¹“meethe bachche - ekaanta mein baith ab aisa abhyaas karo jo anubhav ho main shareer se bhinna aatma hoon, isko hi jeete ji marna kaha jaata hai''

¹Essence: Sweet children, sit in solitude and practise experiencing yourself to be a soul separate from your body. ²This is known as dying alive.

²prashn:- ekaanta ka arth kya hai? ³ekaanta mein baith tumko kaun-sa anubhav karna hai?

³Question: What is the meaning of solitude? ⁴What should you experience while sitting in solitude?

⁴uttar:- ekaanta ka arth hai ek ki yaad mein is shareer ka ant ho arthaat ekaanta mein baith aisa anubhav karo ki main aatma is shareer (chamdi) ko chhod baap ke paas jaati hoon।

⁵Answer: The meaning of solitude (lost in the depths of One) is to sit in remembrance of the One and let the body finish. ⁶This means to sit in solitude and experience: I, a soul, am leaving this body and am going to the Father. ⁷No one else should be remembered.

⁵koi bhi yaad na rahe। ⁶baithe-baithe ashareeri ho jaao।

⁸Become bodiless while sitting there, as though you are dead to your body.

⁷jaise ki ham is shareer se mar gaye।

⁹I am a soul, a child of Shiv Baba.

⁸bas ham aatma hain, shiv baba ke bachche hain, is practice se deh bhaan tootta jaayega।

¹⁰That's all! ¹¹By practising this, your body consciousness will continue to break.

¹⁰bachchon ko baap pahle-pahle samjhaate hain ki meethe-meethe bachchon jab yahaan baithte ho, to apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karte raho aur koi taraph buddhi nahin jaani chaahiye।

¹³The Father first of all explains to you children: Sweetest children, while sitting here in remembrance, consider yourselves to be souls and continue to remember the Father. ¹⁴Your intellects should not be drawn anywhere else.

¹¹yeh tum bachche jaante ho ham aatma hain।

¹⁵You children know that you are souls.

¹²part ham aatma bajaati hain is shareer dvaara।

¹⁶I, a soul, am playing a part through this body.

¹³aatma avinaashi, shareer vinaashi hai।

¹⁷Souls are imperishable and bodies are perishable.

¹⁴to tum bachchon ko dehi-abhimaani ban baap ki yaad mein rehna hai।

¹⁸Therefore, you children have to become soul conscious and stay in remembrance of the Father.

¹⁵ham aatma hain chaahen to in organs se kaam leven va na leven।

¹⁹I am a soul and it is up to me to make these organs work or not.

¹⁶apne ko shareer se alag samajhna chaahiye।

²⁰Each of you has to consider yourself to be separate from your body.

¹⁷baap kehte hain apne ko aatma samjho।

²¹The Father says: Consider yourself to be a soul.

¹⁸deh ko bhoolte jaao।

²²Continue to forget your body.

¹⁹ham aatma indipindent hain।

²³I, a soul, am independent.

²⁰hamko sivaae ek baap ke aur koi ko yaad nahin karna hai।

²⁴I must remember no one but the one Father.

²¹jeete ji maut ki avastha mein rehna hai।

²⁵For as long as I live, I must stay in the stage of death.

²²ham aatma ka yog rehna hai ab baap ke saath।

²⁶The yoga of us souls must now be with the Father.

²³baaki to duniya se, ghar se mar gaye।

²⁷I am dead to the world and my home.

²⁴kehte hain na aap muye mar gai duniya।

²⁸It is said: When you die, the world is dead for you.

²⁵ab jeete ji tumko marna hai।

²⁹You now have to die alive.

²⁶ham aatma shivbaaba ke bachche hain।

³⁰I, a soul, am a child of Shiv Baba.

²⁷shareer ka bhaan udaate rehna chaahiye।

³¹Continue to forget the consciousness of the body.

²⁸baap kehte hain apne ko aatma samjho aur mujhe yaad karo।

³²The Father says: Consider yourself to be a soul and remember Me.

²⁹shareer ka bhaan chhodo।

³³Forget the consciousness of your body.

³⁰yeh puraana shareer hai na।

³⁴That is an old body, is it not?

³¹puraani cheez ko chhoda jaata hai na।

³⁵Old things are discarded.

³²apne ko ashareeri samjho।

³⁶Consider yourself to be bodiless.

³³abhi tumko baap ko yaad karte-karte baap ke paas jaana hai।

³⁷You now have to go to the Father while remembering Him.

³⁴aise karte-karte phir tumko aadat pad jaayegi।

³⁸By doing this, you will instil that habit.

³⁵abhi to tumko ghar jaana hai phir is puraani duniya ko yaad kyon karen।

³⁹You now have to return home. ⁴⁰Therefore, why should you remember this old world?

³⁶ekaanta mein baith aise apne saath mehnat karni hai।

⁴¹Sit in solitude and make effort on yourself.

³⁷bhakti maarga mein bhi kothri mein andar baith maala pherte hain, pooja karte hain।

⁴²Those on the path of devotion sit in a little alcove and turn the beads of a rosary and perform worship.

³⁸tum bhi ekaanta mein baith yeh koshish karo to aadat pad jaayegi।

⁴³You too should sit in solitude and try this and you will then instil this habit.

³⁹tumko mukh se to kuchh bolna nahin hai।

⁴⁴You don't have to say anything with your lips.

⁴⁰ismen hai buddhi ki baat।

⁴⁵Here, it is a matter of the intellect.

⁴¹shivbaaba to hai sikhlaane vaala।

⁴⁶Shiv Baba is the One who is teaching you.

⁴²unko to purooshaartha nahin karna hai।

⁴⁷He doesn't have to make effort.

⁴³yeh baba purooshaartha karte hain, woh phir tum bachchon ko bhi samjhaate hain।

⁴⁸It is this Baba who makes effort. ⁴⁹He then explains to you children.

⁴⁴jitna ho sake aise baithkar vichaar karo।

⁵⁰Sit and churn knowledge in this way as much as possible.

⁴⁵abhi hamko jaana hai apne ghar।

⁵¹We now have to return to our home.

⁴⁶is shareer ko to yahaan chhodna hai।

⁵²These bodies have to be renounced here.

⁴⁷baap ko yaad karne se hi vikarma vinaash honge aur aayu bhi badhegi।

⁵³It is only by remembering the Father that your sins will be absolved and your lifespan increased.

⁴⁸andar yeh chintan chalna chaahiye। ⁴⁹baahar mein kuchh bolna nahin hai।

⁵⁴You should constantly be thinking about this internally; you don’t need to say anything out loud.

⁵⁰bhakti maarga mein bhi brahm tatva ko ya koi shiv ko bhi yaad karte hain।

⁵⁵On the path of devotion, some remember the brahm element and others even remember Shiva, but that remembrance is not accurate.

⁵¹parantu woh yaad koi yathaartha nahin hai। ⁵²baap ka parichay hi nahin to yaad kaise karen।

⁵⁶Since they don't have the introduction of the Father, how could they remember Him accurately?

⁵³tumko ab baap ka parichay mila hai।

⁵⁷You have now received the Father's introduction.

⁵⁴savere-savere uthkar ekaanta mein aise apne saath baaten karte raho।

⁵⁸Wake up early in the morning and continue to talk to yourself in this way in solitude.

⁵⁵vichaar saagar manthan karo, baap ko yaad karo।

⁵⁹Churn the ocean of knowledge and remember the Father.

⁵⁶baba ham abhi aaya ki aaya aapki sachchi god mein।

⁶⁰Baba, I am now truly about to come into Your lap.

⁵⁷woh hai roohaani god।

⁶¹That is the spiritual lap.

⁵⁸to aise-aise apne saath baaten karni chaahiye।

⁶²Therefore, talk to yourself in this way.

⁵⁹baba aaya hua hai।

⁶³Baba has come.

⁶⁰baba kalpa-kalpa aakar hamko raajayog sikhlaate hain।

⁶⁴Baba comes every cycle and teaches us Raj Yoga.

⁶¹baap kehte hain - mujhe yaad karo aur chakra ko yaad karo। ⁶²svadarshan chakradhaari banna hai।

⁶⁵The Father says: Remember Me and remember the cycle. ⁶⁶You have to become spinners of the discus of self-realization.

⁶³baap mein hi saara gyaan hai na chakra ka।

⁶⁷Only the Father has the knowledge of the whole cycle.

⁶⁴woh phir tumko dete hain।

⁶⁸He now gives it to you.

⁶⁵tumko trikaaldarshi bana rahe hain।

⁶⁹He is making you into the knowers of the three aspects of time.

⁶⁶teenon kaalon arthaat aadi-madhya-ant ko tum jaante ho।

⁷⁰You know all three aspects of time, that is, the beginning, the middle and the end.

⁶⁷baap bhi hai param aatma।

⁷¹The Father is the Supreme Soul.

⁶⁸unko shareer to hai nahin।

⁷²He doesn't have a body of His own.

⁶⁹abhi is shareer mein baith tumko samjhaate hain।

⁷³He is now sitting in this body and explaining to you.

⁷⁰yeh wonderful baat hai।

⁷⁴This is a wonderfulaspect.

⁷¹bhaageerath par viraajmaan honge to zaroor doosri aatma hai।

⁷⁵Since He becomes present in the Lucky Chariot, there must definitely be another soul.

⁷²bahut janmon ke ant ka janma inka hai।

⁷⁶It is this one's last of many births.

⁷³number one paavan vahi phir number one patit bante hain।

⁷⁷He was the number one, pure soul who then became number one impure.

⁷⁴woh apne ko bhagwan, vishnu aadi to kehte nahin।

⁷⁸He doesn't call himself God or Vishnu etc.

⁷⁵yahaan ek bhi aatma paavan hai nahin, sab patit hi hain।

⁷⁹Not a single soul here is pure; all are impure.

⁷⁶to baba bachchon ko samjhaate hain, aise-aise vichaar saagar manthan karo to isse tumko khushi bhi rahegi, ismen ekaanta bhi zaroor chaahiye।

⁸⁰So, Baba explains to you children: Churn knowledge in this way and you will remain happy. ⁸¹Solitude is definitely needed for this.

⁷⁷ek ki yaad mein shareer ka ant hota hai, unko kaha jaata hai ekaanta।

⁸²The body finishes by having remembrance of One. ⁸³This is known as solitude.

⁷⁸yeh chamdi chhoot jaayegi।

⁸⁴This skin will then be renounced.

⁷⁹sanyaasi bhi brahm ki yaad mein va tatva ki yaad mein rehte hain, us yaad mein rehte-rehte shareer ka bhaan chhoot jaata hai।

⁸⁵Sannyasis stay in remembrance of the brahm element or the elements and, while staying in that remembrance, they renounce the consciousness of their bodies.

⁸⁰bas hamko brahm mein leen hona hai।

⁸⁶Their only concern is to merge into the brahm element.

⁸¹aise baith jaate hain।

⁸⁷They just sit in that awareness.

⁸²tapasya mein baithe-baithe shareer chhod dete hain।

⁸⁸While sitting in that tapasya, they renounce their bodies.

⁸³bhakti mein to manushya bahut dhakke khaate hain, ismen dhakke khaane ki baat nahin।

⁸⁹People on the path of devotion stumble around a great deal. ⁹⁰Here, there is no question of stumbling around.

⁸⁴yaad mein hi rehna hai।

⁹¹You just have to stay in remembrance.

⁸⁵pichhaadi mein koi yaad na rahe।

⁹²At the end, no one else must be remembered.

⁸⁶grihastha vyavhaar mein to rehna hi hai। ⁸⁷baaki time nikaalna hai।

⁹³You have to live at home with your families, but you must also make time to practise this.

⁸⁸student ko padhaai ka shauk hota hai na।

⁹⁴A student has great interest in his studies.

⁸⁹yeh padhaai hai, apne ko aatma na samajhne se baap-teacher-guru sabko bhool jaate hain।

⁹⁵This too is a study. ⁹⁶When you don't consider yourself to be a soul, you forget the Father, Teacher and Guru.

⁹⁰ekaanta mein baith aise-aise vichaar karo।

⁹⁷Sit in solitude and churn knowledge in this way.

⁹¹grihasthi ghar mein to vibration theek nahin rehta hai।

⁹⁸The vibrations in a busy household are not that good.

⁹²agar alag prabandha hai to ek kothri mein ekaanta mein baith jaao।

⁹⁹If it is possible to make alternative arrangements, sit in solitude in a small room.

⁹³maataaon ko to din mein bhi time milta hai। ⁹⁴bachche aadi school mein chale jaate hain।

¹⁰⁰Mothers have time during the day when the children have gone to school.

⁹⁵jitna time mile yahi koshish karte raho।

¹⁰¹Whatever time you have, continue to practise this.

⁹⁶tumko to ek ghar hai, baap ko to kitne dher ke dher dukaan hain, aur hi vriddhi hoti jaayegi।

¹⁰²You just have your one home, whereas the Father has so many shops and the number of them will continue to grow.

⁹⁷manushyon ko to dhandhe aadi ki chinta hoti hai to neend bhi fit jaati hai।

¹⁰³People worry about their business etc. and they lose sleep over it.

⁹⁸yeh vyaapaar bhi hai na।

¹⁰⁴This too is a business.

⁹⁹kitna bada sharraaph hai।

¹⁰⁵Baba is such a big stockbroker.

¹⁰⁰kitna bada matta-satta karte hain।

¹⁰⁶He exchanges so much.

¹⁰¹puraane shareer aadi lekar naya dete hain, sabko raasta bataate hain।

¹⁰⁷He exchanges your old bodies etc. for new ones. ¹⁰⁸He shows everyone the path.

¹⁰²yeh bhi dhandha unko karna hai।

¹⁰⁹He has to do this business.

¹⁰³yeh vyaapaar to bahut bada hai।

¹¹⁰This business is very big.

¹⁰⁴vyaapaari ko vyaapaar ka hi khyaal rehta hai।

¹¹¹Businessmen are only concerned about their business.

¹⁰⁵baba aise-aise practice karte hain phir batlaate hain - aise-aise karo।

¹¹²Baba practises this business and tells you to do the same.

¹⁰⁶jitna tum baap ki yaad mein rahenge to svatah hi neend fit jaayegi।

¹¹³The longer you stay in remembrance of the Father, the longer you will remain awake.

¹⁰⁷kamaai mein aatma ko bahut maza aayega।

¹¹⁴When earning an income, souls enjoy themselves.

¹⁰⁸kamaai ke liye manushya raat mein bhi jaagte hain।

¹¹⁵People stay awake at night in order to earn money.

¹⁰⁹season mein saari raat bhi dukaan khula rehta hai।

¹¹⁶During the season, they even keep their shops open all night.

¹¹⁰tumhaari kamaai raat ko aur savere ko bahut achhi hogi।

¹¹⁷You will earn a very good income at night and early in the morning.

¹¹¹svadarshan chakradhaari banenge, trikaaldarshi banenge। ¹¹²21 janma ke liye dhan ikattha karte hain।

¹¹⁸You will become spinners of the discus of self-realization and knowers of the three aspects of time.

¹¹³manushya saahookaar banne ke liye purooshaartha karte hain।

¹¹⁹You are accumulating wealth for 21 births. ¹²⁰People make effort to become wealthy.

¹¹⁴tum bhi baap ko yaad karenge to vikarma vinaash honge, bal milega।

¹²¹If you remember the Father, your sins will be absolved and you will receive strength.

¹¹⁵yaad ki yaatra par nahin rahenge to bahut ghaata pad jaayega kyonki sir par paapon ka bojha bahut hai।

¹²²If you don't stay on the pilgrimage of remembrance you experience great deal of loss because you have a huge burden of sins on your head.

¹¹⁶ab jama karna hai, ek ko yaad karna hai aur trikaaldarshi banna hai।

¹²³You now have to accumulate. ¹²⁴Only remember the One and become knowers of the three aspects of time.

¹¹⁷yeh avinaashi dhan aadhaakalpa ke liye ikattha karna hai।

¹²⁵You have to accumulate this imperishable wealth for half the cycle.

¹¹⁸yeh to bahut valuable hai।

¹²⁶This is very valuable.

¹¹⁹vichaar saagar manthan kar ratna nikaalne hain।

¹²⁷Churn the ocean of knowledge and extract jewels.

¹²⁰baba jaise khud karte hain, bachchon ko bhi yukti batlaate hain।

¹²⁸Baba shows you children the way he does this himself. ¹²⁹Some say: Baba, many storms of Maya come.

¹²¹kehte hain baba maaya ke toofaan bahut aate hain।

¹³⁰Baba says: Earn as much as possible. ¹³¹It is this that will be useful.

¹²²baba kehte hain jitna ho sake apni kamaai karni hai, yahi kaam aani hai।

¹³²Sit in solitude and remember the Father. ¹³³If you have time, you can do a lot of service in the temples etc.

¹³⁶You even write that you are establishing heaven.

¹²⁷tum likhte bhi ho - ham svarga ki sthaapna kar rahe hain।

¹²⁸aadi sanaatan devi-devta dharma tha, ab nahin hai jo phir sthaapan karte hain।

¹³⁸That no longer exists; it is being established now. ¹³⁹Lakshmi and Narayan are your aim and objective.

¹³³lakshmi-naaraayan sirf ek to nahin the, unhon ki raajdhaani thi na।

¹⁴³There won’t just be Lakshmi and Narayan; there will also be their whole kingdom.

¹³⁴yeh svaraajya sthaapan kar rahe hain।

¹⁴⁴Self-sovereignty is being established.

¹³⁵ab baap kehte hain man-manaabhav।

¹⁴⁵The Father now says: Manmanabhav!

¹³⁶baap ko yaad karo to vikarma vinaash honge।

¹⁴⁶Remember the Father and your sins will be absolved.

¹³⁷kehte hain ham geeta ka saptaah manaayenge।

¹⁴⁷They say that they will celebrate a week of the Gita.

¹³⁸yeh sab plan kalpa pahle muaaphik ban rahe hain।

¹⁴⁸All of these plans are being made exactly as they were a cycle ago.

¹³⁹parikrama mein yeh chitra lena pade। ¹⁴⁰inko dekhkar sab khush honge।

¹⁴⁹When you take this picture around the whole town, everyone will be very happy to see it.

¹⁴¹tum kahenge baap ko aur varse ko yaad karo, manamnaabhav।

¹⁵⁰Tell them: Remember the Father and the inheritance. ¹⁵¹Manmanabhav!

¹⁶¹People want there to be one kingdom and one religion. ¹⁶²The signs of what people want are visible in front of you.

¹⁵²100 pratishat pavitrata, sukh, shanti ka raajya phir se sthaapan kar rahe hain phir tumko khushi bhi rahegi।

¹⁶³Later, they will understand that what you are saying is right. ¹⁶⁴The kingdom of 100% purity, peace and happiness is once again being established.

¹⁵³yaad mein rahne se hi teer lagega।

¹⁶⁵You will then also be happy.

¹⁵⁴shanti mein rah thode akshar hi bolne hain।

¹⁶⁶Your arrow will strike the target when you stay in remembrance.

¹⁵⁵jaasti aavaaz nahin। ¹⁵⁶geet, kavitaaen aadi kuchh bhi baba pasanda nahin karte।

¹⁶⁷You should only speak a few words and remain in silence and not come into sound too much.

¹⁵⁷baahar vaale manushyon se rees nahin karni hai।

¹⁶⁸Baba doesn’t like songs and poetry etc.

¹⁵⁸tumhaari baat hi aur hai। ¹⁵⁹apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karna hai, bas।

¹⁶⁹You mustn’t compare yourselves to the people outside. ¹⁷⁰Everything of yours is totally different.

¹⁶⁰slogan bhi achhe hon jo manushya padhkar jaagen।

¹⁷¹Consider yourself to be a soul and remember the Father. ¹⁷²That's all!

¹⁶¹bachche vriddhi ko paate rehte hain। ¹⁶²khajaana to bharpoor rehta hai।

¹⁷³You should have very good slogans so that, when people read them, they will wake up.

¹⁶³bachchon ka diya hua phir bachchon ke kaam mein hi aata hai।

¹⁷⁴The number of children continues to grow, but the treasure-store still remains full.

¹⁶⁴baap to paise nahin le aate hain।

¹⁶⁷5 varsha ke andar itna anaaj hoga jo anaaj ki kabhi takleeph nahin hogi। ¹⁶⁸aur tum jaante ho - aisi haalat hogi jo anna khaane ke liye nahin milega।

¹⁷⁹They say that in five years there will be so much grain that there will never be any difficulty about grain, whereas you know that the situation will be such that there won’t be any food to eat.
