1Sachchē dil par sāhēb rāzī
1The Lord is pleased with a true heart
2Āj viśhva key|kī sarv ātmāō̃ K|kē upkārī bāpdādā apnē śhrēṣhṭh par-upkārī bachchō̃ kō dēkh rahē haĩ .
2Today, BapDada, the One who uplifts all souls of the world, is looking at His elevated children who uplift others.
3Vartamān samay anēk ātmāyē̃ upkār kē liē ichchhuk haĩ .
3At present, many souls want to be uplifted.
4Sv-upakār karnē key|kī ichchhā hai lēkin himmat aur śhakti nahī̃ hai .
4They have the desire to uplift themselves, but they neither have the courage nor the power.
5Aisī nirbal ātmāō̃ kā upkār karnē vālē āp par-upkārī bachchē nimitt hō .
5You children who uplift others are the instruments to uplift such weak souls.
6Āp par-upkārī bachchō̃ kō ātmāō̃ key|kī pukār sunāī dētī hai vā sv-upakār mē̃ hī busy hō ?
6Can you children, who benefit others, hear the calls of souls or are you busy just uplifting yourselves?
7Viśhva K|kē rājya adhikārī sirph sva-upkārī nahī̃ bantē .
7Those who only uplift themselves cannot claim a right to the kingdom of the world.
8Par-upkārī ātmā hī rājya-adhikārī ban saktī hai .
8Only souls who uplift others can claim a right to the kingdom.
9Upkār sachchē dil sē hōtā hai .
9Upliftment takes place by having a true heart.
10Gyān sunānā yah ( sivāē dil K|kē ) mukh sē bhī hō saktā hai .
10Relating knowledge can take place simply with your lips, without your heart.
11Gyān sunānā-yah viśhāl dimāg key|kī bāt hai vā varṇan K|kē abhyās key|kī bāt hai .
11To relate knowledge is a matter of using an unlimited head and of having the practice of speaking.
12Tō dil aur dimāg - dōnō̃ mē̃ antar hai .
12So, there is a difference between the head and the heart.
13Kōī bhī kisī sē snēh chāhtē haĩ tō vah dil kā snēh chāhtē haĩ .
13Anyone who wants to experience love from someone wants love from the heart.
14Bāpdādā kā title dilvālā hai - dilārām hai .
14BapDada’s title is Dilwala (Conqueror of Hearts) and Dilaram (Comforter of Hearts).
15Dimāg dil sē sthūl hai , dil sūkṣhma hai .
15The head is gross whereas the heart is subtle.
16Bōlchāl mē̃ bhī sadaiv yah kahtē hō ki sachchī dil sē kahtē haĩ - sachchī dil sē bāp kō yād karō .
16In your interaction, you always say: I am saying this with a true heart; remember the Father with a true heart.
17Yah nahī̃ kahtē ki sachchē dimāg sē yād karō .
17It is not said: Remember Him with a true head.
18Kahā bhī jātā hai-saccē dil par sāhēb rāzī .
18It is said: The Lord is pleased with a true heart.
19Viśhāl dimāg par rāzī nahī̃ kahā jātā hai .
19It is not said that He is pleased with an unlimited head.
20Viśhāl dimāg - yah viśhēṣhtā jarūr hai , is viśhēṣhtā sē gyān key|kī points kō achchhī tarah dhāraṇ kar saktē haĩ .
20To have an unlimited head is definitely a speciality, for you are able to imbibe points of knowledge very well with this speciality.
21Lēkin dil sē yād karnē vālē point arthāt bindū rūp ban saktē haĩ .
21However, those who remember the Father with their hearts become point forms.
22Vah point repeat kar saktē haĩ lēkin point ( bindū ) rūp bannē mē̃ second number hōṅgē , kabhī sahaj kabhī mēhnat sē bindū rūp mē̃ sthit hō sakē̃gē .
22Those people are able to repeat the points, but they would be second in becoming the forms of a point. 23Sometimes, they become the point forms easily whereas at other times, they are able to stabilise in the point-form after making effort.
23Lēkin sachchī dil vālē second mē̃ bindu ban bindu svarūp bāp kō yād kar saktē haĩ .
24However, those who have true hearts are able to become points in a second and remember the Father, the Point.
24Sachchī dil vālē sachchē sāhēb kō rāzī karnē K|kē kāraṇ , bāp key|kī viśhēṣh duāō̃ key|kī prāpti K|kē kāraṇ sthūl rūp mē̃ chāhē dimāg kaīyō̃ K|kē antar mē̃ itnā viśhāl na bhī hō lēkin sachchāī key|kī śhakti sē samay pramāṇ unkā dimāg yuktiyukt , yathārth kārya svataḥ hī karēgā kyōṅki jō yathārth karma , bōl vā saṅkalp haĩ vah duāō̃ K|kē kāraṇ drama anusār samay pramāṇ vahī touching unkē dimāg mē̃ āyēgī kyōṅki buddhivānō̃ key|kī buddhi ( bāp ) kō rāzī kiyā huā hai .
25Because the children with true hearts please the true Lord, they receive special blessings from the Father. 26Even though some may not have such broad intellects (good heads) in comparison to others, because of the power of their honesty, according to the time, their intellects would automatically work in a yuktiyukt and accurate manner. 27According to the drama, because of receiving blessings, their intellects will have touchings for accurate actions, words and thoughts, for they will have pleased the Father, the Intellect of the Wise.
25Jisnē bhagvān kō rāzī kiyā vah svataḥ hī rājyukt , yuktiyukt hōtā hai .
28Those who please God automatically become those who understand all secrets (raazyukt) and those who are wise (yuktiyukt) in every way.
26Tō yah check karō ki maĩ viśhāl dimāg K|kē kāraṇ yād aur sēvā mē̃ āgē baṛh rahā hū̃ vā sachchī dil aur yathārth dimāg sē āgē baṛh rahā hū̃ .
29Check whether you are moving forward in having remembrance and doing service on the basis of having an unlimited head (intellect) or on the basis of having a true heart and an accurate head.
27Pahlē bhī sunāyā thā ki dimāg sē sēvā karnē vālē kā tīr aurō̃ K|kē bhī dimāg tak lagtā hai .
30You were told earlier too that those who serve with their heads only strike the heads of others with the arrow.
28Dil vālō̃ kā tīr dil tak lagtā hai .
31Those who serve from their hearts reach the hearts of others.
29Jaisē sthāpanā key|kī , sēvā key|kī ādi mē̃ dēkhā - pahlā pūr ( group ) sēvā kā , unhō̃ key|kī viśhēṣhtā kyā rahī ?
32You saw in service at the beginning of establishment what the speciality of those who served in the first group was.
30Kōī bhāṣhā vā bhāṣhaṇ key|kī viśhēṣhtā nahī̃ thī .
33They didn’t have the speciality of language or of giving lectures.
31Jaisē ājkal bahut achchhē bhāṣhaṇ kartē hō , kahāniyā̃ aur kissē bhī bahut achchhē sunātē hō .
34Nowadays, you give very good lectures, you tell very good stories and give many examples.
32Aisē pahlē pūr vālō̃ key|kī bhāṣhā nahī̃ thī lēkin kyā thā ?
35The language of the first group was not like that, but what was it?
33Sachchē dil kā āvāj thā isliē dil kā āvāj anēkō̃ kō dilārām kā banānē mē̃ nimitt banā . 34Bhāṣhā gulābī ( mixture ) thī .
36It was the sound of a true heart. 37This was how the sound from the heart became instrumental in making many others belong to the Comforter of Hearts.
35Lēkin nayanō̃ key|kī bhāṣhā rūhānī thī isliē bhāṣhā bhal kaisī bhī thī lēkin kāṇṭō̃ sē gulāb tō ban hī gayē .
38Their language was mixed, but the language of their eyes was spiritual. 39This was why, no matter what their language was like, they changed thorns into roses.
36Vah pahlē pūr K|kē sēvā key|kī saphaltā aur vartamān samay key|kī vr̥iddhi - dōnō̃ kō check karō tō antar dikhāī dētā hai nā .
40When you check the success of the service of the first group against the expansion of the present time, you can see a difference, can you not?
37Bāt majority key|kī hōtī hai .
41One generally speaks of the majority.
38Dūsrē-tīsrē pūr mē̃ bhī kōī-kōī dil vālē haĩ lēkin minority haĩ .
42In the second and third groups too, there are some with true hearts, but that is a minority.
39Ādi key|kī pahēlī ab tak chal rahī hai .
43The riddle of the beginning is continuing even now.
40Kaun see|sī|C pahēlī ?
44Which riddle?
41Maĩ kaun ?
45Who am I?
42Abhī bhī bāpdādā kahtē - apnē āpsē pūchhō maĩ kaun ?
46Even now, BapDada says: Ask yourself: Who am I?
43Pahēlī hal karnā ātā hai nā vā dūsrā batāvē tab hal kar saktē hō - dūsrā batāyēgā tō bhī uskī bāt kō chalānē key|kī kōśhiśh karē̃gē ki aisē nahī̃ hai , vaisē hai … isliē apnē āpkō hī dēkhō .
47Do you know how to solve this riddle? 48Or, are you only able to solve the riddle when someone else tells you? 49Even if someone were to tell you, you would try to convince yourself, “Not like this, but like that.” 50Therefore, only look at your own self.
44Kaī bachchē apnē āpkō check kartē haĩ lēkin dēkhnē key|kī nazar dō prakār kī hai .
51Some children check themselves, but there are two types of vision in checking the self.
45Usmē̃ bhī kōī sirph viśhāl dimāg key|kī nazar sē check kartē haĩ , unkā albēlēpan kā chaśhmā hōtā hai .
52In that too, some check with the vision of an unlimited head, but their spectacles are those of carelessness.
46Her|har bāt mē̃ yahī dikhāī dēgā ki jitnā bhī kiyā - tyāg kiyā , sēvā key|kī , parivartan kiyā - itnā hī bahut hai .
53In every situation, they would feel that however much renunciation they have had, however much service and transformation they have done, it is enough.
47In-in ātmāō̃ sē maĩ bahut achchhī hū̃ .
54They feel, “I am much better than this one or that one”.
48Itnā karnā bhī kōī sahaj nahī̃ hai .
55“It is not easy to do even this much.
49Thōṛī-bahut kamī tō nāmīgrāmiyō̃ mē̃ bhī hai .
56Even well-known ones have a few weaknesses.
50Is hisāb sē maĩ ṭhīk hū̃ .
57In comparison to them, I am better.”
51Yah hai alabēlāī kā chaśhmā .
58This is wearing the spectacles of carelessness.
52Dūsrā hai svaunnati kā yathārth chaśhmā .
59The other type is wearing the right spectacles for self-progress.
53Vah hai sachchī dil vālō̃ kā .
60Those with true hearts have these.
54Vah kyā dēkhtē haĩ ?
61What do they see?
55Jō dilvālā bāp kō sadā pasand hai vahī saṅkalp , bōl aur karma karnā hai .
62That they have to have the thoughts, words and actions that the Father, Dilwala, likes.
56Yathārth caśmē vālē sirph bāp aur āp kō dēkhtē haĩ .
63Those who are wearing the right spectacles only see the Father and the self.
57Dūsrā vā tīsrā kyā kartā - vah nahī̃ dēkhtē .
64They do not see what the second or third person is doing.
58Mujhē hī badalnā hai isī dhun mē̃ sadā rahtē haĩ .
65They are always concerned about changing themselves.
59Aisē nahī̃ - dūsrā bhī badalē|badlē tō maĩ badalū̃ .
66They would not say: “I will change when others change.”
60Yā 80 percent maĩ badalū̃ 20 percent tō vah badalē|badlē , itnē tak bhī vah nahī̃ dēkhē̃gē .
67Or, “I will change 80 percent they should at least change 20 percent.” 68They would not think of transformation to this extent.
61Mujhē badalkar K|kē aurō̃ kō sahaj karnē kē liē example bannā hai isliē kahāvat hai ' jō ōṭē sō arjun .
69They would think: “I have to change myself and become an example to make it easy for others.” 70This is why there is the saying: Those who take the initiative are Arjuna.
62' arjun arthāt alaukik jan .
71Arjuna means an alokik (unique) person.
63Iskō kahā jātā hai yathārth chaśhmā vā yathārth dr̥iṣhṭi .
72This is known as wearing the right spectacles and having accurate vision.
64Vaisē bhī duniyā mē̃ mānav jīvan kē liē mukhya dō bātē̃ haĩ - dil aur dimāg .
73In the world, there are two main things in human life: hearts and heads.
65Dōnō̃ ṭhīk hōnē chāhiē .
74Both should be fine.
66Aisē brāhmaṇ jīvan mē̃ bhī viśhāl dimāg bhī chāhiē aur sachchī dil bhī chāhiē .
75Similarly, in Brahmin life too, you need an unlimited intellect and a true heart.
67Sachchī dil vālē kō dimāg key|kī lift mil jātī hai isliē sadā yah check karō ki sachchī dil sē sāhēb kō rāzī kiyā hai , sirph apnē man kō yā sirph kuchh ātmāō̃ kō tō rāzī nahī̃ kiyā !
76Those who have true hearts receive the lift of their intellects and this is why you always need to check whether you pleased the Lord with your true heart, or whether you just pleased yourself or just pleased a few souls.
68Sachchē sāhēb kā rāzī hōnā - inkī bahut niśhāniyā̃ haĩ .
77There are many signs of pleasing the true Lord.
69Is par manan kar rūhrihān karnā .
78Churn this and have a heart-to-heart conversation.
70Phir bāpdādā bhī sunāyēṅgē .
79BapDada will then also tell you something.
71Achchhā .
80Achcha.
72Āj teachers baiṭhī haĩ .
81Teachers are sitting here today.
73Teachers bhī ṭhēkēdār haĩ .
82Teachers are also contractors.
74Contract ( ṭhēkā ) liyā hai nā .
83You have taken a contract, have you not?
75Sva-parivartan sē viśhva-parivartan karnā hī hai .
84You definitely have to bring about world transformation by having self-transformation.
76Aisā baṛē sē baṛā contract liyā hai nā .
85You have taken on such a huge contract, have you not?
77Jaisē duniyā vālē kahtē haĩ āp marē mar gaī duniyā , āp nahī̃ marē tō duniyā bhī nahī̃ marī .
86People of the world say: When you die, the world is dead for you. 87If you haven’t died, the world is not dead.
78Aisē hī sva-parivartan hī viśhva parivartan hai .
88In the same way, self-transformation is world transformation.
79Binā sva-parivartan K|kē kōī bhī ātmā prati kitnī bhī mēhnat karō - parivartan nahī̃ hō saktā .
89Without self-transformation, no matter how much effort you make on other souls, there won’t be any transformation.
80Ājkal K|kē samay mē̃ sirph sunnē sē nahī̃ badaltē lēkin dēkhnē sē badaltē haĩ .
90Nowadays, people don’t change by listening to others, but by seeing the change in others.
81Madhuban bhūmi mē̃ kaisī bhī ātmā kyō̃ badal jātī hai .
91Why are souls, no matter what they were like, able to change themselves in Madhuban?
82Sunātē tō centre par bhī hō lēkin yahā̃ ānē sē svayã dēkhtē haĩ , svayã dēkhnē K|kē kāraṇ badal jātē haĩ .
92You tell them this at the centres too, but when they come here, they see it for themselves and, by seeing it, they are able to change themselves.
83Kaī bandhan vālī mātāō̃ K|kē bhī yugal unhō̃ K|kē jīvan mē̃ parivartan kō dēkhkar badal jātē haĩ .
93Some husbands were able to change themselves when they see the transformation in their wives who were in bondage.
84Gyān sunānē key|kī kōśhiśh karē̃gē tō nahī̃ sunē̃gē .
94When they tried to give them knowledge, they would not listen to it.
85Lēkin dēkhnē sē vah prabhāv unhō̃ kō bhī parivartan kar dētā hai isliē kahā āj key|kī duniyā dēkhnā chāhtī hai .
95However, when they saw the transformation, the impact of that brought about transformation in themselves. 96This is why you were told that today’s world wants to see it.
86Tō teachers kā yahī viśhēṣh kartavya hai .
97So, this is the special duty of the teachers.
87Karkē dikhānā arthāt badalkar K|kē dikhānā .
98To demonstrate something by doing it means to demonstrate this by changing yourself.
88Samjhā .
99Do you understand?
89Sadā sarv ātmāō̃ prati par-upkārī , sadā sachchē dil sē sachchē sāhēb kō rāzī karnē vālē , viśhāl dimāg aur sachchī dil kā balance rakhnē vālē , sadā svayã kō viśhva-parivartan kē nimitt banānē vālē , sva parivartan karnē vālī śhrēṣhṭh ātmā , śhrēṣhṭh sēvādhārī ātmā samajh āgē baṛhnē vālē - aisē chārō̃ ōr K|kē viśhēṣh bachchō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yādpyār aur namastē .
100To those who constantly uplift all souls, to those who constantly please the true Lord with a true heart, to those who keep a balance of an unlimited intellect and a true heart, to those who always make themselves instruments for world transformation, to the elevated souls who transform themselves, to the souls who consider themselves to be elevated servers and thereby move forward, to all the special children everywhere, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.
90Dillī group sē prāṇ avyakt bāpdādā key|kī mulākāt : sabhī K|kē dil mē̃ bāp kā snēh samāyā huā hai .
101Beloved Avyakt BapDada’s meeting the Delhi group: 102All of you have love for the Father merged in your hearts.
91Snēh nē yahā̃ tak lāyā hai .
103Love has brought you here.
92Dil kā snēh dilārām tak lāyā hai .
104Love of the heart has brought you to the Comforter of Hearts.
93Dil mē̃ sivāē bāp K|kē aur kuchh rah nahī̃ saktā .
105There cannot be anyone except the Father in your heart.
94Jab bāp hī saṅsār hai tō bāp kā dil mē̃ rahnā arthāt bāp mē̃ saṅsār samāyā huā hai isliē ēk mat , ēk bal , ēk bharōsā .
106Since the Father is your world, then for the Father to be in your heart means the Father is your world. 107This is why you have one direction, one strength and one support.
95Jahā̃ ēk hai vahā̃ hī her|har kārya mē̃ saphaltā hai .
108Where there is oneness, there is success in every task.
96Kōī bhī paristhiti kō pār karnā sahaj lagtā hai yā muśhkil ?
109Do you find it easy or difficult to overcome any problem?
97Agar dūsrē kō dēkhā , dūsrē kō yād kiyā tō dō mē̃ ēk bhī nahī̃ milēgā isliē muśhkil hō jāyēgā .
110If you look at others, if you remember others, then, even with just two, there wouldn’t be unity. 111It would then become difficult.
98Bāp key|kī āgyā hai ' mujh ēk kō yād karō ' .
112The Father’s direction is: Remember Me alone.
99Agar āgyā pālan kartē haĩ tō āgyākārī bachchē kō bāp key|kī duāyē̃ miltī haĩ aur sab sahaj hō jātā hai .
113If you obey His orders, then you obedient children receive the Father’s blessings and everything becomes easy.
100Agar bāp key|kī āgyā kō pālan nahī̃ kiyā tō bāp key|kī madad vā duāyē̃ nahī̃ miltī isliē muśhkil hō jātā hai .
114If you don’t obey the Father’s orders, you don’t receive the Father’s help or blessings and this is why it becomes difficult.
101Tō sadā āgyākārī hō nā ?
115So, you are always obedient, are you not?
102Laukik sambandh mē̃ bhī āgyākārī bachchē par kitnā snēh hōtā hai .
116In worldly relationships too, there is so much love for obedient children.
103Vah hai alpkāl kā snēh aur yah hai avināśhī snēh .
117That is temporary love whereas this love is eternal.
104Yah ēk janm key|kī duāyē̃ anēk janm sāth rahē̃gī .
118The blessings of this one birth will be with you for many births.
105Tō avināśhī duāō̃ K|kē pātr ban gayē hō .
119So, you have become worthy of receiving eternal blessings, have you not?
106Apnī yah jīvan mīṭhī lagtī hai nā .
120You find this life of yours to be sweet, do you not?
107Kitnī śhrēṣhṭh aur kitnī pyārī jīvan hai !
121It is such an elevated and lovely life.
108Brāhmaṇ jīvan hai tō pyārī hai , brāhmaṇ jīvan nahī̃ tō pyārī nahī̃ lagēgī lēkin parēśhānī key|kī jīvan lagēgī .
122Brahmin life is a lovely life; if it is not a Brahmin life, you won’t find it to be a lovely life, but a life of distress.
109Tō pyārī jīvan hai yā thak jātē hō ?
123So, is it a lovely life or do you become tired?
110Sōchtē hō - saṅgam kab tak chalēgā ?
124Are you thinking about how long the confluence age will continue?
111Śharīr nahī̃ chaltē , sēvā nahī̃ kar saktē . . . issē parēśhān tō nahī̃ hōtē ?
125The body is not well, you are unable to do service; you don’t get distressed by all of that, do you?
112Yah saṅgam key|kī jīvan sarv janmō̃ sē śhrēṣhṭh hai .
126This life of the confluence age is the most elevated of all lives.
113Prāpti key|kī jīvan yah hai .
127This is a life of attainment.
114Phir tō prālabdh bhōgnē key|kī jīvan hai , cum|kam hōnē key|kī jīvan hai .
128Later, it will be a life of experiencing the reward; it will be a life of everything decreasing.
115Abhī bharnē kī hai .
129Now, it is a life to fill yourself.
11616 kalā sampann abhī bantē hō . 11716 kalā arthāt full .
130You become 16 celestial degrees full now; 16 celestial degrees means full.
118Yah jīvan ati pyārī hai - aisē anubhav hōtā hai nā yā kabhī jīvan sē taṅg hōtē hō ?
131Do you experience this life to be extremely lovely or are you sometimes fed up with life?
119Taṅg hōkar yah tō nahī̃ sōchtē hō ki abhī tō chalē̃ .
132You are not fed up and thinking that you now just want to leave, are you?
120Bāp agar sēvā kē prati lē jātē haĩ tō aur bāt hai lēkin taṅg hōkar nahī̃ jānā .
133If the Father takes you somewhere to do service, that is a different matter, but you mustn’t go having got fed up.
121Advance party mē̃ sēvā kā part hai aur drama anusār gayē tō parēśhān hōkar nahī̃ jāyēṅgē , śhān sē jāyēṅgē . 122Sēvā arth|earth jā rahē haĩ .
134If you have a part to do service in the advanced party and you go according to the drama, you would not go distressed, you would go with honour; you would be going for the sake of doing service.
123Tō kabhī bhī bachchō̃ sē vā apnē āpsē taṅg nahī̃ hōnā .
135So, never get fed up with your children or yourself.
124Mātāyē̃ kabhī bachchō̃ sē taṅg tō nahī̃ hōtī hō ?
136Mothers, do you ever get fed up with your children?
125Jab haĩ hī tamōguṇī tatvō̃ sē paidā huē tō vah kyā satōpradhāntā dikhāyēṅgē ?
137Since they are children born of tamopradhan elements, how can they show their satopradhan nature?
126Vah bhī parvaśh haĩ .
138They are also under an influence.
127Āp bhī bāp key|kī āgyāyē̃ kabhī-kabhī bhūl tō jātē hō nā !
139You too sometimes forget the Father’s orders, do you not?
128Tō jab āp bhūl kar saktē hō tō bachchō̃ nē bhūl key|kī tō kyā huā .
140Since you make mistakes, what does it matter if the children also make mistakes?
129Jab nām hī bachchē kahtē haĩ tō bachchē mānā hī kyā ?
141Since they are called children, what does it mean when you say “children”?
130Chāhē baṛē hō̃ lēkin us samay vah bhī bachchē ban jātē haĩ arthāt bēsamajh ban jātē haĩ isliē kabhī bhī dūsrē key|kī parēśhānī dēkh khud parēśhān nahī̃ hōnā .
142Sometimes, even adults become children, that is, they become senseless. 143Therefore, never get distressed seeing others distressed.
131Vah kitnā bhī parēśhān karē̃ āp śhān sē kyō̃ utartē hō ?
144No matter how much they distress you, why do you let go of your honour?
132Kamjōrī āpkī yā bachchō̃ key|kī ?
145Is it the children’s weakness or yours?
133Vah tō bahādur hō gayē jō āpkō śhān sē utār dētē haĩ aur parēśhān kar dētē haĩ .
146In that case, they would have felt courageous because they were able to remove you from your honour and cause you distress.
134Tō kabhī bhī svapn mē̃ bhī parēśhān nahī̃ hōnā-arthāt śhrēṣhṭh śhān sē parē nahī̃ hōnā .
147So, never allow yourself to become distressed, even in your dreams. 148That is, do not let go of your elevated honour.
135Apnē śhān key|kī kursī par baiṭhnā nahī̃ ātā hai !
149Do you not know how to sit on your seat of honour?
136Tō āj sē parēśhān nahī̃ hōnā - chāhē bīmārī sē , chāhē bachchō̃ sē , chāhē apnē saṅskārō̃ sē yā aurō̃ sē .
150So, from today, never get distressed, whether with your illnesses, with your children, with your sanskars or with the sanskars of others.
137Aurō̃ sē bhī parēśhān hō jātē haĩ nā .
151Sometimes, you get annoyed with others, do you not?
138Kaī kahtē haĩ aur sab ṭhīk hai , ēk hī yah aisā hai jissē parēśhān hō jātē haĩ .
152Some say: Everything is fine with everyone except with just this one with whom I get annoyed.
139Tō parēśhān karnē vālē bahādur nahī̃ banē̃ , āp bahādur banō .
153So, those who distress you should not become courageous; you have to be courageous.
140Chāhē ēk hō , chāhē das hō lēkin maĩ master sarvśhaktivān hū̃ , kamjōr nahī̃ .
154Whether there is one or ten opposing you, you are a master almighty authority, not weak.
141Tō yahī vardān sadā smr̥iti mē̃ rakhnā ki ham sadā apnē śhrēṣhṭh śhān mē̃ rahnē vālē haĩ , parēśhān hōnē vālē nahī̃ .
155So, constantly keep the blessing in your awareness that you will always stay in your elevated honour, not one who will get distressed.
142Aurō̃ key|kī bhī parēśhānī miṭānē vālē haĩ .
156You are those who remove the distress of others.
143Sadā śhān K|kē takhtnaśhīn haĩ .
157You always remain seated on the throne of your honour.
144Dēkhō , ājkal tō kursī hai , āpkō tō takht hai .
158Look, nowadays, they just have a chair (position), whereas you have a throne.
145Vah kursī kē pīchhē martē haĩ , āpkō tō takht milā hai .
159They would die for a chair (position) whereas you have received a throne.
146Tō akāl takhtnaśhīn śhrēṣhṭh śhān mē̃ rahnē vālē , bāp K|kē diltakhtanaśhīn ātmā haĩ - isī śhān mē̃ rahnā .
160So, you are those who are seated on the immortal throne of your elevated honour; you are the souls who are seated on the Father’s heart-throne. 161Always maintain this honour.
147Tō sadā khuśh rahnā aur khuśhī bāṇṭnā .
162So, constantly remain happy and distribute happiness.
148Achchhā .
163Achcha.
149Dillī foundation hai sēvā kā .
164Delhi is the foundation of service.
150Foundation kachchā huā tō sabhī kachchē hō jātē haĩ isliē sadā pakkē rahnā .
165If the foundation is weak, everyone becomes weak. 166Therefore, always remain strong.
151Achchhā .
167Achcha.
152Vāragãl group : apnē kō sadā double light anubhav kartē hō ?
168Warangal: Do you always experience yourselves to be double light?
153Jō double light hai us ātmā mē̃ might arthāt bāp key|kī śhaktiyā̃ sāth haĩ .
169The souls who are double light have might, that is, they have the Father’s power with them.
154Tō double light bhī hō aur might bhī hai .
170So, you are double light and also have might.
155Samay par śhaktiyō̃ kō use kar saktē hō yā samay nikal jātā hai , pīchhē yād ātā hai ?
171Can you use the powers at the appropriate time or is it that the time passes by and you then remember?
156Kyōṅki apnē pās|pass kitnī bhī chīj hai , agar samay par use nahī̃ kiyā tō kyā kahē̃gē ?
172Because, no matter how many things you have, if you don’t use them at the right time, what can be said?
157Jis samay jis śhakti key|kī āvaśhyaktā hō us śhakti kō us samay use kar sakē̃ - isī bāt kā abhyās āvaśhyak hai .
173Whatever power is needed at any time, to be able to use that power at that time – this practice is now necessary.
158Kaī bachchē kahtē haĩ ki māyā ā gaī , kyō̃ I|āī|eye ?
174Some people say: Maya came. 175However, why did she come?
159Parakhnē key|kī śhakti use nahī̃ key|kī tab tō ā gaī nā !
176She came because you didn’t use the power to discern, did she not?
160Agar dūr sē hī parakh lō ki māyā ā rahī hai , tō dūr sē hī bhagā dēgē nā !
177If you recognise from a distance that Maya is coming, you will chase her away from a distance, will you not?
161Māyā ā gaī - ānē kā chance dē diyā tab tō I|āī|eye .
178Maya has come; you gave her a chance to come and this is why she came.
162Dūr sē bhagā dētē tō ātī nahī̃ .
179If you chased her away from a distance, she wouldn’t come.
163Bār-bār agar māyā ātī hai aur phir yuddha karkē uskō bhagātē hō tō yuddha K|kē saṅskār ā jāyēṅgē .
180If Maya repeatedly comes, and you then battle to chase her away, you will then develop sanskars of battling.
164Agar bahutkāl yuddha K|kē saṅskār hōṅgē tō chandravanśhī bannā paṛēgā .
181If you have sanskars of battling over a long period of time, you will then have to become part of the moon dynasty.
165Sūryavanśhī arthāt bahutkāl K|kē vijayī aur chandravanśhī mānā yuddha kartē-kartē kabhī vijayī , kabhī yuddha mē̃ mēhnat karnē vālē .
182“Sun dynasty” means one who is victorious over a long period of time and “moon dynasty” means one who is sometimes victorious and sometimes has to work hard, while battling.
166Tō sabhī sūryavanśhī hō nā !
183So, all of you are part of the sun dynasty, are you not?
167Chandramā kō bhī rōśhnī dēnē vālā sūrya hai .
184It is the sun that provides light even for the moon.
168Tō number one sūrya kahē̃gē nā !
185So, the sun would be said to be number one, would it not?
169Chandravanśhī dō kalā cum|kam haĩ .
186The moon dynasty is two degrees less.
17016 kalā arthāt full pass .
187Sixteen celestial degrees means full pass.
171Kabhī bhī mansā mē̃ , vāṇī mē̃ yā sambandh-sampark mē̃ , saṅskārō̃ mē̃ fail hōnē vālē nahī̃ - iskō kahtē haĩ sūryavanśhī .
188When you never fail in your thoughts, words, relationships, connections and in your sanskars, you are said to be the sun dynasty.
172Aisē sūryavanśhī hō ?
189Are you part of the sun dynasty in this way?
173Achchhā .
190Achcha.
174Sabhī apnē purūṣhārth sē santuṣhṭ hō ?
191Are all of you content with your efforts?
175Sabhī subject mē̃ full pass hōnā - iskō kahtē haĩ apnē purūṣhārth sē santuṣhṭ .
192To pass fully in all subjects means to be content with your efforts.
176Is vidhi sē apnē kō check karō .
193Check yourself in this way.
177Yahī yād rakhnā ki maĩ uṛtī kalā mē̃ jānē vālā uṛtā pañchhī hū̃ , nīchē phansnē vālā nahī̃ .
194Remember: I am a flying bird who is going into the flying stage, not one who is going to be trapped down below.
178Yahī vardān hai .
195This is your blessing.
179Achchhā .
196Achcha.
