¹Essence: Sweet children, charity begins at home. ²This means that you first of all have to make effort to become soul conscious and then tell others. ³When you give knowledge to others, whilst considering yourself to be a soul, the sword of knowledge will be filled with power.

²prashn:- sangamayug par kin do baaton ki mehnat karne se satayugi takhta ke maalik ban jaayenge?

⁴Question: By making effort in which two aspects at the confluence age will you become the masters of the golden-aged throne?

³uttar:- 1. duhkh-sukh, ninda-stuti mein samaan sthiti rahe - yeh mehnat karo। ⁴koi bhi kuchh ulta-sulta bole, krodh kare to tum chup ho jaao, kabhi bhi mukh ki taali nahin bajaao।

⁵Answer: 1.Make the effort to maintain a stage of equanimity in happiness and sorrow and in praise and defamation.

⁵2. aankhon ko civil banaao, criminal aai bilkul samaapta ho jaae, ham aatma bhaai-bhaai hain, aatma samajhkar gyaan do, aatma-abhimaani banne ki mehnat karo to satayugi takhta ke maalik ban jaayenge। ⁶sampoorn pavitra banne vaale hi gaddi nasheen bante hain।

⁶If someone says wrong things or becomes angry, just remain quiet; don’t respond.

⁷ 2. Make your eyes civil.

⁸roohaani baap roohaani bachchon se baat karte hain, tum aatmaon ko yeh teesra netra mila hai jisko gyaan ka netra bhi kaha jaata hai, unse tum dekhte ho apne bhaaiyon ko।

⁸Criminal eyes should completely finish. ⁹We souls are brothers. ¹⁰Give knowledge to others while considering them to be souls. ¹¹Make the effort to become soul conscious and you will become the masters of the golden-aged throne.

⁹to yeh buddhi se samajhte ho na ki jab ham bhaai-bhaai ko dekhenge to karmendriyaan chanchal nahin hongi।

¹⁶abhi tum sachche-sachche brothers ho kyonki baap ko jaante ho।

²²Therefore, now, instil the habit of giving knowledge to others while considering them to be brothers.

¹⁷baap tum bachchon ke saath service kar rahe hain।

²³Then the saying “We are all brothers” will become practical.

¹⁸himmate bachche madde baap। ¹⁹to baap aakarke yeh himmat dete hain service karne ki।

²⁴You are now true brothers because you know your Father. ²⁵The Father is doing service along with you children.

²⁶When you children maintain courage, the Father helps. ²⁷So the Father comes and gives you the courage to do service.

²²yeh nai-nai points bachchon ko milti hain, bachche jaante hain ki ham bhaaiyon ko baba padha rahe hain।

²⁸Therefore, this is easy, is it not? ²⁹You have to practise this every day; do not be lazy. ³⁰You children receive these new points.

²³aatmaayen padhti hain, yeh roohaani knowledge hai, ise spiritual knowledge kaha jaata hai।

³¹You children know that Baba is teaching you brothers. ³²Souls are studying this spiritual knowledge.

²⁴sirf is samay roohaani knowledge, roohaani baap se milti hai kyonki baap aate hi hain sangamayug par jabki srishti badalti hai, yeh roohaani knowledge milti bhi tab hai jab srishti badalne vaali hai।

²⁵baap aakar yahi to roohaani knowledge dete hain ki apne ko aatma samjho।

³²to apne ko hi aatma samajh karke apne saath mehnat karni hai।

⁴³You have to make effort for yourself by considering yourself to be a soul.

³³doosra kya karta hai, usmein hamaara kya jaata hai।

⁴⁴What does it matter to you what others are doing?

³⁴charity begins at hom maana pahle-pahle khud mehnat karni hai, peechhe doosron ko (bhaaiyon ko) kehna hai।

⁴⁵“Charity begins at home” means that you yourself have to make effort first and then ask others (your brothers) to do the same.

³⁵jab tum apne ko aatma samajh karke aatma ko gyaan denge to tumhaari gyaan talvaar mein jauhar rahega।

⁴⁶When you first consider yourself to be a soul and give knowledge to souls, your sword of knowledge will then be filled with power.

³⁶mehnat to hai na।

⁴⁷This does require some effort.

³⁷to zaroor kuchh na kuchh sahan karna padta hai।

⁴⁸Therefore, you definitely have to tolerate something or other.

³⁸is samay duhkh-sukh, ninda-stuti, maan-apmaan yeh sab thoda bahut sahan karna padta hai।

⁴⁹It is at this time that happiness and sorrow, respect and disrespect, praise and defamation all have to be tolerated a little.

³⁹to jab bhi koi ulta-sulta bolta hai to kehte hain chup।

⁵⁰Whenever anyone says wrong things, just remain quiet.

⁴⁴kabhi bhi dekho koi krodh mein aate hain to chup ho jaao, aapehi uska krodh shant ho jaayega।

⁵⁵Whenever you see someone becoming angry, just remain quiet and that person’s anger will automatically cool down.

⁴⁵doosri taali bajegi nahin।

⁵⁶There won’t be any clapping (response) then.

⁴⁶agar taali se taali baji to phir gadbad ho jaati hai isliye baap kehte hain bachche kabhi bhi in baaton mein taali nahin bajaao। ⁴⁷na vikaar ki, na kaam ki, na krodh ki।

⁵⁷When there is some response, there will be conflict and this is why the Father says: Children, never respond in the same way over such matters, in either of the vices of lust or anger.

⁴⁸bachchon ko har ek ka kalyaan karna hi hai, itne jo centres bane hue hain kislie?

⁵⁸You children have to benefit everyone. ⁵⁹Why have so many centres been created?

⁴⁹kalpa pahle bhi to aise centres nikle honge।

⁶⁰Such centres would also have been established in the previous cycle.

⁵⁰devon ka dev baap dekhte rehte hain ki bahut bachchon ko yeh shauk rehta hai ki baba centres kholoon।

⁶¹The Father, the Deity of all deities, continues to see that many children are interested in opening a centre.

⁵¹ham centre kholte hain, ham kharcha uthaayenge।

⁶²They say: I will open a centre and pay all the expenses.

⁵³abhi baapdaada donon ikatthe hain to har ek ko dekhte hain ki kya purooshaartha karte hain?

⁵⁹koi bachche achhi tarah se attention dete hain to apne ko ooncha samajhte hain।

⁷⁰Some children pay attention very well and so they consider themselves to be the highest.

⁶⁰koi samay phir bhool karte hain, yaad mein nahin rehte hain to apne ko kam samajhte hain।

⁷¹Sometimes, they make a mistake and don’t stay in remembrance. ⁷²Therefore, they consider themselves to be very low.

⁶¹yeh school hai na।

⁷³This is a school.

⁶²bachche kehte hain baba ham kabhi-kabhi bahut khushi mein rehte hain, kabhi-kabhi khushi kam ho jaati hai।

⁷⁴Children say: Baba, sometimes, I am very happy but at other times, my happiness decreases.

⁶³to baba abhi samjhaate rehte hain ki agar khushi mein rehna chaahte ho to manamnaabhav, apne ko aatma samjho aur baap ko bhi yaad karo।

⁷⁵Therefore, Baba continues to explain: If you want to be happy, become “Manmanabhav”! ⁷⁶Consider yourself to be a soul and remember the Father!

⁶⁴saamne paramatma ko dekho to vo akaal takhta par baitha hua hai। ⁶⁵aise bhaaiyon ki taraph bhi dekho, apne ko aatma samajh karke phir bhaai se baat karo। ⁶⁶bhaai ko ham gyaan dete hain।

⁷⁷Just as you look at the Supreme Soul in front of you and you see that He is sitting on the Immortal Throne, in the same way, look at your brothers while considering yourself to be a soul, and then talk to them.

⁶⁷behen nahin, bhaai-bhaai। ⁶⁸aatmaon ko gyaan dete hain agar yeh aadat tumhaari pad jaayegi to tumhaari jo criminal aai hai, jo tumko dhokha deti hai woh aahiste-aahiste banda ho jaayegi।

⁷⁸I am giving knowledge to my brother; not to a sister, but to a brother. ⁷⁹You are giving knowledge to souls. ⁸⁰When you instil this habit, your criminal eye, which has been deceiving you will gradually stop.

⁶⁹aatma-aatma mein kya karegi?

⁸¹What would a soul do to a soul?

⁷⁰jab deh-abhimaan aata hai tab girte hain।

⁸²koi raaja-raani banenge, koi praja mein chale jaayenge।

⁹⁵Some will become kings and queens and some will become part of the subjects.

⁸³to yahaan jab baithkar neshtha (yog) bhi karvaate ho to apne ko aatma samajh karke doosre ki bhi bhrakuti mein aatma ko dekhte rahenge to phir unki service achhi hogi।

⁹⁶So, when you especially conduct meditation for everyone and consider yourself to be a soul while looking at other souls in the centre of their foreheads, the servicethey do will be very good.

⁸⁴jo dehi-abhimaani hokar baithte hain vo aatmaon ko hi dekhte hain।

⁹⁷Those who sit here in soul consciousness only look at souls.

⁸⁵iski khoob practice karo।

⁹⁸Practise this a great deal.

⁸⁶are oonch pad paana hai to kuchh to mehnat karenge na।

⁹⁹If you want to claim a high status, you have to make some effort.

⁸⁹na kaliyug mein, na satayug mein, sirf sangamayug mein so bhi braahmanon ko।

¹⁰²It cannot be received in the iron age or the golden age; it can only be received at the confluence age and, in that too, only Brahmins receive it.

⁹⁰yeh pakka yaad kar lo।

¹⁰³Remember this very firmly.

⁹¹jab brahman banenge tab devta banenge।

¹⁰⁴Only when you first become Brahmins can you then become deities.

⁹²brahman nahin bane to phir devta kaise banenge?

¹⁰⁵How could you become deities if you didn’t become Brahmins?

⁹³is sangamayug mein hi yeh mehnat karte hain।

¹⁰⁶It is only at this confluence age that you make this effort.

⁹⁴aur koi samay mein yeh nahin kahenge ki apne ko aatma, doosre ko bhi aatma samajh unko gyaan do।

¹⁰⁷At no other time will it be said: Consider yourself to be a soul and also consider others to be souls when giving them knowledge.

⁹⁵baap jo samjhaate hain us par vichaar saagar manthan karo।

¹⁰⁸Churn everything that the Father explains to you.

⁹⁶judge karo ki kya yeh theek hai, hamaare phaayde ki baat hai?

¹⁰⁹Judge for yourself whether it is right or not, whether it is beneficial for you.

⁹⁷hamko aadat pad jaayegi ki baap ki jo shiksha hai so bhaaiyon ko dena hai, female ko bhi dena hai to mel ko bhi dena hai।

¹¹⁰You will then instil in yourself the habit of giving your brothers the teachings that the Father has given you. ¹¹¹These have to be given to females as well as males.

⁹⁸dena to aatmaon ko hi hai।

¹¹²After all, they have to be given to souls.

⁹⁹aatma hi mel, female bani hai। ¹⁰⁰behen-bhaai bani hai।

¹¹³It is souls that have become male or female, brothers or sisters.

¹⁰¹baap kehte hain main tum bachchon ko gyaan deta hoon।

¹¹⁴The Father says: I give you children knowledge.

¹⁰²main bachchon ki taraph, aatmaon ko dekhta hoon aur aatmaayen bhi samajhti hain ki hamaara paramatma jo baap hai woh gyaan dete hain to isko kahenge yeh roohaani abhimaani bane hain।

¹¹⁵I look at you children and see souls, and you souls also understand that the Supreme Soul, who is your Father, is giving you knowledge. ¹¹⁶This is called having spiritual consciousness.

¹⁰³isko hi kaha jaata spiritual gyaan ki len-den - aatma ki paramatma ke saath।

¹⁰⁵aatma mein gyaan hai, shareer mein nahin hai।

¹²⁰Therefore, give knowledge to that one while considering him to be a soul.

¹⁰⁷isse unko bhi achha lagega।

¹⁰⁹is gyaan ki talvaar mein jauhar bhar jaayega kyonki dehi-abhimaani hote ho na।

¹¹¹baba kehte hain judge karo - yeh theek hai?

¹²⁵Baba says: Judge for yourself whether this too is right.

¹⁵⁷A soul is so tiny, but just see how big a part he plays; and that too is imperishable!

¹³⁸yeh drama bhi avinaashi hai aur bana-banaaya hai।

¹⁵⁸This drama too is imperishable and also predestined.

¹³⁹aise nahin koi kahenge ki kab bana? ¹⁴⁰nahin।

¹⁵⁹It isn’t that anyone should ask when it was created.

¹⁴¹yeh kudrat hai।

¹⁶⁰No; this is nature.

¹⁴²yeh gyaan bada wonderful hai, kabhi koi yeh gyaan bata hi nahin sakte hain।

¹⁶¹This knowledge is very wonderful. ¹⁶²No one else can ever give this knowledge.

¹⁴³aise koi ki taakat nahin hai jo yeh gyaan bataaye।

¹⁶³No one else has the power to give this knowledge.

¹⁴⁴to abhi bachchon ko baap din-pratidin samjhaate rehte hain।

¹⁶⁴Therefore, the Father explains to you children every day.

¹⁴⁵abhi practice karo ki ham apne bhaai aatma ko gyaan dete hain, aapasmaan banaane ke liye।

¹⁶⁵Now practise: I am giving knowledge to my brother soul in order to make him similar to myself.

¹⁴⁶baap se varsa lene ke liye kyonki sab aatmaon ka hak hai।

¹⁶⁶He too has to claim his inheritance from the Father because all souls have a right.

¹⁴⁷baba aate hain sabhi aatmaon ko apna-apna shanti va sukh ka varsa dene। ¹⁴⁸ham jab raajdhaani mein honge to baaki sab shantidham mein honge।

¹⁶⁷Baba comes to give all souls their inheritance of peace or happiness. ¹⁶⁸When we are in our kingdom, all other souls are in the land of peace and then there will be the cries of victory.

¹⁴⁹peechhe jay jaykaar hogi, yahaan sukh hi sukh hoga isliye baap kehte hain paavan banna hai।

¹⁶⁹When we are there, there will only be happiness. ¹⁷⁰This is why the Father says: Become pure!

¹⁵⁰jitna-jitna tum pavitra bante ho utna kashish hoti hai।

¹⁷¹The greater your purity, the greater the attraction.

¹⁵¹jab tum bilkul pavitra ho jaate ho to gaddi nasheen ho jaate ho।

¹⁷²When you become completely pure, you will be seated on the throne.

¹⁵²to practice yeh karo।

¹⁷³So practise this!

¹⁵³aise mat samajhna ki bas yeh suna aur kaan se nikaala।

¹⁷⁴Don’t think that you have heard it and just let it out of the other ear.

¹⁵⁴nahin, is practice bigar tum chal nahin sakenge। ¹⁵⁵apne ko aatma samjho, woh bhi aatma bhaai-bhaai ko baithkar samjhaao।

¹⁷⁵No, you cannot continue without practising considering yourself to be a soul while sitting and explaining to the other person, your brother soul.

¹⁵⁶roohaani baap roohaani bachchon ko samjhaate hain isko kaha jaata hai roohaani spiritual knowledge।

¹⁷⁶The spiritual Father explains to you spiritual children. ¹⁷⁷This is called spiritual knowledge.

¹⁵⁷preechul father dene vaala hai।

¹⁷⁸The spiritual Father is the One who gives this.

¹⁵⁸jab children poora spiritual ban jaate hain, ekdam pure ban jaate hain to jaakar satayugi takhta ke maalik bante hain।

¹⁷⁹When you children become completely spiritual and pure, you will become the masters of the golden-aged throne.

¹⁵⁹jo pure nahin banenge vo maala mein bhi nahin aayenge।

¹⁸⁰Those who don’t become pure will not become part of the rosary.

¹⁶⁰maala ka bhi koi arth to hoga na।

¹⁸¹There must be some significance in the rosary.

¹⁶¹maala ka raaz doosra koi bhi nahin jaante hain।

¹⁸²No one else knows the secret of the rosary.

¹⁶²maala ko kyon simarte hain?

¹⁸³Why do people turn the beads of a rosary?

¹⁶³kyonki baap ki bahut hi madad ki hai, to kyon nahin simre jaayenge।

¹⁸⁴Because you helped the Father a great deal. ¹⁸⁵So, why wouldn’t you be remembered?

¹⁶⁴tum simre bhi jaate ho, tumhaari pooja bhi hoti hai aur tumhaare shareer ko bhi pooja jaata hai।

¹⁸⁶You are remembered and you are also worshipped; even your bodies are worshipped. ¹⁸⁷However, with regard to Myself, it is just the soul that is worshipped.

¹⁶⁵aur meri to sirf aatma ko pooja jaata hai।

¹⁸⁸Look, you are worshipped in two ways – even more than I!

¹⁶⁶dekho tum to double pooje jaate ho, mere se bhi jaasti।

¹⁸⁹Since you become deities, you are worshipped as deities (later on).

¹⁶⁷tum jab devta bante ho to devtaaon ki bhi pooja karte hain isliye pooja mein bhi tum teekhe, yaadgaar mein bhi tum teekhe aur baadshaahi mein bhi tum teekhe।

¹⁹⁰This is why you are ahead of Me in being worshipped. ¹⁹¹You are ahead in having your memorial and you are also ahead in receiving your kingdom.

¹⁶⁸dekho, tumko kitna ooncha banaata hoon।

¹⁹²Look how elevated I make you!

¹⁶⁹to jaise pyaare bachche hote hain, bahut lav hota hai to bachchon ko kulhe par, maathe par bhi rakhte hain।

¹⁹³There is a lot of love for lovely children. ¹⁹⁴Those children are seated on the shoulder or the head.

¹⁷⁰baba ekdam sir par rakh dete hain।

¹⁹⁵Baba places you children on top of the head.

¹⁷¹achha!

¹⁷²meethe-meethe sikeeldhe bachchon prati maat-pita baapdaada ka yaad-pyaar aur good morning।

¹⁹⁷To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

¹⁷³roohaani baap ki roohaani bachchon ko namaste।

²⁰³ 2. Stay in infinite happiness by practising “Manmanabhav”.

¹⁷⁸svayan ko aatma samajhkar aatma se baat karni hai, aankhon ko civil banaana hai।

²⁰⁴Consider yourself to be a soul and talk to souls. ²⁰⁵Make your eyes civil.

²⁰⁶Blessing: May you be victorious over a long time and be threaded in the rosary of victory by always paying attention.

²⁰⁷ Those who are victorious over a long time become beads of the rosary of victory.

¹⁸¹vijayi banne ke liye sada baap ko saamne rakho - jo baap ne kiya vahi humein karna hai।

²⁰⁸In order to be victorious, always keep the Father in front of you: I have to do whatever the Father has done.

¹⁸²har kadam par jo baap ka sankalp vahi bachchon ka sankalp, jo baap ke bol vahi bachchon ke bol - tab vijayi banenge।

²⁰⁹At every step, whatever are the Father’s thoughts are the children’s thoughts, whatever are the Father’s words are the children’s words; only then will you be victorious.

¹⁸³yeh attention sadaakaal ka chaahiye tab sadaakaal ka raajya-bhaagya praapta hoga kyonki jaisa purooshaartha vaisi praalabdha hai।

²¹⁰This attention needs to be paid all the time for only then will you receive the fortune of the kingdom for all time because as is your effort, so is your reward.

¹⁸⁴sada ka purooshaartha hai to sada ka raajya-bhaagya hai।

²¹¹If you make effort all the time, you will then receive the fortune of the kingdom for all the time.
