Question

2Praśhna  : drama K|kē kis rāz kō samajhnē vālē kaun-sī rāy kisī kō bhī nahī̃ dēgē  ?

3Question: By understanding which secret of the drama will you never give a particular type of advice to anyone?

Answer

3Uttar  : jō samajhtē haĩ ki drama mē̃ jō kuchh past hō gayā vah phir sē accurate repeat hōgā , vah kabhī kisī kō bhakti chhōṛnē key|kī rāy nahī̃ dēgē . 4Jab unkī buddhi mē̃ gyān achchhī rīti baiṭh jāyēgā , samajhē̃gē ham ātmā haĩ , hamē̃ bēhad K|kē bāp sē varsā lēnā hai . 5Jab bēhad K|kē bāp key|kī pahchān hō jāyēgī tō had key|kī bātē̃ svataḥ khatm hō jāyēṅgī .

4Answer: When you understand that whatever happened in the drama in the past repeats accurately, you will never advise anyone to stop performing devotion. 5When this knowledge sits in their intellects very well, when they understand that they are souls and that they have to claim their inheritance from the unlimited Father, and when they also recognize Him, all their limited things will automatically finish.

Murli

6Ōm śhānti .

6Om shanti.

7Apnī ātmā K|kē svadharm mē̃ baiṭhē hō  ?

7Are you sitting here stabilized in your original religion?

8Rūhānī bāp rūhānī bachchō̃ sē pūchhtē haĩ kyōṅki yah tō bachchē jāntē haĩ ēk hī bēhad kā bāp hai , jiskō rūh kahtē haĩ .

8The spiritual Father asks you spiritual children because you know that only the unlimited Father is called the Spirit.

9Sirph unkō supreme kahā jātā hai .

9It is just that He is called the Supreme.

10Supreme rūh yā param ātmā kahtē haĩ .

10He is called the Supreme Spirit or the Supreme Soul.

11Paramātmā hai jarūr , aisē nahī̃ kahē̃gē ki paramātmā hai hī nahī̃ .

11The Supreme Soul, God, definitely exists; it cannot be said that He doesn’t exist.

12Param ātmā mānā paramātmā .

12The Supreme Soul means God.

13Yah bhī samjhāyā gayā hai , mūñjhnā nahī̃ chāhiē kyōṅki 5 hazār varṣh pahlē bhī yah gyān tumnē sunā thā .

13This has been explained to you. 14Therefore, you mustn’t become confused because you also heard this knowledge 5000 years ago.

14Ātmā hī suntī hai nā .

15It is you souls who listen to this.

15Ātmā bahut chhōṭī sūkṣhma hai .

16Souls are very tiny and subtle.

16Itnā hai jō in āṅkhō̃ sē dēkhā nahī̃ jātā .

17They are so tiny that they cannot be seen with anyone’s eyes.

17Aisā kōī manuṣhya nahī̃ hōgā jisnē ātmā kō in āṅkhō̃ sē dēkhā hōgā .

18There isn’t a single human being who would have seen a soul with the physical eyes.

18Dēkhnē mē̃ ātī hai parantu divya dr̥iṣhṭi sē . 19Sō bhī drama plan anusār .

19They can be seen, but only with divine vision, and that, too, is according to the dramaplan.

20Achchhā , samjhō kōī kō ātmā kā sākṣhātkār hōtā hai , jaisē aur chīz dēkhnē mē̃ ātī hai .

20OK, for instance, someone has a vision of a soul in the same way that he sees other things.

21Bhakti mārg mē̃ bhī kuchh sākṣhātkār hōtā hai tō in ākhō̃ sē hī .

21On the path of devotion too, when they have visions of something, it is through their physical eyes.

22Vah divya dr̥iṣhṭi miltī hai jissē chaitanya mē̃ dēkhtē haĩ .

22They receive that divine vision and see it though it is in the living form.

23Ātmā kō gyān chakṣhu miltī hai jissē dēkh saktē haĩ , parantu dhyān mē̃ .

23A soul receives the eye of knowledge through which he sees something, but that is in a state of trance.

24Bhakti mārg mē̃ bahut bhakti kartē haĩ tab sākṣhātkār hōtā hai .

24On the path of devotion, it is when they perform a lot of devotion that they receive visions.

25Jaisē mīrā kō sākṣhātkār huā , dance kartī thī .

25For instance, Meera had a vision of herself dancing in heaven.

26Baikuṇṭh tō thā nahī̃ .

26However, heaven didn’t exist then.

275-6 sau varṣh huā hōgā .

27That must have been 500 to 600 years ago.

28Us samay baikuṇṭh thā thōṛēhī .

28Heaven really didn’t exist at that time.

29Jō past hō gayā hai vah divya dr̥iṣhṭi sē dēkhā jātā hai .

29Whatever existed in the past is seen with divine vision.

30Jab bahut bhakti kartē-kartē ēkdam bhaktimay hō jātē haĩ tab dīdār hōtā hai parantu unsē mukti nahī̃ miltī .

30When they perform a lot of devotion and become completely engrossed in devotion they have a vision, but they don’t receive liberation through that.

31Mukti-jīvanmukti kā rāstā bhakti sē bilkul nyārā hai . 32Bhārat mē̃ kitnē ḍhēr mandir haĩ .

31The path to liberation and liberation-in-life is completely separate from that of devotion.

33Śhiv kā liṅg rakhtē haĩ .

32There are so many temples in Bharat.

34Baṛā liṅg bhī rakhtē haĩ , chhōṭā bhī rakhtē haĩ .

33They place a lingam of Shiva too in them.

35Ab yah tō bachchē jāntē haĩ jaisī ātmā hai vaisē parampitā paramātmā hai .

34They have large and small lingams. 35You children understand that souls are like the Supreme Soul.

36Size sabkā ēk hī hai .

36The size of all souls is the same.

37Jaisē bāp vaisē bachchē .

37As is the Father, so the children.

38Ātmāyē̃ sab bhāī haĩ .

38All souls are brothers.

39Ātmāyē̃ is śharīr mē̃ ātī haĩ part bajānē , yah samajhnē key|kī bātē̃ haĩ .

39Souls enter their bodies to play their parts. 40This is something that has to be understood.

40Yah kōī bhakti mārg key|kī dant kathāyē̃ nahī̃ haĩ .

41These are not tall stories of the path of devotion.

41Gyān mārg key|kī bātē̃ sirph ēk bāp hī samjhātē haĩ .

42Only the one Father explains things of the path of knowledge.

42Pahlē-pahlē samjhānē vālā bēhad kā bāp nirākār hī hai , unkē liē pūrī rīti kōī bhī samajh nahī̃ saktē .

43First of all, it is only the unlimited incorporeal Father who explains everything. 44No one can understand Him completely or accurately.

43Kahtē haĩ vah tō sarvavyāpī hai .

45They say that He is omnipresent.

44Yah kōī right nahī̃ .

46That is not right.

45Bāp kō pukārtē haĩ , bahut pyār sē bulātē haĩ .

47They call out to the Father with a lot of love.

46Kahtē haĩ bābā āp jab āyēṅgē tō āp par ham vārī jāyēṅgē .

48They say: Baba, when You come, we will surrender ourselves to You.

47Mērā tō āp , dūsrā na kōī .

49You alone, and none other, are mine.

48Tō jarūr unkō yād karnā paṛē .

50Therefore, you definitely have to remember Him.

49Vah khud bhī kahtē haĩ hē bachchō̃ .

51He Himself says: O children! 52He speaks to souls.

50Ātmāō̃ sē hī bāt kartē haĩ .

53This is called spiritual knowledge.

51Iskō rūhānī knowledge kahā jātā hai . 52Gāyā bhī jātā hai ātmā aur paramātmā alag rahē bahukāl … yah bhī hisāb batāyā hai .

54It is remembered that souls remained separated from the Supreme Soul for a long time. 55This account has also been shown.

53Bahutkāl sē tum ātmāyē̃ alag rahtī hō , jō hī phir is samay bāp kē pās āī hō . 54Phir sē apnā rājyōg sīkhnē .

56You souls have lived apart from Him for a long time and it is now that you have come to the Father to study your Raj Yoga once again.

55Yah teacher servant hai .

57That Teacher is your Servant.

56Teacher hamēśhā obedient servant hōtē haĩ .

58A teacher is always an obedient servant.

57Bāp bhī kahtē haĩ ham tō sab bachchō̃ kā servant hū̃ .

59The Father too says: I am the Servant of all the children.

58Tum kitnā hujjat sē bulātē hō hē patit-pāvan ākar hamkō pāvan banāō .

60You call out as though it is your right: O Purifier, come and purify us!

59Sab haĩ bhaktiyā̃ .

61All of you are devotees.

60Kahtē haĩ - hē bhagvān āō , hamkō phir sē pāvan banāō .

62You say: O God, come! 63Come and purify us once again!

61Pāvan duniyā svarg kō , patit duniyā nark kō kahā jātā hai .

64The pure world is called heaven and the impure world is called hell.

62Yah sab samajhnē key|kī bātē haĩ .

65All of these matters have to be understood.

63Yah college athavā god fatherly world university hai .

66This is a college and Godfatherly World University.

64Iskī aim object hai manuṣhya sē dēvtā bannā .

67Its aim and objective is to change human beings into deities.

65Bachchē niśhchay kartē haĩ hamkō yah bannā hai .

68You children have the faith that this is what you want to become.

66Jiskō niśhchay hī nahī̃ hōgā vah school mē̃ baiṭhēgā kyā  ?

69Would anyone who doesn’t have faith sit in a school?

67Aim object tō buddhi mē̃ hai .

70You have the aim and objective in your intellects.

68Ham barrister vā doctor banē̃gē tō paṛhē̃gē nā .

71If you were going to become a barrister or a doctor, you would have to study.

69Niśhchay nahī̃ hōgā tō āyēṅgē hī nahī̃ .

72If you didn't have this faith, you wouldn’t even come here.

70Tumkō niśhchay hai ham manuṣhya sē dēvtā , nar sē nārāyaṇ bantē haĩ .

73You have the faith that you change from ordinary human beings into deities, from an ordinary human into Narayan.

71Yah sachchī-sachchī satya nar sē nārāyaṇ bannē key|kī kathā hai .

74This is the true story of changing from an ordinary human into Narayan.

72Vāstav mē̃ yah hai paṛhāī parantu inkō kathā kyō̃ kahtē haĩ  ?

75In fact, this is a study, but why is it called a story?

73Kyōṅki 5 hazār varṣh pahlē bhī sunī thī .

76Because you also heard it 5000 years ago.

74Past hō gaī hai .

77That is now the past.

75Past kō kathā kahā jātā hai .

78The past is called a katha (a religious story).

76Yah hai nar sē nārāyaṇ bannē key|kī śhikṣhā .

79These are the teachings for you to change from an ordinary human into Narayan.

77Bachchē dil sē samajhtē haĩ naī duniyā mē̃ dēvtāyē̃ , purānī duniyā mē̃ manuṣhya rahtē haĩ .

80You children know in your hearts that deities exist in the new world and that human beings exist in the old world.

78Dēvtāō̃ mē̃ jō guṇ haĩ vah manuṣhyō̃ mē̃ nahī̃ haĩ , isliē unkō dēvtā kahā jātā hai .

81Human beings don’t have the virtues that the deities have; that is why they are called deities.

79Manuṣhya dēvtāō̃ kē āgē naman kartē haĩ . 80Āp sarvguṇ sampann . . . hō phir apnē kō kahtē haĩ ham pāpī nīñch haĩ .

82Human beings bow down in front of the deity idols and say: You are full of all virtues…. 83Then they call themselves degraded sinners.

81Manuṣhya hī kahtē haĩ , dēvtāō̃ kō tō nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

84It is human beings that say this. 85It isn’t deities that say this.

82Dēvtāyē̃ thē satyug mē̃ , kaliyug mē̃ hō na sakē̃ .

86Deities exist in the golden age; they cannot exist in the iron age.

83Parantu ājkal tō sabkō śhrī śhrī kah dētē haĩ .

87However, nowadays, they call everyone Shri, Shri.

84Śhrī mānā śhrēṣhṭh .

88Shri means elevated.

85Sarvaśhrēṣhṭha tō bhagvān hī banā saktē haĩ .

89Only God can make you the most elevated.

86Śhrēṣhṭh dēvtā satyug mē̃ thē , is samay kōī manuṣhya śhrēṣhṭh haĩ nahī̃ .

90Elevated deities exist in the golden age. 91At this time, no human beings are elevated.

87Tum bachchē abhī bēhad kā sannyās kartē hō .

92You children now have unlimited renunciation.

88Tum jāntē hō yah purānī duniyā khatm hōnē vālī hai , isliē in sabsē vairāgya hai .

93You know that this old world is about to be destroyed and this is why you have disinterest in it.

89Vah tō haĩ haṭhyōgī sannyāsī .

94Those people are hatha yogi renunciates.

90Gharbār chhōṛ nikalē , phir ākar mahalō̃ mē̃ baiṭhē haĩ .

95They renounce their homes and leave them. 96Then they go and live in palaces.

91Nahī̃ tō kuṭiyā par kōī kharchā thōṛēhī lagtā hai , kuchh bhī nahī̃ .

97There are no expenses in living in their little huts; none whatsoever.

92Ēkānt kē liē kuṭiyā mē̃ baiṭhnā hōtā hai , na ki mahalō̃ mē̃ .

98For solitude, one has to sit in a little hut, not in a palace.

93Bābā key|kī bhī kuṭiyā banī huī hai .

99Baba too has had a little hut made.

94Kuṭiyā mē̃ sab sukh haĩ .

100There is every happiness in a little hut.

95Abhī tum bachchō̃ kō puruṣhārth kar manuṣhya sē dēvtā bannā hai .

101You children now have to make effort to change from human beings into deities.

96Tum jāntē hō drama mē̃ jō kuchh past hō gayā vah phir sē accurate repeat hōgā , isliē kiskō bhī aisī rāy nahī̃ dēnī hai ki bhakti chhōṛō .

102You know that whatever happened in the drama has now become the past and that it will repeat again accurately. 103This is why you mustn’t advise anyone to stop performing devotion.

97Jab gyān buddhi mē̃ ā jāyēgā tō samajhē̃gē ham ātmā haĩ , hamkō ab tō bēhad K|kē bāp sē varsā lēnā hai .

104When this knowledge enters their intellects, they will understand that they are souls and that they have to claim their inheritance from the unlimited Father.

98Bēhad K|kē bāp key|kī jab pahchān hōtī hai tō phir had key|kī bātē̃ khatm hō jātī haĩ .

105When there is recognition of the unlimited Father, all limited things finish.

99Bāp kahtē haĩ gr̥ihastha vyavahār mē̃ rahtē sirph buddhi kā yōg bāp sē lagānā hai .

106The Father says: While living at home with your families, simply connect your intellects in yoga to the Father.

100Śharīr nirvāh kē liē karma bhī karnā hai , jaisē bhakti mē̃ bhī kōī-kōī bahut naudhā bhakti kartē haĩ .

107Actions have to be performed for the livelihood of the body, just as some people perform a lot of intense devotion on the path of devotion.

101Niyam sē rōz jākar darśhan kartē haĩ .

108They go to see the idols every day as a very firm discipline.

102Dēhdhāriyō̃ kē pās jānā , vah sab hai jismānī yātrā .

109To go to bodily beings is a physical pilgrimage.

103Bhakti mārg mē̃ kitnē dhakkē khānē paṛtē haĩ .

110They have to stumble so much on the path of devotion.

104Yahā̃ kuchh bhī dhakkā nahī̃ khānā hai .

111Here, you don’t have to stumble at all.

105Ātē haĩ tō samjhānē kē liē biṭhāyā jātā hai . 106Bākī yād kē liē kōī ēk jagah baiṭh nahī̃ jānā hai .

112When people come here, they are made to sit down so that this knowledge can be explained to them.

107Bhakti mārg mē̃ kōī kr̥iṣhṇa kā bhakta hōtā hai tō aisē nahī̃ chaltē-phirtē kr̥iṣhṇa kō yād nahī̃ kar saktē isliē jō paṛhē likhē manuṣhya hōtē haĩ , kahtē haĩ kr̥iṣhṇa kā chitra ghar mē̃ rakhā hai phir tum mandirō̃ mē̃ kyō̃ jātē hō .

113However, it isn’t that you have to sit in one place in order to remember the Father. 114Can the devotees of Krishna on the path of devotion not remember him while walking and moving around? 115This is why educated people ask: Since there is a picture of Krishna in their houses, why should people need to go to the temples?

108Kr̥iṣhṇa K|kē chitrō̃ key|kī pūjā tum kahā̃ bhī karō .

116You can worship the picture of Krishna wherever you are.

109Achchhā , chitra na rakhō , yād kartē rahō .

117Achcha, you might not have a picture, but you can still remember him.

110Ēk bār chīz dēkhī tō phir vah yād rahtī hai .

118Once you have seen something, you continue to remember that.

111Tumkō bhī yahī kahtē haĩ , śhivbābā kō tum ghar baiṭhē yād nahī̃ kar saktē hō  ?

119You too are asked the same thing: Can you not remember Shiv Baba while sitting at home?

112Yah tō hai naī bāt .

120This is something new.

113Śhivbābā kō kōī bhī jāntē nahī̃ .

121No one knows Shiv Baba.

114Nām , rūp , dēśh , kāl kō jāntē hī nahī̃ , kah dētē sarvavyāpī hai .

122They don’t know His name, form, land or time period but simply say that He is omnipresent.

115Ātmā kō paramātmā tō nahī̃ kahā jātā hai .

123A soul cannot be called the Supreme Soul.

116Ātmā kō bāp kī yād ātī hai . 117Parantu bāp kō jāntē nahī̃ tō samjhānā paṛē 7 rōj .

124Souls remember their Father, but, because they don’t know Him, you have to explain to them for seven days.

118Phir rēzgārī points bhī samjhāī jātī haĩ .

125Then, all the points of detail are also explained.

119Bāp gyān kā sāgar hai nā .

126The Father is the Ocean of Knowledge.

120Kitnē samay sē suntē āyē hō kyōṅki knowledge hai nā .

127You have been listening to Him for so long because He has the knowledge.

121Samajhtē hō hamkō manuṣhya sē dēvtā bannē key|kī knowledge miltī hai .

128You understand that you receive knowledge to change from humans into deities.

122Bāp kahtē haĩ tumkō naī-naī guhya bātē̃ sunātē haĩ .

129The Father says: I tell you new, deep things every day.

123Murlī tumkō nahī̃ miltī hai tō tum kitnā chillātē hō .

130When you don’t receive a murli, you cry so much! 131The Father says: Simply remember the Father!

124Bāp kahtē haĩ tum bāp kō tō yād karō .

132Even though you study the murli, you still forget the Father.

125Murlī paṛhtē hō phir bhī bhūl jātē hō .

133First of all, you have to remember: I am a soul, a tiny point.

126Pahlē-pahlē tō yah yād karnā hai - maĩ ātmā hū̃ , itnī chhōṭī bindī hū̃ .

134You have to understand what a soul is. 135They say: The soul left that one and entered someone else.

127Ātmā kō bhī jānnā hai .

136We souls became impure by taking rebirth.

128Kahtē haĩ inkī ātmā nikal dūsrē mē̃ pravēśh kiyā .

137Previously, you belonged to the religion of the pure household.

129Ham ātmā hī janm lētē-lētē ab patit , apavitr banē haĩ .

138Lakshmi and Narayan were both pure. 139Then, both became impure and now both are becoming pure again.

130Pahlē tum pavitra gr̥ihastha dharm K|kē thē . 131Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ dōnō̃ pavitra thē .

140So, did they become pure from impure or did they take a pure birth?

132Phir dōnō̃ hī apavitr banē , phir dōnō̃ pavitra hōtē haĩ tō kyā apavitr sē pavitra banē̃  ? 133Yā pavitra janma liyā  ?

141The Father sits here and explains how you were pure and how, by going onto the path of sin, you then became impure.

134Bāp baiṭh samjhātē haĩ , kaisē tum pavitra thē . 135Phir vām mārg mē̃ jānē sē apavitr banē hō .

142Worshippers are said to be impure whereas those who are worthy of worship are said to be pure.

136Pujārī kō apavitr , pūjya kō pavitra kahē̃gē .

143The history and geography of the whole world is in your intellects.

137Sārē world key|kī history-geography tumhārē buddhi mē̃ hai .

144You know who used to rule there and how they received their kingdom.

138Kaun-kaun rājya kartē thē  ?

145There isn't anyone else who knows this.

139Kaisē unhō̃ kō rājya milā , yah tum jāntē hō , aur kōī nahī̃ jō jāntā hō . 140Tumhārē pās|pass bhī āgē yah knowledge , rachtā aur rachnā K|kē ādi-madhy-ant key|kī nahī̃ thī , gōyā nāstik thē .

146Earlier, you too didn’t have the knowledge of the Creator or the beginning, the middle or the end of creation. 147This means that you were atheists; you didn’t know anything.

141Nahī̃ jāntē thē . 142Nāstik bannē sē kitnā duḥkhī ban jātē haĩ .

148When you become atheists you experience so much sorrow.

143Ab tum yahā̃ āyē hō yah dēvtā bannē .

149You have now come here to become deities.

144Vahā̃ kitnē sukh hōṅgē .

150There will be so much happiness there.

145Daivīguṇ bhī yahā̃ dhāraṇ karnē haĩ .

151Divine virtues have to be imbibed here.

146Prajāpitā brahmā key|kī aulād bhāī-bahan ṭhaharē nā .

152The children of Prajapita Brahma are brothers and sisters.

147Criminal dr̥iṣhṭi jānī nahī̃ chāhiē , ismē̃ hai mēhnat .

153There mustn’t be any criminal vision; this takes effort.

148Āṅkhē̃ baṛī criminal haĩ .

154The eyes are very criminal.

149Sab aṅgō̃ sē criminal haĩ āṅkhē̃ .

155Out of all the physical senses, the eyes are the most criminal.

150Ādhākalp criminal , ādhākalp civil rahtī haĩ .

156They remain criminal for half the cycle and civil for half the cycle.

151Satyug mē̃ criminal nahī̃ rahtī haĩ .

157In the golden age, the eyes are not criminal.
