2Udāsī ānē kā kāraṇ - chhōṭī - mōṭī avajñāē̃

1The reason for unhappiness is disobedience in little things.

3Apnē bachchō̃ K|kē dil kā hall|hāl chāl sun sadā halkā rahnē key|kī vidhi batātē huē ū̃ch tē ū̃ch bāp bōlē 4Āj bēhad K|kē baṛē tē baṛē bāp , ū̃chē tē ū̃chē banānē vālē bāp apnē chārō̃ ōr K|kē bachchō̃ mē̃ sē viśhēṣh āgyākārī bachchō̃ kō dēkh rahē haĩ .

2Today, the unlimited, the greatest of all Fathers, the Father who makes you into the highest on high is especially seeing out of all the children everywhere, His obedient children.

5Āgyākārī bachchē tō sabhī apnē kō samajhtē haĩ lēkin number-vār haĩ .

3All consider themselves to be obedient children, but they are numberwise.

6Kōī sadā āgyākārī aur kōī āgyākārī haĩ , sadā nahī̃ haĩ .

4Some are always obedient whereas others are obedient, but not always.

7Āgyākārī key|kī list mē̃ sabhī bachchē ā jātē haĩ lēkin antar jarūr hai .

5All the children come in the list of obedient children but there is definitely a difference.

8Āgyā dēnē vālā bāp sabhī bachchō̃ kō ēk samay par ēk hī āgyā dētē haĩ , alag - alag , bhinn - bhinn āgyā bhī nahī̃ dētē haĩ .

6The Father who gives instructions gives all the children the same instructions. 7He doesn't even give a variety of directions or separate directions to individuals.

9Phir bhī number-vār kyō̃ hōtē haĩ  ?

8So, why is it still numberwise then?

10Kyōṅki jō sadā her|har saṅkalp vā her|har karma kartē bāp key|kī āgyā kā sahaj smr̥itisvarūp bantē haĩ , vah svataḥ hī her|har saṅkalp , bōl aur karma mē̃ āgyā pramāṇ chaltē aur jō smr̥itisvarūp nahī̃ bantē , anēkō bār - bār smr̥iti lānī paṛtī hai . 11Kabhī smr̥iti K|kē kāraṇ āgyākārī ban chaltē aur kabhī chalnē kē bād āgyā yād kartē haĩ .

9Those who are always easily an embodiment of the awareness of the Father's instructions in every thought and every action automatically move along in their every thought, word and action according to those instructions, whereas those who do not become an embodiment of that awareness repeatedly have to bring them into their awareness.

12Kyōṅki āgyā K|kē smr̥itisvarūp nahī̃ , jō śhrēṣhṭh karma kā pratyakṣha phal miltā hai vah pratyakṣha phal key|kī anubhūti na hōnē K|kē kāraṇ karma kē bād yād ātā hai ki yah result kyō̃ huī  ?

10Sometimes, because of having that awareness they move along while being obedient, whereas at other times they remember the instruction after moving along because they are not an embodiment of the awareness of the instructions.

13Karma kē bād check kartē tō samajhtē haĩ jō jaisī bāp key|kī āgyā hai us pramāṇ na chalnē kāraṇ , jō pratyakṣha phal anubhav hō , vah nahī̃ huā .

11Because they don't experience in their actions the instant and visible fruit of elevated actions, they remember later, when the action is over, why they received that result.

14Iskō kahtē haĩ āgyā K|kē smr̥itisvarūp nahī̃ haĩ lēkin karma K|kē phal kō dēkhkar smr̥iti I|āī|eye . 15Tō number one haĩ - sahaj , svataḥ smr̥itisvarūp āgyākārī .

12They check themselves after performing the action and they thereby understand that they haven't experienced the visible fruit because of not moving along according to the Father's directions.

16Aur dūsrā number haĩ - kabhī smr̥iti sē karma karnē vālē aur kabhī karma kē bād smr̥iti mē̃ ānē vālē .

13That is not being an embodiment of the awareness of the instructions, but having awareness after seeing the fruit of your actions.

17Tīsrē number key|kī tō bāt hī chhōṛ dō . 18Dō mālāyē̃ haĩ .

14So, number one is easily and automatically to be an embodiment of awareness, obedient.

19Pahlī chhōṭī mālā hai , dūsrī baṛī mālā hai . 20Tīsarō̃ key|kī tō mālā hī nahī̃ hai . 21Isliē dō key|kī bāt kar rahē haĩ .

15The second number are those who sometimes perform actions with that awareness and sometimes have that awareness after performing their actions.

22‘ āgyākārī number one ' sadā amr̥itvēlē sē rāt tak sārē din key|kī dincharyā K|kē her|har karma mē̃ āgyā pramāṇ chalnē K|kē kāraṇ her|har karma mē̃ mēhnat nahī̃ anubhav kartē lēkin āgyākārī bannē kā viśhēṣh phal bāp K|kē āśhīrvād key|kī anubhūti kartē haĩ . 23Kyōṅki āgyākārī bachchē kē ūpar her|har kadam mē̃ bāpdādā key|kī dil key|kī duyāē̃ sāth haĩ , isliē dil key|kī duāō̃ K|kē kāraṇ her|har karma phaladāī hōtā hai . 24Kyōṅki karma bīj hai aur bīj sē jō prāpti hōtī hai vah phal hai . 25Tō number one āgyākārī ātmā kā her|har karma rūpī bīj śhaktiśhālī hōnē K|kē kāraṇ her|har karma kā phal arthāt santuṣhṭatā , saphaltā prāpt hōtī hai .

16Don't even ask about the third number!

26Santuṣhṭatā apnē āp sē bhī hōtī hai aur karma K|kē result sē bhī hōtī hai aur anya ātmāō̃ K|kē sambandh - samparka sē bhī hōtī hai . 27Number one āgyākārī ātmāō̃ K|kē tīnō̃ hī prakār key|kī santuṣhṭatā svataḥ aur sadā anubhav hōtī hai . 28Kaī bār kaī bachchē apnē karma sē svayã santuṣhṭ hōtē haĩ ki mainnē bahut achchhā vidhipūrvak karma kiyā lēkin kahā̃ saphaltā rūpī phal jitnā svayã samajhtē haĩ , utnā dikhāī nahī̃ dētā aur kahā̃ phir svayã bhī santuṣhṭ , phal mē̃ bhī santuṣhṭ lēkin sambandh - samparka mē̃ santuṣhṭatā nahī̃ hōtī hai .

17There are two rosaries.

29Tō iskō number one ājñākarī nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

18The first is a small rosary and the second is a bigger rosary.

30Number one āgyākārī tīnō̃ hī bātō̃ mē̃ santuṣhṭatā anubhav karēgā .

19There is no rosary of the third number. 20This is why Baba is only speaking of two categories.

31Vartamān samay K|kē pramāṇ kaī śhrēṣhṭh āgyākārī bachchō̃ dvārā kabhī - kabhī kōī - kōī ātmāē̃ apnē kō asantuṣhṭ bhī anubhav kartī haĩ . 32Āp sōchē̃gē aisā tō kōī nahī̃ hai jissē sabhī santuṣhṭ hō̃  ! 33Kōī na kōī asantuṣhṭ hō bhī jātē haĩ lēkin vah kaī kāraṇ hōtē haĩ .

21Because of performing actions according to instructions from amrit vela throughout the day till night time, number one obedient children do not experience having to labour in any action, but they experience the special fruit of blessings from the Father as the fruit of their being obedient.

34Apnē kāraṇ kō na jānnē K|kē kāraṇ misunderstand ( galatphahmī ) kar dētē haĩ .

22This is because obedient children always have blessings from the heart of BapDada at every step.

35Dūsrī bāt - apnī buddhi pramāṇ baṛō̃ sē chāhnā , ichchhā jyādā rakhtē haĩ aur vah ichchhā jab pūrṇ nahī̃ hōtī tō asantuṣhṭ hō jātē .

23Therefore, because of having blessings from the heart, their every action is fruitful, for action is the seed and the attainment from that seed is the fruit.

36Tīsrī bāt - kaī ātmāō̃ K|kē pichhlē saṅskār - svabhāv aur hisāb - kitāb K|kē kāraṇ bhī jō santuṣhṭ hōnā chāhiē vah nahī̃ hōtē .

24Because the seed, that is, every action of every number one obedient soul is powerful, they attain contentment and success as the fruit of every action.

37Is kāraṇ number one āgyākārī ātmā kā vā śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ dvārā santuṣhṭatā na milnē kā kāraṇ hōtā nahī̃ hai lēkin apnē kāraṇō̃ sē asantuṣhṭ rah jātē haĩ .

25There can be contentment by itself, as a result of action and also through connection and relationship with many souls. 26The number one obedient souls naturally and constantly experience all three types of contentment.

38Isliē kahā̃ - kahā̃ dikhāī dētā hai ki har ēk sē kōī asantuṣhṭ hai . 39Lēkin usmē̃ bhī majority 95 pratiśhat K|kē karīb santuṣhṭ hōṅgē . 405 pratiśhat asantuṣhṭ dikhāī dētē .

27Sometimes, children are content with their own actions that they performed very good actions with the right method and yet, at other times, they are not able to see the fruit of contentment as much as they think they should.

41Tō number one āgyākārī bachchē majority tīnō̃ hī rūp sē santuṣhṭ anubhav karē̃gē aur sadā āgyā pramāṇ śhrēṣhṭh karma hōnē K|kē kāraṇ her|har karma karnē kē bād santuṣhṭ hōnē kāraṇ karma bār - bār buddhi kō , man kō vichalit nahī̃ karēgā ki ṭhīk kiyā vā nahī̃ kiyā .

28In some cases, they are content with themselves, they are content with their fruit, but there isn't contentment in their connections and relationships. 29So that would not be called being a number one obedient soul. 30A number one obedient soul would experience contentment in all three things.

42Second number vālē kō karma karnē kē bād kaī bār man mē̃ saṅkalp chaltā hai ki patā nahī̃ ṭhīk kiyā vā nahī̃ kiyā .

31According to the present time, some souls sometimes experience themselves to be discontent through some elevated obedient children.

43Jiskō āp lōg apnī bhāṣhā mē̃ kahtē hō - man khātā hai ki ṭhīk nahī̃ kiyā .

32You would think that there is no one with whom everyone is content.

44Number one āgyākārī ātmā kā kabhī man nahī̃ khātā , āgyā pramāṇ chalnē K|kē kāraṇ sadā halkē rahtē .

33Someone or other would always be discontent, but there are many reasons for that. 34Because of not knowing their own reasons, there is a misunderstanding.

45Kyōṅki karma K|kē bandhan kā bōjh nahī̃ . 46Pahlē bhī sunāyā thā ki ēk hai karma K|kē sambandh mē̃ ānā , dūsrā hai karma K|kē bandhan vaśh karma karnā .

35Secondly, according to their own intellect, they have too many desires or expectations of the seniors, and when those expectations are not fulfilled they become discontent.

47Tō number one ātmā karma K|kē sambandh mē̃ ānē vālī hai , isliē sadā halkī hai . 48Number one ātmā her|har karma mē̃ bāpdādā dvārā viśhēṣh āśhīrvād key|kī prāpti K|kē kāraṇ her|har karma kartē āśhīrvād K|kē phalsvarūp sadā hī āntarik will power anubhav karēgī .

36Thirdly, because of past sanskars and nature and the karmic account of some souls, those who should become content are not content. 37Because of this, there is no reason why others should be discontent with number one obedient souls or elevated souls, but they do remain discontent due to their own reasons.

49Sadā atīndriya sukh kā anubhav karēgī , sadā apnē kō bharpūr arthāt sampann anubhav karēgī .

38This is why, in some cases, it seems as though someone is discontent with everyone. 39However, in that too, the majority, at least 95%, would be content.

50Kabhī - kabhī kaī bachchē bāp kē āgē apnē dil kā hālchāl sunātē kyā kahtē haĩ - nā mālūm kyō̃ ‘ āj apnē kō khālī - khālī samajhtē haĩ ' , kōī bāt bhī nahī̃ huī hai lēkin sampannatā vā sukh key|kī anubhūti nahī̃ hō rahī hai . 51Kaī bār us samay kōī ulṭā kārya yā kōī chhōṭī - mōṭī bhūl nahī̃ hōtī hai lēkin chaltē - chaltē anjān vā albēlēpan mē̃ samay prati samay āgyā K|kē pramāṇ kām nahī̃ kartē haĩ . 52Pahlē samay key|kī avagyā kā bōjh kisī samay apnē taraph khīñchtā hai . 53Jaisē pichhlē janmō̃ K|kē kaṛē saṅskār , svabhāv kabhī - kabhī na chāhtē bhī apnē taraph khīñch lētē haĩ , aisē samay prati samay kī kī huī avagyāō̃ kā bōjh kabhī - kabhī apnē taraph khīñch lētā hai .

405% would be seen as discontent.

54Vah hai pichhlā hisāb - kitāb , yah hai vartamān jīvan kā hisāb .

41So, the majority of the number one obedient souls would make others content in all three ways.

55Kyōṅki kōī bhī hisāb - chāhē is janm kā , chāhē pichhlē janm kā , lagna key|kī agni - svarūp sthiti K|kē binā bhasma nahī̃ hōtā . 56Sadā agni - svarūp sthiti arthāt śhaktiśhālī yād kī sthiti , bījrūp , light house , might house sthiti sadā na hōnē K|kē kāraṇ hisāb - kitāb kō bhasma nahī̃ kar saktē haĩ .

42Because of constantly performing every elevated action according to instructions, because of being content after performing every action, their mind or intellect would not be repeatedly disturbed by their actions whether they did the right thing or not. 43Those of the second category often have thoughts in their mind after performing the action as to whether they did the right thing or not.

57Isliē rahā huā hisāb apnē taraph khīñchtā hai . 58Us samay kōī galatī|galtī nahī̃ kartē hō ki patā nahī̃ kyā huā  !

44In your language, you speak of this as your conscience biting because you did not do the right thing.

59Kabhī man nahī̃ lagēgā - yād mē̃ , sēvā mē̃ vā kabhī udāsī key|kī lahar hōgī .

45The conscience of a number one obedient soul would never bite.

60Ēk hōtā hai gyān dvārā śhānti kā anubhav , dūsrā hōtā hai binā khuśhī , binā ānand K|kē sannāṭē key|kī śhānti .

46Because of doing everything according to instructions, they always remain light, for they don't have the burden of the bondage of karma.

61Vah binā ras K|kē śhānti hōtī hai . 62Sirph dil karēgā - kahā̃ akēlē mē̃ chalē jāē̃ , baiṭh jāē̃ .

47You were told earlier too that one is to have the relationship of karma and the other is to perform actions under the bondage of karma.

63Yah sab niśhāniyā̃ haĩ kōī na kōī avagyā key|kī . 64Karma kā bōjh khīñchtā hai .

48So, a number one soul comes into relationship of karma and is therefore always light.

65Avagyā - ēk hōtī hai pāp karma karnā vā kōī baṛī bhūl karnā aur dūsrī chhōṭī - chhōṭī avagyāyē̃ bhī hōtī haĩ .

49In every action, because of receiving special blessings from BapDada, a number one soul would constantly experience internal will power as a result of blessings.

66Jaisē bāp key|kī āgyā hai - amr̥itvēlē vidhipūrvak śhaktiśhālī yād mē̃ rahō .

50Such a soul would always experience supersensuous joy; he would always experience himself to be full and complete.

67Tō amr̥itvēlē agar is āgyā pramāṇ nahī̃ chaltē tō uskō kyā kahē̃gē  ? 68Āgyākārī yā avagyā  ?

51Sometimes, do you know what some children say when they put the condition of their heart in front of the Father?

69Her|har karma karmayōgī bankar K|kē karō , nimitt bhāv sē karō , nirmāṇ bankē karō - yah ājñāē̃ haĩ .

52"I don't know why, but today I feel empty inside." 53Nothing much has happened as such, but yet there isn't the experience of perfection or happiness.

70Aisē tō bahut baṛī list hai lēkin dr̥iṣhṭānt key|kī rīti mē̃ sunā rahē haĩ . 71Dr̥iṣhṭi , vr̥itti sabkē liē āgyā hai . 72In sab āgyāō̃ mē̃ sē kōī bhī āgyā vidhipūrvak pālan nahī̃ kartē tō iskō kahtē haĩ - chhōṭī - mōṭī avajñāē̃ .

54At that time, they didn't perform a wrong action or make a little mistake, but, while moving along, because of being ignorant or careless from time to time, they don't do everything according to instructions. 55Firstly, the burden of disobedience to time pulls you towards itself at some moment.

73Yah khātā agar jamā hōtā rahtā hai tō jarūr apnī taraph khīñchēgā nā , isliē kahtē haĩ ki jitnā hōnā chāhiē , utnā nahī̃ hōtā . 74Jab pūchhtē haĩ , ṭhīk chal rahē hō tō sab kahē̃gē - hā̃ .

56Just as the strong sanskars and nature of the previous birth sometimes pull you towards themselves even against your conscious wish, similarly, from time to time, the burden of your disobedience sometimes pulls you towards itself.

75Aur jab kahtē haĩ ki jitnā hōnā chāhiē utnā hai , tō phir sōchtē haĩ . 76Itnē iśhārē miltē , knowledgeful hōtē phir bhī jitnā hōnā chāhiē utnā nahī̃ hōtā , kāraṇ  ? 77Pichhlā vā vartamān bōjh double light bannē nahī̃ dētā hai .

57Those are karmic accounts of the past and these are karmic accounts of the present time, because no account whether of this birth or past births can be burnt without your being in the stage of an embodiment of the fire of love.

78Kabhī double light ban jātē , kabhī bōjh nīchē lē ātā . 79Sadā atīndriya sukh vā khuśhī sampann śānt sthiti anubhav nahī̃ kartē haĩ . 80Bāpdādā K|kē āgyākārī bannē key|kī viśhēṣh āśhīrvād key|kī lift K|kē prāpti key|kī anubhūti nahī̃ hōtī hai . 81Isīliē kis samay sahaj hōtā , kis samay mēhnat lagtī hai .

58Because of not constantly having the stage of being an embodiment of this fire, that is, because of not constantly having the stage of powerful remembrance, of the seed stage, of being a lighthouse and might house, you are unable to burn your karmic accounts and that is why the accounts that still remain pull you towards themselves.

82Number one ājñākarī key|kī viśēṣatāē̃ spaṣhṭ sunī  ! 83Bākī number two kaun huā  ?

59You don't make a mistake at that time and yet you feel, "I don't know what happened".

84Jismē̃ in viśhēṣhatāō̃ key|kī kamī hai , vah number two aur dūsrē number mālā K|kē hō gaē . 85Tō pahlī mālā mē̃ ānā hai nā  ?

60Sometimes, your mind won't be able to stay in remembrance or in service and sometimes there will be waves of unhappiness.

86Muśhkil kuchh bhī nahī̃ hai . 87Her|har kadam key|kī āgyā spaṣhṭ hai , usī pramāṇ chalnā sahaj huā yā muśhkil huā  ?

61One is to experience peace through knowledge and the other is the peace of dead silence where there is no happiness or bliss.

88Āgyā hī bāp K|kē kadam haĩ .

62That is peace without any sweetness.

89Tō kadam par kadam rakhnā tō sahaj huā nā . 90Vaisē bhī sabhī sachchī sītāē̃ hō , sajniyā̃ hō .

63The heart's desire would just be to go and sit somewhere in solitude.

91Tō sajniyā̃ kadam par kadam rakhtī haĩ nā  ? 92Yah vidhi hai nā .

64All of these things are signs of being disobedient in one way or another.

93Tō muśhkil kyā huā  !

65The burden of karma pulls you.

94Bachchē K|kē nātē sē bhī dēkhō - bachchē arthāt jō bāp K|kē footstep par chalē . 95Jaisē bāp nē kahā aisē kiyā .

66One form of disobedience is to commit a sin or to make a big mistake and the second is disobedience in little things.

96Bāp kā kahnā aur bachchō̃ kā karnā - iskō kahtē haĩ number one āgyākārī . 97Tō check karō aur change karō .

67For instance, the Father's instruction is: At amrit vela, stay in powerful remembrance according to the right discipline.

98Achchhā  ! 99Chārō̃ ōr K|kē sarv āgyākārī śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kō , sadā bāp dvārā prāpt huī āśhīrvād key|kī anubhūti karnē vālī viśhēṣh ātmāō̃ kō , sadā her|har karma mē̃ santuṣhṭatā , saphaltā anubhav karnē vālī mahān ātmāō̃ kō , sadā kadam par kadam rakhnē vālē āgyākārī bachchō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yādpyār aur namastē .

68So, what would you say if you do not observe this instruction at amrit vela? 69Would that be being obedient or disobedient? 70Perform every action as a karma yogi, with the feeling of being an instrument, with humility you have these instructions.

100' ' 101Party sē avyakt bāpdādā key|kī madhur mulākāt

71There is a long list of these, but Baba is just quoting one as an example.

1021 . sabhī apnē kō sahajyōgī , rājyōgī śhrēṣhṭh ātmāyē̃ anubhav kartē hō  ?

72You have been given instructions for everything: your vision, your attitude etc.

103Sahajyōgī arthāt svataḥ yōgī . 104Yōg lagānē sē yōg lagē nahī̃ , tō yōgī kē bajāē viyōgī ban jāē̃ iskō sahajyōgī nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

73Out of all these instructions, if you don't follow any one instruction in the right way, it is known as being disobedient in little things.

105Sahajyōgī jīvan hai . 106Tō jīvan sadā hōtī hai . 107Yōgī jīvan arthāt sadā K|kē yōgī , dō ghaṇṭē , chār ghaṇṭē yōg lagānē vālē kō yōgī jīvan nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

74If you continue to accumulate in this account, then it will definitely pull you towards itself, and this is why you say that you are unable to experience as much as you want.

108Jab hai hī ēk bāp dūsrā na kōī , tō ēk hī yād āēgā nā  ?

75When you are asked, "Are you moving along OK?", you all say, "Yes".

109Ēk key|kī yād mē̃ rahnā - yahī sahajyōgī jīvan hai . 110Sadā K|kē yōgī arthāt yōgī jīvan vālē .

76However when you are asked if you are experiencing as much as you should, you then have to think about it.

111Dūsrē jō yōg lagātē haĩ , vah jab yōg lagātē haĩ tab lagtā hai aur brāhmaṇ ātmāē̃ sadā hī yōg mē̃ rahtī haĩ kyōṅki jīvan banā lī hai .

77While receiving so many signals, while being knowledgefull, if you are still unable to experience as much as you should, what is the reason for that?

112Chaltē - phirtē , khātē - pītē yōgī . 113Hai hī bāp aur maĩ .

78The burden of the past and the present do not allow you to become doublelight.

114Agar dūsrā kōī chhipā huā hōgā tō vah yād āēgā .

79Sometimes you become double light and sometimes, the burden brings you down.

115Sadā yōgī jīvan hai arthāt nirantar yōgī haĩ . 116Aisē tō nahī̃ kahē̃gē ki yōg lagtā nahī̃ , kaisē lagāē̃  ?

80You don't constantly experience the stage of supersensuous joy and peace filled with happiness.

117Sivāē bāp K|kē jab kuchh hai hī nahī̃ , tō lagāē̃ kaisē - yah question hī nahī̃ .

81You don't experience the attainment of the lift of special blessings from BapDada for being obedient.

118Jab dūsrē taraph buddhi jātī hai tō yōg ṭūṭtā hai aur jab ṭūṭtā hai tō lagānē key|kī mēhnat karnī paṛtī hai .

82This is why you sometimes find it easy and at other times you find you have to labour.

119Lagānē key|kī mēhnat karnī hī na paṛē , second mē̃ bābā kahā aur yād svarūp hō gaē .

83You very clearly heard about the specialities of a number one obedient soul. 84So, who is number two then?

120Aisē tō kahnē key|kī bhī āvaśhyaktā nahī̃ , haĩ hī - aisā anubhav karnā yōgī jīvan hai .

85Those who are lacking these specialities are number two and they become the beads of the second number rosary.

121Tō sadā sahajyōgī ātmāē̃ haĩ - is anubhūti sē āgē baṛhtē chalō .

86So, you want to become part of the first rosary, do you not? 87Nothing is difficult.

1222 . sadā apnē kō rūhānī yātrī samajhtē hō  ?

88The instruction for every step is very clear.

123Yātrā kartē kyā yād rahēgā  ?

89So, is it easy or difficult to move along according to that?

124Jahā̃ jānā hai vahī yād rahēgā nā .

90The instruction is the Father's steps.

125Agar aur kōī bāt yād ātī hai tō uskō bhulātē haĩ .

91So, it is easy to place your steps in His footsteps, is it not?

126Agar kōī dēvī key|kī yātrā par jāēṅgē tō ‘ jay mātā - jay mātā ' kahtē jāēṅgē .

92In any case, all of you are true Sitas, the brides. 93So, the brides place their steps in His footsteps, do they not?

127Agar kōī aur yād āēgī tō achchhā nahī̃ samajhtē haĩ .

94This is the method. 95So, what is difficult?

128Ēk dō kō bhī yād dilāēṅgē - ‘ jay mātā ' yād karō , ghar kō vā bachchē̃ kō yād nahī̃ karō , mātā kō yād karō .

96In the relationship of a child too, a child is one who follows the footsteps of the Father; one who does what the Father says.

129Tō rūhānī yātriyō̃ kō sadā kyā yād rahtā hai  ? 130Apnā ghar - paramdhām yād rahtā hai nā  ?

97The Father says and the child does: this is known as being number one obedient.

131Vahā̃ hī jānā hai .

98So check and change yourself. 99Achcha.

132Tō apnā ghar aur apnā rājya svarg - dōnō̃ yād rahtā hai yā aur bātē̃ bhī yād rahtī haĩ  ? 133Purānī duniyā tō yād nahī̃ ātī hai nā  ? 134Aisē nahī̃ - yahā̃ rahtē haĩ tō yād ā jātī hai . 135Rahtē huē bhī nyārē rahnā , kyōṅki jitnā nyārē rahē̃gē utnā hī pyār sē bāp kō yād kar sakē̃gē .

100To all the most obedient elevated souls everywhere, to the special souls who always experience the blessings received from the Father, to the great souls who always experience contentment and success in every action, to the obedient children who place their footsteps in the Father's footsteps, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

136Tō check karō purānī duniyā mē̃ rahtē purānī duniyā mē̃ phans tō nahī̃ jātē haĩ  ?

101BapDada meeting groups: Do all of you experience yourselves to be easy yogi, Raj Yogi, elevated souls?

137Kamal - puṣhp kīchaṛ mē̃ rahtā hai lēkin kīchaṛ sē nyārā rahtā hai .

102An easy yogi means a natural yogi. 103It isn't that you have yoga only when you especially have yoga.

138Tō sēvā kē liē rahnā paṛtā hai , mōh K|kē kāraṇ nahī̃ . 139Tō mātāō̃ kō mōh tō nahī̃ hai  ?

104In that case, instead of being a yogi, you would become one who is viyogi (separated, not in yoga).

140Agar thōṛā dhōtrē - pōtrē kō kuchh hō jāē , phir mōh hōgā  ?

105That would not be called being an easy yogi. 106You have an easy yogi life and a life is for all time.

141Agar vah thōṛā rōē tō āpkā man bhī thōṛā rōēgā  ?

107A yogi life means to be a constant yogi.

142Kyōṅki jahā̃ mōh hōtā hai tō dūsrē kā duḥkh bhī apnā duḥkh lagtā hai .

108To have yoga for two hours or four hours would not be called a yogi life.

143Aisē nahī̃ - uskō bukhār hō tō āpkō bhī man kā bukhār hō jāē  !

109Since you have one Father and none other, then of course you would remember just the One, would you not?

144Mōh khīñchtā hai nā . 145Paper tō ātē haĩ nā .

110To stay in remembrance of One is an easy yogi life.

146Kabhī pōtrā bīmār hōgā , kabhī dhōtrā .

111To be a constant yogi means to be one with a yogi life.

147Kabhī dhan key|kī samasyā āēgī , kabhī apnī bīmārī key|kī samasyā āēgī . 148Yah tō hōgā hī . 149Lēkin sadā nyārē rahē̃ , mōh mē̃ na āē̃ - aisē nirmōhī hō  ?

112When others have yoga, it is only when they specially have yoga that their yoga is connected whereas Brahmin souls always stay in yoga because you have made your life like that.

150Mātāō̃ kō hōtā hai sambandh sē mōh aur pāṇḍavō̃ kō hōtā hai paisē sē mōh .

113You are yogis while walking and moving around, while eating and drinking etc.

151Paisā kamānē mē̃ yād bhī bhūl jāēgī .

114There is just the Father and I.

152Śharīr nirvāh karnē kē liē nimitt mātra kām karnā dūsrī bāt hai lēkin aisā lagē rahnā jō na paṛhāī yād āē , na yād kā abhyās hō … uskō kahē̃gē mōh .

115If there is anyone else hidden somewhere, you will remember that one. 116To have a constant yogi life means to be a constant yogi.

153Tō mōh tō nahī̃ hai nā  ! 154Jitnā naṣhṭōmōhā hōṅgē utnā hī smr̥itisvarūp hōṅgē .

117You would not say, "I am unable to have yoga, how can I have yoga?", would you?

155Kumār sē - kamāl karnē vālē kumār hō nā  ? 156Kyā kamāl dikhāēṅgē  ?

118Since you have no one except the Father, then there is no question of how to connect your yoga.

157Sadā bāp kō pratyakṣha karnē kā umaṅg tō rahtā hī hai lēkin uskī vidhi kyā hai  ? 158Ājkal tō youth K|kē taraph sabkī najar hai .

119It is when your intellect goes towards another that your yoga breaks and when it breaks, you then have to make effort to connect again.

159Rūhānī youth apnē mansā śhakti sē , bōl sē , chalan sē aisē śhānti key|kī śhakti anubhav karāyē̃ jō vah samajhē̃ ki yah śhānti key|kī śhakti sē krānti karnē vālē haĩ .

120However, you should not have to make effort to connect. 121You say, "Baba", and in a second you become an embodiment of remembrance. 122In fact, there is no need even to say anything. 123You already are.

160Jaisē jismānī youth key|kī chalan aur chēhrē sē jōśh dikhāī dētā hai nā .

124To have this experience is to have a yogi life. 125So, you are always easy yogi souls.

161Dēkhkar hī patā chaltā hai ki yah youth haĩ .

126Continue to move forward with this experience.

162Aisē āpkē chēhrē aur chalan sē śhānti key|kī anubhūti hō - iskō kahtē haĩ kamāl karnā .

127Do you always consider yourselves to be spiritual pilgrims? 128While on a pilgrimage, what do you remember?

163Har ēk key|kī vr̥itti sē vibration āē .

129You would only remember the place you have to go to.

164Jaisē unhō̃ K|kē chalan sē , chēhrē sē vibration ātā hai ki yah hiṃsak vr̥itti vālē haĩ , aisē āpkē vibration sē śhānti key|kī kiraṇē̃ anubhav hō̃ . 165Aisī kamāl karkē dikhāō .

130If you remember anything else, you would make effort to forget that. 131If you go on a pilgrimage to a goddess, then you continue to say along the way, "Salutations to the mother, salutations to the mother."

166Kōī bhī krānti kā kārya kartā hai tō sabkā attention jātā hai nā .

132If you remember anyone else, it would not be considered to be good.

167Aisē āp lōgō̃ kē ūpar sabkā attention jāē - aisī viśhāl sēvā karō .

133You would remind one another: Remember the mother (goddess). 134Do not remember your home and children.

168Kyōṅki gyān sunānē sē achchhā tō lagtā hai lēkin parivartan anubhav kō dēkhkar anubhavī bantē haĩ . 169Aisī kōī nyārī bāt karkē dikhāō . 170Vāṇī sē tō mātāē̃ bhī sēvāē̃ kartī haĩ , nimitt bahanē̃ bhī sēvā kartī haĩ lēkin āp navīntā karkē dikhāō jō government kā bhī attention jāē . 171Jaisē sūrya uday hōtā hai tō svataḥ hī attention jātā hai nā - rōśhnī ā rahī hai  !

135Remember the mother.

172Aisē āpkē taraph attention jāē . 173Samjhā  ?

136So what do the spiritual pilgrims always remember?

174Ghāṭakōpar ( bambaī ) sēvākēndra key|kī nalinī bahan K|kē laukik pitājī kākū bhāī nē 14 . 1 . 1988 prātaḥ 3 . 15 bajē apnā purānā śharīr chhōṛā , unkē nimitt prāṇ pyārē avyakt bāpdādā nē mahāvākya uchchāraṇ kiē 175Drama mē̃ jō bhī dr̥iśhya hōtē haĩ vah sabhī apnē - apnē samay pramāṇ bahut hī rahasyayukta hōtē haĩ . 176Jō bhī ananya snēhī ātmāē̃ jātī haĩ , har ēk ātmā K|kē jānē mē̃ bhī bhinn - bhinn rāz hōtē haĩ . 177Ananya ātmāyē̃ sadā jahā̃ bhī jātī haĩ sēvā kē nimitt jātī haĩ .

137Do you remember your home, the supreme abode?

178Jaisē saṅgamyug key|kī brāhmaṇ jīvan mē̃ sēvā K|kē saṅgaṭhan sē sēvā saphal hōtī jā rahī hai , aisē naī duniyā kī sthāpanā K|kē rāj mē̃ bhī saṅgaṭhan dvārā kārya vr̥iddhi kō prāpt kar saphaltā kō prāpt kar rahā hai . 179Tō is sthāpanā K|kē part mē̃ jin ātmāō̃ kā jis samay part hai , vah drama anusār ātmāō̃ kā jānā aur usī kārya kē nimitt bannā - yah rahasya kuchh samay sē chal rahā hai aur chaltā rahēgā . 180Isliē , ananya ātmāō̃ kā jānā aisā hī hai jaisē sēvā kā part badalnā vā sēvā K|kē part anusār śharīr rūpī vastra badlī|badalī karnā . 181Jaisā part vaisē vastra chāhiē̃ , vaisē sambandh chāhiē , vaisā sthān chāhiē .

138That is where you have to go.

182Tō yah tō sēvā K|kē part sē ānā - jānā chaltā hī rahtā hai .

139So, do you remember both your home and your kingdom, heaven, or do you also remember other things?

183Tō is ātmā kā bhī sēvā kā part hai aur is śharīr sē bhī hisāb - kitāb pūrā hōnē kā time ātā hai .

140You don't remember the old world, do you? 141It should not be that because you are living here (in this world), you remember it.

184Isliē , aisē kamāī karkē jānē vālī ātmāō̃ kē liē kōī ātmāō̃ kō phikar karnē key|kī tō bāt hī nahī̃ . 185Sēvā par jānē key|kī tō khuśhī hai .

142Whilst living in it, remain separate from it because the more detached you remain, the more you will be able to remember the Father with love.

186Kyōṅki purānē śharīr sē tō itnī sēvā kar nahī̃ pātē . 187Tō nayā part bajāēṅgē .

143So, check: While living in the old world are you trapped in the old world?

188Aur jānā tō sabkō hai , sirph samay key|kī bāt hai .

144A lotus lives in the dirt, but is separate from it.

189Isliē , sadā jaisē svayã khuśh rahē , vaisē sabhī kō chāhē laukik sambandhī haĩ , chāhē alaukik haĩ - sabhī kō unkī khuśhī key|kī viśhēṣhtā sadā yād rakhnī hai .

145So, you have to live here for service, not because of attachment. 146So, you mothers do not have attachment, do you?

190Jaisē vah svayã halkē rahē , jānē mē̃ bhī halkē rahē , rahnē mē̃ bhī halkē rahē .

147If something happens to your grandchild, would you have attachment then? 148If the grandchild cries, does your mind cry?

191Isī rīti sē sabhī kō aisē hī unkī viśhēṣhtā sē snēh rakhnā hī ātmā sē snēh hai .

149Where there is attachment, the sorrow of others is felt to be your own sorrow.

192Tō bahut achchhā part bajā K|kē gayē aur āgē bhī achchhē tē achchhā part bajāēṅgē .

150It should not be that because the child has fever you also have fever in your mind. 151Attachment pulls.

193Isīliē , her|har ātmā key|kī viśhēṣhtā yād rakhō , her|har ātmā kā viśhēṣh part yād rakhō .

152Of course there will be papers. 153Sometimes, one grandchild would not be well, sometimes, another.

194Tō issē svayã mē̃ , vātāvaraṇ mē̃ sadā hī śhānti aur śhakti rahēgī .

154Sometimes, there will be problems about money, sometimes there will be problems of your own illness.

195Aur vah aisī ātmā tō hai hī nahī̃ jō uskō viśhēṣh bal dēgē tabhī khuśh rahēgī . 196Vah tō khuśh hai hī .

155All of that will happen, but always remain detached, do not become attached. 156Are you free from attachment to this extent?

197Bākī apnē snēh key|kī rīti yād kī yātrā sē snēh kā sahyōg dēnā vah tō brāhmaṇ jīvan key|kī rīti - rasm hai .

157Mothers have attachment in relationships whereas men have attachment to money. 158In earning money, they will even forget to have remembrance.

198Bākī aisī ātmā nahī̃ hai jō śhakti dēgē tō śhakti āēgī . 199Śhaktiśhālī hai , bāp kē sāth sambandh hōnē K|kē kāraṇ bāp kē pās hī śhaktisvarūp ban anubhav kar rahī hai .

159To work for the sake of the livelihood of your body is one thing, but to become so engrossed in it that you forget your study and the practice of remembrance is attachment.

200Isliē jō drama bītā vah achchhā kahē̃gē .

160So, you don’t have attachment, do you?

201Duniyā vālē tō kahē̃gē ki ‘ hāy , vah chalā gayā  ! 202' aur āp kyā kahē̃gē  ? 203Sēvā par gayā .

161The more you become a conqueror of attachment, the more you will become an embodiment of remembrance.

204Chalā nahī̃ gayā , sēvā par gayā . 205Sēvā par kōī jātā hai tō kyā kartē hō  ? 206Khuśh hōtē hō yā rōtē hō  ? 207Tō yah bhī sēvā par gayē .

162Blessing: May you be constantly unshakeable and immovable and finish all upheaval with the consciousness of being an instrument.

208Isliē , yah sadā harṣhit ātmā thī , sadā harṣhit rahēgī . 209Achchhā  ! 210Duniyā K|kē hisāb sē bhī apnā part tō sab pūrā kiyā .

163When you have the consciousness of being an instrument, many types of the consciousness of "I" and "mine" easily finish.

211Us hisāb sē bhī kōī baṛī bāt nahī̃ . 212Brāhmaṇō̃ kē liē tō kōī chhōṭā bhī jāy tō bhī baṛī bāt nahī̃ .

164This consciousness liberates you from many types of upheaval and enables you to experience the stage of being unshakeable and immovable.

213Yahā̃ kōī javān chalā jāē tō rōyēṅgē  ?

165You don't have to labour in service either.

214Vahā̃ kōī bujurg jātā hai tō laḍḍū bāṇṭtē haĩ aur yahā̃ kōī javān bhī jāēgā tō haluvē kā bhōg khāyēṅgē .

166The intellect of those who are instruments always remembers that whatever they do, others will follow them.

215Uskō bhī khilāēṅgē , āp bhī khāēṅgē . 216Kyā kartē hō  ?

167To be an instrument for service means to come onto the stage.

217Jab saṅskār karkē ātē hō tō kyā kartē hō  ? 218Haluvā hī khātē hō nā  !

168Everyone's vision automatically goes towards the stage.

219Kyōṅki gyān kā hai nā . 220Isliē nothing new .

169So, this consciousness also becomes a means of safety.

221Achchhā  ! 222Sabhī kō bahut - bahut yād aur sabhī kō bāpdādā snēh key|kī śhakti sadā dētē rahtē haĩ aur dē rahē haĩ . 223Achchhā  !

170Slogan: Be detached in everything and you will experience the support of God, the Father. 171* * * O MS H A N T I * * *
