2Man kō durūsta rakhnē kē liē bīch-bīch mē̃ 5 second bhī nikāl kar man key|kī exercise karō

1IN ORDER TO KEEP YOUR MIND HEALTHY, TAKE FIVE SECONDS EVERY NOW AND THEN TO EXERCISE YOUR MIND.

3Āj dūrdēśhī bāpdādā apnē sākār duniyā K|kē bhinn-bhinn dēśhvāsī bachchō̃ sē milnē āyē haĩ .

2Today, BapDada, the Resident of the faraway land, has come to meet His children who live in the various countries of the corporeal world.

4Bāpdādā bhinn-bhinn dēśhvāsiyō̃ kō ēk dēśhvāsī dēkh rahē haĩ .

3BapDada sees all of you residents of the various countries as residents of the one land.

5Chāhē kōī kahā̃ sē bhī āyē hō lēkin sabsē pahlē sabhī ēk hī dēśh sē āyē hō .

4No matter where each one of you has come from, you have all originally come from the same place.

6Tō apnā anādi dēśh yād hai nā  !

5So, you do remember your eternal land, do you not?

7Pyārā lagtā hai nā  !

6You do love it, do you not?

8Bāp K|kē sāth-sāth apnā anādi dēśh bhī bahut pyārā lagtā hai nā  !

7Together with loving the Father, you also love your eternal land, do you not?

9Bāpdādā āj sabhī bachchō̃ K|kē pañch svarūp dēkh rahē haĩ , jāntē hō pāñch svarūp kaun sē haĩ  ?

8Today, BapDada is seeing all of you children in your five forms. 9Do you know what those five forms are?

10Jāntē hō nā  !

10You do know them, do you not?

115 mukhī brahmā kā bhī pūjan hōtā hai .

11Brahma with the five faces is also worshipped.

12Tō bāpdādā sabhī bachchō̃ K|kē 5 svarūp dēkh rahē haĩ .

12Therefore, BapDada is looking at all the five forms of all you children.

13Pahlā - anādi jyōtibindu svarūp .

13First: Your eternal form of a point of light.

14Yād hai nā apnā svarūp  ?

14Do you remember your form?

15Bhūl tō nahī̃ jātē  ?

15You don’t forget it, do you?

16Dūsarāhai - ādi dēvtā svarūp .

16Second: Your original form of a deity.

17Pahũch gayē dēvtā svarūp mē̃  ?

17Have you reached your deity form? 18Have you entered your deity form?

18Tīsrā - madhya mē̃ pūjya svarūp , vah bhī yād hai  ?

19Third: Your worthytobeworshipped form of the middle period. 20Do you remember that?

19Āp sabkī pūjā hōtī hai yā bhāratvāsiyō̃ key|kī hōtī hai  ?

21Is it all of you that are worshipped or is it the residents of Bharat who are worshipped?

20Āpkī pūjā hōtī hai  ?

22Are you worshipped?

21Kumār sunāō āpkī pūjā hōtī hai  ?

23Kumars, speak! 24Are you worshipped?

22Tō tīsrā hai pūjya svarūp .

25So, the third form is your worthytobeworshipped form.

23Cauthāhai - saṅgamyugī brāhmaṇ svarūp aur lāsṭamē̃ hai phariśhtā svarūp .

26Fourth: Your confluenceaged Brahmin form, and finally, your angelic form.

24Tō 5 hī rūp yād ā gayē  ?

27So, do you now remember all your five forms?

25Achchhā ēk second mē̃ yah 5 hī rūpō̃ mē̃ apnē kō anubhav kar saktē hō  ?

28Achcha. 29Are you able to experience all these five forms of yours in a second?

26One , two|to|too , three , four , five … tō kar saktē hō  !

30You can at least count: one, two, three, four, five!

27Yah 5 hī svarūp kitnē pyārē haĩ  ?

31All of these five forms are so lovely!

28Jab chāhō , jis bhī rūp mē̃ sthit hōnē chāhō , sōchā aur anubhav kiyā .

32Whenever and in whichever form you want to stabilise, as soon as you think of it, you experience it.

29Yahī rūhānī man key|kī exercise hai .

33This is a spiritual exercise for the mind.

30Ājkal sabhī kyā kartē haĩ  ?

34What does everyone do nowadays?

31Exercise kartē haĩ nā  !

35They exercise, do they not?

32Jaisē ādi mē̃ bhī āpkī duniyā mē̃ ( satyug mē̃ ) natural chaltē-phirtē key|kī exercise thī .

36Just as in the beginning of your world and the golden age was your world, was it not? 37At that time, you had natural exercise as you walked and moved.

33Khaṛē hōkar K|kē one , two|to|too , three … exercise nahī̃ .

38You didn’t exercise by standing in one place and saying, “One, two, three”.

34Tō abhī ant mē̃ bhī bāpdādā man key|kī exercise karātē haĩ .

39Therefore, now that it is the end, BapDada is making you also do this exercise.

35Jaisē sthūl exercise sē tan bhī durūsta rahtā hai nā  !

40Your body becomes healthy by doing physical exercise.

36Tō chaltē-phirtē yah man key|kī exercise kartē rahō .

41Similarly, continue to exercise your mind whilst walking and moving around.

37Iskē liē time nahī̃ chāhiē .

42You don’t need to find a special time for this.

385 second kabhī bhī nikāl saktē hō yā nahī̃  !

43Are you able to take five seconds at any time or not? 44Just 5 seconds!

39Aisā kōī busy hai , jō 5 second bhī nahī̃ nikāl sakē  !

45Are any of you so busy that you can’t find even 5 seconds? 46Is there anyone?

40Hai kōī , tō hāth uṭhāō .

47If so, raise your hand!

41Phir tō nahī̃ kahē̃gē - kyā karē̃ time nahī̃ miltā  ?

48You do have that time, do you not? 49Therefore, you wouldn’t say, “What can I do?

42Yah tō nahī̃ kahē̃gē nā  !

50I don’t have any time!”, would you?

43Time miltā hai  ?

51You wouldn’t say this, would you?

44Tō yah exercise bīch-bīch mē̃ karō .

52Do you have time? 53So, every now and then, perform this exercise.

45Kisī bhī kārya mē̃ hō 5 second key|kī yah man key|kī exercise karō .

54No matter what task you are doing, exercise your mind for 5 seconds!

46Tō man sadā hī durūsta rahēgā , ṭhīk rahēgā .

55Your mind will thereby remain constantly healthy.

47Bāpdādā tō kahtē haĩ - her|har ghaṇṭē mē̃ yah 5 second key|kī exercise karō .

56It will always be fine. 57BapDada says: Perform this 5 seconds exercise every hour.

48Hō saktī hai  ?

58Are you able to do this?

49Dēkhō , sabhī kah rahē haĩ - hō saktī hai .

59Look, you are all saying that this is possible to do.

50Yād rakhnā .

60Therefore, remember to do it!

51Ōmśhānti bhavan yād rakhnā , bhūlnā nahī̃ .

61Remember this Om Shanti Bhawan. 62Do not forget it!

52Tō jō man key|kī bhinn-bhinn complain hai nā  !

63You have many different complaints about your mind.

53Kyā karē̃ man nahī̃ ṭiktā  !

64“What can I do if I can’t focus my mind?”

54Man kō maṇ banā dētē hō .

65You make your mind (man) weigh a ton (mann).

55Vazan kartē haĩ nā  !

66You make it heavy.

56Pahlē jamānē mē̃ pāv , sēr aur maṇ hōtā thā , ājkal badal gayā hai .

67Earlier, for measuring weight, you used this system of measurement. 68However, that system of measurement has now changed (to metric).

57Tō man kō maṇ banā dētē haĩ bōjh vālā aur yah exercise kartē rahē̃gē tō bilkul light hō jāyēṅgē .

69You make your mind weigh a ton, that is, you make it very heavy. 70However, if you continue to perform this exercise, you would become very light.

58Abhyās hō jāyēgā .

71You should then develop this practice.

59Brāhmaṇ śhabda yād āyē tō brāhmaṇ jīvan K|kē anubhav mē̃ ā jāō .

72Whenever you want to stabilise in any particular form, for instance, the Brahmin form, then you will experience the Brahmin life.

60Phariśhtā śhabda kahō tō phariśhtā ban jāō .

73Say, “Angel”, and you become an angel. 74Is this difficult or not?

61Muśhkil hai  ?

75Kumars speak!

62Nahī̃ hai  ?

76Is it difficult?

63Kumār bōlō thōṛā muśhkil hai  ?

77Is it a little difficult? 78Are you angels or not?

64Āp phariśhtē hō yā nahī̃  ?

79Is it you who are angels or is it someone else?

65Āp hī hō yā dūsrē haĩ  ? 66Kitnē bār phariśhtā banē hō  ?

80So, whoever are angels, how many times have you become angels?

67Anginat bār banē hō .

81You have become this countless times.

68Āp hī banē hō  ? 69Achchhā .

82Are you the ones who have become this?

70Anginat bār key|kī huī bāt kō repeat karnā kyā muśhkil hōtā hai  ?

83Achcha. 84Is something you have done countless times difficult to repeat once more?

71Kabhī-kabhī hōtā hai  ?

85Is it sometimes difficult?

72Abhī yah abhyās karnā .

86Now practice this!

73Kahā̃ bhī hō 5 second man kō ghumāō , chakkar lagāō .

87Wherever you are, take your mind on a 5 second tour.

74Chakkar lagānā tō achchhā lagtā hai nā  !

88You like touring, do you not?

75Teachers ṭhīk hai nā  !

89Teachers, is this OK?

76Round lagānā āyēgā nā  ?

90You know how to go on a tour, do you not?

77Bas round lagāō phir karma mē̃ lag jāō .

91Go on this tour and carry on occupying yourself in your work.

78Her|har ghaṇṭē mē̃ round lagāyā phir kām mē̃ lag jāō kyōṅki kām kō tō chhōṛ nahī̃ saktē haĩ nā  !

92Go on this tour every hour and then occupy yourself in your work. 93You can’t leave your work.

79Duty tō bajānī hai .

94You have to fulfil your duties.

80Lēkin 5 second , minute bhī nahī̃ , second .

95However, you can take 5 seconds, not even a minute, but seconds!

81Nahī̃ nikal saktā hai  ?

96Are you not able to find time for this?

82Nikal saktā hai  ?

97Can you find this time?

83U|you . N . key|kī office mē̃ nikal saktā hai  ?

98Are you able to find this time whilst you are in the U.N.

84Master sarvśhaktivān hō .

99Office? 100You are master almighty authorities!

85Tō master sarvśhaktivān kyā nahī̃ kar saktā  !

101Therefore, what can master almighty authorities not do?

86Bāpdādā kō ēk bāt par bachchō̃ kō dēkh karkē mīṭhī-mīṭhī hansī ātī hai .

102BapDada is very sweetly amused seeing one thing in the children.

87Kis bāt par  ?

103What is that?

88Challenge kartē haĩ , parchā chhapātē haĩ , bhāṣhaṇ kartē haĩ , course karātē haĩ .

104You issue challenges, you have leaflets printed, you give lectures and courses.

89Kyā karātē haĩ  ?

105What else do you do?

90Ham viśhva kō parivartan karē̃gē .

106You say that you will transform the world.

91Yah tō sabhī bōltē haĩ nā  ! 92Yā nahī̃  ?

107All of you say this, do you not?

93Sabhī bōltē haĩ yā sirph bhāṣhaṇ karnē vālē bōltē haĩ  ?

108Do all of you say this? 109Or, is it only those who give lectures who say this?

94Tō ēk taraph kahtē haĩ viśhva kō parivartan karē̃gē , master sarvśhaktivān haĩ  !

110On the one hand, you say that you will transform the world, that you are master almighty authorities.

95Aur dūsrē taraph apnē man kō mērā man kahtē haĩ , mālik haĩ man K|kē aur master sarvśhaktivān haĩ .

111You also say that your mind belongs to you, that you are the masters of your mind; that you are master almighty authorities.

96Phir bhī kahtē haĩ muśhkil hai  ?

112Even then, on the other hand, you still say that it is difficult!

97Tō hansī nahī̃ āyēgī  !

113So would Baba not be amused by this?

98Āyēgī nā hansī  !

114He would be amused, wouldn’t He?

99Tō jis samay sōchtē hō , man nahī̃ māntā , us samay apnē ūpar muskarānā .

115So when you think that your mind is not listening to you, then you too should be amused with yourself.

100Man mē̃ kōī bhī bāt ātī hai tō bāpdādā nē dēkhā hai tīn lakīrē̃ gāī huī haĩ .

116BapDada sees the three types of lines that are remembered for when anything enters your mind. 117One is a line drawn on water.

101Ēk pānī par lakīr , pānī par lakīr dēkhī hai , lagāō lakīr tō usī samay miṭ jāyēgī .

118Have you seen a line drawn on water? 119As soon as you try to draw such a line, it is instantly erased.

102Lagātē tō hai nā  !

120You do draw this line, do you not?

103Tō dūsrī hai kisī bhī kāgaj par , slate par kahā̃ bhī lakīr lagānā aur sabsē baṛī lakīr hai patthar par lakīr .

121The second is to draw a line on paper or on a slate. 122However, the biggest line is a line carved (drawn) on stone.

104Patthar key|kī lakīr miṭtī bahut muśhkil hai .

123It is very difficult to erase a line carved on stone.

105Tō bāpdādā dēkhtē haĩ ki kaī bār bachchē apnē hī man mē̃ patthar key|kī lakīr K|kē muāfik pakkī lakīr lagā dētē haĩ .

124BapDada sees that, sometimes you children carve a very deep line in your mind like a line carved on stone.

106Jō miṭātē haĩ lēkin miṭtī nahī̃ hai .

125You can’t then erase it even when you try to do so.

107Aisī lakīr achchhī hai  ?

126Is such a line good?

108Kitnā vārī pratigyā bhī kartē haĩ , ab sē nahī̃ karē̃gē .

127You promise so many times, “I will now stop doing this.

109Ab sē nahī̃ hōgā . 110Lēkin phir-phir parvaśh hō jātē haĩ .

128This will not happen any more”, but you then become influenced by something.

111Isliē bāpdādā kō bachchō̃ par ghr̥iṇā nahī̃ ātī hai , rahm ātā hai .

129This is why BapDada does not dislike you children, but He has mercy for you. 130You are influenced.

112Parvaśh hō jātē haĩ . 113Tō parvaśh par rahm ātā hai .

131Therefore, one feels mercy for someone who is influenced.

114Jab bāpdādā aisē rahm bhāv sē bachchō̃ kō dēkhtē haĩ tō drama K|kē pardē par kyā ā jātā hai  ? 115Kab tak  ?

132When BapDada sees you children with His vision of mercy, then what appears on the curtains of the drama?

116Tō iskā uttar āp dō . 117Kab tak  ?

133The question “For how much longer?”

118Kumār dē saktē haĩ - kab tak yah samāpt hōgā  ?

134Therefore, you have to reply to this. 135Will you reply?

119Bahut plan banātē hō nā kumār  !

136How much longer? 137Can you kumars reply?

120Tō kab tak , batā saktē hō  ?

138When will all this finish?

121Ākhir bhī yah kab tak  ? 122Bōlō .

139You kumars make many plans, do you not?

123Javāb ātā hai kab tak  ?

140So, for how much longer?

124Dādiyā̃ sunāō .

141Are you able to reply to this?

125 ( jab tak saṅgamyug hai tab tak thōṛā-thōṛā rahēgā ) tō saṅgamyug bhī kab tak  ?

142How much longer is this to continue before it eventually stops? 143Speak! 144Do you know the answer? 145Dadis, speak!

126 ( jab phariśhtā ban jāyēṅgē ) vah bhī kab tak  ?

146(It will continue a little whilst it is still the confluence age.)

127 ( bābā batāyē̃ ) phariśhtā bannā āpkō hai yā bāp kō  ?

147But, for how much longer is the confluence age going to continue?

128Tō iskā javāb sōchnā .

148(Until we become angels.)

129Bāp tō kahē̃gē ab , taiyār haĩ  ?

149But when will that be? 150(Baba should tell us.)

130Ādhī mālā mē̃ bhī hāth nahī̃ uṭhāyā .

151Is it you who have to become angels or is it the Father?

131Bāpdādā sadā hī bachchō̃ kō sampann svarūp mē̃ dēkhnē chāhtē haĩ .

152Therefore, think about the answer to this. 153Baba would say “Now!” 154So, are you ready?

132Jab kahtē hī hō , bāp hī mērā saṅsār hai .

155You didn’t raise your hands for even half the rosary!

133Yah tō sab kahtē hō nā  ! 134Dūsrā bhī kōī saṅsār hai kyā  ?

156BapDada constantly wants to see you children in your perfect form.

135Bāp hī saṅsār hai , tō saṅsār kēbāhar aur kyā hai  ?

157You say that Baba is your world (sansar). 158All of you do say this, do you not?

136Sirph saṅskār parivartan karnē key|kī bāt hai . 137Brāhmaṇō̃ K|kē jīvan mē̃ majority vighna rūp bantā hai - saṅskār .

159Do you have any other world? 160If Baba is your world, can there be anything outside this world? 161It is just a matter of transforming your sanskars.

138Chāhē apnā saṅskār , chāhē dūsrō̃ kā saṅskār . 139Gyān sabhī mē̃ hai , śhaktiyā̃ bhī sabhī kē pās haĩ .

162In your Brahmin life, for most of the time, it is sanskars that cause obstacles, whether they are your own sanskars or the sanskars of others.

140Lēkin kāraṇ kyā hōtā hai  ? 141Jō śhakti , jis samay kārya mē̃ lānī chāhiē , us samay emerge hōnē kē bajāē thōṛā pīchhē emerge hōtī haĩ .

163All of you have knowledge, all of you have the powers, but what is the reason for obstacles? 164Whatever particular power you need at a particular time emerges a little later than it should.

142Pīchhē sōchtē haĩ ki yah na kahkar yah kahtī tō bahut achchhā .

165Afterwards you think, “Instead of saying that, if I had said this, it would have been better.”

143Yah karnē kē bajāē yah kartī tō bahut achchhā .

166“Instead of doing that, if I had done this, it would have been better.”

144Lēkin jō samay pās|pass hōnē kā thā vah tō nikal jātā hai , vaisē sabhī apnē mē̃ śhaktiyō̃ kō sōchtē bhī rahtē hō , sahanśhakti yah hai , nirṇay śhakti yah hai , aisē use karnā chāhiē .

167However, the time you had to pass that test has by then passed by. 168You even think about all the powers you have: I have the power to tolerate, I have the power to discriminate, I should use this power.

145Sirph thōṛē samay kā antar paṛ jātā hai .

169There is just the difference of a short time.

146Aur dūsrī bāt kyā hōtī hai  ?

170What else happens?

147Chalō ēk bār samay par śhakti kārya mē̃ nahī̃ I|āī|eye aur bād mē̃ mahsūs bhī kiyā ki yah na karkē yah karnā chāhiē thā .

171OK, you were not able to use that power at that time, and you even realise what you should have done instead of what you did.

148Samajh mē̃ ā jātā hai pīchhē .

172You realise later what you should have done.

149Lēkin us galatī|galtī kō ēk bār anubhav karnē kē bād āgē kē liē anubhavī ban uskō achchhī tarah sē realise kar lē̃ jō dubārā nahī̃ hō .

173Having made that mistake once, you should become experienced and realise what your mistake was so that you don’t make that same mistake again.

150Phir bhī progress hō saktī hai .

174Even then, there can be progress.

151Us samay samajh mē̃ ātā hai - yah wrong hai , yah right hai .

175At that time, you can understand what is wrong and what is right.

152Lēkin vahī galatī|galtī dubārā nahī̃ hō , uskē liē apnē āpsē achchhī tarah sē realisation karnā , usmē̃ bhī itnā full percent pās|pass nahī̃ hōtē .

176You should make yourself realise very clearly so that you do not make that same mistake again. 177However, even in this, the full percentage of you are not able to pass. 178Maya too is very clever.

153Aur māyā baṛī chatur hai , vahī bāt mānō āpmē̃ sahanśhakti cum|kam hai , tō aisī hī bāt jismē̃ āpkō sahanśhakti use karnā hai , ēk bār āpnē realise kar liyā , lēkin māyā kyā kartī hai ki dūsrī bārī thōṛā-sā rūp badlī|badalī karkē ātī hai .

179She comes to test you again in the same thing. 180For instance, if you lack the power to tolerate, then even though you have realised that once, Maya will again bring about a situation for which you would need the power to tolerate, but, at that time, she would change her form a little.

154Hōtī vahī bāt hai lēviān jaisē ājkal K|kē zamānē mē̃ chīz vahī purānī hōtī hai lēkin polish aisī kar dētē haĩ jō naī sē bhī naī dikhāī dē . 155Tō māyā bhī aisē polish karkē ātī hai jō bāt kā rahasya vahī hōtā hai , mānō̃ āpmē̃ īrṣhyā ā gaī .

181It is the same thing, but Maya changes her form a little. 182It is the same old thing, but as happens nowadays, something old is polished very well and made to appear almost new, so, Maya too, comes polished in such a way, that you don’t recognise that the significance of the situation is the same.

156Īrṣhyā bhī bhinn-bhinn rūp kī hai , ēk rūp key|kī nahī̃ hai .

183For instance, you may have become jealous. 184Jealousy too is of many types, not just of one type.

157Tō bīj īrṣhyā kā hī hōgā lēkin aur rūp mē̃ āyēgī .

185So, the seed would be of jealousy, but it would come in a different form.

158Usī rūp mē̃ nahī̃ ātī hai . 159Tō kaī bār sōchtē haĩ ki yah bāt pahlē vālī tō vah thī nā , yah tō bāt hī dūsrī huī nā .

186It will not come in the same form, so you would sometimes think, “The thing that happened before was different. 187This thing is totally different.”

160Lēkin bīj vahī hōtā hai sirph rūp parivartit hōtā hai .

188However, the seed is the same. 189It’s just that its form has been transformed.

161Uskē liē kaun-sī śhakti chāhiē  ?

190What power do you need to recognise this?

162- ` parakhnē key|kī śhakti .

191The power to discriminate.

163' iskē liē bāpdādā nē pahlē bhī kahā hai ki dō bātō̃ kā attention rakhō .

192For this, BapDada has also told you earlier to pay attention to two things.

164Ēk - sachchī dil .

193One is to have an honest heart.

165Sachchāī .

194Honesty!

166Andar nahī̃ rakhō .

195Do not keep anything hidden within you.

167Andar rakhnē sē gas kā gubbārā bhar jātā hai aur ākhir kyā hōgā  ? 168Phaṭēgā nā  !

196What happens when you keep it within you? 197What would happen if a balloon were to be filled with too much gas?

169Tō sachchī dil - chalō ātmāō̃ kē āgē thōṛā saṅkōch hōtā hai , thōṛā śharm-sā ātā hai - patā nahī̃ mujhē kis dr̥iṣhṭi sē dēkhē̃gē .

198It would eventually explode, would it not? 199Therefore, keep your heart honest. 200OK, perhaps you hesitate a little before speaking in front of other souls.

170Lēkin sachchī dil sē , mahsūstā sē bāpdādā kē āgē rakhō .

201Perhaps you are a little ashamed, worrying about how they would see you.

171Aisē nahī̃ mainnē bāpdādā kō kah diyā , yah galtī hō gaī .

202However, with realisation, have an honest heart and put it in front of BapDada.

172Jaisē order chalātē haĩ - hā̃ , mērē sē yah galtī hō gaī , aisē nahī̃ .

203Don’t say, “I have already told BapDada about the mistake I made.”

173Mahsūstā kī śhakti sē , sachchī dil sē , sirph dimāg sē nahī̃ lēkin dil sē agar bāpdādā kē āgē mahsūs kartē haĩ tō dil khālī hō jāyēgī , kichṛā khatm .

204Don’t say it as though you are issuing an order, “Yes, I made this mistake.” 205With your power of realisation and your honest heart, place it in front of BapDada with your heart, not your head with your heart.

174Bātē̃ baṛī nahī̃ hōtī hai , chhōṭī hī hōtī hai lēkin agar āpkī dil mē̃ chhōṭī-chhōṭī bātē̃ bhī ikaṭṭhī hōtī rahtī haĩ tō unsē dil bhar jātī hai .

206Your heart will then be emptied of that rubbish; it will be destroyed. 207Your heart becomes full of little things, and they are always little things, those things are never big.

175Khālī tō nahī̃ rahtī hai nā  !

208You fill your heart with all the little things you collect.

176Tō dil khālī nahī̃ tō dilārām kahā̃ baiṭhēgā  ! 177Baiṭhnē kī jagah tō hō nā  !

209Then your heart is no longer empty, and when your heart is not empty, where can the Comforter of Hearts sit?

178Tō sachchī dil par sāhēb rāzī .

210There should at least be a place for Him to sit!

179Jō hū̃ , jaisī hū̃ , jō hū̃ , jaisā hū̃ , bābā āpkā hū̃ .

211Or not? 212So, the Lord is pleased with an honest heart.

180Bāpdādā tō jāntē hī haĩ ki number-vār tō hōnē hī haĩ .

213Whatever I am, however I am, Baba, I am Yours.

181Isīliē bāpdādā us nazar sē āpkō nahī̃ dēkhēgā .

214BapDada knows that everyone is going to be numberwise.

182Lēkin sachchī dil aur dūsrā kahā thā - sadā buddhi key|kī line clear hō .

215This is why BapDada doesn’t see you with that vision. 216However, you must have an honest heart.

183Line mē̃ ḍisṭarbē̃s nahī̃ hō , cut off nahī̃ hō .

217Secondly, the line of your intellect must always be clear.

184Bāpdādā jō extra samay par śhakti dēnē chāhtē haĩ , duāyē̃ dēnē chāhtē haĩ , extra madad dēnē chāhtē haĩ , agar ḍisṭarbē̃s hōgī tō vah mil nahī̃ sakēgī .

218There should be no disturbance in your line. 219The line should not be cut off. 220Otherwise, you become unable to receive the extra power, blessings and help that BapDada wants to give you at your time of need.

185Line clear hī nahī̃ hai , clean nahī̃ hai , cut off hai , tō yah jō prāpti hōnī chāhiē vah nahī̃ hōtī .

221If your line is not clear, if it is not clean, the line is cut off, then you are unable to attain what you should.

186Kaī bachchē kahtē haĩ , kahtē nahī̃ haĩ tō sōchtē haĩ - kōī-kōī ātmā kō bahut sahyōg miltā , brāhmaṇō̃ kā bhī miltā , baṛō̃ kā bhī miltā , bāpdādā kā bhī miltā , hamkō cum|kam miltā hai .

222Many children say – if they don’t say they think, “Some souls receive a lot of co operation. 223They receive it from Brahmins, from seniors and even from BapDada. 224I don’t receive as much as they do.”

187Kāraṇ kyā  ?

225What is the reason for this?

188Bāp tō dātā hai , sāgar hai , jitnā jō lēnē chāhē bāpdādā K|kē bhaṇḍārē mē̃ tālā-chābī nahī̃ hai , pahrēdār nahī̃ hai .

226Baba is the Bestower, He is the Ocean. 227Any of you can take as much as you want, because BapDada’s treasurestore has no lock or key. 228There are no guards.

189Bābā kahā , jī hāzar . 190Bābā kahā - lō|low . 191Dātā hai nā .

229As soon as you say “Baba”, Baba replies, “Ji Hajir” (I am present.)

192Dātā bhī hai aur sāgar bhī hai .

230As soon as you say, “Baba”, He gives.

193Tō kyā kamī hōgī  ?

231He is the Bestower.

194Inhī̃ dō bātō̃ key|kī kamī hōtī hai .

232He is the Bestower and He is also the Ocean. 233So what could He lack?

195Ēk sachchī dil , sāph dil hō , chaturāī nahī̃ karō .

234Therefore, pay attention to these two things: An honest heart, a clean heart.

196Chaturāī bahut kartē haĩ .

235Do not try to be clever!

197Bhinn-bhinn prakār key|kī chaturāī kartē haĩ .

236Many of you become too clever! 237You try to be clever in different ways.

198Tō sāph dil , sachchī dil aur dūsrā buddhi key|kī line sadā check karō clear hai aur clean hai  ?

238Always check that you have a clean and honest heart and that the line of your intellect is always clear and clean.

199Ājkal K|kē science K|kē sādhanō̃ mē̃ bhī dēkhtē hō nā thōṛī bhī ḍisṭarbē̃s clear nahī̃ karnē dētī .

239Even when there is a little disturbance with facilities of science, you can see that it stops it from being clear.

200Tō yah zarūr karō .

240Therefore, definitely do this.

201Aur viśhēṣh bāt - is season kā last turn hai nā isliē batā rahē haĩ , double vidēśhiyō̃ kē liē hī nahī̃ hai , sabkē liē hai .

241(Pay attention to these two things.) 242This is the last turn of the season. 243This is why Baba is telling you this. 244It is not just for the double foreigners, but for everyone.

202Last turn mē̃ āp sāmnē baiṭhē hō tō āpkō hī kahnā paṛtā hai .

245Because it is you who are in front of Baba in the last turn, Baba is saying this to you.

203Bāpdādā nē dēkhā hai ki ēk saṅskār yā nature kahō , nature tō har ēk key|kī apnī-apnī hai lēkin sarv kā snēhī aur sarv bātō̃ mē̃ , sambandh mē̃ saphal , mansā mē̃ vijayī aur vāṇī mē̃ madhurtā tab ā saktī hai jab easy nature hō . 204Albēlī nature nahī̃ .

246BapDada has seen that there is still one particular sanskar. 247Or, you can call it nature. 248Even though each of you has your own nature, it is only when you have love for everyone and everything, when your relationships are successful, your thoughts are victorious and your words are full of sweetness that you are called one with an easy nature.

205Albēlāpan alag chīz hai .

249You should not have a careless nature.

206Easy nature uskō kahā jātā hai - jaisā samay , jaisā vyakti , jaisā circumstance uskō parakhtē huē apnē kō easy kar dēvē .

250Carelessness is something different. 251An easy nature is recognising the time, the person, the circumstances and thus making yourself easy.

207Easy arthāt milansār .

252To be easy means to be in harmony.

208Tight nature bahut too-much official nahī̃ , official rahnā achchhā hai lēkin too-much nahī̃ aur samay par jab samay aisā hai , us samay agar kōī official ban jātā hai tō vah guṇ kē bajāē , unkī viśhēṣhtā us samay nahī̃ lagtī .

253Do not have a tight nature of being too official. 254It is good to remain official, but not too much! 255If you become official at the wrong time, then for that time, it no longer appears to be a special virtue. 256No matter whether you are young or mature, you should be able to mould yourself and be flexible.

209Apnē kō mould kar sakē , milansār hō sakē , chhōṭā hō , baṛā hō .

257With the grownups, you should be able to become like them, and with children, you should be able to become like them.

210Baṛē sē baṛēpan mē̃ chal sakē , chhōṭē sē chhōṭēpan mē̃ chal sakē .

258With your companions, you should be able to continue with them as their companion.

211Sāthiyō̃ mē̃ sāthī bankē chal sakē , baṛō̃ sē regard sē chal sakē .

259With the elders, you should be able to carry on with them and have regard for them.

212Easy mould kar sakē , śharīr bhī easy rakhtē haĩ nā tō jahā̃ bhī chāhē̃ muḍ jātē haĩ aur tight hōgā tō muḍ nahī̃ sakēgā .

260You should be able to mould yourself easily. 261Some people keep their bodies easy (flexible), so that they are able to turn as they want.

213Albēlā bhī nahī̃ , easy hai tō jahā̃ chāhē easy hō jāē , albēlā hō jāē . 214Nahī̃ .

262However, if they are too tense, they are unable to turn themselves. 263You shouldn’t even be careless.

215Bāpdādā nē kahā nā easy hō jāō tō easy hō gayē , aisē nahī̃ karnā .

264It isn’t that if you are easy, you can become easy and careless about everything! 265No!

216Easy nature arthāt jaisā samay vaisā apnā svarūp banā sakē .

266Do not then say, “Well! 267BapDada told us to be easy and so we have become easy!”

217Achchhā – 218Double vidēśhiyō̃ kō achchhā chance milā hai .

268To have an easy nature means to be able to adjust your form according to the time.

219Dēkhō , madhuban vālō̃ kō bhī is season mē̃ chance nahī̃ milā hai lēkin vidēśhiyō̃ kō dō turn milē haĩ . 220Lāḍlē hō gayē nā  !

269Achcha, you double foreigners have received a good chance. 270Look, even the Madhuban residents have not had a chance this season, and yet the foreigners had two turns!

221Bāpdādā kō bhī double vidēśhī priya lagtē haĩ kyōṅki himmat rakh achchhē āgē baṛh rahē haĩ .

271Therefore, you are the especially loved ones! 272Even BapDada loves the double foreigners because you are making progress very well with your courage.

222Himmat achchhī rakhtē haĩ .

273You have very good courage.

223Himmat vālē hō nā  !

274You are courageous, are you not?

224Confuse hōnē vālē tō nahī̃ hō nā  !

275You are not those who become confused, are you? 276Do you become confused?

225Confuse hōtē hō  ?

277You are not saying “yes”.

226Chhōṭī-chhōṭī bāt par confuse hōtē hō  ?

278BapDada has seen that previously you used to become very confused.

227Hā̃ nahī̃ kah rahē haĩ .

279However, there is now a difference.

228Bāpdādā nē dēkhā hai ki pahlē bahut jyādā confuse hōtē thē , abhī phark hai .

280You have courage, and, because of your courage, you also receive BapDada’s help.

229Himmat achchhī rakhtē haĩ aur himmat hōnē K|kē kāraṇ bāp key|kī madad bhī hai .

281There is a difference, is there not? 282It is different from before, is it not?

230Phark hai nā  ? 231Pahlē sē phark hai nā  !

283There are now less stories, are there not?

232Abhī kathāyē̃ kam hōtī haĩ nā  !

284Keep them short! 285Do not tell long stories!

233Lambī bātē̃ nahī̃ karō .

286Definitely speak!

234Bāt jarūr karō , dil mē̃ nahī̃ rakhō lēkin short mē̃ karō .

287Don’t keep it in your heart! 288Definitely speak, but keep it short!

235Jyādā vistār jō 10 śhabda mē̃ spaṣhṭ karō , vah 2 - 3 śhabdō̃ mē̃ bōl saktē hō kyōṅki baṛhnē tō haĩ hī nā  !

289Instead of expanding something by using 10 words, you can relate it in two or three words. 290The number of you is going to increase.

236Abhī bhī dēkhō baṛh gayē haĩ nā  !

291Even now, they have increased, have they not?

237Double foreign key|kī saṅkhyā baṛh gaī hai nā  !

292The number of double foreigners has increased.

238Aur baṛhnē tō haĩ hī .

293They are going to increase even more!

239Tō jab baṛhtē jātē haĩ tō jarūr short karnā paṛēgā nā  !

294Since the number of you is increasing, you will have to keep everything short.

240Phir bhī kāphī had tak sāph dil bhī rahtē haĩ , chhipātē cum|kam haĩ .

295Nevertheless, most of you have a clean heart. 296You don’t hide things so much.

241Bāpdādā sāph dil usē kahtē haĩ - jismē̃ svabhāv-sanskār , bōl , mansā saṅkalp , zarā bhī purānā kichṛā nahī̃ hō .

297However, BapDada calls a clean heart a heart that doesn’t have any old rubbish of nature, sanskars, words or thoughts.

242Aisā din kab āyēgā jō kōī bhī chāhē bhāratvāsī , chāhē double foreigner āvē , milē aur sirph line mē̃ sab kahē̃ ō . K|kē . , ō . K|kē … āyēgā aisā din  ?

298When will the day come when both Bharatwasis and doubleforeigners all form a queue and say, “OK, OK”. 299When will such a day come?

243Jaisē āp lōgō̃ nē aplīkēśan kī hai ki second-second dr̥iṣhṭi lētē jāē̃ .

300All of you made the application for everyone to come and take a second’s drishti.

244Tō bāpdādā phir kahtē haĩ āj tō āp lōgō̃ key|kī āśhā pūrṇ karē̃gē lēkin aisā bhī din lāō , chāhē dādiyō̃ kē pās , chāhē bāpdādā K|kē sāmnē , aisē line mē̃ sab dil sē kahē̃ , ō . K|kē . .

301BapDada says: OK, your desire will be fulfilled today. 302However, you should also bring about such a day, when all of you form a queue and come in front of the Dadis or in front of BapDada and say from your heart that you are OK.

245Yah hō saktā hai  ?

303Is this possible?

246Kumār hō saktā hai  ?

304Kumars, is this possible?

247 ( pūrī sabhā sē pūchhā ) tō yah khuśhkhabarī bahut achchhī hai .

305(Then Baba asked the whole gathering.) 306So this is very good news.

248Tō kab hōgā  ?

307But, when will it be?

249Phir yah question ātā hai kab  ?

308Again, the question arises, “When?”

250Batāō , āp lōg jō baṛē bhāī haĩ vah batāō date kab  ?

309You should say when it’s going to happen! 310You senior brothers should give a date.

251 ( ab ) .

311(Now.)

252Achchhā - bāpdādā samay dētā hai .

312Achcha. 313BapDada is giving you time.

253Ab kahē̃gē tō sōchē̃gē ki yah bāt tō mērē mē̃ hai , yah nikālkar āyēṅgē .

314If you were told the time is now, then you would think that you still have something within you, and that you will first remove that before coming in front of Baba.

254Lēkin dūsrī season mē̃ aisī line lagāyē̃ .

315Should we have such a queue of souls in the next season? 316You have six months.

2556 mās tō haĩ , 8 mās hō jātē haĩ .

317It is in fact eight months. 318Do you agree to this?

256Yah mañjūr hai  ?

319Say, “OK” from your mind!

257Man sē ō . K|kē . aisē nahī̃ ō . K|kē . ō . K|kē kahtē jāō … kumār mē̃ jō taiyār haĩ vah hāth uṭhāō .

320It shouldn’t be that you just continue to say, “OK, OK”, just for the sake of it. 321The kumars who are ready, raise your hands!

258Ādhē haĩ , ādhē nahī̃ haĩ tō jinhōnnē hāth nahī̃ uṭhāyā unhō̃ kō kitnā time chāhiē  ?

322Half of you are ready and half are not. 323So how much time do you want? 324How much time do those who haven’t raised their hands need?

259Pūrā sāl chāhiē  ?

325Do you need a full year?

260Ēk varṣh mē̃ taiyār hō jāyēṅgē  ?

326Will you be ready in one year?

261Ēk varṣh mē̃ jō taiyār hō jāyēṅgē vah hāth uṭhāō .

327Those who will be ready in one year, raise your hand!

262Achchhā - ēk mās chāhiē  ?

328Achcha. 329You want one month.

263Jinhōnnē hāth nahī̃ uṭhāyā - vah chiṭkī likhkar dē dēvē̃ kitnā samay chāhiē  ?

330Those of you who haven’t raised your hand should write a note telling how much time you want.

264Ṭhīk hai .

331Is that all right?

265Achchhā - bahanē̃ taiyār haĩ tō hāth uṭhāō .

332Achcha, if the sisters are ready, raise your hand!

266Achchhā jō kahtē haĩ abhī taiyār haĩ , vah hāth uṭhāō .

333Achcha, those who are saying that they are ready now, raise your hand!

267 ( bāpdādā certificate dēgē tō ) bāpdādā tō mālā pahnā dēgē .

334(Will BapDada give a certificate?) 335BapDada will garland you.

268Mālā pahannī chāhiē nā  ?

336You should wear a garland, should you not?

269Foreign K|kē pās-vid-ānar ban gayē tō mālā mē̃ tō ā jāyēṅgē nā .

337Those from abroad who pass with honour will enter the rosary, will they not?

270Tō mālā jaldī taiyār hō jāyēgī .

338In that case, the rosary will soon be ready.

271Pakkē haĩ nā  !

339You are strong, are you not?

272Kachchē nahī̃ bannā  !

340Do not become weak.

273Achchhā hai .

341It is good.

274Jō himmat rakhtā hai uskō extra madad jarūr miltī hai .

342Those who maintain their courage definitely do receive extra help.

275Dēkhō jinkō dādiyā̃ kahtē hō , vah dādiyā̃ kaisē banī  ?

343Look at those whom you call Dadis. 344How did they become Dadis?

276Himmat rakhī aur apnē sē pakkī pratigyā key|kī , hamkō karnā hī hai , bannā hī hai .

345They maintained their courage and made a firm promise to themselves, “I must do this! 346I have to become this!”

277Tō āj dādiyō̃ key|kī list mē̃ haĩ nā  !

347This is why, today, they are in the list of Dadis.

278Tō double foreigners kō 108 key|kī mālā mē̃ āgē rakhē̃gē , taiyār hō jāō .

348The double foreigners will be placed in the front of the rosary of 108. Therefore, get ready!

279Vijay mālā mē̃ ānē vālē dānē key|kī ceremony karē̃gē .

349Then we will hold a ceremony of the beads who become part of the rosary of victory.

280Kōī bhī āvē , sirph āgē baiṭhnē vālē nahī̃ , kōī bhī āvē .

350Anyone can come, not just those who are sitting at the front.

281Bāpdādā ceremony karē̃gē , vijayī ratna .

351Anyone can come, and BapDada will hold a ceremony for the victorious jewels.

282Āgē vālē sab ānā . 283Ānā hai nā  !

352All of you sitting at the front, do all of you want to come?

284Kahō kyō̃ nahī̃ āyēṅgē .

353You want to become part of this, do you not?

285Ham nahī̃ āyēṅgē tō kaun āyēgā  !

354Say, “Why should we not come? 355If we don’t, then who would?”

286Naśhā rakhō , niśhchay rakhō tō kyā baṛī bāt hai .

356By having this intoxication and faith, it isn’t a big thing.

287Bāp K|kē ban tō gayē , abhī vāpas tō jānā nahī̃ hai .

357You now belong to the Father anyway. 358You are not going to go back to anywhere now.

288Agar vāpas bhī jāyēṅgē tō na us duniyā K|kē rahē̃gē , na is duniyā K|kē .

359If you do go back, then you would neither belong to that outside world nor would you belong to this world (with Baba).

289Isliē vāpas tō jānā nahī̃ hai .

360Therefore, you can’t go anywhere.

290Āgē hī baṛhnā hai .

361You simply have to move forward.

291Jab saṅsār hī bāp hō gayā , bākī rahā hī kyā  !

362Since Baba has become your world, what else remains?

292Bāpdādā kō double foreigners mē̃ bahut-bahut śhrēṣhṭh ummīdē̃ haĩ , āśhāyē̃ haĩ ki double foreigners mē̃ sē aisē ratna nikalē̃gē jō last sō fast key|kī list mē̃ āyēṅgē , fast sō first .

363BapDada has very high hopes in you double foreigners. 364Baba hopes that some of you jewels amongst the double foreigners will emerge and enter the list of those who have come last and are going fast, and will then come first.

293Bhārat vālē bhī āyēṅgē lēkin āj double foreigners sāmnē baiṭhē haĩ isliē unhō̃ kō kah rahē haĩ .

365Those from Bharat will come, but because you double foreigners are sitting in front of Baba today, Baba is saying this to you.

294Last sō fast aur first tō kitnī kamāl hōgī . 295Hōnī tō hai hī .

366It will be such a wonder when those who have come last go fast and come first!

296Sirph kaun āgē ātā hai , vah pratyakṣha hōṅgē .

367It will definitely happen! 368It will be revealed who comes first.

297Hōnā tō hai hī . 298Centre nivāsī kyā samajhtē hō  ?

369What do those who live in a centre think?

299Fast āyēṅgē  ?

370Will you go fast?

300Bahut achchhā .

371Very good.

378Achchhā .

470Achcha.

379Chārō̃ ōr K|kē sarv śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kō , chārō̃ ōr sē yād pyār , samāchār bhējnē vālō̃ kō bahut achchhē bhinn-bhinn sambandh sē snēh K|kē patra aur apnā hālchāl likhā hai , sēvā samāchār umaṅg , plan bahut achchhē-achchhē likhē haĩ , jō bāpdādā kō mil hī gayē .

471To all the most elevated souls everywhere. 472Those who sent love, remembrance and news and those who have also sent very good loveletters of their various relationships, their service news and very good plans have reached BapDada.

380Jis pyār sē , mēhnat sē likhā hai tō jinhōnnē bhī likhā hai , vah har ēk apnē-apnē nām sē bāpdādā kā , dilārām kā dil sē yādpyār svīkār karē̃ .

473Each of those who has written and made that effort should personally accept love and remembrance from the heart of BapDada, the Comforter of Hearts, by name.

381Bachchō̃ kā pyār bāp sē aur ussē padamguṇā bāp kā bachchō̃ sē pyār hai aur sadā amar hai .

474Children love the Father and the Father loves the children multimilliontimes more. 475This will always remain immortal.

382Snēhī bachchē , na bāp sē alag hō saktē haĩ , na bāp bachchō̃ sē alag hō saktē haĩ .

476You loving children can neither become separated from the Father nor can the Father become separated from you.

383Sāth haĩ , sāth hī rahē̃gē .

477You are together and you will remain together.

384Chārō̃ ōr K|kē sadā svayã kō bāp samān banānē vālē , sadā bāp K|kē nayanō̃ mē̃ , dil mē̃ , mastak mē̃ samīp rahnē vālē , sadā ēk bāp K|kē saṅsār mē̃ rahnē vālē , sadā her|har kadam mē̃ bāpdādā kō follow karnē vālē , sadā vijayī thē , vijayī haĩ aur vijayī rahē̃gē - aisē niśhchay aur naśhē mē̃ rahnē vālē , aisē ati śhrēṣhṭh sikīladhē , pyārē tē pyārē , sarv bachchō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yādpyār aur namastē .

478To all the children everywhere who make themselves equal to the Father; to those who are constantly close to the Father and in His eyes, in His heart and on His forehead; to those who constantly remain in the one world of the Father; to those who constantly follow BapDada at every step; to those who constantly maintain the faith and intoxication of being constantly victorious, who have been victorious and who will always remain victorious; to such extremely elevated longlost and nowfound children who are the most loved, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.

385Dādī jī aur dādī jānkī bāpdādā sē galē mil rahī haĩ

479Dadiji and Dadi Janki were hugging BapDada:All of you are happy, are you not?

386Sabhī khuśh hō rahē haĩ nā yā sōchtē ki ham bhī dādiyā̃ hōtē  ! 387Achchhā hai sabhī kā pyār , yahī duāyē̃ dētā hai .

480Or, are you thinking that perhaps you could be Dadis too? 481All of you have very good love and it is this love that constantly enables you to give blessings.

388Pyār hai isliē sabhī kō khuśhī hōtī hai .

482It is because you have love that you are all very happy.

389Bas khuśh rahnā , kabhī bhī mood off nahī̃ karnā .

483Simply remain happy and never let your mood go off.

390Sadā ēkras khuśhnumaḥ chēhrā hō .

484Constantly have a cheerful face like theirs.

391Jō bhī dēkhē usē rūhānī khuśhī key|kī anubhūti hō .

485Anyone who sees you should experience spiritual happiness.

392Yah sēvā kā sādhan hai .

486This is the way to do service.

393Chēhrē par rūhānī khuśhī hō , sādhāraṇ khuśhī nahī̃ , rūhānī khuśhī .

487On your face, there should be spiritual happiness, not ordinary happiness, but spiritual happiness.

394Face change nahī̃ hō .

488Your face should not change.

395Jaisē ēkras sthiti , vaisē hī ēkras chēhrā hō . 396Hō saktā hai  ?

489Because your stage is constant and stable, so your face too should always be constant.

397Ēkras mood|mūḍ hō  ? 398Hō saktā hai yā hōnā hī hai  ?

490Is it possible that your mood will remain the same constantly?

399Hōgā nā abhī  ?

491Is that possible?

400Kabhī bhī kōī bhī achānak āpkā phōṭō nikālē tō aur kōī phōṭō nahī̃ āvē , rūhānī muskarāhaṭ kā phōṭō hō .

492Or, do you think it will definitely happen in the future? 493It must be like this from now, must it not?

401Chāhē kāmkāj bhī kar rahē hō , service kā bahut tension hō lēkin chēhrē par khuśhī hō .

494If someone were to suddenly take your photo, then that photo should not be of anything else, but just your spiritual smile.

402Phir āpkō jyādā mēhnat bhī nahī̃ karnī paṛēgī . 403Ēk ghaṇṭā bōlnē kē bajāē agar āpkā rūhānī muskān kā chēhrā hōgā tō vah ēk ghaṇṭē K|kē bōlnē key|kī sēvā ēk second mē̃ karēgā kyōṅki pratyakṣha kō pramāṇ dēnē key|kī āvaśhyaktā nahī̃ hōtī hai .

495Even if you are busy in some task, even if there is a lot of tension of service, your face should have this cheerfulness on it. 496You will not then have to work very hard. 497Instead of speaking for one hour, when your face has this spiritual smile, that will do the work of speaking for over an hour because there is no need to prove something that is actually visible.

404Jō bhī milē , jaisā bhī milē , gālī dēnē vālā milē , insult karnē vālā milē , ijjat na rakhnē vālā milē , mān-śhān na dēnē vālā milē , lēkin āpkā ēkras chēhrā , rūhānī muskān .

498Whomsoever you meet, whatever they are like, even if they are those who defame you or insult you, even if they don’t honour you, or don’t give you regard or respect, your face should always remain constant, with a spiritual smile.

405Hō saktā hai  ?

499Is this possible?

406Kumār hō saktā hai  ?

500Kumars, is this possible?

407Pāṇḍav hō saktā hai  ?

501Pandavas, is this possible?

408Aur purūṣhārth sē bach jāyēṅgē .

502You will be saved from making any other effort.

409Mēhnat nahī̃ lagēgī .

503You will not find it laborious.

410Mujhē rūhānī muskān hī muskarānā hai .

504“I constantly have to have this spiritual smile.

411Kuchh bhī hō jāē , mujhē apnī muskān chhōṛnī nahī̃ hai , hō saktā hai  ?

505No matter what happens, I mustn’t let go of my smile.” 506Is this possible?

412Sōch rahē haĩ  ?

507You are thinking about it?

413 ( karkē dikhāyēṅgē ) bahut achchhā , mubārak hō  !

508(We will demonstrate it in practice.) 509Very good! 510Congratulations!

414Jō sāmnē baiṭhē haĩ unhō̃ kō tō karnā hī paṛēgā .

511Those who are sitting right in front of Baba will definitely have to do it.

415Achchhā hai nā - khud bhī khuśh dūsrē bhī khuśh aur chāhiē kyā  ?

512It is good. 513If you are happy and others are happy, what else do you need?

416Bāpdādā tō khuśh hai hī , dādiyā̃ bhī khuśh .

514BapDada is always pleased and the Dadis are also pleased.

417 ( bābā āp aisē hī miltē rahē̃ ) aur nahī̃ milē tō khuśhī gum .

515(Baba, constantly meet us in this way.) 516If Baba were not to meet you like this, then would your happiness disappear?

418Āp sadā muskarātē rahē̃ , bāp miltā rahēgā .

517When you constantly remain smiling, Baba will continue to meet you.

419Bahut achchhā .

518Very good!
