¹The method to make your past, present and future elevated.

²Avināśhī vidhi sē avināśhī siddhi prāpt karānē vālē , trikāldarśhī bāpdādā apnē ati pyārē bachchō̃ prati bōlē

²Today, the great­great­grandfather (Brahma) and God, the Father (Shiva) are giving greetings of blessings from their heart to their sweet and extremely lovely children.

³Āj great-great grand father aur gôḍ-phādar apnē ati mīṭhē , ati pyārē bachchō̃ kō dil sē duāō̃ key|kī greetings dē rahē haĩ .

³BapDada knows how elevated each and every long­lost and now­found child is and how each one is a great soul. ⁴Every child's greatness and purity continue to reach the Father numberwise.

⁴Bāpdādā jāntē haĩ ki ēk-ēk sikīladhā bachchā kitnā śhrēṣhṭh , mahān ātmā hai  !

⁵Today, all of you have especially come to celebrate the New Year with zeal and enthusiasm.

⁵Her|har bachchē key|kī mahānatā-pavitratā - bāp kē pās number-vār pahũchtī rahtī hai .

⁶In order to celebrate, people of the world ignite an extinguished lamp or a candle.

⁶Āj K|kē din sabhī viśhēṣh nayā varṣh manānē K|kē umaṅg-utsāh sē āyē huē haĩ .

⁷They celebrate by igniting it, whereas BapDada is celebrating the New Year with the countless lamps who have been ignited.

⁷Duniyā K|kē lōg manānē kē liē bujhē huē dīp vā mōmabattiyā̃ jagātē haĩ .

⁸He does not light those who have become extinguished, and, having ignited them, he doesn't blow them out.

⁸Vah jagākar manātē haĩ aur bāpdādā jagē huē anginat dīpakō̃ sē nayā varṣh manā rahē haĩ . ⁹Bujhē huē kō jagātē nahī̃ aur jagākar phir bujhātē nahī̃ .

⁹No one except the Father and you children can celebrate the New Year in this way in a gathering of hundreds of thousands of such ignited spiritual lights.

¹⁰Aisā lākhō̃ key|kī andāj mē̃ jagē huē rūhānī jyōti K|kē saṅgaṭhan kā varṣh manānā - yah sivāē bāp aur āpkē kōī manā nahī̃ saktā .

¹⁰This is such a beautiful scene of the spiritual gathering of the sparkling lamps. ¹¹Each one's spiritual lamp is sparkling constantly and steadily.

¹¹Kitnā sundar jagmagātē dīpakō̃ K|kē rūhānī saṅgaṭhan kā dr̥iśhya hai  !

¹²"One Baba" in each one's mind is enabling all the spiritual lamps to sparkle.

¹²Sabkī rūhānī jyōti ēkaṭik , ēkras chamak rahī hai . ¹³Sabkē man mē̃ ‘ ēk bābā ' - yahī lagan rūhānī dīpak kō jagmagā rahī hai .

¹³You have the one world, you have the one thought and you have a constant and stable stage ­ this is what it means to celebrate.

¹⁴Ēk saṅsār hai , ēk saṅkalp hai , ēkras sthiti hai - yahī manānā hai , yahī bankar banānā hai . ¹⁵Issē samay vidāī aur badhāī dōnō̃ kā saṅgam hai .

¹⁴This is what it means to become that and make others that. ¹⁵At this time, it is the confluence of both farewell (vidaai) and greetings (badhaai).

¹⁶Purānē key|kī vidāī hai aur nayē kō badhāī hai .

¹⁶It is farewell to the old and greetings to the new.

¹⁷Is saṅgam samay par sabhī pahũch gayē haĩ .

¹⁷All of you have reached here at this confluence.

¹⁸Isliē , purānē saṅkalp aur saṅskār K|kē vidāī key|kī bhī mubārak hai aur nayē umaṅg-utsāh sē uṛnē key|kī bhī mubārak hai .

¹⁸Therefore, congratulations for bidding farewell to your old thoughts and sanskars and also congratulations for flying with new zeal and enthusiasm.

¹⁹Jō present hai , vah kuchh samay kē bād ( bītā samay ) hō jāyēgā .

¹⁹The moment that is the present will become the past after a little time.

²⁰Jō varṣh chal rahā hai , vah 12 . 00 bajē kē bād past hō jāēgā .

²⁰The year that you are now passing through will become the past after midnight.

²¹Is samay kō present kahē̃gē aur kal kō future ( bhaviṣhya ) kahtē haĩ .

²¹The moment now (today) is called the present, and tomorrow is the future.

²²Past , present aur future - in tīnō̃ kā hī khēl chaltā rahtā hai .

²²The play of the past, present and future continues to take place.

²³In tīnō̃ śhabdō̃ kō is nayē varṣh mē̃ naī vidhi sē prayōg karnā .

²³Use all these three words in this New Year in a new way.

²⁴Kaisē  ?

²⁵Past kō sadā pass with honour ( sammān kē sāth saphal ) hōkar kē pās karnā .

²⁵Let the past become the past by always passing with honours.

²⁶‘ ‘ past is past ' ' tō hōnā hī hai lēkin kaisē pās|pass karnā hai  ?

²⁶Of course, it will be "past is past", but how are you going to pass through it?

²⁷Kahtē hō nā - samay pās|pass hō gayā , yah dr̥iśhya pās|pass hō gayā .

²⁷You say that the time passed by, that this scene passed by.

²⁸Lēkin pass with honour ban pās|pass kiyā  ?

²⁸However, did you pass through that whilst passing with honours?

²⁹Bītī kō bītī kiyā lēkin bītī kō aisī śhrēṣhṭh vidhi sē bītī kiyā jō bītī kō smr̥iti mē̃ lātē ‘ vāh  ! ³⁰Vāh  ! ³¹' K|kē bōl dil sē nikalē̃  ?

²⁹You made the past become the past, but did you pass through the past in such an elevated way that, as soon as you remember the past, the words "Wah, wah!" emerge from your heart?

³²Bītī kō aisī bītī kiyā jō anya āpkī bītī huī story|storey sē pāṭh paṛhē̃  ?

³⁰Did you make the past become the past in such a way that others can learn a lesson from your story of the past?

³³Āpkī bītī yādagār-svarūp ban jāyē , kīrtan arthāt kīrti gātē rahē̃ . ³⁴Jaisē bhakti-mārg mē̃ āpkē hī karma kā kīrtan gātē rahtē haĩ .

³¹Your past should become the form of a memorial, it should become a devotional song (kirtan), that is, it should be worth singing praise of, just as people on the path of devotion, continue to sing devotional songs of your actions.

³⁵Āpkē karma K|kē kīrtan sē anēk ātmāō̃ kā ab bhī śharīr nirvāh hō rahā hai .

³²Through the songs of praise of your actions, the livelihood of many souls is even now being made.

³⁶Is nayē varṣh mē̃ her|har past saṅkalp vā samay kō aisī vidhi sē pās|pass karnā .

³³In this New Year, let every thought and every moment become the past with this method.

³⁷Samjhā , kyā karnā hai  ?

³⁴Do you understand what you have to do?

³⁸Ab āō present ( vartamān ) , present kō aisē practical mē̃ lāō jō her|har present ghaṛī vā saṅkalp sē āp viśhēṣh ātmāō̃ dvārā kōī-na-kōī present ( saugāt ) prāpt hō .

³⁵Now, come into the present. ³⁶Make the present so practical that everyone receives one present (gift) or another from you special souls at every present moment and thought.

³⁹Sabsē jyādā khuśhī kis samay hōtī hai  ?

³⁷When do people experience the most happiness?

⁴⁰Jab kissē present ( saugāt ) miltī hai .

³⁸When they receive a present.

⁴¹Kaisā bhī aśhānt hō , duḥkhī hō yā parēśhān hō lēkin jab kōī pyār sē present dētā hai tō us ghaṛī khuśhī key|kī lahar ā jātī hai .

³⁹No matter how peaceless, sorrowful or distressed they may be, when they are given a present with love, there is a wave of happiness at that moment.

⁴²Dikhāvē key|kī present nahī̃ , dil sē .

⁴⁰Not a superficial present, but a present given from the heart.

⁴³Sabhī present ( saugāt ) kō sadā snēh key|kī sūchak māntē haĩ .

⁴¹Everyone always considers a present to be a symbol of love.

⁴⁴Present dī|the huī chīz key|kī value ‘ snēh ' hōtī hai , ‘ chīz ' key|kī nahī̃ .

⁴²The value of anything given as a present is in the love with which it is given, not in the thing itself.

⁴⁵Tō present ( vartamān ) dēnē key|kī vidhi sē vr̥iddhi kō pātē rahnā .

⁴³Therefore, continue to make progress with the method of giving presents. ⁴⁴Do you understand?

⁴⁶Samjhā  ? ⁴⁷Sahaj hai yā muśhkil hai  ?

⁴⁵Is this easy or difficult?

⁴⁸Bhaṇḍārē bharpūr haĩ nā yā present dētē-dētē bhaṇḍārā kam hō jāyēgā  ? ⁴⁹Stock jamā hai nā  ?

⁴⁶Your treasure­store is full, is it not? ⁴⁷Or, is it that by giving presents, your treasure­store will be reduced?

⁵⁰Sirph ēk second key|kī snēh dr̥iṣhṭi , snēh kā sahyōg , snēh key|kī bhāvnā , mīṭhē bōl , dil K|kē śhrēṣhṭh saṅkalp kā sāth - yahī prējanṭsa bahut haĩ .

⁴⁸You have accumulated some stock, have you not? ⁴⁹Simply give the present of one second's drishti with love, co­operation with love, feelings of love, sweet words and elevated thoughts from your heart.

⁵¹Ājkal chāhē āpas mē̃ brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ haĩ , chāhē āpkī bhakta ātmāyē̃ haĩ , chāhē āpkē sambandh sē samparka vālī ātmāyē̃ haĩ , chāhē parēśhān ātmāyē̃ haĩ-sabhī kō in prējanṭsa key|kī āvaśhyaktā hai , dūsrī present key|kī nahī̃ .

⁵⁰These presents are enough. ⁵¹Nowadays, you Brahmins, your devotees, those who are in connection and relationship with you, and distressed souls, all have need of these presents, not of any other presents.

⁵²Iskā stock tō hai nā  ?

⁵²You have a stock of these, do you not?

⁵³Tō her|har present ghaṛī kō dātā ban present kō past mē̃ badalnā , tō sarv prakār key|kī ātmāyē̃ dil sē āpkā kīrtan gātī rahē̃gī .

⁵³So, become a bestower and enable every present moment to change into the past, and then all types of souls will continue to sing songs of your praise from their heart.

⁵⁵What will you do in the future?

⁵⁶Sabhī āp lōgō̃ sē pūchhtē haĩ na ki ākhir bhī future kyā hai  ?

⁵⁶Everyone asks you: Ultimately, what is the future? ⁵⁷Reveal the future through your features.

⁵⁷Future kō apnē features sē pratyakṣha karō .

⁵⁸Your features should create the future. ⁵⁹What will the future be like?

⁵⁸Āpkē features future kō prakaṭ karē̃ .

⁶⁰What will eyes be like in the future?

⁵⁹Future kyā hōgā , future K|kē nain kyā hōṅgē , future key|kī muskān kyā hōgī , future K|kē sambandh kyā hōṅgē , future key|kī jīvan kyā hōgī - āpkē features in sab bātō̃ kā sākṣhātkār karāyē̃ .

⁶¹What will smiles be like in the future? ⁶²What will relationships be like in the future? ⁶³What will life be like in the future? ⁶⁴Your features should grant a vision of all of these things.

⁶⁰Dr̥iṣhṭi future key|kī sr̥iṣhṭi kō spaṣhṭ karē .

⁶⁵Your drishti should clearly reveal the world of the future.

⁶¹‘ kyā hōgā - yah question samāpt hō ‘ aisā hōgā ' , ismē̃ badal jāyē .

⁶⁶The question "What will happen?" should end and, instead, be changed into '"It will be like this".

⁶²‘ kaisā ' badal ‘ aisā ' hō jāyē .

⁶⁷Let the word "how?" change into "like this".

⁶³Future hai hī dēvtā .

⁶⁸In the future there are deities.

⁶⁴Dēvatāpan K|kē saṅskār arthāt dātāpan K|kē saṅskār , dēvatāpan K|kē saṅskār arthāt tāj , takhtadhārī bannē K|kē saṅskār .

⁶⁹The sanskars of a deity means the sanskars of a bestower. ⁷⁰The sanskars of a bestower means the sanskars of being one with a crown and seated on a throne.

⁶⁵Jō bhī dēkhē , unkō āpkā tāj aur takht anubhav hō .

⁷¹Whoever sees you should experience your crown and throne.

⁶⁶Kaun-sā tāj  ?

⁷²Which crown?

⁶⁷Sadā light ( halkā ) rahnē kā light ( prakāśh ) kā tāj .

⁷³The crown of light that enables you to remain constantly light.

⁶⁸Aur sadā āpkē karma sē , bōl sē rūhānī naśhā aur niścint-pan K|kē chinh anubhav hō̃ .

⁷⁴The signs of spiritual intoxication and a carefree stage should always be experienced from your actions and words.

⁶⁹Takhtadhārī key|kī niśhānī hai hī - ‘ niśhchinta ' aur ‘ naśhā ' .

⁷⁵The sign of being seated on a throne is to be carefree and to have intoxication.

⁷⁰Niśhchit vijayī kā naśhā aur niśhchinta sthiti - yah hai bāp K|kē diltakhtanaśhīn ātmā key|kī niśhānī .

⁷⁶The intoxication of having victory guaranteed and a carefree stage ­ this is the sign of a soul who is seated on the Father's heart­throne.

⁷¹Jō bhī āyē , vah yah takhtnaśhīn aur tājdhārī sthiti kā anubhav karē - yah hai future kō features dvārā pratyakṣha karnā .

⁷⁷Whoever comes should experience your stage of being seated on the heart­throne and wearing a crown. ⁷⁸This is what it means to reveal the future through your features.

⁷²Aisā nayā varṣh manānā arthāt bankar banānā . ⁷³Samjhā , nayē varṣh mē̃ kyā karnā hai  ?

⁷⁹Celebrate the New Year in this way, that is, become this and make others the same too.

⁷⁴Tīn śhabdō̃ sē master trimūrti , master trikāldarśhī aur trilōkīnāth ban jānā .

⁸⁰Do you understand what you have to do in the New Year? ⁸¹In 3 words become master Trimurti, master trikaldarshi and trilokinath.

⁷⁵Sab yahī sōchtē haĩ ki ab kyā karnā hai  ?

⁷⁹Nyū-īyar manānē mē̃ kitnē sādhan apanāyēṅgē  ?

⁸⁰Vē|way lōg sādhan bhī vināśhī apnātē aur manōrañjan bhī alpkāl kā kartē .

⁸⁷Those people use perishable methods and have entertainment for a short time.

⁸¹Abhī-abhī jalāyēṅgē , abhī-abhī bujhāyēṅgē . ⁸²Lēkin bāpdādā avināśhī vidhi sē avināśhī siddhi prāpt karnē vālē bachchō̃ sē manā rahē haĩ . ⁸³Āp lōg bhī kyā karē̃gē  ?

⁸⁸One moment they will light a candle and the next moment they will blow it out. ⁸⁹However, BapDada is celebrating in an imperishable way with you children who attain imperishable success.

⁸⁴Cake kāṭē̃gē , mōmbattī jalāyēṅgē , gīt gāyēṅgē , tālī bajāyēṅgē .

⁹⁰What will all of you also do? ⁹¹Cut a cake, light candles, sing songs and clap.

⁸⁵Yah bhī khūb karō , bhalē karō .

⁹²Do this a lot too. ⁹³You may do that.

⁸⁶Lēkin bāpdādā sadā avināśhī bachchō̃ kō avināśhī mubārak dētē haĩ aur avināśhī banānē key|kī vidhi batātē haĩ .

⁹⁴However, BapDada always gives the imperishable children imperishable congratulations and shows you a method to make you imperishable.

⁸⁷Sākār duniyā mē̃ sākārī suhēj manātē dēkh bāpdādā bhī khuśh hōtē haĩ . ⁸⁸Kyōṅki aisā sundar parivār jō pūrā hī parivār tājdhārī , takhtadhārī hai aur itnī lākhō̃ key|kī saṅkhyā mē̃ ēk parivār hai , aisā parivār sārē kalp mē̃ ēk hī bār miltā hai .

⁹⁵Seeing you celebrate in the corporeal world with physical festivity, BapDada is also pleased because it is only once in the whole cycle that you find such a beautiful family where the whole family ­ a gathering of hundreds of thousands - is wearing a crown and seated on the throne.

⁸⁹Isliē khūb nāchō , gāō , miṭhāī khāō .

⁹⁶Therefore, dance, sing and eat toli as much as you want.

⁹⁰Bāp tō bachchō̃ kō dēkh karkē , bhāsnā lēkar K|kē hī khuśh hōtē haĩ .

⁹⁸What is the song that is playing in each one's mind?

⁹²Khuśhī K|kē gīt baj rahē haĩ . ⁹³Sadā ‘ vāh  !

⁹⁹Songs of happiness are playing.

⁹⁴Vāh  ! ⁹⁵' K|kē gīt gāō .

¹⁰²‘ vāh  ! ¹⁰³Vāh '  ! ¹⁰⁴K|kē gīt gātē rahō .

¹⁰⁶Continue to sing songs of “Wah, wah!”

¹⁰⁵Bāpdādā āj muskarā rahē thē - kaī bachchē ‘ vāh '  ! ¹⁰⁶K|kē gīt K|kē bajāy aur bhī gīt gā lētē haĩ .

¹⁰⁷Today, BapDada was smiling because some children, instead of singing songs of “Wah, wah”, were singing other songs.

¹⁰⁷Vah bhī dō śhabda kā gīt hai , vah jāntē hō  ?

¹⁰⁸They were songs of just two words. ¹⁰⁹Do you know what they were?

¹⁰⁸Is varṣh vah dō śhabdō̃ kā gīt nahī̃ gānā .

¹¹⁰This year, do not sing songs of those two words. ¹¹¹Those two words are "Why?" and "I".

¹⁰⁹Vah dō śhabda haĩ - ‘ why ' aur ‘ I|āī|eye ' ( kyō̃ aur maĩ ) bahut karkē bāpdādā jab bachchō̃ key|kī T . V|we . dēkhtē haĩ tō bachchē ‘ vāh-vāh  !

¹¹²Generally, whenever BapDada sees the TV of the children, instead of saying, "Wah, wah", children are saying, "Why? why?" ¹¹³So, instead of "Why?" say, "Wah, wah" and, instead of "I", say, "Baba, Baba". ¹¹⁴Do you understand?

¹¹⁰' K|kē bajāyē ‘ why-why ' bahut kartē haĩ . ¹¹¹Tō ‘ why ' K|kē bajāy ‘ vāh-vāh  !

¹¹⁵Whoever you are, whatever you are like, BapDada loves you and this is why all of you come running to meet Baba with love.

¹¹²' kahnā aur ‘ I|āī|eye ' K|kē bajāyē ‘ bābā-bābā ' kahnā . ¹¹³Samjhā  ?

¹¹⁶At amrit vela, all the children always sing the song, "Lovely Baba, sweet Baba".

¹¹⁴Jō bhī hō , jaisē bhī hō phir bhī bāpdādā K|kē pyārē hō , tab tō sabhī pyār sē milnē kē liē bhāgtē hō .

¹¹⁷And, in return, BapDada sings the song, "Lovely children, lovely children". ¹¹⁸Achcha. ¹¹⁹In fact, this year is the year to learn the lesson of becoming detached and loving.

¹¹⁵Amr̥itvēlē sabhī bachchē sadā yahī gīt gātē haĩ - ‘ pyārā bābā , mīṭhā bābā ' aur bāpdādā return mē̃ sadā ‘ pyārē bachchē , pyārē bachchē ' kā gīt gātē haĩ .

¹²⁰Nevertheless, the children's loving invocation of the Father brings Him from the nyari (detached, unique) world into the pyari (loving) world. ¹²¹There is no need to consider all of these things in the subtle form.

¹¹⁶Achchhā . ¹¹⁷Vaisē tō is varṣh nyārē aur pyārē kā pāṭh hai , phir bhī bachchō̃ kā snēh kā āhvān bāp kō bhī nyārī duniyā sē pyārī duniyā mē̃ lē ātā hai .

¹²²Meeting in the subtle form, Baba gives all the unlimited children the feeling of an unlimited meeting at the one time. ¹²³With a physical method, one still has to come into limitations. ¹²⁴What do the children want after all?

¹¹⁸Sākārī vidhi mē̃ yah sab dēkhnē key|kī āvaśhyaktā nahī̃ hai .

¹²⁵Murli and drishti. ¹²⁶Even when Baba is speaking the murli, that too, is a meeting.

¹¹⁹Ākārī milan key|kī vidhi mē̃ ēk hī samay par anēk bēhad bachchō̃ kō bēhad milan key|kī anubhūti karātē haĩ .

¹²⁷Whether Baba speaks to individuals or to everyone together, Baba is going to say the same thing. ¹²⁸Whatever Baba says to the gathering, He will say the same to individuals.

¹²⁰Sākārī vidhi mē̃ phir bhī had mē̃ ānā paṛtā .

¹²⁹Nevertheless, you double foreigners have been given the first chance.

¹²¹Bachchō̃ kō chāhiē bhī kyā - murlī aur dr̥iṣhṭi . ¹²²Murlī mē̃ bhī milnā hī tō hai .

¹³⁰The children of Bharat are waiting for the 18th of January whereas you have taken the first chance.

¹²³Chāhē alag mē̃ bōlē̃ , chāhē sāth mē̃ bōlē̃ , bōlē̃gē tō vahī bāt .

¹²⁴Jō saṅgaṭhan mē̃ bōltē haĩ vahī alag mē̃ bōlē̃gē .

¹²⁵Phir bhī dēkhē , pahlā cônsa double vidaśhiyō̃ kō milā hai .

¹²⁶Bhārat K|kē bachchē 18 tārīkh ( 18 January ) kā intjār kar rahē haĩ aur āp lōg pahlā cônsa lē rahē hō . ¹²⁷Achchhā . ¹²⁸35-36 dēśhō̃ K|kē āyē huyē haĩ .

¹³⁶All of you used your body, mind, wealth and time for service with love and courage. ¹³⁷Therefore, BapDada is giving you multimillionfold congratulations for that.
