¹Be committed to One and with the inculcation of purity, maintain spirituality and serve through your mind.

³aaj roohaani baap chaaron or ke roohaani bachchon ki roohaaniyat ko dekh rahe hain।

²Today, the spiritual Father is seeing the spirituality of all the spiritual children everywhere.

⁴har ek bachche mein roohaaniyat ki jhalak kitni hai?

³To what extent is there the sparkle of spirituality in each child?

⁵roohaaniyat naynon se pratyaksha hoti hai।

⁴Spirituality is revealed through the eyes.

⁶roohaaniyat ki shakti vaali aatma sada naynon se auron ko bhi roohaani shakti deti hai।

¹⁰Purity is the decoration of Brahmin life.

¹¹Purity is the code of conduct of Brahmin life.

¹³to baapdaada har bachche ki pavitrata ke aadhaar par roohaaniyat ko dekh rahe hain।

¹²So BapDada is seeing the spirituality of every child on the basis of his or her purity.

¹⁴roohaani aatma is lok mein rehte hue bhi alaukik farishta dikhaai degi।

¹³Whilst living in this world spiritual souls would be seen as subtle angels.

¹⁵to apne aapko dekho,check karo - hamaare sankalp, bol mein roohaaniyat hai?

¹⁴Therefore, examine and check yourself: Is there spirituality in my thoughts and words?

¹⁶roohaani sankalp apne mein bhi shakti bharne vaale hain aur doosron ko bhi shakti dete hain।

¹⁵Spiritual thoughts fill you with power and also give power to others.

¹⁷jisko doosre shabdon mein kehte ho roohaani sankalp mansa seva ke nimitta bante hain।

¹⁶You refer to this in other words as: Spiritual thoughts are the instrument to serve with your mind.

¹⁸roohaani bol svayan ko aur doosre ko sukh ka anubhav karaate hain।

¹⁷Spiritual words enable you and others to experience happiness.

¹⁸They enable you to experience peace.

²⁰ek roohaani bol anya aatmaon ke jeevan mein aage badhne ka aadhaar ban jaata hai।

¹⁹One spiritual word becomes the basis for many souls to move forward in their lives.

²¹roohaani bol bolne vaala vardaani aatma ban jaata hai।

²⁰One who speaks spiritual words becomes a bestower of blessings.

²²roohaani karma sahaj svayan ko bhi karmayogi sthiti ka anubhav karaate hain aur doosron ko bhi karmayogi banaane ke sample ban jaate hain।

²¹Spiritual actions enable you to experience the karma­yogi stage easily and you become a sample for others to become karma yogis.

²³jo bhi unke samparka mein aate hain woh sahajyogi, karmayogi jeevan ka anubhvi ban jaate hain।

²²Whoever comes into contact with such souls easily experience the easy yogi and karma yogi life themselves.

²⁴lekin sunaaya roohaaniyat ka beej hai pavitrata।

²³However, you were told that the seed of spirituality is purity.

²⁵pavitrata svapna tak bhi bhang na ho tab roohaaniyat dikhaai degi।

²⁴Purity should not be broken even in your dreams, for only then would spirituality be visible.

²⁶pavitrata sirf brahmacharya nahin, lekin har bol brahmaachaari ho, har sankalp brahmaachaari ho,har karma brahmaachaari ho। ²⁷jaise laukik mein koi-koi bachche ki soorat baap samaan hoti hai to kaha jaata hai ki ismen baap dikhaai deta hai।

²⁵Purity does not just mean celibacy, but every word should be “Brahma­chari” (one who follows in the footsteps of Brahma), every thought should be Brahma­chari, and every action should be Brahma­chari. ²⁶In worldly life, when a child’s features are like his father’s, it is said that his father is visible in him.

²⁸aise brahmaachaari brahman aatma ke chehre mein roohaaniyat ke aadhaar par brahma baap samaan anubhav ho। ²⁹jo samparka vaali aatmaayen anubhav karen -yeh baap samaan hai।

²⁷In the same way, on the basis of spirituality, the face of a Brahma­chari Brahmin soul should be experienced to be like that of Father Brahma, so that souls who come into contact with you experience your being equal to the Father.

³⁰chalo 100 percent nahin bhi ho to samay anusaar kitni percent dikhaai de?

²⁸OK, you may not be 100%, but, according to the present time, what percentage should you have?

³¹kahaan tak pahunche hain?

²⁹What percentage have you reached? ³⁰75%?

³²75 percent, 80percent, 90percent, kahaan tak pahunche hain?

³¹80%? ³²90%? ³³Where have you reached? ³⁴This line sitting at the front, speak!

³³yeh aage ki line bataao,dekho baithne mein to aapko number aage mila hai।

³⁵Look, you have been given a number to sit at the front.

³⁴to brahmaachaari banne mein bhi number aage honge na!

³⁶So, you would also claim a number ahead in becoming Brahmachari, would you not?

³⁵hain aage ki nahin?

³⁷Are you ahead in this or not?

³⁶baapdaada har bachche ki pavitrata ke aadhaar par roohaaniyat dekhne chaahte hain।

³⁸BapDada wishes to see the spirituality of every child on the basis of their purity.

³⁷baapdaada ke paas sabka chart hai।

³⁹BapDada has everyone’s chart.

³⁸bolte nahin hain lekin chart hai,kya-kya karte hain, kaise karte hain, sab baapdaada ke paas chart hai।

⁴⁰He doesn’t say anything, but He has a chart of what each one does, and how they do it. ⁴¹BapDada has all the charts.

³⁹pavitrata mein bhi abhi koi-koi bachchon ki percentage bahut kam hai।

⁴²Even in purity, the percentage of some children is very little.

⁴⁰samay ke anusaar vishwa ki aatmaayen aap aatmaon ko roohaaniyat ka sample dekhne chaahti hain।

⁴³According to the time, souls of the world are wanting to see you souls as samples of spirituality.

⁴¹iska sahaj saadhan hai - sirf ek shabd attention mein rakho, baar-baar us ek shabd ko apne aap underline karo, woh ek shabd hai - ekavrata bhav।

⁴⁴The easy method for this is simply to pay attention to one term. ⁴⁵Repeatedly underline for yourself this one term. ⁴⁶This one term is “May you be committed to One!”

⁴²jahaan ek hai vahaan ekaagrata svatah hi aa jaati hai।

⁴⁹You automatically become unshakeable and immovable.

⁴⁵jab hai hi ekavrata to ek ki mat se ekamti sadgati sahaj ho jaati hai। ⁴⁶ekras sthiti svatahhi ban jaati hai।

⁵¹Since you are committed to One then, by following the directions of the One Supreme, there will easily be salvation.

⁴⁷to check karo -ekavrata hain?

⁵²Your stage automatically becomes constant and stable.

⁴⁸saare din mein manbuddhi ekavrata rehta hai?

⁵³Therefore, check yourself: Am I committed to One?

⁴⁹hisaab mein bhi aadi hisaab ek se shuru hota hai।

⁵⁴Throughout the day, do my mind and intellect remain committed to One?

⁵⁰ek bindi aur ek shabd,ek ank lagaate jaao, ek bindi lagaate jaao to kitna badhta jaayega!

⁵⁵In accounting, the account first begins with a “1”. ⁵⁶A zero, a number.

⁵¹to aur kuchh bhi yaad nahin aave,ek shabd to yaad rahega na!

⁵⁷Add one number, add one zero and see how much it continues to increase!

⁵²samay,aatmaayen aap ekavrata aatmaon ko pukaar rahe hain।

⁵⁸So, even if you don’t remember anything else, you can at least remember the word “One”.

⁵³to samay ki pukaar,aatmaon ki pukaar- he dev aatmaayen sunne nahin aati?

⁵⁹Time and souls are calling out to you souls who are committed to One.

⁵⁴prakriti bhi aap prakritipti ko dekh-dekh pukaar rahi hai - he prakritipti roohaani sankalp svayan mein va doosron mein shakti bharne vaale hain aatmaayen,ab parivartan karo।

⁶⁰O deity souls, can you not hear the call of time and the call of souls? ⁶¹Even the elements are seeing you masters of the elements and are calling out to you: O souls, masters of the elements, now bring about transformation!

⁵⁵yeh to beech-beech mein chhote-chhote jhatke lag rahe hain।

⁶²These are minor jolts in­ between every now and then.

⁵⁶bichaari aatmaon ko baar-baar duhkh ke,bhay ke jhatke nahin khilaao।

⁶³Don’t make the poor helpless souls experience jolts of sorrow and fear again and again.

⁵⁷aap mukti dilaane vaali aatmaayen master muktidaata kab in aatmaon ko mukti dilaayenge?

⁶⁴When will you souls, who enable others to receive liberation, you master bestowers of liberation, give liberation to those souls?

⁵⁸kya man mein raham nahin aata?

⁶⁵Do you not feel mercy for them in your mind?

⁵⁹ki samaachaar sun karke chup ho jaate ho, bas, ho gaya, sun liya।

⁶⁶Or, do you just become quiet having heard the news? ⁶⁷That’s it! ⁶⁸It’s all happened!

⁶⁰isliye baapdaada har bachche ka abhi merciful swaroop dekhne chaahte hain।

⁶⁹You have heard about it. ⁷⁰This is why BapDada now wishes to see the merciful form of every child.

⁶¹apni had ki baaten abhi chhod do,merciful bano।

⁷¹Now renounce all your limited matters. ⁷²Become merciful!

⁶²mansa seva mein lag jaao।

⁷³Become busy in serving through your mind!

⁶³sakaash do,shanti do,sahaara do।

⁷⁴Give a powerful current (sakaash)! ⁷⁵Give peace!

⁶⁴agar merciful ban auron ko sahaara dene mein busy rahenge to had ki aakarshanon se, had ki baaton se svatah hi door ho jaayenge।

⁷⁶Give support! ⁷⁷If you become merciful and remain busy in giving support to others, you will automatically become distant from all limited attractions and matters.

⁶⁵mehnat se bach jaayenge।

⁷⁸You will become free from labour.

⁶⁶vaani ki seva mein bahut samay diya,samay saphal kiya,sandesh diya।

⁷⁹You have given a lot of time to serving through words.

⁶⁷aatmaon ko sambandh samparka mein laaya,draamaanusaar ab tak jo kiya woh bahut achha kiya।

⁸⁰You used that time in a worthwhile way and also gave a message. ⁸¹You brought souls into relationship and connection with you.

⁶⁸lekin abhi vaani ke saath mansa seva ki jyaada aavashyakta hai।

⁸²Whatever you have done so far according to the drama, you have done very well.

⁶⁹aur yeh mansa seva har ek naya,puraana,mahaarthi,ghodesvaar,pyaada sab kar sakte hain।

⁸³However, now, together with serving through words, there is a greater need for serving through the mind.

⁷⁰ismen bade karenge,ham to chhote hain,ham to beemaar hain, ham to saadhnon vaale nahin hain…koi bhi aadhaar nahin chaahiye।

⁸⁴And everyone – new, old, maharathis (elephant­riders), cavalry and infantry – can all do this. ⁸⁵You don’t need any supports for this: “The older ones will do this! ⁸⁶I am still young. ⁸⁷I am ill!

⁷¹yeh chhote-chhote bachche bhi kar sakte hain।

⁸⁸I don’t have the physical means.” ⁸⁹Even the little children can do this.

⁷²bachche, mansa seva kar sakte hain na?

⁹⁰Children, you can do this, can you not? ⁹¹(Yes).

⁷³(haan ji)isliye abhi vaacha aur mansa seva ka balance rakho।

⁹⁴All of you who serve through your mind can benefit a great deal.

⁷⁶jis aatma ko mansa seva arthaat sankalp dvaara shakti denge,sakaash denge woh aatma aapko dua degi।

⁹⁶The souls to whom you give power and a powerful current (sakaash) by serving them through your mind, that is, through your thoughts, will give you blessings.

⁷⁷aur aapke khaate mein sva ka purooshaartha to hai hi lekin duaaon ka khaata bhi jama ho jaayega।

⁹⁷In your account, there is already the accumulation of effort of the self, and you will also accumulate in your account of blessings.

⁷⁸to aapka jama khaata double reeti se badhta jaayega।

⁸³) yeh to bahut achha haath uthaaya, chaahe koi T.vi. se dekh sun rahe hain,chaahe sammukh sun rahe hain,abhi baapdaada sabhi bachchon ko jimmevaari dete hain ki roz saare din mein kitne ghante mansa seva yathaartha reeti se ki, uska har ek apne paas chart rakhna।

¹⁰³All of you raised your hands very well. ¹⁰⁴Now, whether you are watching and listening on the TV or whether you are listening to Baba face­to­ face, Baba is giving all of you children the responsibility: Every day, for how many hours did you serve with your mind accurately?

⁸⁴aise nahin kehna haan kar li।

¹⁰⁵Don’t just say: Yes, you did it.

⁸⁵yathaartha roop mein kitne ghante mansa seva ki, woh har ek chart rakhna।

¹⁰⁶For how many hours did you serve with your mind in an accurate way? ¹⁰⁷Let each one of you keep this chart with you.

⁸⁶phir baapdaada achaanak chart mangaayenge।

¹⁰⁸One day, BapDada will suddenly ask for this chart.

⁸⁷date nahin bataayenge।

¹⁰⁹You will not be given a date.

⁸⁸achaanak mangaayenge,dekhenge ki jimmevaari ka taaj pahna ya hilta raha hai?

¹¹⁰He will ask for it suddenly. ¹¹¹He will see whether you have worn the crown of responsibility or whether it has been shaking.

⁹⁸apne parivaar ka duhkh,pareshaani aap dekh sakte ho!

¹²⁵Can you bear to see the sorrow and distress of your family?

⁹⁹dekh sakte ho?

¹²⁶Are you able to see this?

¹⁰⁰duhkhi aatmaon ko anchali to do।

¹²⁷At least give a drop to the unhappy souls!

¹⁰¹jo aapka geet hai -ek boond ki pyaasi hain ham… aaj ke samay mein sukh shanti ke ek boond ki aatmaayen pyaasi hain।

¹²⁸You have a song: We are thirsty for just one drop of love. ¹²⁹At present, souls are thirsty for one drop of peace and happiness.

¹⁰²ek sukh-shanti ke amrit ki boond milne se bhi khush ho jaayengi।

¹³⁰By receiving one drop of the nectar of peace and happiness, they will become happy.

¹⁰³baapdaada baar-baar sunaate rehte hain - samay aapka intajaar kar raha hai।

¹⁰⁵prakriti teevragti se saphaaya karne ka intajaar kar rahi hai।

¹⁰⁶to he farishte, abhi apne double light se intajaar ko samaapta karo।

¹³⁴Therefore o angels, now, with your double­light, let their waiting come to an end.

¹⁰⁷ever ready shabd to sab bolte ho lekin sampanna aur sampoorn banne mein ever ready bane ho?

¹³⁵All of you speak of the word “ever­ready”. ¹³⁶However, have you become ever­ ready in becoming complete and perfect?

¹⁰⁸sirf shareer chhodne ke liye ever ready nahin banna hai,lekin baap samaan bankar jaane mein ever ready banna hai।

¹³⁷Don’t be ever­ready just to leave your body, but be ever­ready in becoming equal to the Father and returning home.

¹⁰⁹yeh madhuban ke sab aage-aage baithte hain,achha hai।

¹⁴⁶If you now become busy in keeping a balance between serving through words and with your mind, you will receive a lot of blessings.

¹¹⁷double khaata jama ho jaayega- purooshaartha ka bhi aur duaaon ka bhi।

¹⁴⁷You will accumulate in two accounts: in your account of efforts and also of blessings.

¹¹⁸to sankalp dvaara, bol dvaara, vaani dvaara, karma dvaara, sambandh-samparka dvaara duaayen do aur duaayen lo।

¹⁴⁸So give and receive good wishes through your thoughts, words, deeds, relationships and connections. ¹⁴⁹Just do one thing: You just have to have good wishes.

¹¹⁹ek hi baat karo bas duaayen deni hain। ¹²⁰chaahe koi baddua de to bhi aap dua do kyonki aap duaaon ke saagar ke bachche ho।

¹⁵⁰Even if someone has bad wishes, you just give them good wishes because you are the children of the Ocean of Good Wishes.

¹²¹koi naaraaz ho aap naaraaz nahin ho।
