1The happiness, contentment and satisfaction of Brahmin life
3संतुष्टता और प्रसन्नता का खज़ाना देने वाले, विधाता,वरदाता बापदादा बोले 4आज बापदादा चारों ओर के अपने अति लाडले, सिकीलधे ब्राह्मण बच्चों में से विशेष ब्राह्मण जीवन की विशेषता सम्पन्न बच्चों को देख रहे हैं।
2Today, out of all His extremely beloved, longlost and nowfound Brahmin children, BapDada is looking at the children who are filled with the speciality of Brahmin life.
5आज अमृतवेले बापदादा सर्व ब्राह्मण कुल बच्चों में से उन विशेष आत्माओं को चुन रहे थे जो सदा सन्तुष्टता द्वारा स्वयं भी सदा सन्तुष्ट रहे हैं और औरों को भी सन्तुष्टता की अनुभूति अपनी दृष्टि,वृत्ति और कृति द्वारा सदा कराते आये हैं।
3Today, at amrit vela, out of all the children who are the decoration of the Brahmin clan, BapDada was selecting those special souls who have contentment, those who have always been content themselves, and who have always continued to give others the experience of contentment through their vision, attitude and actions.
6तो आज ऐसी सन्तुष्टमणियों की माला पिरो रहे थे जो सदा संकल्प में,बोल में, संगठन के सम्बन्ध-सम्पर्क में, कर्म में सन्तुष्टता के गोल्डन पुष्प बापदादा द्वारा अपने ऊपर बरसाने का अनुभव करते और सर्व प्रति सन्तुष्टता के गोल्डन पुष्पों की वर्षा सदा करते रहते हैं।
4So, today, BapDada was threading the garland with such jewels of contentment who constantly experience themselves being showered with golden flowers of contentment from BapDada in their every thought and word, in their relationship and connection with those in the gathering and in their every action. 5They also constantly shower others with golden flowers of contentment.
7ऐसी सन्तुष्ट आत्मायें चारों ओर में से कोई-कोई नजर आई।
6Out of all the souls everywhere, only a few such contented souls were visible.
8माला बड़ी नहीं बनी,छोटी-सी माला बनी।
7The garland that was prepared was not big; it was a small garland.
9बापदादा बारबार सन्तुष्टमणियों की माला को देख हर्षित हो रहे थे। 10क्योंकि ऐसी सन्तुष्टमणियाँ ही बापदादा के गले का हार बनती हैं, राज्य अधिकारी बनती हैं और भक्तों के सिमरण की माला बनती हैं।
8While repeatedly looking at the garland of the jewels of contentment BapDada was pleased because only such jewels of contentment become the garland around BapDada's neck. 9They claim a right to the kingdom and also become the beads of the rosary that the devotees turn.
11बापदादा और बच्चों को भी देख रहे थे जो कभी सन्तुष्ट और कभी असन्तुष्ट के संकल्प-मात्र छाया के अन्दर आ जाते हैं और फिर निकल आते हैं, फँस नहीं जाते।
10BapDada was also looking at the other children who are sometimes content and sometimes come under the shadow of the slightest thought of discontentment and then move away from it; they don't become trapped.
12तीसरे बच्चे कभी संकल्प की असन्तुष्टता,कभी स्वयं की स्वयं से असन्तुष्टता,कभी परिस्थितियों द्वारा असन्तुष्टता,कभी स्वयं की हलचल द्वारा असन्तुष्टता और कभी छोटी-बड़ी बातों से असन्तुष्टता - इसी चक्र में चलते और निकलते और फिर फँसते रहते।
11The third type of children sometimes have discontentment in their thoughts; they are sometimes discontent with themselves, sometimes discontent with adverse situations, sometimes discontent because of their own fluctuation and sometimes discontent with big and small situations. 12They become caught up in this cycle, then become free from it and then become trapped again.
13ऐसी माला भी देखी।
13Baba even saw such a garland.
14तो तीन मालायें तैयार हुई।
14So, three garlands were prepared.
15मणियां तो सभी हैं लेकिन सन्तुष्ट-मणियों की झलक और दूसरे दो प्रकार के मणियों की झलक क्या होगी, यह तो आप भी जान सकते हो।
15All are jewels, but you can also understand what the sparkle would be of those who are jewels of contentment and what it would be of those who are the other two types of jewel.
16ब्रह्मा बाप बार-बार तीनों मालाओं को देखते हुए हर्षित भी हो रहे थे, साथ-साथ प्रयत्न कर रहे थे कि दूसरे नम्बर की माला की मणियाँ पहली माला में आ जाएँ।
16While repeatedly looking at the garlands, Father Brahma was pleased and, at the same time, was trying to bring the jewels of the second number garland into the first number garland.
17रूह-रूहान चल रही थी। 18क्योंकि दूसरी माला की कोई-कोई मणि बहुत थोड़ी-सी असन्तुष्टता की छाया-मात्र के कारण पहली माला से वंचित रह गयी है, इसको परिवर्तन कर कैसे भी पहली माला में लावें।
17A hearttoheart conversation was taking place because some beads of the second garland were deprived of being in the first garland due to a slight shadow of discontentment, and they had to be transformed and somehow brought into the first garland.
19एक-एक के गुण,विशेषतायें,सेवा - सबको सामने लाते बार-बार यही बोले कि इसको पहली माला में कर लें।
18Whilst keeping in front each one's virtues, specialities and service, he repeatedly said only one thing: Let us bring this one into the first garland.
20ऐसी 25-30 के करीब मणियाँ थी जिनके ऊपर ब्रह्मा बाप की विशेष रूह-रूहान चल रही थी।
19There were about 25 to 30 such jewels about whom Father Brahma was having a special hearttoheart conversation.
21ब्रह्मा बाप बोले - पहले नम्बर माला में इन मणियों को भी डालना चाहिए।
20Father Brahma said: These beads should also be put in the number one garland.
22लेकिन फिर स्वयं ही मुस्कराते हुए यही बोले कि बाप इन्हों को अवश्य पहली में लाकर ही दिखायेंगे।
21However, he then smiled and said that the Father will definitely bring them into the first garland.
23तो ऐसी विशेष मणियाँ भी थी।
22There were also such special jewels.
24ऐसे रूह-रूहान चलते हुए एक बात निकली कि असन्तुष्टता का विशेष कारण क्या है?
23While such a hearttoheart conversation was taking place, one thing emerged as to the reason for discontentment.
25जबकि संगमयुग का विशेष वरदान सन्तुष्टता है, फिर भी वरदाता से वरदान प्राप्त वरदानी आत्मायें दूसरे नम्बर की माला में क्यों आती?
24Since the special blessing of the confluence age is contentment, why do souls who have attained this blessing from the Bestower of Blessings come into the second garland?
26सन्तुष्टता का बीज सर्व प्राप्तियाँ हैं।
25The seed of contentment is to have all attainments.
27असन्तुष्टता का बीज स्थूल वा सूक्ष्म अप्राप्ति है।
26The seed of discontentment is a lack of physical or subtle attainment.
28जब ब्राह्मणों का गायन है - अप्राप्त नहीं कोई वस्तु ब्राह्मणों के खज़ाने में अथवा ब्राह्मणों के जीवन में',फिर असन्तुष्टता क्यों?
27Since it is remembered of Brahmins that nothing is lacking in the treasurestore or the lives of Brahmins, then why is there discontentment?
29क्या वरदाता ने वरदान देने में अंतर रखा वा लेने वालों ने अन्तर कर लिया,क्या हुआ?
28Is it that the Bestower of Blessings has made a difference in giving blessings or have those who have been given the blessings made a difference in taking them?
30जब वरदाता,दाता के भण्डार भरपूर हैं, इतने भरपूर हैं जो आपके अर्थात् श्रेष्ठ निमित्त आत्माओं के जो बहुतकाल के ब्रह्माकुमार-ब्रह्माकुमारी बन गये, उन्हों की 21जन्मों की वंशावली और फिर उनके भक्त, भक्तों की भी वंशावली,वो भी उन प्राप्तियों के आधार पर चलते रहेंगे।
29What happened? 30The treasure store of the Bestower of Blessings and the Bestower is full. 31It is so full that your dynasty lasts for 21 births, that is, the dynasty of the elevated instrument souls who have become BKs over a long period of time, and also the dynasty of the devotees continue to move on the basis of these attainments.
31इतनी बड़ी प्राप्ति,फिर भी असन्तुष्टता क्यों?
32When there is such great attainment, why would there be discontentment?
32अखुट खज़ाना सभी को प्राप्त है - एक ही द्वारा,एक ही जैसा,एक ही समय,एक ही विधि से।
33Everyone has attained the same limitless treasures from the One, at the same time and through the same method.
33लेकिन प्राप्त हुए खज़ाने को हर समय कार्य में नहीं लगाते अर्थात् स्मृति में नहीं रखते।
34However, you don't use at all times the treasures you have attained, that is, you don't keep them in your awareness.
34मुख से खुश होते हैं लेकिन दिल से खुश नहीं होते।
35You become happy speaking about them, but you are not happy in your heart.
35दिमाग की खुशी है, दिल की खुशी नहीं, कारण?
36There is happiness intellectually, but not in the heart.
36प्राप्तियों के खज़ानों को स्मृतिस्वरूप बन कार्य में नहीं लगाते।
37What is the reason? 38You don't use the treasures of attainment as an embodiment of that awareness.
37स्मृति रहती है लेकिन स्मृतिस्वरूप में नहीं आते।
39You are aware of them, but you don't become an embodiment of that awareness.
38प्राप्ति बेहद की है लेकिन उनको कहाँ-कहाँ हद की प्राप्ति में परिवर्तन कर लेते हो। 39इस कारण हद अर्थात् अल्पकाल की प्राप्ति की इच्छा, बेहद की प्राप्ति के फलस्वरूप जो सदा सन्तुष्टता की अनुभूति हो,उससे वंचित कर देती है।
40The attainment is unlimited but you sometimes make it limited, and, because of this, the desire for some limited attainment deprives you of the experience of constant contentment, which is the result of unlimited attainment.
40हद की प्राप्ति दिलों में हद डाल देती है।
41Limited attainment puts limitations on your heart.
41इसलिए असन्तुष्टता की अनुभूति होती है।
42This is why there is the experience of discontentment.
42सेवा में हद डाल देते हैं। 43क्योंकि हद की इच्छा का फल मन इच्छित फल नहीं प्राप्त होता।
43You then bring limitations into service because the fruit of limited desires is that you don't attain the fruit you want.
44हद की इच्छाओं का फल अल्पकाल की पूर्ति वाला होता है।
44The fruit of limited desires only brings fulfillment for a temporary period.
45इसलिए अभी-अभी सन्तुष्टता,अभी-अभी असन्तुष्टता हो जाती है।
45This is why there is sometimes contentment and at other times discontentment.
46हद, बेहद का नशा अनुभव कराने नहीं देता।
46Limitations do not allow you to experience unlimited intoxication.
47इसलिए,विशेष चेक करो कि मन की अर्थात् स्वयं की सन्तुष्टता,सर्व की सन्तुष्टता अनुभव होती है?
47Therefore, especially check whether you have contentment of the mind, that is, contentment within the self and contentment with others.
48सन्तुष्टता की निशानी - वह मन से, दिल से,सर्व से,बाप से, ड्रामा से सन्तुष्ट होंगे; उनके मन और तन में सदा प्रसन्नता की लहर दिखाई देगी।
48The sign of contentment is that they will be content in their mind, in their heart, with everyone, with the Father and with the drama.
49चाहे कोई भी परिस्थिति आ जाए, चाहे कोई आत्मा हिसाब-किताब चुक्तू करने वाली सामना करने भी आती रहे, चाहे शरीर का कर्म-भोग सामना करने आता रहे लेकिन हद की कामना से मुक्त आत्मा सन्तुष्टता के कारण सदा प्रसन्नता की झलक में चमकता हुआ सितारा दिखाई देगी। 50प्रसन्नचित्त कभी कोई बात में प्रश्नचित्त नहीं होंगे। 51प्रश्न हैं तो प्रसन्न नहीं। 52प्रसन्नचित्त की निशानी - वह सदा निःस्वार्थी और सदा सभी को निर्दोष अनुभव करेगा;किसी और के ऊपर दोष नहीं रखेगा - न भाग्यविधाता के ऊपर कि मेरा भाग्य ऐसा बनाया, न ड्रामा पर कि मेरा ड्रामा में ही पार्ट ऐसा है, न व्यक्ति पर कि इसका स्वभाव-संस्कार ऐसा है, न प्रकृति के ऊपर कि प्रकृति का वायुमण्डल ऐसा है, न शरीर के हिसाबकिताब पर कि मेरा शरीर ही ऐसा है।
49Waves of satisfaction will also be visible in their mind and body, regardless of whether any adverse situation arises, whether any souls come to oppose them to settle their karmic accounts, whether the physical suffering of karma comes to the body.
53प्रसन्नचित्त अर्थात् सदा निःस्वार्थ,निर्दोष वृत्ति-दृष्टि वाले। 54तो संगमयुग की विशेषता सन्तुष्टता'है और सन्तुष्टता की निशानी प्रसन्नता'है।
50Because a soul who is free from limited desires is content, he will be visible as a star sparkling with the sparkle of satisfaction. 51Those who are satisfied will never ask questions in any situation.
55यह है ब्राह्मण जीवन की विशेष प्राप्ति।
52When they are satisfied, they have no questions.
56सन्तुष्टता नहीं, प्रसन्नता नहीं तो ब्राह्मण बनने का लाभ नहीं लिया। 57ब्राह्मण जीवन का सुख है ही सन्तुष्टता,प्रसन्नता।
53The sign of those who are satisfied is that they are always altruistic and always experience everyone to be blameless. 54They do not blame anyone.
58ब्राह्मण जीवन बनी और उसका सुख नहीं लिया तो नामधारी ब्राह्मण हुए वा प्राप्ति स्वरूप ब्राह्मण हुए? 59तो बापदादा सभी ब्राह्मण बच्चों को यही स्मृति दिला रहे हैं - ब्राह्मण बने,अहो भाग्य! 60लेकिन ब्राह्मण जीवन का वर्सा,प्रापर्टीसन्तुष्टता'है। 61और ब्राह्मण जीवन की पर्सनल्टी (Personality) प्रसन्नता'है।
55They do not blame the Bestower of Fortune that He created such a fortune for them; they do not blame the drama that such is their part in the drama; they do not blame any person that his nature and sanskars are like that; they do not blame nature that the atmosphere is like that; they do not blame their body that their body is like that.
62इस अनुभव से कभी वंचित नहीं रहना। 63अधिकारी हो। 64जब दाता, वरदाता खुली दिल से प्राप्तियों का खज़ाना दे रहे हैं, दे दिया है तो खूब अपनी प्रापर्टी और पर्सनल्टी को अनुभव में लाओ, औरों को भी अनुभवी बनाओ। 65समझा?
56To be satisfied means to be constantly altruistic and to have an attitude and vision that are free from blaming anyone. 57So, the speciality of the confluence age is contentment and the sign of contentment is satisfaction.
66हर एक अपने से पूछे कि मैं किस नम्बर की माला में हूँ?
58This is the special attainment of Brahmin life.
67माला में तो है ही लेकिन किस नम्बर की माला में हूँ।
59If there isn't contentment and satisfaction, then you haven't taken the benefit of Brahmin life.
68अच्छा। 69आज राजस्थान और यू.पी. ग्रुप है।
60The happiness of Brahmin life is contentment and satisfaction.
70राजस्थान अर्थात् राजाई संस्कार वाले, हर संकल्प में,स्वरूप में राजाई संस्कार प्रैक्टिकल में लाने वाले अर्थात् प्रत्यक्ष दिखाने वाले।
61If you lead a Brahmin life and do not experience the happiness of that, then, are you only a Brahmin in name or are you a Brahmin who is an embodiment of attainment?
71इसको कहते हैं राजस्थान निवासी। 72ऐसे हो ना? 73कभी प्रजा तो नहीं बन जाते हो ना?
62So, BapDada is reminding all Brahmin children: You have become Brahmins and that is great fortune.
74अगर वशीभूत हो गये तो प्रजा कहेंगे,मालिक हैं तो राजा। 75ऐसे नहीं कि कभी राजा, कभी प्रजा। 76नहीं।
63However, the inheritance and property of Brahmin life is contentment and the personality of Brahmin life is satisfaction.
77सदा राजाई संस्कार स्वतः ही स्मृति-स्वरूप में हों।
64Never remain deprived of this experience.
78ऐसे राजस्थान निवासी बच्चों का महत्त्व भी है।
65You have a right to it.
79राजा को सदैव सभी ऊँची नजर से देखेंगे और स्थान भी राजा को ऊँचा देंगे। 80राजा सदैव तख्त पर बैठेगा, प्रजा सदैव नीचे। 81तो राजस्थान के राजाई संस्कार वाली आत्मायें अर्थात् सदा ऊंची स्थिति के स्थान पर रहने वाले। 82ऐसे बन गये हो वा बन रहे हो?
66Since the Bestower and the Bestower of Blessings is giving to you the treasures of attainment with an open heart, since He has already given these to you, then you have to experience your property and personality a great deal.
83बने हैं और सम्पन्न बनना ही है।
67Also make others experience them.
84राजस्थान की महिमा कम नहीं है।
68Do you understand?
85स्थापना का हेडक्वार्टर ही राजस्थान में है। 86तो ऊँचे हो गये ना।
69Each one of you can ask yourself: In which number garland am I?
87नाम से भी ऊँचे, काम से भी ऊँचे। 88ऐसे राजस्थान के बच्चे अपने घर में पहुँचे हैं।
70You are all in a garland but in which number garland are you?

90यू.पी. की भूमि विशेष पावन-भूमि गाई हुई है।
72Today, it is the turn of the Rajasthan and UP groups.
91पावन करने वाली भक्तिमार्ग की गंगा नदी भी वहाँ है और भक्ति के हिसाब से कृष्ण की भूमि भी यू.पी. में ही है। 92भूमि की महिमा बहुत है।
73Rajasthan means those with the sanskars of a kingdom (of ruling), those who put the sanskars of ruling into their every thought and form in a practical way, that is, those who reveal them.
93कृष्ण लीला, जन्मभूमि देखनी होगी तो भी यू.पी. में ही जायेंगे।
74This is called being a resident of Rajasthan.
94तो यू.पी. वालों की विशेषता है।
75You are like this, are you not?
95सदा पावन बन और पावन बनाने की विशेषता सम्पन्न हैं।
76You don't sometimes become subjects, do you?
96जैसे बाप की महिमा है पतित पावन… यू.पी. वालों की भी महिमा बाप समान है।
77If you become influenced, you would be called subjects; if you are the master then you are the king.
97पतित-पावनी आत्मायें हो। 98भाग्य का सितारा चमक रहा है।
78It should not be that you are sometimes the king and sometimes the subject; no.
99ऐसे भाग्यवान स्थान और स्थिति - दोनों की महिमा है।
79Always have the sanskars of ruling naturally in your awareness.
100सदा पावन' -यह है स्थिति की महिमा। 101तो ऐसे भाग्यवान अपने को समझते हो?
80There is importance of such children who are residents of Rajasthan.
102सदा अपने भाग्य को देख हर्षित होते स्वयं भी सदा हर्षित और दूसरों को भी हर्षित बनाते चलो।
81Everyone always regards a king with elevated vision, and they would always give the king a high position.
103क्योंकि हर्षित-मुख स्वतः ही आकर्षितमूर्त होते हैं।
82A king would always sit on a throne and the subjects would sit below him.
104जैसे स्थूल नदी अपने तरफ खींचती है ना,खींचकर यात्री जाते हैं। 105चाहे कितना भी कष्ट उठाना पड़े, फिर भी पावन होने का आकर्षण खींच लेता है।
83So, the souls from Rajasthan with the sanskars of ruling means those who always stay in the high position of a high stage.
106तो यह पावन बनाने के कार्य का यादगार यू.पी. में है।
84Have you become like that or are you becoming that?
107ऐसे ही हर्षित और आकर्षितमूर्त बनना है। 108समझा?
85You have become that and you definitely have to become complete.
109तीसरा ग्रुप डबल विदेशियों का भी है।
86The praise of Rajasthan is no less.
110डबल विदेशी अर्थात् सदा विदेशी बाप को आकर्षित करने वाले, क्योंकि समान हैं ना।
87The headquarters of this establishment is in Rajasthan.
111बाप भी विदेशी है, आप भी विदेशी हो।
88So, you are elevated, are you not?
112हम शरीक प्यारे होते हैं। 113माँ-बाप से भी फ्रेंड्स ज्यादा प्यारे लगते हैं।
89You are high in name and high in your task.
114तो डबल विदेशी बाप समान सदा इस देह और देह के आकर्षण से परे विदेशी हैं, अशरीरी हैं, अव्यक्त हैं।
90The children of such a land of kings (Rajasthan) have come to their home.
115तो बाप अपने समान अशरीरी, अव्यक्त स्थिति वाले बच्चों को देख हर्षित होते हैं।
91Do you understand? 92The land of UP is especially remembered as a pure land.
116रेस भी अच्छी कर रहे हैं। 117सेवा में भिन्न-भिन्न साधन और भिन्न-भिन्न विधि से आगे बढ़ने की रेस अच्छी कर रहे हैं।
93The River Ganges that purifies everyone is also there and, in terms of bhakti, the land of Krishna is also in UP.
118विधि भी अपनाते और वृद्धि भी कर रहे हैं।
94There is a lot of praise of that land.
119इसलिए, बापदादा चारों ओर के डबल विदेशी बच्चों को सेवा की बधाई भी देते और स्व के वृद्धि की स्मृति भी दिलाते हैं।
95If anyone wants to see the divine activities of Krishna or his birthplace they go to UP.
120स्व की उन्नति में सदा उड़ती कला द्वारा उड़ते चलो।
96So the speciality of those from UP is to be constantly pure and to make others pure.
121स्वउन्नति और सेवा की उन्नति के बैलेन्स द्वारा सदा बाप के ब्लैसिंग के अधिकारी हैं और सदा रहेंगे।
97Just as the Father's praise is that He is the Purifier, so the praise of those from UP is the same as the Father's.
122अच्छा।
98You are purifier souls.
123चौथा ग्रुप है बाकी मधुबन निवासी।
99The star of fortune is sparkling.
124वह तो सदा हैं ही।
100There is praise of such a fortunate place and stage.
125जो दिल पर सो चुल पर, जो चुल पर सो दिल पर।
101"Always pure" is the praise of your stage.
126सबसे ज्यादा विधिपूर्वक ब्रह्मा भोजन भी मधुबन में होता।
102So, do you consider yourselves to be fortunate in this way?
127सबसे सिकीलधे भी मधुबन निवासी हैं।
103You are those who are always happy.
128सब फंक्शन भी मधुबन में होते।
104Seeing your fortune, remain cheerful.
129सबसे,डायरेक्ट मुरलियाँ भी,ज्यादा मधुबन वाले ही सुनते। 130तो मधुबन निवासी सदा श्रेष्ठ भाग्य के अधिकारी आत्मायें हैं।
105You yourselves remain cheerful and continue to make others cheerful because a cheerful face is automatically a face that attracts.
131सेवा भी दिल से करते हैं।
106It is the same as a physical river that draws people to itself.

209हठयोगी योग द्वारा शरीर को ऊँचा उठाते हैं और उड़ने का अभ्यास करते हैं।

210वास्तव में आप राजयोगी ऊँची स्थिति का अनुभव करते हो। 211इसको ही कापी करके वो शरीर को ऊँचा उठाते हैं।

221तो सदा इसी स्मृति में रहो कि हम राजयोगी,सदा फरिश्ता हैं। 222इस स्मृति से सदा आगे बढ़ते रहेंगे।
176Always keep the key in front of you, that is, always keep it in your awareness.
223राजयोगी सदा बेहद का मालिक हैं, हद के मालिक नहीं। 224हद से निकल गये। 225बेहद का अधिकार मिल गया - इसी खुशी में रहो।
