those who always do spiritual service.

179to nimitta shikshak, sevaadhaari sada nyaare hain, sada pyaare hain।

185You are such spiritual roses. 186According to the present time, there is a need for spirituality.

180kabhi bhi koi paper aave to usmein paas hone vaale hain।

187It is because of not having spirituality, that there is all that fighting and quarrelling.

181nishchaybuddhi vijayi hain।

188So, become spiritual roses and spread spiritual fragrance.

1822. sabhi roohaani gulaab ho na।

189This is the occupation of Brahmin life.

183motiya ho ya gulaab?

190Always remain busy in this occupation.

184jaise gulaab ka pushpa sab pushpon mein se shreshtha gaaya jaata hai aise roohaani gulaab arthaat shreshtha aatmaayen।

191Meeting a group: 192Do you constantly experience yourselves to be a doublelight angel? 193An angel means one whose world is the one Father alone.

185roohaani gulaab sada roohaaniyat mein rahne vaala, sada roohaani nashe mein rahne vaala।

194Such angels are always loved by the Father. 195Angels means those who don't have attraction to the body or bodily relationships.

186sada roohaani seva mein rahne vaala - aise roohaani gulaab ho। 187aajkal ke samay pramaan roohaaniyat ki aavashyakta hai।

196You are in the body in name, and you interact with bodily relations, but not with attachment because angels don’t have a relationship with anyone else.

188roohaaniyat na hone ke kaaran hi yeh sab ladaai jhagde hain।

197Angels only have a relationship with the one Father. 198You are such angels, are you not?

189to roohaani gulaab ban roohaaniyat ki khushbu phailaane vaale।

199One minute you come into the body to perform actions and the next moment you become detached from your body.

190yahi brahman jeevan ka occupation hai। 191sada isi occupation mein busy raho।

200Angels are here one second and somewhere else in the next because they are the ones who make others fly.

192party se 193sada svayan ko double light pharishta anubhav karte ho।

201They take the support of a body in order to perform actions and then they go up above.

194pharishta arthaat jiski duniya hi ‘ek baap’ ho। 195aise pharishte sada baap ke pyaare hain।

202Do you experience this? 203If there is attachment anywhere, if there is a bondage, then those with a bondage cannot fly.

196pharishta arthaat deh aur deh ke sambandhon se aakarshan ka rishta nahin।

204They will come down. 205Angels means those who are constantly in the flying stage, not those who fluctuate.

197nimitta maatra deh mein hain aur deh ke sambandhiyon se kaarya mein aate hain lekin lagaav nahin।

206You are those who constantly stay in the stage above, the ones who stay in the world of angels. 207So, when you become angels, embodiments of remembrance, all other relationships end.

198kyonki pharishton ke aur koi se rishte nahin hote।

208You have such practice, do you not? 209You perform actions and become detached.

199pharishte ke rishte ek baap ke saath hain। 200aise pharishte ho na।

210What do you do in a lift? 211One minute you are down and the next minute you go up.

201abhi-abhi deh mein karma karne ke liye aate aur abhi- abhi deh se nyaare!

212You come down, perform your actions and then press the switch and go up again. 213Have such practice.

202pharishte second mein yahaan, second mein vahaan। 203kyonki udne vaale hain। 204karma karne ke liye deh ka aadhaar liya aur phir oopar।

214Achcha. 215Blessing: May you be seated on the immortal throne and thus the heartthrone and, by being the master of yourself, make your physical senses work under your orders.

205aise anubhav karte ho? 206agar kahaan bhi lagaav hai, bandhan hai to bandhan vaala oopar nahin ud sakta। 207woh neeche aa jaayega।

216I am a soul seated on the immortal throne, that is, I am a king who is the master of the self. 217When a king is seated on the throne, all his workers work according to his orders.

208pharishte arthaat sada udti kala vaale। 209neeche oopar hone vaale nahin।

218In the same way, by being seated on the heartthrone, all your physical senses always work according to your orders.

210sada oopar ki sthiti mein rahne vaale। 211pharishton ke sansaar mein rahne vaale।

219Those who remain seated on the immortal throne always have the Father's heartthrone because by considering yourself to be a soul, you remember the Father.

212to pharishta smriti swaroop bane to sab rishte khatma।

220Then, there is no body, no bodily relations, no physical comforts.

213aise abhyaasi ho na।

221The Father is your whole world.

214karma kiya aur phir nyaare। 215lift mein kya karte hain? 216abhi-abhi neeche abhi-abhi oopar।

222Therefore, those who are seated on the immortal throne automatically become seated on the Father's heart throne.

217neeche aaye karma kiya aur phir switch dabaaya aur oopar। 218aise abhyaasi।

223Slogan: To have the powers to discriminate, to recognise and to imbibe is to become a holy swan.

219achha - om shanti।
