¹Essence: Sweet children, the one Father is the number one actor and His act is to purify the impure. ²No one else can act like the Father.

²prashn:- sannyaasiyon ka yog jismaani yog hai, roohaani yog baap hi sikhlaate hain, kaise?

³Question: The yoga of sannyasis is physical. ⁴How does the Father teach you spiritual yoga?

³uttar:- sannyaasi brahm tatva se yog rakhna sikhlaate hain।

⁵Answer: Sannyasis teach you to have yoga with the brahm element. ⁶However, that is a place of residence and it is physical yoga.

⁴ab woh to rahne ka sthaan hai।

⁷The elements are not said to be the Supreme.

⁵to woh jismaani yog ho gaya। ⁶tatva ko supreme nahin kaha jaata। ⁷tum bachche supreme rooh se yog lagaate isliye tumhaara yog roohaani yog hai।

⁸You children have yoga with the Supreme Spirit and this is why your yoga is spiritual. ⁹Only the Father can teach this yoga.

⁸yeh yog baap hi sikhla sakte, doosra koi bhi sikhla na sake kyonki vahi tumhaara roohaani baap hai।

¹⁰No one else can teach it because only He is your spiritual Father.

¹¹bachche, bahut log kehte hain om shanti arthaat apni aatma ki pahchaan dete hain। ¹²parantu khud samajh nahin sakte।

¹⁴Children, many people say, "Om shanti", that is, they give the introduction of themselves, souls, but they themselves are not able to understand that.

¹³om shanti ka arth bahut nikaalte hain।

¹⁵They have made up many meanings for the term "Om shanti".

¹⁴koi kehte hain om maana bhagwan।

¹⁶Some say that Om means God, but no!

¹⁵parantu nahin, yeh aatma kehti hai om shanti।

¹⁷It is the soul that says, “Om shanti”.

¹⁶aham aatma ka svadharma hai hi shant isliye kehte hain main hoon shant swaroop।

²⁹I sit here and explain to you children the secrets of the beginning, the middle and the end.

²⁵yeh jo naatak hai, jisko drama kaha jaata, jiske tum actors ho baap kehte hain main bhi actor hoon।

³⁰This is a play, and it is called the drama and you are the actors in it. ³¹The Father says: I too am an actor.

²⁶bachche kehte hain he baba patit-paavan actor ban aao, aakar patiton ko paavan banaao।

³²Children say: O Baba, Purifier, become an actor and come here! ³³Come and purify the impure!

²⁷ab baap kehte hain main act kar raha hoon।

³⁴The Father says: I am now acting.

²⁸mera part sirf is sangam samay hi hai।

³⁵My part is only at this confluence age.

²⁹so bhi mujhe apna shareer nahin hai।

³⁶I don't have a body of My own.

³⁰main is shareer dvaara act karta hoon।

³⁷I am acting through this body.

³¹mera naam shiv hai।

³⁸My name is Shiva.

³²bachchon ko hi to samjhaayenge na।

³⁹He only explains to His children.

³³paathshaala koi bandaron va jaanavron ki nahin hoti hai।

⁴⁰There cannot be a school of monkeys or animals.

³⁴parantu baap kehte hain ki in 5 vikaaron ke hone kaaran shakla to manushya jaisi hai lekin kartavya bandaron jaise hain।

⁴¹However, the Father says: Because human beings have the five vices, their faces are like those of human beings, but their activity is like that of monkeys.

³⁵bachchon ko baap samjhaate hain ki patit to sab apne ko kahlaate hi hain। ³⁶parantu yeh nahin jaante ki hamko patit kaun banaate hain aur paavan phir kaun aakar banaate hain?

⁴²The Father explains to the children: All call themselves impure, but they don't know who makes them impure or who then comes and purifies them.

³⁷patit-paavan kaun? ³⁸jisko bulaate hain, kuchh bhi samajh nahin sakte।

⁴³Who is the Purifier to whom they call out? ⁴⁴They don’t understand anything!

³⁹yeh bhi nahin jaante ham sab actors hain।

⁴⁵They don't understand that they are all actors.

⁴⁰ham aatma yeh chola lekar part bajaati hain।

⁴⁶I, a soul, take this costume and play a part.

⁴¹aatma paramdham se aati hai, aakar part bajaati hai।

⁴⁷Souls come from the supreme abode and play their parts.

⁴²bhaarat ke oopar hi saara khel bana hua hai।

⁴⁸The whole play is based on Bharat.

⁴³bhaarat paavan, bhaarat patit kisne banaaya?

⁴⁹Bharat was pure. ⁵⁰Who made Bharat impure?

⁴⁴raavan ne।

⁵¹Ravan.

⁴⁵gaate bhi hain ki raavan ka lanka par raajya tha।

⁵²They sing that there used to be the kingdom of Ravan over Lanka.

⁴⁶baap behad mein le jaate hain।

⁵³The Father takes you into the unlimited.

⁴⁷he bachchon, yeh saari srishti behad ka taapu hai।

⁵⁴O children, this whole world is an unlimited Lanka (island).

⁴⁹is behad ke taapu par raavan ka raajya hai।

⁵⁶There is the kingdom of Ravan over this unlimited island.

⁵⁰pahle raamraajya tha ab raavan raajya hai।

⁵⁷At first, it was the kingdom of Rama and now it is the kingdom of Ravan.

⁵¹bachche kehte hain baba raamraajya kahaan tha?

⁵⁸Children ask: Baba, where is the kingdom of God (Rama)?

⁵²baap kehte hain bachche woh to yahaan tha na, jisko sab chaahte hain।

⁵⁹The Father replies: Children, it existed here and everyone wants it again.

⁵³tum bhaaratvaasi aadi sanaatan devi-devta dharma ke ho, hindu dharma ke nahin ho।

⁶⁰You people of Bharat belonged to the original eternal deity religion, not the Hindu religion.

⁵⁴meethe-meethe sikeeldhe laadle bachchon, tum hi pahle-pahle bhaarat mein the।

⁶¹Sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, at first, only you were there in Bharat.

⁵⁵tumko woh satayug ka raajya kisne diya tha?

⁶²Who gave you that kingdom of the golden age?

⁶⁵When there was the kingdom of the Muslims here, they converted so many into Muslims.

⁵⁹Christian ka raajya tha to bahuton ko Christian banaaya।

⁶⁶When there was the kingdom of Christians here, so many were made into Christians.

⁶⁰bauddhiyon ka to yahaan raajya bhi nahin hua to bhi bahuton ko bauddhi banaaya। ⁶¹convert kiya hai apne dharma mein।

⁶⁷The Buddhists didn't even have a kingdom here and yet so many became Buddhists; they converted to that religion.

⁶²aadi sanaatan dharma jab praayahlop ho jaae tab to phir us dharma ki sthaapna ho।

⁶⁸It is only when the original eternal deity religion has disappeared that it can be established once again.

⁶³to baap tum sabhi bhaaratvaasiyon ko kehte hain ki meethe-meethe bachche, tum sab aadi sanaatan devi-devta dharma ke the।

⁶⁹The Father tells you people of Bharat: Sweetest children, you all belonged to the original eternal deity religion.

⁶⁴tumne 84 janma liye।

⁷⁰You took 84 births.

⁶⁵brahman, devta, kshatriy.... varna mein aaye।

⁷¹You went into the Brahmin, deity and warrior clans.

⁶⁶ab phir brahman varna mein aaye ho devta varna mein jaane ke liye।

⁷²You have now come into the Brahmin clan in order to go into the deity clan.

⁶⁷gaate bhi hain brahman devtaae namah, pahle braahmanon ka naam lete hain।

⁶⁸braahmanon ne hi bhaarat ko svarga banaaya hai।

⁷⁵It was Brahmins who made Bharat into heaven.

⁶⁹yeh hai hi bhaarat ka praacheen yog।

⁷⁶This is the ancient yoga of Bharat.

⁷⁰pahle-pahle jo raajayog tha, jiska geeta mein varnan hai।

⁷⁷The Raja Yoga that existed earlier is mentioned in the Gita.

⁷¹geeta ka yog kisne sikhlaaya tha?

⁷⁸Who taught the yoga of the Gita?

⁷²yeh bhaaratvaasi bhool gaye hain।

⁷⁹The people of Bharat have forgotten that.

⁷³baap samjhaate hain ki bachche yog to mainne sikhlaaya tha।

⁸⁰The Father explains that He taught you children yoga.

⁷⁴yeh hai roohaani yog।

⁸¹This is spiritual yoga.

⁷⁵baaki sab hain jismaani yog।

⁸²All other yogas are physical.

⁷⁶sannyaasi aadi jismaani yog sikhlaate hain ki brahm se yog lagaao।

⁸³Sannyasis teach physical yoga or how to have yoga with the brahm element.

⁷⁷woh to wrong ho jaata hai।

⁸⁴That is wrong.

⁷⁸brahm tatva to rahne ka sthaan hai।

⁸⁵The element of brahm is a place of residence.

⁷⁹woh koi supreme rooh nahin thahra।

⁸⁶That is not the Supreme Spirit.

⁸⁰baap ko bhool gaye hain।

⁸⁷They have forgotten the Father.

⁸¹tum bhi bhool gaye the। ⁸²tum apne dharma ko bhool gaye ho।

⁸⁸You also forgot Him; you forgot your own religion.

⁸³yeh bhi drama mein noondh hai।

⁸⁹This too is fixed in the drama.

⁸⁴vilaayat mein yog tha nahin।

⁹⁰There was no yoga abroad.

⁸⁵hathayog aur raajayog yahaan hi hai।

⁹¹Hatha yoga and Raja Yoga exist here.

⁸⁶woh nivritti maarga vaale sannyaasi kab raajayog sikhla na saken।

⁹²Sannyasis of the path of isolation cannot teach you Raja Yoga.

⁸⁷sikhaaye woh jo jaanta ho।

⁹³Only those who know it can teach it.

⁸⁸sannyaasi log to raajaai bhi chhod dete hain।

⁹⁴Sannyasis even let go of their kingdoms.

⁸⁹gopeechanda raaja ka misaal hai na। ⁹⁰raajaai chhod jangal mein chala gaya।

⁹⁵There is the example of King Gopichand; he renounced his kingdom and went off into the forest.

⁹¹uski bhi kahaani hai।

⁹⁶There is a story about him.

⁹²sannyaasi to raajaai chhudaane vaale hain, woh phir raajayog kaise sikhla sakte।

⁹⁷Sannyasis make you renounce a kingdom, so how can they teach Raja Yoga?

⁹³is samay saara jhaad jad jadeebhoot ho gaya hai। ⁹⁴abhi gira ki gira।

⁹⁸At present, the whole tree has reached a state of total decay; it is now about to fall.

⁹⁵koi bhi jhaad jab jadajdeebhoot ho jaata hai to ant mein usko giraana padta hai।

⁹⁹When a tree reaches a state of total decay, it is eventually made to fall down.

⁹⁶vaise yeh manushya srishti roopi jhaad bhi tamopradhaan hai, inmen koi saar nahin hai।

¹⁰⁰In the same way, this human world tree is also tamopradhan; there is no strength left in it.

⁹⁷inka zaroor vinaash hoga।

¹⁰¹It will definitely be destroyed.

⁹⁸inke pahle aadi sanaatan devi-devta dharma ki sthaapna yahaan karni hogi।

¹⁰²Before that happens, the original eternal deity religion has to be established here.

⁹⁹satayug mein koi durgati vaala hota nahin।

¹⁰³No one in the golden age is in the state of degradation.

¹⁰⁰yeh vilaayat mein jaakar yog sikhlaate hain parantu woh hai hathayog।

¹⁰⁴People go abroad and teach yoga but that is hatha yoga; there is no knowledge in that.

¹⁰¹gyaan bilkul nahin।

¹⁰⁵There are many types of hatha yoga.

¹⁰²anek prakaar ke hathayog hain।

¹⁰⁶This is Raja Yoga.

¹⁰³yeh hai raajayog, isko roohaani yog kaha jaata hai।

¹⁰⁷It is called spiritual yoga.

¹⁰⁴woh sab hain jismaani।

¹⁰⁸All the others are physical yoga.

¹⁰⁵manushya, manushya ko sikhaane vaale hain।

¹⁰⁹Human beings teach human beings that yoga.

¹⁰⁶baap bachchon ko samjhaate hain ki main tumko ek hi baar yeh raajayog sikhaata hoon aur koi kadaachit sikha na sake।

¹¹⁰The Father explains to you children: Only once do I teach you this Raja Yoga. ¹¹¹No one else can ever teach it to you.

¹⁰⁷roohaani baap roohaani bachchon ko sikhaate hain ki maamekam yaad karo to tumhaare sab paap mit jaayenge।

¹¹²The spiritual Father teaches you spiritual children: Constantly remember Me alone and your sins will be erased.

¹⁰⁸hathayogi kab aise kah na saken।

¹¹³Hatha yogis can never say this.

¹⁰⁹baap aatmaon ko samjhaate hain।

¹¹⁴The Father explains to souls.

¹¹⁰yeh nai baat hai।

¹¹⁵This is something new.

¹¹¹baap tumko ab dehi-abhimaani bana rahe hain।

¹¹⁶The Father is now making you soul conscious.

¹¹²baap ko deh hai nahin।

¹¹⁷The Father doesn’t have a body.

¹¹³iske tan mein aate hain, iska naam badal dete hain kyonki marjeeva bana hai।

¹¹⁸He enters this one's body and changes his name because he has died alive.

¹¹⁴jaise grihasthi jab sannyaasi bante hain to marjeeva bane, grihastha aashram chhod nivriti maarga le liya।

¹¹⁹When householders become sannyasis, they die alive. ¹²⁰They leave the household ashram and go onto the path of isolation.

¹¹⁵to tumhaara bhi marjeeva banne se naam badal jaata hai।

¹²¹When you die alive, your name also changes. ¹²²In the beginning, names were given to everyone.

¹¹⁶pahle shuru mein sabke naam laaye the phir jo aashcharyavat sunanti, kathanti, bhaaganti ho gaye to naam aana banda ho gaya isliye ab baap kehte hain ki ham naam den aur phir bhaag jaayen to phaaltu ho jaata hai।

¹²³Some of them, who were amazed while listening to this knowledge and who related it to others, then left and went away. ¹²⁴The giving of names stopped. ¹²⁵This is why the Father says: If I give them names and they then run away, that is useless.

¹¹⁷pahle aane vaalon ke jo naam rakhe, woh bahut ramneek the।

¹²⁶The names of those who came at the beginning were very entertaining.

¹¹⁸ab nahin rakhte hain।

¹²⁷Now, they are not given such names.

¹¹⁹unka rakhen jo sadaiv kaayam bhi rahen।

¹²⁸Names would be given to those who have remained here permanently.

¹²⁰bahuton ke naam rakhe phir baap ko phaarakti de chale gaye isliye ab naam nahin badalte hain।

¹²⁹Many were given names, but they then divorced the Father and left. ¹³⁰This is why names are no longer changed.

¹²¹baap samjhaate hain ki yeh gyaan Christian ki buddhi mein bhi baithega।

¹³¹The Father explains: This knowledge will also sit in the intellects of Christians.

¹²²itna samjhenge ki bhaarat ka yog niraakaar baap ne hi aakar sikhaaya tha।

¹³²They will understand that only the incorporeal Father came and taught the yoga of Bharat.

¹²³baap ko yaad karne se hi paap bhasma honge aur ham apne ghar chale jaayenge।

¹³³Only by remembering the Father will your sins be burnt away. ¹³⁴Then we will return home.

¹²⁴jo is dharma ka hoga aur convert ho gaya hoga to woh thahar jaayega।

¹³⁵Those who belonged to this religion and who were then converted will come and stay here.

¹²⁵tum jaante ho ki manushya, manushya ki sadgati nahin kar sakte।

¹³⁶You understand that human beings cannot grant salvation to human beings.

¹²⁶yeh daada bhi manushya hai, yeh kehta hai ki main kiski sadgati nahin kar sakta।

¹³⁷This Dada too is a human being. ¹³⁸He also says: I cannot grant anyone salvation.

¹²⁷yeh to baba hamko sikhlaate hain ki tumhaari sadgati bhi yaad se hogi।

¹³⁹That Baba teaches us that only by having remembrance of the Father can we receive salvation.

¹²⁸baap kehte hain bachchon, he aatmaon mere saath yog lagaao to tumhaare vikarma vinaash honge।

¹⁴⁰The Father says: Children, O souls, have yoga with Me and your sins will be absolved.

¹²⁹tum pahle golden aged pure the phir khaad pad gai hai।

¹⁴¹At first, you were pure and golden aged and then alloy became mixed in you.

¹³⁰jo pahle devi devta 24 carat sona the, ab iron ej mein aakar pahunche hain।

¹⁴²Deities who were at first 24 carat gold have now reached the iron age.

¹³¹yeh yog kalpa-kalpa tumko seekhna padta hai।

¹⁴³You have to study this yoga every cycle.

¹³²tum jaante ho usmein bhi koi poora jaante, koi kam jaante।

¹⁴⁴You understand that some of you know everything and others know less.

¹³³koi to aise hi dekhne aate hain ki yahaan kya sikhaate hain।

¹⁴⁵Some just come to see what is being taught here.

¹³⁴brahmaakumaar kumaariyaan itne dher bachche hain। ¹³⁵zaroor prajaapita brahma hoga na jiske itne bachche aakar bane hain, zaroor kuchh hoga to jaakar unhon se poochhe to sahi।

¹⁴⁶They think: There are so many Brahma Kumars and Kumaris, there must definitely be Prajapita Brahma and very many have become his children. ¹⁴⁷There must definitely be something there, and so let’s go and ask them.

¹³⁶tumko prajaapita brahma se kya milta hai?

¹⁴⁸“What do you receive from Prajapita Brahma?”

¹³⁷poochhna chaahiye na! ¹³⁸parantu itni buddhi bhi nahin hai।

¹⁴⁹This should be asked, but none of them has even this much of an intellect!

¹³⁹bhaarat ke liye khaas kehte hain। ¹⁴⁰gaaya bhi jaata hai pattharbuddhi so paarasbuddhi। ¹⁴¹paarasbuddhi so pattharbuddhi।

¹⁵⁰For Bharat in particular it is said, “Those who had stone intellects became those with divine intellects and those with divine intellects became those with stone intellects.”

¹⁴²satayug treta mein paarasbuddhi golden ej the phir silver ej do kala kam hui isliye naam pada chandravanshi kyonki naapaas hue hain। ¹⁴³yeh bhi paathshaala hai।

¹⁵¹In the golden and silver ages, you had divine intellects and were golden aged and then, in the silver age, they decreased by two degrees. ¹⁵²It was because they failed that there is the name “moon dynasty”.

¹⁴⁴33 marks se jo neeche hote hain woh fail ho jaate hain।

¹⁵³This is also a school; those who receive less than 33% marks fail.

¹⁴⁵raam seeta phir unki dynasty sampoorn nahin hai isliye sooryavanshi ban na saken।

¹⁵⁴Rama, Sita and their dynasty are not complete and this is why they cannot become those of the sun dynasty.

¹⁴⁶naapaas to koi honge na kyonki imtahaan bhi bahut bada hai।

¹⁵⁵Some will fail because the examination is very high.

¹⁴⁷aage government ka aai.si.S. ka bada imtahaan hota tha।

¹⁵⁶Earlier, the Government had the important I.C.S. examination.

¹⁴⁸sab thode hi padh sakte the।

¹⁵⁷Not everyone could study for that.

¹⁴⁹koton mein koi nikalte hain।

¹⁵⁸Only a handful out of many will emerge.

¹⁵⁰koi chaahe to ham sooryavanshi mahaaraaja mahaaraani banen to unmein bhi badi mehnat chaahiye।

¹⁵⁹If someone wants to become a sun-dynasty emperor or empress, a lot of effort is required for that.

¹⁵¹mama baba bhi padh rahe hain shreemat se।

¹⁶⁰Mama and Baba are also studying according to shrimat.

¹⁵²ve pahle number mein padhte hain phir jo maat pita ko follow karte vahi unke takhta par baithenge।

¹⁶¹They study and claim number one. ¹⁶²Then, those who follow the mother and father will sit on their throne.

¹⁵³sooryavanshi 8 dynasty chalti hain। ¹⁵⁴jaise Edward the first, the second chalta hai।

¹⁶³There is the dynasty of eight in the sun dynasty, just as there was Edward the First, Edward the Second.

¹⁵⁵tumhaara connection in christians se adhik hai।

¹⁶⁴You have a lot of connection with the Christians.

¹⁵⁶Christian gharaane ne bhaarat ki raajaai hap ki।

¹⁶⁵The Christian clan swallowed the kingdom of Bharat.

¹⁵⁷bhaarat ka athaah dhan le gaye phir vichaar karo to satayug mein kitna athaah dhan hoga।

¹⁶⁶They took limitless wealth from Bharat. ¹⁶⁷Therefore, just think how much limitless wealth there will be in the golden age.

¹⁵⁸vahaan ki bhent mein to yahaan kuchh bhi nahin hai।

¹⁶⁸Compared to that, what exists here is nothing!

¹⁵⁹vahaan sab khaaniyaan bhartu ho jaati hain।

¹⁶⁹All the mines will be full there.

¹⁶⁰ab to har cheej ki khaaniyaan khaali hoti jaati hain।

¹⁷⁰The mines of everything have now become empty.

¹⁶¹phir chakra repeat hoga to phir sab khaaniyaan bhartu ho jaayengi।

¹⁷¹The cycle will repeat again and so all the mines will become full again.

¹⁶²meethe-meethe bachchon tum ab raavan par jeet paakar raajaai le rahe ho phir aadhaakalpa baad yeh raavan aayega phir tum raajaai ganva baithenge।

¹⁷²Sweetest children, you are now conquering Ravan and claiming your kingdom. ¹⁷³Then, after half the cycle, Ravan will come and you will lose your kingdom.

¹⁶³abhi bhaaratvaasi tum kaudi misal ban gaye ho।

¹⁷⁴You people of Bharat have now become like shells.

¹⁶⁴hamne tumko heere jaise banaaya। ¹⁶⁵raavan ne tumko kaudi jaisa banaaya hai।

¹⁷⁵I made you become like diamonds and Ravan made you become like shells.
