Question
3Praśhna : kaī bachchē chaltē-chaltē takdīr kō āpēhī shoot kartē haĩ kaisē ?
3Question: How do some children shoot their own fortune down whilst moving along?
Answer
4Uttar : agar bāp kā bankar service nahī̃ kartē , apnē par aur dūsrō̃ par rahm nahī̃ kartē tō vah apnī takdīr kō shoot kartē haĩ arthāt pad bhraṣhṭa hō jātē haĩ .
4Answer: If, after belonging to the Father, you don't do service, if you don’t have mercy for yourself or others, you shoot your own fortune down, that is, you destroy your own status. 5If you study well and stay in yoga, you receive a good status.
5Achchhī rīti paṛhē̃ , yōg mē̃ rahē̃ tō pad bhī achchhā milē . 6Serviceable bachchō̃ kō tō service kā bahut śhauk hōnā chāhiē .
6Serviceable children should have a lot of interest in doing service.
Song
7Gīt : kaun āyā savērē-savērē …
7Song: Who has come here early in the morning?
Murli
8Ōm śhānti .
8Om shanti.
9Rūhānī bachchē samajhtē haĩ ham ātmā haĩ , na ki śharīr .
9You spiritual children understand that you are souls and not bodies.
10Aur yah gyān abhī hī miltā hai-paramapitā paramātmā sē .
10It is only at this time that you receive this knowledge from the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.
11Bāp kahtē haĩ jabki maĩ āyā hū̃ tō tum apnē kō ātmā niśhchay karō .
11The Father says: Since I have come, have the faith that you are souls. 12It is a soul that enters a body.
12Ātmā hī śharīr mē̃ pravēśh kartī hai .
13Souls continue to shed their bodies and take others.
13Ēk śharīr chhōṛ dūsrā lētī rahtī hai .
14Souls don't change, bodies do; souls are imperishable.
14Ātmā nahī̃ badaltī , śharīr badaltā hai .
15Therefore, consider yourselves to be souls.
15Ātmā tō avināśhī hai , tō apnē kō ātmā samajhnā hai .
16No one else can ever give you this knowledge.
16Yah gyān kabhī kōī dē na sakē . 17Bāp āyē haĩ bachchō̃ key|kī pukār par .
17Having heard the call of the children, the Father has now come.
18Yah bhī kiskō patā nahī̃ hai ki yah purūṣhōttam saṅgamyug hai .
18No one even knows that this is the most elevated confluence age.
19Bāp ākar samjhātē haĩ mērā ānā hōtā hai kalp K|kē purūṣhōttam saṅgamyug par jabki sārā viśhva purūṣhōttam bantā hai .
19The Father comes and explains: I have to come at the most elevated confluence age when the whole world is to become most elevated.
20Is samay tō sārā viśhva kaniṣhṭ patit hai .
20At this time, the whole world is most degraded and impure.
21Uskō kahā jātā hai amarpurī , yah hai mr̥ityulōk .
21That world is called the land of immortality and this world is called the land of death.
22Mr̥ityulōk mē̃ āsurī guṇ vālē manuṣhya hōtē haĩ , amarlōk mē̃ daivīguṇ vālē manuṣhya haĩ isliē unkō dēvtā kahā jātā hai .
22In the land of death, there are human beings with devilish traits whereas in the land of immortality there are human beings with divine virtues which is why they are called deities.
23Yahā̃ bhī achchhē svabhāv vālē kō kahā jātā hai - yah tō jaisē dēvtā hai .
23Here, too, those who have good natures are said to be like deities. 24Some have divine virtues.
24Kōī daivīguṇ vālē hōtē haĩ , is samay sab haĩ āsurī guṇ vālē manuṣhya .
25At this time, all human beings have devilish traits; they are trapped in the five vices.
255 vikārō̃ mē̃ phansē huē haĩ tab gātē haĩ is duḥkh sē ākar liberate karō .
26That is why they sing: Come and liberate us from this sorrow.
26Kōī ēk sītā kō nahī̃ chhuṛāyā .
27It wasn't just one Sita who was liberated.
27Bābā nē samjhāyā hai bhakti kō sītā kahā jātā , bhagvān kō rām kahā jātā .
28Baba has explained that devotees are called Sita and that God is called Rama.
28Jō bhaktō̃ kō phal dēnē ātā hai .
29He comes to give the devotees the fruit of their devotion.
29Is bēhad K|kē rāvaṇ rājya mē̃ sārī duniyā phansī huī hai .
30The whole world is trapped in this unlimited kingdom of Ravan.
30Unhō̃ kō liberate kar rām rājya mē̃ lē jātē haĩ .
31He comes and liberates them and takes them to the kingdom of Rama.
31Raghupati rāghav rājā rām key|kī bāt nahī̃ . 32Vah tō trētā K|kē rājā thē .
32It is not a question of King Rama of the silver-aged warrior clan.
33Abhī tō sabhī ātmāyē̃ tamōpradhān jaṛjaṛībhūt avasthā mē̃ haĩ , sīṛhī utartē-utartē nīchē ā gayē haĩ .
33That king of the silver age is now tamopradhan and in the stage of total decay. 34He has come down the ladder and reached the bottom.
34Pūjya sē pujārī ban gayē haĩ .
35From being worthy of worship he has become a worshipper.
35Dēvtāyē̃ kiskī pūjā nahī̃ kartē .
36Deities do not worship anyone.
36Vah tō haĩ pūjya .
37They themselves are worthy of worship.
37Phir vah jab vaiśhya , śhūdra bantē haĩ tō pūjā śhurū hōtī hai , vām mārg mē̃ ānē sē pujārī bantē haĩ , pujārī dēvtāō̃ K|kē chitrō̃ kē āgē naman kartē haĩ , is samay kōī ēk bhī pūjya hō nahī̃ saktā .
38Then, when they become merchants and shudras, worshipping begins. 39When they go onto the path of sin, they become worshippers. 40Worshippers bow down in front of the images of the deities. 41At this time not a single person is worthy of worship.
38Ūñch tē ūñch bhagvān pūjya phir hai satyugī dēvtāyē̃ pūjya .
42God, the Highest on High, is worthy of worship and the golden-aged deities are worthy of worship.
39Is samay tō sab pujārī haĩ , pahlē-pahlē śhiv key|kī pūjā hōtī hai , vah hai avyabhichārī pūjā .
43At this time, all are worshippers. 44First of all, there is the worship of Shiva. 45That is unadulterated worship.
40Vah satōpradhān phir satō phir dēvtāō̃ sē bhī utar kar jal key|kī , manuṣhyō̃ key|kī , pakṣiyō̃ ādi key|kī pūjā karnē lag paṛtē .
46There is first satopradhan worship and then it becomes sato. 47Then, they move away from the deities and begin to worship water, human beings, birds etc.
41Din-pratidin anēkō̃ key|kī pūjā hōnē lagtī hai .
48Day by day, there is worship of many things.
42Ājkal religious conference bhī bahut hōtī rahtī haĩ . 43Kabhī ādi sanātan dharm vālō̃ key|kī , kabhī jainiyō̃ key|kī , kabhī ārya samājiyō̃ key|kī .
49Nowadays, there are many religious conferences – sometimes of the Adi Sanatan religion (original eternal ancient religion), sometimes of the Jains, sometimes of the Arya Samajis.
44Bahutō̃ kō bulātē haĩ kyōṅki har ēk apnē dharm kō tō ūñchā samajhtē haĩ nā .
50They invite many people because everyone considers his own religion to be elevated.
45Har ēk dharm mē̃ kōī na kōī viśhēṣh guṇ hōnē kāraṇ vah apnē kō baṛā samajhtē haĩ .
51Because there is one or another special virtue in each religion, they consider themselves to be elevated.
46Jainiyō̃ mē̃ bhī kisma-kisma K|kē hōtē haĩ . 475-7 variety hōṅgī .
52There are many varieties of Jains too; there must be at least five to seven varieties.
48Unmē̃ phir kōī naṅgē bhī rahtē haĩ , naṅgē bannē kā arth|earth nahī̃ samajhtē haĩ .
53Some of them even remain naked. 54They don't understand the meaning of being naked.
49Bhagvānuvāch haĩ naṅgē arthāt aśharīrī āyē thē , phir aśharīrī bankar jānā hai .
55God speaks: To be naked means you came bodiless and that you have to return bodiless.
50Vah phir kapṛē utār kar naṅgē ban jātē haĩ .
56So, they then remove their clothes and stay naked.
51Bhagvānuvāch K|kē arth|earth kō nahī̃ samajhtē haĩ .
57They don’t understand the meaning of God’s versions.
52Bāp kahtē haĩ tum ātmāyē̃ yahā̃ yah śharīr dhāraṇ kar part bajānē āī hō , phir vāpis jānā hai , in bātō̃ kō tum bachchē samajhtē hō .
58The Father says: You souls came here and adopted bodies to play your parts. 59You now have to return home. 60You children understand these things.
53Ātmā hī part bajānē ātī hai , jhāṛ vr̥iddhi kō pātā rahtā hai .
61Souls come here to play their parts. 62The tree continues to grow.
54Nayē-nayē kisma K|kē dharm emerge hōtē rahtē haĩ , isliē inkō variety nāṭak kahā jātā hai .
63Many new varieties of religion continue to emerge. 64That is why this is called a variety play.
55Variety dharmō̃ kā jhāṛ hai .
65This is a tree of the variety of religions.
56Islāmī dēkhō kitnē kālē haĩ .
66Look at the religion of Islam: it has so many branches.
57Unhō̃ key|kī bhī bahut branches nikaltī haĩ .
67Mohammed came later. 68First of all, there were those of Islam.
58Muhammad tō bād mē̃ āyē haĩ .
69The population of Muslims is now very large.
59Pahlē haĩ islāmī .
70Those in Africa are so wealthy!
60Musalmānō̃ key|kī saṅkhyā bahut hai , aphrīkā mē̃ kitnē sāhūkār haĩ sōnē-hīrō̃ key|kī khāniyā̃ haĩ .
71They have mines of gold and diamonds there. 72People attack a country that has a lot of wealth in order to acquire it.
61Jahā̃ bahut dhan dēkhtē haĩ tō us par chaṛhāī kar dhanvān bantē haĩ .
73Christians too have become so wealthy! 74There is wealth in Bharat too, but that is incognito.
62Kriściyan lōg bhī kitnē dhanvān banē haĩ .
75They continue to confiscate so much gold etc.
63Bhārat mē̃ bhī dhan hai , parantu gupta . 64Sōnā ādi kitnā pakaṛtē rahtē haĩ .
76Now those of the Jain community continue to hold conferences because they all consider themselves to be elevated.
65Ab digambar jain sabhā vālē conference ādi kartē rahtē haĩ , kyōṅki har ēk apnē kō baṛā samajhtē haĩ nā .
77All the religions continue to increase. 78At some time, destruction will definitely take place. 79They don’t understand anything.
66Yah itnē dharm sab baṛhtē rahtē haĩ , kabhī vināśh bhī hōnā hai , kuchh bhī samajhtē nahī̃ .
80Of all the religions, your Brahmin religion, that no one knows about, is the most elevated.
67Sab dharmō̃ mē̃ ūñch tō tumhārā brāhmaṇ dharm hī hai , jiskā kiskō patā nahī̃ hai .
81There are also many iron-aged brahmins. 82However, that creation is born through sin.
68Kaliyugī brāhmaṇ bhī bahut haĩ , parantu vah haĩ kukh vaṅśhāvalī brāhmaṇ .
83All the mouth-born creation of Prajapita Brahma should be brothers and sisters.
69Prajāpitā brahmā K|kē mukh vaṅśhāvalī brāhmaṇ , vah tō sab bhāī-bahan hōnē chāhiē .
84If they call themselves the children of Brahma, they must be brothers and sisters. 85Therefore, they cannot get married.
70Agar vah apnē kō brahmā key|kī aulād kahlātē haĩ , tō bhāī-bahan hī ṭhaharē phir śhādī bhī kar na sakē̃ .
86So, this proves that those brahmins are not mouth-born creations of Brahma; they simply give themselves that name.
71Siddha hōtā hai vah brāhmaṇ brahmā K|kē mukh vaṅśhāvalī nahī̃ haĩ , sirph nām rakh dētē haĩ .
87In fact, you Brahmins are said to be even more elevated than the deities because you are the topknot.
72Vāstav mē̃ dēvtāō̃ sē bhī ūñch brāhmaṇō̃ kō kahē̃gē , chōṭī haĩ nā .
88You Brahmins change human beings into deities. 89It is the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, who teaches you.
73Yah brāhmaṇ hī manuṣhyō̃ kō dēvtā banātē haĩ .
90He Himself is the Ocean of Knowledge. 91No one knows this.
74Paṛhānē vālā hai parampitā paramātmā , svayã gyān kā sāgar .
92Some come to the Father and become Brahmins and they still become shudras tomorrow!
75Yah kiskō bhī patā nahī̃ hai .
93It takes great effort to change old sanskars.
76Bāp kē pās ākar brāhmaṇ bankar phir bhī kal śhūdra ban paṛtē haĩ . 77Purānē saṅskār palaṭnē mē̃ baṛī mēhnat lagtī hai .
94You have to have the faith that you are a soul and that you have to claim your inheritance from the Father.
78Apnē kō ātmā niśhchay kar bāp sē varsā lēnā hai , rūhānī bāp sē rūhānī bachchē hī varsā lē̃gē .
95It is the spiritual children who have to claim their inheritance from the spiritual Father. 96It is in your remembrance of the Father that Maya causes obstacles.
79Bāp kō yād karnē mē̃ hī māyā vighna ḍāltī hai . 80Bāp kahtē hath kār ḍē dil yār ḍē .
97The Father says: Let your hands do the work and let your heart remember the Father.
81Yah hai bahut sahaj .
98This is very easy.
82Jaisē āśhik-māśhūk hōtē haĩ jō ēk-dō kō dēkhnē bigar rah na sakē̃ .
99It is just like a lover and beloved who are unable to stay without seeing one other.
83Bābā tō māśhūk hī hai .
100The Father is the Beloved.
84Āśhik sab bachchē haĩ jō bāp kō yād kartē rahtē haĩ .
101All the children who continue to remember the Father are the lovers.
85Ēk bāp hī hai jō kabhī kisī par āśhik nahī̃ hōtā hai kyōṅki unsē ūñch tō kōī hai nahī̃ .
102Only the one Father never becomes attracted to anyone because no one is higher than He is.
86Bākī hā̃ bachchō̃ key|kī mahimā kartē haĩ , tum bhakti mārg sē lēkar mujh māśhūk K|kē sab āśhik hō .
103However, He does praise the children and says: From the start of the path of devotion, all of you have been My lovers.
87Bulātē bhī hō ki ākar duḥkh sē liberate kar pāvan banāō .
104You called out: Come and liberate us from sorrow and purify us!
88Tum sab hō brides , maĩ hū̃ bridegroom .
105All of you are brides and I am the Bridegroom.
89Tum sab āsurī jēl mē̃ phansē huē hō , maĩ ākar chhuṛātā hū̃ .
106All of you are trapped in the Devil’s jail and I have come to free you.
90Yahā̃ mēhnat bahut hai criminal eye dhōkhā dētī hai , civil I|āī|eye bannē mē̃ mēhnat lagtī hai .
107A great deal of effort is required here. 108The criminal eye deceives you. 109Effort is needed in order to have civil eyes.
91Dēvtāō̃ K|kē kitnē achchhē characters haĩ , ab aisā dēvtā banānē vālā jarūr chāhiē nā .
110The deities have such good characters! 111You definitely need someone to create such deities.
92Conference mē̃ topic rakhī hai ' ' mānav jīvan mē̃ dharm key|kī āvaśhyaktā .
112The topic for the conference is: The need for religion in human life.
93' ' drama kō na jānnē kāraṇ mūñjhē huē haĩ .
113Because of not knowing the drama, they are all confused.
94Tumhārē sivāē kōī samjhā na sakē .
114No one, except you, can explain this.
95Kriściyan athavā bauddhī ādi kō yah thōṛēhī mālūm hai ki Christ , buddha ādi phir kab āyēṅgē !
115Christians and Buddhists do not know when Christ or Buddha will come again.
96Tum jhaṭ hisāb-kitāb batā saktē hō .
116You can instantly tell them the accurate accounts.
97Tō samjhānā chāhiē dharm key|kī tō āvaśhyaktā hai nā .
117You should explain that there is a need for religion.
98Pahlē-pahlē kaun-sā dharm thā , phir kaun-sē dharm āyē haĩ !
118Tell them which religion existed first and which religions then came after that.
99Apnē dharm vālē bhī pūrā samajhtē nahī̃ haĩ .
119Even those of their own religion don't understand this fully.
100Yōg nahī̃ lagātē .
120They don't have yoga.
101Yōg bigar tākat nahī̃ ātī , jauhar nahī̃ bhartā .
121You cannot receive strength without having yoga; there is no power received.
102Bāp kō hī almighty authority kahā jātā hai .
122Only the Father is called the Almighty Authority.
103Tum kitnā almighty bantē hō , viśhva K|kē mālik ban jātē hō . 104Tumhārē rājya kō kōī chhīn na sakē .
123You become almighty to such an extent that you become the masters of the world; no one can snatch your kingdom away.
105Us samay aur kōī khaṇḍ hōtē nahī̃ .
124At that time, there is no other country.
106Abhī tō kitnē khaṇḍ haĩ .
125There are now so many countries.
107Yah sr̥iṣhṭi chakra kaisē phirtā hai .
126How does this world cycle turn?
1085 hazār varṣh kā yah chakra hai , bākī sr̥iṣhṭi lambī kitnī hai .
127This is a cycle of 5000 years. 128You cannot measure the world.
109Vah thōṛēhī māp kar saktē . 110Dhartī kā karkē māp kar saktē haĩ .
129You may be able to measure the earth; the ocean cannot be measured.
111Sāgar kā tō kar na sakē̃ . 112Ākāśh aur sāgar kā ant kōī pā na sakē .
130No one can find the end of the sky or the ocean.
113Tō samjhānā hai - dharm key|kī āvaśhyaktā kyō̃ hai !
131Therefore, explain why there is such a need for religion.
114Sārā chakra banā hī hai dharmō̃ par .
132The whole cycle is based on the religions.
115Yah hai hī variety dharmō̃ kā jhāṛ , yah jhāṛ hai andhō̃ kē āgē āinā .
133This is the tree of the variety of religions. 134This tree (picture) is like a mirror for the blind.
116Tum abhī bāhar service par nikalē hō , āhistē-āhistē tumhārī vr̥iddhi hōtī jātī hai .
135You are now going out on service. 136Gradually, the number of you is growing.
117Tūphān lagnē sē bahut pattē girtē bhī haĩ nā .
137When there are storms, many leaves fall.
118Aur dharmō̃ mē̃ tūphān lagnē key|kī bāt nahī̃ rahtī .
138There is no question of storms in other religions.
119Unkō tō ūpar sē ānā hī hai , yahā̃ tumhārī sthāpanā baṛī wonderful hai .
139They have to come down from up there. 140Here, the establishment of your religion is so wonderful!
120Pahlē-pahlē vālē bhagat jō haĩ unkō hī ākar bhagvān kō phal dēnā hai , apnē ghar lē jānē kā .
141God has to come to give the fruit to those devotees who came in the beginning by taking them back home.
121Bulātē bhī haĩ ham ātmāō̃ kō apnē ghar lē jāō .
142You called out: Take us souls back to our home!
122Yah kiskō patā nahī̃ hai ki bāp svarg kā bhī rājya-bhāgya dētē haĩ .
143No one knows that the Father gives you your fortune of the kingdom of heaven.
123Sanyāsī lōg tō sukh kō māntē hī nahī̃ . 124Vō chāhtē haĩ mōkṣh hō .
144Sannyasis don't believe in happiness; they want eternal liberation.
125Mōkṣh kō varsā nahī̃ kahā jātā .
145Eternal liberation isn’t called an inheritance.
126Khud śhivbābā kō bhī part bajānā paṛtā hai tō phir kiskō mōkṣh mē̃ kaisē rakh saktē .
146Shiv Baba Himself has to play His part, sohow could He keep anyone else in eternal liberation?
127Tum brahmākumār-kumāriyā̃ apnē dharm kō aur sabkē dharm kō jāntē hō .
147You Brahma Kumars and Kumaris know your own religion and the religions of everyone else.
128Tumkō taras paṛnā chāhiē .
148You should have mercy for everyone.
129Chakra kā rāz samjhānā chāhiē .
149Explain the secrets of the cycle.
130Bōlō , tumhārē dharm sthāpak phir apnē samay par āyēṅgē .
150Tell them: The founder of your religion will come again at his own time.
131Samjhānē vālā bhī hōśhiyār chāhiē .
151Those who explain to others need to be clever.
132Tum samjhā saktē hō ki har ēk kō satōpradhān sē satō-rajō-tamō mē̃ ānā hī hai .
152You can explain that everyone has to become satopradhan and then go through the stages of sato, rajo and tamo.
133Abhī hai rāvaṇ rājya .
153It is now the kingdom of Ravan.
134Tumhārī hai sachchī gītā , jō bāp sunātē haĩ .
154Yours is the true Gita that the Father speaks to you.
135Bhagvān nirākār kō hī kahā jātā hai .
155The incorporeal One is called God.
136Ātmā nirākār god father kō bulātī hai .
156Souls call out to incorporeal God, the Father.
137Vahā̃ tum ātmāyē̃ rahtī hō .
157You souls reside there.
138Tumkō paramātmā thōṛēhī kahē̃gē . 139Paramātmā tō ēk hī hai ūñch tē ūñch bhagvān , phir sab haĩ ātmāyē̃ bachchē .
158You aren’t called the Supreme Soul: There is only the one Supreme Soul: God, the Highest on High. 159Then there are all the souls, the children.
140Sarv kā sadgati dātā ēk hai phir haĩ dēvtāyē̃ .
160The Bestower of Salvation for All is One, and then there are the deities.
141Unmē̃ bhī number one hai kr̥iṣhṇa kyōṅki ātmā aur śharīr dōnō̃ pavitra haĩ .
161Out of all of them, Krishna is number one because that soul and his body are both pure.
