²Today, the Dilwala Father (One who conquers your heart) has come to have a heart­to­heart conversation with His loving children who are seated on the heart­throne.

⁵dilvaala apne sachchi dil vaalon se dil ki len-den karne, dil ka haal-chaal sunne ke liye aaye hain।

³Dilwala has come to have an exchange and to ask His children who have an honest heart about the welfare of their heart.

⁶roohaani baap roohon se rooh- roohaan karte hain।

⁴The spiritual Father is having a heart­to­heart conversation with the spirits.

⁷yeh roohon ki rooh-roohaan sirf is samay hi anubhav kar sakte ho।

⁷You are such elevated spirits that you even bind the Father, who is free from bondage, in the bond of love.

¹⁰duniya vaale bandhan se chhudaane vaale kah kar pukaar rahe hain aur aise bandhanmukta baap bachchon ke sneh ke bandhan mein sada bandhe hue hain।

⁸People of the world call out to Him as the One who liberates them from bondage and such a Father, who is free from bondage, is always bound in the bond of the children’s love.

¹¹baandhane mein hoshiyaar ho।

⁹You are clever in binding Him.

¹²jab bhi yaad karte ho to baap haajar hai na!

¹⁰Whenever you remember Him, the Father becomes present.

²³kabhi svayan se asantushta va kabhi brahman aatmaon se asantushta va kabhi apne sanskaaron se asantushta va kabhi vaayumandal ke prabhaav se asantushta to nahin hote ho na!

²¹You don’t sometimes become discontented with yourself, with Brahmin souls, with your own sanskars, or with the influence of the atmosphere, do you? ²²Are you always content with everything?

²⁴sada sab baaton se santushta hain? ²⁵kabhi santushta, kabhi asantushta ko santushtamni kahenge?

²³If you are content sometimes but not at other times, would you be called jewels of contentment?

²⁶aap sabne kaha na ki ham santushtamni hain।

²⁴All of you said that you are jewels of contentment, did you not?

²⁷phir aise to nahin kahenge ki ham to santushta hain lekin doosre asantushta karte hain।

²⁵Then you wouldn’t say that you are content but that others make you discontent, would you?

²⁸kuchh bhi ho jaae lekin jo santushta aatmaayen hain woh kab bhi apni santushtata ki visheshta ko chhod nahin sakte hain।

²⁶No matter what happens, contented souls would never let go of their speciality of contentment.

²⁹‘santushtata’ - brahman jeevan ka vishesh gun kaho ya khajaana kaho ya vishesh jeevan ka shringaar hai।

²⁷Contentment is the special virtue, treasure and special decoration of life.

³⁰jaise koi priy vastu hoti hai to priy vastu ko kabhi chhodte nahin hain।

²⁸When you love something, you never let that thing go.

³¹santushtata visheshta hai।

²⁹Contentment is your speciality.

³²santushtata brahman jeevan ka vishesh parivartan ka darpan hai।

³⁰Contentment is the special mirror of transformation in Brahmin life.

³³saadhaaran jeevan aur brahman jeevan।

³¹There is ordinary life and Brahmin life.

³⁴saadhaaran jeevan arthaat kabhi santushta kabhi asantushta।

³²Ordinary life means to be sometimes content and sometimes discontent.

³⁵brahman jeevan mein santushtata ki visheshta ko dekh agyaani bhi prabhaavit hote hain।

³³Seeing the speciality of contentment in Brahmin life, even those who don’t have knowledge are impressed.

³⁶yeh parivartan anek aatmaon ka parivartan karne ke nimitta ban jaata hai।

³⁴This transformation becomes instrumental in bringing about transformation in many souls.

³⁷sabhi ke mukh se yahi nikalta ki yeh ‘sada santushta arthaat khush rehte hain।

³⁵It emerges from everyone’s lips that that one always remains content, that he always remains happy.

³⁸’ jahaan santushtata hai vahaan khushi zaroor hai।

³⁶Where there is contentment, there is definitely happiness.

³⁹asantushtata khushi ko gaayab karti hai।

³⁷Discontentment makes your happiness disappear.

⁴⁰yahi brahman jeevan ki mahima hai।

³⁸This is the praise of Brahmin life.

⁴¹sada santushtata nahin to saadhaaran jeevan hai।

³⁹If there isn’t contentment all the time, then it is an ordinary life.

⁴²santushtata saphalta ka sahaj aadhaar hai।

⁴⁰The basis of easy success is contentment.

⁴³santushtata sarva brahman parivaar ke snehi banaane mein shreshtha saadhan hai।

⁴¹Contentment is the elevated means to make souls loving to the whole Brahmin family.

⁴⁴jo santushta rahega uske prati svatah hi sabhi ka sneh rahega।

⁴²Everyone will automatically love those who remain content.

⁴⁵santushta aatma ko sada sabhi svayan hi sameep laane va har shreshtha kaarya mein sahayogi banaane ka prayatna karenge।

⁴³Everyone always tries to bring them close to themselves and to make them co­operate in every elevated task.

⁴⁶unhon ko mehnat nahin karni padegi ki mujhe sameep laao। ⁴⁷mujhe sahayogi banaao। ⁴⁸ya mujhe vishesh aatmaon ki list mein laao।

⁴⁴They don’t have to make any effort to be brought close or to be made co­operative, or to be put on the list of special souls.

⁴⁹sochna bhi nahin padega। ⁵⁰kehna bhi nahin padega।

⁴⁵They don’t have to think this; they don’t even have to say it.

⁵¹santushtata ki visheshta svayan hi har kaarya mein golden chancellor bana deti hai।

⁴⁶The speciality of contentment itself makes you a golden chancellor in every task.

⁵²svatah hi kaarya arth nimitta bani hui aatmaon ko santushta aatma ke prati sankalp aavega hi। ⁵³aaair chance milta hi rahega।

⁴⁷Souls who are the instruments for a task would automatically think of involving the contented souls and would continue to give them a chance.

⁵⁴santushtata sada sarva ke svabhaav sanskaar ko milaane vaali hoti hai।

⁴⁸Contentment always enables you to harmonise with everyone’s nature and sanskaras.

⁵⁵santushta aatma kabhi kisi ke bhi svabhaav sanskaar se ghabraane vaali nahin hoti hai।

⁴⁹A contented soul is never afraid of anyone’s nature or sanskaras. ⁵⁰You have become such contented souls, have you not?

⁵⁶aisi santushta aatmaayen bani ho na!

⁵¹God Himself came to you, you didn’t go to Him.

⁵⁷jaise bhagwan aapke paas aaya aap nahin gaye।

⁵²Fortune itself came to you.

⁵⁸bhaagya svayan aapke paas aaya। ⁵⁹ghar baithe bhagwan mila।

⁵³Whilst sitting at home, you found God, you found fortune.

⁶⁰bhaagya mila। ⁶¹ghar baithe sarva khajaanon ki chaabi mili।

⁵⁴Whilst sitting at home you received the key to all treasures.

⁶²jab chaaho jo chaaho khajaane aapke hain। ⁶³kyonki adhikaari ban gaye ho na।

⁵⁵Whenever you want anything, you have the treasures because you have become those who have a right.

⁶⁴to aise sarva ke sameep aane ka,seva mein sameep aane ka chance bhi svatah hi milta hai।

⁵⁶Therefore, you also automatically receive the chance to come close to everyone and to come close in service.

⁶⁵visheshta svayan hi aage badhaati hai।

⁵⁷Your speciality itself enables you to move forward.

⁶⁶jo sada santushta rehta hai usse sabhi ka svatah hi dil ka pyaar hota hai।

⁵⁸Everyone naturally has love in their heart for those who always remain content.

⁶⁷baahar ka pyaar nahin।

⁵⁹It is not superficial love.

⁶⁸ek hota hai - kisi ko raaji karne ke liye baahar ka pyaar karna। ⁶⁹ek hota hai - dil ka pyaar।

⁶⁰One is to give someone superficial love in order to please him and the other is love from the heart.

⁶⁴Whether someone is new or old, whether that one’s introduction is known or not, contentment itself gives the introduction of such a soul.

⁷⁴har ek ki dil hogi isse baaten karen,isse baithen।

⁶⁵Everyone would desire to speak to that person and sit with him.

⁶⁶So, are you content in this way?

⁷⁶pakke ho na!

⁷⁷aise to nahin kehte - ban rahe hain।

⁶⁸You are not saying that you are becoming that, are you?

⁷⁸nahin!

⁷⁹ban gaye hain।

⁷⁰You have become that.

⁸⁰santushta aatmaayen sada maayaajeet hain hi।

⁷¹Contented souls are always conquerors of Maya.

⁸¹yeh maayaajeet vaalon ki sabha hai na।

⁷²This is the gathering of those who are conquerors of Maya.

⁸²maaya se ghabraane vaale to nahin hain na।

⁷³You are not those who are afraid of Maya, are you?

⁸³maaya aati kiske paas hai?

⁷⁴To whom does Maya come?

⁸⁴sabhi ke paas aati to hai na!

⁷⁵She comes to everyone, does she not?

⁸⁵aisa koi hai jo kahe maaya aati hi nahin?

⁷⁶Is there anyone who says that Maya doesn’t come?

⁸⁶aati sabke paas hai lekin koi ghabraata hai koi pahchaan leta hai isliye sambhal jaata hai।

⁷⁷She comes to everyone, but some are afraid of her and others recognize her and this is why they are able to remain careful.

⁸⁷maryaada ki lakeer ke andar rahne vaale baap ke aagyaakaari bachche maaya ko door se hi pahchaan lete hain।

⁷⁸The Father’s obedient children who stay within the line of the code of conduct recognize Maya from a distance.

⁸⁸pahchaanne mein deri karte hain,va galti karte hain tab maaya se ghabra jaate hain।

⁷⁹It is when you take time to recognize her or when you make a mistake in recognizing her that you become afraid.

⁸⁹jaise yaadgaar mein kahaani suni hai - seeta ne dhokha kyon khaaya?

⁸³If she had recognized that one as not being a brahmin priest or a beggar, she wouldn’t have had to experience being in the cottage of sorrow.

⁹³lekin pahchaan deri se aai tab dhokha khaaya aur dhokhe ke kaaran duhkh uthaana pada।

⁸⁴However, it was because she recognized him later that she was deceived, and, because of being deceived, she had to suffer.

⁹⁴yogi se viyogi ban gai।

⁸⁵From being yogi, she became viyogi (separated through lack of yoga).

⁹⁵sada saath rahne se door ho gai।

⁸⁶From being in constant company, she became distant.

⁹⁶praapti swaroop aatma se pukaarne vaali aatma ban gai।

⁸⁷From being a soul who was an embodiment of attainment, she became a soul who was calling out.

⁹⁷kaaran?

⁸⁸Reason?

⁹⁸pahchaan kam।

⁸⁹Lack of recognition!

⁹⁹maaya ke roop ko pahchaanne ki shakti kam hone kaaran maaya ko bhagaane ke bajaae svayan ghabra jaate hain।

⁹⁰Because of lacking the power to recognize Maya, instead of being able to chase Maya away, you become afraid. ⁹¹Why is there a lack of recognition?

¹⁰⁰pahchaan kam kyon hoti hai,samay par pahchaan nahin aati, peechhe kyon aati।

⁹²Why doesn’t recognition come at that time, but later? ⁹³What is the reason for this?

¹⁰¹iska kaaran? ¹⁰²kyonki sada baap ki shreshtha mat par nahin chalte।

⁹⁴The reason is that you don’t constantly follow the Father’s elevated directions.

¹⁰⁴To become slightly weak even in your thoughts means to give way to Maya.

¹¹⁴isliye maayaajeet banne ka bahut sahaj saadhan hai - ‘sada baap ke saath raho।

¹⁰⁵This is why the very easy way to become a conqueror of Maya is always to stay with the Father.

¹¹⁵’ saath rehna arthaat svatah hi maryaadaaon ki lakeer ke andar rehna।

¹⁰⁶To stay with Him means automatically to stay within the line of the code of conduct.

¹¹⁶ek-ek vikaar ke peechhe vijayi banne ki mehnat karne se chhoot jaayenge।

¹⁰⁷Then you will be liberated from making effort to become free from each vice individually.

¹¹⁷saath raho to svatah hi jaise baap vaise aap।

¹⁰⁸Remain in the company, then you automatically become the same as the Father.

¹¹⁸sang ka rang svatah hi lag jaayega।

¹⁰⁹Company will automatically colour you.

¹¹⁹beej ko chhod sirf shaakhaaon ko kaatne ki mehnat nahin karo। ¹²⁰aaj kaam jeet ban gaye,kal krodh jeet ban gaye,nahin।

¹¹⁰Don’t put aside the seed and labour to cut just the branches – one day you become a conqueror of lust, the next day you conquer anger.

¹²¹hain hi sada vijayi!

¹¹¹No. ¹¹²You are constantly victorious.

¹²²jab beejroop dvaara beej ko khatma kar denge to baar-baar mehnat karne se svatah hi chhoot jaayenge।

¹¹³When you finish the seed through the Seed­form, you will automatically be liberated from repeatedly making effort.

¹²³sirf beejroop ko saath rakho।

¹¹⁴Simply keep the Seed­form with you.

¹²⁴phir yeh maaya ka beej aisa bhasma ho jaayega jo phir kabhi bhi us beej se ansh bhi nahin nikal sakta।

¹¹⁵Then the seed of Maya will be burnt in such a way that no trace would emerge from that seed.

¹²⁵vaise bhi aag mein jale hue beej se kabhi phal nahin nikal sakta।

¹¹⁶In any case, seeds that are roasted can never give fruit.

¹²⁶to saath raho, santushta raho to maaya kya karegi!

¹¹⁷Therefore, remain with the Father. ¹¹⁸Remain content. ¹¹⁹Then what can Maya do?

¹²⁷surrender ho jaayegi।

¹²⁰She will surrender herself.

¹²⁸maaya ko surrender karna nahin aata hai?

¹²¹Do you not know how to make Maya surrender?

¹²⁹agar svayan surrender hain to maaya uske aage surrender hai hi।

¹²²If you yourself are surrendered then Maya is surrendered to you anyway.

¹³⁰to maaya ko surrender kiya hai ya abhi taiyaari kar rahe ho?

¹²³So, have you surrendered Maya or are you still making preparations?

¹³⁷The sign of love is that you have come close from so far away.

¹⁴²din raat lagan se din ginte-ginte yahaan pahunch gaye।

¹³⁸You counted the days and nights with love and reached here.

¹⁴³lagan na hoti to pahunchna bhi mushkil hota।

¹³⁹If there hadn’t been love, it would have been difficult to reach here.

¹⁴⁴lagan hai ismen to paas ho।

¹⁴⁰You have passed in having love.

¹⁴⁵paas certificate mil gaya na।

¹⁴¹You have received the pass certificate, have you not?

¹⁴⁶har subject mein paas।

¹⁴²You have passed in every subject.

¹⁴⁷phir bhi baapdaada bachchon ko aaphreen dete hain। ¹⁴⁸kyonki pahchaanne ki najar tej hai।

¹⁴³Nevertheless, BapDada gives thanks to you children because your eye of recognition is sharp.

¹⁴⁹door rehte bhi baap ko pahchaan liya।

¹⁴⁴Whilst living far away, you have recognized the Father.

¹⁵⁰saath arthaat desh mein rahne vaale nahin pahchaan sakte। ¹⁵¹lekin aap log door baithe bhi pahchaan gaye।

¹⁴⁵Those who are with Him, that is, those in this country are not able to recognize Him, but you have recognized Him whilst sitting far away.

¹⁵²pahchaan kar baap ko apna banaaya va baap ke bane।

¹⁴⁶You recognized the Father and made Him belong to you and made yourself belong to Him.

¹⁵³iske liye baapdaada vishesh aaphreen dete hain।

¹⁴⁷BapDada is giving special congratulations for this.

¹⁵⁴to jaise pahchaanne mein aage gaye vaise maayaajeet banne mein bhi number one ban sada baap ki aaphreen lene ke yogya avashya banenge।

¹⁴⁸So, just as you went ahead in recognizing Him, in the same way, become number one in becoming conquerors of Maya and you will definitely become those who always receive congratulations from the Father.

¹⁵⁵jo baapdaada koi bhi maaya se ghabraane vaali aatma ko aapke paas bhejen ki in bachchon se ja karke maayaajeet banne ka anubhav poochho।

¹⁴⁹Then BapDada will be able to send any soul who is afraid of Maya to you telling them: Ask that child about his experience of becoming a conqueror of Maya.

²⁶²Because of remaining busy, you are liberated from all types of Maya.

²⁶⁸agle varshon se is varsha ki result achhi hai।

²⁶⁴The result this year is better than previous years.

²⁶⁹seva ki vriddhi ka record bhi achha hai।

²⁶⁵The record of the growth in service is also good.

²⁸⁴aise anubhav karenge jaise yeh shareer ki shaktiyaan baahen hain, paanv hain, aankhen hain… jis samay jo shakti use karne chaahen vaise kar sakte hain, vaise yeh sookshm shaktiyaan kaarya mein laga sakte hain।

²⁷³Blessing: May you be a constant yogi and use your mind and intellect in the right way. ²⁷⁴A constant yogi means that the mind and intellect are the special means for you to become a master of the self.

²⁸⁵kyonki yeh bhi apna adhikaar hai।

²⁷⁵The mantra itself is manmanabhav.

²⁸⁶lekin iska adhikaar hai master sarvashaktivaan ki smriti।

²⁷⁶Yoga is said to be yoga of the intellect.

²⁸⁷(2) seva mein nimitta banna yeh bhi shreshtha bhaagya hai - is bhaagya ko sada aage badhaane ke liye vishesh svayan ko double light samjho। ²⁸⁸kisi bhi prakaar ka bojh khushi ki anubhooti sada nahin karaayega। ²⁸⁹jitna apne ko double light anubhav karenge utna bhaagya padmaguna badhta jaayega। ²⁹⁰baapdaada double light rahne vaale bachchon ke har kaarya mein madadgaar hain।

²⁷⁷Therefore, if these special foundation pillars are under your control, that is, if they are working in the right way according to your orders, then whatever thoughts you want to have, you will be able to have such thoughts and you will be able to focus your intellect wherever you want.

²⁹¹jitna seva mein nimitta banne ka bhaagya milta hai utna double light sthiti se udti kala mein udne ke vishesh anubhvi ban sakte ho। ²⁹²double light sthiti mein rahne se sada khushi mein naachte rahenge aur khushi ke mahaadaani ban khushi ki khaan badhaate rahenge। ²⁹³patron ke uttar dete hue:- sabhi bachchon ke dil ke yaadapyaar ke saaz baapdaada ne sune। ²⁹⁴jis sneh se, dil ke umang se sabhi bachchon ne yaadapyaar bheji hai usi sneh se baapdaada yaadapyaar de rahe hain।

²⁷⁸Your intellect should not make you kings wander.

²⁹⁵aise snehi diltakhtansheen bachchon ko dilaaraam baap ki dil se yaadapyaar sveekaar ho।
