¹Essence: Sweet children, recognise the Father accurately as He is and what He is and remember Him. ²For this, make your intellects broad.

²prashn:- baap ko gareeb-nivaaz kyon kaha gaya hai?

³Question: Why is the Father called the Lord of the Poor?

³uttar:- kyonki is samay jab saari duniya gareeb arthaat duhkhi ban gai hai tab baap aaye hain sabko duhkh se chhudaane।

⁴Answer: Because, at this time, when the entire world is poor and unhappy, the Father has come to liberate everyone from sorrow.

⁴baaki kis par taras khaakar kapde de dena, paisa de dena woh koi kamaal ki baat nahin।

⁵It is not a big thing to have mercy for someone by giving him food and clothes.

⁵isse woh koi saahookaar nahin ban jaate।

⁶They do not become rich through that.

⁶aise nahin main koi in bheelon ko paisa dekar gareeb-nivaaz kahlaaoonga।

⁷It is not by giving money to the natives that I can be called the Lord of the Poor.

⁷main to gareeb arthaat patiton ko, jinmen gyaan nahin hai, unhein gyaan dekar paavan banaata hoon।

⁸I make poor souls, that is, impure souls who have no knowledge, pure by giving them knowledge.

¹⁰meethe-meethe bachchon ne geet suna।

¹¹bachche jaante hain geet to duniyaavi manushyon ne gaaya hai।

¹²akshar bade achhe hain, is puraani duniya ko bhulaana hai।

¹³Its words are very good: You have to forget this old world.

¹³aage aise nahin samajhte the।

¹⁴Previously, you did not understand this.

¹⁴kaliyugi manushyon ko bhi samajh mein nahin aata hai ki nai duniya mein jaana hoga to zaroor puraani duniya ko bhoolna hoga।

¹⁵Iron-aged people do not understand that they definitely do have to forget the iron age if they want to go to the new world.

¹⁵bhal itna samajhte hain puraani duniya ko chhodna hai parantu woh samajhte hain ajun bahut samay pada hai।

¹⁶Although they understand that they have to leave the old world, they still consider there to be a lot of time left.

¹⁶nai so puraani hogi, yeh to samajhte hain parantu lamba time daalne se bhool gaye hain।

¹⁷They understand that the new one definitely becomes old, but, by giving it a long duration, they have forgotten this.

¹⁷tumko ab smriti dilaai jaati hai, abhi nai duniya sthaapan hoti hai isliye puraani duniya ko bhoolna hai।

¹⁸You are now being given the awareness that, since the new world is being established, the old world has to be forgotten.

¹⁸bhool jaane se kya hoga?

¹⁹What will happen by forgetting it?

¹⁹ham yeh shareer chhod nai duniya mein jaayenge।

²⁰We will leave our bodies and go to the new world.

²⁰parantu agyaan kaal mein aisi-aisi baaton ke arth par kiska dhyaan nahin jaata।

²¹However, on the path of ignorance, people's attention is not drawn to the meaning of these things.

²¹jis prakaar baap samjhaate hain, aise koi bhi samjhaane vaala nahin hai।

²²No one can explain to you in the way that the Father does.

²²tum inke arth ko samajh sakte ho।

²³You now understand the meaning of this.

²³yeh bhi bachche jaante hain - baap hai bahut saadhaaran।

²⁴You children also know that the Father is very ordinary.

²⁴ananya, achhe-achhe bachche bhi poora samajhte nahin hain।

²⁵Even very good, special children don't understand this fully.

²⁵bhool jaate hain ki inmen shivbaaba aate hain।

²⁶They forget that Shiv Baba enters this one.

²⁶koi bhi direction dete hain to samajhte nahin ki yeh shiv-baba ka direction hai।

²⁷When a direction is given, they don't understand that it is Shiv Baba's direction.

²⁷shivbaaba ko saara din jaise bhoole hue hain।

²⁸It is as though they forget Shiv Baba throughout the whole day.

²⁸poora na samajhne kaaran woh kaam nahin karte।

²⁹Because of not understanding fully, they do not do the work.

²⁹maaya yaad karne nahin deti।

³⁰Maya does not let them remember.

³⁰sthaai woh yaad thaharti nahin।

³¹There isn't that constant remembrance.

³¹mehnat karte-karte pichhaadi mein aakhir woh avastha honi zaroor hai।

³²By continuing to make effort, you will definitely have that stage at the end.

³²aisa koi bhi nahin jo is samay karmaateet avastha ko pa le।

³³There is no one who can reach the karmateet stage at this time.

³³baap jo hai, jaisa hai unko jaanne mein badi buddhi chaahiye।

³⁴You need a broad intellect to know the Father as He is and how He is.

³⁴tumse poochhenge baapdaada garam kapde pahante hain?

³⁵Some people ask you: Does BapDada wear warm clothes?

³⁵kahenge donon ko pade hue hain।

³⁶You reply: Both of them are wearing them.

³⁶shivbaaba kahenge main thode hi garam kapde pahnoonga।

³⁷Shiv Baba would say: I don't need to wear warm clothes.

³⁷mujhe thandi nahin lagti।

³⁸I don't feel the cold.

³⁸haan, jismen pravesh kiya hai unko thandi lagegi।

³⁹However, the one I have entered feels the cold.

³⁹mujhe to na bhookh, na pyaas kuchh nahin lagta।

⁴⁰I neither feel hungry nor thirsty.

⁴⁰main to nirlep hoon।

⁴¹I am immune to all of that.

⁴¹service karte hue bhi in sab baaton se nyaara hoon।

⁴²I am immune from all of that, even while doing service.

⁴²main khaata, peeta nahin hoon।

⁴³I don't eat or drink.

⁴³jaise ek saadhu bhi kehta tha na, main na khaata hoon, na peeta hoon.... unhonne phir artificial vesh dhaaran kar liya hai।

⁴⁴There was a sage who used to say that he neither ate nor drank; he put on an artificial appearance.

⁴⁴devtaaon ke naam bhi to bahuton ne rakhe hain।

⁴⁵Many people have names that belong to the deities.

⁴⁵aur koi dharma mein devi-devta bante nahin hain।

⁴⁶No one becomes a deity in any other religion.

⁴⁶yahaan kitne mandir hain।

⁴⁷There are so many temples here.

⁴⁷baahar mein to ek shiv-baba ko hi maante hain।

⁴⁸Everywhere else they only believe in the one Shiv Baba.

⁴⁸buddhi bhi kehti hai father to ek hota hai।

⁴⁹Still the intellect says that there can be only one Father.

⁴⁹father se hi varsa milta hai।

⁵⁰It is from your father that you receive the inheritance.

⁵⁰tum bachchon ki buddhi mein hai - kalpa ke is purushottam sangamayug par hi baba se varsa milta hai।

⁵¹It is in the intellects of you children that it is at this most elevated confluence age that you receive an inheritance from Baba.

⁵¹jab ham sukhdhaam mein jaate hain to baaki sab shantidham mein rehte hain।

⁵²When we go to the land of happiness, all others remain in the land of peace.

⁵²tumhaare mein bhi yeh samajh nambarvaar hai।

⁵³This is understood among you too, numberwise.

⁵³agar gyaan ke vichaaron mein rehte hain to unhon ke bol hi woh niklenge।

⁵⁴Those who keep thinking about knowledge will automatically be able to speak about it.

⁵⁴tum roop-basanta ban rahe ho - baba dvaara। ⁵⁵tum roop bhi ho aur basanta bhi ho।

⁵⁵You are becoming rup and basant (embodiments of yoga and showering knowledge) through Baba.

⁵⁶duniya mein aur koi kah na sake ki ham roop-basanta hain।

⁵⁶You are rup as well as basant. ⁵⁷None in the world can say that they are rup and basant.

⁵⁷tum abhi padh rahe ho, pichhaadi tak nambarvaar purushaartha anusaar padh lenge।

⁵⁸You are now studying and will continue until the end, numberwise, according to your efforts.

⁵⁸shiv-baba ham aatmaon ka baap hai na।

⁵⁹Shiv Baba is the Father of all souls.

⁵⁹yeh bhi dil se lagta to hai na।

⁶⁰You feel this in your heart.

⁶⁰bhakti maarga mein thode hi dil se lagta hai।

⁶¹You do not feel it in your heart on the path of devotion.

⁶¹yahaan tum sammukh baithe ho।

⁶²Here, you are personally sitting in front of Him.

⁶²samajhte ho baap phir is samay hi aayenge phir koi aur samay baap ko aane ki darkaar hi nahin।

⁶³You understand that the Father will only come again at this time and that there is no need for Him to come again at any other time.

⁶³satayug se treta tak aana nahin hai। ⁶⁴dvaapar se kaliyug tak bhi aane ka nahin hai।

⁶⁴Neither is there any need for Him to come between the golden and silver ages, nor between the copper and iron ages.

⁶⁵woh aate hi hain kalpa ke sangamayug par।

⁶⁵He comes at the confluence of the cycles.

⁶⁶baap hai bhi gareeb nivaaz arthaat saari duniya jo duhkhi gareeb ho jaati hai unka baap hai।

⁶⁶The Father is the Lord of the Poor, that is, He is the Father of this whole world which is poor and suffering.

⁶⁷inki dil mein kya hoga?

⁶⁷What is in His heart?

⁶⁸ham gareeb nivaaz hain। ⁶⁹sabka duhkh athva gareebi mit jaae।

⁶⁸I am the Lord of the Poor; everyone's sorrow and poverty should all end.

⁷⁰vo to sivaae gyaan se kam ho na sake।

⁶⁹Sorrow and poverty cannot be reduced except through knowledge.

⁷¹baaki kapda aadi dene se koi saahookaar to nahin ban jaayenge na।

⁷⁰No one can become rich just by being given clothes and food.

⁷²karke gareeb ko dekhne se dil hogi inko kapda de den, kyonki yaad padta hai na - main gareeb nivaaz hoon।

⁷¹Perhaps, on seeing the poor, I would feel like giving clothes to them because I remember that I am the Lord of the Poor.

⁷³saath-saath yeh bhi samajhta hoon - main gareeb nivaaz koi in bheelon ke liye hi nahin hoon। ⁷⁴main gareeb nivaaz hoon jo bilkul hi patit hain unhon ko paavan banaata hoon।

⁷²However, at the same time, I also understand that I am not only the Lord of the Poor for them; I am the Lord of the Poor who purifies those who are completely impure.

⁷⁵main hoon hi patit-paavan।

⁷³I am the Purifier.

⁷⁶to vichaar chalta hai, main gareeb nivaaz hoon parantu paise aadi kaise doon।

⁷⁴I think about this. ⁷⁵Even though I am the Lord of the Poor, how could I give money?

⁷⁷paise aadi dene vaale to duniya mein bahut hain।

⁷⁶There are many in this world who can give money.

⁷⁸bahut funds nikaalte hain, jo phir anaath aashram mein bhej dete hain।

⁷⁷They collect a lot of funds which are then donated to orphanages.

⁷⁹jaante hain anaath rehte hain arthaat jisko naath nahin।

⁷⁸They know that to be an orphan means to be someone who has no lord and master.

⁸⁰anaath maana gareeb।

⁷⁹An orphan means someone who is poor.

⁸¹tumhaara bhi naath nahin tha arthaat baap nahin tha।

⁸⁰You too did not have the Lord, that is, you did not have the Father.

⁸²tum gareeb the, gyaan nahin tha।

⁸¹You were poor because you had no knowledge.

⁸³jo roop-basanta nahin, woh gareeb anaath hain।

⁸²Those who are not rup and basant are poor and "anath" (orphans,without anything).

⁸⁴jo roop basanta hain unko sanaath kaha jaata hai।

⁸³Those who are rup and basant are "sanath" (one who possesses everything).

⁸⁵sanaath saahookaar ko, anaath gareeb ko kaha jaata hai।

⁸⁴The rich are "sanath" and the poor are "anath".

⁸⁶tumhaari buddhi mein hai sab gareeb hain, kuchh unhon ko de deven।

⁸⁵It is in your intellects that all are poor and that we must give them something.

⁸⁷baap gareeb-nivaaz hai to kahenge aisi cheezen deven jisse sada ke liye saahookaar ban jaayen।

⁸⁶Because the Father is the Lord of the Poor, He says: Give them something through which they can become wealthy for ever.

⁸⁸baaki yeh kapda aadi dena to common baat hai।

⁸⁷Otherwise, to give clothes etc. is a common thing.

⁸⁹unmein ham kyon paden।

⁸⁸Why should we get involved in that?

⁹⁰ham to unko anaath se sanaath bana deven।

⁸⁹We should change them from orphans to wealthy.

⁹¹bhal kitna bhi koi padmapti hai, parantu woh bhi sab alpa-kaal ke liye hai।

⁹⁰Even if someone is a multimillionaire, all of that is temporary.

⁹²yeh hai hi anaathon ki duniya।

⁹¹This is the world of orphans.

⁹³bhal paise vaale hain, woh bhi alpakaal ke liye।

⁹²Even though there are rich people, all of that is temporary.

⁹⁴vahaan hain sadaiv sanaath।

⁹³There, they always belong to the Lord and Master.

⁹⁵vahaan aise karma nahin kootte।

⁹⁴There, none of them repent for their actions.

⁹⁶yahaan kitne gareeb hain।

⁹⁵Here, there are so many poor people.

⁹⁷jinko dhan hai, unhon ko to apna nasha chadha rehta hai - ham svarga mein hain।

⁹⁶Those who are wealthy are intoxicated thinking that they are in heaven. ⁹⁷However, you know that that is not so.

⁹⁸parantu hain nahin, yeh tum jaante ho। ⁹⁹is samay koi bhi manushya sanaath nahin hain, sab anaath hain।

⁹⁸You know that at this time no human being is "sanath" (one who belongs to the Lord and Master); all are orphans.

¹⁰⁰yeh paise aadi to sab mitti mein mil jaane vaale hain।

⁹⁹All the money etc. is going to turn to dust.

¹⁰¹manushya samajhte hain hamaare paas itna dhan hai jo putra-potre khaate rahenge। ¹⁰²parampara chalta rahega। ¹⁰³parantu aise chalna nahin hai।

¹⁰⁰Human beings think that they have so much wealth that their great grandchildren will be able to use it that it will continue for generations but it will not be like that.

¹⁰⁴yeh to sab vinaash ho jaayega isliye tumko is saari puraani duniya se vairaagya hai।

¹⁰¹All of it will be destroyed. ¹⁰²That is why you should have disinterest in this entire old world.

¹⁰⁵tum jaante ho nai duniya ko svarga, puraani duniya ko narka kaha jaata hai।

¹⁰³You know that the new world is called heaven and that the old world is called hell.

¹⁰⁶hamko baba nai duniya ke liye saahookaar bana rahe hain।

¹⁰⁴Baba is making us wealthy for the new world.

¹⁰⁷yeh puraani duniya to khatma ho jaani hai।

¹⁰⁵The old world is going to be destroyed.

¹⁰⁸baap kitna saahookaar banaate hain।

¹⁰⁶The Father is making us so wealthy.

¹⁰⁹yeh lakshmi-naaraayan saahookaar kaise banen?

¹⁰⁷How did this Lakshmi and Narayan become so wealthy?

¹¹⁰kya koi saahookaar se varsa mila va ladaai ki?

¹⁰⁸Did they fight for it or did they inherit it from someone rich?

¹¹¹jaise doosre raajgaddi paate hain, kya aise raajgaddi paai?

¹⁰⁹Did they receive the throne in the way other kings receive their throne?

¹¹²va karmon anusaar yeh dhan mila?

¹¹⁰Or, did they receive this wealth based on their actions?

¹¹³baap ka karma sikhlaana to bilkul hi nyaara hai।

¹¹¹The way in which the Father teaches us about actions is unique.

¹¹⁴karma-akarma-vikarma akshar bhi clear hai na।

¹¹²The terms ‘actions’, ‘neutral actions’ and ‘sinful actions’ are completely clear.

¹¹⁵shaastron mein kuchh akshar hain, aate mein namak jitne rah jaate hain।

¹¹³Some words in the scriptures are right, but they are like a pinch of salt in a sackful of flour.

¹¹⁶kahaan itne karod manushya, baaki 9 laakh rehte hain। ¹¹⁷quarter percent bhi nahin hua।

¹¹⁴Here, there are millions of human beings whereas there, there are only 900,000. It isn't even a quarter per cent.

¹¹⁸to isko kaha jaata hai aate mein namak।

¹¹⁵This is called a pinch of salt in a sackful of flour.

¹¹⁹duniya saari vinaash ho jaati hai।

¹¹⁶The whole world is to be destroyed.

¹²⁰bahut thode sangamayug mein rehte hain।

¹¹⁷Very few remain in the confluence age.

¹²¹koi pahle se shareer chhod jaate hain। ¹²²woh phir receive karenge। ¹²³jaise mugli bachchi thi, achhi thi to janma bilkul achhe ghar mein liya hoga।

¹¹⁸Some leave their bodies early; they will then receive the others, just as sister Mugli was very good, and so she must have taken birth in a good home.

¹²⁴nambarvaar sukh mein hi janma lete hain।

¹¹⁹They take birth, numberwise, in happiness.

¹²⁵sukh to unko dekhna hai, thoda duhkh bhi dekhna hai।

¹²⁰They have to experience happiness and a little sorrow as well.

¹²⁶karmaateet avastha to kiski hui nahin hai।

¹²¹No one has attained the karmateet stage.

¹²⁷janma bade sukhi ghar mein jaakar lenge।

¹²²They will take birth in very happy homes.

¹²⁸aise mat samjho yahaan koi sukhi ghar hain nahin।

¹²³Don't think that there are no happy families here.

¹²⁹bahut parivaar aise achhe hote hain, baat mat poochho।

¹²⁴There are many very good families here, don’t even ask!

¹³⁰baba ka dekha hua hai।

¹²⁵Baba has seen some.

¹³¹bahuen ek hi ghar mein aise shant milaap mein rehti hain jo bas, sabhi saath mein bhakti karti hain, geeta padhti hain....।

¹²⁶The daughters-in-law all live together very peacefully and in unity and do their devotion and read the Gita together.

¹³²baba ne poochha itni sab ikatthi rehti hain, jhagda aadi nahin hota!

¹²⁷Baba asked: Do all of you stay together and yet not fight?

¹³³bola hamaare paas to svarga hai, ham sabhi ikatthe rehte hain। ¹³⁴kabhi ladte-jhagadte nahin hain, shant mein rehte hain।

¹²⁸They replied: We are in heaven; we all live together and remain peaceful and never fight.

¹³⁵kehte hain yahaan to jaise svarga hai to zaroor svarga past ho gaya hai tab kahne mein aata hai na ki yahaan to jaise svarga laga pada hai।

¹²⁹They say that it is like being in heaven. ¹³⁰That means that heaven definitely used to be here; that is why it is referred to in this way.

¹³⁶parantu yahaan to bahuton ka svabhaav svargavaasi banne ka dikhaai nahin deta। ¹³⁷daas-daasiyaan bhi to banne hain na। ¹³⁸yeh raajdhaani sthaapan hoti hai।

¹³¹However, there are many here who do not have the nature of being like residents of heaven; maids and servants, maids also have to be created, the kingdom is being established.

¹³⁹baaki jo brahman bante hain woh daivi gharaane mein aane vaale hain। ¹⁴⁰parantu nambarvaar hain।

¹³²Those who become Brahmins are the ones who will come into the deity kingdom, but it is numberwise.

¹⁴¹koi to bahut meethe hote hain, sabko pyaar karte rahenge।

¹³³Some are very sweet and are very loving to everyone.

¹⁴²kabhi kisko gussa nahin karenge।

¹³⁴They never become angry with anyone.

¹⁴³gussa karne se duhkh hota hai।

¹³⁵By becoming angry, you experience sorrow.

¹⁴⁴jo mansa-vaacha-karmana kisko duhkh hi dete rehte hain - unko kaha jaata hai duhkhi aatma।

¹³⁶Those who continue to cause sorrow for others through their thoughts, words and deeds are called sorrowful souls.

¹⁴⁵jaise punya aatma, paap aatma kehte hain na।

¹³⁷It is said: Charitable souls and sinful souls.

¹⁴⁶shareer ka naam lete hain kya?

¹³⁸Do they use the names of the bodies?

¹⁴⁷vaastav mein aatma hi banti hai, sab paap aatmaayen bhi ek jaisi nahin hoti hain।

¹³⁹In reality, it is souls that become that. ¹⁴⁰Not all sinful souls are the same.

¹⁴⁸punya aatma bhi sab ek jaisi nahin hoti।

¹⁴¹Charitable souls are not the same either.

¹⁴⁹nambarvaar purushaartha anusaar hote hain।

¹⁴²They are all numberwise according to their efforts.

¹⁵⁰student khud samajhte honge na ki hamaare characters, avastha kaisi hai? ¹⁵¹ham kaise chalte hain?

¹⁴³Students understand themselves as to what their character and stage are like and how they interact with others.

¹⁵²sabko meetha bolte hain?

¹⁴⁴Do we speak sweetly to everyone?

¹⁵³koi kuchh kahe ham ulta-sulta javaab to nahin dete hain?

¹⁴⁵Even when someone says something, do I reply in a bad manner?

¹⁵⁴baba ko kai bachche kehte hain - bachchon par gussa aa jaata hai।

¹⁴⁶Some children tell Baba that they become angry with their children.

¹⁵⁵baba kehte hain jitna ho sake pyaar se kaam lo।

¹⁴⁷Baba says: As much as possible, handle every situation with love.

¹⁵⁶nirmohi bhi banna chaahiye।

¹⁴⁸Some children cause a lot of problems.

¹⁵⁷yeh to tum bachche samajhte ho - hamko yeh lakshmi-naaraayan banna hai।

¹⁴⁹You also have to become free from attachment. ¹⁵⁰You children understand that you want to become like Lakshmi and Narayan.

¹⁵⁸em object saamne khadi hai।

¹⁵¹Your aim and objective is standing in front of you.

¹⁵⁹kitni oonch em object hai।

¹⁵²It is such a high aim and objective!

¹⁶⁰padhaane vaala bhi highest hai na।

¹⁵³The One who is teaching you is also the highest.

¹⁶¹shreekrishna ki mahima kitni gaate hain - sarvagun sampanna, 16kala sampanna..... ab tum bachche jaante ho ham woh ban rahe hain।

¹⁵⁴They sing a great deal of praise of Shri Krishna, that he is full of all virtues and 16 celestial degrees full. ¹⁵⁵Now, you children know that we are becoming that.

¹⁶²tum yahaan aaye hi ho yeh banne ke liye।

¹⁵⁶You have come here to become that.

¹⁶³tumhaari yeh sachchi satya naaraayan ki katha hai hi nar se naaraayan banne ki।

¹⁵⁷Your story of becoming true Narayan is the story of becoming Narayan from an ordinary human being.

¹⁶⁴amraktha hai amarpuri jaane ki।

¹⁵⁸The story of immortality is to go to the land of immortality.

¹⁶⁵koi sannyaasi aadi in baaton ko nahin jaante।

¹⁵⁹None of the sannyasis etc. are aware of any of these things.

¹⁶⁶koi bhi manushya maatra ko gyaan ka saagar va patit-paavan nahin kahenge।

¹⁶⁰No human being can be called the Ocean of Knowledge or the Purifier.

¹⁶⁷jabki saari srishti hi patit hai to ham patit-paavan kisko kahen?

¹⁶¹When the whole world is impure, whom could we call the Purifier?

¹⁶⁸yahaan koi punya aatma ho na sake।

¹⁶²No one here can be a charitable soul.

¹⁶⁹baap samjhaate hain - yeh duniya patit hai।

¹⁶³The Father explains that this world is impure.

¹⁷⁰shreekrishna hai avval number।

¹⁶⁴Shri Krishna is number one.

¹⁷¹unko bhi bhagwan nahin kah sakte।

¹⁶⁵He cannot be called God.

¹⁷²janma-maran rahit ek hi niraakaar baap hai।

¹⁶⁶Only the one incorporeal Father is free from birth and re-birth.

¹⁷³gaaya jaata hai shiv parmaatmaae namah, brahma-vishnu-shankar ko devta kah phir shiv ko paramatma kehte hain।

¹⁷⁶varsa bhi baap se milna hai, sarvavyaapi kahne se varsa nahin milta hai।

¹⁷¹The inheritance is received from the Father. ¹⁷²By saying that He is omnipresent, you cannot receive the inheritance.

¹⁷⁷baap svarga ki sthaapna karne vaala hai to zaroor svarga ka hi varsa denge।

¹⁷³The Father is the One who establishes heaven and so He will definitely give you the inheritance of heaven.

¹⁷⁸yeh lakshmi-naaraayan hain number one।

¹⁷⁴Lakshmi and Narayan are number one.

¹⁷⁹padhaai se yeh pad paaya।

¹⁷⁵They attained that status through this study.

¹⁸⁰bhaarat ka praacheen yog kyon nahin mashhoor hoga। ¹⁸¹jisse manushya vishwa ka maalik bante hain usko kehte hain sahaj yog, sahaj gyaan।

¹⁷⁶Why would the ancient yoga of Bharat not be famous, since it is through this that human beings become the masters of the world? ¹⁷⁷This is called easy yoga and easy knowledge.

¹⁸²hai bhi bahut sahaj, ek hi janma ke purushaartha se kitni praapti ho jaati hai।

¹⁷⁸It truly is very easy. ¹⁷⁹By making effort for one birth, you attain so much.

¹⁸³bhakti maarga mein to janma by janma thokren khaate aaye, milta to kuchh bhi nahin।

¹⁸⁰On the path of devotion, you were stumbling along for birth after birth and you received nothing.

¹⁸⁴yeh to ek hi janma mein milta hai isliye sahaj kaha jaata hai।

¹⁸¹Here, you receive so much in one birth and that is why it is called easy.

¹⁸⁵second mein jeevanmukti kaha jaata hai।

¹⁸²It is said, “Liberation-in-life in a second”.

¹⁸⁶aajkal to dekho kaise-kaise invention nikaalte rehte hain।

¹⁸³Nowadays, they invent amazing things. ¹⁸⁴It is the wonder of science.

¹⁸⁷science ka bhi wonder hai।

¹⁸⁵Look at what the wonder of silence is.

¹⁸⁸silence ka bhi wonder dekho kaisa hai?

¹⁸⁶You can see so much of that, whereas here, there is nothing.

¹⁸⁹woh sab kitna dekhne mein aata hai। ¹⁹⁰yahaan kuchh nahin hai।

¹⁸⁷You are just sitting in silence and you also go to work.

¹⁹¹tum shanti mein baithe ho, naukri aadi bhi karte ho, hath kaar de...aur aatma ki dil yaar taraph, aashik maashook bhi gaaye hue hain na।

¹⁸⁸However, while working with your hands, your heart is with your Beloved. ¹⁸⁹The lover and beloved are also remembered.

¹⁹²woh ek do ki shakla par aashik hote hain, vikaar ki baat nahin rehti।

¹⁹⁰They are attracted by each other's face; there is no question of vice there.

¹⁹³kahaan bhi baithe yaad aa jaayenge।

¹⁹¹Wherever they may be sitting, they remember one another.

¹⁹⁴roti khaate rahenge bas saamne unko dekhte rahenge।

¹⁹⁵ant mein tumhaari yeh avastha ho jaayegi।

¹⁹³At the end, your stage will be like that.

¹⁹⁶bas baap ko hi yaad karte rahenge।

¹⁹⁴You will continue to remember only the Father.

¹⁹⁸meethe-meethe sikeeldhe bachchon prati maat-pita baapdaada ka yaadapyaar aur good morning।

¹⁹⁶To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost, now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

²⁰¹1) roop-basanta ban mukh se sada sukhdaai bol bolne hain, duhkhadaai nahin banna hai।

¹⁹⁹ 1. Become rup and basant and continually speak words that give happiness. ²⁰⁰Do not cause sorrow for others.

²⁰²gyaan ke vichaaron mein rehna hai, mukh se gyaan ratna hi nikaalne hain।

²⁰¹Keep thinking about knowledge and only let jewels of knowledge emerge from your mouth.

²⁰³2) nirmohi banna hai, har ek se pyaar se kaam lena hai, gussa nahin karna hai। ²⁰⁴anaath ko sanaath banaane ki seva karni hai।

²⁰² 2. Become free from attachment. ²⁰³Interact with everyone with love and don't become angry. ²⁰⁴Do the service of making orphans into those who belong to the Lord and Master.

²⁰⁵Blessing: May you become a holy swan and claim the title of “his holiness” by finishing all name and trace of impurity.

²⁰⁶jaise hans kabhi bhi kankad nahin chugte, ratna dhaaran karte hain। ²⁰⁷aise holeehans kisi ke avgun arthaat kankad ko dhaaran nahin karte।

²⁰⁶ Just as a swan never picks up stones, but selects jewels, in the same way, holy swans never imbibe any defects, that is, any stones.

²⁰⁸ve vyartha aur samartha ko alag kar vyartha ko chhod dete hain, samartha ko apna lete hain।

²⁰⁷They separate the wasteful from the powerful and put aside the wasteful and adopt the powerful.

²⁰⁹aise holeehans hi pavitra shuddh aatmaayen hain, unka aahaar, vyavhaar sab shuddh hota hai।

²⁰⁸Such holy swans are clean and pure souls and their diet and their relationships are pure.

²¹⁰jab ashuddhi arthaat apvitrata ka naam nishaan bhi samaapta ho jaae tab bhavishya mein his holiness ka title praapta ho isliye kabhi galti se bhi kisi ke avgun dhaaran nahin karna।

²⁰⁹When all name and trace of uncleanliness, that is, impurity is finished, you then claim the title of “his holiness” in the future, and so, never imbibe anyone’s defects even by mistake.
