¹Essence: Sweet children, remain tolerant in every situation. ²Maintain equanimity in praise and defamation and in victory and defeat. ³Don't believe things you hear from others.

²prashn:- aatma sada chadhti kala mein aage badhti rahe uski sahaj yukti sunaao?

⁴Question: What is the easy way for souls to make constant progress in the stage of ascent?

³uttar:- ek baap se hi suno, doosre se nahin। ⁴phaaltu parchintan mein, vaahyaat baaton mein apna samay barbaad na karo, to aatma sada chadhti kala mein rahegi।

⁵Answer: Only listen to the one Father and no one else. ⁶Don’t waste your time in unnecessary talk and in useless thoughts about others and you souls will be constantly in the stage of ascent.

⁵ulti-sulti baaten sunne se, un par vishvaas karne se achhe bachche bhi gir padte hain, isliye bahut sambhaal karni hai।

⁷By listening to and believing wrong things, even good children fall and this is why you have to be very careful.

⁷meethe-meethe bachchon ko ab smriti aai hai ki barobar aadhaakalpa hamne baap ko yaad kiya hai, jab se raavan raajya shuru hua hai।

⁹You sweetest children are now aware that you have truly been remembering the Father for half the cycle, from the time when the kingdom of Ravan began.

⁸aise bhi nahin koi poore aadhaakalpa yaad kiya hai, nahin।

¹⁰It isn’t that you have been remembering Him throughout half the cycle.

⁹jab-jab duhkh jaasti aaya hai, tab-tab yaad kiya hai।

¹¹No, you only remembered Him whenever you experienced a lot of sorrow.

¹⁰abhi tumko pata pada hai ki bhakti maarga se ham utarte aaye hain।

¹²You now know that you have continued to come down on the path of devotion.

¹¹drama ka raaz buddhi mein hai।

¹³You have the secrets of the drama in your intellects.

¹²mukh se kuchh kahne ka bhi nahin hai, ham unke ho gaye isliye jaasti gyaan ki darkaar nahin।

¹⁴There is no need to say anything. ¹⁵We now belong to Him and there is therefore no need for a lot of knowledge.

¹³baap ke bane to baap ki jaaydaad ke maalik ho gaye।

¹⁶Now that you belong to the Father you have become the masters of His property.

¹⁴kuchh karmendriyon se karne ka nahin rehta।

¹⁷It is nothing to do with the physical organs.

¹⁵bhakti maarga mein bhagwan se milne ke liye kitne yagya-tap daan-punya karte hain।

¹⁸On the path of devotion, they have so many sacrificial fires, do so much tapasya, make donations and perform charity in order to find God.

¹⁶jahaan bhi jaao sab jagah teertha, mandir athaah hain।

¹⁹Wherever you go, there are so many pilgrimage places and temples.

¹⁷aisa koi manushya nahin jo saare bhaarat ke teertha aur athaah mandir aadi ghoom sake।

²⁰There wouldn't be a single person anywhere who could tour around the whole of Bharat and see all the pilgrimage places and temples.

¹⁸agar ghoome bhi to kuchh milta nahin।

²¹Even if someone were to travel around, he wouldn’t achieve anything.

¹⁹vahaan ghanta ghadiyaal aadi kitna ghamsaan hai।

²²There, there is so much noise of the ringing of bells and commotion everywhere.

²⁰yahaan to ghamsaan ki baat nahin। ²¹na geet gaane, na taaliyaan bajaane ki baat hai।

²³Here, there is no question of commotion; there is no question of singing songs or clapping here.

²²manushya to kya-kya nahin karte hain, athaah karmakaanda hain।

²⁴Look at what people do! ²⁵There are so many rituals.

²³yahaan to tum bachchon ko sirf yaad karna hai aur kuchh bhi nahin।

²⁶Here, you children simply have to remember the Father and do nothing else.

²⁴ghar mein rehte sab kuchh karte sirf baap ko yaad karna hai।

²⁷While living at home and carrying on with everything, just remember the Father.

²⁵tum jaante ho abhi ham devta bante hain।

²⁸You know that you are now becoming deities.

²⁶yahaan hi daiveegun dhaaran karna hai।

²⁹Divine virtues have to be imbibed here.

²⁷khaanpaan bhi shuddh hona chaahiye।

³⁰Your food and drink also have to be pure.

²⁸36 prakaar ke bhojan to vahaan milenge।

³¹You will receive 36 varieties of food there.

²⁹yahaan saadhaaran rehna hai। ³⁰na bahut oonch, na bahut neench।

³²Here, you have to live simply, neither too well nor too ordinary.

³¹sab baaton mein sahansheelta chaahiye।

³³Remain tolerant in every situation.

³²ninda-stuti, jay-paraajay, sardi-garmi, yeh sab kuchh sahan karna padta hai।

³⁴Everything has to be tolerated: praise and defamation, victory and defeat, heat and cold.

³³samay hi aisa hai। ³⁴paani nahin milega, yeh nahin milega, soorya bhi apni tapat dikhaayega।

³⁵The time will come when you won't find water, you won't find this or that and even the sun will become very hot.

³⁵har cheez tamopradhaan banti hai।

³⁶Everything becomes tamopradhan.

³⁶yeh srishti hi tamopradhaan hai।

³⁷This world is tamopradhan.

³⁷tatva bhi tamopradhaan hain। ³⁸to yeh duhkh dete hain।

³⁸Even the elements are tamopradhan and cause sorrow.

³⁹ninda-stuti mein bhi nahin jaana hai।

³⁹You mustn't get caught up in praise and defamation.

⁴⁰bahut hain jo jhat bigad padte hain।

⁴⁰There are many who very quickly become upset.

⁴¹kisne ulta-sulta kuchh kisko sunaaya kyonki aajkal baaton ki banaavat to bahut hai na।

⁴¹At times, some tell others wrong things, because many stories are made up nowadays.

⁴²koi ne kuchh kaha - tumhaare liye baba yeh kehte hain ki inko deh-abhimaan hai, baahar ka show bahut hai, yeh kisi ne sunaaya, bas bukhaar chadh jaayega।

⁴²Someone may say to another: Baba said that you have body consciousness and there is a lot of external show. ⁴³His temperature would rise; he would even lose sleep.

⁴⁵to baap kehte hain koi bhi aisi vaahyaat baaten nahin suno।

⁴⁵The Father says: Don’t listen to such useless matters.

⁴⁶baap kabhi bhi kiski ninda nahin karte hain।

⁴⁷baap to samjhaane liye hi kehte hain।

⁴⁷The Father simply tells you in order to make you understand.

⁴⁸ulti-sulti baaten ek-do ko sunaane se achhe-achhe bachche bhi bigad padte hain। ⁴⁹to traitor ban vaahyaat baaten jaakar ek-do ko sunaayenge।

⁴⁸By your telling one another wrong things, even good children are spoilt and they turn into traitors and then spread unnecessary talk.

⁵⁰bhakti maarga mein bhi kaisi-kaisi kahaaniyaan banaai hain।

⁴⁹Look at all the stories they have made up on the path of devotion.

⁵¹abhi tumko gyaan mila hai to tum kabhi bhi he raam va haay bhagwan bhi nahin kah sakte, yeh akshar bhi bhakti maarga ke hain।

⁵⁰You have now received knowledge and so you don't say "oh! ⁵¹Rama!" or "oh! ⁵²God!" ⁵³Those expressions belong to the path of devotion.

⁵²tumhaare mukh se aise akshar nahin nikalne chaahiye।

⁵⁴Such words should not emerge through your lips.

⁵³baap sirf kehte hain meethe laadle bachchon aatma-abhimaani bano।

⁵⁵The Father simply says: Sweet, beloved children, be soul conscious!

⁵⁴kitna pyaar se samjhaate hain।

⁵⁶He explains with so much love.

⁵⁵kiski bhi baat nahin suno, phaaltu parchintan nahin karo।

⁵⁷Don’t listen to anyone else. ⁵⁸Don’t have useless thoughts about others.

⁵⁶ek baat pakki kar lo - ham aatma hain।

⁵⁹Make one thing firm: I am a soul.

⁵⁷aatma avinaashi hai, shareer vinaashi hai।

⁶⁰Souls are imperishable and bodies are perishable.

⁵⁸aatma hi sanskaar dhaaran karti hai।

⁶¹It is souls who imbibe sanskars.

⁵⁹ab tum bachchon ko aatma-abhimaani banna hai।

⁶²You children now have to become soul conscious.

⁶⁰dvaapar se tum raavan raajya mein deh-abhimaani bante ho isliye ab dehi-abhimaani banne mein mehnat lagti hai।

⁶³From the copper age, you have been body conscious in the kingdom of Ravan. ⁶⁴This is why it takes a lot of effort to become soul conscious.

⁶¹ghadi-ghadi buddhi mein yeh aana chaahiye ki hamko behad ka baap mila hai।

⁶⁵It should repeatedly enter your intellects that you have found the unlimited Father.

⁶²kalpa-kalpa baap varsa dete hain।

⁶⁶The Father gives you the inheritance every cycle.

⁶³ab unki mat par chalna hai।

⁶⁷You now have to follow His directions.

⁶⁴unke liye hi gaayan hai - tum maat-pita… woh sab sambandhon ka sukh dene vaala hai, unmein sab mithaas hai।

⁶⁸There is the praise of Him: You are the Mother and the Father. ⁶⁹He gives us the happiness of all relationships. ⁷⁰He has the sweetness of all relationships.

⁶⁵baaki aur mitra-sambandhi aadi duhkh dene vaale hi hain।

⁷¹All other friends and relatives only cause you sorrow.

⁶⁶ek hi baap hai jo sabko sukh dene vaala hai।

⁷²Only the one Father gives everyone happiness.

⁶⁷raasta bhi bilkul sahaj bataate hain ki apne ko aatma samajh mujh baap ko yaad karo।

⁷³The path He shows is very easy: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father.

⁶⁸baap samjhaate hain yeh koi nai baat nahin hai।

⁷⁴The Father explains: This is nothing new.

⁶⁹tum jaante ho har 5 hajaar varsha baad ham aise baap ke paas aate hain, yeh koi saadhu-santa nahin hai।

⁷⁵You know that you come to such a Father every 5000 years. ⁷⁶He is not a sage or a holy man.

⁷⁰tum koi saadhu santa aadi ke paas nahin rehte, baaki haan baap kehte hain - pravritti maarga ke sambandh se tod nibhaana hai।

⁷⁷You are not staying with a sage or holy man but the Father says: Fulfil your household responsibilities, otherwise there will continue to be greater conflict.

⁷¹nahin to aur hi khit-khit ho jaati hai, yukti se chalo।

⁷⁸Continue to interact with tact.

⁷²pyaar se har ek ko samjhaana hai ki dekho abhi vinaash ka samay najdeek hai, yeh aasuri duniya khatma honi hai।

⁷⁹Explain to everyone with love: Look, the time for destruction is now close. ⁸⁰This devilish world is now to be destroyed.

⁷³ab devta banna hai, daiveegun yahaan dhaaran karna hai।

⁸¹You now have to become deities. ⁸²Imbibe divine virtues here.

⁷⁴pyaar se samjhaana chaahiye।

⁸³Explain with a lot of love.

⁷⁵devtaayen bhi pyaaz lahsun aadi to khaate nahin।

⁸⁴Deities don't eat garlic or onions.

⁷⁶ham bhi manushya se devta bante hain to ham yeh kaise kha sakte hain।

⁸⁵We are becoming deities from human beings and so how could we eat those things?

⁷⁷tumko bhi raay dete hain - yeh chhod do।

⁸⁶You are advised to renounce them.

⁷⁸aisi cheejen ham khaate nahin।

⁸⁷We don't eat such things.

⁷⁹abhi tumko behad ka baap daiveegun sikhlaane vaala mila hai to sarvagun sampanna..... yahaan hi banna hai।

⁸⁸You have now found the unlimited Father who teaches you divine virtues, so it is here that you have to become full of all divine virtues.

⁸⁰yahaan banenge tab phir bhavishya nai duniya aayegi।

⁸⁹If you become this here, the future new world will come.

⁸¹yeh aise hi hota hai jaise raat ke baad phir din hota hai।

⁹⁰This is like night after day and day after night.

⁸²ab raat ki ant mein hi daiveegun dhaaran karne hain to phir subah ho jaayegi।

⁹¹It is because it is now the end of the night that divine virtues have to be imbibed and so it will then be morning.

⁸³apni pareeksha harek ko aapehi leni hai।

⁹²Each of you has to examine yourself.

⁸⁴aise nahin ki baap to sab kuchh jaante hain।

⁹³Don't think that the Father knows everything.

⁸⁵tum apne ko dekho na।

⁹⁴You have to examine yourself.

⁸⁶student aise kabhi nahin kahenge ki teacher to sab kuchh jaante hain।

⁹⁵A student doesn’t say that his teacher knows everything about him.

⁸⁷imtahaan ke din najdeek aate hain to bachche khud bhi samajhte hain ham kitna paas honge, kis subject mein ham dheele hain।

⁹⁶When the examination days come close, students understand to what extent they are going to pass and in which subjects they are still a little weak.

⁸⁸marks kam lenge phir sab milaakar paas ho jaayenge।

⁹⁷You claim fewer marks in some subjects, but are able to pass overall.

⁸⁹yeh samajhte hain to ismen bhi apni jaanch rakhni hai। ⁹⁰hamaare mein kya kami hai?

⁹⁸You understand this and so you have to check yourself in this: What do I still lack?

⁹¹main bahut meetha bana hoon?

⁹⁹Have I become very sweet?

⁹²sabko pyaar se samjhaana hai - ham aatmaon ka baap parampita paramatma hai। ⁹³manushya ki baat nahin।

¹⁰⁰Explain to everyone with love: The Father of us souls is the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

⁹⁴ham niraakaar ko bhagwan kehte hain, bhagwan rachta ek hi hai, baaki sab hain rachna।

¹⁰¹It is not a question of Him being a human being. ¹⁰²We call the incorporeal one, God.

⁹⁵rachna se kisko varsa nahin mil sakta, kaayda nahin hai।

¹⁰³God, the Creator, is only One. ¹⁰⁴All the rest are the creation.

⁹⁶ab sarva rachna ka sadgati daata ek hi rachta baap hai, usmein saadhu-santa sab aa gaye।

¹⁰⁵No one can receive an inheritance from the creation; it isn't the law.

⁹⁷hain to sab aatmaayen na। ⁹⁸haan manushya achhe-bure to hote hi hain, position ooncha-neecha hota hai।

¹⁰⁶The Bestower of Salvation for the whole of creation is the one Father, the Creator.

⁹⁹sannyaasiyon mein bhi nambarvaar hain।

¹⁰⁷This includes all the sages and holy men.

¹⁰⁰koi to dekho bheekh maangate rehte, koi ko sab paanv padte hain।

¹⁰⁸All are souls. ¹⁰⁹Yes, there are good and bad human beings.

¹⁰¹tum bachchon ko bhi oonch banna hai, bahut meetha bano।

¹¹⁰They have high or low positions. ¹¹¹Sannyasis are numberwise too.

¹⁰²kabhi bhi krodh se baat nahin karni chaahiye, jitna ho sake pyaar se kaam lo।

¹¹²Some continue to beg whereas others have everyone falling at their feet.

¹⁰³kehte hain bachche bahut tang karte hain so to aajkal ke bachche hain hi aise।

¹¹³You children have to become so elevated! ¹¹⁴Become very sweet.

¹⁰⁴pyaar se unko samjhaao।

¹¹⁵Never speak angrily.

¹⁰⁵dikhaate hain krishna chanchalta karta tha to unko rassi se baandhate the।

¹¹⁶As much as possible, do everything with love. ¹¹⁷Some say that their children cause a lot of trouble.

¹⁰⁶jitna ho sake pyaar se samjhaana hai ya to halki saja।

¹¹⁸However, children today are like that.

¹⁰⁷bichaare abodh (anjaan) hain।

¹¹⁹Explain to them with love.

¹⁰⁸samay bhi aisa hai।

¹²⁰The time is like that.

¹⁰⁹baahar ka sangadosh bahut kharaab hai।

¹²¹The company of people outside is also very bad.

¹¹⁰abhi behad ka baap kehte hain tumhein moorti aadi rakhne ki koi darkaar nahin hai।

¹²²The unlimited Father now says: There is no need for you to keep any idols etc.

¹¹¹kuchh bhi mehnat karne ki darkaar nahin hai।

¹²³There is no need to labour.

¹¹²shiv ka chitra bhi kyon rakhen!

¹²⁴Why should you even keep an image of Shiva?

¹¹³woh to tumhaara baap hai na।

¹²⁵He is your Father.

¹¹⁴ghar mein bachche baap ka chitra kyon rakhenge?

¹²⁶Would children keep a picture of their father in their home?

¹¹⁵baap to haazira-hazoor hai na।

¹²⁷The Father can be present at any time.

¹¹⁶baap kehte hain - main abhi haazir naazir hoon na।

¹²⁸The Father says: I am present now, am I not?

¹¹⁷phir chitron ki to darkaar nahin।

¹²⁹So, there is no need for pictures.

¹¹⁸main bachchon ko baith samjhaata hoon।

¹³⁰I sit here and explain to you children.

¹¹⁹kehte hain baapdaada ko dekhen।

¹³¹You say: Let us see BapDada.

¹²⁰ab baap to hai niraakaar, unko dekh na saken।

¹³²The Father is incorporeal. ¹³³He cannot be seen.

¹²¹buddhi se samajh sakte hain।

¹³⁴He can be understood with the intellect.

¹²²baap kehte hain - main inmen pravesh kar tumko knowledge baith deta hoon।

¹³⁵The Father says: I enter this one and give you knowledge.

¹²³nahin to kaise aaoon।

¹³⁶How else could I come?

¹²⁴krishna ke tan mein kaise aayega।

¹³⁷How could He enter the body of Krishna?

¹²⁵sannyaasiyon mein bhi nahin aa sakta hoon।

¹³⁸He couldn’t even enter the body of sannyasis.

¹²⁶main aata hi unmein hoon jo pahle number mein tha।

¹³⁹I enter the one who was the first number.

¹²⁷vahi ab last number mein hai।

¹⁴⁰He is now in the last number.

¹²⁸tumko bhi abhi padhkar phir pahle number mein jaana hai।

¹⁴¹You too now have to study and claim number one.

¹²⁹padhaane vaala to ek hi hai, jisko gyaan ka saagar kaha jaata hai।

¹⁴²The Teacher is the same One and He is called the Ocean of Knowledge.

¹³⁰tumko gyaan bahut achha milta hai।

¹⁴³You receive very good knowledge.

¹³¹tum jaante ho - shantidham hamaara ghar hai, sukhdhaam hamaari raajdhaani hai।

¹⁴⁴You know the land of peace is your home and the land of happiness is your kingdom.

¹³²duhkhadhaam raavan ki baadshaahi hai।

¹⁴⁵The land of sorrow is the sovereignty of Ravan.

¹³³ab baap kehte hain meethe-meethe bachchon - apne ghar shantidham ko yaad karo, sukhdhaam ko yaad karo।

¹⁴⁶The Father says: Sweetest children, now remember your home, the land of peace as well as the land of happiness.

¹³⁴duhkhadhaam ke bandhan ko bhoolte jaao।

¹⁴⁷Continue to forget the bondages of the land of sorrow.

¹³⁵aise aur koi kah na sake। ¹³⁶na woh ja sakte hain।

¹⁴⁸No one else can say this nor can anyone return home.

¹³⁷drama ke beech se vaapas koi bhi ja na sake।

¹⁴⁹No one can return home in the middle of the drama.

¹³⁸yeh jo kehte hain phalaana jyoti jyot samaaya va paar nirvaan gaya, ek bhi jaata nahin hai।

¹⁵⁰People say that so-and-so merged into the light or that he went beyond, to the land of nirvana, but no one actually returns there.

¹³⁹sabka baap athva maalik ek hi parampita paramatma hai, woh sab aashikon ka ek hi maashook hai।

¹⁵¹The Father and Master of All is the one Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul. ¹⁵²He is the one Beloved of all lovers.

¹⁴⁰woh jismaani aashik maashook ek-do ko yaad karte hain, buddhi mein chitra aa jaata hai।

¹⁵³Those physical lovers and beloveds remember one another, and each one's image enters the other's intellect.

¹⁴¹phir ek-do ko yaad karte rahenge।

¹⁵⁴They continue to remember one another.

¹⁴²khaana khaate rahenge, yaad karte rahenge।

¹⁵⁵Even while eating they continue to remember one another.

¹⁴³woh to hain ek janma ke aashik maashook।

¹⁵⁶They are lovers and beloveds of one birth.

¹⁴⁴tum janma-janmaantar ke aashik ho, ek maashook ke।

¹⁵⁷You are the lovers of the one Beloved for birth after birth.

¹⁴⁵tumko aur kuchh bhi nahin karna hai, sirf ek baap ko yaad karna hai।

¹⁵⁸You don't have to do anything else. ¹⁵⁹Simply remember the one Father.

¹⁴⁶un aashik maashook ke saamne chitra aa jaata hai।

¹⁶⁰The image of the other one appears to the lover or beloved.

¹⁴⁷bas unko dekhte-dekhte kaam bhi thahar jaata phir unka chehra gum ho jaata hai aur kaam karne lag padte hain।

¹⁶¹While they continue to see their image, their work stops. ¹⁶²Then, when the face disappears, he or she begins to work again.

¹⁴⁸ismen to aise nahin hai।

¹⁶³It is not like that here.

¹⁴⁹aatma bhi bindi, paramatma bhi bindi hai।

¹⁶⁴Souls are points and the Supreme Soul is also a point.

¹⁵⁰apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karna hai, ismen hi mehnat hai, koi bhi aisi practice karte nahi hain।

¹⁶⁵Consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father. ¹⁶⁶This requires effort. ¹⁶⁷No one practises this.

¹⁵¹aatma ka gyaan mila arthaat aatma ko realise kiya, baaki raha paramatma।

¹⁶⁸You have received the knowledge of souls, that is, you souls have realised yourselves.

¹⁵²woh bhi tum jaante ho। ¹⁵³baba aakar yahaan (bhrikuti mein) baithte hain।

¹⁶⁹Then there is the Supreme Soul; you know that Baba comes and sits in this one's forehead.

¹⁵⁴inki jagah bhi yahaan hai।

¹⁷⁰His place is fixed there.

¹⁵⁵aatma kahaan se bhi chali jaati hai, maaloom nahin padta hai।

¹⁷¹You cannot know from where a soul exits a body.

¹⁵⁶unka mukhya sthaan bhrakuti hai।

¹⁷²The main place of a soul is the forehead.

¹⁵⁷baap kehte hain - main bhi bindi hoon, ismen aakar baitha hoon।

¹⁷³The Father says: I am a point. ¹⁷⁴I come and sit in this one.

¹⁵⁸tumko pata bhi nahin padta hai।

¹⁷⁵You can't even tell.

¹⁵⁹baap tum bachchon ko baith sunaate hain, tumko jo sunaate hain woh ham bhi sunte hain।

¹⁷⁶The Father sits and speaks to you children. ¹⁷⁷I also listen to whatever He tells you.

¹⁶⁰samjhaani to bilkul right hai।

¹⁷⁸The explanation He gives is absolutely right.

¹⁶¹daivi dharma vaale jo honge woh jhat samajh jaayenge - yeh raajdhaani sthaapan ho rahi hai।

¹⁷⁹Those who belong to the deity religion will very quickly understand that a kingdom is being established.

¹⁶²pahle sthaapna aur phir vinaash bhi hoga aur koi dharma sthaapak aise nahin karte hain।

¹⁸⁰There will first be establishment and then destruction will take place. ¹⁸¹No other founder of a religion does this.

¹⁶³woh sirf apna dharma sthaapan karte hain phir vriddhi ko paate, yahaan to jo jitna-jitna purushaartha karte hain, utna bhavishya mein oonch pad paate hain।
