¹Essence: Sweet children, the donation of the imperishable jewels of knowledge is the greatest donation. ²It is through this donation that you receive a kingdom. ³Therefore, become great donors.

²prashn:- jin bachchon ko service ka shauk hoga unki mukhya nishaaniyaan kya hogi?

⁴Question: What are the main signs of the children who have a keen interest in doing service?

³uttar:- 1. unhein puraani duniya ka vaataavran bilkul achha nahin lagega, 2. unhein bahuton ki seva kar aap-samaan banaane mein hi khushi hogi, 3. unhein padhne aur padhaane mein hi aaraam aayega, 4. samjhaate-samjhaate gala bhi kharaab ho jaae to bhi khushi mein rahenge, 5. unhein kisi ki milkiyat nahin chaahiye।

⁵Answer: 1) They do not like the atmosphere of the old world at all. ⁶2) They are happy to serve many and make others the same as themselves. ⁷3) Only in studying and teaching others do they feel comfortable. ⁸4) Even if their throats dry up while explaining to others, they remain happy.

⁴woh kisi ki property ke peechhe apna samay nahin ganvaayenge।

⁹5)They don’t want anyone’s property. ¹⁰They do not waste their time chasing after someone else’s property.

⁵6. unki ragen sab taraph se tooti hui hongi. 7. woh baap samaan udaarchit honge।

¹¹6) Their strings of attachment are broken away from everywhere. ¹²7) They have generous hearts, like the Father.

⁶unhein seva ke sivaae aur kuchh bhi meetha nahin lagega।

¹³Apart from doing service, they do not find anything else sweet.

⁹roohaani baap jiski mahima suni woh baith bachchon ko paath padhaate hain, yeh paathshaala hai na।

¹⁶The spiritual Father, whose praise you have just heard, sits here and teaches you children lessons. ¹⁷This is a school.

¹⁰tum sab yahaan paath padh rahe ho teacher se।

¹⁸All of you are learning your lessons from the Teacher.

¹¹yeh hai supreme teacher, jisko parampita bhi kaha jaata hai।

¹⁹This One is the Supreme Teacher who is also called the Supreme Father.

¹²parampita roohaani baap ko hi kaha jaata hai।

²⁰Only the spiritual Father can be called the Supreme Father.

¹³laukik baap ko kabhi parampita nahin kahenge।

²¹A physical father would never be called the Supreme Father.

¹⁴tum kahenge abhi ham paarlaukik baap ke paas baithe hain।

²²You would say: We are now sitting with the parlokik Father.

¹⁵koi baithe hain, koi mehmaan ban aate hain।

²³Some are already sitting here and some come here as guests.

¹⁶tum samajhte ho ham behad ke baap paas baithe hain, varsa lene ke liye।

²⁴You understand that you are sitting with the unlimited Father in order to claim your inheritance.

¹⁷to andar mein kitni khushi honi chaahiye।

²⁵So, you should have so much internal happiness.

¹⁸manushya to bichaare chillaate rehte hain।

²⁶Poor people continue to cry out in distress.

¹⁹is samay duniya mein sab kehte hain duniya mein shanti ho।

²⁷At this time, everyone in the world says that there should be peace in the world.

²⁰yeh to bichaaron ko pata nahin, shanti kya vastu hai।

²⁸The poor helpless people don’t know what peace is.

²¹gyaan ka saagar, shanti ka saagar baap hi shanti sthaapan karne vaala hai।

²⁹Only the Father, who is the Ocean of Knowledge and the Ocean of Peace, can establish peace.

²²niraakaari duniya mein to shanti hi hai।

³⁰There is just peace in the incorporeal world.

²³yahaan chillaate hain ki duniya mein shanti kaise ho?

³¹Here, people cry out in distress: How can there be peace in the world?

²⁴ab nai duniya satayug mein to shanti thi jabki ek dharma tha।

³²There used to be peace in the golden-aged new world when there was just the one religion.

²⁵nai duniya ko kehte hain paradise, devtaaon ki duniya।

³³The new world is called Paradise, the world of deities.

²⁶shaastron mein jahaan-tahaan ashaanti ki baaten likh di hain।

³⁴Everywhere in the scriptures they have just written things of peacelessness.

²⁷dikhaate hain dvaapar mein kans tha, phir hiranyakashyap ko satayug mein dikhaate hain, treta mein raavan ka hangaama.....। ²⁸sab jagah ashaanti dikha di hai।

³⁵They have shown Kans in the copper age and then they have shown Hirnakashap in the golden age. ³⁶They have shown the upheavalof Ravan in the silver age; they have shown peacelessness everywhere.

²⁹manushya bichaare kitna ghor andhiyaare mein hain।

³⁷The poor people are in such extreme darkness.

³⁰pukaarte bhi hain behad ke baap ko।

³⁸They call out to the unlimited Father.

³¹jab god father aaye tab vahi aakar shanti sthaapan kare।

³⁹Only when God, the Father, comes can He then establish peace.

³²god ko bichaare jaante hi nahin।

⁴⁰The poor people don’t know God at all.

³³shanti hoti hi hai nai duniya mein।

⁴¹Peace only exists in the new world.

³⁴puraani duniya mein hoti nahin।

⁴²It cannot exist in the old world.

³⁵nai duniya sthaapan karne vaala to baap hi hai।

⁴³Only the Father establishes the new world.

³⁶unko hi bulaate hain ki aakar pees sthaapan karo।

⁴⁴People call out to Him to come and establish peace.

³⁷aarya samaaji bhi gaate hain shanti deva। ³⁸baap kehte hain pahle hai pavitrata।

⁴⁵Even those who belong to the Arya Samaj sing praise of the Bestower of Peace.

³⁹abhi tum pavitra ban rahe ho।

⁴⁶The Father says: It is purity first.

⁴⁰vahaan pavitrata bhi hai, pees bhi hai, health-wealth sab hai।

⁴⁷You are now becoming pure. ⁴⁸There, there is purity, peace, health, wealth and everything.

⁴¹dhan bigar to manushya udaas ho jaate hain।

⁴⁹People become unhappy without wealth.

⁴²tum yahaan aate ho in lakshmi-naaraayan jaisa dhanvaan banne।

⁵⁰You come here to become as wealthy as Lakshmi and Narayan.

⁴³yeh vishwa ke maalik the na।

⁵¹They were the masters of the world.

⁴⁴tum aaye ho vishwa ka maalik banne।

⁵²You have come here to become the masters of the world.

⁴⁵parantu woh dimaag sabka nambarvaar hai।

⁵³However, each one’s intellect is numberwise.

⁴⁶baba ne kaha tha - jab prabhaatpheri nikaalte ho to saath mein lakshmi-naaraayan ka chitra zaroor uthaao।

⁵⁴Baba has said: When you go out in the morning in a procession, you should definitely take the picture of Lakshmi and Narayan with you.

⁴⁷aisi yukti racho।

⁵⁵Create such tactics.

⁴⁸abhi bachchon ki buddhi paarasbuddhi banne ki hai।

⁵⁶The children’s intellects are now to become divine.

⁴⁹is samay ajun tamopradhaan se rajo tak gaye hain।

⁵⁷At this time they have just gone to the rajo stage from being tamopradhan.

⁵⁰abhi sato, satopradhaan tak jaana hai।

⁵⁸They now have to reach the satopradhan stage after becoming sato.

⁵¹woh taakat abhi nahin hai।

⁵⁹You don’t have that strength as yet.

⁵²yaad mein rehte nahin hain।

⁶⁰You do not stay in remembrance.

⁵³yogbal ki bahut kami hai।

⁶¹There is a lot missing in the power of yoga.

⁵⁴phat se satopradhaan nahin ban sakte hain।

⁶²No one can become satopradhan instantly.

⁵⁵yeh jo gaayan hai second mein jeevanmukti, woh to theek hai।

⁶³It is remembered that there is liberation-in-life in a second. ⁶⁴That is fine.

⁵⁶tum brahman bane ho to jeevanmukta ban hi gaye, phir jeevan-mukti mein bhi sarvottam, madhyam, kanishta hote hain।

⁶⁵Since you have become Brahmins, you are liberated-in-life. ⁶⁶Then, even in liberation-in-life, there are the highest, the mediocre and the lowest levels.

⁵⁷jo baap ka bante hain to jeevanmukti milti zaroor hai।

⁶⁷Those who belong to the Father definitely receive liberation-in-life.

⁵⁸bhal baap ka ban phir baap ko chhod dete hain to bhi jeevanmukti zaroor milegi।

⁶⁸Although some belong to the Father and then leave Him, in spite of that, they will still receive liberation-in-life.

⁵⁹svarga mein jhaadu lagaane vaala ban jaayenge।

⁶⁹They will become sweepers in heaven.

⁶⁰svarga mein to jaayenge। ⁶¹baaki pad kam mil jaata।

⁷⁰They will at least go to heaven, but they will receive a low status.

⁶²baap avinaashi gyaan dete hain, uska kabhi vinaash nahin hota hai।

⁷¹The Father gives you imperishable knowledge which is never destroyed.

⁶³bachchon ke andar mein khushi ke dhol bajne chaahiye।

⁷²Drums of happiness should beat in the hearts of you children.

⁶⁴yeh haay-haay hone ke baad phir vaah-vaah honi hai।

⁷³After the cries of distress, there will be cries of wonder.

⁶⁵tum abhi eeshvareey santaan ho।

⁷⁴You are now the children of God.

⁶⁶phir banenge daivi santaan।

⁷⁵You will then become children of the deities.

⁶⁷is samay tumhaari yeh jeevan heere tulya hai।

⁷⁶Your lives at this time are as valuable as diamonds.

⁶⁸tum bhaarat ki service kar bhaarat ko peaceful banaate ho।

⁷⁷You are serving Bharat and making it peaceful.

⁶⁹vahaan pavitrata, sukh, shanti sab rehti hai।

⁷⁸There, there is purity, peace and happiness; there is everything there!

⁷⁰yeh jeevan tumhaara devtaaon se bhi oonch hai।

⁷⁹These lives of yours are even more elevated than those of the deities.

⁷¹abhi tum rachta baap ko aur srishti chakra ko jaante ho।

⁸⁰You now know the Father, the Creator, and the world cycle.

⁷²kehte hain yeh tyohaar aadi jo bhi hain parampara se chale aate hain।

⁸¹It is said that all the festivals etc. have continued from time immemorial.

⁷³parantu kab se?

⁸²However, from when?

⁷⁴yeh koi nahin jaante।

⁸³No one knows this.

⁷⁵samajhte hain jabse srishti shuru hui, raavan ko jalaana aadi bhi parampara se chala aata hai।

⁸⁴They believe that it is from when the world began, that the burning of Ravan is also from time immemorial.

⁷⁶ab satayug mein to raavan hota nahin।

⁸⁵However, Ravan doesn’t exist in the golden age.

⁷⁷vahaan koi bhi duhkhi nahin hai isliye god ko bhi yaad nahin karte।

⁸⁶There is no type of sorrow there and this is why they don’t even remember God.

⁷⁸yahaan sab god ko yaad karte rehte।

⁸⁷Here, everyone continues to remember God.

⁷⁹samajhte hain god hi vishwa mein shanti karenge, isliye kehte hain aakar raham karo।

⁸⁸They believe that only God will bring peace to the world. ⁸⁹This is why they say: Come and have mercy on us!

⁸⁰hamko duhkh se liberate karo।

⁹⁰Liberate us from sorrow!

⁸¹bachche hi baap ko bulaate hain kyonki bachchon ne hi sukh dekha hai।

⁹¹It is the children who call out to the Father because it is they who have seen happiness.

⁸²baap kehte hain - tumko pavitra banaakar saath le chalenge।

⁹²The Father says: I will purify you and take you back with Me.

⁸³jo pavitra nahin banenge woh to saza khaayenge।

⁹³Those who don’t become pure will experience punishment.

⁸⁴ismen mansa, vaacha, karmana pavitra rehna hai।

⁹⁴Here, you have to remain pure in your thoughts, words and deeds.

⁸⁵mansa bhi badi achhi chaahiye।

⁹⁵Your thoughts have to be very good.

⁸⁶itni mehnat karni hai jo pichhaadi mein mansa mein koi vyartha khyaal na aaye।

⁹⁶You have to make so much effort that, at the end, you don’t have any wasteful thoughts.

⁸⁷ek baap ke sivaae koi bhi yaad na aaye।

⁹⁷Do not remember anyone but the one Father.

⁸⁸baap samjhaate hain abhi mansa tak to aayenge jab tak karmaateet avastha ho।

⁹⁸The Father explains: These thoughts will come until you reach the karmateet stage.

⁸⁹hanumaan misal adol bano, usmein hi to badi mehnat chaahiye।

⁹⁹You have to become as unshakeable as Hanuman. ¹⁰⁰That requires great effort.

⁹⁰jo aagyaakaari, vaphaadaar, sapoot bachche hote hain baap ka pyaar bhi un par jaasti rehta hai।

¹⁰¹The children who are obedient, faithful and worthy are loved by the Father a great deal.

⁹¹5 vikaaron par jeet na paane vaale itne pyaare lag na saken।

¹⁰²Those who don’t conquer the five vices cannot be loved as much.

⁹²tum bachche jaante ho ham kalpa-kalpa baap se yeh varsa lete hain to kitna khushi ka paara chadhna chaahiye।

¹⁰³You children know that you claim your inheritance from the Father every cycle, and so your mercury of happiness should rise so high!

⁹³yeh bhi jaante ho sthaapna to zaroor honi hai।

¹⁰⁴You also know that establishment definitely has to take place.

⁹⁴yeh puraani duniya kabradaakhil honi hai zaroor।

¹⁰⁵This old world definitely has to become a graveyard.

⁹⁵ham paristaan mein jaane liye kalpa pahle misal purooshaartha karte rehte hain।

¹⁰⁶We are continuing to make effort as we did in the previous cycle in order to go to the land of angels.

⁹⁶yeh to kabristaan hai na।

¹⁰⁷This is a graveyard.

⁹⁷puraani duniya aur nai duniya ki samjhaani seedhi mein hai।

¹⁰⁸The explanation of the old world and the new world is given in the picture of the ladder.

⁹⁸yeh seedhi kitni achhi hai to bhi manushya samajhte nahin hain।

¹⁰⁹This picture of the ladder is so good but, nevertheless, people are unable to understand anything.

⁹⁹yahaan saagar ke kanthe par rahne vaale bhi poora samajhte nahin।

¹¹⁰Even those who live here on the shore of the Ocean are unable to understand fully.

¹⁰⁰tumhein gyaan dhan ka daan to zaroor karna chaahiye।

¹¹¹You definitely have to donate the wealth of knowledge.

¹⁰¹dhan diye dhan na khute।

¹¹²Wealth never diminishes by donating it.

¹⁰²daani, mahaadaani kehte hain na।

¹¹³It is said: Donor and then great donor.

¹⁰³jo hospital, dharmashaala aadi banaate hain, unko mahaadaani kehte hain।

¹¹⁴Those who build a hospital or a pilgrims’ rest house are called great donors.

¹⁰⁴uska phal phir doosre janma mein alpakaal ke liye milta hai।

¹¹⁵They receive the fruit of that in their next birth for a temporary period.

¹⁰⁵samjho dharmashaala banaate hain to doosre janma mein makaan ka sukh milega। ¹⁰⁶koi bahut-bahut dhan daan karte hain to raaja ke ghar mein va saahookaar ke ghar mein janma lete hain।

¹¹⁶For instance, if someone builds a pilgrims’ rest house, he will receive the happiness of a good home in his next birth. ¹¹⁷Those who donate a lot of wealth will take birth to a king or to a wealthy person.

¹⁰⁷woh daan se bante hain। ¹⁰⁸tum padhaai se raajaai pad paate ho।

¹¹⁸They become that by donating whereas you claim a royal status by studying.

¹⁰⁹padhaai bhi hai, daan bhi hai।

¹¹⁹There is a study and also a donation.

¹¹⁰yahaan hai direct, bhakti maarga mein hai indirect।

¹²⁰Here, it is direct whereas on the path of devotion it is indirect.

¹¹¹shivbaaba tumko padhaai se aisa banaate hain।

¹²¹Shiv Baba is making you become like that through this study.

¹¹²shiv-baba ke paas to hain hi avinaashi gyaan ratna।

¹²²Shiv Baba has the imperishable jewels of knowledge.

¹¹³ek-ek ratna laakhon roopayon ke hain।

¹²³Each jewel is worth hundreds of thousands of rupees.

¹¹⁴bhakti ke liye aise nahin kaha jaata।

¹²⁴This cannot be said of devotion.

¹¹⁵gyaan isko kaha jaata hai।

¹²⁵This is called knowledge.

¹¹⁶shaastron mein bhakti ka gyaan hai, bhakti kaise ki jaae uske liye shiksha milti hai।

¹²⁶They have the knowledge of devotion in the scriptures; they receive teachings about how to perform devotion.

¹¹⁷tum bachchon ko hai gyaan ka kaapaari nasha।

¹²⁷You children have the intoxication of knowledge which goes right to your head.

¹¹⁸tumhein bhakti ke baad gyaan milta hai।

¹²⁸You receive knowledge after doing devotion.

¹¹⁹gyaan se vishwa ki baadshaahi ka kaapaari nasha chadhta hai। ¹²⁰jo jaasti service karenge, unko nasha chadhega।

¹²⁹Through knowledge you experience the intoxication of the sovereignty of the world which goes right to your head.

¹²¹pradarshani athva museum mein bhi achha bhaashan karne vaalon ko bulaate hain na।

¹³⁰Those who do a lot of service will become intoxicated. ¹³¹Those who give good lectures are invited to the museums and exhibitions.

¹²²vahaan bhi zaroor nambarvaar honge।

¹³²They would definitely be numberwise there too.

¹²³mahaarthi, ghodesvaar, pyaade hote hain।

¹³³There are the elephant riders, the horse riders and the foot soldiers.

¹²⁴delvaada mandir mein bhi yaadgaar bana hua hai।

¹³⁴The memorial is created in the Dilwala Temple.

¹²⁵tum kahenge yeh hai chaitanya delvaada, woh hai jad।

¹³⁵You say: This is the living Dilwala and that is the non-living one.

¹²⁶tum ho gupta isliye tumko jaante nahin।

¹³⁶You are incognito and this is why people don’t recognize you.

¹²⁷tum ho raajarishi, woh hain hathayog rishi।

¹³⁷You are Raj Rishis and they are hatha yoga rishis.

¹²⁸abhi tum gyaan gyaaneshvari ho।

¹³⁸You are now gyan gyaneshwari (knowledge-full).

¹²⁹gyaan saagar tumko gyaan dete hain।

¹³⁹The Ocean of Knowledge is giving you knowledge.

¹³⁰tum avinaashi surgeon ke bachche ho।

¹⁴⁰You are the children of the eternal Surgeon.

¹³¹surgeon hi nabja dekhega।

¹⁴¹Only the Surgeon would feel your pulse.

¹³²jo apni nabja ko hi nahin jaante to doosre ko phir kaise jaanenge।

¹⁴²How would those who don’t know their own pulse know the pulse of others?

¹³³tum avinaashi surgeon ke bachche ho na।

¹⁴³You are the children of the eternal Surgeon, are you not?

¹³⁴gyaan anjan satguru diya... yeh gyaan injection hai na।

¹⁴⁴The Satguru gives you the ointment of knowledge; this is the injection of knowledge.

¹³⁵aatma ko injection lagta hai na।

¹⁴⁵Souls are given an injection.

¹³⁶yeh mahima bhi abhi ki hai।

¹⁴⁶That praise is of this time.

¹³⁷satguru ki hi mahima hai।

¹⁴⁷It is the praise of the Satguru.

¹³⁸gurooon ko bhi gyaan injection satguru hi denge।

¹⁴⁸Only the Satguru would give the injection of knowledge to gurus.

¹³⁹tum avinaashi surgeon ke bachche ho to tumhaara dhandha hi hai gyaan injection lagaana।

¹⁴⁹You are the children of the eternal Surgeon and so your business is to give everyone the injection of knowledge.

¹⁴⁰doctor mein bhi koi maas mein laakh, koi 500 bhi mushkil kamaayenge।

¹⁵⁰Among doctors too, some earn one hundred thousand rupees in a month, whereas others barely earn 500 rupees.

¹⁴¹nambarvaar ek-do ke paas jaate hain na।

¹⁵¹People go to each one, numberwise.

¹⁴²haaeekorta, supreemkorta mein judgement milti hai - phaansi par chadhna hai।

¹⁵²A judgement is received from the High Court or the Supreme Court to put someone on the gallows.

¹⁴³phir president paas apeel karte hain to woh maaph bhi kar dete hain।

¹⁵³Then an appeal is made to the President, and so he forgives him.

¹⁴⁴tum bachchon ko to nasha rehna chaahiye, udaarchit hona chaahiye।

¹⁵⁴You children should be intoxicated and remain generous hearted.

¹⁴⁵is bhaageerath mein baap pravesh hua to inko baap ne udaarchit banaaya na।

¹⁵⁵The Father entered this Lucky Chariot and so He made him generous hearted.

¹⁴⁶khud to kuchh bhi kar sakte hain na।

¹⁵⁶He Himself can do anything, can He not?

¹⁴⁷woh ismen aakar maalik ban baitha।

¹⁵⁷He entered this one and became the Master.

¹⁴⁸chalo yeh sab bhaarat ke kalyaan ke liye lagaana hai।

¹⁵⁸OK, all of that has to be used to benefit Bharat.

¹⁴⁹tum dhan lagaate ho, bhaarat ke hi kalyaan ke liye।

¹⁵⁹You use your wealth for the benefit of Bharat.

¹⁵⁰koi poochhe kharcha kahaan se laate ho? ¹⁵¹bolo, ham apne hi tan-man-dhan se service karte hain।

¹⁶⁰When someone asks you how you cover your expenses, tell him: We are doing service with our own bodies, minds and wealth.

¹⁵²ham raajya karenge to paisa bhi ham lagaayenge।

¹⁶¹We will rule and so we will use our own money.

¹⁵³ham apna hi kharcha karte hain।

¹⁶²We cover the expenses ourselves.

¹⁵⁴ham brahman shreemat par raajya sthaapan karte hain।

¹⁶³We Brahmins are establishing the kingdom by following shrimat.

¹⁵⁵jo brahman banenge vahi kharcha karenge।

¹⁶⁴Those who become Brahmins will cover the expenses.

¹⁵⁶shudra se brahman banen phir devta banna hai।

¹⁶⁵We have become Brahmins from shudras and we then have to become deities.

¹⁵⁷baba to kehte hain sab chitra aise translight ke banaao jo manushyon ko kashish ho। ¹⁵⁸koi ko jhat se teer lag jaae।

¹⁶⁶Baba says: Create all the pictures in "trans-light" (illuminated transparency) form so that people are attracted to them and the arrow instantly strikes the target.

¹⁵⁹koi jaadu ke dar se aayenge nahin।

¹⁶⁷Some will not come here at all because they are afraid of magic.

¹⁶⁰manushya se devta banaana - yeh jaadu hai na।

¹⁶⁸To change humans into deities is magic, is it not?

¹⁶¹bhagvaanuvaach, main tumko raajayog sikhaata hoon।

¹⁶⁹God speaks: I teach you Raj Yoga.

¹⁶²hathayogi kabhi raajayog sikhla na sake।

¹⁷⁰Hatha yogis cannot teach Raj Yoga.

¹⁶³yeh baaten abhi tum samajhte ho।

¹⁷¹You now understand these things.

¹⁶⁴tum mandir laayak ban rahe ho।

¹⁷²You are becoming worthy of sitting in a temple.

¹⁶⁵is samay yeh saari vishwa behad ki lanka hai।

¹⁷³At this time the whole world is an unlimited Lanka.

¹⁶⁶saare vishwa mein raavan ka raajya hai।

¹⁷⁴There is Ravan’s kingdom over the entire world.

¹⁶⁷baaki satayug-treta mein yeh raavan aadi ho kaise sakte।

¹⁷⁵How could Ravan etc. exist in the golden and silver ages?

¹⁶⁸baap kehte hain abhi main jo sunaata hoon, woh suno।

¹⁷⁶The Father says: Listen to the things I tell you now.

¹⁶⁹in aankhon se kuchh dekho nahin।

¹⁷⁷Don’t see anything with those eyes.
