⁴parmaatma dil takhta saare kalpa mein ab aap sikeeldhe, laadle bachchon ko hi praapta hota hai।

⁴All souls have the throne of the forehead, but, apart from Brahmin souls, no one has attained God's heart-throne. ⁵It is this heart- throne that enables you to attain the throne of the world.

⁷vartamaan samay svaraajya adhikaari bane ho, har ek brahman aatma ka svaraajya gale ka haar hai।

⁶At present, you have become masters of the self. ⁷Self-sovereignty is the garland around the neck of every Brahmin soul.

⁸svaraajya aapke janma ka adhikaar hai।

⁸Self-sovereignty is your birthright.

⁹aise svayan ko aisa svaraajya adhikaari anubhav karte ho?

⁹Do you experience yourselves to be the masters of the self in this way?

¹⁰dil mein yeh dridh sankalp hai ki hamaare is birth right ko koi chheen nahin sakta।

¹⁰In your heart, you have the determination that no one can snatch away this birthright from you.

¹¹saath-saath yeh bhi roohaani nasha hai ki ham parmaatma dil takhtansheen bhi hain।

¹¹Together with that, you also have the spiritual intoxication that you are seated on God's heart-throne.

¹²maanav jeevan mein, tan mein bhi vishesh dil hi mahaan gaai jaati hai।

¹²In the body of a human being, it is the heart that is said to be the most important.

¹³dil rook gai to jeevan samaapta।

¹³When the heart stops beating, life has ended.

¹⁴to aadhyaatmik jeevan mein bhi dil takhta ka bahut mahattva hai।

¹⁵jo dil takhtansheen hain vahi aatmaayen vishwa mein vishesh aatmaayen gaai jaati hain।

¹⁵Souls who are seated on the heart-throne are remembered as special souls in the world.

¹⁶vahi aatmaayen bhakton ke liye maala ke mankon ke roop mein simri jaati hain।

¹⁶These are the souls who are remembered by the devotees as the beads of the rosary.

¹⁷vahi aatmaayen koton mein koi,koi mein bhi koi gaai jaati hai।

¹⁷These are the souls who are a handful out of multimillions and a few out of the many.

¹⁸to woh kaun hain?

¹⁸So, who are those souls?

¹⁹aap ho?

¹⁹Is it you?

²⁰paandav bhi hain?

²⁰Are the Pandavas this too?

²¹maataayen bhi hain।

²¹Are the mothers also this?

²²(haath hila rahe hain) to baap kehte hain he laadle bachche kabhi-kabhi dil takhta ko chhodkar deh roopi mitti se kyon dil lagaate ho?

²²(They were waving their hands.) ²³The Father says: O beloved children, why do you sometimes leave the heart-throne and attach your heart to the mud of the body?

²³deh mitti hai।

²⁴The body is mud.

²⁴to laadle bachche kabhi mitti mein paanv nahin rakhte hain, sada takhta par, godi mein ya ateendriy sukh ke jhoole mein jhoolte।

²⁵So beloved children never put their feet in the mud. ²⁶They are always on the heart-throne, in the lap, or swinging in the swings of supersensuous joy.

²⁵aapke liye baapdaada ne bhinna-bhinna jhoole diye hain,kabhi sukh ke jhoole mein jhoolo,kabhi khushi ke jhoole mein jhoolo। ²⁶kabhi aanandamay jhoole mein jhoolo।

²⁷BapDada has given you various swings: sometimes swing in the swing of happiness, sometimes in the swing of joy and sometimes swing in the swing of bliss.

³²kyonki63 janma mitti mein hi paanv rakhte, mitti se hi khelte।

³³For 63 births, you have been placing your feet in the mud and you have been playing with mud.

³³to abhi to nahin mitti se khelte?

³⁴So, you don't play with mud now, do you?

³⁴kabheekbhi mitti mein paanv jaata hai ki nahin jaata hai?

³⁵Do your feet sometimes go in the mud, or not?

³⁵kabhi-kabhi chala jaata hai।

³⁶They do sometimes go in the mud.

³⁶dehbhaan bhi mitti mein paanv rakhna hai।

³⁷Body consciousness is also placing your feet in the mud.

³⁷deh abhimaan to bahut gahri mitti mein paanv hai।

³⁸lekin deh bhaan arthaat bodeekaansesnes yeh bhi mitti hai। ³⁹jitna sangam ka samay jyaada se jyaada takhtansheen honge utna hi aadhaakalpa sooryavansh ki raajdhaani mein aur chandravansh mein bhi sooryavansh ke raajya gharaane mein honge।

⁴²You may be seated on the throne turn by turn, but you will constantly be in relationship with the souls of the royal family.

⁴²to check karo - ki sangamayug ke aadi samay se ab tak chaahe 10 saal hue hain, chaahe50, chaahe 66saal ho gaye,lekin jab se brahman banen tab aadi se ab tak kitna samay dil takhtansheen svaraajya takhta nasheen rahe?

⁴³Therefore, check from the beginning of the confluence age until now, even if it has been 10 years, 50 years, or 66 years, but from the time you became a Brahmin, from that beginning until now, for how long have you remained seated on the heart- throne and seated on the seat of self-sovereignty.

⁴³bahutkaal raha, nirantar raha va kabhi-kabhi raha?

⁴⁴Was it for a long time, constantly or only sometimes?

⁴⁴jo parmaatma takhta nasheen hoga uski nishaani - pratyaksha chalan aur chehre se sada bephikar baadshaah hoga।

⁴⁵The sign of those who are seated on God's heart-throne is that of being a carefree emperor in their activities and on their face.

⁴⁵apne man mein,sthool bojh to sir par hota hai lekin sookshm bojh man mein hota hai।

⁴⁶A physical burden is on the head, but a subtle burden is in the mind.

⁴⁶to man mein koi bojh nahin hoga।

⁴⁷Therefore, they would not have any burden in their mind.

⁴⁷phikar hai bojh, bephikar hai double light।

⁴⁸Worry is a burden and to be carefree is to be double-light.

⁴⁸agar kisi bhi prakaar ka chaahe seva ka, chaahe sambandh-samparka ka, chaahe sthool seva ka,roohaani seva ka bhi bojh nahin, kya hoga, kaisa hoga…saphalta hogi ya nahin hogi!

⁴⁹If there is any type of burden, whether of service, of connections and relationships or of physical service; not a burden of spiritual service - "What will happen? ⁵⁰How will it happen?

⁴⁹sochna,plan banaana alag cheez hai,bojh alag cheez hai।

⁵¹Will there be success or not?" - to think and make plans is something different from a burden.

⁵⁰bojh vaale ki nishaani sada chehre mein bahut ya thoda thakaavat ke chinha honge,thakaavat hona alag cheez hai,thakaavat ke chinha thoda bhi yeh bhi bojh ki nishaani hai।

⁵²The sign of those who have a burden is that they would always have a little or a lot of signs of tiredness on their face. ⁵³To be tired is a different matter, but to have signs of tiredness is a sign of a burden.

⁵¹aur bephikar baadshaah ka yeh arth nahin ki albele rahen,ho albelaapan aur kahe ham to bephikar rehte hain।

⁵⁴However, to be a carefree emperor doesn't mean that you remain careless. ⁵⁵You remain careless and yet you say that you remain carefree.

⁵²albelaapan,yeh bahut dhokha dene vaala hai।

⁵⁶Carelessness deceives you a great deal.

⁵³teevra purooshaartha ke bhi vahi shabd hain aur albelepan ke bhi vahi shabd hain।

⁵⁷The same words are used for intense effort and also for carelessness.

⁵⁴teevra purooshaarthi sada dridh nishchay hone ke kaaran yahi sochta hai - har kaarya himmat aur baap ki madad se saphal hua hi pada hai aur albelepan ke bhi yahi shabd hain, ho jaayega, ho jaayega, hua hi pada hai।

⁵⁸Because of constantly having firm faith, an intense effort-maker always thinks, "Every task is already accomplished successfully with your own courage and the Father's help", and the words of carelessness are also, "It will happen, it will happen, it is already accomplished."

⁵⁵koi kaarya raha hai kya, ho jaayega।

⁵⁹Has any task remained unaccomplished? ⁶⁰It will happen.

⁵⁶to shabd ek hai lekin roop alag alag hai।

⁶¹So, the words are the same, but the forms are different.

⁵⁷vartamaan samay maaya ke vishesh do roop bachchon ka paper lete hain।

⁶²At present, two special forms of Maya test the children.

⁵⁸jaante ho?

⁶³Do you know them?

⁵⁹jaante to ho।

⁶⁴You do know them.

⁶⁰ek vyartha sankalp, vikalpa nahin, vyartha sankalp।

⁶⁵One is wasteful thoughts - not sinful thoughts, wasteful thoughts.

⁶¹doosra bhi sunaayen kya?

⁶⁶Should Baba tell you the other form?

⁶²doosra hai''main hi right hoon``।

⁶⁷The other is, "I alone am right.

⁶³jo kiya, jo kaha, jo socha… main kam nahin, right hoon।

⁶⁴baapdaada samay ke pramaan ab yahi chaahte - ek shabd sada smriti mein rakho - baap se hui sarva praaptiyon ka, sneh ka, sahayog ka return karna hai।

⁶⁹According to the time, BapDada now wants you to always have one word in your awareness. ⁷⁰To give a return of all the attainments, the love and co-operation you have received from the Father.

⁶⁵return karna arthaat samaan banna।

⁷¹To give a return means to become equal.

⁶⁶doosra –ab hamaari return-journey (vaapisi yaatra) hai।

⁷²Secondly, it is now our return journey.

⁶⁷ek hi shabd return sada yaad rahe।

⁷³Always remember just the one word "return".

⁶⁸iske liye bahut sahaj saadhan hai - har sankalp, bol aur karma ko brahma baap se taali karo।

⁷⁴A very easy method for this is to tally your every thought, word and action with that of Father Brahma.

⁶⁹baap ka sankalp kya raha?

⁷⁵What were the father's thoughts?

⁷⁰baap ka bol kya raha?

⁷⁶What were the father's words?

⁷¹baap ka karma kya raha?

⁷⁷What were the father's actions?

⁷²isko hi kaha jaata hai follow father।

⁷⁸This is known as follow father.

⁷³follow karna to sahaj hota hai na!

⁷⁹It is easy to follow, is it not?

⁷⁴naya sochna, naya karna uski aavashyakta hai hi nahin, jo baap ne kiya woh follow father।

⁸⁰There is no need to think of anything new or do anything new. ⁸¹Whatever the father did, just follow the father.

⁸¹to sabhi teachers is varsha mein, abhi is varsha ka last month hai,puraana jaayega naya aayega।

¹⁰⁰Not just the awareness of being an instrument, but together with the awareness of being of instrument, let there also be the awareness of being humble. ¹⁰¹Both are necessary, because teachers are instruments, are they not?

⁸⁸nimitta hain na!

¹⁰²You are instruments, are you not?

⁸⁹to sankalp mein bhi,bol mein bhi aur kisi ke bhi sambandh mein, karma mein,har bol mein nirmaan।

¹⁰³So, in your thoughts, in every word, in relationship with anyone, and in your actions, let there be humility.

⁹⁰jo nirmaan hai vahi nimitta bhaav mein hai।

¹⁰⁴Only those who are humble have the awareness of being an instrument.

⁹¹jo nirmaan nahin hai usmein thoda bahut sookshm, mahaan roop mein abhimaan nahin bhi ho to rob hoga।

¹⁰⁵Those who are not humble will have to some extent, in a very subtle way - it may not even be a gross form of arrogance - but there will be bossiness.

⁹²ye rob,yeh bhi abhimaan ka ansh hai aur bol mein sada nirmal bhaashi,madhur bhaashi।

¹⁰⁶This bossiness is also a trace of arrogance. ¹⁰⁷Let your words and language always be pure, serene and sweet.

⁹³jab sambandh-samparka mein aatmik roop ki smriti rehti hai to sada niraakaari aur nirhankaari rehte hain।

¹⁰⁸When you have the awareness of the soul conscious form in your relationships and connections, you always remain incorporeal and egoless.

⁹⁴brahma baap ke last ke teenon shabd yaad rehte hain?

¹⁰⁹Do you always remember the last three words of Father Brahma?

⁹⁵niraakaari,nirhankaari vahi nirvikaari।

¹¹⁰Only those who are incorporeal and egoless are viceless.

⁹⁶achha, follow father।

⁹⁷pakka raha na! ⁹⁸agle varsha ki mukhya lakshya swaroop ki smriti hai - yeh teen shabd,niraakaari,nirhankaari,nirvikaari।

¹¹³You will remain firm in this, will you not? ¹¹⁴The main aim of the coming year is the awareness of these three words: incorporeal, egoless and viceless.

⁹⁹ansh bhi nahin ho।

¹⁵⁵The speciality of kumars is to be a messenger of peace and spread peace where there is peacelessness.

¹³⁷na man ki ashaanti, na baahar ki ashaanti।

¹⁵⁶There is neither peacelessness of the mind, nor external peacelessness.

¹³⁸kumaaron ka kaarya hi hai mushkil kaam karna, hard worker hote hain na!

¹⁵⁷The duty of kumars is to do the difficult things. ¹⁵⁸You are hard workers, are you not?

¹³⁹to aaj sabse hard mein hard work hai– ashaanti ko mitaae shaantidoot ban shanti phailaana।

¹⁵⁹So, today, the hardest work of all is to end peacelessness, to be a messenger of peace and spread peace.

¹⁴⁴na vishwa mein,na aapke sambandhasamparva mein। ¹⁴⁵shaantidoot,jaise aag bujhaane vaale kahaan bhi aag hogi to aag bujhaayenge na।

¹⁶³Neither in the world, nor in those who come into connection or relationship with you (should there be peacelessness)? ¹⁶⁴You are messengers of peace.

¹⁴⁶to shaantidoot ka kaarya hi hai ashaanti ko shanti mein badalna।

¹⁶⁵Just as the fire-brigade would put out a fire wherever it may be, so the duty of messengers of peace is to transform peacelessness into peace.
