¹ «  santuṣhṭatā key|kī śhakti chēhrē aur chalan mē̃ dhāraṇ kar brahmā bāp samān banō , sadā khuśh rahō aur khuśhī bāṇṭō̃  »

¹IMBIBE THE POWER OF CONTENTMENT IN YOUR FACE AND ACTIVITY AND BECOME THE SAME AS FATHER BRAHMA. ²REMAIN CONSTANTLY HAPPY AND SHARE HAPPINESS.

²Āj chāhē sammukh chāhē dūr K|kē santuṣhṭamaṇi bachchō̃ kō dēkh rahē haĩ .

³Today, BapDada is seeing His children, the jewels of contentment, who are in front of Him and also those who are in distant places.

³Har ēk bachchā apnē santuṣhṭatā key|kī śhakti sē chamaktē huē muskarātē milan manā rahē haĩ .

⁴Each child, sparkling with his power of contentment, is smiling and celebrating a meeting.

⁴Yah santuṣhṭatā key|kī śhakti sabsē mahān hai isliē ismē̃ sarv prāptiyā̃ haĩ .

⁵This power of contentment is the greatest power of all and this is why there are all attainments within it.

⁵Santuṣhṭatā key|kī śhakti dhāraṇ karnē vālī santuṣhṭamaṇiyā̃ svayã kō bhī priya , bāp kō bhī priya , parivār kō bhī priya haĩ kyōṅki santuṣhṭatā jahā̃ hai vahā̃ sarvśhaktiyā̃ santuṣhṭatā mē̃ samāī huī haĩ .

⁶The jewels of contentment who imbibe the power of contentment are loved by the self, loved by the Father and also loved by the family because, where there is contentment, all the powers are merged in that contentment.

⁶Santuṣhṭatā key|kī śhakti kā vāyumaṇḍal chārō̃ ōr phailtā hai .

⁷The atmosphere of the power of contentment spreads everywhere.

⁷Santuṣhṭamaṇi vālī ātmāyē̃ kabhī bhī māyā sē hār nahī̃ khā saktī , māyā hār khātī hai .

⁸Souls who are jewels of contentment can never be defeated by Maya; Maya herself is defeated.

⁸Santuṣhṭamaṇi ātmāyē̃ sarv key|kī dil kō apnā banā saktī haĩ .

⁹Souls who are jewels of contentment can make everyone's heart belong to them.

⁹Santuṣhṭamaṇi ātmā chāhē māyā , chāhē prakr̥iti K|kē bhinn-bhinn halchal kō aisē anubhav kartī jaisē ēk cartoon kō dēkh rahē haĩ .

¹⁰Jewels of contentment souls experience the different forms of upheaval of Maya and matter as though they are watching a cartoons how.

¹⁰Aisē har ēk bachchā apnē kō santuṣhṭatā key|kī śhakti mē̃ sampann samajhtē haĩ  ?

¹¹So, does each of you children experience yourself to be full of the power of contentment in this way?

¹¹Apnē sē pūchhō ki maĩ santuṣhṭamaṇi hū̃  ?

¹²Ask yourself: Am I a jewel of contentment?

¹²Kaī bachchē kahtē haĩ kabhī-kabhī rahtē haĩ , sadā nahī̃ lēkin kabhī-kabhī , tō bāpdādā kō kabhī-kabhī śhabda achchhā nahī̃ lagtā hai .

¹³Some children say that they are this always followed sometimes; not all the time, but sometimes. ¹⁴BapDada does not like this word "sometimes".

¹³Bāpdādā sadā har ēk bachchē kō yādpyār dētē haĩ , khuśhī dētē haĩ .

¹⁵BapDada constantly gives love, remembrance, and happiness to each and every child.

¹⁴Tō bāpdādā kō yah kabhī kabhī śhabda achchhā nahī̃ lagtā , sadā khuśhnumā .

¹⁶So, BapDada does not like this word "sometimes" - "always" happy.

¹⁵Tō bāpdādā yahī chāhtē haĩ ki is kabhī-kabhī śhabda kō kyā parivartan kar saktē hō  !

¹⁷BapDada wants to know if you can transform this word "sometimes".

¹⁶Kabhī-kabhī śhabda brāhmaṇō̃ key|kī dictionary mē̃ hī nahī̃ hai , sadā .

¹⁸The word "sometimes" does not even exist in the dictionary of Brahmins, only "always".

¹⁷Tō kyā āj sabhī bachchē jō bāp K|kē pyārē , māyā K|kē prabhāv sē nyārē banē haĩ , tō kyā āj is kabhī kabhī śhabda kō samāpt kar saktē haĩ  ?

¹⁹So, today children, you who love the Father and have become free from the influence of Maya, can you finish this word "sometimes"?

¹⁸Kar saktē haĩ  ?

²⁰Can you finish it?

¹⁹Kyōṅki bāpdādā bahut samay sē kah rahē haĩ kōī bhī halchal achānak ānī hai .

²¹BapDada has been telling you for a long time that any type of upheaval is to come suddenly.

²⁰Uskī taiyārī kē liē agar abhī sē kabhī kabhī K|kē saṅskār hōṅgē tō kyā sadākāl K|kē rājyabhāgya K|kē adhikārī ban sakē̃gē  ?

²²In order to prepare for that, if you still now have the sanskar of "sometimes", would you be able to claim a right to the fortune of the kingdom for all time?

²¹Brahmā bāp sē sabkā dil kā pyār hai .

²³You all have love for Father Brahma in your hearts.

²²Brahmā bābā sē vāydā sāth haĩ , sāth chalē̃gē , sāth rājya karē̃gē .

²⁴You have promised Father Brahma: We are together, we will return together and we will rule together.

²³Yah vāydā pakkā hai nā  !

²⁵This is a firm promise, is it not?

²⁴Kāndh hilāō .

²⁶Nod your heads!

²⁵Pakkā hai  ?

²⁷Is it firm?

²⁶Kitnā pakkā  !

²⁸How firm is it?

²⁷Brahmā bāp nē kabhī bhī śhabda bōlā  !

²⁹Did Father Brahma ever use the word "sometimes"?

²⁸Āp sabkō bhī sadā amr̥itvēlē yādpyār diyā aur sadā bāp kē sāth milkar gyān key|kī bātē̃ , snēh key|kī bātē̃ , umaṅg-ulhās key|kī bātē̃ sunāī .

³⁰He always gave all of you love at amrit vela, and, together with the Father, always spoke of matters of knowledge, matters of love and matters of zeal and enthusiasm.

²⁹Tō sabhī sē hāth uṭhvāyē̃ ki bāpdādā sē pyār hai tō sabhī dō dō hāth uṭhāyēṅgē .

³¹If Baba were to ask you to raise your hands if you have love for BapDada, all of you would raise both your hands.

³⁰Hai nā  !

³²Isn't that right?

³¹Pakkā  ?

³³Are you sure?

³²Jab pyār hai tō pyār vālē K|kē ēk-ēk śhabda sē bhī pyār hōtā hai .

³⁴When you love someone, you also have love for every word that the loved one speaks.

³³Brahmā bāp nē kabhī śhiv pitā sē yah nahī̃ kahā ki kabhī-kabhī hōtā hai .

³⁵Father Brahma never said to Father Shiva that it happens only sometimes.

³⁴Sadā follow father kiyā aur sāth mē̃ āpkō bhī karāyā kyōṅki brahmā bāp kā bachchō̃ sē jigrī pyār hai isīliē āpkā nām bhī kyā hai  ?

³⁶He always followed the Father and also made you follow Him because Father Brahma has deep love in his heart for you children. ³⁷Therefore, what is your name?

³⁵Brahmākumārī , śhivkumārī nām nahī̃ hai .

³⁸Brahma Kumari, your name is not Shiva Kumari.

³⁶Tō brahmā bāp sē pyār arthāt brahmā bāp kā kahnā aur brahmākumār kumārī kā mānnā .

³⁹To have love for Father Brahma means that whatever Father Brahma says, the Brahma Kumaris follow.

³⁷Pyār arthāt nyōchhāvar .

⁴⁰Love means surrender.

³⁸Tō kis par nyōchhāvar hōṅgē  ?

⁴¹So, what will you surrender to?

³⁹Unkī āgyā par .

⁴²To His directions.

⁴⁰Jō bōlā vah kiyā kyōṅki brahmā bāp kē sāth śhiv bāp hai .

⁴³Whatever He (Shiva Baba) said, he (Brahma Baba) did, because Father Shiva is also with Father Brahma.

⁴¹Akēlā nahī̃ .

⁴⁴He is not alone.

⁴²Bāpdādā , bāpdādā kahtē hō nā  !

⁴⁵You say, "Bap Dada, Bap Dada", do you not?

⁴³Tō āj bāpdādā kabhī-kabhī śhabda kō her|har bachchē K|kē mukh sē samāpt karnē chāhtē haĩ .

⁴⁶Today, BapDada wants every child to finish saying the word "sometimes".

⁴⁴Tō āp sabhī bachchē bāp K|kē sāthī hō .

⁴⁷All of you children are the Father's companions.

⁴⁵Pyār hai nā  !

⁴⁸You do love Him, do you not?

⁴⁶Pyār mē̃ tō apnē āpkō nyōchhāvar bhī kar dētē haĩ yah tō sirph śhabda kō nyōchhāvar karnā hai kyōṅki bāpdādā her|har bachchē kō mālā kā vijayī ratna banānē chāhtē haĩ .

⁴⁹Out of love you also surrender yourselves to Him, and here, it is just a matter of surrendering this word because BapDada wants to make every child a victorious jewel of the rosary.

⁴⁷Tō apnē kō mālā kā maṇkā samajhtē hō  ?

⁵⁰Do you consider yourselves to be beads of the rosary?

⁴⁸Vijayī samajhtē hō  ?

⁵¹Do you consider yourselves to be victorious?

⁴⁹Kaī bachchē kahtē haĩ brāhmaṇō̃ key|kī saṅkhyā tō bahut hai aur mālā 108 kī hai tō 108 hī āyēṅgē nā  !

⁵²Some children say that the number of Brahmins is huge and that the rosary is only of 108 and so only 108 can become part of it.

⁵⁰Lēkin bāpdādā agar āp sampann banē̃ , vijayī banē̃ tō 108 key|kī mālā hai yah nahī̃ sōchō , bāpdādā bīch mē̃ laṛiyā̃ bhī lagā dēgā .

⁵³Do not think that it is a rosary of 108. If you become complete and victorious, BapDada will add more strings in the middle.

⁵¹Lēkin āp vijayī banō .

⁵⁴However, you do have to become victorious.

⁵²Kaī bachchē sōchtē haĩ patā nahī̃ , number milēgā yā nahī̃ milēgā .

⁵⁵Some children think: I don't know whether I will receive a number or not.

⁵³Āp agar sampann banē̃ tō bāp number dē hī dēgā kyōṅki bāp kā her|har bachchē sē pyār hai .

⁵⁶If you become complete, the Father will give you a number because the Father has love for every child.

⁵⁴Sunāyā bhī thā bhalē kōī last bachchā hai , unsē bhī bāp kā pyār hai kyōṅki us bachchē nē chāhē svabhāv K|kē vaśh hai lēkin bāp kō jānkē mērā bābā tō kahā .

⁵⁷You were told earlier that even if it is the last child, the Father has love for him too, because even if that child is influenced by his sanskars, he has recognized the Father and said "My Baba".

⁵⁵Duniyā mē̃ kitnē baṛē-baṛē martabē vālē unhōnnē bāp kō nahī̃ pahchānā lēkin usnē tō pahchānā , chāhē kōī kamzōrī vaśh hai lēkin bāp kō tō pahchānā .

⁵⁸There are people in the world with such high positions who have not recognized the Father, but that child has recognized Him. ⁵⁹Even if he is influenced by some weakness, he has at least recognized the Father.

⁵⁶Mērā bābā tō pyār sē kahtē haĩ isliē bāp nē pahlē bhī sunāyā thā ki last bachchē kē ūpar bāp kā pyār tō hai hī lēkin uskē ūpar khās kalyāṇ key|kī dr̥iṣhṭi , kalyāṇ key|kī vr̥itti bhī hai ki yah bachchā kuchh na kuchh āgē baṛhtā rahē .

⁶⁰At least he says "My Baba" with love and this is why, Baba had also told you earlier that, the Father not only loves even the last number child, but that He also has a vision of benevolence, an attitude of benevolence for that child to continue to move forward.

⁵⁷Tō bāpdādā āj spaṣhṭ sunā rahē haĩ , ki āp aur bātē̃ nahī̃ sōchō yah kaisē hōgā , yah kyā hōgā , āp apnē kō yōgya ātmā banāō .

⁶¹Today, BapDada is telling you clearly: Do not think about other things: "How will these happen? ⁶²What will happen?" Simply make yourself into a worthy soul.

⁵⁸Karmayōgī ātmā banāō .

⁶³Make yourself a karma yogi soul.

⁵⁹Bākī bāp her|har bachchē kō aisā yōgya bachchā jō banēgā uskō sarv prāpti kā vardān bhī dēkē āgē baṛhāyēgā , pīchhē nahī̃ rakhēgā .

⁶⁴The Father will give every child who makes himself worthy the blessing of all attainments and make him move forward; He will not keep that child behind.

⁶⁰Tō bāpdādā āj amr̥itvēlē chārō̃ taraph K|kē chāhē dēśh chāhē vidēśh mē̃ chakra lagānē gayē .

⁶⁵Today, at amrit vela, BapDada went on a tour everywhere, in this land and abroad.

⁶¹Vaisē tō bāpdādā majority chakra lagātē hī haĩ lēkin āj jab chakra lagāyā , sunāyā thā tō bāpdādā chakra lagānē jātā hai tō viśhēṣh āpkē pūrvaj dādiyā̃ bhī sāth mē̃ chakra lagānē chaltī haĩ .

⁶⁶Generally too, when BapDada tours around you were told earlier, your special ancestor Dadis also go on the tour with Baba.

⁶²Tō chakra lagātē kyā dēkhā  ?

⁶⁷So, what did Baba see while touring around?

⁶³Jāntē tō hō āp bhī .

⁶⁸You know that too.

⁶⁴Achchhē-achchhē saṅkalp kartē haĩ , karkē hī dikhāyēṅgē , bankē hī dikhāyēṅgē , hāth mē̃ hāth lēkē hī chalē̃gē .

⁶⁹You have very good thoughts: We will definitely do this, we will definitely become this. ⁷⁰We will move along holding on to Your hand with our hand.

⁶⁵Tō hāth kyā hai  ?

⁷¹So, what is the hand?

⁶⁶Śhiv bāp kō tō phariśhtā rūp bhī nahī̃ hai tō hāth kaun sā hai  ?

⁷²Father Shiva does not even have an angelic form, so what hand is it?

⁶⁷Śhrīmat hāth hai .

⁷³It is the hand of Shrimat.

⁶⁸Foreign mē̃ fashion hai hāth mē̃ hāth dēkē chalnē kā .

⁷⁴Abroad, they have the fashion of walking hand in hand.

⁶⁹Tō yahā̃ hāth hai śhrīmat tō sabhī hāth mē̃ hāth milākē chalnē vālē hō nā  !

⁷⁵So, here, the hand is of Shrimat, and so all of you are those who move along with your hands in His hand, are you not?

⁷⁰Hai tākat  ?

⁷⁶Do you have that power?

⁷¹Brahmā bāp nē dēkhō kadam-kadam śhrīmat par chalkē āp sabhī kō karkē dikhāyā .

⁷⁷Father Brahma took every step according to Shrimat and demonstrated that to all of you.

⁷²Kyā karnā hai , kaisē karnā hai , example hai .

⁷⁸He is the example of what you have to do and how you have to do it.

⁷³Sākār mē̃ example hai .

⁷⁹He was the example in the corporeal form.

⁷⁴Nirākār key|kī bāt tō chhōṛō lēkin brahmā bāp sākār mē̃ āpkē sāthī thē .

⁸⁰Let alone the Incorporeal, but Father Brahma was your companion in the corporeal form.

⁷⁵Tō jaisē brahmā bāp śhrīmat kā hāth mē̃ hāth milākē phariśhtā ban gayā . ⁷⁶Aisē hī follow father hai nā  !

⁸¹Just as Father Brahma gave his hand to the Father's hand of Shrimat and became an angel, so, you are following the father in the same way, are you not?

⁷⁷Follow father yād hai nā  !

⁸²You remember to follow the father, do you not?

⁷⁸Tō follow kyā karnā hai  ?

⁸³So, what do you have to follow him in?

⁷⁹Sārī bātē̃ spaṣhṭ karkē dikhāī , brahmā bāp K|kē chēhrē aur chalan kō sabhī jāntē haĩ nā  !

⁸⁴He showed you everything very clearly. ⁸⁵All of you know Father Brahma's face and his activities, do you not?

⁸⁰Apnī buddhi dvārā tō brahmā bāp kō emerge kar saktē haĩ nā  !

⁸⁶You can make Father Brahma emerge with your intellect, can you not?

⁸¹Jō dincharyā jaisē dincharyā brahmā bāp nē key|kī , sākār tan mē̃ hōtē , sākār mē̃ bhī sab anubhav kiyā .

⁸⁷Whatever the timetable was, Father Brahma did that. ⁸⁸While in the physical body, he experienced everything here in the corporeal.

⁸²Brahmā bāp K|kē charitra tō sab jāntē hī haĩ .

⁸⁹All of you know Father Brahma's character.

⁸³Tō follow father .

⁹⁰So follow the father.

⁸⁴Āpkō pakkā karnē kē liē brahmā bāp K|kē her|har kadam revise bhī kiyē haĩ .

⁹¹Every step of Father Brahma's has been revised by you to make it firm.

⁸⁵8 kadam paṛhtē hō nā , kyā-kyā kiyā  !

⁹²You have read about his eight steps, of what he did, have you not?

⁸⁶Bas uskō follow karnā hai .

⁹³You simply have to follow him, that's all.

⁸⁷Follow karnā arthāt brahmā bāp samān bannā .

⁹⁴To follow means to become equal to Father Brahma.

⁸⁸Tō sōchō bāp sē pyār hai , dōnō̃ bāp sē pyār hai .

⁹⁵So just think: You have love for the Father, you have love for both Fathers.

⁸⁹Pyār mānā pahlē bhī sunāyā tō pyār kā practical rūp hai brahmā bāp kā karnā aur kahnā aur bachchō̃ kō bāp samān karnā , yah hai sachchā dil kā pyār .

⁹⁶You were told earlier too, what it means to have love. ⁹⁷The practical form of love is that Father Brahma says and the children do exactly the same as the Father. ⁹⁸This is the love of a true heart.

⁹⁰Kaī bachchē kyā kartē haĩ  ?

⁹⁹What do some children do?

⁹¹Brahmā bāp samān karnā hai , yah sōchtē haĩ lēkin pahlē karkē pīchhē sōchtē haĩ , brahmā bāp samān tō kiyā nahī̃ .

¹⁰⁰They think that they have to do the same as Father Brahma, but they first do it and then think about it. ¹⁰¹So, they did not do the same as Father Brahma.

⁹²Lēkin kar tō liyā .

¹⁰²But you did whatever you did.

⁹³Lēkin follow karnā hai tō pahlē sōchō , saṅkalp karnē K|kē pahlē sōchō kyā yah saṅkalp brahmā bāp kā hai  !

¹⁰³If you are going to follow, then first think. ¹⁰⁴Think before you have a thought: Is this the Father's thought?

⁹⁴Agar hai tō practical karō .

¹⁰⁵If it is, then do it practically.

⁹⁵Karkē pīchhē nahī̃ sōchō .

¹⁰⁶Do not think about it after doing it.

⁹⁶Lēkin pahlē sōchkē phir follow karō .

¹⁰⁷First think about it and then follow.

⁹⁷Brahmā bāp kō follow karnā arthāt brahmā bāp samān bannā .

¹⁰⁸To follow Father Brahma means to become equal to Father Brahma.

⁹⁸Himmat hai  ?

¹⁰⁹Do you have this courage?

⁹⁹Follow karnē key|kī himmat hai  ?

¹¹⁰Do you have the courage to follow Him?

¹⁰⁰Jō samajhtē haĩ karnā hī hai , vah hāth uṭhāō .

¹¹¹Those who think that you are going to do it, raise your hands!

¹⁰¹Pahlē sōchnā phir karnā .

¹¹²First think and then do.

¹⁰²Karkē nahī̃ sōchnā .

¹¹³Do not do and then think.

¹⁰³Tō āj bāpdādā viśhēṣh santuṣhṭatā key|kī śhakti har ēk bachchē mē̃ brahmā bāp samān dēkhnē chāhtē haĩ .

¹¹⁴Today, BapDada specially wants to see every child have the power of contentment the same as Father Brahma.

¹⁰⁴Is ēk santuṣhṭatā key|kī śhakti mē̃ sab śhaktiyā̃ ā jāyēṅgī .

¹¹⁵All other powers will come with this one power of contentment.

¹⁰⁵Tō āj bāpdādā kā viśhēṣh vardān hai santuṣhṭatā K|kē śhakti bhav  !

¹¹⁶So, today, BapDada's special blessing is: May you have the power of contentment!

¹⁰⁶Kuchh bhī hō apnī santuṣhṭatā kō kabhī nahī̃ chhōṛnā .

¹¹⁷No matter what happens never let go of your contentment.

¹⁰⁷Kaī bachchē kahtē haĩ , rūhrihān kartē haĩ nā  ! ¹⁰⁸Tō kahtē haĩ santuṣhṭ bannā sahaj hai , lēkin santuṣhṭ banānā bahut muśhkil hai .

¹¹⁸Some children say when they have their heart-to-heart conversations: It is easy to become content, but difficult to make others content.

¹⁰⁹Āp svayã kōī kuchh bhī kartā hai , kartā hai tō āp samajhtē bhī hō yah ṭhīk nahī̃ hai phir dil mē̃ kyā rakhtē hō  ?

¹¹⁹When someone is doing something and you know that that is not right, why do you keep it in your heart?

¹¹⁰Yah aisā kartā , yah aisā kartā hai , iskā svabhāv aisā hai , iskā aisā hai .

¹²⁰This one is doing this. ¹²¹That one is doing that. ¹²²This one's nature is like this, that one's is like that.

¹¹¹Dil mē̃ nahī̃ rakhō kyōṅki āpnē dil mē̃ bāp kō biṭhāyā hai .

¹²³Do not keep this in your heart because you have made the Father sit in your heart.

¹¹²Biṭhāyā hai nā  ?

¹²⁴You have seated Him in your heart, have you not?

¹¹³Kāndh hilāō .

¹²⁵Nod your head.

¹¹⁴Biṭhāyā hai pakkā  ?

¹²⁶Have you sat Him there? ¹²⁷Are you sure?

¹¹⁵Ki nikāltē bhī hō biṭhātē bhī hō  ?

¹²⁸Or do you also remove Him and then sit Him there?

¹¹⁶Agar biṭhāyā hai tō dil mē̃ bāt rakhē̃gē , tō bāp kē sāth dil mē̃ bāt bhī rakhē̃gē .

¹²⁹If you have sat Him there, and then you have also kept these things in your heart, then together with the Father, you would have also kept these things in your heart.

¹¹⁷Tō dil mē̃ nahī̃ rakhō .

¹³⁰So, do not keep these things in your heart.

¹¹⁸Bāpdādā nē yah yukti bhī pahlē hī sunāī hai ki sadā aisī ātmā kē prati śhubh bhāvnā śhubh kāmnā rakhkar apnī śhubh kāmnā kō kārya mē̃ lagāō aur vaisē bhī dēkhō āp samajhtē hō yah achchhā nahī̃ kartī , tō kharāb chīz hai .

¹³¹BapDada has told you this method earlier too, that you must always have good wishes and pure feelings for such souls and use your good wishes. ¹³²And in any case, you understand that what that one is doing is not good, and so it is bad.

¹¹⁹Tō agar kōī āpkō kharāb chīz dēvē tō āp lē̃gē  ?

¹³³If someone gives you something bad, will you take it?

¹²⁰Tō jab kharāb samajhtē hō tō buddhi mē̃ rakhnā , dil mē̃ rakhnā tō kharāb chīz liyā kyō̃  ?

¹³⁴Since it is something bad, then why should you keep it in your intellect or in your heart? ¹³⁵Why did you take something that was bad?

¹²¹Aisē apnī dil mē̃ sadā bāp kō rakhtē huē bāp samān ban jāyēṅgē .

¹³⁶While keeping your Father in your heart in this way, you will become equal to the Father.

¹²²Yah tō vāydā hai nā , bāp samān bannā hai nā  !

¹⁹³So, perform this drill. ¹⁹⁴Some say that they don't have time. ¹⁹⁵No matter how busy someone is, if you are thirsty for water then will you not get up to get some water?
