¹The basis of contentment is relationships, wealth and good health.

³santushtata ki sthiti dvaara paristhitiyon ko parivartan karne ki vidhi bataane vaale baapdaada apne santoshi bachchon prati bole-

²Today, Dilaram Father, the Comforter of Hearts, is seeing His souls who remain constantly content and who are jewels of contentment.

⁴aaj dilaaraam baap apne sada santushta rahne vaali santushta aatmaon va santushta maniyon ko dekh rahe hain।

³The sparkle of the spiritual jewels is making the entire court sparkle.

¹¹natural svabhaav uska santosh ka hai aur santushtata ka swaroop va svabhaav, niji sanskaar aisa shreshtha hai jo asantushta aatma ke bhi asantushtata ka vibration, vaayumandal, santosh vaayum-ndal mein badal deta hai।

⁸The natural nature is contentment. ⁹The form, nature and original sanskars of contentment are so elevated that, through that contented environment, the vibrations and atmosphere of contentment are able to transform a discontented soul into a contented one.

¹²is sangamayug mein vishesh baapdaada ki den santushtata hai।

¹⁰Contentment is the special gift from BapDada at the confluence age.

¹³ek santushtata ki visheshta aur visheshtaaon ko bhi sahaj apne sameep laati hai। ¹⁴lekin sada santushta ho।

¹¹The one speciality of contentment easily brings other specialities close to you, but you must be content constantly.

¹⁵paristhiti kitni bhi badle lekin santushtata ki sthiti ko paristhiti badal nahin sakti।

¹²No matter how much the situations change, the stage of contentment cannot be changed by the situations.

¹⁶par-sthiti hai hi badalne vaali। ¹⁷lekin sva-santushtata ki sthiti sada pragtisheel hai। ¹⁸aapke aage kaisi bhi hilaane vaali paristhiti aise hi anubhav hoti hai jaise puppet (kathputli) show dekhte ho na।

²⁵See everything whilst being stable in your own dignity: I am a jewel of contentment; I am a contented soul.

³⁰ye hai sangam ka shreshtha shaan।

²⁶This is the elevated dignity of the confluence age.

³¹to shaan mein sthit hona aata hai na ki pareshaan hona achha lagta hai?

²⁷So, you know how to stabilise yourself in your dignity, do you not? ²⁸Or, do you enjoy being distressed?

³²sada santushtata ki visheshta ko emerge roop mein smriti mein rakho।

²⁹So, constantly keep the speciality of contentment emerged in your awareness.

³³praaptiyon mein vishesh sambandh aur sampatti aavashyak hai।

³⁰To have all attainments, relationships and wealth is especially essential.

³⁴sambandh mein bhi agar ek bhi sambandh apraapta hai to sampoorn santushtata nahin hogi।

³¹So, in terms of relationships, even if one relationship is lacking you cannot have full contentment.

³⁵to sambandh mein bhi sarva chaahiye aur avinaashi chaahiye।

³²With any relationships you need them all eternally.

³⁶agar koi bhi sambandh vinaashi hai to apraapti aur asantushtata svatah ho jaati hai।

³³If any relationship is perishable there is automatically a lack of attainment and then discontentment.

³⁷lekin ek hi vartamaan sangamayug hai jismen sarva avinaashi sambandh ek baap se anubhav kar sakte ho।

³⁴However, it is only at the present confluence age that you can experience all eternal relationships with the one Father.

³⁸satayug mein bhi sambandh bahut thode hain, sarva nahin hain, lekin is samay jis sambandh ki aakarshan ho, anubhooti karna chaahe vo sambandh param aatma dvaara anubhav kar sakte ho।

³⁵In the golden age too, you have very few relationships; you do not have all relationships. ³⁶However, at the present time, whatever relationships attract you, whatever relationship you wish to experience, you can experience it through God at this time.

³⁹har ek ke jeevan mein sambandh ki bhi alag-alag pasandi hoti hai।

³⁷Each one has a preference for different relationships in his or her life.

⁴⁰kisko baap ka sambandh itna achha nahin lagega, phrend jyaada achha lagega।

³⁸Some would not like the relationship of the father, but would prefer the relationship of a friend much more.

⁴¹lekin ek samay par aur ek se sarva sambandh praapta hain?

⁵⁶sthool sampatti ke saath agar sarva gunon ki sampatti, sarva shaktiyon ki sampatti aur shreshtha sampanna gyaan ki sampatti nahin hai to santushtata sada nahin rah sakti।

⁵⁵If, together with physical wealth, you do not have the wealth of all virtues, the wealth of all powers and the wealth of elevated full knowledge, then contentment cannot remain for all time.

⁵⁷lekin aap sabke paas yeh shreshtha sampattiyaan hain।

⁵⁶However, all of you have these types of elevated wealth.

⁵⁸sampattivaan ho na?

⁵⁷You are wealthy, are you not?

⁵⁹duniya vaale to sirf sthool sampatti vaale ko sampatti bhav ka vardaan dete hain lekin aap sabko vardaata baap sarvashreshtha sampatti bhav ka vardaan dete hain।

⁵⁸People of the world simply give a blessing, "May you be wealthy!" to those who have physical wealth. ⁵⁹However, the Father, the Bestower of Blessings, is giving all of you the blessing of being wealthy with the most elevated wealth.

⁶⁰to sab sampatti hain na ki koi kam hai?

⁶⁰So, do you have all types of wealth? ⁶¹Or, are some lacking?

⁶⁷sabhi saath honge na aur sookshm vatan mein bhi itna behad hai jo jitna sameep aana chaahe aa sakte hain। ⁶⁸lekin bachchon ka sneh niraakaar aur aakaar ko bhi saakaar banaana chaahta hai।

⁷⁸So, you are all healthy, are you not? ⁷⁹Or, are you ill?

⁷⁸aatma to tanduroosta hai na, shareer ki koi baat hi nahin।

⁸⁰The soul is healthy; there is no question of the body.

⁷⁹aatma sada shaktishaali hai।

⁸¹The soul is constantly powerful.

⁸⁰sangam par shreshtha sehat va tandurooti hai aatma ki tanduroosti।

⁸²At the confluence age, good and elevated health is the state of health of the soul.

⁸¹is samay ke aatma ki tanduroosti janma-janma ke shareer ki tanduroosti bhi dilaati hai।

⁸³The good health of the soul at the present time enables the body to be healthy for many births.

⁸²lekin is samay thoda-sa prakriti apna roop dikhaati hai।

⁸⁷teenon vardaan vardaata baap se mile hue hain।

⁹⁰You have received all three blessings from the Father, the Bestower of Blessings.

⁸⁸to vardaanon ko samay par kaarya mein lagaao।

⁹¹So, use the blessings at the right time.

⁸⁹sirf vardaan sunkar khush nahin ho jaao ki haan, mujhe bahut achha vardaan mila ya sirf note karke nahin rakho lekin samay par vardaan ko kaam mein lagaane se vardaan kaayam rehte hain।

⁹²Do not simply be happy on hearing the blessing, thinking: Yes, I have received a very good blessing. ⁹³Or, do not just keep them noted, but, by your using the blessings at the right time, the blessings remain eternally.

⁹⁰agar vardaanon ko samay par kaam mein nahin lagaaya to woh vardaan phal nahin deta।

⁹⁴If you do not use your blessings at the right time, then those blessings will not bear fruit.

⁹¹vardaan to avinaashi baap ka hai lekin vardaan ko phaleebhoot karna hai। ⁹²beej to hai lekin usse phal kitna nikaalte ho, woh aapke haath mein hai।

⁹⁵The blessings have come from the imperishable Father but to make the blessing fruitful when the seed is there, that is, how much fruit you bring out, is in your own hands.

¹⁵⁰Wherever the children have come from ­ from the many different foreign lands or from the land of Bharat ­ may all of you be constantly complete and perfect.

¹⁶⁶koi bhi paristhiti aae to yahi samjho ek behad ke screen par cartoon show chal raha hai va puppet show chal raha hai। ¹⁶⁷to woh dekhkar ke pareshaan nahin honge। ¹⁶⁸maaya ka va prakriti ka yeh bhi ek show hai। ¹⁶⁹jisko saakshi sthiti mein sada santushtata ke swaroop mein dekhte raho।
