¹Continue to fly with zeal and enthusiasm in the New Year and be a great donor and a bestower of blessings to all, and so finish all wastage.

³nav jeevan de udti kala mein udaane vaale, nav yug ke rachayita shivbaaba apne aadhaarmoorta bachchon prati bole-

⁴aaj nav yug nai srishti ke rachta baapdaada apne navayug ke aadhaarmoorta bachchon ko dekh rahe hain।

²Today, BapDada, the Creator of the new age, the new world, is seeing His children who are the support of the new age.

⁵baapdaada ke saath-saath aap sabhi bachche sada sahayogi ho, isliye aap hi aadhaarmoorta ho।

³All of you children are constantly co­operative with BapDada, and this is why you are the images of support.

⁶duniya ke hisaab se aaj ka din varsha ka sangam hai।

⁴In the lokik world, today is the day of the confluence of the years.

⁷puraana varsha ja raha hai aur naya varsha aa raha hai।

⁵The old year is going and the new year is coming.

⁸ye hai varsha ka sangam din aur aap baithe ho behad ke sangamayug par।

⁶So this is the confluence day of the years, whereas you are sitting at the unlimited confluence age.

⁹aap sabhi nav varsha ke saath-saath nav yug ki sabhi ko mubaarak dete ho। ¹⁰ek din ki mubaarak nahin, lekin nav yug ke anek janmon ki mubaarak dete ho।

⁷As well as greetings for the new year, you also give everyone greetings for the new age: not just greetings for one day, but you give greetings for many births in the new age.

¹¹is sangam par achhi tarah se anubhav karte ho ki is samay ham brahman aatmaon ki nai jeevan hai।

⁸At this confluence age, you definitely have the experience, that: at this time, you Brahmin souls have a new life.

¹²nai jeevan mein aa gaye ho na।

⁹You have come into the new life, have you not?

¹⁰Is it a new life or is it an old life?

¹¹The whole world is new.

¹³braahmanon ka sansaar hi naya hai।

¹²The world of Brahmins is a new world.

¹⁴amritvele se dekho to nai reet, nai preet hai।

¹³From amrit vela onwards, there is a new system, a new love.

¹⁵puraani duniya ki dincharya aur naye jeevan brahman jeevan ki dincharya mein kitna antar hai!

¹⁴Look at the timetable of your old life and the timetable of your new life, of your Brahmin life. ¹⁵There is so much difference!

¹⁶Is there this difference?

¹⁶sab naya ho gaya-smriti nai, vritti nai, drishti nai, sab badal gaya na।

¹⁷Everything has become new: a new awareness, a new attitude, a new vision; everything has changed.

¹⁷aur nai jeevan kitni pyaari lagti hai!

¹⁸So the new life is so lovely.

¹⁸vaise bhi nai cheezsabko pyaari lagti hai।

¹⁹Everyone loves something new anyway.

¹⁹puraani cheezchhodna chaahte hain aur naeecheez lena chaahte hain।

²⁰You wish to let go of old things and take new things.

²⁰to is samay ka yeh chhota-sa naya sansaar hai।

²¹So this is the small new world of this time.

²¹sansaar bhi naya aur sanskaar bhi naye। ²²isliye duniya vaale bhi naye varsha ko dhoomdhaam se manaate hain।

²²The world is new and the sanskars are new and this is why people of the world celebrate the new year with a lot of splendour.

²³manaane ka arth hai umang-utsaah mein aana।

²³To celebrate means to have zeal and enthusiasm.

²⁴utsaah hota hai, iseeliye manaane ke din ko utsav kaha jaata hai।

²⁴There is enthusiasm and therefore, a day of celebration is called a festival.

²⁵utsaah se hi ek-do ko badhaaiyaan va mubaarak dete hain va greetings dete hain।

²⁵You give greetings to one another with great zeal and enthusiasm. ²⁶You give greetings and congratulations.

²⁶aap brahman aatmaon ke liye har din utsav hai।

²⁷Is every day a festival for you Brahmin souls, or do you only celebrate a festival sometimes?

²⁷sada utsav arthaat umang-utsaah mein rehte ho।

²⁸Constantly to celebrate a festival means that you stay in zeal and enthusiasm.

²⁸yeh umang-utsaah hi brahman jeevan hai।

²⁹Brahmin life means to have zeal and enthusiasm.

²⁹duniya ki reeti pramaan vishesh din ko manaate ho, aaj manaane ke liyeikaththe hue ho na।

³⁰According to the systems of the world, you celebrate a special day. ³¹Today, you have gathered together to celebrate, have you not?

³⁰lekin aapka nav yug nai jeevan ka umang-utsaah sada hi hai।

³²However, you constantly have zeal and enthusiasm for the new age and your new life.

³¹aise nahin ki 2 taareekh ho jaayegi to umang-utsaah khalaas ho jaayega, ek maas ho gaya to aur khatma ho jaayega।

³³It is not that when it become sthe 2nd (January), your zeal and enthusiasm will decrease, and that after one month, it will decrease even more.

³²har din umang-utsaah badhta jaata hai, kam nahin hota।

³⁴Your zeal and enthusiasm increases every day; it does not decrease.

³³aise hai na?

³⁵It is like that, is it not?

³⁴ki apne-apne sthaan par jaayenge to utsaah khatma ho jaayega?

³⁶Or, will your zeal and enthusiasm finish when you go back to your own places?

³⁵har ghadi umang-utsaah ki hai।

³⁷No; every moment is a moment of zeal and enthusiasm.

³⁶kyonki umang-utsaah hi aap braahmanon ki udti kala ke pankh hai।

³⁸For you Brahmin souls, zeal and enthusiasm are the wings for the flying stage.

³⁷is umang-utsaah ke pankhon se sada udte rehte ho।

³⁹You constantly continue to fly with the wings of zeal and enthusiasm.

³⁸agar kaarya arth karma mein bhi aate ho phir bhi udti kala ki sthiti se karmayogi ban karma mein aate ho।

⁴⁰Even when you come into action for a task, you still come into action with the flying stage, as a karma yogi.

³⁹to udti kala vaale ho na, to bina pankhon ke to ud nahin sakte। ⁴⁰yeh umang-utsaah udti kala ke pankh sada saath hain।

⁴¹So, you are those who have a flying stage, are you not? ⁴²You cannot fly without wings, and so you constantly have these wings of zeal and enthusiasm for the flying stage.

⁴¹yeh umang-utsaah aap braahmanon ke liye bade se badi shakti hai।

⁴³This zeal and enthusiasm is the greatest power for all of you Brahmin souls.

⁴²neeras jeevan nahin hai।

⁴⁴It is not a dry, tasteless life.

⁴³duniya vaale to kahenge ki kya karen, ras nahin hai, neeras hai, beras hai aur aap kya kahenge umang-utsaah ka ras hai hi hai।

⁴⁵People of the world say: What can we do? ⁴⁶There is no sweetness. ⁴⁷It is completely dry. ⁴⁸And what would you say? ⁴⁹That you constantly have the sweetness of zeal and enthusiasm.

⁴⁴kabhi dilshikasta nahin ho sakte ho।

⁵⁰You can never be disheartened.

⁴⁵sada dil khush। ⁴⁶kaisi bhi mushkil baat ho, lekin umang-utsaah mushkil ko sahaj kar deta hai।

⁵¹You are constantly happy in your heart because no matter how difficult something is, enthusiasm makes the difficult things easy.

⁴⁷utsaah toofaan ko bhi tohpha bana deta hai, pahaad ko bhi raai nahin lekin rooi bana deta hai।

⁵²Enthusiasm makes even a storm (toofan) into a gift (tohfa). ⁵³It makes a mountain, not into a mustard seed, but into cotton wool.

⁴⁸utsaah kisi bhi pareeksha va samasya ko manoranjan anubhav karaata hai।

⁵⁴Enthusiasm makes you experience any type of test or problem to be entertaining.

⁴⁹isliye umang-utsaah mein rahne vaale nav yug ke aadhaarmoorta nav jeevan vaale brahman aatmaayen ho।

⁵⁵Therefore, those who maintain their zeal and enthusiasm, those who are the images of support for the new world, those who have a new life, are the Brahmin souls.

⁵⁰apne ko jaante ho।

⁵⁶You know yourselves, do you not?

⁵¹maante bhi ho ya sirf jaante ho?

⁵⁷Do you also accept yourselves? ⁵⁸Or, do you just know yourselves?

⁵²kya kahenge?

⁵⁹What would you say?

⁵³jaante bhi hain, maante bhi hain aur usi mein chalte bhi hain।

⁶⁰You know and you accept, and you also move along according to that. ⁶¹You are those who move along according to this, are you not?

⁵⁴sada yeh utsaah rehta hai ki kalpa pahle bhi ham hi the, ab bhi hain aur anek baar ham hi banenge।

⁶²Do you constantly have the enthusiasm that you are the same ones of the previous kalpa? ⁶³That you are same ones now and that you will become this many times?

⁵⁵to avinaashi utsaah ho gaya na।

⁶⁴So, it is imperishable enthusiasm, is it not?

⁵⁶the, hain aur sada honge-teenon kaal ka ho gaya na।

⁶⁵You were, you are and you will always be. ⁶⁶You have become this for all three aspects of time, have you not?

⁵⁷past, present aur future-teen kaal ho gaye।

⁶⁷The past, the present and the future; you are this for the three aspects of time, are you not?

⁵⁸to avinaashi ho gaya na।

⁶⁸So it is imperishable, is it not?

⁵⁹baapdaada dekh rahe the ki avinaashi umang-utsaah mein rahne vaali aatmaayen nambarvaar hain ya sab number one hain?

⁶⁹BapDada is seeing whether souls who maintain imperishable zeal and enthusiasm are numberwise or number one.

⁷⁰Are you numberwise or number one?

⁷¹What are you?

⁷²Teachers, speak: what are you?

⁷³What are the double foreigners?

⁷⁴Are you numberwise or number one?

⁷⁵(Number one).

⁷⁶Second number will not do.

⁷⁷You are number one.

⁶⁰jab hain hi nishchaybuddhi vijayi to vijayi to zaroor number one honge na, nambarvaar thode hi honge।

⁷⁸You are victorious souls who have faith in the intellect, and so those who are victorious will be number one, will they not? ⁷⁹They will not be numberwise, will they?

⁶¹to sada nav jeevan ke is utsaah mein udte chalo kyonki aap aadhaarmoorta ho।

⁸⁰So constantly continue to fly with this enthusiasm in your new life, because you are the images of support.

⁶²sirf apne jeevan ke liye aadhaar nahin ho lekin vishwa ke sarva aatmaon ke aadhaarmoorta ho।

⁸¹You are not just the support of your own life, but you are the images of support for all the souls of the world.

⁶³aapki shreshtha vritti se vishwa ka vaataavran parivartan ho raha hai।

⁸²With your elevated attitude, the atmosphere of the world is transformed.

⁶⁴aapke pavitra drishti se vishwa ki aatmaayen aur prakriti - donon pavitra ban rahi hain।

⁸³With your pure vision, both the souls of the world and matter are becoming pure.

⁶⁵aapke drishti se srishti badal rahi hai।

⁸⁴The world is changing through your vision.

⁶⁶aapke shreshtha karmon se shreshthaachaari duniya ban rahi hai।

⁸⁵The world is becoming righteous through your elevated actions.

⁶⁷to kitni jimmevaari hai!

⁸⁶So you have such a huge responsibility.

⁶⁸vishwa ki jimmevaari ka taaj pahna hua hai na?

⁸⁷Are you wearing the crown of responsibility?

⁶⁹ki kabhi bhaari lagta hai to utaar dete ho?

⁸⁸Or do you sometimes take it off because you find it heavy? ⁸⁹Do you take it off sometimes because you find it heavy?

⁷⁰kya karte ho?

⁹⁰What do you do?

⁹¹Do you take it off?

⁹²Or do you constantly wear it?

⁹³What do you do?

⁹⁴Do you take it off again and again, thinking that you will become fresh in a little while, and then wear it again? ⁹⁵No.

⁷¹jo double light rehte hain unko ye jimmevaari ka taaj bhi sada light (halka) anubhav hoga, bhaari nahin lagega।

⁹⁶Those who remain double light constantly experience this crown of responsibility to be light. ⁹⁷They don't find it heavy.

⁷²is samay ke taajdhaari bhavishya ke taajdhaari bante hain।

⁹⁸Those who wear the crown now also wear the crown in the future.

⁷³to naye varsha mein kya karenge?

⁹⁹What will you do in the new year?

¹⁰⁰You will bring about newness.

⁷⁴avyakt varsha bhi manaaya, avyakt varsha arthaat pharishta ban gaye, ki abhi banna hai?

¹⁰¹You have celebrated the Avyakt Year. ¹⁰²The Avyakt Year means you have become angels. ¹⁰³Or, do you still have to become that?

⁷⁵pharishte kya karte hain?

¹⁰⁴So what do angels do?

⁷⁶avyakt ka arth hi hai pharishta।

¹⁰⁵The meaning of avyakt is to be an angel.

⁷⁷varsha poora kiya to pharishta bane na, ki nahin?

¹⁰⁶When you completed this year, you became angels, didn't you? ¹⁰⁷Or not?

⁷⁸avyakt varsha abhi lamba kar den?

¹⁰⁸Should we now extend the Avyakt Year?

⁷⁹do varsha ka ek varsha bana den?

¹⁰⁹Should we make one year of two years?

⁸⁰abhi aur aage badhna hai na।

¹¹⁰You have to progress further now, do you not?

⁸¹avyakt varsha manaaya, ab pharishta bankar kya karenge?

¹¹¹So did you celebrate the Avyakt Year? ¹¹²What will you do now that you have become angels?

⁸²sada har din, har samay mahaadaani aur vardaani banna hai।

¹¹³At every moment and throughout every day, you must constantly be a great donor and a bestower of blessings.

⁸³to yeh varsha mahaadaani vardaani varsha manaao।

¹¹⁴So, celebrate this year by being a great donor and a bestower of blessings.

⁸⁴jo bhi sambandh-samparka mein aaye us aatma ko mahaadaani ban koi na koi shakti ka, gyaan ka, gun ka daan dena hi hai।

¹¹⁵Be a great donor and give all those who come into contact and connection with you a donation of some power, knowledge and virtues.

⁸⁵teenon khazaanekitne bharpoor ho gaye hain!

¹¹⁶You have become so full in all three treasures.

⁸⁶gyaan ka khazaana bharpoor hai, ki thoda kam hai?

¹¹⁷The treasure of knowledge is overflowing, is it not? ¹¹⁸Or, is it lacking a little bit?

⁸⁷master knowledgeful ho na।

¹¹⁹You are master knowledgeful, are you not?

⁸⁸to gyaan ka khazaana bhi hai, shaktiyon ka khazaana bhi hai aur gunon ka khazaana bhi hai।

¹²⁰So you have the treasures of knowledge, the treasures of power and the treasures of virtues.

¹²¹You are full.

¹²²Are all of you full?

⁸⁹teenon mein sampanna ho, ki ek mein sampanna ho, do mein nahin?

¹²³Are you full in all three? ¹²⁴Or, are you full in one and not in the other two?

⁹⁰vartamaan samay aatmaon ko teenon ki bahut aavashyakta hai।

¹²⁵At the present time, souls need all three a great deal.

⁹¹saare din mein koi na koi daan dena hi hai, chaahe gyaan ka, chaahe shaktiyon ka, chaahe gunon ka, lekin dena hi hai।

¹²⁶So throughout the day, you must definitely give one or another donation.

⁹²mahaadaani aatmaon ka bina daan diye hue koi bhi din na ho।

¹²⁷Whether you give a donation of knowledge, of powers, or of virtues, you have to donate something. ¹²⁸No day of a great donor soul should go by without something being donated.

⁹³aise nahin, varsha poora ho jaaye aur kaho humein to chance nahin mila।

¹²⁹Do not say when the year finishes that you did not receive a chance.

⁹⁴chance lena bhi apne oopar hai ki chance dene vaala de tab chance le sakte hain ya svayan bhi chance le sakte hain lena aata hai?

¹³⁰It is up to you to take a chance. ¹³¹Or, can you only take a chance when someone else gives it to you? ¹³²Or, can you yourself take a chance? ¹³³What happens? ¹³⁴Do you know how to take it?

⁹⁵ki koi deve to lena aata hai?

¹³⁵Or, do you only know how to take it when someone gives it?

⁹⁶koi chance nahin dega to kya karenge?

¹³⁶What will you do? ¹³⁷If no one gives you a chance, what will you do?

⁹⁷dekhte, sochte rahenge?

¹³⁸Will you just continue to watch and think about it?

⁹⁸saare din mein chaahe brahman aatmaon ke, chaahe agyaani aatmaon ke sambandh-samparka mein to aate hi ho na, jiske bhi sambandh-samparka mein aao unko koi na koi daan arthaat sahayog do।

¹³⁹Throughout the day, you come into contact with souls, whether Brahmin souls or souls who do not have any knowledge, do you not? ¹⁴⁰Or, do you sit alone somewhere? ¹⁴¹You do come into contact, do you not? ¹⁴²So give all those, with whom you come into connection, some donation, that is, give co­operation.

⁹⁹daan shabd ka roohaani arth hai sahayog dena।

¹⁴³The spiritual meaning of the word, "donate", is to give co­ operation.

¹⁰⁰to roj mahaadaani va vardaani ban vardaan kaise denge?

¹⁴⁴So having become the great donors and bestowers of blessings, how will you give blessings every day?

¹⁰¹vardaan dene ki vidhi kya hai?

¹⁴⁵What is the method of giving blessings?

¹⁴⁶Do you know what it is?

¹⁰²aapke jad chitra to abhi tak vardaan de rahe hain।

¹⁴⁷Even now, your non­living images are giving blessings, are they not?

¹⁰³to vardaan dene ki vidhi hai-jo bhi aatma sambandh-samparka mein aaye unko apne sthiti ke vaayumandal dvaara aur apne vritti ke vibrations dvaara sahayog dena arthaat vardaan dena।

¹⁴⁸The method to give blessings is to give co­ operation, that is, to give blessings to all those souls who come into contact and connection with you through the atmosphere created by your own stage and through the vibrations of your attitude.

¹⁰⁴kaisi bhi aatma ho, gaali dene vaali bhi ho, ninda karne vaali ho lekin apni shubh bhaavna, shubh kaamna dvaara, vritti dvaara, sthiti dvaara aisi aatma ko bhi gun daan ya sahansheelta ki shakti ka vardaan do।

¹⁴⁹No matter what type of soul someone may be, even if he insults you or defames you, with your pure feelings and good wishes through your attitude and stage, you should give such souls a donation of virtues or the blessing of the power of tolerance.

¹⁰⁵agar koi krodh agni mein jalta hua aapke saamne aaye to aag mein tel daalenge ya paani daalenge?

¹⁵⁰If someone who is burning in the fire of anger, comes in front of you, will you put oil on him or water? ¹⁵¹What will you do?

¹⁰⁶paani daalenge na ki thoda tel ka bhi chheenta daalenge?

¹⁵²You will put water, will you not? ¹⁵³Or, will you also add a few drops of oil?

¹⁰⁷agar krodhi ke aage aapne mukh se krodh nahin kiya, mukh se to shant rahe lekin aankhon dvaara, chehre dvaara krodh ki bhaavna rakhi to bhi tel ke chheente daale।

¹⁵⁴If in your words you do not become angry in front of an angry person, but through your eyes and face, you express the feeling of anger, then you are sprinkling drops of oil.

¹⁰⁸krodhi aatma parvash hai, raham ke sheetal jal dvaara vardaan do।

¹⁵⁵An angry soul is under an outside influence, give him blessings with the cool water of mercy.

¹⁰⁹to aise vardaani bane ho?

¹⁵⁶So have you become such bestowers of blessings?

¹¹⁰ki jis samay aavashyakta hai us samay sahanshakti ka teer nahin chalta hai?

¹⁵⁷Or, does the arrow of tolerance not work when it is needed?

¹¹¹agar samay par koi bhi amoolya vastu kaarya mein nahin lagi to usko amoolya kaha jaayega?

¹⁵⁸If any invaluable thing is not useful at the right time, would it be called invaluable?

¹¹²amoolya arthaat samay par moolya kaarya mein lage।

¹⁵⁹Invaluable means that the aspect for which it is valued is used for a task at the right time.

¹¹³to is varsha kya karenge?

¹⁶⁰So what will you do this year?

¹¹⁴mahaadaani, vardaani bano। ¹¹⁵chaitanya mein sanskaar bharte ho tab to jad chitron dvaara bhi vardaani moorta bante ho।

¹⁶¹It is because you fill yourselves with the sanskars of being the great donors and bestowers of blessings in the living form, you become the bestowers of blessings in the non­living form.

¹¹⁶sanskaar to abhi bharne hai na, ki jis samay moorti banegi us samay bharenge?

¹⁶²Do you have to fill yourself with these sanskars now? ¹⁶³Or, is it that those non­living images will be filled with these sanskars when those images are created?

¹¹⁷mahaadaani-vardaani moorta banne se vyartha svatah hi khatma ho jaayega।

¹⁶⁴By becoming the great donors and the bestowers of blessings, all wastage automatically finished.

¹¹⁸kyonki jo mahaadaani hain, vardaani hain, doosre ko dene vaale daata hain to daata ka arth hi hai samartha।

¹⁶⁵Great donors and bestowers of blessings are bestowers who give to others. ¹⁶⁶So, to be a bestower means to be powerful.

¹¹⁹samartha hoga tab to dega।

¹⁶⁷Only when you are powerful are you able to give.

¹²⁰to jahaan samartha hai vahaan vyartha svatah hi khatma ho jaata hai।

¹⁶⁸So where there is power, the wastage finishes automatically.

¹²¹samartha sthiti hai switch on hona।

¹⁶⁹The powerful stage is attained by turning on the switch.

¹²²jaise is sthool light ka switch on karna arthaat andhakaar ko samaapta karna, aise samartha sthiti arthaat switch on karna।

¹⁷⁰Just as to turn on a physical light means to finish darkness, in the same way, to attain a powerful stage means to turn on the switch so that the wastage is automatically finished.

¹²³to switch theek hai ya kabhi theek, kabhi loose ho jaata hai ya phyooj ho jaata hai?

¹⁷¹So is the switch all right, or does it become loose? ¹⁷²Or, does the fuse blow?

¹²⁴on karna to aata hai na।

¹⁷³You know how to switch it on, do you not?

¹²⁵aajkal to chhote-chhote bachche bhi switch on karne mein hoshiyaar hote hain।

¹⁷⁴Nowadays, even little children are clever in turning on a switch.

¹²⁶T.vi. ka switch on kar dete hain na।

¹⁷⁵They turn the T.V. on, do they not?

¹²⁷to switch on hone se ek-ek vyartha sankalp ko samaapta karne ki mehnat se chhoot jaayenge।

¹⁷⁶In this way, you will be liberated from the effort of finishing each wasteful thought individually.

¹²⁸avyakt pharishton ka yahi shreshtha kaarya hai।

¹⁷⁷This is the elevated task of avyakt angels.

¹⁷⁸You know what your task is, do you not?

¹⁷⁹Or do you sometimes forget it?

¹⁸⁰You must not forget it.

¹²⁹aur kya naveenta karenge?

¹⁸¹So what newness will you bring about?

¹³⁰avyakt varsha mein apna chart rakha tha ki kabhi rakha, kabhi nahin rakha?

¹⁸²Did you maintain your chart in the Avyakt Year? ¹⁸³Or, did you keep it sometimes and not at other times?

¹³¹kabhi-kabhi vaale bane ya sada vaale banen?

¹⁸⁴Were you those who only maintained it sometimes or all the time?

¹³²kabhi-kabhi vaale jyaada hain।

¹⁸⁵What did the majority do? ¹⁸⁶The majority is of those who kept a chart only sometimes.

¹³³is naye varsha mein naya chart rakhna।

¹⁸⁷So in this new year, you should keep a new chart.

¹³⁴kya naya chart rakhenge?

¹⁸⁸What will you keep a new chart about?

¹³⁵chaar subject ko to achhi tarah se jaante ho।

¹⁸⁹You know the four subjects; you know them very well.

¹³⁶to is varsha ka yahi chart rakhna ki chaaron hi subject mein-chaahe gyaan mein, chaahe yog mein, dhaarna mein, seva mein, har subject mein har roj koi na koi naveenta laani hai।

¹⁹⁰So, this year keep a chart in all four subjects; gyan, yoga, dharna and service to bring about newness in every subject every day.
