005-12-21 praatahmurli om shanti ''avyakt-baapdaada'' revise 05-12-89 madhuban
0 05/12/21 Madhuban Avyakt BapDada Om Shanti 05/12/89
1sada prasanna kaise rahen?
1How to be constantly happy.
2aaj baapdaada chaaron or ke bachchon ko dekh rahe the।
2Today, BapDada was looking at all the children from everywhere.
3kya dekha?
3What did He see?
4har ek bachcha svayan har samay kitna prasanna rehta hai, saath-saath doosron ko svayan dvaara kitna prasanna karte hain? 5kyonki parmaatma sarva praaptiyon ke pratyakshasvaroop mein prasannata hi chehre par dikhaai deti hai।
4The extent to which each child is happy at every moment. 5Along with that, Baba also saw how much you make others happy, because happiness is the only thing visible on your faces as the practical form of all Godly attainments.
6“prasannata'' brahman jeevan ka vishesh aadhaar hai।
6Happiness is the special basis of Brahmin life.
7alpakaal ki prasannata aur sadaakaal ki sampannata ki prasannata - ismen raat-din ka antar hai।
7There is the difference of day and night between temporary happiness and the permanent happiness based on the complete and perfect stage.
8alpakaal ki prasannata alpakaal ke praapti vaale ke chehre par thode samay ke liye dikhaai zaroor deti hai lekin roohaani prasannata svayan ko to prasanna karti hi hai parantu roohaani prasannata ke vibration anya aatmaon tak bhi pahunchte hain, anya aatmaaen bhi shanti aur shakti ki anubhooti karti hain।
8Temporary happiness is definitely visible for a short time on the faces of those who have temporary attainments. 9However, spiritual happiness definitely makes you happy, and the vibrations of spiritual happiness also reach other souls. 10Other souls also experience peace and power.
9jaise phaldaayak vriksha apne sheetalta ki chhaaya mein thode samay ke liye maanav ko sheetalta ka anubhav karaata hai aur maanav prasanna ho jaata hai। 10aise parmaatma-praaptiyon ke phal sampanna roohaani prasannata vaali aatma doosron ko bhi apne praaptiyon ki chhaaya mein tan-man ki shanti aur shakti ki anubhooti karaati hai।
11Just as a tree that is full of fruit gives people the experience of coolness for a short time with its cool shade, and they become happy, in the same way, souls who are full of the fruit of Godly attainments and spiritual happiness give others the experience of peace and strength in body and mind with the shade of their attainments.
11prasannata ke vibration soorya ki kirnon samaan vaayumandal ko, vyakti ko aur sab baaten bhulaae sachche roohaani shanti ki, khushi ki anubhooti mein badal dete hain।
12Like rays of the sun, the vibrations of happiness make you forget the atmosphere, people and everything else and change everything into an experience of true, spiritual peace and happiness.
12vartamaan samay ki agyaani aatmaayen apne jeevan mein bahut kharcha karke bhi prasannata mein rehna chaahti hain।
13At the present time, souls without knowledge spend a lot of money in order to stay happy in their lives.
13aap logon ne kya kharcha kiya?
14What did you people spend?
14bina paisa kharcha karte bhi sada prasanna rehte ho na!
15Without spending any money, you stay constantly happy, do you not?
15va auron ki madad se prasanna rehte ho?
16Or, are you only happy with the help of others?
16baapdaada bachchon ka chart check kar rahe the।
17BapDada was checking the children’s charts.
17kya dekha?
18What did He see?
18ek hain sada prasanna rahne vaale aur doosre hain prasanna rahne vaale। 19“sada'' shabd nahin hai। 20prasannata bhi teen prakaar ki dekhi - (1) svayan se prasanna, (2) doosron dvaara prasanna, (3) seva dvaara prasanna।
19One kind is of those who are constantly happy and the other kind is of those who are happy: the word “constantly” does not apply to them. 20Baba saw three types of happiness. 211. Happy with oneself. 222. Happiness with others.
21agar teenon mein prasanna hain to baapdaada ko svatah hi prasanna kiya hai aur jis aatma ke oopar baap prasanna hai woh to sada saphalta moorta hai hi hai।
233. Happiness in doing service. 24If you are happy in all three, you have automatically pleased BapDada, and the souls with whom the Father is pleased are always embodiments of success.
22baapdaada ne dekha kai bachche apne se bhi aprasanna rehte hain।
25BapDada saw that some children are unhappy with themselves.
23chhoti-si baat ke kaaran aprasanna rehte hain।
26They are unhappy because of little things.
24pahla-pahla paath “main kaun'' isko jaante hue bhi bhool jaate hain।
27Although they know the first lesson of “Who am I?”, they forget it.
25jo baap ne banaaya hai, diya hai - usko bhool jaate hain।
28They forget what the Father has made them and has given them.
26baap ne har ek bachche ko full varse ka adhikaari banaaya hai।
29The Father has given each child a right to the full inheritance.
27kisko poora, kisko aadha varsa nahin diya hai।
30He has not given some children the full inheritance and others only half the inheritance.
28kisko aadha va chautha mila hai kya?
31Has anyone received only half or a quarter of the inheritance?
29aadha mila hai ya aadha liya hai?
32Have you only been given half or have you only taken half?
30baap ne to sabhi ko master sarvashaktimaan ka vardaan va varsa diya।
33The Father has given everyone the blessing and inheritance of being a master almighty authority.
31aise nahin ki koi shaktiyaan bachchon ko di aur koi nahin di।
34It isn’t that He has given you children some powers but not given other powers.
32apne liye nahin rakhi।
35He hasn’t kept anything for Himself.
33sarvagun sampanna banaaya hai, sarva praapti swaroop banaaya hai।
36He has filled you all with all virtues and made you embodiments of all attainments.
34lekin baap dvaara jo praaptiyaan hui hain usko svayan mein sama nahin sakte।
37However, you are unable to accommodate in yourself the attainments that you have received from the Father.
35jaise sthool dhan va saadhan praapta hote bhi kharcha karna na aaye va saadhnon ko use karna na aaye to praapti hote bhi usse vanchit rah jaate hain।
38Just as, while having physical wealth and all facilities, you don’t know how to spend the money or use the facilities, so too, while having these attainments, you remain deprived of them.
36aise sab praaptiyaan va khajaane sabke paas hain lekin kaarya mein lagaane ki vidhi nahin aati hai aur samay par use karna nahin aata hai।
39In the same way, you all have all the attainments and treasures, but you don’t know the way to use them. 40You don’t know how to use them at the right time.
37phir kehte - main samajhti thi ki yeh karna chaahiye, yeh nahin karna chaahiye lekin us samay bhool gaya।
41You then say, “I realise that I should have done that, or I shouldn’t have done that, but I forgot it at that time.
38abhi samajhti hoon ki aisa nahin hona chaahiye।
42I now understand that it should not be like that.”
39us samay ek second bhi nikal gaya to saphalta ki manzil par pahunch nahin sakte kyonki samay ki gaadi nikal gai।
43If, at that time, even one second goes by, you won’t be able to reach your destination of success, because the train of time will have departed.
40chaahe ek second let kiya chaahe ek ghanta let kiya - samay nikal to gaya na।
44Whether you were delayed by even a second or by an hour, the time would have gone by.
41aur jab samay ki gaadi nikal jaati hai to phir svayan se dilshikasta ho jaate hain aur aprasannata ke sanskaar emerge hote hain - mera bhaagya hi aisa hai, mera drama mein part hi aisa hai।
45Then, when the train of time has departed, you become disheartened with yourselves and sanskars of unhappiness emerge: “My fortune is like that; such is my part in the drama.”
42pahle bhi sunaaya tha - sva se aprasanna rahne ke mukhya do kaaran hote hain, ek dilshikasta hona aur doosra kaaran hota hai doosron ki visheshta, bhaagya va part ko dekh eershya utpanna hona।
46You were told earlier too that there are two main reasons for being unhappy with oneself. 471. Being disheartened. 482. Feeling jealous seeing the specialities, the fortune and the parts of others.
43himmat kam hoti hai, eershya jyaada hoti hai।
49You then have less courage and greater feelings of jealousy.
44dilshikasta bhi kabhi prasanna nahin rah sakta aur eershya vaala bhi kabhi prasanna nahin rah sakta kyonki donon hisaab se aisi aatmaon ki ichchha kabhi poorn nahin hoti aur ichchhaaen “achha'' banne nahin deti isliye prasanna nahin rehte।
50Neither can those who are disheartened ever be happy, nor can those who are jealous because, in both cases, the desires of such souls can never be fulfilled, and desires don’t allow you to become good. 51Therefore, you are not able to be happy.
45prasanna rahne ke liye sada ek baat buddhi mein rakho ki drama ke niyam pramaan sangamayug par har ek brahman aatma ko koi-na-koi visheshta mili hui hai।
52In order to be happy, constantly keep one thing in your intellects: according to the rules of the drama, at the confluence age, each Brahmin soul has definitely been given one speciality or other.
46chaahe maala ka last 16,000 vaala daana ho - usko bhi koi-na-koi visheshta mili hui hai।
53Even if it is the last bead of the rosary of 16,000, that soul has also been given one speciality or other.
47unse bhi aage chalo - nau laakh jo gaaye hue hain, unhein bhi koi-na-koi visheshta mili hui hai।
54Go further than that: even out of the 900,000 souls who have been remembered, each one has been given one speciality or other.
48apni visheshta ko pahle pahchaano।
55First of all, recognise your speciality.
49abhi to nau laakh tak pahunche hi nahin ho। 50to brahman janma ke bhaagya ki visheshta ko pahchaano aur kaarya mein lagaao।
56As yet, you have not even reached 900,000 who have recognised the speciality of the fortune of Brahmin life.
51sirf doosre ki visheshta ko dekh karke dilshikasta va eershya mein nahin aao। 52lekin apni visheshta ko kaarya mein lagaane se ek visheshta phir aur visheshtaaon ko laayegi।
57Recognise that and use it. 58Do not become disheartened or jealous seeing the specialities of others, but use your own speciality, and that one speciality will bring other specialities.
53ek ke aage bindi lagti jaayegi to kitne ho jaayenge?
59When a zero continues to be placed after “1”, it becomes so many.
54ek ko ek bindi lagaao to 10 ban jaata aur doosri bindi lagaao to 100 ban jaayega। 55teesri lagaao to …, yeh hisaab to aata hai na।
60Put a zero beside “1” and it becomes 10. Put another zero and it becomes 100. Put a third zero and it becomes a 1000. You know this calculation, do you not?
56kaarya mein lagaana arthaat badhna।
61To use it means to increase it.
57doosron ko nahin dekho।
62Do not look at others.
58apni visheshta ko kaarya mein lagaao।
63Use your speciality.
59jaise dekho, baapdaada sada “bholi-bhandaari'' (bholi daadi) ka misaal deta hai।
64For example, BapDada always gives the example of Bholi Dadi in the kitchen.
60mahaarthiyon ka naam kabhi aayega lekin inka naam aata hai।
65The names of the maharathis may sometimes be mentioned, but her name is always mentioned.
61jo visheshta thi woh kaarya mein lagaai।
66She uses her speciality.
62chaahe bhandaara hi sambhaalti hai lekin visheshta ko kaarya mein lagaane se vishesh aatmaon ke misal gaai jaati hai।
67Even though she only looks after the kitchen, by using her speciality, she is remembered as a special soul.
63sabhi madhuban ka varnan karte to daadiyon ki bhi baaten sunaayenge to bholi ki bhi sunaayenge।
68When everyone speaks of Madhuban, they relate things of the Dadis and also of Bholi Dadi.
64bhaashan to nahin karti lekin visheshta ko kaarya mein lagaane se svayan bhi vishesh ban gai।
69She doesn’t give lectures, but she herself has become special by using her specialities.
65doosre bhi vishesh nazar se dekhte।
70Others also look at her and see her as special.
66to prasanna rahne ke liye kya karenge?
71So, what will you do to be happy?
67visheshta ko kaarya mein lagaao।
72Use your specialities and they will increase.
68to vriddhi ho jaayegi aur jab sarva aa gaya to sampanna ho jaayenge aur prasannata ka aadhaar hai -“sampannata''।
73Then, when you develop all of them, you will become full, and the basis of happiness is fullness.
69jo sva se prasanna rehte woh auron se bhi prasanna rahenge, seva se bhi prasanna rahenge।
74Those who are happy with themselves will be happy with others and with service too.
70jo bhi seva milegi usmein auron ko prasanna kar seva mein number aage le lenge।
75They will please others with whatever service they are given to do and they will claim a number ahead.
71sabse bade-te-badi seva aapki prasannamoorta karegi।
76The biggest service will be done by your images of happiness.
72to suna, kya chart dekha!
77So, did you hear what charts Baba saw?
73achha!
78Achcha.
74teachers ko aage baithne ka bhaagya mila hai kyonki panda bankar aati hain to mehnat bahut karti hain।
79Teachers have the fortune of sitting at the front, because you come as guides and work very hard.
75ek ko sukhdhaam se bulaayenge to doosre ko vishaal bhavan se bulaayenge।
80You will call someone from Sukhdham and another one from Vishal Bhavan.
76exercise achhi ho jaati hai।
81You get very good exercise.
77centre par to paidal karti nahin ho।
82You don’t go for walks at the centres.
78jab shuru mein seva aarambha ki to paidal jaati thi na।
83When service first began, you (Dadis) used to go everywhere on foot, did you not?
79aapki badi daadiyaan bhi paidal jaati theen।
84Your senior Dadis also used to go on foot.
80saamaan ka thaila haath mein uthaaya aur paidal chali।
85They would carry one piece of baggage and go by foot.
81aajkal to aap sab bane-banaaye par aaye ho।
86Nowadays, all of you have come at a time when everything is ready made.
82to lucky ho na।
87So, you are lucky, are you not?
83bane-banaaye centre mil gaye hain।
88You have got ready-made centres.
84apne makaan ho gaye hain।
89The buildings are our own.
85pahle to jamunaaghaat par rahi theen।
90Previously, they used to live on a bank of the River Jamuna.
86ek hi kamra - raat ko sone ka, din ko seva ka hota tha।
91They had just the one room: their bedroom at night and the service room during the day.
87lekin khushi-khushi se jo tyaag kiya usi ke bhaagya ka phal abhi kha rahi ho।
92However, you are now eating the fruit of the fortune of the renunciation they had with happiness.
88aap phal khaane ke time par aai ho।
93You have come at the time of eating the fruit.
89boya inhonne, kha aap rahi ho।
94They sowed the seeds and you are reaping the fruit.
90phal khaana to bahut sahaj hai na।
95It is very easy to eat fruit, is it not?
91ab aise phalasva-roop quality nikaalo।
96Now, let such quality fruit emerge.
92samjha?
97Do you understand?
93kvaantiti (sankhya) to hai hi aur yeh bhi chaahiye।
98The quantity already exists, and that too is needed.
94nau laakh tak jaana hai to kvaantiti aur quality - donon chaahiye।
99You want to reach 900,000 and so both quality and quantity are needed.
95lekin 16,000 ki pakki maala to taiyaar karo। 96abhi quality ki seva par vishesh underline karo।
100However, at least prepare a strong rosary of 16,000. Now, especially underline doing service of quality souls.
97har group mein teachers bhi aati, kumaariyaan bhi aati hain, lekin nikalti nahin hain।
101In every group there are teachers and also kumaris, but the kumaris don’t emerge (surrender).
98madhuban achha lagta hai, baap se pyaar bhi hai lekin samarpan hone mein sochti hain।
102They like Madhuban and they also love the Father, but they have to think about it before they surrender themselves.
99jo svayan offer karta hai woh nirvighna chalta hai aur jo kahne se chalta hai woh rukta hai phir chalta hai।
103Those who offer themselves are able to move along without any obstacles, whereas those who move along having been told to do so come to a standstill and then start moving again.
100woh baar-baar aapko hi kahenge - hamne to pahle hi kaha tha surrender nahin hona chaahiye।
104They would repeatedly tell you: We had told you in advance that we would not surrender.
101koi-koi sochti hain - isse to baahar rahkar seva karen to achha hai।
105Some of them think that it is better to stay outside (the centres) and do service.
102lekin baahar rahkar seva karna aur tyaag karke seva karna, ismen antar zaroor hai।
106However, there is definitely a difference between staying outside and doing service and doing service having renounced everything.
103jo samarpan ke mahatva ko jaante hain woh sada hi apne ko kai baaton se kinaare ho aaraam se aa gaye hain, kai mehnat se chhoot gaye।
107Those who understand the importance of surrendering have stepped aside from many things, and have come here easily and freed from having to work hard in many respects.
104to teachers apne mahatva ko achhi reeti jaanti ho na?
108So, teachers, you understand very well how important you are, do you not?
105naukri aur yeh seva - donon kaam karne vaale achhe va ek kaam karne vaale achhe?
109Are those who do both tasks – their jobs and this service – good, or those who only do this service?
106unhon ko phir bhi double part bajaana padta hai।
110Those kumaris still have to play double parts.
107bhal nirbandhan hain phir bhi double part to hai na। 108aapka to ek hi part hai।
111Although they are free from bondage, they still have double parts, whereas you only have one part.
109pravritti vaalon ko teen part bajaana padta - ek padhaai ka, doosra seva ka aur saath-saath pravritti ko paalne ka।
112Householders have to play three roles – of studying, of serving and of sustaining their household.
110aap to sab baaton se chhoot gai।
113You have become free from all things.
111achha!
114Achcha.
112sarva sada prasannata ki visheshta sampanna shreshtha aatmaaen, sada apni visheshta ko pahchaan kaarya mein lagaane vaali sensible aur isensaphul aatmaon ko, sada prasanna rahne vaale, prasanna karne ki shreshthata vaali mahaan aatmaon ko baapdaada ka yaadapyaar aur namaste।
115To all the elevated souls who are constantly full of the speciality of happiness, to the sensible and essence-full souls who always recognise their specialities and use them, to the great souls who are constantly happy and have the greatness of making others happy, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.
113aagra - raajasthaan
116BapDada meeting Agra and Rajasthan groups:
114sada apne ko akaaltakhtansheen shreshtha aatma samajhte ho?
117Do you always consider yourselves to be the elevated souls seated on your immortal thrones?
115aatma akaal hai to uska takhta bhi akaaltakhta ho gaya na!
118You souls are immortal and so your thrones are also immortal, are they not?
116is takhta par baithkar aatma kitna kaarya karti hai।
119You souls do so much work while seated on those thrones.
117“takhtansheen aatma hoon'' - is smriti se svaraajya ki smriti svatah aati hai।
120With the awareness that each of you is a soul seated on a throne, you automatically have the awareness that you have a right to self-sovereignty.
118raaja bhi jab takhta par baithta hai to raajaai nasha, raajaai khushi svatah hoti hai।
121When a king is seated on his throne, he naturally has the intoxication and happiness of his kingdom.
119takhtansheen maana svaraajya adhikaari raaja hoon - is smriti se sabhi karmendriyaan svatah hi order par chalengi।
122To be seated on the throne means to be a king who has self-sovereignty. 123By having this awareness, all your physical organs will automatically follow all your orders.
120jo akaaltakhta-nasheen samajhkar chalte hain unke liye baap ka bhi diltakhta hai kyonki aatma samajhne se baap hi yaad aata hai।
124The Father’s heart is a heart-throne for those who move along considering themselves to be seated on their immortal thrones, because by understanding yourselves to be souls, you remember the Father.
121phir na deh hai, na deh ke sambandh hain, na padaartha hain, ek baap hi sansaar hai isliye akaaltakhta-nasheen baap ke diltakhta-nasheen bhi bante hain।
125Then, there are no bodies, bodily relations or material things. 126The one Father is your world. 127Therefore, those who are seated on their immortal thrones are seated on the Father’s heart-throne.
122baap ki dil mein aise bachche hi rehte hain jo “ek baap doosra na koi'' hain।
128Only the children who belong to the one Father and none other remain in the Father’s heart.
123to double takhta ho gaya।
129So, you have a double throne.
124jo sikeeldhe bachche hote hain, pyaare hote hain unhein sada godi mein bithaayenge, oopar bithaayenge neeche nahin।
130Beloved, long lost and now found children are always made to sit in the lap; they are made to sit up high, not on the floor.
125to baap bhi kehte hain takhta par baitho, neeche nahin aao।
131So, the Father too says: Sit on the throne, do not get down from it.
126jisko takhta milta hai woh doosri jagah baithega kya?
132Would those who are given a throne sit anywhere else?
127to akaaltakhta va diltakhta ko bhool deh ki dharni mein, mitti mein nahin aao। 128deh ko mitti kehte ho na।
133So, do not forget your immortal throne or the heart-throne and come into the soil of the body, into the dirt of the body.
129mitti, mitti mein mil jaayegi - aise kehte hain na!
134A body is said to be of dust, is it not?
130to deh mein aana arthaat mitti mein aana।
135You say: Dust turns to dust, do you not?
131jo royal bachche hote hain woh kabhi mitti mein nahin khelte।
136So, to come into a body means to come into the consciousness of dust.
132parmaatma-bachche to sabse royal hue।
137Royal children never play in the dirt.
133to takhta par baithna achha lagta hai ya thodi-thodi dil hoti hai - mitti mein bhi dekh len।
138Godly children are the most royal of all. 139So, do you enjoy sitting on the throne or do you have a slight desire to sit in the dirt?
134kai bachchon ki aadat mitti khaane ki va mitti mein khelne ki hoti hai।
140Some children have a habit of eating dirt and playing with dirt.
135to aise to nahin hai na!
141So, you are not like that, are you?
13663 janma mitti se khela।
142You have played in the dirt for 63 births.
137ab baap takhtansheen bana rahe hain, to mitti se kaise khelenge, jo mitti mein khelta hai woh maila hota hai।
143The Father is now making you sit on a throne, and so how can you play in the dirt? 144Those who play in the dirt become dirty.
138to aap bhi kitne maile ho gaye।
145So, you too became so dirty.
139ab baap ne svachchha bana diya।
146The Father has now cleansed you.
140sada isi smriti se samartha bano।
147By having this awareness, stay constantly powerful.
141shaktishaali kabhi kamjor nahin hote।
148Those who are powerful never become weak.
142kamjor hona arthaat maaya ki beemaari aana।
149To become weak means to have an illness of Maya.
143abhi to sada tandurusta ho gaye।
150You have now become healthy for all time.
144aatma shaktishaali ho gai।
151You souls have become powerful.
145shareer ka hisaab-kitaab alag cheez hai lekin man shaktishaali ho gaya na।
152Karmic accounts of your bodies are a different matter, but your minds have become powerful, have they not?
146shareer kamjor hai, chalta nahin hai, woh to antim hai, woh to hoga hi lekin aatma powerful ho।
153Your bodies are weak and don’t function; they are your last bodies and that will happen anyway. 154However, you souls must be powerful.
147shareer ke saath aatma kamjor na ho।
155You souls must not become weak when your bodies are weak.
148to sada yaad rakhna ki double takhtansheen so double taajdhaari banne vaale hain।
156So, always remember that you are those who are going to be seated on the double throne and have a double crown.
149achha!
157Achcha.
150sabhi santushta ho na!
158All of you are content, are you not?
151santushta arthaat prasanna।
159To be content means to be happy.
152sada prasanna rehte ho ya kabhi-kabhi rehte ho?
160Are you constantly happy or only sometimes?
153kabhi aprasanna, kabhi prasanna - aise to nahin, kabhi kisi baat se aprasanna to nahin hote ho?
161You are not happy sometimes and unhappy at other times, are you? 162You never become unhappy with some situations, do you?
154aaj yeh kar liya, aaj yeh ho gaya, kal woh ho gaya - aise patra to nahin likhte ho?
163“Today, I did this. 164Today, this happened. 165Yesterday, that happened”. 166You don’t write letters like those, do you?
155sada prasannachit rahne vaale apne roohaani vibration se auron ko bhi prasanna karte hain।
167Those who are constantly happy also make others happy with their spiritual vibrations.
156aise nahin - main to prasanna rehta hi hoon।
168Do not think: I am constantly happy anyway.
157lekin prasannata ki shakti phailegi zaroor।
169However, the power of happiness will definitely spread.
158to aur kisko bhi prasanna kar sako - aise ho ya apne tak hi prasanna theek ho?
170Are you happy to the extent that you are able to make others happy too? 171Or, are you happy by only being happy with yourself?
159doosron ko bhi karenge, phir to abhi koi patra nahin aayega।
172If you also make others happy, no such letters will be received.
160agar koi aprasannata ka patra aaye to vaapas usko hi bhejen na!
173If someone sends a letter of unhappiness, send it back to them.
161yeh time aur yeh taareekh yaad rakhna।
174Remember this time and this date.
162haan, yeh patra likho - O.ke. hoon aur sab mere se bhi O.ke. hain।
175Yes, write this letter: I am OK and others are also OK with me.
163yeh do line likho, bas। 164main bhi O.ke. aur doosre bhi mere se O.ke. hain।
176Just write these two lines, that’s all: I am OK and others are also OK with me.
165itna kharcha kyon karte ho?
177Why do you spend so much money?
166yeh to do line korda par hi aa sakti hain aur baar-baar bhi nahin likho।
178These two lines can also be written on a card, so do not repeatedly write letters.
167kai to roz korda bhej dete hain, roz nahin bhejna।
179Some send cards every day. 180Do not send cards every day.
168maas mein do baar, 15 din mein ek O.ke. ka korda likho, aur kathaaen nahin likhna।
181You can send a card with OK twice a month or every fortnight. 182Do not write long stories.
169apni prasannata se auron ko bhi prasanna banaana।
183Now, make others happy with your happiness.
170achha!
184Achcha.

171vardaan:- samaane aur saamna karne ki shakti dvaara seva mein saphalta praapta karne vaale roohaani sevaadhaari bhav
185Blessing: May you be a spiritual server who achieves success in doing service with the powers to accommodate and to face.
172roohaani sevaadhaariyon ko seva ke sivaae kuchh bhi sookshata nahin, ve mansa-vaacha-karmana service se ek second bhi rest nahin lete isliye best ban jaate hain।
186 Spiritual servers cannot think of anything except doing service. 187They do not take a rest for even a second in their thoughts, words or actions and this is why they are the best.
173ve sevaaon mein saphalta praapta karne ke liye sada yahi slogan yaad rakhte ki samaana aur saamna karna- yahi hamaara nishaana hai।
188In order to achieve success in doing service they always remember the slogan: To accommodate and to face is our goal.
174ve apne puraane sanskaaron ko samaate hain aur saamna maaya se karte na ki daivi parivaar se।
189They accommodate their old sanskars and face Maya, not the divine family.
175aise bachche jo knowledgeful ke saath-saath powerful bhi hain unhein hi kaha jaata hai roohaani sevaadhaari।
190Such children, along with being knowledge-full, are also powerful and are said to be spiritual servers.
