²Question: Which habit should each one of you children instil in yourself?

³Answer: To explain points of the murli. ⁴If your Brahmin teacher goes somewhere, it should be possible to hold class among yourselves.

⁴braahmani (teacher) agar kahin chali jaati hai to aapas mein milkar class chalaani chaahiye।

⁵If you do not learn how to conduct class, how would it be possible to make others become like yourselves?

⁵agar murli chalaana nahin seekhenge to aap samaan kaise banaayenge।

⁶You should not become confused without your teacher.

⁶braahmani bigar moonjhana nahin chaahiye।

⁷This study is simple.

⁷padhaai to simple hai। ⁸class chalaate raho, yeh bhi practice karni hai।

⁸Continue to keep the class going because this practice is also required.

¹¹bachche jab sunte hain to apne ko aatma nishchay kar baithe aur yeh nishchay karen ki baap paramatma hamko suna rahe hain। ¹²yeh direction athva mat ek hi baap dete hain।

¹¹When you children are listening to this knowledge, each of you should sit with the faith that you are a soul and also have the faith that the Father, the Supreme Soul, is speaking it to you.

¹³unko hi shreemat kaha jaata hai।

¹²Only the one Father gives these directions.

¹⁴shri arthaat shreshtha te shreshtha।

¹³These directions are called shrimat.

¹⁵woh hai behad ka baap, jisko oonch te oonch bhagwan kaha jaata hai।

¹⁴Shri means the most elevated of all. ¹⁵He is the unlimited Father who is called God, the Highest on High.

¹⁶bahut manushya hain jo us lav se paramatma ko baap samajhte bhi nahin hain।

¹⁶There are many human beings who don’t have the love to consider the Supreme Soul to be the Father.

¹⁷bhal shiv ki bhakti karte hain, bahut pyaar se yaad karte hain parantu manushyon ne kah diya hai ki sabhi mein paramatma hai, to woh lav kiske saath rakhen isliye baap se vipreet buddhi ho gaye hain।

¹⁷Although they worship Shiva and remember Him with a lot of love, human beings have also said that the Supreme Soul is in everyone. ¹⁸Therefore, for whom would they have that love? ¹⁹This is how their intellects have no love for the Father.

¹⁸bhakti mein jab koi duhkh va rog aadi hota hai to preet dikhaate hain।

²⁰On the path of devotion, when they have sorrow or some illness etc., they show their love.

¹⁹kehte hain bhagwan raksha karo।

²¹They say: O God, protect me!

²⁰bachche jaante hain geeta hai shreemat bhagwan ke mukh se gaai hui।

²²You children know that the Gita was shrimat given by God through this mouth.

²¹aur koi aisa shaastra nahin jismen bhagwan ne raajayog sikhaaya ho va shreemat di ho।

²³There is no other scripture in which God taught Raj Yoga or gave shrimat.

²²ek hi bhaarat ki geeta hai, jiska prabhaav bhi bahut hai।

²⁴There is just the one Gita of Bharat. ²⁵That has a great deal of impact.

²³ek geeta hi bhagwan ki gaai hui hai, bhagwan kahne se ek niraakaar taraph hi drishti jaati hai।

²⁶Only the Gita is spoken by God. ²⁷When the word "God" is said, the vision goes towards the incorporeal One.

²⁴anguli se ishaara oopar mein karenge।

²⁸People point their finger upwards.

²⁵krishna ke liye aise kabhi nahin kahenge kyonki woh to dehdhaari hai na।

²⁹They would never say this of Krishna because he is a bodily being.

²⁶tumko ab unke saath sambandh ka pata pada hai isliye kaha jaata hai baap ko yaad karo, unse preet rakho।

³⁰You now understand about your relationship with Him. ³¹Therefore, you are told to remember the Father and have love for Him.

²⁷aatma apne baap ko yaad karti hai।

³²Souls remember their Father. ³³God is now teaching you children.

²⁸abhi woh bhagwan bachchon ko padha rahe hain।

³⁴Therefore, you should have a great deal of intoxication.

²⁹to woh nasha bahut chadhna chaahiye।

³⁵It should also be permanent.

³⁰aur nasha bhi sthaai chadhna chaahiye। ³¹aise nahin braahmani saamne hai to nasha chadhe, braahmani nahin to nasha ud jaae। ³²bas braahmani bigar ham class nahin kar sakte।

³⁶It should not be that when your teacher is in front of you, you are intoxicated and when she is not there, your intoxication disappears and you say that you are unable to look after the class without your teacher.

³³koi-koi centres ke liye baba samjhaate hain kahaan se 5-6 maas bhi braahmani nikal jaati to aapas mein centre sambhaalte hain kyonki padhaai to simple hai।

³⁷Baba explains that at some centres the teacher might go away for five to six months and that the students are able to look after their centre, because this study is very simple.

³⁴kai to braahmani bigar jaise andhe loole ho jaate hain।

³⁸Some become blind and lame without their teacher.

³⁹Because their teacher has gone somewhere, they stop going to their centre.

³⁷guru baahar chala jaata hai to chele pichhaadi mein sambhaalte hain na।

⁴²When a guru goes somewhere, his disciples take care of everything in his absence.

³⁸bachchon ko service karni hain।

⁴³Children have to do service. ⁴⁴Students are numberwise.

³⁹student mein nambarvaar to hote hi hain।

⁴⁵BapDada knows where He has to send the first-class children.

⁴⁰baapdaada jaante hain kahaan first class ko bhejna hai।

⁴⁶You children have been studying for many years.

⁴¹bachche itne varsha seekhe hain, kuchh to dhaarna hui hogi jo centre ko chalaayen aapas mein milkar।

⁴⁷Therefore, you must have learnt something in order to be able to get together and run your centre yourselves.

⁴²murli to milti hi hai। ⁴³points ke aadhaar par hi samjhaate hain।

⁴⁸You continue to receive murlis; an explanation is given on the basis of the points.

⁴⁴sunne ki aadat padi phir sunaane ki aadat padti nahin।

⁴⁹You have developed the habit of listening, but not the habit of giving knowledge.

⁴⁵yaad mein rahen to dhaarna bhi ho। ⁴⁶centre par aise to koi hone chaahiye jo kahen achha braahmani jaati hai, ham centre ko sambhaalte hain।

⁵⁰If you stay in remembrance, you will be able to imbibe knowledge. ⁵¹There has to be someone at your centre who could say: OK, the teacher isn’t here and so I can manage the centre.

⁴⁷baba ne braahmani ko kahaan achhe centre par bheja hai service ke liye।

⁵²Baba has sent the teacher to another good centre for service.

⁴⁸braahmani bigar moonjh nahin jaana chaahiye।

⁵³Therefore, you should not become confused without your teacher.

⁴⁹braahmani jaise nahin banenge to doosron ko aap samaan kaise banaayenge, praja kaise banaayenge।

⁵⁴If you don’t become like your teacher, how are you going to make others become like you? ⁵⁵How would you create subjects?

⁵⁰murli to sabko milti hai।

⁵⁶Everyone receives murlis.

⁵¹bachchon ko khushi honi chaahiye ham gaddi par baith samjhaayen।

⁵⁷You children should be happy to sit on the gaddi and explain knowledge to others.

⁵²practice karne se serviceable ban sakte hain।

⁵⁸By practising this, you can become serviceable.

⁵³baba poochhte hain serviceable bane ho? ⁵⁴to koi bhi nahin nikalte hain।

⁵⁹When Baba asks whether you have become serviceable, no one comes forward.

⁵⁵service ke liye chhutti le leni chaahiye।

⁶⁰You should take leave from work to do service.

⁵⁶jahaan bhi service ke liye bulaava aaye vahaan par chhutti lekar chale jaana chaahiye।

⁶¹Wherever you are invited to go for service, you should take leave and go there.

⁵⁷jo bandhanmukta bachche hain woh aisi service kar sakte hain।

⁶²The children who are free from bondage can do such service.

⁵⁸us government se to is government ki kamaai bahut oonch hai।

⁶³The income you earn from this Government is much greater than the income from that Government.

⁵⁹bhagwan padhaate hain, jisse tum 21 janmon ke liye vaikuntha ka maalik bante ho।

⁶⁴God is teaching you, through which you become the masters of Paradise for 21 births.

⁶⁰kitni bhaari aamadni hai, us kamaai se kya milega?

⁶⁵The income you earn is so huge! ⁶⁶What would you receive from that income?

⁶¹alpakaal ka sukh।

⁶⁷Temporary happiness.

⁶²yahaan to vishwa ka maalik bante ho।

⁶⁸Here, you become the masters of the world.

⁶³jinko pakka nishchay hai woh to kahenge ham isi seva mein lag jaayen।

⁶⁹Those who have firm faith would say that they will become engaged in this service.

⁶⁴parantu poora nasha chaahiye।

⁷⁰However, there has to be full intoxication.

⁶⁵dekhna hai ham kisko samjha sakte hain!

⁷¹Check yourself and see whether you are able to explain this knowledge to others.

⁶⁶hai bahut sahaj।

⁷²It is very easy.

⁶⁷kaliyug ant mein itne karod manushya hain, satayug mein zaroor thode honge।

⁷³At the end of the iron age, there are billions of human beings whereas in the golden age there will definitely only be a few.

⁶⁸uski sthaapna ke liye zaroor baap sangam par hi aayenge।

⁷⁴The Father would surely come at the confluence age to establish it.

⁶⁹puraani duniya ka vinaash hona hai।

⁷⁵The old world has to be destroyed.

⁷⁰mahaabhaarat ladaai bhi mashhoor hai।

⁷⁶The Mahabharat War is very famous.

⁷¹yeh lagti hi tab hai jabki bhagwan aakar satayug ke liye raajayog sikhlaae raajaaon ka raaja banaate hain।

⁷⁷This war only takes place after God comes and teaches Raj Yoga for the golden age and makes you into the kings of kings.

⁷²karmaateet avastha ko praapta karaate hain।

⁷⁸He enables you to reach your karmateet stage.

⁷³kehte hain deh sahit deh ke sab sambandh chhod maamekam yaad karo to paap katte jaayenge।

⁷⁹He says: Renounce your bodies and all your bodily religions and remember Me alone and your sins will continue to be cut away.

⁷⁴apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karna - yahi mehnat hai।

⁸⁰Effort is needed to consider yourself to be a soul and to remember the Father.

⁷⁵yog ka arth ek bhi manushya nahin jaante hain।

⁸¹Not a single human being knows the meaning of yoga.

⁷⁶baap samjhaate hain bhakti maarga ki bhi drama mein noondh hai।

⁸²The Father explains that the path of devotion is fixed in the drama.

⁷⁷bhakti maarga chalna hi hai।

⁸³The path of devotion has to continue.

⁷⁸khel bana hua hai - gyaan, bhakti, vairaagya।

⁸⁴It is predestined in the play.

⁷⁹vairaagya bhi do prakaar ka hota hai।

⁸⁵There is knowledge, devotion and disinterest.

⁸⁰ek hai had ka vairaagya, doosra hai yeh behad ka vairaagya।

⁸⁶There are two types of disinterest: one is limited disinterest and the other is unlimited.

⁸¹abhi tum bachche saari puraani duniya ko bhoolne ka purooshaartha karte ho kyonki tum jaante ho ham ab shivaalay, paavan duniya mein ja rahe hain।

⁸⁷You children are now making effort to forget the whole of the old world because you know that you are now going to the Temple of Shiva, the pure world.

⁸²tum sab brahmaakumaar-kumaariyaan bhaai-behen ho।

⁸⁸All of you Brahma Kumars and Kumaris are brothers and sisters.

⁸³vikaari drishti ja na sake।

⁸⁹You cannot have vicious vision.

⁸⁴aajkal to sabki drishti criminal ho gai hai। ⁸⁵tamopradhaan hain na।

⁹⁰Nowadays, everyone’s vision has become criminal, because they are tamopradhan.

⁸⁶iska naam hi hai narka parantu apne ko narkavaasi samajhte thode hi hain।

⁹¹This world is called hell but no one considers himself to be a resident of hell.

⁸⁷svayan ka pata hi nahin to kah dete svarga-narka yahaan hi hai।

⁹²Because they don’t know themselves, they say that heaven and hell both exist here together.

⁸⁸jiske man mein jo aaya woh kah diya।

⁹³Each one says whatever enters his mind.

⁸⁹yeh koi svarga nahin hai।

⁹⁴This is not heaven.

⁹⁰svarga mein to kingdom thi।

⁹⁵There was a kingdom in heaven.

⁹⁹tum bachchon mein jo bhi puraani aadten hain woh chhod deni hain।

¹⁰⁴You children have to renounce all your old habits.

¹⁰⁰eershya ki aadat bhi bahut nuksaan karti hai।

¹⁰⁵The habit of jealousy causes a great deal of harm.

¹⁰¹tumhaara saara madaar murli par hai, tum koi ko bhi murli par samjha sakte ho। ¹⁰²parantu andar mein eershya rehti hai - yeh koi braahmani thode hi hai, yeh kya jaanen।

¹⁰⁶Everything of yours depends on the murli from which you can explain this knowledge to anyone, but there is jealousy inside some of you. ¹⁰⁷They feel: That one is not a teacher, what does she know?

¹⁰³bas doosre din aayenge hi nahin।

¹⁰⁸Then, they don’t go to class the next day.

¹⁰⁴aisi aadten puraani padi hui hain, jis kaaran disservice bhi hoti hai।

¹⁰⁹It is these old habits that cause disservice. ¹¹⁰Knowledge is very easy.

¹⁰⁵knowledge to badi sahaj hai।

¹¹¹Kumaris don’t have a job etc.

¹²⁶Bharat used to be 100% solvent.

¹²³ab 100 percent insolvent hai।

¹³⁰girte-girte ekdam duban mein gale tak phans pade hain।

¹³⁴Having gradually fallen, they are now trapped in the quicksand up to their necks.

¹³¹ab tum brahman sabhi ko choti se pakadkar duban se nikaalte ho baahar।

¹³⁵You Brahmins now take hold of them all by their topknots and pull them out of the quicksand.

¹³²aur koi pakadne ki jagah to hai nahin।

¹³⁶There is no other part of the body you can hold on to.

¹³³to choti se pakadna sahaj hai।

¹³⁷Therefore, it is easy to pull them out by their topknots.

¹³⁴duban se nikaalne ke liye choti se pakadna hota hai।

¹³⁸In order to remove them from the quicksand, you have to take hold of their topknots.

¹³⁵duban mein aise phanse hue hain jo baat mat poochho।

¹³⁹They are so trapped in the quicksand, don’t even ask!

¹³⁶bhakti ka raajya hai na।

¹⁴⁰It is the kingdom of devotion.

¹³⁷abhi tum kehte ho baba ham kalpa pahle bhi aapke paas aaye the - raajya bhaagya paane।

¹⁴¹You now say: Baba, we also came to you in the previous cycle to claim our fortune of the kingdom.

¹³⁸lakshmi-naaraayan ke mandir bhal banaate rehte hain parantu unko yeh pata nahin hai ki yeh vishwa ke maalik kaise banen।

¹⁴²Although people build temples to Lakshmi and Narayan, they don’t know how they became the masters of the world.

¹³⁹abhi tum kitne samajhdaar bane ho।

¹⁴³You have now become so sensible.

¹⁴⁰tum jaante ho inhon ne raajya-bhaagya kaise paaya। ¹⁴¹phir 84 janma kaise liye।

¹⁴⁴You know how they attained their fortune of the kingdom and how they then took 84 births.

¹⁴²birla kitne mandir banaate hain। ¹⁴³jaise gudiya bana lete hain।

¹⁴⁵Birla has built many temples, but they (Lakshmi and Narayan) are just made like dolls.

¹⁴⁴woh chhoti-chhoti gudiya yeh phir badi gudiya banaate hain।

¹⁴⁶Those are small dolls, and that one (Birla) makes big dolls (idols).

¹⁴⁵chitra banaakar pooja karte hain।

¹⁴⁷They make idols and then worship them.

¹⁴⁶unka occupation na jaanna to gudiyon ki pooja hui na।

¹⁴⁸Not to know their occupation is like worshipping dolls.

¹⁴⁷abhi tum jaante ho baap ne hamko kitna saahookaar banaaya tha, ab kitne kangaal ban pade hain।

¹⁴⁹You now understand how wealthy the Father made you and how impoverished you have now become.

¹⁴⁸jo poojya the, so ab pujaari ban pade hain।

¹⁵⁰Those who were worthy of worship have now become worshippers.

¹⁴⁹bhakta log bhagwan ke liye kah dete aapehi poojya aapehi pujaari। ¹⁵⁰aap hi sukh dete ho, aap hi duhkh dete ho।

¹⁵¹Devotees say of God that He is both worthy of worship and a worshipper, that He causes sorrow and also gives happiness, that He Himself does everything.

¹⁵¹sab kuchh aap hi karte ho।

¹⁵²They become so intoxicated with that.

¹⁵²bas ismen hi masta ho jaate hain। ¹⁵³kehte hain aatma nirlep hai, kuchh bhi khaao piyo mauj karo, shareer ko lep-chhep lagta hai, woh ganga snaan se shuddh ho jaayega। ¹⁵⁴jo chaahiye so khaao।

¹⁵³They say that souls are immune to the effect of action, that no matter what you eat or drink or how you enjoy yourself, it is your body that will experience the effect of that and that it will be purified by bathing it in the Ganges and that you can therefore eat whatever you want!

¹⁵⁵kya-kya fashion hai।

¹⁵⁴Look how much fashion there is.

¹⁵⁶bas jisne jo rivaaj daala woh chal padta hai।

¹⁵⁵Whatever system and custom someone creates, that system and custom continues.

¹⁵⁸satayug ko ksheer saagar kaha jaata hai।

¹⁵⁷The golden age is called the ocean of milk.

¹⁵⁹yeh hai vishay saagar।

¹⁵⁸This is the ocean of poison.

¹⁶⁰tum jaante ho ham 84 janma lete patit bane hain, tab to patit-paavan baap ko bulaate hain।

¹⁵⁹You know that you became impure while taking 84 births and that that was why you called out to the Purifier Father.

¹⁶¹chitron par samjhaaya jaata hai to manushya sahaj samajh jaaen।

¹⁶⁰When you use pictures to explain, it becomes easy for people to understand.

¹⁶²seedhi mein poora 84 janmon ka vritaanta hai।

¹⁶²If you are not even able to explain such an easy aspect to anyone, Baba would then understand that you’re not studying fully and that you’re not making any progress.

¹⁶⁶tum braahmanon ka kartavya hai - bhramri ke misal keedon ko bhoon-bhoon kar aap samaan banaana।

¹⁶³The duty of you Brahmins is to buzz this knowledge to the insects and make them become like yourselves.

¹⁶⁷aur tumhaara purooshaartha hai - sarpa ke misal puraani khaal chhod nai lene ka।

¹⁶⁴Your efforts are to shed your old skins and take new ones just as a snake does.

¹⁶⁸tum jaante ho yeh puraana sada hua shareer hai, inko chhodna hai।

¹⁶⁵You know that your bodies are old and decayed; they have to be shed.

¹⁶⁹yeh duniya bhi puraani hai। ¹⁷⁰shareer bhi puraana hai।

¹⁶⁶This world is old and these bodies are also old.

¹⁷¹yeh chhodkar ab nai duniya mein jaana hai।

¹⁶⁷You now have to shed them and go to the new world.

¹⁷²tumhaari yeh padhaai hai hi nai duniya svarga ke liye।

¹⁶⁸This study of yours is for the new world of heaven.
