¹Essence: Sweet children, you have to accumulate your accounts of charity for 21 births and burn your accounts of sin with the power of yoga. ²Therefore, become introverted.

²prashn:- kis shreemat ka paalan karne se vaani se pare jaane ka purushaartha sahaj ho jaayega?

³Question: By following which shrimat will you easily be able to make the effort of going beyond sound?

³uttar:- shreemat kehti hai - bachche, antarmukhi ho jaao, baahar se kuchh bhi na bolo। ⁴is shreemat ko paalan karenge to sahaj hi vaani se pare ja sakenge।

⁴Answer: Shrimat says: Children, become introverted; do not say anything. ⁵When you follow this shrimat, you will easily be able to go beyond sound. ⁶The more you stay in remembrance and spin the discus of self-realisation, the more income you will accumulate.

⁵jitna yaad karenge, svadarshan chakra phiraayenge utna kamaai jama hoti jaayegi।

⁷The time of amrit vela is very good for remembrance.

⁶yaad ke liye amritvele ka samay bahut achha hai। ⁷us samay uthkar antarmukhi ban aatma swaroop mein sthit hokar baith jaao।

⁸Wake up at that time, sit down, become introverted and stabilise yourself in your original religion.

¹⁰yeh kaun samjhaate hain ki antarmukhi ho jaao, baahar se kuchh bhi na bolo, apni aatma ke swaroop mein sthit hokar baitho?

¹¹Who is telling you to become introverted, not to say anything, but to sit, stabilised in the form of a soul?

¹¹baap bachchon se kehte hain mukh se kuchh bhi bolo nahin।

¹²The Father says to the children: Don’t say anything.

¹²raam-raam aadi to bahut kehte aaye parantu us kahne se bhi manushya paavan nahin ban sakte।

¹³You have been saying "Rama Rama" a great deal, but human beings are not able to become pure by saying that.

¹³manushya patit se paavan tab ban sakte jab patit-paavan baap ki shreemat par chalen।

¹⁴Human beings can become pure from impure when they follow the shrimat of the Purifier Father.

¹⁴patit-paavan kahne se baap yaad aata hai।

¹⁵By saying, “Purifier”, you remember the Father.

¹⁵baap kehte hai ki tum barobar patit the na।

¹⁶The Father says: You truly were impure.

¹⁶ab tum paavan ban rahe ho।

¹⁷You are now becoming pure.

¹⁷satayug mein koi patit hota nahin।

¹⁸There is no one impure in the golden age.

¹⁸paanch hajaar varsha pahle jab bhaarat paavan tha to ek hi dharma tha।

¹⁹Five thousand years ago, when Bharat was pure, there was just the one religion.

¹⁹baap to sukh ki hi srishti rachenge na।

²⁰The Father would only create a world of happiness.

²⁰bhaarat sukhdhaam tha।

²¹Bharat was the land of happiness.

²¹lakshmi-naaraayan, raam-seeta aadi ke mandir satayug-treta ki nishaani hain।

²²The temples to Lakshmi and Narayan, Rama and Sita are signs of the golden and silver ages.

²²satayug mein barobar lakshmi-naaraayan ki dynasty thi।

²³In the golden age, there truly was the dynasty of Lakshmi and Narayan.

²³yahi bhaarat tha jismen sooryavanshi-chandravanshi ka raajya chalta tha, jo ab phir se sthaapan ho raha hai।

²⁴There was this Bharat in which there were the kingdoms of the sun and moon dynasties and they are now being established once again.

²⁴isko kaha jaata hai world ki history-geography।

²⁵This is called world history and geography.

²⁵yeh manushya hi to jaanenge।

²⁶Only human beings would know this.

²⁶manushya nahin jaante to jaanvar se bhi badtar kaha jaata hai।

²⁷When human beings don't know this, they are said to be worse than animals.

²⁷baap ko jaanne liye kitne dhakke khaate hain, parantu jaan nahin sakte।

²⁸They stumble around so much in order to know the Father, but they can't know Him.

²⁸tum baap ke bachche bane ho to baap apna parichay dete hain।

²⁹You have become the children of the Father and so He gives you His introduction.

²⁹pahle parichay nahin tha to iska parinaam kya hua?

³⁰At first, you didn't have His introduction, and so what was the consequence of that?

³⁰orphan, naastik, nidhan ke ban jaate hain।

³¹You became orphans, atheists without the Lord and Master.

³¹abhi tum baap ke bane ho, baap se varsa le rahe ho।

³²You now belong to the Father and so you are claiming your inheritance from the Father.

³²bada bhaari varsa hai, 21 janma svarga ki raajdhaani milti hai, koi kam baat hai kya!

³³The inheritance you receive is huge: you receive the kingdom of the golden age for 21 births.

³³lakshmi-naaraayan ko paanch hajaar varsha hua raajya karte। ³⁴phir se history repeat hoti hai।

³⁴Is this a small thing? ³⁵It is 5000 years since Lakshmi and Narayan used to rule the kingdom. ³⁶History repeats.

³⁵baap samjhaate hain - meri shreemat par chalo, antarmukhi bano, baaharmukhi mat bano।

³⁷The Father explains: Follow My shrimat, become introverted. ³⁸Do not become extroverted.

³⁶ab is samay hai ghor andhiyaara, inko raat kaha jaata hai।

³⁹At this time, there is extreme darkness. ⁴⁰This is called the night.

³⁷abhi savera aa raha hai।

⁴¹The dawn is now coming.

³⁸kaliyug ant ko ghor andhiyaara, satayug aadi ko ghor sojhra kaha jaata hai।

⁴²The end of the iron age is called extreme darkness and the beginning of the golden age is called extreme light.

³⁹baap kehte hain main aata hi hoon sangam par jabki sabhi manushya patit hain।

⁴³The Father says: I only come at the confluence age when all human beings are impure.

⁴⁰abhi tum bachchon ko sada sukh ka varsa dene aaya hoon।

⁴⁴I have now come to give you children the inheritance of constant happiness.

⁴¹vinaash saamne khada hai।

⁴⁵Destruction is just ahead.

⁴²bahut gai thodi rahi.... isliye ab jaldi-jaldi purushaartha kar behad ke baap se varsa lo, jaise sab le rahe hain।

⁴⁶A lot of time has gone by and only a little remains. ⁴⁷Therefore, now make effort quickly and claim your inheritance from the unlimited Father, as everyone is doing.

⁴³sab purushaarthi hain।

⁴⁸All are effort-makers.

⁴⁴ab sabko sweet hom, vaani se pare jaana hai।

⁴⁹Everyone now has to go back to the sweet home, beyond sound.

⁴⁵woh hai ham aatmaon ka ghar, nirvaandhaam।

⁵⁰That is the home of us souls, the land of nirvana.

⁴⁶dhaam mein koi ek nahin rehte।

⁵¹There wouldn’t be just one person living in a land.

⁴⁷jitni bhi jeev aatmaayen hain,, ve sabhi shareer chhod jaayenge apne ghar baba ke paas।

⁵²All the living human souls (embodied souls) that exist now will all shed their bodies and go to their home, to Baba.

⁴⁸woh hai niraakaari jhaad।

⁵³That is the incorporeal tree.

⁴⁹jaise chitra mein bhi jhaad dikhaaya jaata hai।

⁵⁴The tree has been shown in the picture.

⁵⁰woh hai ham aatmaon ka ghar - shantidham।

⁵⁵That is the home of us souls, the land of peace.

⁵¹phir ham aayenge sukhdhaam।

⁵⁶Then we will go to the land of happiness.

⁵²abhi 84 janmon ka chakra poora hota hai, kaliyug ke baad satayug zaroor aayega na।

⁵⁷The cycle of 84 births is now coming to an end. ⁵⁸After the iron age, the golden age will definitely come.

⁵³dvaapar ke baad kaliyug zaroor aayega।

⁵⁹After the copper age, the iron age will definitely come.

⁵⁴baap kehte hain - main kalpa-kalpa, kalpa ke sangamayuge aata hoon, puraani duniya ka vinaash karaata hoon।

⁶⁰The Father says: I come at the confluence age of every cycle. ⁶¹I inspire the destruction of the old world.

⁵⁵jab tak nai duniya sthaapan ho jaae tab tak is puraani duniya mein rehna pade।

⁶²Until the new world is established you have to stay in this old world.

⁵⁶jab tak naya makaan ban jaayen tab tak puraane makaan mein baithe rehte hain na।

⁶³Until the new house is built, you still have to live in the old one.

⁵⁷phir jab naya ban jaaye phir puraane ko toda jaata hai।

⁶⁴Then, when the new house is built, the old one is demolished.

⁵⁸yeh bhi puraani cheez hai na।

⁶⁵These are also old things, are they not?

⁵⁹iske vinaash ke liye yeh hai mahaabhaarat ladaai।

⁶⁶There is this Mahabharat War for the destruction of it.

⁶⁰baap baith bachchon ko samjhaate hain।

⁶⁷The Father sits here and explains to you children.

⁶¹aatma hi samajhti hai - jismaani knowledge bhi aatma seekhti hai na।

⁶⁸It is souls that understand. ⁶⁹It is souls that study worldly knowledge.

⁶²aatma kehti hai main principal hoon, surgeon hoon।

⁷⁰A soul says: I am a principal, a surgeon.

⁶³aatma ki knowledge na hone kaaran deh-abhimaani ho jaate hain।

⁷¹Because of not having knowledge of souls, there is body consciousness.

⁶⁴aatma hi sanskaar le jaati hai।

⁷²It is each soul that carries the sanskars.

⁶⁵tum bachche samajhte ho shivbaaba ham aatmaon ko samjha rahe hain।

⁷³You children understand that Shiv Baba is explaining to you souls.

⁶⁶ham aatma yeh puraana shareer chhod phir naya jaakar lengi।

⁷⁴We souls will shed our old bodies and take new ones.

⁶⁷abhi ham shyaam hain phir sundar banenge।

⁷⁵From being ugly we will now become beautiful.

⁶⁸sundar se shyaam bante hain।

⁷⁶From ugly you are now once again becoming beautiful.

⁶⁹84 janma lag jaate hain। ⁷⁰phir baba kaam chita se utaar gyaan chita par bithaae golden ej ka maalik bana dete hain।

⁷⁷We take 84 births, and then Baba removes us from the pyre of lust and sits us on the pyre of knowledge and makes us into the masters of the golden age.

⁷¹behad ka baap zaroor behad ka varsa dega na।

⁷⁸The unlimited Father would surely give you the unlimited inheritance.

⁷²baap to oonch te oonch hai।

⁷⁹The Father is the Highest on High.

⁷³kehte hain bachchon ke liye vaikuntha ki saugaat laaye hai।

⁸⁰He says: I have brought the gift of Paradise for you children.

⁷⁴hatheli par bahishta laaya hoon।

⁸¹I have brought heaven on the palm of My hand.

⁷⁵second mein tum saakshaatkaar kar lete ho।

⁸²You have a vision of that in a second.

⁷⁶kitne dher brahmaakumaar-kumaariyaan hain।

⁸³There are so many Brahma Kumars and Kumaris.

⁷⁷zaroor brahma ke bachche hain aur shivbaaba ke potre hain।

⁸⁴They are definitely the children of Brahma and the grandchildren of Shiv Baba.

⁷⁸tum kehte ho ham shivbaaba se varsa lete hain।

⁸⁵You say: We are claiming our inheritance from Shiv Baba.

⁷⁹vahi sarva ka sadgati daata hai।

⁸⁶He alone is the Bestower of Salvation for All.

⁸⁰raajayog sikhlaate hain।

⁸⁷He is teaching us Raja Yoga.

⁸¹niraakaar kaise sikhlaaye, isliye organs dvaara padhaate hain।

⁸⁸How would the incorporeal One teach us Raja Yoga? ⁸⁹This is why He teaches us through these organs.

⁸²srishti chakra ki knowledge dete hain।

⁹⁰He gives us the knowledge of the world cycle.

⁸³jisko param aatma, supreme soul kehte hain uski hi saari mahima hai।

⁹¹All the praise is of the One who is called the Supreme Soul.

⁸⁴gyaan ka saagar, patit-paavan woh hai to zaroor aana pade।

⁹²He is the Ocean of Knowledge and the Purifier and so He definitely has to come.

⁸⁵tumko bhi master supreme athva paavan banaate hain।

⁹³He makes you “master supreme ” and pure.

⁸⁶woh hai behad ka baap jisko sabhi bhakta bulaate hain।

⁹⁴He is the unlimited Father to whom all devotees call out.

⁸⁷sabhi bhakton ka baap woh bhagwan hai - parampita paramatma।

⁹⁵The Father of all the devotees is God, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

⁸⁸agar unko sarvavyaapi kah dete to phir varsa kaise milega?

⁹⁶If He were omnipresent as they say, how would you receive the inheritance?

⁸⁹manushya ko bhagwan nahin kah sakte।

⁹⁷Human beings cannot be called God.

⁹⁰krishna ko bhi daiveegundhaari manushya kaha jaata hai, woh hai first prince।

⁹⁸Krishna is also called a human being with divine virtues. ⁹⁹He is the first prince.

⁹¹sabhi unko jhoole mein jhulaate hain।

¹⁰⁰Everyone rocks him in a cradle.

⁹²shivbaaba ko kabhi jhulaate nahin honge kyonki woh kabhi bachcha banta hi nahin।

¹⁰¹No one ever rocks Shiv Baba because He never becomes a child.

⁹³yeh to saakshaatkaar karaate hain samjhaane ke liye - ham tumhaara bachcha hoon, tum hamko apna vaaris banaayenge, balihaar jaayenge to main bhi balihaar jaaoonga।

¹⁰²He just grants a vision to explain to you that He is your Child: If you make Me your Heir and surrender to Me, I will also surrender Myself to you.

⁹⁴balihaar jaate ho to jaise main tumhaara baalak ho gaya।

¹⁰³When you surrender to Me, it is as though I have become your Child.

⁹⁵manushyon mein kitni andhashraddha hai jahaan tahaan maatha tekte rehte hain isko kaha jaata hai gudiyon ki pooja।

¹⁰⁴Human beings have so much blind faith. ¹⁰⁵They continue to bow down here and there. ¹⁰⁶That is called the worship of dolls.

⁹⁶navraatri mein bahut gudiyaan banaayenge। ⁹⁷unke occupation ka kisko pata nahin hai।

¹⁰⁷At Navratri (nine days festival of worshipping the goddesses) they make many dolls. ¹⁰⁸No one knows their occupation.

⁹⁸4-6 bhuja vaali devi thode hi hoti hai aur phir talvaar aadi de dete hain।

¹⁰⁹There cannot be a goddess with four or six arms; they even put a sword in her hand.

⁹⁹devtaayen hinsak thode hi hote hain।

¹¹⁰Deities are not violent.

¹⁰⁰shaastravaadiyon ne unhein bhi hinsak bana diya hai।

¹¹¹Scholars of the scriptures have portrayed them as violent.

¹⁰¹nepaal mein bhi kaali ko poojte hain phir aise hai thode hi।

¹¹²They worship Kali in Nepal, but she isn't like that.

¹⁰²mama aisi kaali jeebh vaali hai thode hi।

¹¹³Mama is not like that Kali with a long tongue.

¹⁰³manushya to manushya hi hota hai।

¹¹⁴Human beings are human beings.

¹⁰⁴brahma, vishnu, shankar hain sookshmavtanvaasi।

¹¹⁵Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar are residents of the subtle region, that’s all.

¹⁰⁵bas, aur koi cheez hi nahin hai phir 8-10 bhuja vaale kahaan se aaye!

¹¹⁶There is nothing else. ¹¹⁷So, how could there be anyone with eight or ten arms.

¹⁰⁶yeh sab bhakti maarga ke alankaar banaate hain।

¹¹⁸They made all of those ornaments on the path of devotion.

¹⁰⁷paisa kamaane ke liye kuchh to chaahiye na।

¹¹⁹They need some means of earning money.

¹⁰⁸phir kisma-kisma ke chitra baith bana dete hain।

¹²⁰Therefore, they sit and create so many types of image.

¹⁰⁹vahaan hi dekho sundar krishna ka mandir, vahaan hi saanvare krishna ka mandir।

¹²¹In the one place they have a temple to the beautiful Krishna and also a temple to the ugly Krishna.

¹¹⁰kaaran to chaahiye na।

¹²²There has to be a reason for that.

¹¹¹kitni andhashraddha hai!

¹²³There is so much blind faith.

¹¹²ab bhakti maarga khatma ho gyaan maarga jindaabaad hota hai।

¹²⁴The path of devotion is coming to an end and the path of knowledge is becoming victorious.

¹¹³baaki samay to thoda hai, sabko marna to zaroor hai।

¹²⁵There is very little time and everyone definitely has to die.

¹¹⁴putra-potre vaaris banne nahin hain।

¹²⁶Your children and grandchildren won’t become your heirs.

¹¹⁵vahaan tumko yeh gyaan hi nahin rahega ki sangam par hamne raajaai ke liye yeh purushaartha kiya tha।

¹²⁷There, you won't even have the knowledge that you made effort for the kingdom at the confluence age.

¹¹⁶vahaan to pavitra srishti chal padti hai।

¹²⁸There, the pure world continues.

¹¹⁷yahaan tum jaante ho ki barobar ham baba ki raajdhaani ke hakdaar hain।

¹²⁹Here, you know that you are truly the ones who have a right to Baba's kingdom.

¹¹⁸vahaan yeh pata nahin rahega ki kaun-se karma kiye the, kaise banen - yeh sab bhool jaata hai।

¹³⁰There, you won't know what actions you performed or how you became that. ¹³¹You will have forgotten all of this.

¹¹⁹vahaan patit hote hi nahin, jo paavan banne ke liye guru ki darkaar pade।

¹³²There are no impure ones there that they would need a guru to become pure.

¹²⁰baap pair dhokar bachchon ko takhta par bithaate hain।

¹³³A father washes the children's feet and sits them on the throne.

¹²¹guru chaahiye sadgati ke liye।

¹³⁴A guru is needed for salvation.

¹²²vahaan to hai hi sadgati। ¹²³guru ki darkaar hi nahin।

¹³⁵There, there is already salvation and so there is no need for a guru.

¹²⁴baap kehte hain apne ko aatma samjho, deh-abhimaan mein na raho।

¹³⁶The Father says: Consider yourself to be a soul. ¹³⁷Do not stay in body consciousness.

¹²⁵main aatma abhi doctor ke roop mein hoon, main aatma magistrate hoon phir yeh shareer chhodne ke baad pata nahin kya banoonga?

¹³⁸I, the soul, am a doctor. ¹³⁹I, the soul, am a magistrate. ¹⁴⁰I don't know what I will become after shedding this body.

¹²⁶ham is shareer dvaara padhte hain।

¹⁴¹We are studying through these bodies.

¹²⁷aatma hi in organs dvaara padhti hai, aatma hi sunti hai - yeh samajhne ki baaten hain, na ki danta kathaayen hain।

¹⁴²The soul studies through these organs. ¹⁴³It is the soul that listens. ¹⁴⁴These matters have to be understood; they are not tall stories.

¹²⁸baap kehte hain yeh saari duniya kabristaan honi hai।

¹⁴⁵The Father says: The whole world has to become a graveyard. ¹⁴⁶Now, wake up!

¹²⁹ab jaago, nahin to bhambhor ko aag lagne ke samay haay-haay karenge।

¹⁴⁷Otherwise, at the time the haystack is set on fire, there will be cries of distress.

¹³⁰parantu kuchh bhi kar nahin sakenge, kaal kha jaayega, traahi-traahi karke rah jaayenge।

¹⁴⁸However, you won't be able to do anything at that time. ¹⁴⁹Death will eat you up. ¹⁵⁰You will just remain there crying out in distress.

¹³¹sajaayen bhi bahut khaayenge।

¹⁵¹There will also be a lot of punishment.

¹³²abhi humein paapon ka khaata khalaas kar punya ke khaate ko jama karna hai।

¹⁵²We now have to end our accounts of sin and accumulate our accounts of charity.

¹³³nayesir 21 janmon ke liye jama karna hai।

¹⁵³We have to accumulate anew everything for 21 births.

¹³⁴jama hoga baap ko yaad karne se।

¹⁵⁴It will be accumulated by remembering the Father.

¹³⁵puraana khaata chuktu ho jaana chaahiye।

¹⁵⁵Your old accounts have to be settled.

¹³⁶gyaan kitna sahaj hai!

¹⁵⁶Knowledge is so easy.

¹³⁷tumhaari roj kitni kamaai hoti hai!

¹⁵⁷You earn such an income every day.

¹³⁸jitna jo yaad karte hain, svadarshan chakra phiraate hain to athaah kamaai karte hain, anginat।

¹⁵⁸To the extent that you remember Baba and spin the discus of self-realisation, so you accumulate plenty of income; it is countless.

¹³⁹vahaan koi ginti thode hi hoti hai।

¹⁵⁹There, you don't count anything.

¹⁴⁰abhi jhopdiyon mein baithe hain phir mahlon mein baithenge।

¹⁶⁰You are now sitting in huts whereas later you will sit in palaces.

¹⁴¹farka to rehta hai na - jhopdi aur mahal mein।

¹⁶¹There is a difference, is there not, between a hut and a palace?

¹⁴²brahma dvaara nai duniya sthaapan ho jaayegi to puraani duniya ka vinaash ho jaayega।

¹⁶²When the new world has been established through Brahma, the old world will be destroyed.

¹⁴³abhi ki baat hai na।

¹⁶³This refers to the present time.

¹⁴⁴raajdhaani ki sthaapna ho jaayegi phir jisne jitna purushaartha kiya so kiya phir vinaash ho jaayega isliye ab gaphlat nahin karni chaahiye।

¹⁶⁴When the kingdom is established, whatever effort each one of you was able to make will have been made and destruction will take place. ¹⁶⁵Therefore, you mustn't make any mistakes now.

¹⁴⁵savere uthkar yaad mein baith jaana chaahiye।

¹⁶⁶Wake up early in the morning and sit in remembrance.

¹⁴⁶jitna yaad ka chart rakho utna achha hai aur phir utna hi oonch pad paayenge।

¹⁶⁷The more you keep a chart of remembrance, the better it will be and you will then claim a high status accordingly.

¹⁴⁷shivbaaba ke gale ka haar banenge।

¹⁶⁸You will become the garland around Shiv Baba's neck.

¹⁴⁸dil darpan mein dekhna hai ki main laayak bana hoon - lakshmi-naaraayan ko varne?

¹⁶⁹Look in the mirror of your heart to see if you have become worthy of marrying Lakshmi or Narayan.

¹⁴⁹ham baba-mama jaisi service karte hain?

¹⁷⁰Am I doing service like Mama and Baba?

¹⁵⁰kisma-kisma ke phool hain।

¹⁷¹There are different types of flower.

¹⁵¹yeh baagvaan baba ka human gulshan hai।

¹⁷²This is the human garden of Baba, the Master of the Garden.

¹⁵²kahenge - dekho, kumaarka, manohar kitne achhe-achhe phool hain! ¹⁵³yeh ratan jyot hai।

¹⁷³It would be said: Look! ¹⁷⁴Kumarka and Manohar are such good flowers! ¹⁷⁵This one is a ratan-jyot (jewel of light).

¹⁵⁴baba is bageeche ko dekhte phir us bageeche mein jaakar phoolon ko dekhte hain।

¹⁷⁶Baba sees this garden and then goes into the other garden and looks at the flowers.

¹⁵⁵baagvaan jaanch karte hain phoolon ki, to bachchon ko follow karna chaahiye - number one, tu phool kaun-kaun hain?

¹⁷⁷The Master of the Garden checks the flowers and so the children should follow Him. ¹⁷⁸Who are the number one and two flowers?

¹⁵⁶aisa banna chaahiye।

¹⁷⁹You have to become like them.

¹⁵⁷21 janmon ke liye raajaai pad paana koi kam baat thode hi hai!

¹⁸⁰To claim a royal status for 21 births is not a small thing. ¹⁸¹There is plenty of happiness.

¹⁵⁸athaah sukh hain। ¹⁵⁹vishwa ka maalik banna hai।

¹⁸²You have to become the masters of the world.

¹⁶⁰yeh school hai।

¹⁸³This is a school.

¹⁶¹us jismaani padhaai ke saath yeh roohaani padhaai karo।
