028-11-21 praatahmurli om shanti ''avyakt-baapdaada'' revise 01-12-89 madhuban
0 28/11/21 Madhuban Avyakt BapDada Om Shanti 01/12/89
1svamaan se hi sammaan ki praapti
1Receiving respect by having self-respect.
2aaj baapdaada chaaron or ke svamaandhaari bachchon ko dekh rahe hain।
2Today, BapDada is seeing all the children everywhere who have self-respect.
3svamaandhaari bachchon ka hi saara kalpa sammaan hota hai।
3Only the children who have self-respect receive respect throughout the cycle.
4ek janma svamaandhaari, saara kalpa sammaandhaari।
4You have self-respect for one birth and you receive respect for the whole cycle.
5apne raajya mein bhi raajya-adhikaari banne ke kaaran praja dvaara sammaan praapta hota hai aur aadha kalpa bhakton dvaara sammaan praapta karte ho।
5Because of having the right to rule your own kingdom, you receive respect from your subjects and, for half the cycle, you receive respect from devotees.
6ab apne last janma mein bhi bhakton dvaara dev aatma va shakti roop ka sammaan dekh rahe ho aur sun rahe ho।
6Now, even in your last birth, you can see and hear devotees giving respect to the deity souls and to the Shakti form.
7kitna sik va prem se abhi bhi sammaan de rahe hain!
7Even now, they give so much respect with love from the depths of their hearts.
8itna shreshtha bhaagya kaise praapta kiya!
8How did you attain such elevated fortune?
9mukhya sirf ek baat ke tyaag ka yeh bhaagya hai।
9All of this is the fortune that comes from renouncing just one main thing.
10kaunsa tyaag kiya?
10What did you renounce?
11deh abhimaan ka tyaag kiya kyonki deh abhimaan ke tyaag bina svamaan mein sthit ho hi nahin sakte।
11You renounced body consciousness. 12This is because you are unable to stabilise in your self-respect unless you renounce body consciousness.
12is tyaag ke return mein bhaagya-vidhaata bhagwan ne yeh bhaagya ka vardaan diya hai।
13In return for this renunciation, God, the Bestower of Fortune, gave you the blessing of this fortune.
13doosri baat - svayan baap ne aap bachchon ko svamaan diya hai।
14Secondly, the Father Himself has given you children respect.
14baap ne bachchon ko charnon ke daas va daasi se apne sir ka taaj bana diya।
15From being the maids and servants at His feet, the Father has made you into the crowns of His head.
15kitna bada svamaan diya!
16He has given you such great self-respect.
16aise svamaan praapta karne vaale bachchon ka baap bhi sammaan rakhte hain।
17Even the Father has respect for the children who have such self-respect.
17baap bachchon ko sada apne se bhi aage rakhte hain।
18The Father always keeps the children ahead of Himself.
18sada bachchon ke gunon ka gaayan karte hain।
19He always sings praise of the virtues of you children.
19har roz sik va prem se yaadapyaar dene ke liye paramdham se saakaar vatan mein aate hain।
20In order to give you children love from the depths of His heart, He comes into the corporeal world from the supreme abode every day.
20vahaan se bhejte nahin lekin aakar dete hain।
21He doesn’t just send it from there, but He comes personally to give it.
21roz yaadapyaar milta hai na।
22You receive love and remembrance every day, do you not?
22itna shreshtha sammaan aur koi de nahin sakta।
23No one else can give such elevated respect.
23svayan baap ne sammaan diya hai, isliye avinaashi sammaan adhikaari bane ho।
24The Father Himself has given you this respect and this is why you have become those who have a right to respect eternally.
24aisi shreshthata ka anubhav karte ho?
25Do you experience such greatness?
25svamaan aur sammaan - donon ka aapas mein sambandh hai।
26Self-respect and respect are connected with one another.
26svamaandhaari apne praapta hue svamaan mein rehte hue svamaan ke sammaan mein bhi rehta aur doosron ko bhi sammaan se dekhta, bolta va samparka mein aata hai।
27Those who have self-respect would maintain regard for the respect they have received and also maintain respect for themselves, and they would also look, speak and form connections with others with respect.
27sva-sammaan ka arth hi hai sva ko sammaan dena।
28The meaning of respect for the self is to have regard for the self.
28jaise baap vishwa ki sarva aatmaon dvaara sammaan praapta karne vaale hain, har ek sammaan dete।
29The Father receives regard from all souls of the world; each one gives Him that regard.
29lekin jitna hi baap ko sammaan milta hai utna hi sab bachchon ko sammaan dete hain।
30However, to the extent that the Father receives respect, He also gives just as much respect to all the children.
30jo deta nahin hai to devta banta nahin।
31If someone doesn’t give, then that one doesn’t become a deity (a bestower).
31anek janma devta bante ho aur anek janma devta roop ka hi poojan hota hai।
32You become deities for many births and you are worshipped in the form of a deity for many births.
32ek janma brahman bante ho lekin anek janma devta roop mein raajya karte va poojya bante ho।
33You become Brahmins for one birth, but you rule as deities and become worthy of worship for many births.
33devta arthaat dene vaala।
34Deities means those who give.
34agar is janma mein sammaan nahin diya to devta kaise banenge, anek janmon mein sammaan kaise praapta karenge?
35If you do not give respect in this birth, how would you become deities? 36How would you receive respect for many births?
35follow father।
37Follow the Father.
36saakaar swaroop brahma baap ko dekha - sada svayan ko world servant (vishwa-sevaadhaari) kahlaaya, bachchon ka servant kahlaaya aur bachchon ko maalik banaaya।
38You saw Father Brahma in the corporeal form: he always considered himself to be a world servant. 39He considered himself to be the children’s servant and made the children the masters.
37sada maalekam salaam kiya।
40He always saluted them as the masters.
38sada chhote bachchon ko bhi sammaan ka sneh diya, hovanhaar vishvakalyaankaari roop se dekha।
41He always gave little children love filled with respect and saw them in the form of future world benefactors.
39kumaariyon va kumaaron ko, yuva sthiti vaalon ko sada vishwa ki naameegraami mahaan aatmaon ko challenge karne vaale, asambhav ko sambhav karne vaale, mahaatmaaon ke sir jhukaane vaale - aise pavitra aatmaon ke sammaan se dekha।
42He always saw the kumars, kumaris and youth as the ones who challenged the great, well-known souls of the world, the ones who made the impossible possible, the ones who made the heads of the great souls bow down; he saw them with the respect of such pure souls.
40sada apne se bhi kamaal karne vaale mahaan aatma samajh sammaan diya na!
43He always gave them respect, considering them to be great souls who performed even greater wonders than he did.
41aise hi bujurga-aatmaon ko sada anubhvi aatma, hamjinsa aatma ke sammaan se dekha।
44Similarly, he always considered elderly souls to be experienced; he gave them the regard of being his equals.
42baandhele baandheliyon ko nirantar yaad mein number one ke sammaan se dekha isliye number one avinaashi sammaan ke adhikaari bane।
45He always saw those in bondage with the regard of being number one in having remembrance. 46This is why he became the soul to receive number one imperishable regard.
43raajya sammaan mein bhi number one - vishwa-mahaaraajan aur poojya roop mein bhi baap ki pooja ke baad pahle poojya - lakshmi-naaraayan hi bante hain।
47He is number one in receiving respect in the kingdom; as the world emperor and in the worthy of worship form too; he is the first to be worshipped after the Father in the form of Lakshmi and Narayan.
44to raajya sammaan aur poojya sammaan - donon mein number-one ho gaye kyonki sarva ko svamaan, sammaan diya।
48So he became number one in receiving both respect as the ruler and also in terms of being worthy of worship, because he gave everyone respect and regard.
45aise nahin socha - sammaan deve to sammaan doon।
49He never thought that he would only give regard when he received regard.
46sammaan dene vaale nindak ko bhi apna mitra samajhte।
50Those who give regard even consider those who defame them to be their friends.
47sirf sammaan dene vaale ko apna nahin samajhte lekin gaali dene vaale ko bhi apna samajhte kyonki saari duniya hi apna parivaar hai।
51They don’t consider only those who give them regard to belong to them, but even those who insult them are considered to belong to them, because the whole world is their family.
48sarva aatmaon ka tana aap brahman ho।
52You Brahmins are the trunk for all souls.
49yeh saari shaakhaayen arthaat bhinna-bhinna dharma ki aatmaayen bhi mool tana se nikli hain।
53All the branches, that is, all the souls of the different religions have emerged from the main trunk.
50to sabhi apne hue na।
54So, all of them belong to you, do they not?
51aise svamaandhaari sada apne ko master rachayita samajh sarva ke prati sammaan-daata bante hain।
55Those who have such self-respect constantly consider themselves to be master creators and are constantly the bestowers of respect to all.
52sada apne ko aadi dev brahma ke aadi ratna aadi paartadhaari aatmaayen samajhte ho?
56Do you always consider yourselves to be the original jewels belonging to Adi Dev Brahma, the ones playing their parts from the beginning?
53itna nasha hai?
57Do you have that much intoxication?
54to sabhi ne suna - bachchon ka sammaan kya hai, boodhon ka sammaan kya hai, yuva ka kya hai?
58So, did all of you hear what the respect for children is, what the respect for the elders is and what the respect for youth is?
55aadi pita brahma ne hamko aise sammaan se dekha।
59Adi Pita Brahma looked at you with that respect.
56kitna nasha hoga!
60How much intoxication must you have had?
57to sada yeh smriti rakho ki aadi aatma ne jis shreshtha drishti se dekha, aisi hi shreshtha sthiti ki srishti mein rahenge।
61So, always remain aware that you will constantly remain in the world of such an elevated stage, according to the elevated drishti that the first soul had for you.
58aise apne se vaayda karo।
62Promise yourself this.
59vaayde to karte rehte ho na!
63You continue to make promises, do you not?
60bol se bhi vaayda karte ho, man se bhi karte ho aur likhkar bhi karte ho aur phir bhool bhi jaate ho isliye vaayde ka phaayda nahin utha paate।
64You make promises in words, promises in your minds and also in writing and you then forget them. 65This is why you are unable to take benefit from the promises.
61yaad rakho to phaayda bhi uthaao।
66If you remember the promises, you can also take benefit from them.
62sabhi apne ko check karo - kitne baar vaayda kiya hai aur nibhaaya kitne baar hai?
67All of you should check yourselves: How many times have you made a promise and how many times have you fulfilled that promise?
63nibhaana aata hai va sirf vaayda karna aata hai?
68Do you know how to fulfil those promises or do you only know how to make them?
64va badalte rehte ho - kabhi vaayda karne vaale, kabhi nibhaane vaale?
69Or, do you keep fluctuating, sometimes being those who make a promise and sometimes those who fulfil a promise?
65teachers kya samajhti hain?
70What do the teachers think?
66nibhaane vaalon ki list mein ho na।
71You are in the list of those who fulfil them, are you not?
67teachers ko baapdaada sada saathi shikshak kehte hain।
72BapDada always calls the teachers His companion teachers.
68to saathi ki visheshta kya hoti hai?
73So, what is the speciality of a companion?
69saathi samaan hota hai।
74A companion is equal.
70baap kabhi badalta hai kya?
75Does the Father ever change (from His promise)?
71teachers bhi vaayda aur phaayda - donon ka balance rakhne vaali hain।
76Teachers are also those who always keep a balance between the promise (vayda) and its benefit (fayda).
72vaayde bahut aur phaayda kam ho - yeh balance nahin hota।
77If you make many promises but don’t have as much benefit, that is not keeping a balance.
73jo donon ka balance rakhte hain usko vardaata baap dvaara yeh vardaan va blessing milti hai।
78Those who keep a balance of the two receive this blessing from the Father, the Bestower of Blessings.
74woh sada dridh sankalp se karma mein saphaltaamoorta bante hain।
79Such souls always become images of success in their actions by having determination in their thoughts.
75saathi shikshak ka yahi vishesh karma hai।
80This is the special action of the teachers who are the companions.
76sankalp aur karma samaan hon।
81Let your thoughts and actions be equal.
77sankalp shreshtha aur karma saadhaaran ho jaaen - isko samaanta nahin kahenge।
82If your thoughts are elevated but your actions are ordinary, that is not called both being equal.
78to sada teachers apne ko “saathi shikshak'' arthaat “shikshak baap samaan'' samajh - is smriti mein samartha ban chalo।
83So, teachers: always consider yourselves to be “companion teachers” or “teachers similar to the Father” and continue to become powerful with this awareness.
79baapdaada ko teachers ki himmat par khushi hoti hai।
84BapDada is pleased with the courage of the teachers.
80himmat rakh seva ke nimitta to ban gaye hain na।
85By maintaining courage, you have at least become instruments for doing service.
81lekin abhi sada yeh slogan yaad rakho - “himmate teacher, samaan shikshak baap''।
86However, now, always remember this slogan: “As a teacher, when you maintain courage, you are equal to the Father who is the Teacher.”
82yeh kabhi nahin bhoolna।
87Never forget this.
83to svatah hi samaan banne vaala lakshya - “baapdaada'' aapke saamne rahega arthaat saath rahega।
88Then, the aim of constantly becoming equal to BapDada will be in front of you, that is, He will be with you.
84achha!
89Achcha.
85chaaron or ke svamaandhaari so sammaandhaari bachchon ko baapdaada naynon ke sammukh dekhte hue sammaan ki drishti se yaadapyaar de rahe hain।
90BapDada is seeing all the children everywhere who have self-respect and who receive respect personally in front of His eyes and is giving them love and remembrance with the vision of respect.
86sada raaj-sammaan aur poojya-sammaan ke samaan saathi bachchon ko yaadapyaar aur namaste।
91To the children who are constantly equal companions in terms of ruling the kingdom and in terms of their worthy-of-worship stage, love, remembrance and namaste.
87bihaar group:- sabhi apne ko svaraajya adhikaari samajhte ho?
921. Bihar group: Do you always consider yourselves to have a right to self-sovereignty?
88sva ka raajya mila hai ya milne vaala hai?
93Have you received self-sovereignty or are you going to receive it?
89svaraajya arthaat jab chaaho, jaise chaaho vaise karmendriyon dvaara karma kara sako।
94Self-sovereignty means that you are able to perform actions with your sense organs when and however you wish.
90karmendriy - jeet arthaat svaraajya adhikaari।
95To be a conqueror of your sense organs means to be a self-sovereign.
91aise adhikaari bane ho ya kabhi-kabhi karmendriyaan aapko chalaati hain?
96Have you become such sovereigns or do your sense organs sometimes rule you?
92kabhi man aapko chalaata hai ya aap man ko chalaate ho?
97Does your mind sometimes rule you? 98Or, do you rule your mind?
93kabhi man vyartha sankalp karta hai ya nahin karta hai?
99Does your mind ever have waste thoughts or not?
94agar kabhi-kabhi karta hai to us samay svaraajya adhikaari kahenge?
100If it sometimes has waste thoughts, would you say at that time that you are a self-sovereign?
95raajya bahut badi satta hai।
101Having a kingdom is to have great authority.
96raajya satta chaahe jo kar sakti hai, jaise chalaane chaahe vaise chala sakti hai।
102A ruling authority can do whatever he wants; he can rule in any way that he wants.
97yeh man-buddhi-sanskaar aatma ki shaktiyaan hain। 98aatma in teenon ki maalik hai।
103The mind, intellect and sanskars are the powers of each soul and each soul is the master of all these three.
99yadi kabhi sanskaar apne taraph kheench len to maalik kahenge?
104If your sanskars sometimes pull you towards themselves, would you be called their master?
100to svaraajya-satta arthaat karmendriy-jeet।
105So, to have the authority to rule yourself means to be a conqueror of your sense organs.
101jo karmendriy-jeet hai vahi vishwa ki raajya-satta praapta kar sakta hai।
106Only those who are conquerors of their sense organs can attain the authority of the kingdom of the world.
102svaraajya adhikaari vishwa-raajya adhikaari banta hai।
107Those who are self-sovereigns can become those who have a right to the kingdom of the world.
103to aap brahman aatmaon ka hi slogan hai ki svaraajya brahman jeevan ka janmasiddha adhikaar hai।
108So, the slogan “Self-sovereignty is the birthright of a Brahmin life” is the slogan for you Brahmin souls.
104svaraajya adhikaari ki sthiti sada master sarvashaktimaan hai, koi bhi shakti ki kami nahin।
109The stage of one who has self-sovereignty is always that of a master almighty authority. 110He lacks no power.
105svaraajya adhikaari sada dharma arthaat dhaarnaamoorta bhi hoga aur raajya arthaat shaktishaali bhi hoga।
111A self-sovereign would always observe dharma (religion or righteousness), that is, he would be an embodiment of dharna and, in terms of his kingdom, he would always be powerful.
106abhi raajya mein halchal kyon hain?
112Why is there now fluctuation in government?
107kyonki dharma-satta alag ho gai hai aur raajya-satta alag ho gai hai।
113Because the authority of religion has become separate from the authority of government.
108to langada ho gaya na! 109ek satta hui na isliye halchal hai।
114So, because there is only one authority they have become lame, and this is why there is fluctuation.
110aise aap mein bhi agar dharma aur raajya - donon satta nahin hain to vighna aayenge, halchal mein laayenge, yuddha karni padegi। 111aur donon hi satta hain to sada hi beparvaah baadshaah rahenge, koi vighna aa nahin sakta।
115Similarly, in yourselves too, if you don’t have the authority of both your religion and your kingdom, there will be obstacles; they will make you fluctuate and you will have to battle, whereas if you have both authorities you will always remain carefree emperors. 116No obstacle can then come.
112to aise beparvaah baadshaah bane ho?
117So, have you become such carefree emperors?
113ya thodi-thodi shareer ki, sambandh ki … parvaah rehti hai?
118Or, are you a little concerned about your body, your relatives, etc.?
114paandavon ko kamaane ki parvaah rehti hai, parivaar ko chalaane ki parvaah rehti hai ya beparvaah rehte hain?
119Do you Pandavas have the concern of earning, of looking after your family or do you remain carefree?
115chalaane vaala chala raha hai, karaane vaala kara raha hai - aise nimitta bankar karne vaale beparvaah baadshaah hote hain।
120The One who is making everyone move is making you move, the One who is getting everyone to act is getting it done. 121Those who become instruments in this way are carefree emperors.
116“main kar raha hoon'' - yeh bhaan aaya to beparvaah nahin rah sakte।
122If you have the consciousness that “I am doing it”, you cannot remain carefree.
117lekin baap dvaara nimitta bana hua hoon - yeh smriti rahe to bephikar va nishchint jeevan anubhav karenge।
123However, if you have the awareness that you have been made an instrument by the Father, you will then experience being carefree and free from worry in your life.
118koi chinta nahin।
124There will then be no worries.
119kal kya hoga - uski bhi chinta nahin।
125You won’t even worry about what is going to happen tomorrow.
120kabhi yeh thodi-si chinta rehti hai ki kal kya hoga, kaise hoga?
126Do you have a little worry about what is going to happen tomorrow and how it will happen?
121pata nahin vinaash kab hoga, kya hoga?
127“I don’t know when destruction will happen, what will happen?
122bachchon ka kya hoga?
128What will happen to my children?
123potron-dhotron ka kya hoga - yeh chinta rehti hai?
129What will happen to my grandchildren?” 130Do you have these worries?
124beparvaah baadshaah ko sada hi yeh nishchay rehta hai ki jo ho raha hai woh achha, aur jo hone vaala hai woh aur bhi bahut achha hoga kyonki karaane vaala achhe-te-achha hai na!
131A carefree emperor always has the faith that whatever is happening is good, and that whatever is to happen will be even better, because the One who is making you do everything is the best of all.
125isko kehte hain nishchaybuddhi vijayi।
132This is called being victorious by your intellect having faith.
126aise bane ho ya soch rahe ho?
133Have you become like this or are you still thinking about it?
127banna to hai hi na!
134You definitely have to become this, do you not?
128itni badi raajaai mil jaae to sochne ki kya baat hai?
135When you receive such a huge kingdom, what is there to think about?
129apna adhikaar koi chhodta hai?
136Does anyone ever let go of their rights?
130jhopdi vaale bhi honge, thodi-si milkiyat bhi hogi - to bhi nahin chhodenge।
137Even those in huts, those who have a small property, would not let go.
131yeh to kitni badi praapti hai!
138However, this is such a huge attainment!
132to mera adhikaar hai - is smriti se sada adhikaari ban udte chalo।
139So, with the awareness of it being your right, always maintain the right and continue to fly.
133yahi vardaan yaad rakhna ki “svaraajya hamaara janmasiddha adhikaar hai''।
140Remember this blessing: Self-sovereignty is my birthright.
134mehnat karke paane vaale nahin, adhikaar hai।
141You are not those who will experience attainment by working hard but you have a right.
135achha!
142Achcha.
136bihaar maana sada bahaar mein rahne vaale।
143Bihar means those who always have Spring (bahar).
137patjhad mein nahin jaana।
144Never go into the Autumn.
138kabhi aandhi-toofaan na aaye, sada bahaar।
145Never let there be storms or hurricanes, but always Spring.
139achha!
146Achcha.
1402. apne ko roohaani drishti se srishti ko badalne vaala anubhav karte ho?
1472. Do you experience yourselves to be the ones who change the world with your spiritual vision?
141sunte the ki drishti se srishti badal jaati hai lekin abhi anubhvi ban gaye।
148You used to hear that you can change the world with your vision, but you have now become experienced in this.
142roohaani drishti se srishti badal gai na!
149The world has changed through your spiritual vision, has it not?
143abhi aapke liye baap sansaar hai, to srishti badal gai।
150Now that the Father is your world the world has changed, has it not?
144pahle ki srishti arthaat sansaar aur abhi ke sansaar mein farka ho gaya na!
151There is a difference between your world previously and your world now, is there not?
145pahle sansaar mein buddhi bhatakti thi aur abhi baap hi sansaar ho gaya।
152Previously, your intellects used to wander around the world, whereas now the Father has become your world.
146to buddhi ka bhatakna band ho gaya, ekaagra ho gai kyonki pahle ki jeevan mein, kabhi deh ke sambandh mein, kabhi deh ke padaartha mein - anekon mein buddhi jaati thi।
153So the wandering of your intellects has stopped. 154They have become stable because, previously in your lives, your intellects used to wander towards many things - relations of the body and possessions of the body.
147abhi yeh sab badal gaya।
155All of that has now changed.
148abhi deh yaad rehti ya dehi?
156Now, do you remember bodies or the bodiless One?
149agar deh mein kabhi buddhi jaati hai to wrong samajhte ho na!
157If your intellects do go towards a body, you consider that to be wrong, do you not?
150phir badal lete ho, deh ke bajaay apne ko dehi samajhne ka abhyaas karte ho।
158Then, you change yourselves; instead of considering yourselves to be bodies, you try to practise being bodiless beings.
151to sansaar badal gaya na!
159So, your world has changed, has it not?
152svayan bhi badal gaye।
160You yourselves have changed.
153baap hi sansaar hai ya abhi sansaar mein kuchh raha hua hai?
161Is the Father your world or is there still something remaining in the world?
154vinaashi dhan ya vinaashi sambandh ke taraph buddhi to nahin jaati?
162Your intellects do not wander towards perishable wealth or perishable relationships, do they?
155abhi mera raha hi nahin।
163Now, nothing of “mine” remains.
156“mere paas bahut dhan hai'' - yeh sankalp ya svapna mein bhi nahin hoga kyonki sab baap ke havaale kar diya।
164Now, you don’t even have a thought or dream such as, “I have a lot of wealth”, because you have handed over everything to the Father.
157mere ko tera bana liya na!
165You have made “mine” into “Yours”.
158ya mera, mera hi hai aur baap ka bhi mera hai, aise to nahin samajhte?
166Or, you do not think “What belongs to me is mine and what belongs to the Father is also mine”, do you?
159yeh vinaashi tan, dhan, puraana man, mera nahin, baap ko de diya।
167That perishable body, wealth and old mind are not “mine;” you have given them to the Father.
160pahla-pahla parivartan hone ka sankalp hi yeh kiya ki sab kuchh tera aur tera kahne se hi phaayda hai।
168The first thought you had for transformation was: “Everything is Yours”, and it is only by saying “Yours” that you benefit.
161ismen baap ka phaayda nahin hai, aapka phaayda hai kyonki mera kahne se phansate ho, tera kahne se nyaare ho jaate ho।
169It is not the Father who benefits in this, but it is you who benefit, because by saying “It is mine,” you become trapped, whereas by saying “It is Yours”, you become detached.
162mera kahne se bojh vaale ban jaate ho aur tera kahne se double light “trustee'' ban jaate ho।
170By saying “mine” you become those with a burden and by saying “Yours” you become double-light trustees.
163to kya achha hai?
171So, which is better?
164halka banna achha hai ya bhaari banna achha hai?
172Is it good to be light or to be heavy?
165aajkal ke jamaane mein shareer se bhi koi bhaari hota hai to achha nahin lagta।
173In today’s world, even if someone is overweight, it doesn’t feel good.
166sabhi apne ko halka karne ka prayatna karte hain kyonki bhaari hona maana nuksaan hai aur halka hone se phaayda hai।
174Everyone tries to make themselves light, because to be heavy means to experience loss, whereas by being light you benefit.
167aise hi mera-mera kahne se buddhi par bojh pad jaata hai, tera-tera kahne se buddhi halki ban jaati hai।
175Similarly, by saying “mine, mine” your intellect becomes burdened, whereas by saying “Yours, Yours” your intellect becomes light.
168jab tak halke nahin bane tab tak oonchi sthiti tak pahunch nahin sakte।
176Until you become light, you cannot reach a high stage.
169udti kala hi aanand ki anubhooti karaane vaali hai।
177It is the flying stage that will give you the experience of bliss.
170halka rahne mein hi maja hai।
178There is pleasure in remaining light.
171achha!
179Achcha.
172jab baap mila to maaya uske aage kya hai?
180Since you have found the Father, what is Maya in front of Him?
173maaya hai rulaane vaali aur baap hai varsa dene vaala, praapti karaane vaala।
181Maya makes you cry and the Father gives you the inheritance; He gives you attainment.
174saare kalpa mein aisi praapti karaane vaala baap mil nahin sakta!
182Throughout the whole cycle, you cannot ever find such a Father who brings you such attainment.
175svarga mein bhi nahin milega।
183Even in heaven you would not find such a father.
176to ek second bhi bhoolna nahin chaahiye।
184So, do not forget Him for even a second.
177had ki praapti karaane vaala bhi nahin bhoolta hai to behad ki praapti karaane vaala bhool kaise sakta!
185Since you don’t forget someone who brings you a limited attainment, how can you forget the One who brings you unlimited attainment?
178to sada yahi yaad rakhna ki trustee hain।
186So, constantly remember that you are trustees.
179kabhi bhi apne oopar bojh nahin rakhna।
187Never keep a burden with yourselves.
180isse sada hansate, gaate, udte rahenge।
188By following this you will always laugh, sing and fly.
181jeevan mein aur kya chaahiye!
189What else do you need in life?
182hansana, gaana aur udna।
190To laugh, sing and fly.
183jab praapti hogi tab to hansenge na।
191It is only when you have attainment that you would laugh, is it not?
184nahin to royenge।
192Otherwise, you would cry.
185to yeh vardaan smriti mein rakhna ki ham hansane-gaane aur udne vaale hain, sada hi baap ke sansaar mein rahne vaale hain।
193So, keep this blessing in your awareness: you are ones who laugh, sing and fly, the ones who always stay in the Father’s world.
186aur kuchh hai hi nahin jahaan buddhi jaae।
194There is nowhere else your intellect would go to.
187svapna mein bhi rona nahin।
195Do not cry even in your dreams.
188maaya rulaae to bhi nahin rona।
196Do not cry even if Maya makes you cry.
189man ka bhi rona hota hai, sirf aankhon ka rona hi nahin hota।
197There is crying even of the mind, not just crying physically.
190to maaya rulaati hai, baap hansaate hain।
198So, Maya makes you cry and the Father makes you laugh.
191sada bihaar maana khush rahne vaale - khushabhaar।
199To be constantly in Bihar (bahar - Spring) means always to remain happy and fragrant.
192aur bangaal maana sada meetha rahne vaale।
200Bengal means those who always remain sweet.
193bangaal mein mithaaiyaan achhi hoti hain na, bahut variety hoti hai।
201There are very good sweet tolis in Bengal; they have a lot of variety.
194to jahaan madhurta hai vahaan hi pavitrata hai।
202So, where there is sweetness, there is purity.
195bina pavitrata ke madhurta aa nahin sakti।
203You cannot have sweetness without purity.
196to sada madhur rahne vaale aur sada khushabhaar rahne vaale।
204So, you are those who remain constantly sweet and fragrant.
197achha!
205Achcha.
198teachers bhi khushabhaar ko dekh karke sada-bahaar mein hi rehti hain na।
206Teachers too, seeing the fragrant ones always remain in Spring.
199achha!
207Achcha.
