2Praśhna  : kahā jātā hai , ātmā apnā hī śhatru , apnā hī mitr hai , sachchī mitratā kyā hai  ?

3Question: It is said that a soul is his own worst enemy and his own best friend. 4What is true friendship?

Answer

3Uttar  : ēk bāp key|kī śhrīmat par sadā chaltē rahnā - yahī sachchī mitratā hai .

5Answer: Constantly following the shrimat of the one Father is true friendship. 6True friendship is to remember the one Father and become pure and claim the full inheritance from the Father.

4Sachchī mitratā hai ēk bāp kō yād kar pāvan bannā aur bāp sē pūrā varsā lēnā .

7Only the Father tells you the way to form this friendship.

5Yah mitratā karnē key|kī yukti bāp hī batlātē haĩ . 6Saṅgamyug par hī ātmā apnā mitr bantī hai .

8It is at the confluence age that each of you souls becomes your own best friend.

Song

7Gīt  : tūnē rāt ganvāī …

9Song: You spent the night sleeping and the day eating.

Murli

8Ōm śhānti .

10Om shanti.

9Yū̃ tō yah gīt haĩ bhakti mārg K|kē , sārī duniyā mē̃ jō gīt gātē haĩ vā śhāstra paṛhtē haĩ , tīrthō̃ par jātē haĩ , vah sab hai bhakti mārg .

11This song in fact belongs to the path of devotion. 12Throughout the whole world, singing songs, studying scriptures and going on pilgrimages all belong to the path of devotion.

10Gyān mārg kiskō kahā jātā hai , bhakti mārg kiskō kahā jātā hai , yah tum bachchē hī samajhtē hō .

13Only you children understand what is meant by the path of knowledge and what is meant by the path of devotion.

11Vēd śhāstra , upaniṣhad ādi yah sab haĩ bhakti K|kē .

14The Vedas, the scriptures, the Upanishads etc. all belong to the path of devotion.

12Ādhākalp bhakti chaltī hai aur ādhākalp phir gyān kī prālabdha chaltī hai .

15The reward of knowledge lasts for the first half cycle and devotion lasts for the next half cycle.

13Bhakti kartē-kartē utarnā hī hai .

16Whilst performing devotion you have to descend.

1484 punarjanma lētē nīchē utartē haĩ . 15Phir ēk janm mē̃ tumhārī chaṛhtī kalā hōtī hai .

17Whilst taking 84 births, you descend and then, for one birth, it is your stage of ascent.

16Iskō kahā jātā hai gyān mārg .

18This is called the path of knowledge.

17Gyān kē liē gāyā huā hai ēk second mē̃ jīvanmukti .

19It has been remembered of knowledge that liberation-in-life can be claimed in a second.

18Rāvaṇ rājya jō dvāpar sē chalā ātā hai , vah khatm hō phir rāmrājya sthāpan hōtā hai .

20The kingdom of Ravan that has continued since the copper age began is to end and then the kingdom of Rama will begin.

19Drama mē̃ jab tumhārē 84 janm pūrē hōtē haĩ tab chaṛhtī kalā sē sabkā bhalā hōtā hai .

21When you have completed your 84 births in the drama, everyone benefits because of your ascending stage.

20Yah akṣhar kahā̃ na kahā̃ kisī śhāstrō̃ mē̃ haĩ .

22These words are written somewhere or other in one scripture or another.

21Chaṛhtī kalā sarv kā bhalā . 22Sarv key|kī sadgati karnē vālā tō ēk hī bāp hai nā .

23When your stage ascends, there is benefit for everyone. 24Only the one Father grants salvation to all.

23Sanyāsī udāsī tō anēk prakār K|kē haĩ . 24Bahut mat-matāntar haĩ .

25There are as many different ideas as the many different types of sannyasis etc.

25Jaisē śhāstrō̃ mē̃ likhā hai kalp key|kī āyu lākhō̃ varṣh , ab śhaṅkarāchārya key|kī mat nikalī 10 hazār varṣh . . . kitnā fark hō jātā hai .

26It has been written in the scriptures that the duration of each cycle is hundreds of thousands of years. 27Shankaracharya's idea is that it lasts for 10,000 years.

26Kōī phir kahēgā itnē hazār .

28There is such a vast difference!

27Kaliyug mē̃ hai anēk manuṣhya , anēk matē̃ , anēk dharm .

29Then, some still say that it lasts for hundreds of thousands of years.

28Satyug mē̃ hōtī hī hai ēk mat . 29Yah bāp baiṭh tum bachchō̃ kō sr̥iṣhṭi K|kē ādi-madhy-ant kā knowledge sunātē haĩ .

30There are many human beings, many opinions and many different religions in the iron age. 31In the golden age, there is only one direction.

30Is sunānē mē̃ bhī kitnā samay lagtā hai . 31Sunātē hī rahtē haĩ .

32The Father sits here and tells you children the knowledge of the beginning, the middle and the end of the world.

32Aisē nahī̃ kah saktē pahlē kyō̃ nahī̃ yah sab sunāyā .

33How long does it take Him to tell you this? 34He continues to tell you things.

33School mē̃ paṛhāī number-vār hōtī hai .

35You mustn't ask why you were not told all of this before.

34Chhōṭē bachchō̃ kō organs chhōṭē hōtē haĩ tō unkō thōṛā sikhlātē haĩ .

36Children are taught in a school, numberwise. 37Young children have small organs and so they are taught very little.

35Phir jaisē-jaisē organs baṛē hōtē jāyēṅgē , buddhi kā tālā khultā jāyēgā . 36Paṛhāī dhāraṇ kartē jāyēṅgē .

38As they become older and their organs grow, the locks on their intellects open and they are able to imbibe their lessons.

37Chhōṭē bachchō̃ key|kī buddhi mē̃ kuchh dhārṇā hō na sakē .

39Nothing can be inculcated in the intellects of small children.

38Baṛā hōtā hai tō phir barrister judge ādi bantē haĩ , ismē̃ bhī aisē hai . 39Kōī key|kī buddhi mē̃ dhārṇā achchhī hōtī hai .

40When they grow older, they become barristers and judges etc. 41The same happens here: the intellects of some are able to imbibe this knowledge very well.

40Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ āyā hū̃ patit sē pāvan banānē . 41Tō ab patit duniyā sē vairāgya hōnā chāhiē .

42The Father says: I have come to change you from impure to pure, and so you should now have disinterest in the impure world.

42Ātmā pāvan banē tō phir patit duniyā mē̃ rah na sakē .

43When souls become pure, they cannot stay in this impure world.

43Patit duniyā mē̃ ātmā bhī patit hai , manuṣhya bhī patit haĩ .

44In the impure world, souls are impure and human beings are also impure.

44Pāvan duniyā mē̃ manuṣhya bhī pāvan , patit duniyā mē̃ manuṣhya bhī patit rahtē haĩ .

45In the pure world, human beings are pure. 46Impure human beings reside in the impure world.

45Yah hai hī rāvaṇ rājya .

47This is the kingdom of Ravan.

46Yathā rājā-rānī tathā prajā .

48As are the king and queen, so are their subjects.

47Yah sārā gyān hai buddhi sē samajhnē kā .

49All of this knowledge has to be understood by intellects.

48Is samay sabhī key|kī bāp sē hai viparīt buddhi .

50At this time, no one's intellect has love for God.

49Tum bachchē tō bāp kō yād kartē hō . 50Andar mē̃ bāp kē liē pyār hai .

51You children remember the Father and some of you have internal love for Him.

51Ātmā mē̃ bāp kē liē pyār hai , regard hai kyōṅki bāp kō jāntē haĩ .

52You souls love the Father. 53You have regard for the Father because you have recognised Him.

52Yahā̃ tum sammukh hō .

54You are now personally here in front of Baba.

53Śhivbābā sē sun rahē hō .

55You are listening to Shiv Baba.

54Vah manuṣhya sr̥iṣhṭi kā bījrūp , gyān kā sāgar , prēm kā sāgar , ānand kā sāgar hai .

56He is the Seed of the human world tree, the Ocean of Knowledge, the Ocean of Love and the Ocean of Bliss.

55Gītā gyān dātā parampitā trimūrti śhiv paramātmā vāch .

57It is the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, Trimurti Shiva, the Bestower of the Knowledge of the Gita, who speaks.

56Trimūrti akṣhar jarūr ḍālnā hai kyōṅki trimūrti kā tō gāyan hai nā .

58You must definitely use the word “Trimurti” because the Trimurti has been remembered.

57Brahmā dvārā sthāpanā tō jarūr brahmā dvārā hī gyān sunāyēṅgē .

59Establishment takes place through Brahma. 60Therefore, knowledge must definitely be given through Brahma.

58Kr̥iṣhṇa tō aisē nahī̃ kahē̃gē ki śhiv bhagvānuvāch .

61Krishna wouldn’t say, "God Shiva speaks."

59Prērṇā sē kuchh hōtā nahī̃ . 60Na unmē̃ śhivbābā key|kī pravēśhtā hō saktī hai .

62Nothing happens through inspiration, nor can Shiv Baba enter him (Krishna).

61Śhivbābā tō parāyē dēśh mē̃ ātē haĩ .

63Shiv Baba enters the foreign world.

62Satyug tō kr̥iṣhṇa kā dēśh hai nā . 63Tō dōnō̃ key|kī mahimā alag-alag hai .

64The golden age is the land of Krishna, and so the praise of each is distinct.

64Mukhya bāt hī yah hai .

65This is the main thing.

65Satyug mē̃ gītā tō kōī paṛhtē nahī̃ .

66No one in the golden age studies the Gita.

66Bhakti mārg mē̃ tō janma-janmāntar paṛhtē haĩ .

67On the path of devotion, it is studied for birth after birth.

67Gyān mārg mē̃ tō vah hō na sakē .

68That doesn't happen on the path of knowledge.

68Bhaktimārg mē̃ gyān key|kī bātē̃ hōtī nahī̃ .

69The things of knowledge don't exist on the path of devotion.

69Abhī rachtā bāp hī rachnā K|kē ādi-madhy-ant kā gyān dētē haĩ .

70The Father, the Creator, now gives you the knowledge of the beginning, the middle and the end of creation.

70Manuṣhya tō rachtā hō na sakē .

71No human being can be the Creator.

71Manuṣhya kah na sakē̃ ki maĩ rachtā hū̃ .

72A human being cannot say, "I am the Creator".

72Bāp khud kahtē haĩ - maĩ manuṣhya sr̥iṣhṭi kā bīj-rūp hū̃ . 73Maĩ gyān kā sāgar , prēm kā sāgar , sarv kā sadgati dātā hū̃ .

73The Father Himself says: I am the Seed of the human world tree; I am the Ocean of Knowledge, the Ocean of Love and the One who grants salvation to all.

74Kr̥iṣhṇa key|kī mahimā hī alag hai .

74The praise of Krishna is completely distinct from this.

75Tō yah pūrā contrast likhnā chāhiē . 76Jō manuṣhya paṛhnē sē jhaṭ samajh jāē̃ ki gītā kā gyān dātā kr̥iṣhṇa nahī̃ hai , is bāt kō svīkār kiyā tō yah tumnē jīt pahanī .

75Therefore, write the contrast of their praise correctly, so that, as soon as people read it, they will immediately understand that Krishna is not the bestower of the knowledge of the Gita.

77Manuṣhya kr̥iṣhṇa K|kē pichhāṛī kitnā hairān hōtē haĩ , jaisē śhiv K|kē bhakta śhiv par galā kāṭ dēnē kō taiyār hō jātē haĩ , bas hamkō śhiv kē pās jānā hai , vaisē vah samajhtē haĩ kr̥iṣhṇa kē pās jānā hai .

76You will gain victory when they accept this one aspect. 77People get very distressed for the sake of Krishna, just as devotees of Shiva are prepared to cut their own throats. 78All they want to do is to go to Shiva. 79Similarly, Krishna’s devotees think that they are going to Krishna.

78Parantu kr̥iṣhṇa kē pās jā na sakē̃ .

80However, no one can go to Krishna.

79Kr̥iṣhṇa kē pās bali chaṛhnē key|kī bāt nahī̃ hōtī hai .

81There is no question of sacrificing themselves to Krishna.

80Dēviyō̃ par bali chaṛhtē haĩ . 81Dēvtāō̃ par kabhī kōī bali nahī̃ chaṛhē̃gē .

82People sacrifice themselves to the goddesses; none of them sacrifice themselves to the deities.

82Tum dēviyā̃ hō nā .

83You are those goddesses.

83Tum śhivbābā K|kē banē hō tō śhivbābā par bhī bali chaṛhtē haĩ .

84You belong to Shiv Baba. 85Therefore, they also sacrifice themselves to Shiv Baba.

84Śhāstrō̃ mē̃ hiṃsak bātē̃ likh dī haĩ .

86Things of violence have been written in the scriptures.

85Tum tō śhivbābā K|kē bachchē hō . 86Tan-man-dhan bali chaṛhātē hō , aur kōī bāt nahī̃ isliē śhiv aur dēviyō̃ par bali chaṛhātē haĩ .

87You are Shiv Baba's children and it is your minds, bodies and wealth that you sacrifice to Him. 88There is nothing more to it than this. 89This is why people sacrifice themselves to Shiva and the goddesses.

87Ab government nē śhiv kāśhī par bali chaṛhānā band kar diyā hai .

90The Government has now stopped people from sacrificing themselves at Shiv Kashi.

88Abhī vah talvār hī nahī̃ hai .

91That sword is no longer there.

89Bhakti mārg mē̃ jō āpghāt kartē haĩ yah bhī jaisē apnē sāth śhatrutā karnē kā upāya hai .

92When someone on the path of devotion commits suicide, that is the way of being one's own enemy.

90Mitratā karnē kā ēk hī upāya hai jō bāp batlātē haĩ - pāvan bankar bāp sē pūrā varsā lō|low .

93There is only one way for becoming your own friend. 94The Father has told you: Become pure and claim your full inheritance from the Father.

91Ēk bāp key|kī śhrīmat par chaltē rahō , yahī mitratā hai .

95Continue to follow the shrimat of the one Father. 96This is true friendship.

92Bhakti mārg mē̃ jīvātmā apnā hī śhatru hai .

97Human souls on the path of devotion are their own enemies.

93Phir bāp ākar gyān dētē haĩ tō jīvātmā apnā mitr bantī hai .

98When the Father comes and gives you souls this knowledge, you become your own friends.

94Ātmā pavitra ban bāp sē varsā lētī hai , saṅgamyug par har ēk ātmā kō bāp ākar mitr banātē haĩ .

99You souls become pure and claim the inheritance from the Father. 100The Father comes at the confluence age and makes every soul his own friend.

95Ātmā apnā mitr bantī hai , śhrīmat miltī hai tō samajhtī hai ham bāp key|kī mat par hī chalē̃gē .

101Each of you souls becomes your own friend. 102When they receive shrimat, they feel that they will only follow the Father's directions.

96Apnī mat par ādhākalp chalē .

103You have been following your own dictates for half a cycle.

97Ab śhrīmat par sadgati kō pānā hai , ismē̃ apnī mat chal na sakē .

104It is by following shrimat that you receive salvation. 105You mustn't use your own dictates in this.

98Bāp tō sirph mat dētē haĩ .

106The Father simply gives you directions.

99Tum dēvtā bannē āyē hō nā .

107You have come here in order to become deities.

100Yahā̃ achchhē karma karē̃gē tō dūsrē janm mē̃ bhī achchhā phal milēgā , amarlōk mē̃ .

108By performing good deeds here, you receive good fruit in your next births in the land of immortality.

101Yah tō hai hī mr̥ityulōk .

109This is the land of death.

102Yah rāz bhī tum bachchē hī jāntē hō . 103Sō bhī number-vār .

110However, only you children understand the significance of this, numberwise.

104Kōī key|kī buddhi mē̃ achchhī rīti dhārṇā hōtī hai , kōī dhārṇā nahī̃ kar saktē tō ismē̃ teacher kyā kar saktē haĩ .

111The intellects of some of you are able to imbibe this knowledge very well. 112Others are unable to imbibe it, so what can the Teacher do?

105Teacher sē kr̥ipā vā āśhīrvād māṅgē̃gē kyā .

113Would you ask for mercy or blessings from a teacher?

106Teacher tō paṛhākar apnē ghar chalē jātē haĩ .

114A teacher teaches and then goes to his home.

107School mē̃ pahlē-pahlē khudā key|kī bandgī ākar kartē haĩ - hē khudā hamkō pās|pass karānā tō phir ham bhōg lagāyēṅgē .

115When children go to school, they first pray to God: O God! 116Make me pass and I will offer bhog to you!

108Teacher kō kabhī nahī̃ kahē̃gē ki āśhīrvād karō .

117They would never say to their teacher, "Give me blessings!"

109Is samay paramātmā hamārā bāp bhī hai tō teacher bhī hai .

118At this time, the Supreme Soul is our Teacher as well as our Father.

110Bāp key|kī āśhīrvād tō understood hai hī .

119It is understood that a child always has his father's blessings.

111Bāp bachchē kō chāhtē haĩ , bachchā āyē tō uskō dhan dū̃ .

120A man desires to have children: When I have a son, I can give him my wealth.

112Tō yah āśhīrvād huī nā .

121That is the blessing.

113Yah ēk kāydā hai . 114Bachchē kō bāp sē varsā miltā hai . 115Ab tō tamōpradhān hī hōtē jātē haĩ .

122It is the law for a son to receive an inheritance from his father, but everyone now continues to become tamopradhan.

116Jaisā bāp vaisē bachchē .

123As is the father, so are the children.

117Din-pratidin her|har chīz tamōpradhān hōtī jātī hai .

124Day by day, everything is becoming tamopradhan.

118Tatva bhī tamōpradhān hī hōtē jātē haĩ .

125Nature too is becoming tamopradhan.

119Yah hai hī duḥkhdhām .

126This is the land of sorrow.

12040 hazār varṣh abhī aur āyu hō tō kyā hall|hāl hō jāyēgā .

127If this world were to last for another 40,000 years, what would its state be?

121Manuṣhyō̃ key|kī buddhi bilkul hī tamōpradhān hō gaī hai .

128The intellects of human beings have become completely tamopradhan.

122Abhī tum bachchō̃ key|kī buddhi mē̃ bāp kē sāth yōg rakhnē sē rōśhnī ā gaī hai .

129Now, by fixing your intellects in yoga with the Father, you receive light.

123Bāp kahtē haĩ jitnā yād mē̃ rahē̃gē utnā light baṛhtī jāyēgī .

130The Father says: The more you stay in remembrance, the more enlightened you will become.

124Yād sē ātmā pavitra bantī hai . 125Light baṛhtī jātī hai .

131By having remembrance, you souls become pure and your enlightenment increases.

126Yād hī nahī̃ karē̃gē tō light milēgī nahī̃ .

132If you do not have remembrance, you do not receive enlightenment.

127Yād sē light vr̥iddhi kō pāyēgī .

133By having remembrance, your enlightenment grows.

128Yād nahī̃ kiyā aur kōī vikarma kar liyā tō light kam hō jāyēgī .

134If you don't have remembrance or you perform sinful deeds, your light dims.

129Tum purūṣhārth kartē hō satōpradhān bannē kā .

135You are making effort to become satopradhan.

130Yah baṛī samajhnē key|kī bātē̃ haĩ .

136These aspects have to be understood.

131Yād sē hī tumhārī ātmā pavitra hōtī jāyēgī .

137It is by having remembrance that you souls will continue to become pure.

132Tum likh bhī saktē hō yah rachayitā aur rachnā kā gyān śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa dē nahī̃ saktē .

138You can write: Shri Krishna cannot give the knowledge of the Creator or creation.

133Vah tō hai prālabdh .

139The status of Krishna is the reward.

134Yah bhī likh dēnā chāhiē ki 84 vē̃ antim janm mē̃ kr̥iṣhṇa key|kī ātmā phir sē gyān lē rahī hai phir first number mē̃ jātē haĩ .

140Also write: The Krishna soul is now in his final, 84th birth and is once again taking this knowledge. 141He will then become number one again.

135Bāp nē yah bhī samjhāyā hai satyug mē̃ 9 lākh hī hōṅgē , phir unsē vr̥iddhi bhī hōgī nā .

142The Father has also explained that there will be 900,000 in the golden age. 143That number will then increase.

136Dās-dāsiyā̃ bhī bahut hī hōṅgē nā , jō pūrē 84 janma lētē haĩ .

144Many maids and servants who take the full 84 births will be there.

13784 janm hī ginē jātē haĩ .

145It is an account of 84 births.

138Jō achchhī rīti imtahān pās|pass karē̃gē vah pahlē-pahlē āyēṅgē .

146Those who pass the exams with full marks are the ones who come first.

139Jitnā dērī sē jāyēṅgē tō makān purānā tō kahē̃gē nā .

147The later you come, the older the building would be said to be.

140Nayā makān bantā hai phir din-pratidin āyu kam hōtī jāyēgī .

148A building is new when it is first built. 149Then, day by day, its lifespan decreases.

141Vahā̃ tō sōnē K|kē mahal bantē haĩ , vah tō purānē hō na sakē .

150There, there will be palaces of gold and they cannot grow old.

142Sōnā tō sadaiv chamaktā hī hōgā . 143Phir bhī sāph jarūr karnā paṛē .

151Gold always shines but it still definitely has to be cleaned.

144Zewar bhī bhal pakkē sōnē K|kē banāō tō bhī ākhrīn chamak tō kam hōtī hai , phir unkō polish chāhiē .

152Even though jewellery may be made of real gold, even then, its shine decreases and it therefore needs to be polished.

145Tum bachchō̃ kō sadaiv yah khuśhī rahnī chāhiē ki ham naī duniyā mē̃ jātē haĩ . 146Is nark mē̃ yah antim janm hai .

153You children should constantly have the happiness that you are going to the new world and that this is your last birth in this hell.

147In āṅkhō̃ sē jō dēkhtē haĩ , jāntē haĩ yah purānī duniyā , purānā śharīr hai .

154Whatever you see with your eyes, you know that it belongs to this old world or your old bodies.

148Abhī hamkō satyug naī duniyā mē̃ nayā śharīr lēnā hai .

155You are now to take new bodies in the new golden-aged world.

1495 tatva bhī nayē hōtē haĩ .

156The five elements there are also new.

150Aisē vichār sāgar manthan chalnā chāhiē .

157Churn the ocean of knowledge in this way.

215 Not to give regard to the ideas of others or to cut them off is a royal form of body consciousness.

209Dūsrō̃ key|kī bātō̃ kō regard na dēnā , kaṭ kar dēnā - yah bhī dēh abhimān kā royal rūp hai jō apnā vā dūsrō̃ kā apmān karātā hai kyōṅki jō kaṭ kartā hai usē abhimān ātā hai aur jiskī bāt kō kaṭ kartā usē apmān lagtā hai isliē sākṣhī dr̥iṣhṭā K|kē vardān kō smr̥iti mē̃ rakh , drama key|kī ḍhāl va drama K|kē paṭṭē par her|har karma aur saṅkalp kartē huē , maĩ pan K|kē is royal rūp kō bhī samāpt kar har ēk key|kī bāt kō sammān dō , snēh dō tō vah sadā kē liē sahyōgī hō jāyēgā .
